Start of a big week. Welcome in, everyone. I hope you had a great weekend. This just broke right before the show. And it's important because, again, you can roll over. You can give in to progressives or you can realize it's never over. So the Commonwealth Court, one step below. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where we have issues, the rogue Pennsylvania Supreme Court, has just ruled, nah, you can't put a ban on getting an abortion, spending for abortion on Medicaid. Now, you know what Medicaid is? The taxpayers are paying the freight. And you know, you're a savvy listener. The deal always has been this, and it's a fair deal. I'm not getting, it's not getting into choice life. It's getting into a simple thing. There's widespread difference. Maybe 50, 50, maybe a little bit more at various times. One side or another has a lead in polling among Americans. And in Pennsylvania, I would say they lose the other side, the choice side. The Hyde Amendment. Remember what the deal was?

Look, we're not going to spend taxpayer money on abortion. That's it. It has nothing to do with banning. We're not going to pay for your abortion. You want to get all the abortions in the world? Go right ahead. Go and get those abortions. Well, the Commonwealth Court. Four to three, three Democrats and a Republican, and I'll name her because, again, this is another thing where we screw up. This woman never should have been on the Commonwealth Court. In decision after decision, Ms. Jubilier is somebody who sides with the Democrats almost all the time. So by four to three, they said the right to get an abortion. is a fundamental constitutional right under the Pennsylvania Constitution. Therefore, this deal, if you will, that would be like saying, we're not going to let you vote. That would be like saying you have no right to freedom of travel, freedom of religion. Nope. This, according to her, is up there. in that same realm. So as a result, Josh Shapiro takes to Twitter celebrating. This is what we're up against. And throughout the show, I'll tell you why this election in Pennsylvania is so important. I'm talking both the House and the Senate. It's underplayed, but when the new governor, the Hunger Games woman in Virginia. has gerrymandered, raised tax and everything she plummeted. But one thing she's signed into law that ought to give you a chill. And you know how I am about the electoral college. Maybe I go too far. There are other ideas of Jefferson, the founding fathers. I get it. But I love the wisdom of the electoral college that mobs in New York and L.A. are not going to just overrun us and we're going to be able to win as we have. And they don't like that. So there's this compact, and I used to tell you about it, and it seemed like a pipe dream. Well, they're getting closer. Virginia signed latter part of this week, a law that says whoever wins the popular vote nationwide for president, they will get our electoral votes. In other words, it could be a swing state. It doesn't matter. And they are closing in on the magic number. The only thing that matters is of 270. Because if they get to 270 with that ratified, that means whoever wins the popular vote many times will be the president. Oh, that's fair. I'm not going to even deign the idiocy of that, of the genius of the founding fathers with us. And guess which state is one of the one, two, or three up to determine getting over that 270? That would be Pennsylvania. It's a state that could get the trifecta this time, meaning both houses and the governor's race.

So the Senate is our best chance by any stretch. So when you hear me talking about how important the Senate race and the House running down won. But on paper, they could win all three. And if they do, Josh Shapiro and the others will be only too happy to sign off on this. And if one other state, I'll go through it in detail, does that. They will have the magic 270. This is what they want. The Constitution is the enemy of the left. It is their enemy. They scream, what about our First Amendment rights? Yeah, how about the Second Amendment? By the way, how about freedom of religion under the First Amendment? They don't seem to be too keen on that. It's more just the speech part, and even that. If they get in power, suddenly it's what? Hate speech. Yeah, that's what we're looking at here. So this is a chilling, chilling moment here where they finally have arrived. I don't know how many years I've been talking about this. It seems like a dozen or so. They keep on creeping along. And you're going, oh, come on, this can't be. They can't be within shouting distance. Now, will it be challenged in court? Yeah. You know. We're not going to go to the well all the time because I don't trust John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett. Would the Supreme Court stop this? Possibly, I'm not sure. So far it hasn't. So on paper, they need Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, but they don't even need Wisconsin. There are other states in play that might do this in this upcoming election. In 26, they might have the trifecta. And if they do, oh boy, you know they're going to use this. You know how they hate the electoral college, almost as they hate the Supreme Court right now as a bulwark. Not as much as a, well, I don't know if I'd put this in how much they hate Trump, but it's up there. All right, so phone lines with Dom, or 855, 839, 12, 10. We got a great side question. Did a little bit more research on this, too, because it's always contentious about this day, 420. Corey DeAngelis is coming up, the evangelist of school choice. He has been flooding all of his social media and appearances. This guy, Mark Kelly. The hypocritical senator from Arizona is running for president. He'll run for president. One of the tells is he just introduced this big thing attacking school choice mercilessly in Arizona, all out with Maisie Hernandez as his co-sponsor. This fraud went to great private schools and he sent his kid to the Gregory School that costs a zillion dollars a year. Once again, their hatred of choice, which they always talk about, is so clear. So he'll be here. Of course, Scott Preserver get an update with him. We got several other things breaking, including coming up. I want to get into this temple story. It was mentioning it to dawn. So as we understand it, I haven't seen if police have captured any yet. But you had a mob of at least nine, if not more, storming down Broad Street.

