All right, before we get to anything. which is more as the saga of the Southern Poverty Law Center indictment rolls out as the media tries desperately to ignore this story. Yesterday, it was almost entirely ignored by the mainstream press, the so-called self-enointed mainstream press. But we'll get more into that.

2:40

It will get to the point where they can't ignore it, I think. We'll also talk more about Virginia. A judge enjoined the referendum, declared it unconstitutional, is refusing to certify the election results from Virginia. Very important. We'll get into that. But here's your word to win. I want you to win money, win money in the spring green, spring green cash contest. Cash is your word for the nine o'clock hour. Cash. C-A-S-H, you go to our website, W-I-B-A dot com or the I-HartRadio app. Get to one of the radio stations on the app, so navigate to one of our radio stations. And then you can find the contest link there if that's how you like to listen to the radio. And I don't blame you because it's crystal clear. And the word is cash. So enter the keyword cash plus your personal details. This is a nationwide contest. You have until 955. to play this hour's contest. Then, of course, the word changes. You've got another shot. We are giving away $1,000 an hour. I hope you win. We will call you if you win. As I have said now, many times, turn off your call screening settings on your phone. They're very effective settings. They will probably screen us out. I can't be certain, but given... How we know this contest works, it's likely that those call screening settings would prevent you from getting our call. And if you don't pick up, you're not going to win. All right. There you go. Okay. Let's start. We'll get into Virginia. As expected, you know, just sort of the basic legal argument about that amendment and that referendum, it was expected that. it was going to go to their Supreme Court in Virginia. So it was expected that a judge would have done what he did. So we will get more into that. Ken Cuccinelli, the former attorney general of the state of Virginia is going to join me on the program. So that's coming up. Now, I want to start with Southern Poverty Law Center. If you had taken a look at just mainstream media headlines, you would have seen one of two things happen. What you mostly would have seen was no coverage on. the Southern Poverty Law Center indictment. And the indictment says the Southern Poverty Law Center laundered money and defrauded donors. Laundered money and defrauded donors. On their own, those two things are illegal. But how did they launder money and defraud donors? They defrauded donors by telling donors that there's this, you know, huge wave of white supremacy. But they were the ones who created. the conditions. They were the ones who paid for the stunts and then used those stunts to raise more money. They then laundered the money that they were paying to white supremacist groups, Aryan nations, the clan, the grand wizards of the clan. There's a list of 11 different groups that are identified by name that the Southern Poverty Law Center paid. They laundered their contributions, their payments, not even contributions, their payments, direct payments to these organizations and these people who were then tasked with creating stunts like Charlottesville, which the SPLC paid for. The banks.

6:04

caught it. But see, you're not going to know about this in the mainstream press. The other attack the press has been taking is, this is just a political attack. No, no, it's not. This is a fraudulent organization that deliberately created a narrative so that it could raise more donations. And you can actually track this in real time. When the Southern Poverty Law Center paid the clan basically, the neo-Nazis, to create the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally, which, by the way, resulted in a woman being killed. The media went from never mentioning white supremacy, white, you know, racism, domestic violence, extremism, to mentioning it nonstop. And it set the agenda for the campaigns for all Democrats going forward. It began with the payment to the white supremacist to do Charlottesville to unite the right rally, which wasn't about the right. It was fake, false flag garbage. They then used it to raise more money, sitting on nearly a $1 billion endowment. and doubled the amount of contributions, then funneled that money into various different political efforts. Banks caught the laundering. Let's just listen. Jesse Waters had a great, you know, 56 seconds on this on his show yesterday. Just have a listen to him. Biden's DOJ partnered with the SPLC, then turned around and cited him to say white supremacy was the biggest threat to the country. But then the banks flagged the fraud to the feds, and the Biden White House shut down the investigation. Because what else would Kamala Harris have to run on? Let's remember Charlottesville, where there was a mob of people carrying teakie torches, spewing anti-Semitic hate. And what did the president then at the time say? There were fine people on each side. Just a few months ago, Jamie Raskin singing their praises. The Southern Property Law Center has been a vigilant voice in civil society against radical white nationalist violence and extremism, neo-Nazism, and other forces across the political spectrum. They paid the neo-Nazis that were like a dozen of them. in existence in these groups to stage Charlottesville, so Jamie Raskin and Kamala Harris, and Joe Biden had a justification to attack conservatives as white supremacists. And the media followed suit. Immediately after Charlottesville, the media went from zero incidences of talking about white supremacy to nonstop. Joe Biden put the SPLC on payroll. met with the SPLC 11 times, had the SPLC meet with the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice used the SPLC. The Department of Defense used the SPLC to tee up attacks in the Department of Defense to go after Bible believing Christians in the Department of Defense. The Department of Justice used the SPLC to track Catholics at Latin Mass to go after moms for liberty and people who showed up for school board meetings because the SPLC

