How Does NY Pizza REALLY Taste Like?

might be something looked at in South Carolina. Oh, you can't do that with Jim Clyburn, the world would end. This is an all-timer. This would be like Nancy Pelosi's seat or worse. So here is one, this is Senator Travis Holdman, who was defeated and knocked out of office. Here's what he said about Trump forces. And Scott Presler, by the way, was a driving force in this, so much so. There's talk again, and I certainly support it, and I think you do. Picture Scott Presler is the RNC chair. Oh, my God. We can't do something like that. Here's State Senator Travis Holdman talking about how he sees being knocked out of office. How do you be able to do it? Well, I have one lesson for people. Regringe and retribution is not a Christian value, and that's what this was all about. And I'm not. bitter about it, just the fact. And there's life after serving the Indiana Senate. And I'm going to find out what's like. All right. So that's his way of seeing it. We'll dig that out a little bit. Is that what it is or is it accountability on this issue? All right. Rising Star in a tough district. Congressman Ryan McKenzie was with his last with Mike Johnson coming to town for him. Bob Brooks, the guy that's running against him. This is like, think of the guy in Maine. Now, Brooks is as wild as that guy Graham Platner. But they're billing him as this rough and tumble firefighter. He's going to go there and put out all those fires. And yet at the same time, Bernie Sanders supports him. Josh Shapiro supports him. But he's been involved in a couple of things recently, one of which is his old Twitter was much better than his new Twitter. On that, he talked about things like, what's all this talk of defunding the police? This was in the summer of George Floyd and how out of bounds it was. Let's go to Congressman McKenzie here on Talk Radio 1210 on the Dom show. Hey, Congressman, welcome back. And again, thank you. The speaker was tremendous. And I hope I implanted in there the importance of school choice. Not that he doesn't, you guys don't know it, but just a whisper in the ear. For sure. Well, thanks for having us back, Tom, and both the speaker and I know are supportive of the school choice. We're going to continue to push that at the federal level, just like we did in one big, beautiful bill by expanding those tax credits, making them available. But as everybody knows, all your listeners probably are aware, Josh Shapiro is holding that up right now, that funding, which is federal tax credits that could go to expand opportunities for students all across this Commonwealth. And Josh Shapiro is standing in the way of that. So we need to make sure that he is held accountable. And hopefully the people can put pressure on him to do the right thing here and accept those tax credits, get more school choice options available for families all across our state. Now, we were trying to get in touch. And we're glad you're on today. It was a little bit ago where these tweets that I think made Bob Brooks, the real Bob Brooks, maybe. look a lot better than the current Bob Brooks, where he was defending or anti all this defunding of police and things like that. And then he had to say, well, things change. And now I guess he's in favor of defunding the police. Talk about some of those tweets that have resurfaced what they tell us about Brooks.

Yeah, Bob Brooks is a total dumpster fire of a candidate, but he somehow has gotten the D-Triple C, which is the House Democrat campaign arm in Washington to support him, just like he did Bernie Sanders. Josh Shapiro and others. I think the reason is because we know that he's weak. We know that he is going to do all of their bidding on every single radical left proposal. And what you see is that this person is somebody who has no morals, no values, no firmly held positions, so much so that to your point about his former social media comments, he was out there on record after Black Lives Matter saying that he supported the police and thought other people should do that. But because of the Democratic primary that he's in right now, and we know how far left the Democratic base is, the fringe got to him, he caved, and he apologized for posting pro-police material on social media. Wow. I mean, just crazy that somebody would have to apologize for being supportive of the police, but that's where the fringe of their party is. And he folded like a card table and said that he apologized for. making those previous statements well if we just have enough uh campaign funds and your uh efforts your workhorse to get just that out there across lehigh valley there's no way lehigh valley is going to elect a guy who wants to attack the police so which one is it now it's kind of that's correct and you know we we've also seen though during this uh course of this prime democratic primary It's not just him. It's the entire Democratic field that is out there. There was a Lafayette college put on a Democrat candidate forum. Their school newspaper reported on it. And they said that every one of those candidates said that they were for abolishing and defunding ICE. That's where they are. Every single one. Nobody thought to say, hey, you know what? They do important work about keeping our community safe. And maybe there are some reforms that we would like to propose or advance. Nope, they just all jump right to abolishing and defunding ICE. And that was publicly reported on. That's where that party is nowadays. And that's where all the candidates in the field against me are on the Democratic side. Interested to your opponent now tells the people in Lehigh Valley, some Democrat college group, I guess, that Josh Shapiro was trying to deep six the treasurer candidate, as we thought he might, and tell the union to go to Stacey McGaraddy and then has to backpedal on this and says he misspoke somehow or another. Yeah, it's always interesting to see these Democrats speak freely because the truth, I think, tells us about who these people really are. And so this goes back to 2024. There was a candidate, a Democrat running for state treasurer, Aaron McLeeland. She had been critical of Josh Shapiro and his administration for the way that they had handled.