And they went after a temple student who fled into Morgan Hall. Morgan Hall is one of their chief residents, meaning a secure building. They chase him inside, attack him, and then damage right down Broadway at Temple. Now look, the Temple police, I think do a heck of a job. You know, one of their talking points, I think when you go to Temple, hey, realize we have the third biggest police department in Pennsylvania. Next question. Why do you need such a big police department? I think they don't have as many as Pittsburgh. I'm pretty sure on that. It's Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and it used to be Temple. So how in the world do they attack this kid? get inside and then damage the building inside. And why in the world would we not realize, and the Inquirer has a story, how much temple is losing in people going there? I just would never go there. We go through this all the time. You can't go there. We did an event there, but Maria Bartramo, some years back, and I have to say inside the bubble, I was impressed. The bubble meaning take your pick. maybe one block north and south, I mean, east or west of Broad Street, and then maybe four or five blocks in the center, something like that. I could draw it up for you. And yet, this was right inside the bubble. It's their residence hall. And this mob just was determined they were going to get this kid, and they were going to wreck the place while they were in there. Again, towed off you police or on this stuff, Temple Police. How many of these, quote, it's 3 o'clock in the morning. And a lot of them appear to be under 18, 17, 16. What are they doing at 3 a.m.? You know what they're doing. They're out there causing trouble. Oh, where are their parents? Nothing will happen there. So we'll see. How many have previous criminal records? I'm betting half or more, at least. How many is Krasner dismissed? Almost all those. All right, so phone lines are 855, 8, 3, 9, 12, 10. Today, 420, of course, famous day when I was still teaching high school it was. And I never looked into it until I knew we were going to do it today. I always thought at one point it had something to do with a subsection, a code of California law. It did not. Apparently, these kids in San Rafael would get high at a statue. Around 4 p.m. their time. And then somehow or another, either one of them or somebody they knew became a roadie with the Grateful Dead. And that's one story of how the legend took off of 420. So whatever the backstory is, what we'd like to know, somebody or something associated with. weed with marijuana. Now, it's on my mind today, too, particularly over the weekend, and we'll play that coming up. President Trump said, would Biden do this? Executive order, we've opened up the use of various psychedelics to be used with veterans that are experiencing, if not PTSD. They're experiencing something that is

akin to it, I guess. And this apparently is a very good remedy for it. So he's opened the floodgates now. I know we work closely with people that convince Trump to sign off on your right to try. This is another example of your right to try. It's controversial. Joe Rogan, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. behind it. And these are psychedelics. All right, I'm going to take off the board, Reefer Madness. If you've never seen the film, if it's streaming probably, when the guy plays a piano in this, that is worthy of an all-time overreaction. It takes one hit of the joint and goes crazy on that piano. Yeah, exactly. And I'm going to take Colorado off since Colorado is the first state on a big-time level that has experimented with this, the mile high thing. And... They claim that it has been beneficial. There hasn't been, you know, too much problem with marijuana, edibles, and everything else in Colorado. Some other people say, yeah, there have been difficulties. But they're the first on a massive scale, I think. that has done this. Okay, Henry, how about yours? Yeah, I'll take a couple off the board here. How about one of my favorite movies of all time, if not my favorite movie? It's considered under the, I guess, realm of the stoner movie. So some people might be watching it tonight after they indulge in a toke. It'd be dazed and confused. Okay. Yeah, 1993 movie directed by Richard Link later. Just shows, you know, what it's like for kids on the last day of school in Austin, Texas back in the 70s. I think it's a great hangout movie. just awesome and then uh how about a person i'll take off the board uh whoopi goldberg yeah if you're ever watching you know the view and she says something and go what is she talking about what is she high you know what she might be uh you know back a few years ago she gave an interview to time about her vape pen her vape weed