Dom Chirado on Talk Radio 1210, WPHD. All right, it is Dom time, 855, 839, 12, 10. I just took another look to it that media scrum today with the Pope on the plane where he said he's not afraid of the Trump administration, and he's just here to preach the gospel. Again, as maddening as it is to me, You don't take this on in the manner that Trump, you know, went on a rant about. That's not the way to deconstruct this. I think we've done a better job at deconstructing. Just follow what we said together in the first hour about the nukes, about Iran, about the untenable situation. And this is one of the boldest choices of any president. And yes, it is a choice. It's the moral choice. Holy Father. And your just lack of having a foot in the real world is shocking. It shows you how incapable you are to pontificate on anything, particularly the Iranians. You ought to know their religious views and what those religious views are and what they would lead to and why they can't get a nuclear weapon. And in the end, that's what this is about. Now, I'm not sure on the Strait of Harmoos coming out of this whole thing over the weekend, the 21 hours of negotiations. If it's exactly true, they made progress on the street. It's just that they're determined and they told them they're going to get a nuclear weapon and that's it. All right. Now, I don't know, I don't think it's possible to drive out of the minds of these religious sick fanatics. that drive to do that. So what does that mean we have to do? Well, it means we have to get the material if possible now. And it means going forward, we have to be hypervigilant. And if we suspect anything, we have to warn them, then bomb them again, try to destroy it again and do it again and again and again. You have to accept there are certain people in the world. We're not going to change. You've got to repeatedly go back and do this. I see no hope of them changing. The fundamental religious belief that they have is as sick as it gets. And it's one of the reasons their country rather than a garden spot like other spots. Well, even the so-called garden spots with all that oil money and all that, they're sick too. And I take special pleasure over the weekend. even though I'm into the Masters for the golfing and just the beauty of it and there's nothing like it and it gives you the urge to go out and play. I do think of the politics of it. I do think of Sergio Garcia, John Rom, blowing up, Sergio Garcia going nuts. I would have sent the Pinkertons out, taking them off the course. Go back to live, buddy. Go back to the minor legs. Getting all that money to play rinky dink courses from the Saudis and be sports washing. And then you show up at Augusta, and it's a shock to you. You can't play with these guys. They're killing each other each week. You're playing fun in games. And by the way, they must have money to burn.

Because I really don't know. I think it's on Channel 17 occasionally. I don't know who in the world's watching LiveGolf. I think they give away the tickets. I don't think people go at all. I really don't. I can't see people going. I can't see the tickets being too expensive, though. Like, I would never watch it on TV. I mean, the scoreboard in itself's an atrocity. Yeah. That it just makes it hard to watch to begin with. And yeah, I just, I don't really care. I don't care about the Livtor. Yeah, and look, some of the formality of golf, okay. Well, like rock music playing as your team off and all that. It's not that type of sport. It's one of these things where we're going to make this sport. Look, how did golf become every man with our 18 million golfers? I'm making that number off. There might be more in the United States. Arnold Palmer and then Tiger Woods. Tiger Woods made it cool. Arnold Palmer took it from Country Club to a guy who just reeked of charisma out there. Yeah. They did it. And people like it and they like to play themselves. And they like to watch it. And Woods made it must-see TV with all the stuff that he did. Yeah, Tiger Woods is saying, knock off the rock music, I'll come over there. You know, come on. Yeah, I guess they think like, oh, well, a lot of golfers, you know, they'll bring a speaker with them in their golf car, play a little music while they're playing. We should do that for a pro. No, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I'm watching pro. No, exactly. All right. It's 8-5-8-3-9-12. Now, sad to report. We just saw this on Twitter. that many, at least what I see here from her husband, who used to be our meme expert extraordinaire. I don't know how many times she has me on a bicycle on Twitter with jeans on and a perfectly proportioned hair. I wish it looked so good. She made the action figures too, right? Oh, yeah. Yes. Oh, my God. Yes, from Texas. I'm really sad to hear that. And people often ask us that there's a community here. Bruce of the Northeast. And, you know, we put out all points bulletins in various ways for him and haven't heard back anything. So I don't know what to report on that front. All-time funny guy and all-time unbelievable voice with Bruce of the Northeast. So we'll see how, you know, if we get any more information on that, we'll let you know. But many called occasionally, sweet woman. Always in the YouTube chat. Always in the YouTube chat. And just a master for all the hosts here of some of the best. I just saw it. Otherwise, I pull up one of the funniest ones. All right. Always with the jeans. Come on. They're comfortable. 855, 839, 12, 10. That's how you get on board. By the way, this just came down from our buddy, Corey DeAngelis, the leader of... school choice. Kansas is the 29th state now. So the governor of Kansas said, no, no, no school choice for you from the big beautiful bill. And the legislature just overroved that overwhelmingly. So we're up to 29 states, three Democrats reconsidering, and Josh Shapiro is on the dime here. All this coming off the big beautiful bill. That's why the White House is featuring it today with this. delivery woman showing up at the back door with McDonald's. It was very impressive with Trump invite her in, I think, for the McDonald's. And talking about that and talking about the no tax on tips. And Mike Johnson the other day with me was pretty good. And you heard it talking about Newt Gingrich instead of a contract on America, contrasts with America. They're crazy. We're not.