some, I guess, a sexual abuse case or improprieties in his administration where they use taxpayer funding to pay for a settlement agreement and some other things. And so she had spoken out about that. And I think that was the right thing to do. But what happened after that was something that only came to light because Bob Brooks was at this group of young Democrats at Lehigh University. And he was asked why his union supported Stacey Garrity, a Republican. And he gave them and spilled all the tea, gave all the back story on it and said, well, you know, what happened was Josh Shapiro. The governor came to us because he didn't like what Aaron McLean had said. Didn't appreciate that she had criticized him. And so therefore, Josh Shapiro had asked the union to actually go out and support the Republican, Stacey Yerity in this case. And so that group of young Democrats obviously didn't appreciate that kind of political maneuvering. But Bob Brooks just laid it all out there for everybody and said, this is what happened. But what it shows us about Bob Brooks as a person is that when party bosses say jump, Bob Brooks says how high. And so he was out there doing their bidding. not even doing what was right for the people that he was supposed to be representing. So in that instance, he is a union boss for a firefighters association. So he wasn't picking who's going to be best to represent or help firefighters across the state. No, he was doing the bidding of party bosses. And that's really, again, not what we need in an elected office, not even somebody that should be in a position of public trust representing his fellow firefighters. really shameful on his part. And then once he was called out on it, you know, he scurried like a little rat that he is, and he said that I misspoke, wasn't accurate, you know, and all this tried to retract it. But the horse is out of the barn on that one. We saw who Bob Brooks is, and we saw that he was doing the governor's bidding in that instance. Talking with Congressman Ryan McKenzie, the market's reacting favorably. You're more inside than a lot of people we can bring on. What's your sense? Are we nearing some kind of an agreement? I know it's hard with the Iranians, and we've been back and forth with this. Is that the sense in the House, do you think? I think it is. I think, as you pointed out there in your question, the Iranians are not... Good actors, good faith actors, you can't trust them. They're very difficult to negotiate, and even more so now, because their whole level of leadership, you know, with President Trump's decisive action and a strike, they're taking out 40 or so members of their top leadership, all in one fell swoop, all of a sudden they have chaos in their ranks. And so there are different factions, either the hardliners or the moderate reformers.

And it's unclear who is actually in charge now and who you're actually trying to negotiate with. In spite of all of that, the Trump administration. is advancing their proposal for a peace agreement. And it does seem like we are moving closer to getting to some kind of settlement there. And the reason we say that is because they're zeroing in on those topics that would be negotiated and we would want to see negotiated and ultimately making sure that we prohibit them from ever having nuclear capabilities. Those are all the things that are going to be discussed. But again, it seems like on those topics, they're zeroing in at least on the particular items that we're expecting to be negotiated. So great news that I think we're moving forward on that front. We obviously do not want to see this continued longer than it has to. And ultimately, we want to get to a resolution that keeps American interests in the region and around the world safe. The Trump administration is doing that, leading with peace through strength in this case. Where did we go to help the campaign, volunteer, tell other people, maybe if we don't live in the Lehigh Valley, how to help? What do we do, Ryan? They should go to McKenzie for Congress.com. We are doing everything we possibly can working every single day, but the radical left is going to come for us in the general election because we defeated one of their incumbents last cycle. They don't take that kindly, and so they always come back at you the next cycle. We know they're going to be coming for us, so we just have to be ready. And whoever they threw at us, whether it's Bob Brooks. or any of the other progressives on their side, that is not where our community is. We have common sense, reasonable, conservative positions, which we've been advancing. We've been doing all the right things here in district. And the first thing I pulled up, it was about millennials. And I just thought they were older than that. Millennials, they define as being born between 1981 and 1996.