pen uh saying the vape pen has changed my life no i'm not exaggerating in fact her name is sippy Yes, she's a she, and yes, I named her sippy because I take tiny little sips, sassy sips even from her. And with each sip comes relief from pressure, pain, stress, and discomfort. I think she has a medical marijuana center. I think she owns it. Interesting. Yeah. Well, that explained, it still doesn't explain the view. If it does, that's pretty bad for marijuana. So that's all you can say. When you watch TV, you just go, what are you high? That's pretty bad. All right. Nice research here. Kirk, what do you have? I said it before and I'll say it again. When you're smoking weed, you've got to have the munchies. Okay, absolutely. That's why the Girl Scout cookies selling in front of marijuana center. Part of me says entrepreneurial and other parts says, eh, it's a little bit dodgy here. You want your eight or ten-year-old daughter out there in front of the... cannabis stand. And getting the contact on that. Yeah. That might be. It's a great issue. All right. So it's 855, 8.5, 839, 12, 10. Something associated with it. I gave you the Medicaid story breaking. And it's not solely about abortion. The Republican who wrote the dissent.

said, now abortion, corporate abortion providers have a constitutionally mandated ability to bill Pennsylvania taxpayers to pay for abortion on demand. That's what it's about. You want to go get an abortion, go. Go do it already. Let me alone. But I don't want to pay for this. That's the point. And Josh Shapiro now has gone down Broadway with this. I haven't seen Stacey Garrity. Stacey, you've got to make the case here. Got to explain this. or as Pennsylvania turned so much that they think this is a good thing. Medicaid abuse is one of the biggest things out there, and this is just another abuse. We shouldn't have to pay for your abortion. We shouldn't have to pay for your sex change thing. We should have to pay for any of this stuff. You want to do that, knock yourself out. But we shouldn't, that's the deal. That's what it's always been. And this Republican jubilier, It's a joke. Republicans miss time after time on court after court of the people they put up for these jobs or nominate or put up for election. This is a big miss. She's always involved in this. What will the state Supreme Court do? They will go for this. I would be surprised if it's not five to, they'll go for it overwhelmingly. So in Pennsylvania, you're going to be able to get an abortion and you pay for it. That's where the line should be drawn. That, the importance of these upcoming elections, if they get the trifecta in Pennsylvania, they will take our electoral votes. I just think, you know, I know some people out there, well, we won the popular vote the last time. Hey, look, it was Trump, who is a force of nature against one of the worst candidates we've ever seen. I don't know. I don't see Republicans winning the popular vote. So knock it off already with the stupid stuff. It's an aberration. Particularly in the states where election integrity is a joke, California, New York, you know what I'm talking about. It's going to be rare that you're winning the popular vote. So what they'll do is they'll say whatever you win electorally, it doesn't matter. You win the state, say we win Virginia again, which looks to be pretty difficult. or Pennsylvania. Nope. Those electoral votes go to the Democrat. Now just think about, think about this too. One of the arguments against the popular vote is the popular vote is exactly what they want to rig more and cheat more because it's hard to cheat enough in all these swing states, etc. But if you get out there in California and say, we got a gazillion lead, see what I'm talking about. They get this. You're not going to win again. This is what they've always been after. And Josh Shapiro's determined to carry that Senate and the House. We'll at least be able to win the Senate back. So, again, we know about the suicide rates. It is unbelievable of veterans. And there have been all kinds of questions, why, what about these conflicts so much different? That's up in the air. When I came out of this, I felt like I had gotten my life back. That was five years ago. I literally lived the best days of my life every single day. I'm so thankful for everybody who's in this room to help out with this. I know this is kind of a new frontier for us. And just the fact that we're taking this kind of slow as smooth as fast and we're getting it in there so we can test this out so that we don't get ahead of ourselves. I think that's very impactful. I think there's a lot of people out there that need help, not only our veterans, but our civilian population that can benefit from this. And it's going to do great