We're a little bit early today, and he is most impressive on the Kaylee McAhenney show. Is the Save America Act still going for it? Well, John Thune says, oh, yeah, I'm putting it on the floor. What has to happen? Well, maybe we have to get out of Iran first. It has to be over. We'll ask Scott Presler that, Scott, with us on Talk Radio 1210. Great time on the weekend, Scott. Thank you, Dom. Good afternoon. Afternoon. So where do we stand with it right now, right? John Thune's going to put it on the floor, but we're not going to have what we want on the filibuster. Well, don't. There's a lot of people are talking about. This, I don't think they have a full grasp as to what's going to go down. So if anyone says that it's not the talking filibuster, they're only half correct. What's going to happen is on Wednesday, when they bring it to the floor, there is going to be debate. It's going to be a hybrid filibuster so that we Republicans are still in control. So that's why I'm thankful for the opportunity to come on here and clear things up. But we are making huge progress that I don't think a lot of people ever thought here we'd be in March and the Save America Act would already be voting on. And then Senator Eric Schmidt is proposing an amendment today to fulfill the other parts of the bill that President Trump has been asking for because it's only right now proof of citizenship plus photo voter ID. So the amendments will include no mail-ins, you know, unless there are certain distinctions. And then the no surgery for minor children. And so that amendment is going to be proposed today, I do believe. Well, Scott, you know, don't want to muddy the waters here, but I don't know putting in the no surgery for minor children, you and I both agree on that. But we got enough on our plate to get the Save America Act across the finish line, which you have done, even by Presler standards, work that's unprecedented. Isn't it better to leave that to another day? This is what the president is demanding. So the president wants. And he's going to get what he wants. And that's just how the president rolls. And I think the majority of people in our country agree that if you can't get a tattoo, if you can't serve in the military, if you can't drink.

Why are you going to be making a life-altering, life-changing, no going back for seizure as an infant, as a child, as somebody who's not developmentally able to make those considerations without parental consent? What's your sense, Scott, are there even enough Republicans in your sense at this point to pass it, or are there the McCaskies and the others who will vote against it? We have the votes. Okay. But this is what I've been telling people. I mean, guys, stop thinking Senator John Fetterman is on our side. He's not. John Fetterman is not on board with the C of America Act. So he can go on Fox all day. He can try to placate. He can try to pander. But John Fetterman, unless he votes for the C of America Act, he's got to go in 2008. He is not a conservative. He is not a Republican. And John Fetterman is not supporting the proof of citizenship to register to vote. Therefore. If he's not willing to support what 84% of Americans desire, then he is not reflective of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and he's not reflective of somebody that needs to stay in the Senate. Hopefully, he changes his mind. I hope. There are people that are listening to this that are going to get in his ear and say, wow, you know, the Democrats, you're losing Democrats, Senator John Fetterman. And now that you're not supporting the Save America Act, you're losing Republicans. So I don't know what world Senator John Fetterman thinks that he's going to get reelected by both turning off Republicans and Democrats and still expecting to win. I don't understand what his play is. Yeah, I think he's running for president potentially. I don't understand it either because I would encourage people to vote for him, even though I admire what he's done on Israel, the Middle East, rationality on some issues, the Republican on paper is going to be stronger. So, Scott, as that unfolds, are you going to be in Washington? What other things is Scott Presler up to? Yes, I'm going to be in Capitol Hill all week. And South Dakota, at the end of the week, I'll be getting to the airport five hours early since the Democrats have shut down the Department of Homeland Security and making sure that I'm able to get to my flight on time because I'm not missing the opportunity to go to Rapid City and Sioux Falls. But no, I will be courting and continuing to talk to members of Congress all week long in preparation for the Wednesday Save America Act vote. Okay. What else, Scott, are you engaged in? I know you're flying all over the... That's really got to be arduous, given these shutdowns. Are you seeing that in every airport? There's four and five hour delays? We're hearing that. I know Austin is really bad. Right. I just had a Pennsylvania and reach out to me yesterday who their flight was...

