Welcome to Thursday, January the 29th year of our Lord, 2026. Do you remember Craig Ferguson? Did the late, late show? Yeah, one of my favorite guys of all time. On this show next week. You know Kim Commando, right? The guru of all tech? Yeah, she likes computers. Yeah, we had that big Google settlement. for eaves dropping on our phones on the show today, Kim Commando. Wow. I'll do some quick math for you. Together we have 536 radio stations.
You and Kim Commando? Unfortunately, 435 of those belong to her. Well, she's been adding it a little while longer. Kim, Camando on the show today next week, Craig Ferguson. Friday with 47 coming up tomorrow. The Border Patrol agents involved in Saturday's fatal shooting of Alex Peretti in Minneapolis are being placed on administrative leave. The Secretary of State, Marco Rubio's progress is being made with the new leadership in Venezuela. I think Red summed it up best in pre-show notes. He gave every cabinet member a master's class on how to handle a congressional hearing yesterday. He made the sounds of the day, too. FBI is now leading the investigation into the incident at a town hall hosted by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar on Tuesday night. The Anti-Defamation League says Croc. or grok is the worst AI chat bot when it comes to detecting anti-Semitism. And the cold weather, kind of breaking for us. I made it to the nursing home yesterday, no problem. So we had a lot of trees down. There's still a lot of trees that are made of crystal ice and then many that are returning to green. So we're transitioning. Not that we've gotten that warm, but a couple of degrees above freezing with sun shining. has made a difference, but cold weather alerts are still in effect for millions of Americans across America during this Arctic blast. I want to start the show off today with a piece of audio that we aired yesterday. We ask questions all the time. Questions are important. Look, if we haven't learned anything in the past couple of years, rushing to judgment, before you have any facts or being ginned up by whatever side of the narrative you watch, read, and listen to can be a big mistake. And what happens in the social dilemma and the matrix is you get that immediate firm position and it's immovable. You shouldn't have any opinion until you have all the information, let alone have a firm opinion that can't be moved as information's coming. It's very, very dysfunctional. And the people that really get this and respect this, you can tell, because they're just asking questions. While all the rush to judgment narrative either providers or addicted to or influenced by narrative people just erupt. It's part of the problem we started sensing in talk radio. The talk radio was no longer really being the solution or the last bastion of truth and conversation, but rather becoming just another narrative side. A host every day telling you how to think or reinforcing what you already think. And there's some kind of secret love affair going on. Just because you guys have the same firm opinion. We said, well, that ain't right. First of all, let's get back to hosts who serve listeners, not the other way around. Why are you worshipping some guy on the radio? Even if he's good at it, the truth doesn't belong to him. He's just passing through it.
Out of many, one, now you're talking. Serving others. Now you're talking. Having a conversation. Now you're talking. Even when we disagree. The other day was a classic example. Brett and I were in a complete disagreement. And then we arrived at the perfect solution. And the president, pardon his name, trumped that with an even more perfect solution, which was beautiful. So, but anyway, questions are important. You don't get the right answers unless you ask the right questions. So our first piece of sound is Kevin O'Leary. He's a money guy. But he's on with a bunch of liberals on CNN. And how dare he, in the midst of their one-sided narrative, firm immediate narrative opinions and positions that can't be moved, bring up a question. And watch their response to the question. Watch how long it takes to get an answer. And then when they walk right into the password, which is fraud, watch their heads explode. Simple question. Why is all this happening in Minneapolis? Why? Why has this become the domestic war zone? What is the reason? Is there a specific area? That has caused this. Why? Can I offer a... Can I offer a... Can I offer a answer to you? Why is that not a reasonable question? Let me just ask you. Why this place? Let me offer some possible abilities. Oh, yes, Zach. You know, I like so intelligent. First of all, he just bates them all. This is like Jack Nicholson and a few good men. That's Mr. Wonderful off to Shark Tank, right? Yeah, yeah. I understand. He's brilliant. And Tom Cruise just keeps baiting and baiting and pestering and pestering. And it goes for it until they explode. So they all start interrupting. He just keeps asking, I'm just wondering why, why. I mean, all he's doing is asking a question. Now she wants to interrupt. So he stops and he listens. She comes, forgive me for being dramatic, deeper into the quicksand. Minneapolis is a city of fewer than 500,000 people. The Trump administration decided to send 3,000 federal officers to that one. What a crazy answer, right? So this rioting on the streets is because he sent too many officers and agents to a less populated area than Illinois or other places. Does anybody think it's that? And he doesn't tell her how stupid she is for that. He just goes, okay, well, why did he send so many agents there? Now, the technical answer can be because they're not going to cooperate. You've got to send agents. to protect the other agents who are carrying out the arrests. Could be one, but he doesn't go there. That's what's so brilliant. So she wants to bring up something really dumb, like how many agents to a populated area. He goes, well, why? Why send so many there? Watch, it's brilliant how he walks them right in. to what they're trying to keep from you. Why did they send? Which they, which is more than they have sent anywhere else, including Chicago of three million, Los Angeles. Why? Why? Well, according to Trump, it's because they're going after fraud. But again, could there be fraud, maybe? How brilliant is that? Could there be fraud? So first, why is this happening in Minneapolis?