things for our country to get it back on track and open up a lot of doorways and pathways for us to be successful in the future. Thank you for you, Tom. All right. Now, Joe Rogan, as I said, was there. And Trump even credited him. Apparently, he's trying to mend fences with Joe Rogan, who I just think is a blowhard. But we'll put that aside for a moment and just one conspiracy after another. Here's what Rogan said about this whole thing with Trump and the benefits of these psychedelics. Cut 17. Tell everybody how this happened. I sent President Trump some information. We have a gigantic opiate problem in this country, obviously. In 2024, more than 80,000 people died of overdoses. It's a horrible number. And there's more than 5 million people that are addicted to opiates right now in this country. With one dose of Ibogaine, more than 80% of people are free of that addiction. With two doses, it's more than 90%. I send them that information. The text message came back, sounds great. Do you want FDA approval? Let's do it. It was literally that quick. These drugs are illegal not because they're harmful. They're illegal because of the 1970 Controlled Substances Act that was passed by the Richard Nixon administration. They did it to target the civil rights movement and the anti-war movement. It's not because these drugs harm people. And for 56 years, we've lived under those terrible conditions. We're free of that now. We're free of that now.

Thanks to all these people that we see next to me. And thanks to President Trump. All right. There's Joe Rogan. Now, I'm not vouching for all that, but I would say there's a really good case for it. Now, I know that President Trump, with the right to try law, was a champion of that. And when people reached him and actually had a chance to talk with him about it, He immediately sprang into action under the simple principle. Well, wait a minute. It's my life. If I want to try something that's a Hail Mary, Shane was plug. We saw the Hail Mary Project. Might be an aside question coming up this week. If I want to try that, I should have a right to do it. And I agree completely. Now, this is a little bit different. You know, we're in the infancy stages of this. But Trump also said Joe Biden never would have had the ability to do this. And I agree with that, right, wrong or indifferent. When Trump gets on to something like no tax on tips, right to try, things happen. He wants to know why not. And sometimes I think there is a good why not. But other times I see that he just breaks through with this. And it's something, again, we come back to Iraq, 47 years of putting up with this nonsense. They were getting closer to a nuclear weapon. They think they were going to blockade the straight. I haven't seen the latest in the last hour or so. But we took out this gigantic cargo ship, or at least we disabled it and then boarded it and took it. We didn't say, hey, we're going to fool around here some more. Are we any closer to the Iranians giving up the nuclear material? I don't think so. But... everything's in play here. All right, get in on the side right now. 8.5, 839, 12, 10, that's how you do it. Anything, anybody, real or fictional, associated with marijuana. As I told you, Dave Sunday, hoped to get him back on, the Attorney General, he led the case in this Commonwealth court decision that just came down in Pennsylvania. saying, hey, if the people wrote the Constitution wanted access to abortion to be seen as a constitutional right, well, they would have put it into the Constitution. They did not. But a court has just ruled that you and I have to pay for this. I don't know what it would be analogous to, that you may not want to pay for it if you're on the other side. And the deal is, you know what, something like this. This is too big of a debate. Let's put our uniforms aside. One thing we should agree on, no, we shouldn't have to pay for this. But at this point in time, I think the Pennsylvania Supreme Court sometime in the summer will go, hey, guess what? Here's the bill. All right, the great Corey DeAngelis is next. He's got information on the Chicago public school teachers, the worst, dragooning hundreds of kids on May Day, commie day, to do their activities. Mark Kelly coming out boldly against school choice. I had on Mike Johnson, the speaker of the house. We got into School Choice. And how do we see that? Look, it's not going to be the top issue in the midterms, but I think it should be because it gets it to the heart of how just craze the other side is. I'm not even sure if Corey saw this. I have a source in Colorado. I'll ask him about it. That's proof of this. But he's been taking on also the enemy of parents, the big national, and the Chicago, the L.A., the Philadelphia, the New York.

