92 segmentsHad a little whiskey in there? I don't know what's going on with this thing. Dan, like, moves the mic too much, and it just, like, keeps drooping on me. It likes to tug on it. It's like, more than a couple shakes, and you're playing with that thing. Yeah, basically. So, anyway, had a bit of an interesting text thread on the Supertext line just to kick things off. Should I do it? Should I read the text? You might as well. You've already introduced it. I may be getting a visit from Clarksville PD after the just unruly things I've said. So let me just start this out. Ready? We get a guy to text in from time to time to time. 0415. Spoiler alert. This isn't the kind of guy that says, wow, you guys are great. This isn't the kind of guy that says, you're doing a great job. This is the kind of guy that says the exact opposite. I think he probably thinks we're Nazis, we're bigots, all the things. So. Uh, he, uh, he said, uh, he called, he texted it and he said, this is at 831, okay? At 831, which is when I get into the studio and I open up the text line because I'm getting ready for the crossover with Dan. At 831, he texted and he said, Marsha Blackburn is a piece of shh. And your radio program is an effing toilet. So I do what I do. And I said, thanks for listening. And I responded with a couple kissy face emojis because sometimes, I don't know, it like triggers people more when you just kill them with kindness than if you responded back with anger. Plus, none of this ever makes me angry. So he said, you know, it's just like a little panty waste B that you are to send a response. I'm not interested in hearing from you. You wear your wife's panties. You little effing Fs quit sending me GD messages. So I had to reply. When someone texts in and then they tell me to stop sending them messages, I can't. I'm like, it's like don't push the red button. I have to push the red button. Slam it. So I said, I said, sir or madam, I don't want to misgender. You literally texted us. I wouldn't have texted you out of the blue. But now that you've said that, I'm going to start randomly texting you. Consider your number saved. Every couple of weeks, I'm going to remind you that you live in a great conservative state. Your governor will be a Republican, and your president is too. Cheers, mate. And he's just, he's very upset. He's very upset. He said, you just proof my point.
You are effing brain dead. I don't know what kind of moron hired you. It was, it was Dan. Chris, you have never been anything but a piece of sh. I told you quit sending me messages, but you insist on doing it anyway. You're like a schoolyard bully. You need your effing a beat, you little punk A. MFer. I said, wow, so salty. I hope you have a great day in the greatest country on planet Earth. And he said, I just made a phone call to the police department. They'll be sending an officer out. He will see that I've asked you on four occasions to stop sending me messages. You'll probably be hearing from someone in the Clarksville PD about your phone harassment. You be a boy. So I said wonderful. I said wonderful. Looking forward to it, my friend. Have a blessed day. I'm like reading through it as you're reading it. It's like reading a novel. It's kind of fun, actually. And then he just, he just texted again. He said, hey, Chris, D-head. Give me a call, man. And we can end this BS real quick, real quick. I don't know. Mason, will you call him? Get him online. Oh my gosh, we could too, right? This is his phone. Yeah, this is his phone number. Call him. See if he wants to come on air. Or do you want me to call the Clarksville Police Department to make sure it's okay. No, call them. Seriously, actually do it. Get them on the line. Okay. We'll call you. We're happy to. We can have a conversation on the air. I would enjoy it. Somebody would offered to, you know, if you read the number aloud, they'll also. Call him and text them. No, I don't want to do that. Everybody at the text side is saying, please give me his number. I don't know, man. I couldn't imagine. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. Imagine how miserable your life must be. To not only, like, first of all, if you hate conservatives, like, okay, whatever, like that's fine. But imagine if you hated conservatives and you couldn't stop listening to a conservative radio station. Like, that's the miserable part. Like, I don't even fault. Like, my sister's a Democrat. You know what she doesn't do? Spend her day, like, watching Fox News because she would be miserable doing it. I don't understand. Like, don't you have a life to live and, like, something else to do and enjoy? It's crazy to me. But there are some people out there that are just, like, so mentally deficient that they just can't. seem to get out of their own way. So at 8.30 in the morning, instead of, I don't know, starting your day with like some prayer or some meditation or God forbid some Cheerios, you're starting your day listening to an interview with Marsha Blackburn and getting infuriated. Just, I can just see them just all red and shaking with anger. And I'm just like, why would you live your life like that? Like why? I don't, like, I just don't understand it. And then you, then you text us and it's like, why are you so angry? Like, you know you don't have to listen. Like nobody, we're not the CIA trying to mK ultra you, bro. Like, you don't, you don't have to. We don't have the eyelid machine open on you and making you watch Super Talk TV. But you could just turn it off, bruh.
