Let's bring in on the Dom show, Scott Presler on Talk Radio 1210. Welcome back to town, Scott. Thank you. Yes, I just flew in from West Palm Beach to D.C. Then I immediately got in my car, and I'm driving to Philly right now. Well, Scott, I know how much you're traveling. Maybe you haven't had a chance to see the Kirk trial. You were a friend of Charlie Kirk. Your thoughts, though, from what you've been able to piece together as this plays out? I hope that the trial... is going to expose a lot of the people that have been falsely theorizing anything nefarious on our side, and it's going to shut some of those people up and allow Erica... in her family and Charlie's family to grieve without any additional suffering that some of these people have been placed upon them. And I hope it's just going to expose Tyler Robinson, and I hope that justice, if you could even call it that, that we will get some semblance of it from this trial. And Scott, I remember when you came on when that happened, and you knew better than I. I mean, I knew him as a talk show host, and I knew somewhat the influence of Charlie Kirk. But it was historic, and I think it's still continuing through the organization he found it. And the family, Erica and the family, have been adamant about transparency on this on all exhibits of everything imaginable. Let the world see every part of this.

Yes. And as much as that hurts them, I think they more than anyone with all of the attacks just want the truth to be out there so they can move on as best as they can with their lives. Talking to Scott Presler, so Scott following you on Twitter, you've unearthed, what can you tell us about voter list in Pennsylvania? What are you looking at? So we are actively, as you know, working to clean up the voter rolls. And it's not just active versus inactive voters. It's not just dead voters. For a really long time, we've known that illegal aliens have not only been registered to vote, but have been voting, but we couldn't prove it because I didn't have a list of illegal aliens. The president of Biden administration wasn't just telling us who illegal aliens were. And so what we discovered is the Department of Homeland Security has a website called the worst of the worst. It's the DHS Wow website. and you can actually break it down by state. And so, of course, I'm looking at Pennsylvania, and these are criminal illegal aliens that have committed heinous crimes. I'm talking crimes against women, crimes against children, you name it, and these illegal aliens have done it. And then I thought to myself, wait a second, what if I, because I have all the data for the entire state, I have all the voter records, I have all the voter rolls. What if I took some of these DHS wow individuals and plugged them into the voter rolls? Sure enough, one after one, after one, I'm finding illegal aliens that are not only actively, actively registered to vote, Al Schmidt. but who have voted in federal elections, even dating back not only to 2020, but before 2020. And so I can tell you right now to any of Josh Shapiro, his cronies that may be listening right now, preserve your records. Preserve your records because we are coming peacefully. We know of many illegal aliens that have voted and that are on the voter rolls. And the Assistant Attorney General to the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice just sent a letter that if any of these election offices allow for illegal aliens to vote this November, they are going to be held criminally liable and that they are being warned now that they are responsible for only ensuring that Americans are voting. And so what I'm here to tell you is we have the proof. We have documentary proof of illegal aliens voting in Pennsylvania, and we're uncovering more and more every single day. Scott, it underlines again the Save America Act. It appears that the president has not given up on it. I know Scott Presler has not. What would the mechanism be at this point, though, to get it done? What has to happen?

So we have a couple different options. Thank you for asking. Number one, Speaker Johnson is, I think this week, because the House is getting back to work, the Senate's on vacation, is trying to MRF, which means attach the Save America Act to the National Defense Authorization Act. I fully support this. Yep. Attach save to NDAA. That is must-pass legislation. President Trump has already called for it. He said, attached, save to the Department of War. That's one way. Number two, since the Senate wants to spy on Americans, while Mike Lee has been asking for a warrant for FISA Section 702, I say, let's make a compromise. You give us the warrant. You're allowed to spy on illegal aliens, get a warrant for Americans, and attach Save America Act to FISA Section 702. That's pathway number two. Third pathway is budget reconciliation 3.0. They just recently passed 2.0. They were not able to pass attached to Save America Act as an amendment. I say do budget reconciliation 3.0, not as an amendment, but in the text of the bill, so it's harder to remove. And then there is another fourth pathway, but I'm going to keep that to myself for now. But I do encourage people to speak to your members of Congress and let them know how imperative it is that we get photo voter ID and proof of citizenship. That's all the Save America Act is, photo voter ID and proof of citizenship. Absolutely. So, Scott, tonight, you're headed over here to Philadelphia. Stacey Garrity, big event at an iconic spot. Talk a little bit, preview. What are you going to say about Garrity and the importance of this race? Well, this is a prestigious venue. I'm told that there are going to be some special guests there that I don't even know about. So I'm excited to find out who they are. Listen, this is a defining point. We just had the 250th anniversary of the foundation of our country, which started right here in Philadelphia. I think it's a very important moment in history, and Pennsylvania has the choice. Are we going to continue to lose Pennsylvanians that are moving out of state because they can no longer afford Governor Josh Shapiro's economy? They can't afford the gas prices that we have here. We have one of the worst taxes in the United States. Or are we going to unleash the oil that we have underneath our feet? Are we going to reduce some of the onerous and burdensome property taxes that we have here in Pennsylvania?