9:44

was able to create a narrative by buying it, by paying off white supremacists to stage events so that they could then claim they were fighting white supremacy. It's like throwing a brick through someone's window with a note on it that says, hey, do you need your window replaced? Call L's window repair. That's the scam. By the way, that's one of the, quote, conspiracy theories that people who were conservative at the time were saying, this is obviously fake. Those teaky torches and the guys in the matching khakis with the armbands and the quarter zips and the masks and the exact same sunglasses and everybody wearing a luminox watch, feds, feds. We were saying it when it happened, conspiracy theorist. Now it appears we've been proved right again. But that's the story that the media is not telling. And if they are telling it, they're saying, oh, no, that's just the Trump administration engaged in political attacks. We're going to take, we're going to go more into this with Curtis Howick Media Research Center. We'll talk about how the media was also in on this scam because they immediately used all the talking points from the SPLC to launch what is continuing as this nonstop accusation against America that it is enmeshed in violent, extreme white supremacy. We'll be right back. Welcome back to the program. It's the Vicki McKenna Show. So let's talk about how the media was in on this scam, this laundered narrative, laundered financial scam that the SPLC was running. the SPLC sets up Charlottesville, then uses Charlottesville, I mean, pays white supremacists to set up the Charlottesville, unite the right rally. A woman dies, by the way. They also, I mean, I would love to see the internal communications because there was probably glee expressed that they were going to be able to use the body of a woman to continue to enhance fundraising and. expand their power, not just as fundraisers. for a left-wing political NGO, but deep into the administration where they were advising the Department of Defense, they were advising the Department of Justice, they were calling the shots at the FBI. And the media having to be in on this because you can map it in real time. I'm looking here at a graph in 2017, in 2017, almost zero mentions of white supremacy in 2017. It spiked to the number one term used.

12:42

for political stories, and it has not abated since. Curtis Houck from NewsBusters and Media Research Center joins me on the program to talk about this. And so far, Curtis, the press has either tried to ignore this story, which I don't think they'll be able to do for long, or flip it and spin it to say this is just a political attack by Kash Patel and Donald Trump. Yeah, Biggie, I mean, there's a couple things here. Number one, what they do is they've played sound bites from the event. It was just when Kash Patel was talking about the Atlantic article, making it seem like he just suddenly went before the cameras to talk about this other thing. And that's what it was about, not this SPLC thing. That's number one. Number two, you have people not covering it at all. Or number three, when they do cover it, they're doing what Good Morning America did yesterday, which is Wednesday, which is say that the president's targeting one of the most prominent civil rights organizations in the country. They won't get away with that for long. I will say that you're right. That assumes that people on the right. stop paying attention to it. And I don't see that happening because too many people have been targeted personally. Crisis pregnancy centers. Moms for Liberty. My personal friend, Scarlett Johnson, from Moms for Liberty who comes on this program, was personally targeted. People who showed up at school board meetings were personally targeted. So, you know, if they think, you know, well, we can just kick the can a little bit and we'll change the narrative. I mean, it works for them typically in a story. I just don't think it's going to work this time. But back to Kash Patel. Family Research Council. Family Research Council, I just have to have that too. The attempted mass shooting there, the gunman said he was inspired by seeing Family Research Council on the list of hate groups. Correct. Correct. So, I mean, we, Moms for Liberty, TPSA, they painted a target on Charlie Kirk's back. Four months after they put TPSA on the hate list, Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Federation for American Immigration Reform, and we can go on. Ben Carson was on their hate list. Ben Carson was a white supremacist. In case anyone doesn't know who Ben Carson is, look him up. All right, so you can see a picture of his face. Ben was the nicest man. I mean, I'd walk across, you know, two miles in snow to shake his hand. But Ben Carson was on the hateless. We could go on about that. So they used the press, use this. to launch their not there to this day unbroken narrative that anybody who supports anything conservative is a white supremacist they're having trouble justifying the attacks claiming that were that you know that it's anti-semitic when you've got the president of the united states um reestablishing our alliance with israel um so they've kind of dropped that one by the wayside but everything else is still exactly intact and they need to protect their cash cow here but here's the thing curtis