7:24

I can't say, though, I felt the urgency, the fire here, and Pennsylvania is the center of this, you know, Ryan McKenzie, Ryan Fitzpatrick. If we maintain the majority in the House, it will be because the country has seen the reality of how crazed Democrats are. But Republicans are not doing anything. overwhelming as we head to the midterms. Now, they're back in session. We've got to get past this war. And even President Trump with Maria Barteromo, Henry, I forget which one this was. This was yesterday. Yes, this is 13. Here's President Trump telling Barteromo that oil prices. could still be a little bit higher right before the midterms. It's all going to be enough, the blockade in the straight, the opening up capacity in the United States. Is this going to be enough to lower the price of oil and gas, sir? Well, it's going to be, eventually it's going to be lower. No, it might not happen initially, but it's going to go down. When this is all over, look, the stock market, the Dow had 50,000. It was supposed to be in four or five years. They said it won't happen during his term. but it'll be maybe four or five years. It hit 50,000 in my first year. You know it better than anybody. You cover it better than anybody. The S&P hit 7,000 in my first year. Before my first year, you know that. And I said to myself, oh, here we go. I got to stop this country from having a nuclear weapon. You want to see a stock market go down? Let a couple of nuclear bombs be dropped on us, or frankly, anyplace else. Right there, right there. That's it. That's a rejoinder. Guess they didn't get that over at the Holy See. Yeah, you want to see the stock market go down. Let's have a couple nuclear bombs. Because if Iran gets one, you know what they said in the initial negotiations. They were on path for 11 of them. They had the enriched material. They were moving closer to that. They said, that's the starting point. We're not giving up those 11. We're talking about going forward on other restrictions. My goodness. What do you do with them? All right. I think what we're doing, they're meeting a force here in Trump, not afraid to do different things than an improviser. And that's why I think the blockade is going to result. You heard Alan West in China entering here, and we might see the straight of Hormuz open up. Then the next question becomes, do we leave? Or do we say no, we need that nuclear material? I'm a little bit unsure what Trump would do then. If the straight opens up and we're past this, what do we do in that? I know the argument we have eyes on it. I know my instincts are. I got to have it. I got to move heaven and earth every single day that these fanatics cannot get a nuclear weapon. And that's what they're going to continue to do. You mean, no matter what, we do this, they're going to continue to do it. If they're breathing, that's what they're going to do. All right, coming up, let me take a call, but coming up, Mikie Sherrill Parker's people testified today before the city council of Philadelphia. They have, I think, a package of seven bills to go after ice. Let's go down memory lane. I'll play you, Rochelle Ballal, the alleged sheriff of Nottingham of Philadelphia. And I'll tell you what Shirel Parker is doing.