Why isn't this happening everywhere? Why in Minneapolis has this become a war zone? Dumb answer, dumb answer. But why? But why? Because they sent so many agents. But why? Well, according to the Trump administration, was fraud. Oh, could there be fraud? Now watch everyone's head explode. Or as we said yesterday, the password is fraud. By the way, when they were going nuts over Doge. The password was fraud then too. This is not unique. What about that fraud? What about that fraud? But they aren't. You send thousands of federal officers on the front. Well, why don't we just talk about fraud for a minute? But it's not fraud, Kevin. Like, that is BS. What is it? He's saying fraud. A lot of money missing. A lot of money missing. Use these unless it. Taxpayers are asking. He is targeting Minnesota because he keeps claiming he wanted. He has not. And they are already trying to sell discord. I think you're deflecting the issue of the money that's missing. You know what I like. about fraud, it's fine. Let me just answer your question. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was attacked tonight. That is the actual issue. What does that have to do with fraud? That's not the topic that we're talking about. Oh, I'm talking about fraud right now. Hold on. No, I'm asking about fraud. I want to think, I don't know much about Kevin O'Leary. I mean, I don't watch the show Shark Tank or anything like that. But every single person that works at Fox. CNN. With all due respect, even Scott Jennings, who I love. Have I mentioned I love Scott Jennings? Scott Jennings was on this show. We need to get Scott Jennings back on this show. Everybody, I'm reminded to learn from Kevin O'Leary today. Look how far he got just asking a question and not stopping. Look at all he got them to reveal. Well, I give Kevin O'Leary credit for also getting someone who reaches far more people than CNN. CNN is sitting in demo somewhere around 125,000. That used to be a local radio station in a media market. Joe Rogan is reaching 20 million. And Joe Rogan was kind of biting on the narrative. I actually, Red's going to probably make a face in me, I would actually credit Kevin O'Leary and Joe Rogan for him getting it right finally. Here's Joe Rogan on what's going on in Minneapolis. There's a lot of people that don't understand what's going on. And why riots only in Minneapolis? And why riots in the place where there's an ungodly amount of fraud? that has been discovered. Coincidentally, right around the same time. Exactly. Like instantaneously afterwards, the narrative completely changes. Everybody forgets about the fraud. Now all anybody cares about is ICE and fascists and Nazis. Yeah. And...
It's, there's a, you know what a color revolution is. Of course. And for people that don't, it's, it's a coordinated effort to cause chaos. And this is a very coordinated thing. The idea that this is an organic protest, these are these riots organic is nonsense. It's provably nonsense because now they have access to the signal chats. So they know that these so. these people. Cam Higby, by the way. Yes. He's been on the front lines of this. The Crucible has been a big supporter of that effort, my channel. I want to know, first of all, why you don't chime in with a voice like that, Jeff. That would really enter the professional. All right, so I got it in a minute. Joe Rogan gets it and that reaches 20 million. Kevin O'Leary's questions. Don't rush to firm immovable positions. And all of us are kind of witnessing sooner or later, doesn't it? Here's what I'm ashamed of this morning. I have great confidence in the truth, and I am patient with the truth. Own it, it exists, and it will illuminate. It will come to be by its very nature of truth.