You could just choose to put on something that you enjoy. I don't know what that would be. Like, I don't know. Maybe watch a rerun of Rupal's Drag Show. Put yourself in a happy place. I don't care. I don't care at all. But you're very upset. I would, if I were you, I would get some help. I just being perfectly honest, I would say, stop it. Get some help. Stop it. Get some help. Thanks, Mike. That's what I would do. I mean, there are people out there with real problems, and like, this is not one of them. Treating stupid is really hard. It is, Dr. Oz. It is. I mean, I get by with a little help for my friends, but I don't know. My wife texts me. She says, oh, my gosh. This is what I get from Virginia. Oh, my gosh. I'm so nervous. Did he answer the phone? Did we call him? I haven't called him yet. I changed his nickname on the text line for you, though. What did you, what did you change his nickname to? Chris's favorite texting lib. I don't even know if he's a lib. I mean, let's be real. I shouldn't make assumptions. He could, he could just be a black-pilled conservative. True. I don't know. I'm, I'm down to, what, I lost his text. I think he, I think he might have, I think he might have texted again. Uh, so got him. He said, Hey, Chris. He called you a D-head. All right. Aren't you going to give me a call, man? And we can end this bulls real quick. Yeah, call. Cool. I'll get my call. 2226 is on his side. He said, you are so ignorant. Some of us like to try and understand both sides of the story. Yeah, but like you don't, you're not texting in like angrily calling people pieces of, you know what. And. mother effers and like that i i get it i just don't know why you would do it if you're if you're gonna be angry and uh all all upset that's the that's the whole thing i don't i don't understand i we're gonna get him on the phone we're gonna do this tell him he can't swear but other than that nothing nothing's off limits He can call me whatever he wants. We just got to not use the forbidden words by the FCC, which may be hard. But I'd love to hear him out. I really would. I'm down to hear out anybody for any reason. We're calling him. Did he answer? Straight to voicemail. What? Come on. Come on, man. Come on, man. So, I don't know. We tried. We tried to call. 29, 23, says, hope he has good self-resept reception in his mom's basement. Really nailed that one. I know, I tried.

Do not blow it. The Jim Rome Show podcast. You've been warned. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. People are saying mean things. I'm not going to read some of the mean things. I can't. I can't. I want to, but I can't. People be texting. If I've read the mean text, I'm no better than the mean texter. I'm not going to lie to you and say I didn't think some of these things. But I'm not going to, I'm not going to blast him anymore than I already have. You're happy to, you're welcome to call in. We got a lot to get to today. You know what I think is going on? Here's what I think, and I saw this on the Daily Mail. I don't know if you know this, but we are in the zone of sweaty despair, is how the Daily Mail classified it, because of the humidity being worse than the Amazon rainforest. So maybe you didn't get enough sleep last night, and then you couple that with the zone of sweaty despair, and it's just, it's a formula for disaster. As someone who has been in both places. You've been in the rainforest? Yeah. Why? Mission Trip. I was down there for two months helping build a school in Ecuador. This guy. I learned something about this guy every day. Just fun stuff. What kind of school was it? The learner. Not the leering. Was it a leering center? Mason went to Ecuador one time and built the leering center. No, no. We had a full learning center. They know how to speak. Many Americans are entering in what meteorologists call the zone of sweaty despair with humidity in two U.S. states becoming more stifling than the Amazon rainforest. And if you look at the zone of sweaty despair, Tennessee is in the dead center of the dead center. So I think that this is getting to some people. I do. And then in Illinois and Iowa, the corn is making things worse. I never. I never liked the corn. They say as corn reaches its peak growth across the corn belt, the fields start acting like steam machines, fueling dangerous heat that could last through the weekend. We're not the only ones dealing with dangerous heat. Did you see over in Europe? They're very upset about people using air conditioners. Have you seen this? You've seen that? I have. It's so funny. Like, they're upset. They're upset that people are using air conditioners. And it was hilarious. If you do it per capita, more people are dying. And I say hilarious, but more, it's like tongue and cheek. I'm not like actually laughing because I'm like, it's hilarious. People are dying. I'm like, let me back the truck up just a second. Just a couple steps. Let me back it up. If you look at the charts. More people are dying because of heat-related illnesses than Americans die because of firearms per capita.