10:58

I think they could vote on Thursday. Well, you know who will be there. And I bet this will be his opening salvo, Alante McCauley, with fodder like this. By the way, when Eric Swalwell went on the breakfast club, why did he think wearing a golf hat would be the way to go? I just, do you think Charlene there's, they're playing some putting or something? This is a weird. He's a weird guy. Of course he has something weird like that. When he was shirtless with the other guy, Gallego from Arizona, riding on those camels, thundering across and paid $100,000 by the Arabs. That was a nice shot. Let's go to Michael in Wilmington. Talk Radio 1210. Hey, Michael. Hey, Dom. Good afternoon. Good to talk with you today. How are you, sir? Good. Yeah, good stuff on the weekend, good show so far. Oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute there. I heard that doubt. Strike that from the record so far. No. We're taking it. There we go. Mark that one so far. Don't be. Well, you never know it can happen. Oh, there you go. That's right. That's right. Yes. My save. Yeah. But, yeah, just wanted to chime in that, you know, I know we've taken control of this straight now. And just to kind of piggyback off of what you said. I just hope again that some other countries come to our aid and that to get all this uranium out, I don't know how we're going to do without potentially having people on the ground. But as we saw the negotiations, the Iranians were basically told they beat it. We're not giving up and we want to be radical. We want to make a bomb like beat it. We're not negotiating. So it's probably at some point up to Trump to kind of like, you know, He's going to have to pull the trigger at some point. That's my feeling. He's going to have to. Yeah. I don't know any other way. Yeah, they're not going to give that up. They'll have motion. The Chinese will force them on the street. But on the nukes, it's in the blood now. They're never going to give that up, Michael. So rather than a burden... I think Trump has this attitude. I would try to make my attitude over the lifetime. You know what? You blank blanks. I am more willful than you are and I have the upper hand. So I don't care how long this goes on. I'm going to do whatever I need to do and maybe a bit more to make sure you never do that. You may never face that. You're still thinking, oh, we have more will. You don't have more will. Yeah, I agree. And I think they, you know, they forget that we have two of the most advanced battleships on either side of them and two bodies of water just waiting. I mean, just waiting. So, you know, their leverage is running out very, very quickly, very quickly. But they're just so beholden to that ideal, they will just not give it up. Period. What's your side, Michael? Yeah, so my side, Dom, is, I was telling Kirk, I immediately thought of it. I used to watch that guy, that painter Bob Ross, low energy. Okay, Dom, we're going to draw a little, little tree, little cloud. Got me. Going to get a little babbling brook now, little babbling brook, little bush.

14:11

And it used to put me to sleep watch that guy painting. That is a good one. Yeah, bring Bob Casey in our guest this week, Bob Casey. Well, Santorum told me when he debated him, he couldn't believe it. I mean, the two of them squared up, and you don't know Santorum, Henry, and Kirk, I don't think. All-time braw or intellectual, but I mean, it feels like a fist fight that you're in in this situation with him. And he's debating on national TV, Bob Casey Jr. If it were a fight, I've said this many times, 30 seconds in, they would have stopped. It was unmerciful. Casey still went on the window. The name has magic in Pennsylvania. All right. Coming up. Democrats attacking nuns again. Have you heard about this? These nuns offer free hospice to cancer patients. What does alleged Catholic Katie Kathy Hochul want from them? And I'll take you inside when I got on, and I didn't look up her name. It's an all-time interview when she hung up on me. The woman who sweared off with Rush and Rush got knocked off for a while because of what he called her on the air came on with me. And her ending line was after just two questions. Are there any other questions? It was almost like you, I think we kept the drop for a while. Are there any other questions? And I think I may have said, yeah, we got about a hundred of them. How long do you have, all right? But I was shocked that we got her on. This was involving contraceptives and the holy nuns in Washington. I think it was what are the name of that nuns group? Lady of Mercy, it'll come to me. All right, 855, 839, 12, 10. By the way, Henry, you played in Catholic settings, I think, basketball. Did your teams ever say, Lady of Victory, pray for us? Oh, yeah, all the time. Oh, good. I was just checking if that continued down. Now looking back, and I think it's kind of a strange thing, we're playing another Catholic school, and we're going, Lady of Victory, pray for us! Yeah. Like we're going into the Roman Coliseum. Totally. Well, true. When you played St. Gabriel's and they had tax on the four, one they had to take out of my hand. It was like the Roman Coliseum. St. Charles had the spectators up above you and it was like a square. And it could be the Roman Coliseum. They could be throwing stuff in. So, yeah, our Lady of Victory, pray for us. 855-839. 12 10. Tom Chirano on Talk Radio 1210, WPHT. All right, Tom Chirano's show. So thanks to Guy Sharaki, always on there. Henry, it's the Little Sisters of the Poor. So that would be like, you know, back in the day in CYO, there were a big four in South Philly, St. Gabriel's, King of Peace, St. Charles, and Mount Carmel. And all them had distinctive reasons why they were both basketball talented, but they were scared to death. Like St. Monica's, the rich parish, they don't want to play in it. I mean, they were like, oh, probably in 150 over those years against those four. You never beat them. Particularly in their home court, it would be a shock beyond shock. Right. You could have a seven-footer out there. They'd figure out a way to intimidate you. So here we go again. Now, back in the day, I think it was the Little Sisters of the Port. It seems to be in Washington. And this woman who was beyond a surbic led the charge.