canceled or they couldn't get to their flight even despite waking up at 5 a.m. And then they had to Uber from Orlando to Jacksonville slash St. Augustine to flying to Allentown. And then they had to Uber from Allentown to Northeast Pennsylvania all because the Democrats have shut down the Department of Homeland Security. Meanwhile, we have terrorist attacks going on in our country and on our homeland. Scott, out there where you are, the polling reflects this to me that people are on board, at least people that are Republican conservative baga with the president's action so far. Of course, though, they want it sooner rather than later, oil prices than the rest. But I think there's still pretty good patience. You're the best that I can bring on, though, that's actually talking with hundreds of people during the week of not thousands. What are people telling you? I'm going to be an egg timer and say, we need to focus on the Sea of America Act. That's what the people want. This is the top, most important country saving legislation that if we're able to pass this, it will be a huge... adrenaline shot in the arm of the American people. And I think it'll get a surge of people wanting to come out and vote this November. But if we don't get election integrity, I think it's going to be a really rough November. That's what I'm hearing the most from people. They want the State of America Act sign into law. We know Democrats are going to turn out. I'll speak for myself because of Trump hatred, pure and simple, they're going to turn out. And we're talking about where is the Republican adrenaline to put us over the top? And if they see that these Republicans actually are accomplishing something major, that's going to be a big boost. Correct. That's all. Look, that's what the people want. If you campaign on something. And if you're given the majority, then it is incumbent upon you, if you would like to stay in the majority, to therefore deliver the very campaign promises that you ran on. I mean, gosh, this is just a simple math equation. Give us what you said you were going to do and what we elected you to do. We want the Save America Act, period. And so I've probably spoken now to... almost 90 members of Congress, and I'm making this my number one priority. That's why people probably seem me a little less in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, but I think it's important that we elevate, and that's why I'm spending so much time on capital health. Absolutely. So to help with that effort, be it volunteering, fundraising, or just keeping up with exactly what's happening, no better place to go than where Scott Presler is. What do we do? And especially put pressure on not only John Fetterman peacefully, because again, if any of his allies are listening, he's not going to get reelected unless he votes for this.

but also on the swing Democrat senators in Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin. Because remember, my friends, the only thing people in elected positions care about is money and power. You take away their donations, they're going to notice. You take away their power by not electing them, then that's the only thing that they care about, user leverage, 202-224-3-1-21. Hey, Bill. Hello there. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Yep, almost. Yes. Anyway, I just wanted to bring up Bob Harvey does have competition in the Democrat primary here in Bucks County for Congress. Who's running against him? It is a woman named Lucia. Simonelli, she's from Quaker Town, and she is, of all things, somebody you talk about all the time, a Ph.D. mom. Oh, God. She is a Ph.D. in mathematics. Now, she's not endorsed by the Bucks County Democrat Committee. Right. And as a Ph.D. in math, you would think that she would know that... The numbers aren't going to add up for her. Yeah, I hear you. I hear you. I'm sure she's got such a overwhelming, such a Mount Rushmore figure in Bob Harvey. So, yeah, she's foolish, yeah. Right, so Bob Harvey has competition, and I don't really think it is competition. Okay. That's going to happen. What's your side? Anyway, my side answer is back in 1980, the daily lottery of Pennsylvania was held daily. And there was an effort to actually fix the lottery, and successfully, and they got the number 6-6-6.

Pennsylvania lottery number. Wow. Yep. Gotcha. That is a good story. That's a nice connection to a number that's out there all over the place. By the way, at the Oscars last night, when they opened up the envelope and the guy did a great job. The comedian, I think it was up there. They had a tie for one of the... It wasn't minor, but it wasn't the major, major event. And I'm not sure why they would have a voting system where you potentially can have a tie. But on the spot, they seemed to give the award. I thought it was a gag at first. It wasn't. I mean, you have to have a winner one way or another here. Maybe they should have come up and make their case, and there should have been another vote. Seriously. Yeah. Whoever is the better speech wins. Yeah, exactly. But a tie. I just thought, what the heck is Will Smith going to come up and slap somebody? It was startling. The guy, though, handled it with just, well, looks like a tie, so I'm going to go with a tie, and we're going to go with both. I don't know if somebody got in his ear how they did it. It seemed like maybe they knew, though, because this was very spontaneous. All right, you heard Scott. So we'll have him Thursday. The big moment will be Wednesday. Look, I'm not in favor. This strikes me as, I'll be honest, that, because I hate to say it with Scott. He's putting his heart and soul into this second to none. That maybe they think they're not going to be able to pull this off. So they're trying to embarrass the Democrats by putting in the no surgery for Minors Amendment. I'm not putting that in here. I'm not putting, look, I get it, Scott following the tune to the president. I'm not putting the no mail and ballot in here, too. Okay? I'm not, I just want voter ID. I get the citizenship stuff. And I get that's where the play is. Okay. Now that's going to be a hurdle to get over. They're going to make all these arguments. A lot of people can't vote. Women, you don't know what the hell you're doing. You won't be able to vote. Those two things. Let's not throw in mail and ballot. It's a state thing anyhow. Okay. I'm not on board with that. I'm not on board with putting in no surgery for minors in this bill. Are you? You want to win. We got enough on our plate to win. Is he right, though, that this will energize people? No, I'm not fully there. It'll help. What's going to energize people is the president having a heart-to-heart talk with the MAGA base, and he hasn't done it yet. He's got to do it repeatedly. In other words, when Iran's over, he's got to be telling them, yo. I get it. You want to vote for Trump. I'm not on the ballot, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. It's got to coddle that. The refund checks are at least what people know they'll be getting back. That's starting to happen. We had somebody calling the other day with that. No tax on tips. No tax on certain forms of Social Security income. No tax on overtime. These things will all help. But. Going into this matchup, I'm talking about just pure tactically. I'm not talking about right and wrong, better policies or not, love of the country or not. Democrats have the edge. They have something you can't bottle. They got a reason for them to come out. We hate Trump. That's it. That's what they did in Jersey. And they got a word they can say so they don't have to say that, which is affordability. And anything, is that all they have? Yeah, pretty much.

