100 segmentsThis is an I-Heart podcast. Guaranteed human. Bill, why is my eye twitching? Does this mean I'm in perimenopause? Where's my phone? Juliana, maybe we can ask an actual human. Yes, because I have questions. And I bet you do too. Like, is it normal to sleep in separate bedrooms? We do that. And I still need to know why my poop's been green. We've got actual people answering these exact questions. Listen to Bill and Juliana. The podcast. On the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcast. I'm Stephanie Young. The hit podcast Love Trapped is back with new updates in the case of Laura Owens. This is CR 2025 State versus Laura Owens. I think she really believes that she still hasn't out. I'm quite confident that they're up to something. We're following the case live as the criminal charges finally come to a conclusion. Trust us when we tell you as the victims of Laura Owens, she will not stop. Listen to Love Trapped on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, I'm Michael. I'd love to have you listen to Your Morning Show live every day. We're heard on great stations like News Talk 550, K-F-Y-I in Phoenix, News Radio 1190, K-E-X in Portland, and 1090 The Patriot in Seattle. Make us a part of your morning routine. We'd love to have you listen live. But in the meantime, enjoy the podcast. One, two, three. Starting your morning off right. A new way of talk. A new way of understanding. Because... We're in this together. This is your morning show with Michael Del Jim Jordan. Seven minutes after the hour. Welcome to Wednesday, the 8th of April, year of our Lord, 26. On the air, streaming live on your eye heart radio app. This is your morning show. Honor to serve you. I'm Michael Del Jim Jordan. I'm staring at my Ten Commandments. It says... Invite them to think. Don't tell them what to think. Ask questions. Don't land the segment. Unfortunately, this is such a quagmire and we're limited in our time. I'm going to actually be an old-fashioned talk show host here. So the headline is the U.S. and Iran have agreed to a two-week ceasefire. Does anyone think it's going to hold? Bombs were falling in Tel Aviv last night. Now there's a big question mark over what was the terms of this agreement? I'm hearing people on the radio. I'm watching Fox News on television. Maybe we're going to get some clarification. A news conference has just begun with the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, but there was a leaked 10-point plan that looked the exact same as the 10-point plan we rejected. Well, it's unthinkable. Give them the straight of hormones, give them a bunch of cash, lift all the sanctions, allow them to become a nuclear country. I mean...
Can't be that, right? Now we're getting word from Al Jazeera, among others, that the leaked 10-point plan from Iran is not the one that the president responded to and called a big day for world peace yesterday. But still, no one is providing any of the details or the actual 10-point plan. I believe firmly the president is fighting a two-front war. We're a divided country, not a united country. The left, of course, is so anti-Trump, they're pro-Iran. So when the president's going to bomb them into the Stone Age, he's a warmonger, he's going to get us all killed, he's a reckless tyrant, he's a threat. Iran is a nation of great peace. Then when he cuts a 42-week cease fire, oh, he's weak, he blinked. I don't think any of this is true. I think the president every now and then does these little ceasefires to get the market to recover, to get the oil to go down because he has to manage a war on the home front, the economy, as well as a war against Iran. He's meeting with the Secretary General of the UN. The dead giveaway was when we were talking with Colonel Butch, and he said, no, this is not your normal UN Secretary General. This is one of the good ones. Yeah. Because the president's going to continue bombing, and he's going for securing the strait. They've already been decimated as a military threat. They are no longer a clear and present predictable danger as a nuclear threat, not for a decade. Or a threat of any real kind to anyone for a while. That's good. That's done. Better the Strait of Horm moves so that oil isn't disrupted worldwide. Best regime change. I don't think he's going to try to go all the way to regime change. Now he started getting to an unreasonable level of troop involvement to achieve that. But I do think he's going for better. Removing the threat and opening the Strait of Hormuz. And I think that's what's being negotiated today. My initial reaction to the two-week ceasefire wasn't that the president blinked. The president is misdirecting the enemy again. In fact, the minute he announced the ceasefire. I expected bombing to commence within 18 hours. And it may still after the meeting today. But keeping our eye on the moment and the ball, it's what 10-point plan was even agreed upon yesterday. Because I'm seeing the one prior to the ceasefire. No one has seen the one post-seas fire. And already reliable sources in the Middle East are saying the one that was leaked by Iran. is not the correct one. Oh, give me a break. Iran is lying. Or as some would say, in typical political analysis, trying to safe face. So for most in America today, they're going to wake up going, is this the art of the deal again? I can hear the far right. He's maybe the art of the deal in the sense that he's got them thinking there's a two-week ceasefire when their new leaders are all about to be decapitated. And a military operation to secure the Strait of Hormuz is in the works. And probably with a coalition of European nations. But I promise you Iran didn't blink. And this president isn't going to blink. So what is this?