17:40

that the little sisters of the poor were going to have to provide, you know, they employed people, I guess, contraceptance and contraceptive services. Well, little sisters of the poor are going, what the heck, we're doing God's work. Come on, little sisters are the poor. What a brand. And she wouldn't let up, and Obama was involved. So Rush went after her. I won't say what he said about her around this. It was an allegation, I think. And Henry, they suspended him, which I've never seen before, or advertisers or a combination. He had to apologize, which I never seen. Huh. I get her on. I wasn't on then noon to three. I was on nine to noon, I'm pretty sure. And you can imagine, both I'm bristling, but I'm cautious that I'm not going to get caught up into saying the very same thing. And that's why the immortal words like three minutes in, are there any other questions? We have it somewhere. We used to have as a drop. It's an all-timer. So here, Kathy Hochul and the Democrats going after a group of nuns. that have a Catholic cancer home hospice in New York. It's free, and all they do is provide palliative care to poor people with cancer, 42-bed nursing facility in New York. We cannot cure our patients, but we can assure the dignity and value of their final days and keep them comfortable and free of pain. The sisters sued New York and federal court this week attached to their filing as a series of letters they received from the state's health department, explaining the law now requires long-term care facilities to defer to their residents' choices of pronouns and bathrooms. This is under a bill of rights coming from Kathy Hochul. Hey, Pope Leo, not doing anything? I don't want to check her out. I think she's a Catholic. They say that willfully and repeatedly failing to use a resident's preferred name or pronouns is illegal. The state regulators wrote, and so is prohibiting a resident from using a restroom available to other persons of the same gender identity. Another letter says staff must undergo mandatory cultural competency. Think about these goals. You're dealing with, first of all, if you went to get, you know, the nuns. You're dealing with the nuns who for nothing are providing dignity and cancer care. And these Democrats know no boundaries. Now, don't you think this ought to be something that the fraudulent cardinals and Pope we saw over the weekend might be bringing up. Several people have called in or social media said, yeah, there's a lot of ways that, I think it was Robert of Ben Salon, that Catholics under attack, Christians under attack around the world. That might be something you'd be taking a look at. But no, that's not where they want to go. They want to continue to go down this path of saying that we don't care what the background is. We don't care how holy you are. We don't care about any of that stuff.