What is it that we have? Now in the past, Trump's on the ballot. 2024, Kamala Harris is on the bat. Bang, they lose big time. Don't have that this time. So what is the accomplishment? What is the thing? All these things in Iran and Venezuela, I know it says they're not going to matter pretty much in the midterm. What's going to matter is driving down prices across the board. and the president getting his voters, the base of the base, a low propensity out. These are not easy things to do. He's the only one that can do that I know. Mike Johnson can talk these people. Ah, I just want to hear Trump. Okay. That's what has to happen. I'm going to be sitting here in election night saying it's 802 and they have the House again and they're working on the Senate. You don't want that. You can't wish it. You could say, well, look, we just went through 2024. We smoked them. Yeah. And the Trump hatred just ratcheted it up. This is what you have to contend with. We just plagued you that alleged home health care nurse in the Philadelphia suburbs. Imagine her knocking on your door. I think we'll have an update on her tomorrow at some point. But let me give you some of the numbers, since we're talking about numbers, the total of 1,701 parishioners will be added to the church before Easter in Newark. 645 of them are catechumans, individuals who will be baptized for the first time. That is a 30% increase in New Catholics since last year and is 72% increase since 2023. The Archdiocese of Newark says that numbers of conversions have been rising since shortly after COVID. And they say that this is a trend happening in Catholic communities around the world in England, France, etc. The Diocese of Cleveland welcoming in 1229 converts this year. The tablet, a UK-based Catholic publication, reporting an increase in religious service attendance that's up extremely. The guy in Newark says the region's 2,000-plus-year history and consistency of beliefs are what attracts new parishioners. People, I believe, are coming to the realization. There's something to the fact we've been around for 2,000 years in a substantially unbroken and unchanged format. He goes on to say that many people have been showing an interest in the ancient religion despite an increase in anti-Catholic rhetoric in recent years. There's a lot of opposition in the world for various reasons. People seem to be cutting through that. It's led by Cardinal Tobin, who is a virulent anti-Trump guy pro with legal immigration up and down the line. He says, the spokesperson says, he believes the conversions are due to uncertainty in both the country and world, very difficult to make sweeping generalizations. But I think a good bit of it has to do with the uncertainty in our world and the tumultuousness of daily life. Every time I hear those phrases and I heard them last night with the Oscars, such a dark time in our history, I think they're talking about Trump and they're talking about what's going on here. And I think Tobin crawls with this. You know, I'm always happy if people are finding God through a religion, but I'm not going to put on the pom-poms for the Catholic Church and the bishops, etc. I oppose them up and down the line in just about everything they do and say. They are outrageous in these times. And this guy in Newark is one of the worst. We've talked about him recently.