I believe it's a president because of the weakness of the American people, the narcissism and selfishness and the unwillingness to sacrifice in any way, or the ignorance to what a threat Iran really is, a president having to fight a two-front war, one to appease those at home while not appeasing and removing threats for as long a period of a time as he can, because you can't ultimately win this until you kill every last one. because they're not going to stop until we're all dead. Someone's going to win and someone's going to lose. And anything short of that is kicking the can, which is a game we play well. And he's achieved the kicking of the can in terms of being a nuclear threat. He's not achieved the kicking of the can and securing the Strait of Hormuz. And ultimately, regime change is in the hands of the Iranian people. I feel pretty strongly that I'm right on this. One would have to observe, honestly, that it is odd that the president would make these major announcements on true social. Not even the, I mean, it used to be presidents made statements on all three networks. But that's when America was watching all three networks. Now the president goes on his tirades. I'm going to blow you into the Stone Age. Open the F in this or I'm going to F in that. That's a post on true social and the ceasefire is a post on true social. We still haven't really heard the president address this. I know we're hearing the Pentagon address it even as we speak. It's odd. These are odd times. As always, your voice is equal to ours. So we have the talk back button. We don't not take calls anymore like most of talk radio. We think it's time. It's a conversation again. We're not all about my ego or my voice. We're about your voice, your understanding, your connecting of the dots. So take your place at America's Kitchen Table by using the talkback button on your iHeartRadio app. You can always email me, Michael D. at iHeartMedia.com. That's Michael D. at iHeartMedia.com. And we would love to get your take on all of this.
In terms of response to whatever this is, the announcement of a two-week ceasefire, we're seeing a great deal of response. So already in Europe, the stock soared 4%. Our futures are up 1,200 points. And oil has plummeted to $100 and below. If I am right in the president's fighting a two-front war, it's really working. These every now and then things he does. restores and corrects the market for the next defensive. But ultimately what we're dancing around is the will of the American people. We had a long discussion in our platinum hour, the first hour. Which, by the way, if you never listen to the podcast and you're never up that early, you really miss the hour of frankness and blunt truth. And we explored this notion of the greatest generation. And when we say that, everybody thinks about those in uniform with guns. Literally throwing bodies and lives and sacrificing to defeat Nazi Germany and Hitler. But the greatest generation also included those at home willing to sacrifice, willing to contribute. That story is rarely told. And they were just as shaped and just as impactful as the soldiers. And that doesn't exist today. And that ultimately is our greatest vulnerability. So shameless plug for the podcast. If you missed the 5 o'clock hour, it'll be up about 9.30 Central, 10.30 Eastern. Just search your morning show and Michael Del Journal into the iHeart app. And when you find it, give it a, what do we call that again? A programmed position. I used to call it a button. Give it a preset. That way it's waiting for you every morning. All right, just to show you, the president still has cloud. And for those of you that are on the shirt side of the shirts and skins game, this will tell you that the president could still be very influential in a midterm election. His backed Republican, Clay Fuller. projected the victor of the election to fill the Georgia congressional seat vacated by Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is now officially history. Secretary of State Marco Rubio was confirming the release of an American journalist who had been kidnapped in Iraq. We talked about this in the Platinum Hour as well. It's funny. You hear everybody looking at polls and suggesting, oh, it's going to be Gavin Newsom or it's going to be JD Vance, not so fast. It's likely to early on be Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez replaced by Rahm Emanuel. If you get lost in the headlines, you won't see the big picture. But if you keep your eye on the big picture, the headlines give away the narrative. And that is, nobody wants Marco Rubio to get any attention. They're trying to affect his trajectory. And they often insert Wes Moore and Rahm Emanuel to stage his trajectory. So they'll go crazy left to make everybody think they're going to choose Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and then they'll bait and switch you, Ram Emanuel. And I sit today, scratching my head, is the Republican nominee for an open presidential race in 28, Ron DeSantis or Marco Rubio.