So you literally could be close to a 45-year-old and be a millennial. Wow. Yeah. It used to be whenever we talked about it, 30 was the thing that we were zooming in on, okay? Well, they were 30, I feel like when we started talking about it. When hating millennials was at an all-time high, these people were like 30. It may have been. That may have been the high point of it. So here are two people. We're looking for things associated with millennials. If you have a positive, that'll be interesting. Or a person that you think is a millennial famous and maybe exhibits this. Two of the top ten are Kim Jong-un and Megan Markle. Now, nobody's ever going to be Yoko Ono, but Megan Markle, I'm telling you. Yoko Ono seems like she has more talent than Megan Markle. That's saying something. Really? She at least can pretend to be an artist. Megan Markle can't pretend to be that. There's no way. Suits. Yeah, that's right. All right. So we're looking for something associated with them. The two things that I came up with. avocado toast. And when I started Googling, oh, on Twitter, just avocado toast. And I hear that? Where is it? That and the man bun. I think that's the generation of the man bun. And the man bun. Which is worse? The fanny pack or the man bun? The man bun. The fanny pack, you may or may not see it. It's bad. But the man bun is just awful. Oh, it's awful. I feel like you'll have some meat on the bone there because I feel like what goes hand in hand with avocado toast when people talk about millennials is buying like Starbucks coffee. Like buying an overpriced coffee. Oh, I guess I'll have an avocado toast too. That's like 25 bucks or more, $9 coffee now. And the avocado toast got to be 10 to 15. Yeah. And then with the man bun thing, I just think the millennial hipster as a whole. Oh, yes. Like they have the long, scraggly beard, the man bun, the glasses, maybe some tattoos, they mean nothing. Just to look smart. You know, they're really dumb people, but, you know, just to look smart. Okay. All right, you have unloaded. Kirk, how about you? Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. Those I'm just expanding on yours. I haven't even hit mine yet. Okay, go ahead, yes. Slow down here. All right. Go ahead. Yeah, so the first one will take off. They're both kind of internet related. The millennial pause. Right. When someone in Gen Z, someone in my age makes a video, you hit play, you hit record and you start talking immediately. Right. Millennials, when they start recording a video, they pause for a second or two and then start talking. because I guess back in the day, you know, when they're making videos with camcorders and whatnot, you have to make sure it's recording. So, you know, that's what they do still to this day, even though like most people are just like, it's on, it's running, let's go. They still pause. And then the other one I'm going to take off is the cringe internet slang that millennials used back in the day where, you know, like.

Say they got married or something. The Instagram caption or Facebook caption would be like, I did a thing, you know, like something dumb like that or like saying like I'm so adulting today. I already got my coffee and my avocado toast. Like just dumb, dumb things. Like raw. You did an uptick in the thing. I don't know if the Valley Girl up. inflection is part of... Oh, it is. It is in my mind. Like, like, you see, you know, some puppies, and they go, like, oh, look at these small heckenpuppers. Like, ugh, it just cringed so hard saying that myself. So, yeah, I can't, I couldn't stand that. I'm glad we've passed that era of cringe internet slang for millennials. Kirk, I don't know that you have as much of a stake in as Henry has vast resentment. I have zero. Go ahead. Zero. I'm going to go with the toy route. Tomogachis, Ferbys, Game Boys. All right. That was, yeah, the handouts. You can hit us with that, and if it's a person, remember, some association, that's what we're looking for. If you have a positive one, we certainly like to hear it. I just told Ryan McKenzie, the markets are reacting to this, that we're going to have some kind of deal on paper with the Iranians. Marco Rubio, brilliant, yesterday. We did an event a long time ago with Marco Rubio, and I thought this is the hottest this guy's ever going to be. And he was. We had to enter by a back entrance, you know, coming in through the kitchen because it was such a to do. And we were in Feasterville at a holiday in because it had to be rescheduled. He had a vote on the big night we had over at the Constitution Center. And it was like a Tuesday afternoon. 700 people were out there. It's unbelievable. And I thought this is a high point for this guy. He better win coming up. He's on a comeback. I think he's the odds-on guy yesterday. You saw it in the news conference. You look at Marco Rubio and you look at JD Vance. It's Marco Rubio at this point. All right. So 855, 839, 12, 10, something associated with millennials and a license plate that makes its way through that's personalized. that I think they're going to be getting a visit from the Secret Service in Jersey. But apparently there are sightings in Hopewell, New Jersey, Friedrich Merz County, of a Jersey personalized license plate that says FDJ, get it? But then the worst part, 86-47. I mean, after the original first three letters there, and what's in the news?