Which is, they always blast us for having guns, right? And, oh, you know, everybody's getting shot in America. But actually, it's more dangerous to be in the Western Europe without an AC than it is to be in America. And actually, fun fact, more people die per capita because of diarrhea in India than firearms in the United States. These are, this is the stuff I do. My wife was like, that's not show prep. I said, just you wait, Virginia. Just you wait. We're back on YouTube, by the way. Happily. Dan has promised not to brandish any more firearms during a live stream. Did you hear Murphy yesterday? They were hilarious. They just found out because they clicked the button to get it back on. And then... Ken, like, immediately. Like, they're back on for 10 seconds. He's like, let me show you, boys, this new Glock I got. Oh, it's so funny. All right, we got a lot to get to. I don't want to spend too much time on that fun guy. But I could. I could. I won't. You could spend an hour on him, at least. I won't. My wife, my poor wife, she's like, oh, my gosh, I'm so nervous. We're just here to have fun. That's it. Just having a good time. Like, here's the thing. Like, I can't imagine being just upset. Like, just go do something else. Somebody on the super text line said they found them and sent a picture of a furry. Oh, no. Oh, it's terrible. That's terrible. A couple people who say it's, oh, so that's all I have to do to get a response from you is just curse you out. It helps. It certainly helps. It's like my eyes are drawn to it. I can't help it. So. We'll keep you updated. There's a lot going on in the world. Huge fallout from the birthright citizenship decision that came down yesterday. A lot of people are saying, you know, this is kind of the way we thought it was going to go. JD Vance said the silver lining on the birthright citizenship executive order being struck down. Isn't that it failed? He said the silver lining is that it didn't fail by that much. JD Vance says, guys, we were we were at 5'4. Like, this thing is not going to stand the test of time. Stephen Miller...
He wasn't exactly happy with the justices that ruled against it. Fooned in the heart of the American Republic. Look, Jesse, I can step tomorrow onto the deck of a 747. It does not mean that I am the pilot of that plane and I'm qualified to fly it. Just physically being on U.S. soil does not make you a citizen or qualified to carry on or capable of executing the inheritance of this country. Facts. We have people from all over the world from third world nations, nations. that on their own would have never invented the wheel, let alone modern technology, let alone medicine, let alone air travel. And they can just come into the country, have a baby at a hospital, paid for it by you and me, and then that baby's automatically a citizen. That baby can sit on a jury when he turns 18 and sit in judgment of you and sit in judgment of me and sit in judgment of our loved ones can decide who our mayors are, our governors are, our presidents are. Citizenship means nothing if it is open to everyone. The idea that you can have a cruise ship filled with foreigners, and they just dock at a port for an hour, and someone has a baby, Jesse. The baby is an American citizen. They can vote in every election for the rest of their lives. They can be living in a foreign country and cashing welfare checks from American citizens. Look, I know that some of the justices who worked on this. They think that they're so intelligent. There is no. possible reading of the 14th Amendment that applies to foreigners with foreign loyalties, foreign citizenship, foreign obligations, foreign everything. He's absolutely right. I retweeted this last night on my ex-account at Chris Hand on Air and Wokeness post of this. He said Charlie Kirk left a tweet for everything. And the Charlie tweet that's attached says, imagine if a pregnant lady broke into your house and had a baby in your living room and then says she now has a legal right to stay in your house forever. That's how insane it is granting birthright citizenship to illegal aliens. Yesterday, controversial, I think, would be the moderate way to put it. The Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett, they struck down birthright citizenship, the executive order from President Trump. So you've got to find other ways to do it. That's just the way it's going to be. Well, we're hearing from Fox News this morning. that the DOJ is already moving to aggressively crack down on birthright citizenship tourism schemes. That's the birth or tourism that we've been talking about. This was Fox News moments ago. This department putting new emphasis on prosecuting birth tourism schemes. Those are the kind of scams that exploit loopholes in immigration law. This coming after the Supreme Court ruling on birthright citizenship, the DHS secretary moment addressing that a bit earlier on Fox and Friends saying that the president. is making the right call on this issue. Here he is. I think the president was spot on on this, and the court is absolutely dead wrong on this situation. This is truly a national security risk that we're having. But were we looking at it? All of us together are working and saying, okay, how can we protect America? And still at the same time, unfortunately, figure out how to work with the court in this situation.