And I want you all to have confidence in that. Otherwise, you'll go into fear, and fear will go into anger, and anger will go into one of two things. You'll start having emotional, immovable, premature positions. Or you will just withdraw completely from being involved. And in a government outform by the people, that's just not good. why I think we've seen over the last 60 years what a nation under God looks like when people keep God to themselves. All right? We need to have that confidence with God. He has such a confidence, Dr. Allen, that David Sinati and I are in awe of. And what I finally started doing was, wait a minute, have I shrunk God? I mean, he's still God, whether we as a nation acknowledge it or not. And as long as a portion of us are, there's a remnant. Second Chronicle 714, he will hear our prayers. He will hear our land. I need to start having the same confidence in God that I have in truth. After all, he's the way, the truth, and the life. This is your morning show with Michael Del Chorno. I think we have time for at least one or two. The last caller, I don't know the name. We'll give him credit afterwards, but he's going to get into the five principles of lien, I think. Kevin O'Leary was going into the psychological process of what is called the five of wise. When you were dissecting... information in an attempt to seek the truth, you start asking why. And when you get an answer, you ask why to that answer, and then you get another answer, and then you ask why to that answer, and then you get to the root cause. Yeah, I just don't start with, let's go over the five principles of lean and our root cause analysis. She's just easier to tell the story. But that's for you very smart, Robert, and thanks for explaining that. All right, the other one was... Just in support of Donald Trump. We'll get to more of your calls. All that to say, don't forget, we have a talkback button. You don't have to wait on hold anymore. And this is your kitchen table. So take your place. If you go listening on the iHeart app, there's a microphone. Press it. It'll give you 30 seconds. If you don't like what you do, you can always redo it. But it gives you 30 seconds to ask a question, make a comment, and be a part of the show. After all, it's your morning show. This is Paul David Patterson down in Toledo District Belize, and my morning show is your morning show with Michael Bell Journal.
Bill, why is my eye twitching? Does this mean I'm in perimenopause? Maybe I have adult ADHD. I need to look this up. Where's my phone? Juliana, your phone is hot to the touch. I think it's asking you for a break. You know what? Maybe I should just ask chat GPT. Or maybe we can ask an actual human. Yes, like a couple sex therapist. Whoa, that escalated quickly, but... Okay. Because I have questions. We have questions. And I bet everyone has questions. Like, is it normal to sleep in separate bedrooms? We do that. How about this one? Is bribing your kids bad parenting or just negotiating? Oh, and I still do need to know why was my poop green that one time? Hypothetically, right? Okay, well, instead of letting the internet guess, we've got actual people answering these exact questions. And laughing with us has got to be better than spending three hours down a rabbit hole online. Listen to Bill and Juliana. The podcast. On the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts. I'm Stephanie Young. The hit podcast Love Trapped is back with new updates in the case of Laura Owens. This is CR 2025 State versus Laura Owens. I think she really believes that she still hasn't out. I'm quite confident that they're up to something. We're following the case live as the criminal charges finally come to a conclusion. Trust us when we tell you as the victims of Laura Owens, she will not stop. Listen to Love Trapped on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, I'm Michael Del Grono, and your morning show can be heard live as it's happening, 5 to 8 a.m. Central and 6 to 9 Eastern on great stations like 620 WJDX and Jackson, Mississippi, or Akron's News Talk, 640, WHLO, and Akron, Ohio, and News Radio 570, WDAK, and Columbus, Georgia. I'd love to be a part of your morning routine, but we're glad you're here now. Enjoy the podcast. No, Red, I won't do it. And stop nagging me to do it. Red wants me to get out the Glen Beck chalkboard and walk everybody through a fishbone diagram. I will not do it. By the way, Robert, we are not making fun at all. In fact, it's very encouraging to know there's smart people out there that, you know, I didn't feel a need to explain what Kevin O'Leary was doing, just that it's brilliant. We're talking about Tom Homan is going to address the press in Minneapolis. And it's funny, Red senses a truth bomb is coming. I don't. I think change is what he wants to convey. I think he wants them to know I'm here now. The mission continues, but it's going to be different. And I get a sense of that already. ICE officers in the state have already been directed by Tom Homan. This is exactly what I was hoping for two days ago. Just ignore the agitators. If they get in your way, handcuff them, have somebody take them off. But don't engage them. Don't be, don't be suckered in.