15:35

This is a fraud investigation. This is a money laundering investigation. They violated felony banking statutes. They're hiding money in the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. There's a billion dollars to be had and a whole lot of discovery to go forward in this case. And amen to Todd Blanche for taking the bull by the horns and riding that thing. Yes, yeah, when we're just doing research on, you know, hate groups in America or just, you know, any normal nonprofit, Vicky, we all stash donor money in the Caribbean. Yeah, how about this one? The Charlottesville launches this Groyper movement. It is the launch pad for the Groyper movement. Nobody has ever heard of Groyper's or Nick Fuentes. No one ever heard of the guy. He's a college student. SPLC after Charlottesville puts him personally on their hate list. Next thing, you know, he's off to the races making bank on podcasts. You have got to wonder. I mean, I fully wonder, and I wonder if this will come out in discovery if he's not on the payroll, if he's not directly. Because what he says is just so, I mean, it's just, it's the caricature. of what SPLC claims every conservative says. To watch for that one, folks, I bet Nick Fuentes shows up on the payroll at some point in the investigation of this particular story. And we're going to, I think Matt Walsh is right. We're going to find out a whole lot of, quote, influencers have been, have had money from SPLC laundered to them to say the outrageous things that they say. So back to Kash Patel. Right. Nobody read the Atlantic article, Curtis, right? You and I read it because we're nerds and we have to watch this stuff. And we do this. Right. We got to do it, right? But no one in my listening on it, I bet you, I bet you 0.1% read that Atlantic article. So nobody really knows what that Atlantic article is all about. So to have the media try to say, well, that's just Kash Patel trying to dodge on the Atlantic article, which was anonymously sourced and easily debunkable, baloney. That's not going to stick very long either, I don't think. Not a chance. I mean, the fact that it's entirely anonymous, they don't actually say where the door-breaking equipment was requested. Right. Like, was he at home? Was he in a hotel? They're claiming he's just nonstop hammered all the time and just dumb. It's just a dumb hit piece. In a magazine nobody reads that was only meant to generate headlines on social media that nobody would read, but to try to create a narrative. Two days ahead of the SPLC indictment announcement. Two days ahead, let's try to discredit the FBI director as the FBI director is readying himself with the Attorney General to announce the takedown of this fake hate group, this hate spewing fake civil rights group. Well, let me just say two things. Number one, the SPLC has had issues, I believe, a year or two ago, there was a big thing about harassment in the workplace there. So, you know, another leftist organization that's a bunch of hypocrites. And then the second thing is CBS evening news, Jan Crawford actually had a decent piece last night. She pointed out that in 1995, the Montgomery Advertiser, where SPLC is based in Alabama, was the finalist for the Pulitzer's for articles alleging, in her words, that the center was misleading donors and wasting money.

19:06

Isn't that interesting? So these allegations that they were engaging in funny business with their money have been going on for at least 30 years. So this idea that, you know, it's just the Charlottesville was kind of the one where they got really sloppy and someone actually put pen to paper on this. But the reality is they've been doing this. for a long time. We should talk about how sloppy. There's so many things you can talk about regarding this case. How sloppy? They had one, I mean, they were, they were, you know, one degree of separation removed. They were fake, creating obviously fake. shell companies to launder the money to the neo-Nazis. Banks flagged it. And that's a story that's also going to have to have its own special attention. Banks flagged it. But the Biden DOJ had already started working with SPLC to smear conservatives and run the deep state operation from inside the White House. So Biden's DOJ shuts down, as Jesse Waters reported last night, shuts down when banks flag the laundering. DOJ shuts down the investigation. Tells the banks, no, it's fine. You know, but they've been doing this for 30 years. It's okay because fraud's fine. We're now learning that Democrats are A-OK with fraud. They're trying to stop fraud investigations in California. They're preventing fraud investigations in Minnesota. Reporters that ask Elon Musk Omar, hey, how'd your $5 million winery go to $0 the moment any attention was put on you? Have you been, you know, fraudulently stashing cash or lying on your financial disclosures? And the response from Elon Musk Omar was, I don't have to tell you Jack Blank, and the media didn't even report on it. At least the quote, self-annointed mainstream media never reported on it.

20:58

No, I mean, this thing is so huge in terms of, I mean, the left has used this, as we've pointed out, as a cudgel against us for a lifetime, for a generation. And it's about time that this came coming down. And I bet a lot of listeners right now are saying this is what I voted for. They're funding the clan. They're ancestors, Vicki. I know. The Democrats create the clan. They support the clan. And now they're still funding the clan. I guess old habits die hard. They are funding the clan, which was almost completely defunct. One last thing before we move on. In Wisconsin, there was a Pride Day event by the most virulent, radical, fetish-obsessed, creepy pervert pride group, probably in the Midwest called Watertown Pride. And they wanted to have drag queens spread their legs and shake it for little kids in a park. There was gays against groomers decide that they're going to hold a counter protest there. Who magically shows up? Blood Tribe, which never existed, Curtis, until the SPLC conjured an entry for Blood Tribe a couple of weeks before Watertown Pride held their event. Well, that's a coincidence. And they looked exactly like the Patriot Front people. who were the crisis actors at the Charlottesville Unite the Wright Rally. Weird. Don't you find that just so weird? and that they wear masks and sunglasses. And the exact same Oakley sunglasses, the same khaki pants, the same Luminox watches, the same quarter zips, had the same flags with the same armbands. It's just, you know, oh, no, it's not a coincidence. It's what I would say. And we're supposed to just, like, believe what the media tells us any longer. It's great to have you on the program. God bless NewsBusters and MRC for hanging in there. and still kicking it on this stuff. I appreciate it. What would we do without you? Oh, thanks. Thank you. Appreciate it. Sometimes it is the people you most expect. Always the people you most expect. Great to have you on the program. Curtis Houck from newsbusters.org. Please sign up for their emails because you will learn a lot. We'll be right back. Welcome back to the program. It's the Vicki McKenna Show. And I have standing by the director of higher education initiatives for a great group called Defending Education, DefendingEd.org, I believe, is their website. His name is Reagan Dugan. And he joins me on the program to talk about a recent analysis that was done on law schools. It was done on America's law schools, particularly the organization that accredits America's law schools. And in Wisconsin, we have University of Wisconsin, and we have Marquette University.