So they're going to be looking into it. The DOJ is going to be aggressively cracking down on this. And I say good. I mean, when we're doing our show prep last night, there's a lot of old news stories that are recirculating when it comes to birther tourism. This is from 2020 in New York. Cracked down on an alleged anchor baby ring on Long Island. I mean, for starters. Didn't expect to hear that on a New York TV station. An alleged anchor baby ring? An anchor baby ring. Listen, it's an anchor baby ring. Cracked down on an alleged anchor baby ring on Long Island. Prosecutors say more than 100 pregnant women from Turkey came here to give birth, so their children were instantly granted U.S. citizenship. The investigators say the women then used benefits like Medicaid. CBS 2's Carolyn Gossoff reports from Suffolk County. An alert Smithtown employee noticed a strange pattern of birth certificates, five babies from one house at one time. An investigation led to an international fraud scheme and alleged birth tourism ring, operating on Long Island for three years. The defendants fraudulently facilitated the births in the United States of approximately 119 Turkish children. Is this a right-wing conspiracy theory? Can anybody help me with this? Is this one of those alt-right talking points? Because I don't know, this seems just like a local news story from New York. Is this? Is this AI? No, it's not. It's not. And those children now hold birthright U.S. citizenship. It's the 14th Amendment that grants citizenship to any child born in the U.S. officials say in this case, ringleaders brazenly advertised in Turkey. Translation, if you believe your baby should be born in the USA and become an American citizen, you're in the right place. This is fine. What's the big deal, right? What could go wrong? I mean, that's just Turkey, right? I don't know. Would you consider Turkey an adversarial nation? Would you consider them a competitor to the United States? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. Like you say tomato, I say tomato. But this goes back a long time. And there was another local news story that was making the rounds last night on X. This one from 2013, and it involved China. Now you tell me. How do you feel about Chinese nationals coming in? China. And given birth to little American citizens. China. And then they go back and they're raised in the homeland of China. That's the one. And then they're raised in the CCP propaganda. And then they're raised to be good little... China. Americans? Is that what we're supposed to do? China. That's... I know. I know. So... If they're then raised in the CCP propaganda and then they come over here and they have American citizenship, would that be an issue? I feel like that would be an issue because that's been happening for at least. I mean, this news story that I'm about to show you is from 2013. So it at least goes back 13 years. At least. It looks like a happy American baby to me if you're watching on Super Talk TV.