Would somebody in charge of that say, yeah, let's put that out there. And then they're going to stand on, well, 86 just means cancel him. Don't serve them at a restaurant or something. I don't know. Some weirdo stuff. Come on. The personalized license plate thing is a big deal to get something like that through. And it seems to me you're going to hear about this, that this is. Newsworthy will continue to see that. What's newsworthy also is President Obama admitting that the pressure from President Trump and the need to get into the political ring have sparked tension with Mrs. Obama. She doesn't want him doing that. Has there ever been anything like this? Can you imagine the Obama's? That's it. I'm not talking to you for a while. You're too interested in stopping Trump. So Obama gives an interview to Stephen Colbert. Listen to this. This is cut 11. What President Obama would love to see in the Republican Party, particularly. empirical evidence in science like the Democrats are walking around like Mr. Wizard all day long. Here's President Obama in a big interview with Stephen Colbert about science. The center is nonpartisan, but you yourself are still a member of the Democratic Party. There's a debate. on what the direction of the Democratic Party should be. It looks like it's going to be a fairly good midterm election for the Democrats, chance to take the House, if not the Senate. But there's a big debate on what the leadership would be like going forward. Basically, it's liberals versus the left to be very reductive about it. As my children say to me, Dad, you're a liberal. We're leftists. Because they're like, liberals are people who think things should basically stay the same. You know what I mean? And the next generation really wants things to change. So you have great leaders. You have people like Abigail Spanberger and Mikey Sheryl. Oh, God, yes. But then you have further left, like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or Zohran Mamdani. What direction do you think would be best for this party to actually achieve change? Well, two things I want to say. First, you're right. The presidential center is nonpartisan. And the reason I want to mention that is because I'm worried about the Republican Party, not just the Democratic Party. When I was president, people would ask me, what change would you like to see in Washington? I'd say I'd love a loyal opposition. I'd love a Republican Party that was conservative in some ways. Oh, yeah, sure you would. Didn't agree with me on a whole bunch of stuff, but believed in... rule of law and judicial independence and empirical evidence and science and wasn't constantly tapping into our worst impulses and there has been a republican party like that in the past and i want to see that return because i think you have to have two healthy parts too healthy part the nerve of this guy with Stephen Colbert uh the two elite is sitting here you're not scientific we are

All right then. Zohran Mamdani, he sees as a realtor. That's science. 855-839, 12-10. So the big news overnight is, without doubt, what happened in Indiana? The only cloud on the horizon that indicates Trump still has the juice. And voters turned out there to say, hey. The voters in Indiana want redistricting. We're in a warfare situation here with Democrats. They're trying to overwhelm the system. They see the handwriting on the wall. But can Trump pivot now and turn that to get these voters to turn out in the midterms? In other words, they did turn out in Indiana enough to take deep incumbent Republicans and beat them. Is it just something like that? Will they say, ah, the midterms? Why do I care about that? They got roused up over this, though. So it indicates Trump still got the fastball in some ways, but can he do it in the midterms? And right now, I don't think we're trying hard enough. I don't think we're doing it. But I played you the one Republican state senator who said this was just unchristian, it was just mere retribution. All right, millennials. And it's just he was, you know, he was, he was, he redefined a work ethic. My son was born a year before Charlie was in 92. And my son has that millennial, you know,