23:57

Both of them have law schools that are accredited by the American Bar Association. Reagan, thank you for joining me on the program. Good to have you. Thanks for having me on. We're really excited to talk about some of the work our team has been doing and obviously talking about how this affects the folks in Wisconsin. Okay, so the American Bar Association, this is not a government body, right? This is a private organization, yet it accredits an enormous number of law schools, including the ones in Wisconsin. So first off, explain how that works, where the ABA. is the accrediting body. And then we'll talk about how it influences the kinds of people who are graduating from our law, our law schools. Of course. Yeah. So all of. the different higher education institutions across the country, whether they're undergraduate institutions, specific ones like we see med school, law school, they each have accreditation bodies that are appointed by and certified by the Department of Education to ensure that they are legitimate organizations. The whole goal of accreditation is to make sure that your tax dollars through Title IV of the Higher Education Act, all this federal student loans, research money, that sort of thing. is going to legitimate institutions. That's basically the extent of the goal. It's supposed to protect the taxpayer. The frustration is across the board, and specifically with law schools, you've really seen an ideological creep, almost a gatekeeping by some of the worst actors that are now controlling, not just is this a legitimate institution, but is this teaching and pushing the ideas, the ideologies we're comfortable with? The American Bar Association, the ABA. is the only law school accreditor in the country. So if you're going to law school and you want to have a job afterwards, you have to go to an ADA law school. Basically, every state, there's a couple that have done some cool things, but basically every state, if you want to have graduated from an ADA accredited law school. If you want to get federal student loans, do you want to have an opportunity to have a little bit cheaper access to these law schools? It has to be an ADA accredited law school. So that's kind of the tension here is there's one institution, the ADA, the gate keeps. access to all of these benefits, both for students and institutions, and the ABA's gone a little bit crazy. Maybe a lot of crazy, if we're being honest. They've gone super crazy when they are demanding DEI adherents for accreditation. So that's the problem. It isn't necessarily the ABA exists as an accrediting institution. It's that the ABA has been colonized by leftists who invert the law. and now are demanding that law schools teach this inversion of the law, the rule of law itself, by promoting DEI and race-based discrimination. So that's what you found out. Is it the ABA itself is demanding the law schools do what is, by the way, in direct opposition to discrimination law and contravening presidential executive orders.

26:59

Exactly. That's the exact problem we've seen, right? The reason I lay out the whole background is there's one law school accreditors. So there's one gatekeeper. And as you described, they've gone crazy. The ADA, in one of the, they have four goals as an organization to say one of them, it's fairly not, it says that this permeates everything we do internally and externally as an association. So they're looking. to push what they would, they use all these kind of like almost dog whistles, right, of cross-cultural competency, anti-racism. It's pushing this divisive ideology that some people are not as successful because of what they look like, which in itself is very racist. And they're requiring these schools to, at minimum, still existing as a statute right now, have two courses on this cross-cultural competency, anti-racism, all this stuff, to even graduate. So before you can finish your law degree, you have to do at least two of these garbage courses. And we see that at University of Wisconsin. They say to graduate, you have to do one course that meets this rule. So they're even trying to punt the ball and saying, hey, it's not our call. It's the ABA that's telling us to do that. And same with Marquette. Marquette says the law school's required program in bias, cross-cultural competency and racism must be completed before you can graduate. So it's this thing that these institutions. which have a lot of great faculty on them, are being pushed further and further left by the accreditor because they want to make sure that their students can be successful when they graduate. They want to make sure their students are woke when they graduate. They want to make sure the lawyers have an inverted idea of what the rule of law is. Because when you hear cultural competency, we've already, we know that that is a shift in language. They don't want to call it DEI anymore, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They don't want to call it anti-racism anymore because we caught them on the manipulation of the language. So they've changed it. It's now... cultural competency or bias training in cultural competence. Nobody wants to. You don't want a biased lawyer. You don't want an incompetent lawyer. But it is just the same thing where you're taught that there is structural racism, that there's nothing you can do about it, that people by by nature of the color of their skin are either oppressed or oppressors, and that you should treat them differently under the law. And that's the problem. You should treat them differently under the law. You should treat the oppressed better and you should treat the oppressors worse. That's the problem with the lawyer coming out of this machine is that the law is not supposed to treat anybody worse or better based on some amorphous qualifications or qualities. Exactly. That's the fundamental issue here. It is this idea that we want our lawyers to protect liberty and justice for all. And this outside of creditor is pushing this nonsense, as you wonderfully described, that no, no, we don't want that to happen. We don't want you to see everyone is inherently equal and having dignity and equal justice under the law. We want to have a side that we would claim has been oppressed in the past and therefore it gets these benefits now. The one that stood up to me in Wisconsin...

