It causes accidents. It creates other kinds of deaths and injuries. So us reporting that and giving it to the governor's office and attorney general, hopefully they can use this as an opportunity to pursue legal action. And Baraka telling reporters the only thing he knows after all this is that the male suspect in that van had to be hospitalized. Agents conducted a raid at around 6 yesterday evening in Bushwick, near the corner of Bushwick Avenue and Sidham Street.

Senator Chuck Schumer and Congress member Dan Goldman have introduced a bill on Capitol Hill now that would make the rainbow flag a congressionally authorized one. That would allow it to fly at the Stonewall National Monument where the Trump administration took it down, saying only the American flag could fly its sites operated by the National Park Service. In a statement, Chuck Schumer and Goldman said in part, quote, Trump's hateful crusade must end. Attempts to hurt New York and the LGBTQ community simply won't fly, but the Stonewall Pride flag always will.