What do you got against JD? Nothing. Just telling you what I think is coming. And here's an example of it. How many people are going to talk about Marco Rubio negotiating and succeeding and confirming the release of an American journalist kidnapped in Iraq? Some of the right don't want to tell you that story because they want to protect the trajectory of JD Vance. The left certainly doesn't want to continue to promote the trajectory of Marco Rubio. And I think that's the one they don't have an answer for. Remember Stephen A. Smith. This was a dead giveaway. Sports guy, yeah, but when he does his politics, he does it on a separate platform. I'm a big believer. There's only room for one Howard Kosell, and it's him. Certainly isn't Charles Barkley. And when asked point blank by Sean Hannity, all right, who would you vote for right now? Sean Hannity expecting him to make his choice between Gavin Newsom and he goes, Governor Josh Shapiro, I would vote for. Wes Moore, I would vote for. That's who I believe will be on the ticket as vice president. And Marco Rubio. Notice his third choice was Marco Rubio. The Democrats don't want to face Marco Rubio. And a Marco Rubio Ron DeSantis, a Marco Rubio, and wouldn't be Ron DeSantis probably, but, and whomever. I don't think JD Vance would go for eight more years as vice president. That's going to have to be settled in the primary. Now, Marco is young enough that you could do a J.D. Marco, but that gives them the J.D. attachment to Trumpism. They can run a campaign anti-Trump. It's Marco Rubio gang. And you'll know it by how no one talks about that story. So the long and the short is the president's calling it a big day for world peace. I'm not buying it. A two-week ceasefire, I'd be shocked if it makes it two days. But already, oil prices have plunged below $100. Dow futures are up 1,200 points. That's waking up this morning on Wednesday, April the 8th, 2026. I used to think of a mattress like a piece of furniture. And every now and then, like a decade or so, we get a new piece of furniture. Then I slept on a ghost bed. This is a family that's made mattresses for 100 years. And the only one in the family tree that wasn't in the mattress business, an engineer, is the one that created a ghost bed. And it's an engineered sleep system built like an engineer. A serious piece of health equipment. Because beds are designed for relief and recovery just as sleep is, not looks. You notice a difference the minute you lie down, but if you're waking up stiff, tossing and turning, sleeping hot, reaching for pain pills before you go to bed, it's not your age, it's your mattress. I began at ghostbed.com taking the quiz so I could find the right ghost bed for me. Now, if you do that with your spouse and hers is different than yours, that's okay. You can always do a split hybrid. But you find the right mattress. We send it to you. You don't have to save up for a decade. They're affordable. And you can sleep on it at 101 nights risk free. Because if you don't feel about your ghost bed the way I feel about mine, you send it back. They're offering our audience at your morning show, the lowest price of the season with an extra 10% off. Take the quiz and then order today.

From Fulton, Ohio, Michael, the reason people aren't involved in the war today is because they've been told not to. When after 9-11, George Bush says, go shopping during the 60s, during the Vietnam War. When we were discussing the budget, it was guns or butter. Johnson said guns and butter. So the population hasn't been asked to participate, asked to sacrifice. Well, that's it. That's a wonderful point. Past failed leadership has certainly played a role in an ignorant and failed electorate. I believe Trump announced the two-week pause to allow Iranian civilians to go home. And then when the coast is clear in two to three or four days, the U.S. and Israel will return, at least to a plan that they had earlier. Terry and Greenville, great observation. Michael, if something is advertised free... And then one has to pay for shipping. The product is not free. That's not true. The product is free. Shipping is not free. You could always make arrangements to drive somewhere and pick it up. Today's show is bringing into focus the warning I was getting this past December. You've touched upon many of my concerns and observations. It's days like this when I believe God is speaking through you. Oh. That's a wonderful comment. I didn't know it would be me focused or I wouldn't have read it. Good morning, Michael. When, not if, the fighting resumes in Iran and they put women and children in harm's way. I say we hit them with an EMP. I think that you're on my train of thought. I think the monkey wrench in this was when the minister, the youth pastor, if you will, of the entire country. encouraged all young people to surround these resource targets with a human chain. I think that got people discussing. And if this keeps that from happening to allow the bombing to resume and helps gas prices and the market correct a little bit before the bombing resumes, I find that more predictable and believable. Then this was a big day for World Peace. Good morning, guys. This is Jeff in Pleasant View, Tennessee. And my morning show is your morning show with Michael Del Giorno.