so-called public money, which is a communist term to begin with. They should be talking about it in terms of taxpayer dollars, but it's private funding. It's a tax credit scholarship. You're donating voluntary contributions to scholarship organizations, then getting a tax benefit for doing so. According to the Supreme Court case in 2011, ACSTOB-W-W-W-W-W-N, which was out of Arizona. Private dollars remain private until they enter the tax collector's hands. Any other view of tax money is that basically, in Mark Kelly's logic, all money belongs to the government, and it's total socialism. That's a warped view, especially in America. And look, he's in a state where they have over 100,000 kids using scholarships for private schools in Arizona. And so it's a... Hopefully it's a play stupid games, win stupid prizes moment for Mark Kelly's constituents must not be happy about his attack on parental rights. It is almost Andy Beshear is another one. It's almost universal, either they or they sent their kids to some of the priciest schools imaginable. And, you know, Johnson, Speaker Johnson, Corey, with me, was serious about this. Is it your sense, though? I'm not sure that in the midterms, this is going to get a proper place because it gets at the heart of standing in the schoolhouse door. It gets in the heart of they never give up on this. And what you're doing on the other front with the teachers' unions, that should have traction. That's what I told. Yeah. It should have traction, and it almost relies on the Republicans running on the issue. I mean, look, education is typically at the bottom of the list on priorities when the clone voters go to the ballot box. Usually it's jobs, the economy crime at the top. But if you go back to the 2021 election in Virginia, when Glenn Youngkin won the governor's race, education was the number two issue in that election. It's second to only the economy. And why was that the case? Well, it's because his opponent, Terry McColliffe, said, I don't think parents should be telling schools that they should teach. So parental rights became front and center. And if Glenn Youngkin would have ignored that comment, it would have been a low-tier issue. He would have lost the governor's race. So Republicans need to be confident and bold in talking about education and parental rights and lead on the issue. Emerges the parents' party. Look, this is what Trump did. He won with education voters on that issue by a few points. If you look at Atlas Intel polling, and that's a seismic shift to the right relative to decades of Democrat dominance on education because they were seen as the party that was just going to. throw more money at the problem. So hopefully voters hear some of these messages, especially when you have Mark Kelly introducing a bill of 30 other Democrats in Congress to get rid of Trump's new school choice program that 29 states have already opted into. That is a benefit that people have that they will lose if the Democrats.

take control of Congress and vote to get rid of it. Well, I'm agitating here, Republicans in Pennsylvania. I don't think they're doing a good enough job to say, how in the world could Josh Shapiro still not sign off on this to put that out there? I mean, because the media's got to cover it a little bit, the tension of the back and forth on not signing off on this. They just have to press the issue, though. He's trying to play both sides, right? He's trying to straddle the fence right now. And this is Josh Shapiro from the start. He said he included his, supported school choice, included in his education platform when running for governor in 2022, went on Fox News in 2023, saying he supported it. And then vetoed school choice, his own campaign promise because he blamed the House leadership, saying that, well, they, they, the Democrats control it. We need to get a budget deal done. He was basically trying to have his cake and eat it, too. But now the decision squarely in Josh Shapiro's hands, this should be an easy decision. But now he's kicking down the can down the road again by saying, oh, we're waiting for the rules to be finalized. But we all kind of know what the program is going to look like. This is why 29 other states have already opted in. And so this seems to be like another excuse yet again from Josh Shapiro to as a reason why. he still can't follow through on that campaign promise of supporting school choice. So we'll see. Look, the deadlines at the end of 2026. We'll see if he opts in or not, but it's kind of odd that you have 29 other states. And then Josh Shapiro, who tried to emerge as a leader on this issue in 2022. He's now four years later. And we have nothing from him on the issue, just more excuses. Talking with Corey DeAngelis. So, Corey, I say there's second to none, but I defer to you since you joust at the highest levels with Randy Weingarten. But the Chicago teachers, and you've been on your social media really playing this out on May Day of all days, are reguming, what, hundreds of kids into being little Mondanis, I guess, in the city of Chicago, this union to me. is the bluntest and most thuggish of all the unions that I know. What are they doing? Yeah, it's crazy. I mean, I had just uncovered a clip also of Stacey Davis-Bill Gates, their president who called School Choice Racist and sends her own kid to a private school now. She was with an interviewer, and she told them that they engage in political activity so that black women could have jobs. Yes. And so they could live a life without a husband. And it's like, really? You want to break apart education and the nuclear family? But they're also planning a Mayday protest. Of course they chose that day. These freaking socialist, but they want to keep kids out of class. They want to take them to the Capitol to protest for more extortion from the taxpayers to throw more money at the problem, to line the union bosses' pockets while kids are sitting in schools where they're already spending $30,000 a kid.