And I wonder how many of these people are here legally that are becoming Catholics. I don't have the numbers for the Archdiocese of the Philadelphia. If I do, I'll tell you. All right. This seeping out, and I think the sourcing and someone, I could see Trump talking about this out loud. We've seen Christine Ome going. The next, where there's dissatisfaction, might be Pam Bondi. Okay. Trump floating the idea. I'm not on board with this. I'm just telling you. But I could see why he thinks that she would try to get things done. I don't think she would get for attorney general. I don't think that she would get approved. I don't think the Senate would vote to ratify that. Alina Habba is the. Then I'm Alina Habba, what I miss Brown. Alina Alina Habba is the next attorney general. That's being floated around. Trump tries a lot of stuff. If it were Alina Habba, I think she'd be a lot more aggressive outside the box in some ways. In Jersey, she was really good. There were a lot of things that went on there. But as Attorney General, first of all, getting by the Senate as we come up on the midterms, et cetera. And then. what she might try to do in that role that would be outside the box might be very much outside the box. Let's go to Joe in X-Din on Talk Radio 12.10. Hey, Joe. Yes, hello, Dom, and good Monday afternoon. Well, thank you, Joe. Same to you. Thank you. For my side answer, Israel declared itself a nation state. in the year 1948. Yep, historic, and you know, but for others, immediately they were attacked when that happened. That's right. Joe, yeah, that takes us back quite a number of years. Thank you, Joe. So let's do the math 52, 78 years ago. And yet we're still fighting because... Nations like Iran, religious fanatics, they're telling you what they want. Well, I'm sure you don't want that. You don't think you're going to get that. We want the Jews to be out of here dead. That's what they're telling you. That's what they tell you constantly. That's their fixation. How do you deal with that? Not easily. I didn't know Israel had like a Columbus type thing, you know, in 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue. I didn't realize Israel had the same thing. Well, it's according to Joe maybe. Yeah, yeah, United Nations. And then immediately there was warfare against that, even though, you know, it took a while for the United Nations to resolve this and carve it out and come up with the land. You can imagine. If you have given them the size of this studio, the Arab nations, we're going to war. I know, but you have 99.99. Nope, doesn't matter. We're telling you, we don't want them there. That's what it comes down to. All right. Hit us with that all-time number. I see one. It'll be first next. That is one of the most annoying commercials in the history of radio. It's often voted the most annoying because of how well, if you do, if it's your job and you listen to this, you're like, oh, my God.

Where, how do I move away from that? That could be a winner simply because of that. It is an all-time number. 855. And Zenos has, of course, a Greek number, I believe, that has significance. 855-839-12-10. That's how you can get in. And the big story today, whatever else you see is, are we able to protect the Straits of Hermuz? If the allies won't come in with us, the Brits and others, then we're not going to do only so much with NATO. And NATO has been an alliance that has worked wonderfully over the years, except getting nations like Spain and some of the others to pay their fair share. Trump has gotten, I'm not sure if it's Spain, but he's gotten the others to do that. And he's saying, you won't come in on Hormuz. Why would we come to your aid with, oh, I don't know, Vladimir Putin and other things then? They absolutely have to show the ability to open up that street. If they can't, we're going to continue to see this drag out. And it forces your hand to get out sooner than you think you should get out. That's where the problem comes in. By the way, too, seeing a lot more about Cuba. I don't know about you. But deliberation of Cuba and all this stuff at this point, really, at a certain point. We have to be laser focused 100% on winning the midterms. Do the midterms go through Cuba? No. I think we have Florida, those Florida congressional races secured already. That's where it would matter. Is it going to matter anywhere? I don't see it. You're up against the other side. They have a given. Trump hatred affordability. All we have to do is lower prices and drive out Trump voters and we'll win. We'll maintain the House. But those are difficult, particularly those Trump voters. 855, 839, 12, 10, you got a line you can get in right now. So today starts it, and it's a growing process, because I guess there are legalisms involved, but the Trump administration is going all out to take a look, see, and cancel a lot of these CDL licenses, about 200,000 of them suspected by people that are immigrants here who are probably here legally questionable or shouldn't. They can't speak English. So whatever the case is, he shouldn't be on the road. We've shown on YouTube.com slash 1210 WPHT video. This one guy recently just driving on the other side of a big divided highway, a big divider in the middle of it, just blithfully driving in the left-hand lane on oncoming traffic. Constantly, we're seeing this, the heart, the pain, the suffering that's out of this. In Pennsylvania and Josh Shapiro. They're one of the leaders, apparently, in giving out these licenses. So it's underway a purging of all this. Upwards of 200,000 that are suspected, maybe more. How in the world did they all get through? Well, take a look at Pennsylvania. You have an idea of that. Last year was at the same time during leap year. But always Passover has to be done completely. before we have Easter. Because God was a Jew, that is the Passover, the Seder. Right, okay. So that has to be, that's a little bit of history on my side. Now, the one I have is the numbers that you were talking about was, was the counsel of the Messiah in 306. AD by Emperor Constantine, he ordered all the bishops to get the churches going in the right direction. So it's 306 AD, which was celebrated with the Pope and our patriarch on that day in Messia. And, you know, it's 1,500 years, the anniversary. So that's what's important. And plus, he was a Roman emperor, Constantine. Sure, and one of the biggies, yeah. Yes, but he's a saint in our church, and so is his mother. I didn't know that. Okay. And may I make another comment, Dom, about this nurse? Yes. I don't get these people. She's, you know, she does no harm. You know, I would rather have Dracula come over and work on me than her. Well, I mean, I don't understand that, Dom. You know, these are, this is a people. And what I don't understand is how are you not supporting your own country?