Bill, why is my eye twitching? Does this mean I'm in perimenopause? Maybe I have adult ADHD. I need to look this up. Where's my phone? Juliana, your phone is hot to the touch. I think it's asking you for a break. You know what? Maybe I should just ask chat GPT. Or maybe we can ask an actual human. Yes, like a couple sex therapist. Whoa, that escalated quickly, but... Okay. Because I have questions. We have questions. And I bet everyone has questions. Like, is it normal to sleep in separate bedrooms? We do that. How about this one? Is bribing your kids bad parenting or just negotiating? Oh, and I still do need to know why was my poop green that one time? Hypothetically, right? Okay, well, instead of letting the internet guess, we've got actual people... answering these exact questions. And laughing with us has got to be better than spending three hours down a rabbit hole online. Listen to Bill and Juliana. The podcast. On the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts. We'd love to have you listen every weekday morning to your morning show live. Even take us along with you on the drive to work. We can be heard on great radio stations like 104-9, The Patriot in St. Louis, or talk radio 98.3 and 1510, WLAC in Nashville, and News Talk 550, K-F-Y in Phoenix, Arizona. Love to be a part of your morning routine, but we're always grateful you're here now. Enjoy the podcast. I'm an awe of everything in life. From my childhood to awkward interactions at school, to fights won, fights lost, to mistakes made, to early adulthood, to the wisdom and study of history and the revelation from God, everything put together makes me who I am. And I'm very grateful to God for the street smarts he chose to give me growing up. I know how to read people. And I caught up a little bit while you all were enjoying your news break on the news conference from the Pentagon. And I can tell you everything is very thin, very non-substantive when it comes to peace and ceasefire. I mean, Pete Hegseth just moments ago talking about this new regime knows, unlike the previous regime, that we mean business. It is a different 10-point plan. Oh, yeah, what's the new 10-point plan? And then you get very nonspecific. I know how to read people. So what's going on? I had somebody email me that I was just reading. And you keep talking about what you don't believe is happening. What do you think's going to happen? All right, I'll tell you what's going to happen. I think those Marines are there for good reason, and they're going to land soon on that island near the Strait of Hormuz.
I think the president's fighting a two-fight war. I think signaling this helps block them from circling these targets with children. They think they're in a ceasefire again. But the bombing plan targets and strategies are the same. And I think this time there'll be strategic bombing followed by securing of the Strait of Hormuz. And I think our Marines are there. And I think the UN... General is meeting with the President Day because there'll be other European nations along to support. Their ability to have a nuclear weapon and be a predictable, clear, and present danger has already been defeated, at least for a decade. The President now will open the Strait of Hormuz and secure it himself. Regime change will be left up to the Iranian people. And every time they make a move to do something with that uranium because they're never going to turn it over, they'll be bombed again. Unless you get a different president. And on that note, let's enter David Sinati, our senior contributor who's joining us live from Augusta at the Masters. You know, there was an old saying, always take Trump seriously, but never literally. Is that really what we're dealing with this morning, maybe, David? Well, if we're not, you're sure doing a good job convincing me of it. I've been listening since the 5 o'clock hour, and you're doing terrific, and I'm sorry about the mix-up on the last entry here. Oh, nobody cares about that. I enjoyed the resummit summation of everything you were saying. I think it's incredible. You mean to tell me after all this? After all this, the phone's not going to work. Wait, restate that. Your phone cut out. Sorry. What I was saying is that after your resumation, I was about to say, and Michael, the troops are there for a reason, but you beat me to that one as well. Sorry. I mean, no, I think you're right on it. And I think that it's frustrating. But I think the most significant thing that you said, you said earlier in the week. And when you said you're not going to stop a 1400 year philosophical, theological, anthropological realities in the DNA of these people, it is not going to be changed by at 24-hour deadline. This is not going to go away easily. And I think what you're sensing is that people inside the administration get that. So we're in a very interesting time. I got to say one other thing. I've been listening all week long. I've been on the road. This is why I love talk radio and particularly your morning show so much because when we're all going through things that we're trying to think and trying to figure out and you're willing to take the time to muse it out without agenda, just what is reality? It helps everybody. I've enjoyed listening very much to this. Oh, you're too kind. All right, let's talk a little bit about the impact politically. I was watching, you know that I started watching the West Wing. What am I? 18 years late or whatever. I haven't watched an episode yet, so you're going to help me into it eventually. Yeah, no, well, I mean, it's certainly a Democrat liberal presidency, and they're definitely trying to indoctrinate you with the leftist viewpoint. They're somewhat fair now and then.