Her name is Ada Lynn. She's four months old and the only American citizen in her family. Her parents who agreed to speak with us if we didn't show their faces traveled from China to Los Angeles so Ada could be born in America and claim U.S. citizenship. Is this fine? Is this okay with everyone? Now, listen, I'm sure that there are cases. where there are individuals who literally just want to make sure that their kids are not under the thumb of the CCP. But if it can be exploited for those reasons, it can be exploited for nefarious reasons. And a Chinese national could say, well, we're going to raise up a spy. And then that spy is going to be indoctrinated with the communist propaganda. And he's going to be an American citizen the whole time. And then he's going to be able to get into an American university. And then he's going to be able to vote in American elections. And if we do this enough times, well, we could sway an election. And we talked about it yesterday. These elections are not like you have swing states, but you really have swing counties. And the swing counties are deciding those elections. And it takes a lot less votes to swing a county than it does an entire state. And if you can't plan this out, if you could send 2,000 Chinese Americans to an area and have them vote in an election because they legally have the right to do so, they are Americans, after all. Does that mean China could dictate our elections? Peter Swizer wrote about this in his book. At length, saying that we are actually going to see this come to full scale, full strength by 2028, 2030. That's it. I mean, that's a scary proposition, is it not? I don't want her to live a happy life, her father says. The family is back in China now. They're among thousands of Chinese who've become so-called birth tourists, staying in maternity hotels near Los Angeles. These hotels are often single-family homes in quiet neighborhoods. At least. Okay, so this story is from 2013. It also shows how far left California has gone because there's protesters protesting the birth or tourism in California. I don't know if that would happen today. There might be protesters protesting for it, but this is in Chino Hills. And they even had a website, not in chino Hills. Jim Rome takes on sports. Part of what makes this show, the show within the show. The biggest topic on the show always seems to be the show itself. This is a way to give you clones a way to interact with one another. Yes, we will be going through the chat. Yes, it'll be a part of the program. The only thing that could ruin the show are the old school clones spitting up the same bull crap that they always have. The jungle is out taking names and ready to dominate. Let's get it. The Jim Rome Show podcast. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
form. Two are in Chino Hills, California, where residents are annoyed at the frequent comings and goings. Chino Hills resident, Rosanna Mitchell. Why does this offend you? When people think of the American dream, they're not thinking about birth tourism. They're thinking about people who come here, immigrate here, work hard, pay their taxes, become citizens, and become Americans. Ada Lynn's family paid $27,000 to a Chinese agency with a website that advertises the advantages of giving birth in America. The agency helps arrange U.S. tourist visas, lodging, and medical care. The practice does not violate that... immigration laws, but it gives Chinese parents the option down the road to have their American children attend U.S. universities or live here. I mean, it also gives the CCP that option, right? Right? Yeah, of course. President Trump last night on true social posted. I think it's funny. I would like to congratulate President Xi Jinping and the great country of China on their massive birthright citizenship win. President Donald J. Trump. I mean, that's pretty much it. In a nutshell. Huge win. Now. You can look at this objectively and understand why this is a dangerous precedent and how they're allowing this and essentially facilitating this to continue. But the Democrats aren't even happy there. They're not. Democrat Greg Kesar, he says that this court is still far too radical, that this should have actually been a nine to nothing decision. And it just, it really does highlight the point that if Democrats ever get back in power, they're going to be packing that Supreme Court as best they can. But I wish I could stand before you today and say this ruling was only good news. But it is not. No, it's not. While we won the case today, we also got a grave warning about the future. What should have been a simple, unanimous, open and shut decision. Unanimous. Was dangerously close. Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh failed to recognize the fundamental constitutional right to birthright citizenship. Three of those four justices would have allowed Donald Trump to rewrite the Constitution and overruled Congress with an executive order. These four men so blinded by partisanship and extremism that they act like they can't see the words in the Constitution. They can certainly read, but they are not following their oath to protect the Constitution and the rights of the people in this country.
Except the people were talking about are not. They're not from this country. The 14th Amendment was written for the children of slaves. Everybody knows it, but this isn't good enough for the Democrats. This should have been 9-0, you stupid bigots. How dare you not allow us to continue this sham of a birthright citizenship? Stephen Miller on Jesse Waters show last night called it exactly what it is, suiciding your civilization. Here's a pretty good clue. Your constitutional interpretation is wrong. If your ruling requires you. to suicide, your civilization, your reading of the Constitution is wrong. President Grant and the... Congressman in the 19th century did not want to create an automatic third world citizenship requirement for America. It's an abomination, but let's thank President Trump, because if President Trump's courage and leadership, we are now on the precipice, yes, we were dealt the setback, but because of his courage alone were on the precipice as a nation of being in a position to end this travesty. Once and for all. I mean, if there is a silver lining, it's the fact that we're talking about it. But you look at the Democrats for this should have been a 90 unanimous decision. And it's like, it really does highlight how far left they've come. Senator Bernie Moreno is actually pushing an exact clone. of 1993 legislation pushed by a Democrat by the name of Harry Reid. And I'm going to play you, Harry Reid, talking about what he wanted to do when it came to birthright citizenship. And just remember, this is a Democrat speaking. If making it easy to be an illegal alien isn't enough, how about offering a reward for being an illegal immigrant? No same country would do that, right? Guess again. If you break our laws by entering this country without permission and give birth to a child, we reward that child with U.S. citizenship and guarantee of full access to all public and social services this society provides. And that's a lot of services. Is it any wonder that two-thirds of the babies born at taxpayer expense at country-county-run hospitals in Los Angeles are born? to illegal alien mothers. No, it doesn't shock me. So Bernie Moreno is going to be pushing the exact legislation that Senator Harry Reid was pushing in 1993. Moreno saying, I'll reintroduce this exact bill when I returned to D.C. Let's see how today's D.C. Democrats will vote when offered the ideas of the Democrat Party that you still love this country and the American people. Mason, you're a Lord of the Rings guy, right?