background, but he has a work ethic, a strong moral compass, and he just became a father. I mean, he just became a first-time grandparent, and we're celebrating that. And he just has, you know, total positives looking forward. Everything, his half, my son's cup is always half full, not half empty. Good stuff, John. Nice parenting by you. Yeah, Charlie Kirk is a great one. I didn't see him on the list here. Now, you wouldn't be too young. He still fits into it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, I was looking at the worst that I can find. They passed the Food Safety and Chemical Disclosure Act, which targets potassium bromate, a chemical often used in flour to help the dough rise higher and look whiter, along with red free and this other chemical. The potassium bromate, though, can cause kidney damage, they say, and this is causing quite a stir because, you know, you're fooling around. with something here that is sacred, the taste butts when you're dealing with pizza and certainly New York bagels. And the Maha people, and look, I think this is where Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s best work has been. By the way, I am the biggest Marty Makary guy. Apparently, remember Dr. Marty during COVID? He's on the ropes a bit with the president because he was moving slow on approving. flavored vapes. I know there's big money to be made there, but look, we're kidding ourselves with vapes. I don't think they're as bad as smoking probably, but there are issues here. And McCarrie, I think, was highlighting that, and suddenly he's in the crosshair, so to speak. All right, so we'll see. I don't see anything in Philadelphia area indicating. that pizza will take out if these chemicals are in there. I assume they all do the same kinds of things to make the dough rise. As long as you don't go with the pineapples here, we're okay. But you do this in New York and immediately appear, whoa, whoa, whoa, let's taste this. Let's see what the difference is. Is it a taste thing or not? You're dealing with a flagship and with the bagel. I assume it's part of making a fuller bagel. So, you know, this is part of the Maha stuff of all these chemicals. And with kids cereal and a bunch of other things, they've been spot on. It's really caused quite a difference positively. The problem is what's the taste going to be? And you're told all the time, it'll taste the same. Uh, we'll see. All the time we hear that. And then you're told it does taste the same when you keep on saying, no, it doesn't taste the same. Insane gaslighting. I hate that. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. People know what their taste buds are. Well, you wouldn't have known if I didn't tell you. Oh, yeah, we would have known. Okay. Call out the state police, call out the police in every district, arrest every one of them, arrest their parents, do all that. We just have to buckle down and not cancel public events unless there is some threat that I can't even imagine. You know, of armed people coming at you in an armed manner. Even then, then we call out the National Guard. We're going to do the event. You're not going to stop it. That has to be the will of this. But apparently maybe these small towns, people get overwhelmed because they're afraid will they be backed? Will the state government back them? Are there insurance risk? You know, what happens if police arrest too many people? So I think it's a good conversation because I don't have to do that every day. They do. But I still think most of us are in the camp. What support do you need? You got to hold the line against this stuff. And I can't wait until tomorrow, Jim Jordan coming on, because the letters he sent were not to Mikie Sherrill Parker, apparently. They were Arlington, Virginia, and Philadelphia, and they sent it to Larry Krasner about his policies on sanctuary cities. All right. So you know there'll be a big response from Krasner here. I just see on Twitter, Alante McCauley, headline, we ride at dawn tomorrow's Thursday. Oh, boy, it's great fun. Maybe you ought to come in and horseback, and it's National Prayer Day, too. I might hear a little bit of that chastisement. We're hoping after yesterday's guests. All right, so we're talking.