I mean, there's some of them saying, you know, protesting isn't a crime. No, protesting isn't interfering with federal law enforcement as it's carrying out its duty. That is a crime. So just arrest them, throw them in jail, let the court system deal with them and move on with your mission. He's already got them focused on that. So ICE officers in the state have been directed by Tom Homan to avoid engaging with agitators because that's what they're there to try to do. Only target the aliens with criminal history, which I think is ultimately, we had a long, very delicate conversation about this. Everybody knows the minute you come into this country illegally, you've broken the law and you should be deported. That used to be a bipartisan understanding, but bipartisantly, no one would ever do anything. And when it comes to America, the polls suggest anywhere from 55 to 64% depending on the poll think they should all be deported. Period. End of story. That doesn't mean they'd feel the same way if you were seeing an individual family on television. And the kids are three, five, and seven. And they've only known America and their school and their neighborhood and their friends. And now you're putting them out of plane while the kids are crying. So America has a big heart. And so Tom Homan's there to stay on mission and let's focus on the ones that really mean harm. I don't know to what degree, and maybe he'll elaborate on that coming up in about 23 minutes, what that means for those that the court has ordered to be deported and they've fled or failed to return to court. Well, if they're just going to go after, which I think in Minneapolis is somewhere around 250 that have been arrested are bad people, real felonies beyond the felony of breaking into the country. So I think he's going to set a new tone. I do think he may say something about if this is true, and I don't know that it is, that we have a governor. Who, by the way, is also in the news. Walls is in the news, just conveniently like the drip, drip, drip, making it clear he'll never run for public office again. Where's that coming from? Remember, the password is fraud. But I wonder if he'll address maybe getting different signals from the governor than from the mayor. I'm interested to hear that. Or what he's worked out with both. And it could be what I just said. We're just coming after not everybody who committed the felony of breaking into the country, but people have committed other felonies since. And that there might be some level of cooperation. But I think it's to show calm, control, and direction. And I don't want to play the narrative game, but if that on the right makes you relax that we're not going to give up on the mission, because if you do and you get run out of Minnesota, you can expect this in multiple states. They'll take the victory and spread. You stay, you finish your job, but you learn from the past mistakes. You got the right guy in control, communicating with the governor, with the mayor, communicating with his agents. Don't get baited into any of this nonsense. Let's get our guys and let's move on.
I think that's what he's going to convey. Red, you might be right. There might be some truth bomb. I just don't know what that truth bomb would be. But that's what I mean by the truth bomb, taking back the narrative. These people are not Nazis. They're doing a job. They're bringing back felons. They're putting these people back into the neighborhood. That's got to stop. Well, he would also be better at looking in the camera too and telling you exactly who these people are. There's protesting and then there's obstruction and interfering. And that's two different things. And some of them are paid for agitators. And that's a different thing. He may have more on that. I also think, you know, we went through the, we were joking about the principles of lien. But what Kevin O'Leary did and the conclusion that Joe Rogan came to because we now know what they're doing. So now the next why is, well, why would they create this distraction? Why are they creating or trying to create this narrative disruption? Because the fraud is real. I don't have, I can't say this any more clearly. I couldn't possibly know if Elon Musk Omar, Elon Musk Omar put that guy up to that. I don't know why you would go out of your way to make a harmless substance try to look like either urine, which is disgusting or some kind of a dangerous. But the way that whole thing went down, I probably would have advised the president to say it, but I can understand why the president might feel like that looked staged. The more I watched that, it's off. Something's off about the whole thing. But why are they doing all of these? And it could be some kook that just wanted to throw some apple cider. I don't know what the heck goes through the minds of, but it looked out. Why would they be doing all this? And how long? Can they get away with it? Well, I don't think very much longer. You know, we talked about Tom Homan is also there to restore leadership for the ICE mission to communicate more clearly and report directly to the president. And you couldn't ask for a better guy. And if you don't believe me, wait 19 minutes. You're going to see a difference. But it doesn't stop there. The president has also tapped Colin McDonald for the newly created role of Assistant Attorney General for fraud enforcement. anybody on the right, not only to play the narrative games, but if you're worried that they're just going to forget about it, well, as we say in Italian communities, forget about it. They're not going to forget about it. In fact, that may be part of why Holman's there, and that's definitely why Colin McDonald has been tapped for this newly created position. And all lies are on what the president says. mass fraud in Minneapolis and Minnesota and in California. President's quote, I'm pleased to nominate Colin McDonald to serve as the first ever assistant attorney general for the national fraud enforcement, a new division at the Department of Justice, which I created to catch and stop fraudsters that have been stealing from the American people. My administration has uncovered fraud schemes in states like Minnesota and California.
where these thieves have literally stolen hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. He praised McDonald as a very smart, tough, highly respected, American first federal prosecutor who has successfully delivered justice in some of the most difficult and high-stakes cases in the country. This may be Rudy Giuliani without the hair dye. Together, we will end the fraud. We will restore the integrity to our federal programs. Congratulations, Colin. Stop the scams. Presidents made two very bold moves. One, the border agents involved in both fatal shootings. The first, I don't think, has anything to sweat. The second might, although we're learning more about Alex Prettie. But as rightfully, when you're investigating something, they've been placed on administrative leave. Tom Homan has been sent. You're going to hear from him in 17 minutes. And McDonald's been appointed. So to Joe Rogan and to Kevin O'Leary, oh, they know the passwords fraud. It's still the bone, and you're not going to get it out of their mouth.