in giving you the other side of issues. So if nothing else, it encouraged people to be issue focused and not personality focused. That much I appreciate it. Then they did, towards the end of season three, they used all real characters who are like portrayed throughout the show, telling real White House stories. And in that, there are former presidents, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, former chiefs of staff, and so on. And there was one point where they were discussing inevitably a president's going to be put in a position where they're going to have to put their presidency, their future, or even their party's ability to win in the future, second to doing what is morally right for our time and for all time. I think the president finds himself in that situation. But I think he can still get it done. I think, you know, once, I mean, the nukes are already. not a threat. You bring in, you secure the straight of Hormuz. I think you're done at that point. And I think you're done in time where it doesn't have an effect on the midterms. And the oil prices stay down and the market stays up and everything moves on without any sacrifice. But if it lingers, how much impact could it have on the midterms? Key question. I think that has to do with how well the retention of the American people has been from 9-11 and how over all these many years the reality of what we're facing in an ancient evil and a long-term threat exists. I actually think the strategy you prescribe would maintain itself through the election. And if, in fact, there was a shakeup on the midterm, if what you just described is executed, if the Islamic threat in Iran is eliminated in the Straits of Hormuz, the Strait of Hormuz is controlled. Then we're in a situation that whoever's running in 2028 is running on a very exceptional agenda. So I think it's one way or the other way. I think here if the right thing is accomplished, the voters of America will say thank you. And because they'll see all the ramifications. You know, people are not looking for answers in a flash. And your earlier contributors, the caller and email said that we're willing to share in this, but we don't understand it. That's kind of the message. This will help people understand. We're just the president's ahead of the curve. The rest of the people have got to catch up. Yeah, I think, you know, this is one of those where I would push the Secretary of State more forward. Presuming Marco Rubio doesn't have a future as a president, and I believe he does. But just as a secretary, somebody needs to explain this threat more effectively than the president. fifth job. You're trying to give Marco Rubio a fifth job, brother. He's doing great on the first four. Why not a fifth? But somebody needs to describe to these people this is as evil and as totalitarian and as much of a threat to a region in a world as Nazi Germany. And the American people clearly don't get that. They think the fear of a dollar more for gas is a bigger issue than the threat of Islam, let alone Islam having or the threat of Iran.
and radical Islam having a nuclear weapon. So there is some education that needs to happen. All right. Final full circle. We had a victory, and it was a Trump endorsed candidate that will replace Marjorie Taylor Greene. Can't read too much into this congressional district in Georgia, but does this suggest that the president still has a lot of clout when it comes to influencing congressional races? Because that would be encouraging heading into the midterms. Well, he's not out of energy. That is a significant race. On the other hand, I met Rob Walgate and I were together in a meeting yesterday, and then we were out and about in Augusta, and we ran into a gentleman who overheard one of our conversations and said, well, I just ran for the state legislature in Arkansas, and I won in an open seat general election, and I beat my Republican opponent. in Arkansas by a significant margin. Now, it was a very small race, a very small number of votes cast, but he won by a significant margin. And we asked him straight up, what was it? He said, it's Trump. Now, that's under Sarah Mike Huckabee Bernie Sanders knows that happened. And she's not happy about it. So it depends on the district. It depends on the candidate. That's the reality. So it's too soon to know. It's not as serious as what CNN's saying. Exactly. David Zanati, enjoying Augusta, a weather forecast for the tournament looking good? It's the best weather we've ever seen. And now that I've had a chance, and by the way, I do my part of Augusta early, I'll be back in the Florida office for the tournament. So I'll be watching on television with you and we'll be texting back and forth. But the leaderboard, I think, is going to look very much like last year's leaderboard. That much I can tell you because I did get to the range yesterday and that's where I do my analysis. And there's some boys there that are swinging it, man. And I got a feeling they're going to find their way to the top. Yeah, Schaeffler, you know, he's been struggling a little bit. Watch him put it together. He's got a look. I watched. I watched him yesterday. He's got a look. And you rarely ever see anybody win back to back. But if anybody could, it could be Rory right now. And John Rahm is always a factor. But I think it's one of those, I think it's one of those three. Well, you got to watch out for Oberg. And you got to watch out for Tommy Fleetwood. And you got to watch out for, well, there's a couple of others. We'll talk more. Yeah. No, when you brought up Fleetwood, that's the one who's never gotten it that I wouldn't mind seeing. That's a special man. I can't root against him even though he's not American. David Zanati from Augusta with analysis on the impact of all this of the midterms. Thanks. We'll talk from normal situation studios later this week. All right, if you're just waking up, in terms of the ceasefire, the Israeli prime minister in Tel Aviv was receiving missile fire last night. Benjamin Netanyahu says this two weeks ceasefire with Iran announced by President Trump, that doesn't include Lebanon. In a post- Tuesday night, President Trump canceled his 8 p.m. Eastern deadline for Iran to make a deal or face a new attack and announced the ceasefire. It comes after Pakistan sent Trump a 10-point peace proposal from Iran that Trump called a workable basis on which to negotiate. While Israel reportedly will stop bombing Iran during this time, Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement, the ceasefire does not apply to fighting between Israel and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah. This, despite Pakistan's prime minister saying, the ceasefire proposal does extend to Lebanon, where hundreds of thousands...