millennials as the side today, either a person like Charlie Kirk up is a great one or some characteristic, something associated with that. Also, I think Robert of Ben Salman mentioned it yesterday and it was on my mind when I saw it last night. I tracked it down. University of Washington women's soccer team made the elite eight last year. So it's not just their division one, meaning they're a powerhouse. They're in a big power conference. I'm sure they can get some of the top maybe 100 women in soccer going to college in the country. They probably have a few of them, right? They lost, though, to a boys under 14 team. Now, it is a travel team, but still, they're under 14. Two to one. Now, soccer, you know, anything, I agree. There's a lot of scoring and all that. But it indicates that the boys, 14 and under, were very competitive against them. Now, these women, a lot of them were probably 20, 21, something like that, made the elite eight, which isn't bad, women's soccer, division one. And yet, wouldn't you think on paper, If not dominant, they would be able to pretty much be better and be, you know, to the naked eye to boys 14 and under. We're not dealing with 16-year-olds even. And the bottom line, they can't. So it's not a critique of the WMBA, which I think, again, you take a high school team that won, saying California, Texas, Pennsylvania that year at the upper level, Division 6A, whatever the number of A's are. And I think they would beat or at least be very competitive against the average WMBA team. So what does it tell us? You can't have men in women's sports. These aren't men. They're 14-year-old boys. And they're able to compete pretty much at the highest levels of college soccer. If they were in the college soccer NCAA tournament, they might have a reasonable chance of winning it. Being under the age of 14, there are differences here. I don't see why in soccer. You know, I don't think there's as much physicality. Maybe it's a speed thing. Maybe it's an endurance thing. And the speed of the game maybe is too much for women who are not used to that. When I see like soccer highlights like that where it's men playing against women, the strength does matter because men just kind of seal off whoever's covering them. Like say they have the ball, they just kind of seal off whoever's trying to attack them and get the ball. With 14-year-old so? Yeah. That's a little, wow, that's, yeah. They just seal them off and then like, all right, this woman's behind me now. Who wants the ball? Am I shooting it? What am I doing? All right. So again, it just underlines. Why do we keep going down this path with Democrats? And we know why. They're wedded to it. They think they'll win on this. They're not going to give it up. They're going to continue it through the midterms. So good news in Indiana, where President Trump showed the juice is still there, six out of seven. We played you one who complained this wasn't Christian. This was just retribution.

I mean, you can make the arguments, but people had an up and down vote, and they think redistricting, given what we're up against here, that's what you have to do. Democrats are going to do it. Democrats say Republicans have always started this. Not true, but it is an arms race. So if it indicates that, can Trump pull the GOP over the finish line? Now, the evidence is not there yet. I mean, I need to see a lot more. because I still feel I'm still getting over Jack Ciattarelli. I'm not seeing a better guy, better campaign, and losing to someone this tepid, Mikie Sherrill. By the way, a little Jersey thing I'd love when this happens. Remember talk radio this show, it's a club. You're an insider. Bill DeBlin sending me a picture. He was headed to New York and taking NJ Transit to meet with a consortium of rabbis on something. And he proudly pointed out how filthy the windows were on NJ Transit. When the FIFA comes here, are people going to, are they just refusing to clean it? It is hard to believe. I mean, Amtrak, you can see out the windows. And Amtrak's not world glass. Why does NJ Transit just say, no, we're not going to clean the windows? What do you think we're here to pretend like we're not fraudulent? We're not cleaning those windows. And you can barely see anything. It's like a nuclear explosion happened outside. We're not cleaning the windows, no matter what we say here. Oh, really? All right. Coming up a little bit later, we're going to talk with someone who is kind of a car guru about the AI patents. Ford wants them. I'm sure other companies want them. And the patents would give them the ability to have these AI cameras in your car, build in somehow or another. and would monitor not only your blood alcohol level for drinking, but even if you weren't feeling well. And it might decide, you're not driving today, Dom, shove over, get out of the car. I'm on the expressway. We don't care. Get out. Imagine these decision makings. Can Republicans get this? I'm trying to spare them on all the time to say, yeah, we've got to make a bigger issue out of AI. He got to go after this. And then Trump said, oh, you know, we want untrammeled AI. We got to fight it out with China on this. I think there's a lane here. I think people realize the jobs that are in peril. I think they realize, I did track down because we talked about it. This attorney who got $5,000 for just using AI to write his briefs and the judge caught him. And the more I read this, it was astounding what this guy was doing. You know, I think he was just hitting a button. I don't even know. He was cutting and pacing. If so, fact, though, and the judge said apparently a good number of the citations were non-existent. Like AI made them up spontaneously. Machete versus Giordano, 1982 in China. You know, they'd throw anything in here. And the brief, you know, Huntbitt, ah, nobody's going to know. You only got five grand. And is he going to stop using AI? I kind of doubt it. Imagine you're on trial for your life here or something with this guy and he consults AI on the limits or you have a parking ticket and suddenly they're talking about executing you because of this guy. Just incredible that people think they're going to get away with this stuff, that AI is accurate. All righty, 855, 839, 1210, grab a line. Domjiudano, weekdays, noon till 3.