30:02

University of Wisconsin, we have documentation of what one of these courses looked like. In January 2024, every first year law student was required to attend a mandatory reorientation. Not that our orientation to each other side, it's a reorientation. And it was all about these ideas of you have to do an article about 28 common racist attitudes and behaviors. And you had to do a worksheet that was a race timeline before you even started the session. And then you had to go through in this worksheet tell the truth where you had to say, you know, what's a racist belief I'm struggling with? What are my interactions with the BIPOC community? And as you said, this isn't this opportunity to have a real discussion about civil rights and how we apply justice under the law. It's trying to make you as a human being internalize these ideas so that you're not able to say, no, I treat these people indifferently and I see them as citizens of the country that have rights that the government out of respect. No, it's this idea that I am inherently biased and I need to fight this bias by giving people benefits that may not. apply to everybody. It's a struggle session, is what you're saying. You are describing a struggle session. Here is an example. Common racist attitudes and behaviors that indicate a detour or wrong turn into white guilt, denial, or defensiveness. Number one, I'm colorblind. That's number one on the list of racist attitudes. There is reverse racism. That's on the list of racist attitudes. And now you're supposed to internalize All of the times you said things like, I don't treat people different based on their skin color. Racist. You know, discriminating against white people is still discrimination. Racist. That's University of Wisconsin-Madison. I mean, at this point, if that's showing up on someone's resume, I'm saying, no, thank you. But the problem is the ABA is the accrediting institution for almost all law schools in the country. So how do you get lawyers working for the federal government, working for the state government, working on behalf of you or me who have resisted the struggle session? I mean, now you want to kind of give them quizzes whether or not they were able to just blow this stuff off and get through law school. Because if they internalize this stuff, I don't trust them. I think you really hit the key there, which is the ADA pushing this stuff, right? We see, right, at University of Wisconsin, Dan Lenington is an excellent attorney with the Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty, he's a professor there. He actually has figured out a way that he's gotten, there's two requirements. One of them is this reorientation session we described. You also have to take a class. He's been able to put a real civil rights class into the curriculum that's able to talk. from a normal perspective as a foundational, how do we apply equal rights under the law? So there's professors that are fighting back against it, but as you described, it's bananas that this organization that merely exists.

32:56

Just to say, is this a legitimate institution that is not defrauding the taxpayer, has now decided we're going to force all these hoops these students have to jump through to play games with. It's collected almost half a billion dollars of accreditation fees and dues over the last decade. So all the nonsense they're pushing. Yeah, for everyone, Dan Lenington, for every one Dan Lenington, there's 10 people who are just like, you know, promoting the struggle session. You know, God bless Dan Lenton. He's been on the show many times, and he's a wonderful, wonderful lawyer, and you would be blessed to be able to take a class with him. But out of that's just not who the general professoriate is, not generally speaking in undergrad, not in law schools, not in med schools, and that's the problem. And in undoing it, saying, here's an executive order. or here's a state law. All they do is change the terms. And so I don't know, it's like playing whackamol. Well, it's not DEI. It's cultural competency. It has nothing to do with, with, you know, anti-racism. It's just cultural competence. It's bias training. We don't want people to be biased, and that's how they get away with this kind of garbage. People need to pay attention to this. It's not just law schools. You guys have done deep dives on med schools. And you fought at both the college level and at the K-12 level. And there's so many resources. Where can people find more and access help from your group if they need it? Yeah, you can find us at defending ed.org. We have lots of different, as you described, kind of deep dives. We've been doing accreditation pretty hard, so folks are aware. We had an excellent one on social work accreditation. You would not believe the amount of social workers in your kids' schools that are getting similar nonsense pushed on them by their accreditor. But defending ed.org has all of that. We also have the tip line. So if you or your students are seeing nonsense, we'd love to hear about it, potentially get involved to help you out as best we can. especially on this eagle angle. We're really trying to turn the heat up on the ADA and continue documenting how bananas this is and how it's making any sort of reform basically impossible. Thank you so much for joining me today. Reagan Dugan from defending education, defending ed.org. Thank you very, very much. Thank you. Pleasure to be on. Take it easy. And we will take a quick break on the Vicki McKenna Show. You know, thinking more on this SPLC.