And I am, as an elected official now, endorsing and going to vote for Stacey Garrity and Jason Ritchie to be our next governor and lieutenant governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And then after that, Dom, I'll actually be with Dan Muser tomorrow, Congressman Dan Muser, fully support him. I'll have followed by the Rally at the Rock with Commissioner Doug McClinto. I'll be up over in Bradford County where actually C-Security is from. And then I'll also hit Pike and Wayne County. So in four days, I will be going to five of Pennsylvania's beautiful counties. The other thing I'm going to get to is this Medford thing. I'll play you some of the sound of their town hall there. And now I think it's a thousand, six, and I have it right here. It is a thousand sixty-seven residential units must be added to the township, one thousand sixty-seven in order to pay for affordable housing. I'll break it down for you. Yeah, but let's vote for Mikie Sherrill. We don't lie, Jack Ciattarelli. Come on, those Republicans. continue dummies in New Jersey to vote for people like Mikie Sherrill and what's your quality of life going to be 1,067 units to Medford. All right, I want to play you a little bit from Action News 6 ABC that sets this up. It's Medford. Now, this was a previous meeting in Medford with their town council about, uh-oh, you mean we're going to have to do affordable housing? And they're arguing here, hey, we're getting the best deal we can. I'll give you what the deal is. And then to make my point. How in the world do people not see this and continue to vote for people like Mikie Sherrill? All right. Here's the ABC report, 6 ABC report, the short one. Medford residents push back on the township's affordable housing plan. Call a lose-lose situation, homeowners at this town hall say they'll lose out the most. The township is approving a plan to build out affordable housing at three separate locations. I don't think there's one person behind me that wants this. Countship officials say this isn't their choice, but that they're being forced to comply with court-mandated obligations. If they don't, the township risks getting sued by developers. We know there's a lot of towns up north that have tried to... challenged, whether the numbers or the obligation altogether, and they're challenging it in the same court system that says you have to do it. So it's not a high likelihood of success. Residents say they want their officials to fight for them. We're going to allow a state to roll Medford. That's what we're basically saying here. Okay.

We're laying down. This all dates back to a 1975 New Jersey Supreme Court ruling that requires all municipalities to provide their fair share of affordable housing. Here in Medford Township, the state is calling for 171 new affordable housing units by the year 2035. But the township says to subsidize those, it also needs to build close to 800 additional homes. Okay, let's go back a little bit, all the way back to 1975, Mount Laurel. Let's go back to, I remember early years of talk radio, for the first 10, 15 years, Section 8, Northeast Philadelphia, Section 8, you know what Section 8 is. It was this federal law, you got to put people in the community that may or not keep up the home many times not, that whole thing. This is like Section 8. Now, Would Jack Ciattarelli have been able to stop a lot of this? Well, I think he would have fought with a lot of power to do whatever he could to delay this for as long as he could and continue to fight it. It's the Alamo. And you heard this Medford guy, what are we going to do? You can't do anything. So Medford, I went back after the election. You remember Medford, Medford Lakes, they voted for Mikie Sherrill. So as I understand it now, the Medford Township Council. approve four redevelopment projects that will completely collectively add 1,067 residential units to the township. To meet the state requirement, the approved plans include over 200 dedicated, quote, affordable housing units. They mentioned some places I have here, Parkview at Kirby's Mill, Trollinger at Stonebridge. the reserve and iron bridge, okay? These are some of the ones mentioned. Now, when this happened after the election, I made a lot of it. And I'm not sure I joined the campaign how fiercely thought this was. But if you think Jack Ciattarelli would have the same attitude, tone, and resources as Mikey. Mikie Sherrill wants to cut those ribbons. She wants to jam this down. Imagine these developers in charge. And in order to subsidize the 200, so-called affordable housing, they have to build 1,067 more. What about the schools? What about traffic? What about yada, yada, yada. And the answer is, they don't care about that. So what does it take for people to realize what the stakes are when it's a Cheddar Raleigh versus a Mikie Sherrill? I know there were other issues that constantly came up during the campaign and we know all the backdrop to it. But doesn't it come down to in the end? Particularly with someone like Cheddar Raleigh who ran a campaign. They're going to be on the side of not letting the authoritarian government run roughshod. And Mikie Sherrill will fuel this as if it's a helicopter she's riding. That's what it comes down to. 1,067. You think they learn anything by this, though? How in the world I'm asking can you vote for a candidate like Mikie Sherrill versus the alternative, even if you're not in love with Jack Tetaroid, whatever reason?