21:04

you're going to comply to this no matter what. That's what it comes down to. Do you have any other questions? Oh, thank you for fire. Just to hear the tone of that voice, you know what this was like hand-to-hand combat? I would say Richard Nixon had his six crises like he's in Caracas and are overturning the car with him. It's just unbelievable with Pat in there with him that he writes about. That woman in the ring with her, in the ring with Christy. There are two that are just legendary. But with her, I was really on guard. You know, you have someone suing the little sisters of the poor. I give her credit she came on until that. Do you have any other questions? It was like, we just barely got through with these questions. That you haven't answered yet. You might have to get a big list of your all-time, just back and forth, all-time, like, debates, spars you've had over the air over the years. I know Chris did be on it. First, I'm hearing about this one, so I'm intrigued. Oh, this was, yes. And if you Google what happened with Limbaugh, what he called her, you know, you can't be doing that. It's playing right into there. You'll see what I'll tell you during the break. Okay, coming up. We are going to talk with police officer from Phoenixville, one of our favorite spots, because Phoenixville has put out this directive. They're looking for people. And I think it's in early May that are willing to drink and then take the sobriety test. Because I think their argument is here, it's an art to be doing the sobriety test. You just don't rely on the breathalyzer, I guess. Like if the breathalyzer is close, I mean, I'll get to context from the officer. And what kind of drink can they get? And if we have any listeners who think they would be a good candidate. Now, Henry used to live out that way. Henry, you'd be a great candidate. I would be a great candidate. Yeah, why don't you apply? I can draw him back. I might. I just might. I wonder if he would accept me. I don't know. It might be fraught with legalism. We've got to get Greg Stocker involved in this. It's just made for talk radio. Officer Matthew Fuscoe will be with us next. And call in if you'd like to find out if you could be a candidate for this to help the police out. But I have a lot of questions, and you might want to call in with one. I want to make sure I answer all these, why it's so difficult for police officers to deal with this. And Henry, I have to ask him, have you ever had anyone say to you, do you know who I am? Oh, God. I'm going to go on the limb and say yes. Probably. I think that happens a lot. Do you know who I am? All righty, it's 855, 839, 12, 10, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless. All that you have to do is just push pound 1210. Tom Chiodano on Talk Radio 1210, WPHT. I got to hear bad boys. It's hard to beat as the all-time police. Come on. And with guys with the white T-shirts on, I won't call them the other.

24:11

Sometimes with a cigarette pack inside. That's even better. All right. Joining us is Officer Matthew Fuscoe. He's the point person, I think, over there in Phoenixville where we've held several events. A lot of great places to eat and drink downtown. And they're looking for people under controlled circumstances. And we'll ask him about that. that will drink, and then there will be sobriety checkpoints. At least that's what I got from the media. And Henry, feel free to jump in here. Let's go to the officer. Hey, officer, thank you very much for joining us on this important mission, and it was a lot of fun talking about it. Why do this? What are you guys up to? Hi, Dom. Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it. Yeah, so, officer, thank you. And why are you guys doing this? What's the need to have people drink and then observe them? What are you trying to do? So this class is available to any police officer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And what it does is it teaches them the three standardized for field sobriety tests that are given when you believe somebody is driving under the influence of alcohol. Okay. So let me ask with the breathalyzer. Isn't the breathalyzer or is there something if it's close to the legal limit or is it a lot of people, officer, in your experience, may refuse the breathalizers. Is that why we still have these field tests? Well, the field tests are what is given first before you get to the breathalyzer. It's supposed to give the officer a good idea of the level of a paramet the driver has before we ask them to take a breathalyzer test. Okay. And what do they do? What are the possible tests? So the three standardized field sobriety tests are the horizontal gaze, the stagmus. That's the one where you may have seen recently with the Tiger Woods video where the officers checking his eyes, moving their finger across horizontally, checking his eyes. That's the horizontal gaze and stagmus. The next test is the nine-step walk and turn. Again, many people have probably seen that online somewhere where you have somebody stand on a straight line and walk heel to toe in a certain manner. And then the third test is the one leg stand where you have them stand on one leg, lift the other one and count to 30 seconds. Oh, man, there's a lot. That last one might be fairly difficult for a lot of people. So is the art of determining are they over the limit or are they just physically, you know, having trouble standing on one leg? I mean, is this, how do you, what are you taught to do then? Go to the breathalyzer if there's any doubt? Well, there are decision clues for each one of those tests. There are six decision clues for your eyes. There's eight decision clues for the walk and turn, and there's four decision clues for the one leg stand. So you have to meet a minimum standard of each one to reach an impairment level worth asking for the breathalyzer test. So if you don't have the clues, then you don't go any further. Okay.