35:21

bombshell the left doesn't care people have to understand this is where we are if you haven't figured this out yet i mean i think most people have figured this out but you need to let other people know you can take it you can look at anything whether it's the lie that was promoted including in a presidential debate that president trump called um nazis very fine people just flat out didn't happen or the lies that are being told to try to put my friend Jim Troopus in prison for representing President Trump, the election, or the lies that were told about the election or the lies that were told about COVID or the lie. All of these lies that are told without blinking. Have you ever talked to anyone who can lie to you with a completely straight face? It's the most sociopathic thing. Maybe you've never run into anybody like this, but I have met a lot of people. So I've run into some people like this who can just lie, you can catch them in a lie, and it doesn't matter. They don't crack. That's the Democrats. Elon Musk Omar has been busted faking financial documents and disclosures. When a reporter calls her out on it, what's her response? You don't deserve Jack Blank in the S word. And no one's covering it. How about Eric Swalwell? Eric Swalwell was having to fling with a Chinese spy. He was on the Intelligence Committee. That was only a story in center-right media. And it didn't affect him a little bit. And now this story. We're barely hearing anything about it. How about Reed Hoffman and his BFF, Jeffrey Epstein, Epstein, Epstein. That's all we heard about for six months. Epstein, Epstein. But when Reid Hoffman was exposed, the number one donor for the Democrats, who cared? The scandals, the corruption, none of it matters because they are a by any means necessary group of people. By any means necessary. The only thing that matters is the outcome. Cheat an election. Rig maps. Have sex with Chinese spies. Work with a pedophile. Lie and pay neo-Nazis to stage rallies and hate events so that you can raise money so that you can infiltrate the government so then you can try to put your political enemies in prison, debank them, which is what happened as well because of what the SPLC did. It's okay. Because the ends justify the means. And they believe their ends are virtuous. And so it's irrelevant that they're corrupt. That's what we're up against. We'll take a quick break. Welcome back to the program, hour number two, which means another chance to win $1,000 in our nationwide spring green cash contest, which you're playing on our website or on the IHeartRadio app. The website address is WIBA.com. The IHeartRadio app is in your app store or place store. Navigate to one of our radio stations if that's how you're listening to the broadcast and you want to play the contest. Just go to our radio station. So if you're already listening to the broadcast, you're there.

38:41

Scroll around until you find the contest link and enter the keyword. Deposit. Deposit. That's your word for this hour you have until 1055 to play the contest and then it resets and we go to the next hour. So we do this every hour. We're giving away $1,000 every hour. Again, it's a nationwide contest. For reasons that are still unexplained, our Wisconsin cluster of radio stations in Madison and Milwaukee do exceedingly well. With multiple winners per contest cycle, we are the only radio cluster that has that bragging right. So please play. We're not going to spam you, sell your name or phone number or anything to people who will harass you. We will call you if you win. And so if you have your spam settings dialed in really tight on your phone, you're going to want to turn those off while you're playing this contest because you'll probably miss our call. And I'm not sure how, I think it's going to come in as an unknown number. I think that's how it comes in. It may just come in as an area code you don't recognize. In either case, at least on my phone, I use an iPhone, my settings would block it. So that's why I'm telling you to turn off your call screening settings if you're playing the contest so you can have a chance to win. Again, you're playing against the whole country. So what has become kind of clear. And maybe it took this indictment of the SPLC to get us there. But all roads lead in some way to SPLC. The SPLC, as Curtis Howe described on the program not long ago, has been kind of a just, you know, slop factory for narrative creation. and a financier of it as well. But all roads sort of lead back to the SPLC. And what do I mean by that? We're going to talk about young men seeking religion coming up. It's a wonderful piece of data that just came out. So many young men not only are discovering faith, maybe for the first time, rediscovering faith, but they're also going to church. And this is a good thing. And the question is, you know, why is it happening? How? Will it sustain itself? Will it sustain itself? What happens to women, et cetera? Because women aren't doing the same thing. So you ask yourself the question of the answer is it's a reaction in some ways to the nonstop berating about toxic masculinity. Ask yourself where that ubiquitous narrative came from. Now the actual phrase of it comes from, you know, third wave feminism. But how did it get into

41:37

our culture that we woke up one day and all of a sudden, that's the phrase, the patriarchy, toxic masculinity. You can say, well, it came out of academia and feminism and women's studies and gender studies. Yes. How did we all wake up one day? And that's the only thing anyone's saying. Like white supremacy. The answer, ladies and gentlemen, is the SPLC. The SPLC, somewhere around the same time, they paid for the Unite the Right organizers to craft the lie about white supremacy in 2017. In addition to white supremacy, white supremacy, white supremacy, white supremacy, white supremacy, we went from white privilege, remember, to white supremacy. we suddenly got hit with toxic masculinity in the patriarchy. Same time frame. Well, that's weird because the SPLC was busy putting out papers and lists and targeting people as being promoters of the patriarchy and white supremacy. Funny how that works at the exact same time. And then they were using examples of white supremacy to raise money to make more claims about patriarchy and white supremacy. They're the propaganda shop of the DNC. Period. And the timing tracks.