I'm never going to let up on the two of you until I see your voting record changing this. It's unforgivable to vote with Democrats on taking away Scott. You heard the Reverend with me recently. It was racist on top of it. We asked him to come on. We asked every one of them. They're not coming on. They think you won't know it. Remember those two names. They voted with the Democrats. And Medford? Did you learn your lesson? What are you going to do now? Move out of Medford. Wherever you move, Mikie Sherrill and her minions, they're coming for you. They know better what the quality of life should be in a nice place like Medford. The quality of life in Medford over the next few years is going to be worse. You know it and I know it. There's no way you're going to accommodate all this nonsense. I don't even know if this is enough for them ultimately. Supposed they say, well, that worked out, but we need more of this. All right, I'm coming to you. All time taking one for the team. We've gotten some great answers today. And the Zohran Mamdani thing is at a level that's unbelievable now. It is unforgivable. But look, people want communism. They want socialism. They voted for it in New York. People in Medford were dummies. They voted for Mikie Sherrill, not overwhelmingly. But if she can win in places like that, then in the Camden's of the world, you know what's going to happen. Why would you vote for that? Why wouldn't you vote to fight as long as you could to stop them? Why is the attitude not the Alamo attitude versus the guy we played you? Oh, what are we going to do? The court system, fight them. That's what your residents want to do. Fight them. They don't want to give in to this quality of life of 200 affordable homes. They don't. They want a better community. We talked about this before, but I want to tell you in a little more detail how dumb Medford is. Medford is one of the three or four garden spots in Burlington County, along with Morristown and Columbus, where we have learned to pay higher taxes for what you said, quality of life. You hold off...

you know, with every ounce of your fiber for low-income housing, in lieu of paying a little higher tax. Well, guess what, Medford? Now you just are gone your quality of life because your taxes are going to go up because of the school demand, the school load. So they just didn't get it. I'd like to blame this on the borough that's made up of a bunch of artsy-fartsy liberals, but I cannot understand how the township, the very affluent township went for this. And Joe, Joe, 167 units, houses. That's the load on the school district, though. Yeah, that's a tremendous load. You know, we hold off on it, how and whenever we can. We know our taxes are going to go up, but it's the lesser of all evils. Send it on somebody else. You know, when these developers build their houses, they look for other places, you know, for the COA credits to build. And, you know, don't let them come to your town. Do not let them come to your town. And I just can't believe that message did not resonate with the residents of Medford. I think a lot of them did, Joe, but they didn't vote that way. And two, the people that are on their counsel, you heard that you talk about surrender. Well, you know, in other cases and all, you've got to fight this. Who knows someday, maybe it'll be some way of relief out of this. Yeah, yeah. And, you know, and like I said before, prior, Medford has such a voice. They could not hold sway. It just, it just perplexes me. It did from the gecko, you know, when we first talked about it. And Dom, I'd also like to talk about Zohran Mamdani. This guy has no respect or maybe a historical recollection of the history of the people who voted him in. I mean, yeah, Spanish Harlem. Somebody should require him to go to the Feast of Lights. this fall and force feet a canoli down as throat well uh joe i was unaware too of hell's kitchen that's one good thing out of this in the irish but i would argue as prominent as the italians were the irish the firefighters the cops the builders uh not a mention and even harlem not mentioned in here it's amazing No, everybody pulled their weight and brought their own, their specific expertise into that town. And he's totally ignoring it. Yeah, he's well on his way to destruction here, Joe, on an unparalleled level. And sometimes relatively offbeat stuff like this is what sticks to see what we're up against here.