27:19

About how many of these have you done? And I'm interested in the course of that, did anybody ever say to you, hey, officer, do you know who I am? So in my career, I'm a little over about 150 DUI arrests. I've been with Phoenixville for about 18 years. So... about 150, maybe a little over. And I don't, if ever, can recall that I've been asked, do you know who I am? I usually get the... I usually get the... My dad's the former chief of so-and-so or my uncle's a cop and such and such. I get that. I don't get that. Do you know who I am personally? I haven't gotten that one. Oh, man. You know what? That's even more powerful because I'm not pulling rank. I'm just telling you, come on. Yeah. I'm just telling you that if this happens, you'll get a phone call. Yeah. Yeah, that's 150 now. That seems like quite a bit, even over 18 years. Henry, do you have a question? Because I wanted to ask about the first. Yeah, Officer Fustco. So with the kind of citizens you're recruiting for this program, is there a certain like archetype of person like you're looking for? Are you looking for like a 6-7 former defensive end football player who might be hard to wrangle? Are you looking more like for like the 90-pound, you know, yoga mom who might have too much Chardonnay with dinner? No, so we're looking for both. All right. Because we will want is we want officers to be able to test. Both kinds of citizens that they're going to run into on the street, right? You're going to pull over the yoga mom or you're going to pull in, you're going to pull over the 6-7 defensive linemen. While these tests are standardized across all, like, so your eyes are going to give you the same clue whether you're 6-7 or 5-7. You know, the ability to walk in a street line and all that is, you know, all from the same person. The reason we like both kinds of people is that we give the opportunity for the officer to be able to figure out how they're going to be able to perform these tests. If I'm 5'8 and I have to give somebody who's 6'7 an eye test, that's going to be a problem, right? So we have to teach them how to do that, right? So what we do is we teach them to have them take a seat, right? We have the person, the driver take a seat either on the push bumper if your police car has one, or maybe you do it in the front seat of your police car, the passenger seat or have them take a seat. It's where you bring them down to your level, right? We teach them these kind of trips, tips and tricks to get... to get through with these things in case they do run into that person, right? And so maybe you have a smaller stature officer and you have a taller driver. You're like, oh, how am I going to do this, right? So we teach them the way to get to kind of figure out their way through things. So we like, we would like both types of people. A silly question. Do you guys practice putting your hand on the head when they're handcuffed and they have to get in the car and you have to push their head in? No, usually what I tell people is I tell them to turn and face me, and I tell them to, like, put their butt in first. They usually get their head in the door quicker. Listen, when people are that impaired sometimes, you can tell them, you know, you can give them X, Y, Z, and how not to do it. They're still going to bump their head because they're just not listening to you. Now, what are you exactly going to do with them, the drinking? Did they get whatever they want, the circumstance? What happens in people, and we'll give.

30:31

How many people do you have so far if it's not a, you know, public matter? So if anybody would like to email me at the email address, it's M-F-U-S-C-O at Phoenixville.org, we are full for this current class because we only take seven individuals for the drinking class, but, I mean, we run them once or maybe twice a year. And also I do this across the state. The agency who I work for is called I-L-E. It's the Institute of Law Enforcement Education, law enforcement education, sorry, I-L-E-E, if you Google that. We go all across the state and teach this. I just happen to work for Phoenixville, so I brought it to my department. But the Institute of Law Enforcement Education is who actually puts this on. So you have to drink spirits. So it's either vodka, rum, or whiskey. And, you know, you can mix it with whatever you want. And we keep a record of you while you're in the dosing room, we call it, and we keep an eye on you. And we get you up to like a 0.15 or so. And we try to keep you at that level until it's time to be tested. So for the average person, my cheating height is 6 foot 1 in a quarter. I'm already out. I admit it my cheating height. And about my cheating weights, about 212. How many vodka's before I would be a good test subject? 212. So the height doesn't matter. It's the weight. Okay. So it's 12 ounces. 12 ounces. So about four drinks. We'll get you. Oh, to about an 08 to a 1-0. Within an hour. Within an hour. So we do this over. We start them drinking at about 9 a.m. And we finish them up about noon or 1. And then when the officers come back from their lunch break, we start the testing. Ah, Henry, you had another follow. It seems like a lot of drinks, doesn't it? Yeah, that sounds like an average night for me. No, do you have any, like, I don't know, mixers or chasers to go with her? They just shoot it straight. Yeah, yeah. No, no, no. You can mix it whatever you like. You can mix it whatever you like. Like a lot of women like vodka cranberry, a lot of guys are rum and Coke, you know, ginger ale, something like that. No, whatever you want it with, we don't make it take straight. But let me ask you, though, the thing, I'm trying to get to the mind, too, for the public. to get them out there that you can be drunk, you know, and you would blow over the legal limit. And I think when you're dealing with vodka, something like that, they realize that. Why not beers? Because you have people that think they can consume X number of beers and they're fine and they might not be.