43:19

things that we wake up one day and go, why in the hell? You can trace back. How about transgender? How did that happen? Was it all of a sudden the HRC, which previously had been kind of a marginal and and sort of creepy fetish civil rights organization, human rights council? where did they just out of nowhere suddenly they dominate they dominate they're ordering how teachers are going to be teaching classes on sexuality all of a sudden boom they're just out of nowhere and we got to contend with all of this nonsense in fact in 2015 when baroque obama tried to launch the transgender insanity we pushed back successfully if you recall target went first People canceled their red cards in 2015 and Target rescinded its policy. Do you remember that? You probably don't because everybody has short attention span political, a political bacteria. I don't know why. I remember this stuff. But then, after 2017, It's all nonstop. You got drag queen story hour. You got HRC. How did that happen? Well, isn't that weird? Because the SPLC starts putting out propaganda pieces that are then taken up by the administration, taken up by the Democratic Party, taken up by the media. And all of a sudden we woke up one day and everybody thinks that a person in a skirt with a penis is a woman. All roads lead to the SPLC in some way or another because they're the propaganda shop for the Democratic Party. So it's not just paying the white supremacists, which is, I mean, the delicious irony. of that, of the Democrats being the founding party of the Ku Klux Klan. And then we find out an indictment that their propaganda shop is paying the Ku Klux Klan. I mean, just irony, it's what's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next couple of days. But it now shines a more aggressive spotlight on how this organization has become such a power player as the propaganda shop. And then they use this reputation in the press as being an anti-hate watchdog. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Wisconsin State Journal, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, all of them. And the Democrats said to themselves, we could use this. And they did. And that's where we're contending with what we are contending. Why you all of a sudden wake up one day and say, how did everybody just go crazy? And say the dude in the dress with the beard should be in my bathroom. How did we wake up and all of a sudden everyone's talking about white supremacy, white supremacy, white supremacy, white supremacy, patriarchager, toxic masculinity. Anyway, we're going to take a break. We're going to talk about the effect this is at. It's had a drastic effect on men. But younger men who have had to...

46:46

internalize the messages of how awful they are, are reacting in a very, very positive way. We'll be right back on the Vicki McKenna Show. Welcome back to the program. This is the Vicki McKenna Show. And I want to talk about, I mean, we're going to kind of talk about education and obviously culture. I do a lot of that. But there's a, there's a. a data point that's really, really interesting. And it says here, 42% of men under the age of 30 now say religion is, quote, very important in their lives. 40% say they attend religious services at least once a month. We'd love it if it were once a week. But once a month from zero is pretty remarkable. And I have Richard Bortons standing by on the program. He is the author of a... By the way, five-star reviewed book called Woke and Weaponized, how Karl Marx won the Battle for American Education and how we can win it back. To talk about this, Mr. Bortons, welcome to the show. Thank you very much for joining me. Yeah, thanks for having me and excited to see that young men are returning to the faith, and I think a lot of it has to do with culture and how much modern America has rejected masculinity, and they're seeking places where there's masculinity, masculinity is not just... you know, celebrated, but also informed and understood in a certain way. So it's good for America that this is happening. I agree. Is it purely reactionary, though? Is it, oh, my gosh, I've been told what a horrible, toxic male. I am, you know, going all the way back to my kindergarten teacher or whatever. Is that, is it reactionary, in which case I'm going to ask, can it be sustained? But is there more to it? You know, I do think that there's more to it, that they are, it is reactionary in a sense that our world has fallen, and when you start searching for truth, you realize the world doesn't have it. But it's sustainable because they are reading the Bible, they are participating in Sunday school. They're not just... out there searching in the wind, you know, go into one religious institution after another, but they're actually going back to the institutions that have stood the test of time and that give them meaning, not just in the moment, not in a hedonistic way, which is what culture promotes, but in a duration way, in a way that makes them want to be better men, to build society, to build culture, to build business, to build families. And, yeah, we're seeing a resurgent here in the United States of young men headed in the right direction. But, of course, anything could happen. But hopefully it's sustainable, I believe it is. Okay. So here's why I think you're right about that. If you're upset and you're reacting to the messages about masculinity, which are just universally negative in American pop culture, in American educational culture, in American government culture, it's just universal. I mean, you can look at the courts.