And they have not a single kid proficient in math and 80 public schools there in Chicago. They have one school that spends over 90,000 a kid, Douglas High School. And it's 97% empty. They have more employees than students, 28 employees, 27 students. It was built for 1,000 kids, and they have not a single kid proficient in math or reading. So if more money was the solution, you'd think that... institution will be knocking it out of the park instead. It's a failure factory. And now they want to use your kids as political pawns to take even more money from you that you can't spend at an alternative institution like a private school like Stacey Davis Bill Gates does. It's total... socialist hypocrisy, and they're now overstepping their bounds even more by using your kids in their political games. Thankfully, I just learned right before we got on that there's a press conference going on right now in Chicago where parents are pushing back and saying, no, you shouldn't be using our kids as political pawns. And so hopefully I'd encourage more parents to step back. And teachers who are on board with this, they need to leave the union. Go to optout today.com. This is just in the past year, you've got like 14,000 teachers who have left the unions because they don't want their money going towards politicians they disagree with. are using your kids as political ponds. And they're really, the teachers are getting the shortening of the stick, too, because they just want to hire more people in the union so that they can push for political activity. And then when they hire more people, that means more dues-paying members. But the teachers in the classroom who are doing a good job aren't seeing any of that funding. It was pretty clear and, again, pretty obvious. The rest of the country doesn't realize, though. I saw something over the weekend about FIFA. that summarized Jersey, FIFA is incredibly corrupt, but they've just run into something more corrupt, New Jersey. Well, they also ran into the fact that most Americans don't care about soccer. Well, thank you. But I have to comment on what they're doing in Virginia. Dom, I don't think these people are thinking this thing through. Had that law been in effect for 2024, despite the fact that Trump lost Virginia, he would have gotten all of their delegates because he won the national. Yeah, but wait a minute. Let's slow down. I got to differ with you. No, I differ, Robert.

Trump is a force of nature. You really think we're going to win the popular. And Kamala Harris is as decrepit as you can get. I don't see us winning the popular vote. Two reasons. One, if it just depends on the popular vote, do you know what they'll do to cheat? They have no reason to cheat massively in California. Why would they? They already have it won. But if it puts them over the top that they get the electoral college knocked out. They will. So I see this as an existential threat, and Pennsylvania is next. Well, I don't, I definitely hear what you're saying, but I disagreeing a little bit in that the time for Democrats to do this was when nobody was challenging their cheating. Nobody was questioning their illegals. I don't think they're going to be winning the popular vote as easily as they think they are going forward, particularly if Trump is successful. Now, I know the Republican Party is not Trump. They don't have his personality. But if you get on a winning track and people start seeing what you're doing, I think that you're a viable person to win a national one. And I think the Democrats are being angry, anti-Trump, and very short-sighted here. And it's going to come back to bite him in the butt. But that's my perspective. All right. I'm on the opposite. I just don't see us winning the popular vote. That's okay. I hear what you're saying by reforms and all that. I just think California, Illinois, it's so overwhelming to stop this. They're smart to do this, and all they need right now is Pennsylvania and one other. That's why we can't have a trifecta here. Well, we can agree to disagree on that, but it is an interesting thing to kick around, Tom. I have a little bit of the story with my side question. The side question for me was going to be Cheech and Chong, specifically their big bamboo album, which was the album was made to look like a giant pack of big bamboo rolling papers, which were a real thing back then. And it came with a 12-inch rolling paper. There was six of us in the children's home. And we all went in and bought enough to fill this thing up, and we were smoking it in a fort up in the woods when Sister Sally caught us. Sister Sally is in the fort reprimanding us, and I kept asking her questions. And my friends are looking. I'm like, why do you keep asking? Before long, she started to get a little wavery, and she says, oh, my God, I think that's really good. And she staggered out. Fort. The fort, first of all.