had been displaced due to the fighting. I'm Mark Nefield. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is confirming the release of an American journalist who's been kidnapped in Iraq. In a social media post, Ruby said Shelly Kittleson had been abducted by members of an Iraqi terrorist group. There are multiple reports. The 49-year-old from Wisconsin was released as part of a prisoner swap. The Iranian-backed group held Kittleson for a week after she was kidnapped in Baghdad. Marco Rubio said the State Department's working to support her safe departure from Iraq. I'm Tammy Trujillo. Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. is seeking to broaden the criteria for membership to the CDC Advisory Committee on immunization practices. More from Jim Rup. The panel currently has no members. After a federal judge deemed Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s appointees unqualified, however, the HHS secretary published an amended charter Monday, and it is likely to go into effect soon. Eligibility will now involve geographical balance and a balance of specialty areas. That can include toxicology, immunology, pediatrics, consumer issues, and academic perspective. I'm Jim Rope. A new poll finds Americans are not trusting AI as much when it comes to their own health care. Doctor, Doctor. Just make it a real doctor, apparently. Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center pulled more than 1,000 adults and found only 42% are open to AI being used as part of their care. That number was 52% in a 2024 survey. Ravi Tripathi, the chief health informatics officer at the center, suggests using AI in conjunction with a doctor and consult with health care professionals before final decisions are made. I'm Michael Castner. Well, we were talking about this earlier with Roy O'Neill. The National Weather Service says rain is in the forecast for the Friday late evening splashdown of Artemis. This is off the coast of San Diego. This may adjust where in the Pacific it lands or when in the Pacific at lands. Bree Tennis has more. In order to safely recover the crew from the spacecraft after splashdown, NASA says there cannot be rain or thunderstorms within 30 nautical miles of the recovery site. They say wave height can't exceed six feet and winds need to be calm under 25 knots. All this so recovery boats can maneuver to the craft. If there are thunder showers or high. High winds, NASA says they may delay splashdown or select an alternative landing site. I'm Bree Tennis. I know I've already had a great journey around the moon with these very four special astronauts. But I've been looking forward most to this splashdown. Haven't watched a good splashdown since 72 or 3. And I don't want weather affecting my view either.
We'll keep an eye on that. Let's pray the word. Albert Hammond once saying it never rains in Southern California. What happened to that? Tony, Tony. What? So did Tony, Tony, Tony, Tony. Those scammers buy your personal information and they buy it from data brokers and there's hundreds and hundreds of them. You shopped online, you went and got your license renewed. They take your address, name, phone number, the meds you take, your driving record, your social media footprint. They package it all together and they sell it to anyone, including criminals. It may not even last two days. But... It does have oil prices plunging below $100. European stocks soared 4%. The Dow is up to, well, one as high as $1,300 in the future's up. So it's having an impact here at home. Meanwhile, Delta's raising cost on check bags. Used car prices are surging, and one company is paying people extra to come back to the office. With the insanity at home, Rory O'Neill joins us. So what does all this spell, Rory? Leave Southwest Airlines off the hook. They and Delta both announced yesterday they're going to raise their check bag fees by $10 a pop. First bag, $45, second bag, $55. United and JetBlue made similar announcements last week. The airlines claim that this is in response to the surge in jet fuel prices, which are up more than 88%. Maybe they'll start coming down now, but... You know how these things go. The prices always seem to just go up. They go up, but they never come back down, do they? Funny how that happens. That's why I'm pledging to travel naked with no luggage the rest of the year. I will have more tomorrow with Rory. I'm sorry about that. We ran out of time. We're up against a hard break. One chance to live this Wednesday, April the 8th, 2026. Go cherish your life. Go make a difference in someone else's. We'll see you tomorrow morning. We're all in this together. This is your morning show with Michael Del Giorno.
