Did not put up a fight regarding an insanity defense put forth by Ahmad Boja in 2022. Boja is the guy accused of shooting and killing three men in Osceola County this past Saturday. This is our top story on WDBO. The Justice Department serving grand jury subpoenas to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. The subpoenas are centered on an investigation into allegedly obstructing federal officers amid anti-ice protests in the state. Generally speaking, when you have subpoenas out, it's not rocket signs. Investigations are done by acquiring records. Investigations are then furthered by putting witnesses in the grand jury and making a presentment for a case, which our partners at the Department of Justice and the Attorney General will do in any case. FBI director Kash Patel spoke on Fox News about Minnesota on Tuesday. Waltz and Fry have been critical of federal immigration officials following the deadly shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis earlier this month. The Minnesota Attorney General, the St. Paul Mayor, the Ramsey County Attorney and Hennepin County Attorney have also all been subpoenaed. Kash Patel said the FBI is committed to handling things. And this FBI is committed to working with our interagency and our Department of Justice partners under President Trump's mandate to make sure Minnesota and every other city across this country is safe. So far, Lee's office has now responded to requests for additional comments. A new ride is coming to Universal Orlando. More with Jeremy Goldman. The theme park announced their Fast and Furious Hollywood Drift will open next year. It will replace the Hollywood Rip Ride rocket coaster that closed around five months ago. Universal says the new ride will put you in the driver's seat of the high-speed thrills of the Fast and Furious universe like never before. Also, it promises jaw-dropping maneuvers, which includes 170-foot vertical spike. That'll send you about 17 stories in the air over the outskirts of Universal Citywalk. Okay, my man, what did you make of so-called journalist, Don Lemon, the activist hack? He was one of those anarchists, I guess, storming the church in St. Paul, Minnesota last Sunday. The dude was actually embedded with these people here, Jimmy. This guy has no shame, does he? Yeah, he's such a loser, man. I mean, and you know, like, he knows what he's doing. Like, he's rage-bating people because he knows this sort of thing gets attention. Yeah. But what he's really trying to do, okay, I know him. I've met him in a bunch of cocktail events and the media parties up here in New York. Yeah. Is he is... so furious that no real media outlet will hire him. Right. That he's, you know, basically trolling and trying to piss off the people like us who have legitimate jobs. Okay, because I'm just telling you, I don't know what everyone listening does for a living, but if you're kicking open a church door to get attention, you don't have a good job. Yeah. You don't have a good soul. You don't have a good anything. Yeah. So Don Lemon should stick to doing what he does best, which is pool boys. I mean, I don't know what else to tell you. I'm just wondering about these cocktail parties that you and Don Lemon are invited to together, man. Those must be some highfalutin cocktail parties, man. You know what they? Well, I get into them because I dress like a waiter. But you've seen what I wear on TV. You've seen my outfits. You know how this works. But they always have like these like, you know, end of the year top 100 people in media or at the White House correspondent at dinner. No, and I've met him twice. And I'm telling you this. He is the worst person. Just the worst. And what happened was he really timed life right. Because he came along at CNN at that moment when identity politics kicked in and you just got on TV and yelled racist every night. Right. And he did that every night for a while until they got sick of it. And his counterpoint over at MSNBC, Joy Reid, who we refer to as blonde lemons, you know. They're the same act. It's the same act. You know, you'll be like, President Trump had a dog today, and they're like, Hitler had a dog. I'm tired of the white man, keeping us down. I'm like, what just happened?

They automatically go there. You're absolutely right. Life is about timing, and they certainly struck it rich in terms of their timing. Well, apparently Air Force won at a bit of an issue with an electrical glitch last night, but the president boarded another aircraft. He just landed, as a matter of fact, in Davos. And with all that's going on in the world and considering how many of the euro's feathers have been ruffled here, Jimmy... This should be a really, I know they're supposed to talk economics, but this should be a really interesting meeting in Switzerland to say the least here. What do you expect from the president when he speaks in Davos here in about an hour or so? This reminds me of a wedding where the bride's parents got divorced. They're there with their new spouses, and everybody's kind of on eggshells because they don't know how the day's going to go. You're exactly right. Like, oh, man, they're talking, they're talking. Except in this instance, the bride's father gets to give a speech in front of the whole room. That is right. You talk about awkward. Now, nothing is awkward for this president. Like, I think the more chaos, the better for him. Like, this guy thrives on this kind of, I don't want to call it chaos, but certainly tension. And the Greenland issue. I mean, the president was asked yesterday. you know, about Greenland and his response is, well, you'll find out. Look, we all know how important Greenland is strategically, Jimmy. We all know about the rare earth. I do wonder, could he perhaps maybe, I don't know, sell this a little bit better? Because I think we all know how important it is. Yeah, he definitely wants it. They tell me this is the art of the deal, strong arm negotiating stance, and you bring them back to where you want. I've heard that, but I don't believe. He is as strategic as we think. I believe he's impulsive. You know, because how many times have we seen him get up there and go, ah, they don't want me to call him a fat pig because that would be rude. So I'm not going to call him a fat pig. And I'm like, you're calling him a fat pig, sir. You know what I mean? And I think he is like a jazz musician. He just, you know, picks up the horn and starts playing whatever note comes to mind. And then most times he gets it done. And everybody goes, brilliant, 4D chess. But I don't know that he was playing 40 chess. He might have been playing Hubert for all we know. And it's easy to say on the back end that he was the genius who got it done. But he gets it done because the key to getting it done, this is the thing. Okay. I once heard this and it's going to sound pretentious. The only time I've ever traveled, I went to Italy. I've never left the country, Scotty. All of the foreign travel I've ever done was at Epcot. Okay. I've never got anywhere else. But I was in Italy and they were talking about how Michelangelo sculpted the Pieta. This is very deep. And they said, how did you sculpt the Pieta? And in an interview, he goes, well, I got this big block of granite and I kept hitting it with a chisel and a hammer until it looked like the Pieta. Right. Okay. And I know that sounds, you know, you get it. He just kept going. That's how Trump makes deals. He gets a block of granite, puts it on Twitter.

Everybody's like, wait, what? And he just keeps chisling away at that block of granite until it looks like we own Greenland. That's what's happening right. I think you're right. You're absolutely right. You break it down like no other. And this guy is high society, man. He's invited to cocktail parties with Don Lemon. He's going to Italy.