And the truth is going to have its day. And the truth will give us all perfect perspective. I'm actually very encouraged by how in four days, not just Joe Rogan, not just Kevin O'Leary, but how America has kept its eye on the ball and figured things out. There's more bad news for Democrats, the census. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get this in today. If I don't read, let's do it tomorrow because we've got a pretty jammed show. But we talked about how in the brilliance of our founding fathers, don't forget your ultimate right to vote is with your feet. I don't mind states experimenting. I don't mind states being stupid. Because ultimately you can still leave and leave the half. Where have they been leaving? New York, California, Illinois. We now have the 2025 census, which gives us a much clearer picture of the 2030 census. There'll be some electoral college losses for the 2028 presidential election. But after that, you could make a case. It's going to be very difficult for the Democrats to win the presidency for a long, long time. You're looking at losing four electoral votes. In California, two in Illinois, two in New York, one in Oregon, one in Minnesota, and you're looking at gaining four in Texas, gaining four in Florida, and gaining one in Georgia, gaining one in North Carolina. Blue states have a right to be stupid, and people have a right to move their businesses and employees, and they have been from blue to red. And now the census has moved from blue to red, and the electoral college is going to move. From blue to red. Two things, never, three things really today. Never underestimate the American people's ability to figure things out. Never underestimate the truth. It always has its day. Never underestimate the brilliance of our founding fathers who have thought of everything that we could possibly mess up. It's your morning show with Michael Deljourno. Federal agents involved in the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good in Minneapolis have been placed on administrative leave. Mark Mayfield has more. That's according to the Department of Homeland Security. Officials said this is part of a standard protocol. President Trump has said he expects an honorable and honest investigation into the shooting of Freddie. Following that shooting, Trump sent Borders are Tom Homan to be his point person in the Twin Cities and removed top Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino from his Minneapolis duties. I'm Mark Mayfield. Trump administration is announcing a third round of price cuts for prescription drugs. 15 medications will be up for Medicare price haggling, including Botox, not for cosmetic use, but to treat chronic migraines, lazy eye, overactive bladder, and other medical conditions. Trulicity, a GLP1 drug used to treat diabetes, is also among the 15, as well as several medications prescribed to treat Crohn's disease. The list also includes cancer.
or drugs, medicines designed to treat HIV, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and asthma. I'm Sarah Lee Kessler. New Gallup polling shows something we've noticed in our studio with Jeffrey, a decline in people who report feeling actively engaged in the workplace. The poll suggests for the second year in a row that just 31% of employees say they feel actively engaged at work, which is down 5% from its high in 2020. Gallup says each percentage point change represents roughly 1.6 million full or part-time employees. So the 5% declines equivalent to roughly 8%. million fewer workers say they feel engaged. The survey also finds 17% of respondents report feeling actively disengaged at work in 2025, which is a percentage unchanged from the previous year. I'm Jim Rup. Just saying there's three of us. I'm engaged. Look at Red. I've never seen him so engaged. He's not even wearing a North Dakota shirt. You in the hotel eating your New York strips have been a little unengaged. Huh? What? Yeah. He's unengaged. Live! It's Saturday Night Live will be airing its 1,000th episode this weekend, 1,000 episodes ago on a black and white TV. I was in my brother's room with my brother Bobby, and we watched the very first episode. with a window cracked in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Seems like yesterday. The milestone episode is going to feature actor Alexander Scarsguard as host and musical guest, Mark Carney B. SNL will be doing a live comedy broadcast from NBC's headquarters in New York City since 1975, and its 1,000th episode will air this Saturday, 1130 Eastern on NBC. Well, today we're celebrating the act. of a peace placement. P-I-E-C-E. Forty-eight percent of Americans say they put a puzzle together at least once a year. And there's a lot to navigate, finding border pieces, clustering colors, and not letting the cat or dog run off with the pieces. Psychologists say puzzles are good for us. They sharpen the mind, relieve stress, improve logic, and 25 minutes at a puzzle can improve your IQ by up to four points. And that's reason enough to celebrate National Puzzle Day. I'm Bree Tennis. I'm sitting here thinking if I've ever put a puzzle together in my life. You've never done that? I don't think I've ever done a puzzle. Please, we do need a sleepover. I'm going to buy one and do one. Oh, they're great. You should do that. Oh, it is National Puzzle Day. We're all in this together. This is your morning show with Michael Del Giorno.