33:05

So the reason we use spirits and not beer is that it's hard to exactly know the alcohol content of certain kinds of beers, right? Like your average miler light or something like that's a four and a half percent. And you get these IPAs, which are getting up in like seven, and then you get anything after that, right? These specialty beers. So when somebody tells you, I've had two or three beers, okay, well, that's what kind, right? Then you have to kind of delve into like, well, what were you drinking? Right. something or other, which is like, you know, nine or eight percent per beer and things like, you're going to be much higher of a BAC than you are somebody who's had two or three mil or lights at like four and a half. So this way, if we keep them, when we test the subjects, if we keep them a certain, we know the exact amount of the proof of the alcohol that we're giving them. You know the exact amount of alcohol percentage that we're giving this person. And, you know, it all depends. You know, there's weight that comes involved. There's what you had for breakfast that comes involved. You know, drinking on an empty stomach is going to get you drunk faster than drinking after having a large meal. So we keep, when they break, when they come in that morning, we ask them what they had to eat for breakfast. We breathalized them. We give them a portable breathalyzer test every hour to see where they're at, and we realize that we have to give them more if we need to back them down. Well, Officer, this is fascinating stuff. You're doing great work here. I thought this was a small project, but you're doing it across the state. That's wonderful. Marijuana, the only objection I had, people voted for it in Colorado. They voted for it in Jersey, I guess was the detection part of this. And the people I've had on over the years say, yeah, that's a little bit of a problem. How do you guys test for being inebriated or a DUI with marijuana or? Well, harder drugs. I mean, like with Tiger Woods, I guess it could be more obvious. But marijuana is more subtle, right? So there are further testing that is given. There are, there's levels to sobriety testing that officers are trained in. There's your basic standardized field sobriety test practitioners, but the class that I'm offering right now. And then after that, there's a class called A-Ride, which is advanced roadside impairment detection and enforcement. And then there's the highest level, which is your drug recognition expert, your DRE. Ah, okay. Those, that, that's a, that's a three or four-week class. that you go down and you study people who are under the influence of drugs, and you're able to make your assessment from a...