I don't get that. Here, I'm a naturalized American, you know, from Greece. I was born here. I came here. And I love this country more than these people do. And you got Josh Shapiro saying that Hesseff and Northern President doesn't know what he's doing. Well, what do you think Biden would have done? Nothing. Or Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle D if they got into office. Thank you, Zenos. Yeah, he would have done nothing. And by the way, Zenos just hit upon something their major. And we have another one tomorrow. These women usually, there's some guys, but these progressive women, they're calling upon Iran to fulfill their pledge to do it. It's not just the garden variety we get every day. They're fired up. They want Trump dead. One we have lives of TikTok as it of this woman wanting his kids killed, wanting his wife killed, wanting him killed, all of them and calling upon Iran to do it. Now, if you were working with someone like that or someone is in these, quote, caring professions, they're professors, their nurses, there's something like that, there is a higher professional duty here. There are codes of ethics. And if you're publicly going around doing this and putting it out for the whole world to see, you're unhinged. It's not a First Amendment right. Your company or the medical profession can say, no, we think this is unbalanced. If a patient knew this, I want full disclosure. Do you want someone like that working on you? I don't think so. It would be with any president to be this public calling for their assassination, allying with the Ayatollah and others to do this. You've got to say that's out of balance. But we'll give you the name tomorrow once we see. I'm looking. I don't see any repercussion yet. A lot of people pointing to the name and they're calling the company. Can't do that until we know that this is actually what the person identified. We've seen the person identify. It looks to be wearing something nursing home care. But my God, to be publicly sitting your vehicle doing this. And not one, but two or three today that are out there viral are calling upon the Iranians to come through on this. You can sell your building. You can put up your boat. Yeah, you can give everything away for it. By my estimation, the time I've been doing talk radio, I may have seen this upwards. It might be approaching 40,000 times. I'm serious because of the number of times a day, and I've heard it, I've seen it on TV. Can you imagine, you're right, playing that for the Moas. That's the trouble. Lock somebody in a room and play 24-7, they'd go insane. We could look up, Noriega. What were they, was it just a loudness of it, or was there, you know, music that people just can't stand when they were trying to bring Noriega? They experimented a little bit with it at Gitmo, too.

But I'm not sure if it's just the content. You can't go to sleep because of the noise or is it the beat or is it the song? Is it the macarena? The repetitiveness of it. Yeah, exactly. And the car is for kids. Look, it's a great thing for kids and all this. But my goodness, that one kid with the glasses and the blonde hair that leads the rock band on the stage. Oh, yeah, I just think it's the voice is degrading for a kid. Oh, yeah. Yeah, are the kids actually playing? Are they Millie Vanillae? No, no. They might not be playing. Every time I see that commercial, always say the girl on the drums in the back, like not even hitting them. Yeah, and the little girl jumps in, she takes over as the lead there, and it goes on and on. If you do what we do and you're hearing it behind the scenes, producers and others, it's brutal. Particularly if you're overnight, whatever. I think that's when I started. I don't know if it's 30 years or not, but it seems like it. Okay. It is the lightning round. One observation, if you didn't see the Oscars last night, I watched, take notes, the whole thing. And the theme was on the stage, it looked like a climate type of approach, natural, et cetera. And I'm looking at a picture of the Dolby Theater, I guess it is. with the trash strewn through the aisles of just every sort. This is always something I zone in on. It drives the other side crazy. How many times have we've seen big, progressive, liberal, somebody else is going to clean it up, but the environment? Wouldn't you, Leonardo DiCaprio, just the smuggest of smug, wouldn't you carry your trash out and just throw it in a can or maybe they go down the aisle? Oh, no, no, we can't do that. And we're going to go to our private jet to get out of there. But we're going to do motifs and we're going to argue about climate. I know it's not climate, but that's a lot of product. What are they going to do with that? How are they going to replace that? I don't know. It looks like popcorn and giant yellow boxes and stuff. It looks like a movie theater after a three-hour movie. I was shocked to realize that this particular date or this particular number started out in 1971 in San Rafael, California. But the thing that was really super annoying is that the server never came back to check on us after he took our order. I had to go to the bar to ask for doggy boxes, and then I had to go up to... to the bar to get the check. So I just wanted to throw that in there. Terrible service. Yeah. And you don't even have a choice. Well, you know, you got to see that going in, I guess, Jim. Avoid that place. Yeah. Anyway, Dom, the answer to my side question is a no-brainer to me.