I dabble. It's the orcs. Is that the bad guys? Is that the... Tactically, yes. Have you seen the memes with the orcs? Which ones? The ones that say my child was born in the Shire. It's a Hobbit now. Have you seen that? No, I haven't, but that's good. Oh, it's flooding the internet. I can't believe you haven't seen that. You're not online as much as I am, are you? No, you're kind of chronically there. Yeah. It's a gift and a curse, actually. It's a double-edged sword. It's part of quote-unquote show-prep. It is. And as long as I briefly mention it, anything could be show-prep. It gets me out of a lot of hot water situations with the wife. It's like tax write-offs. It'd be like giggling watching a meme, and she'll be like, that's not show prep, and I'll be like, well, now I'm going to mention it, so it is. She's on to you. Well, I don't know. She listens a little. I don't know if she listens enough to. To really be on to me. Hopefully not. I hope nobody listens to me that much. I can't have that. We got Andy Ogles pushing legislation to ban certain pregnant foreigners from entering America after the Supreme Court did what they did yesterday. Now, if we're, if we're being real. All of this legislation that's being pushed, I have a hard time seeing it getting done because they can't do something as simple as the Save America Act. And so my optimism in the Congress currently very, very low. It's waning optimism. But this is what Andy Ogles is pushing. Everybody, Congressman Andy Ogles here. Breaking news, I don't know if you're paying attention, but the Supreme Court just had a horrible decision as it pertains to birthright citizenship. And I would even say really betrayed America when it comes to birthright citizenship. So I have a bill that's going to address it from the legislative perspective. Look, we are co-equal branches of government. Our founding fathers warned us against an all too powerful judiciary. And you see that playing out right now. So I have a bill. It'll be called Anchors Away. which look if you're not a U.S. citizen, if you're not a green card holder, you have a child on U.S. soil, today that child would be a U.S. citizen. Under my bill, under my legislation, we fix that and go back to what our founders intended. So in short, what this bill does is if you are a pregnant woman, you can't come into this country. You've got to be a citizen to be here. You have to have a green card holder. So if you're pregnant and you don't have one of those statuses, no admittance allowed. First initial reaction, calling it the Anchors Away Act, just chef's kiss. That's just for starters. My secondary reaction sounds good and nothing's ever going to happen with this. It's just not. Right? And I texted Andy. I texted Andy. And I said, would you like to come on the show to talk about it? It doesn't text me back. Ever since the whole Kevin McCarthy thing, I think Andy Ogles has been a little mad at me. Ooh. You remember that? You remember that whole thing? Because Andy was acting like he was going to vote to oust McCarthy, and then he voted to keep him. And I asked the question, was this, you know,
because you wanted to get his endorsement for re-election. Was there a quid pro quo there? And Andy was very mad at me. Yeah, he was a little... Very upset. It's a little bit. I have... I've started developing a pattern where if I ask too many hard questions, people don't want to come back on with me. But that's fine. I actually like Andy Ogles. You can say a lot about our representatives that we have. The one thing that you can't say about Andy Ogles is that he's not a fighter. He's always willing to get into the fray. Jim Rome takes on sports. Part of what makes this show, the show, is the show within the show. The biggest topic on the show always seems to be the show itself.