Sure. If you're going to fail, fail big. Yeah. You know, so it's very visible. Now, my side answer is, and I can't figure out what team it was taken for, but how do you get abused, fall asleep with, and wake up in a canoodle with that abuser and say he's still good for the state of Maine? And that is Graham's, Graham's, Graham's girlfriend. Or you mean the wife? I'm not sure which one. No, no. The girlfriend, the girlfriend, who he came in drunk as a skunk and sexually abused her. And she let him sleep there that night. Oh, I see what I was. Oh, yeah, yeah. Well, whatever the one he was taking the condom off and she wasn't using birth control and he knew it repeatedly for fun. What the heck? Yeah. Don't ask, don't ask me to dissect that one, Dom. My God. I mean, you can't write this. That's what jumped out to me. My God. But the most recent one, or the second most recent one who said, I believe he's still good for Maine. And I would vote for it. Oh, yeah, that's it. Yeah. She's taking it for God knows what reason. When my father's family from Greece, when they came to America, they settled in West Philadelphia. There was a pretty large contingent of Greeks in West Philadelphia. And then when St. Demetrius Church was built in the Cardington section of Upper Darby... A lot of them move there along to the Bywood section of Upper Darby. I know Bywood well. Roez Relatives there, Jerry. I know Bywood well, yeah. You know what? Bywood's a big fan of cul-de-sacs that you can't find your way out of. I'm just saying. It certainly is. There's plenty of our share, too. Yes. But we all get along. It's great. And then, but the more successful Greeks. The ones who really did well, they moved a lot of moved the brew mall. And as a joke, we called it Broomapolis. Because a lot of the Greeks went to Broomall. But, uh, hey, I don't want to change up. I hope it's okay. I'm sure thinking. And in March of 1981, uh, the assassination attempt on. President Reagan, the secret survey agent, I think his name was Kevin McCarthy. He actually took a bullet for Reagan, as well as the press secretary and the Washington, D.C. policeman. However, it was McCarthy who actually took one for the team with a bullet.

Yeah, that's it. And that's what I'd still like to believe the Secret Service would do. That's why we always admired them, but they've been a little bit sketchy, to put it mildly. All right, it is the lightning round. This is a great question. Took one for the team. Could be real, could be fictional. That's what we're looking for. And if you've just been joining this hour, we found out earlier this morning, the Zohran Mamdani office put up. 30, I believe it is, of the prominent immigrant enclaves, their words, and some kind of big campaign in New York. And yet, they didn't put Little Italy, Mulberry Street. They didn't put Hell's Kitchen, the Irish. They certainly didn't put up Greek town or anything Greek. And yet, they have all kinds of non-European, from one of a better term, like Little Manila, Little Yemen. How many people are in Little Yemen there? versus the people that are actually the fabric of the city. And this is one of those things where it's not a big policy thing or whatever, but it shows who's running New York now, what they're about. And maybe it's over the top to say it's erasure of the old New York. But yeah, they don't like it. They don't like any of that stuff. And they're in power, and they're going to continue to fool with it. Now, is there any way Republicans... can leverage Zohran Mamdani into the midterms. All right, he's a prime target. You can't do anything more prominent than what this guy is espousing and being the mayor of New York. Lightning round, though, 855-839-1210, jump on board. Tom Chirado on Talk Radio 1210, WPHT. And here's why that's important. It's Nate Silver, of all people. What this does, the president's approval rating starts to chart how that will play out in congressional races is the point they make. So look, the ball field is all set for Republicans due to those Supreme Court decisions, due to the redistricting, due to the money decision, and the fact that Trump, surprisingly or not, is doing better maybe because of how crazy Democrats have portrayed themselves. It's winnable. All we need is what is it they're going to conjure up to turn out the reluctant voter. I hate to say it that way. That's what it comes down to. I still say it's going to be close within two or three seats. And it will depend upon a million things between now and that. All right. Michael in Wilmington is on Talk Radio 1210. Hey, Michael. My mom was 100% from Poland and like my grandfather as well who, you know, came from Poland, but was in Chicago and came to Fort Washington.

But I never considered myself Polish-American. Just want to say always American, but I always valued my Polish heritage. And, yeah, my mom kept some really good traditions, but always raised us, my brother and my sister and I, as American. But we always, you know, remembered our Polish heritage. So just wanted to say, like, I never would ever consider myself Polish-American because I was born and raised here. But definitely I would say, hey, what's your heritage or, you know, nationality? Yeah, you know, Polish. but always American. Well, you should be proud that the Zohran Mamdani people overlook the polls, and there is a little polling on the map here, Mike. You know, you know, Dom, it's funny. The polls always get a little bit, kind of little sided, and that's okay. I mean, there's a small community filled up, you know, up by Fishtown, but it's all good. I mean, I knew they were going to overlook us anyway, but I'm still proud of it. All good. Good.