35:35

not only the not only the sobriety testing but also further further tests that are given and things like that so if you believe you have somebody who's under the influence of of narcotics um those are the those are the officers who should be contacted to make the further assessment okay well officer thank you so much again where do we send people for the future because this uh goes on uh you know over the year where do they go All right, so if you're a law enforcement officer and you have an agency who wants to host this class, you can look up Eiley, the Institute of Law Enforcement Education. It's through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It's a Penn Dot branch. We'll come to any department who wants to request this. It's completely free. It's of no charge of the officer or the agency. And if you want to become a participant in the drinking portion, you can email me at M, F-S-N-Frank, U.S-C-O at phoenixville.org. Thank you, officer, very, very much. Really appreciate it. Any time we can spread the word, please let a Henry know. We'd love to have you back. All right. Sounds good. Anytime. Thank you very much. All right. Great stuff there. I mean, I've really got... I'm still thinking the four vokas in an hour. That's a lot. Oh, yeah, you've got to put them back a little bit. Yeah, I mean, that's... Well, just give me a double at that point. I got two doubles. Yeah, well, we did the whole bit. I never had vodka that I remember, and Johnny had to come up with the Dom Gierdano vodka drink. Did you tell me there was, like, more than one ingredient? We talked about that a lot back. Oh, there were like five or six ingredients in, yes. Now, I would bring Johnny in as an expert witness, though, bartenders are, you know, they have to determine, too. Without all this stuff, if the person's had too much. Johnny, if you're listening, that'd be a great follow-up. You know, what's the sign? I mean, some of the obvious, right? But how do you make that distinction? 855. I love you with the Chardonnay and the 6'7 inch. That's even better than... not saying, do you know who I am, saying, do you know my father is the police chief? You know, my father is the attorney general. My uncle's a cop. You can't be doing this to me. What are you talking? All right. He's going to hear about that. 855, 839, 12, 10. Coming up, I got a couple of things Trump said with the lady delivering McDonald's. Progressive women. Your words are garbage and you're a bad person at this point. Gone wild. All right, that's right. Every day around this time and this today's edition is somebody who believes the Iranians have the exact coordinates of Trump in the White House. What are they waiting for? Here's today's version of progressive women gone wild. Hey, Iran. I'm sick as a fucking dog. COVID's a bitch, right? Uh, we gave you the goddamn coordinates to the White House. Anytime. Anytime you fucking feel like it would be nice. I know that you lack. the firepower to actually get it here to the U.S., but I'm sure there's somebody somewhere who can help you develop that technology right quick. Okay? Anytime. The man's goddamn insane. Do it. Because apparently we can't. We're counting on you. All right. So the coordinates, some other agency helping. I'm sure she's gotten a call from either Secret Service or someone else. We don't know our occupation. We're guessing it's always a nurse and teacher, home care health care. They're the leading categories here. All right. Just a couple of other things. President Trump today, they are starting to go all out on the no tax on tips. Brought in this door dash. person with McDonald's, gave her a $100 tip to focus on that, and then had a press conference on Iran with the grandma door dasher standing right beside him. Last week, it was the Easter egg money. Today it was the door dasher holding up the McDonald's right next to Trump. Hey, I'm going to hurry up. This don't want it to get cold. Oh, my goodness. One other thing, Scott Presler may be, he's in Colorado, so we're pretty unclear today, but maybe tomorrow because something holding him up. But over the weekend, quite a stir with Scott, as always, in that... More than claims, he's provided evidence about, first of all, illegal aliens on the voter rolls in Pennsylvania, across Pennsylvania, and that one of them was an illegal alien sex offender on the voting rolls. All right? Time to pass the Save America Act. So hopefully, if we don't get them today, we'll get them tomorrow. And Al Schmidt, answer your phone, buddy. What are you going to do about this? Well, we don't let's invest. How about if we purge the roles of those that shouldn't be on them? Maybe that would be a start. On and on it goes. And by the way, with that progressive woman gone wild, that's one thing. But I happened to be looking for something on CNN. And I saw one of their big guns, the big gun of the New York Times, Tom Friedman, the guy who apparently wrote the book on the Middle East. He was on and he said, a Democratic Iran.

43:01

might not be worse seeing Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu get credit for successful regime change. Think about it. Think about how much better the world would be, the Middle East, et cetera, if Iran had something resembling not a complete and total insane dictatorship, religious fanatics. And he goes, yeah, that would be unbelievable. But you know what? It's not worth Benjamin Netanyahu. He throws him into and Trump getting credit. How does this guy, now at least he was honest, you knew he had to be thinking about it, but how does this guy maintain any credibility at all? This is beyond Trump derangement. It's Benjamin Netanyahu derangement syndrome. Yeah, that would be, and he brings it up himself, that would be unbelievable. But you know what? I know Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu would get credit, so I can't sign off on it. All right, big 2 o'clock hour. Hit us with Bob Casey Jr. going to run against John Fetterman all-time low energy slash boring. In addition to that, we got Dom's Money Melody for a great prize. And I teased it at the beginning of the show and got so wound up with the Pope, et cetera. And there's more developments. Philadelphia schools, many of them apparent, we told you this fraudulent graduation rate. If we can't have them proficient, let's just graduate them. And that's the number we'll tell. They got caught, though. They're graduating kids this year they want to, and they have been, who can't read right or do math at a proficient level or anywhere near that. Any testing? Nope. They're giving them another pathway. This came from Harrisburg. And it's called pathways. And if you get a credential. You get a piece of paper. I got my credential here. Good. See you later, buddy. Two and two or five. Two and two or five. Two and two or three. The hell difference is make. I got my credential. One of the credentials, and I've been sending this to people this morning, and we'll play it for you and YouTube too, is ladder safety. Yes, a two-hour online course, and we'll play the guy talking about this. If you take that course, meaning you sit there for two hours, not really. Can you imagine? And they certify the school district says, you know ladder of safety now, then you get to pass because you have a credential. When they're caught at this, I'll tell you what the principal of the school said in rejoinder to being caught. graduating people because they're taking ladder safety online. It's only two hours, if that. We'll play you a little bit of it. Play around with it. 855-839, 12-10. Dom Jiu-Dano, weekdays noon till 3. From Talk Radio 1210, WPHD.