49:58

and you can find nothing but negativity. So if you're just reacting, then maybe you go seek out the men go their own way movement, or maybe you go seek out radical hyper-masculinity. But if you're seeking out God, the word is sustainable. So that's why I'm glad you're saying this, because they're going to church. They're not just, you know, hey, and now I'm a believer. It's more than that. It's more of a commitment. And I think that commitment. is sustainable because it necessarily would be. Because if you're reading the Word of God and it's the first time you've experienced it, it is something special. So what about the women? They're not going the same way. The women are, if anything, are going in the opposite direction. So how does this intersect? Yeah, the women are definitely currently headed in the wrong direction or the opposite direction. Young men are going to church more than young women. I'll just say from a biblical perspective, it's healthier when men are leading. And I know, like, a lot of young women, even who are liberal, like, I can't find any good men anymore. All the good men are conservative. And, of course, they are because they're the ones who are grounded and believe in certain... you know, responsibilities that they have as men to, you know, take care of society, take care of children, take care of the next generation. And so, you know, I believe that young men will lead the young women back to church. That the young women, you know, maybe they haven't bottomed out yet, but they'll see that, and they are coming to it. You can just see tons of videos on YouTube or, you know, X or Instagram of young women. holding a baby for the first time in crying, and doing things that just show that that motherly instinct, that idea of grounding, that this hedonistic lifestyle is not for them. But they get it worse than men in society because of this second and third wave of feminism, which has totally led them down a path of self-destruction instead of continuous growth. Well, I'll say something, and I'm just going to throw this out there in case I just had a friend reach out to me and say, hey, I know this really smart, you know, young woman and she just can't find a decent guy. Go to church. Go to church. All right? That's your first step. Go to church. In fact, you know, churches out there right now, you should be having socials. You should be having mixers. If you're not doing that, you're doing it wrong. Because you're going to have right now maybe more young men. You want to attract more young women. And just, I mean, I know that sounds pragmatic and not very holy. But I think it comes around later. I think that I think you're right. I think the men, strong men will inspire. women through their leadership. And it's a natural order of leadership, sort of a natural leadership that we're talking about here. But to the women, the cultural messages in education, the cultural messages in media. So men can react because they're mad because, gosh, I've been told I'm a horrible human being for so long. Women are told you, go, girl, you don't need a man.

53:12

You know, you want to get yourself established. All of this sort of puff-puffery that women experience, it's very, very powerful, and it works. So they don't, they get the opposite. They get the love bombing, right? And so how do we either through influences parents, influences as civic groups, groups like moms for America, moms for liberty, other groups out there like that? How do they get to those women because they're constantly being told how awesome they are for sticking it to the man, literally, sticking it to the man? I mean, you hit the nose on the head. I mean, men are told they're flawed women and women are told they need to do everything better than men. And we wonder why our society is upside down. I mean, we've got to start celebrating the moms that stay home, the mom that raise their kids, the moms that make the sacrifices for their children instead of. for corporate America. I mean, when you retire from corporate America, they're never going to think about you again. Your kids are going to think about you and talk about you to your grandchildren. And so we've traded this hedonistic, you know, quarterly lifestyle to get more and more and more for things that last and things that matter. We've put second things first and wonder why first things have gone away, as CS Lewis put it. And so, yeah, we just have to start celebrating those. alternatives that provide a stable culture in society and not look down on, you know, people who do that. And so that's what we ultimately need to do is having, start changing the conversation and not get caught up in the same things that secular humanists are trying to get us cut up in. Is there a way to use legislation? And that's a question that is probably loaded. Is there a way to use legislation? Back when I was in school, and I'm certain I'm older than you, because I'm old. Back when I was in school, we had a family, you know, there's a family class. People took family classes, how to balance a checkbook, how to manage a home budget, how to contend with children and other responsibilities. plus the pressure of a spouse being at work. This was a public school in the 1980s that was doing this. Can we go back? Is there a way to go back to that? Is there a way to influence the messaging by influencing the ubiquity of K-12 culture? It's impossible. I would say no because we have just lost so much institutional knowledge just through the family. And now 34% of kids read at grade level. 52% of American adults read below a sixth grade level. Like they can't even teach them to read in K-12 education anymore at a proficient way. So I just don't see a group of people who can't teach a child to read, which most people can do if you homeschooling with a $15 book in about six to nine months. How are they going to teach these different things? So it really is going to start at home. It's got to start with dads and moms, you know, just having conversation with their kids and letting them know that, you know, worldly success, while nice, isn't really what the primary objective is. The objective is to hear, well done, good, and faithful servant when you get to the Bema seat and that we're going to orient our lives differently than the world.

56:39

Yeah, I'm 100% agree with you on that. How do you start with the messaging when the kids have been told to be selfish, selfish, selfish. It's about me, my identity, my desires, my wants. I don't want to confront any suffering. Any suffering is an affront. That makes you an oppressor and me the oppressed. And those are the things now. And if you're a parent or you're a grandparent, let's face it, this is talk radio. So we've got an older demographic listening. How do you get through the nonstop, let's call it the liturgy of selfishness that is secular culture in the United States? Yeah, if you can figure that out, you'll save the country. No doubt. It's through relationship. It's through grassroots efforts. It's saying, not my family. It's, you know, if you're a grandparent, are you reading with your grandchildren? Are you telling them your stories? Are you making sure they understand? The liturgy of selfishness is exactly what our culture has adopted as our primary motivator, and it doesn't work, and it destroys society. For us, we have to get back to the family units, and you can't really do that through government edict. You have to do that by personal discipline. And so, you know, pulling your kids out of public school or helping your grandchildren to go to private school, offer to pay some of the tuition or help out around the house. I mean... We have to be involved in each other's lives or the government will be involved in our lives. So I think that's something that's important because their parents are selfish too. Let's face it, for the last two to three generations, and I'll go back to Mind Gen X. we were sort of raised to be about ourselves. I think Gen X did a better job than the next generation. That did a better job than the next generation. But there has been a cumulative messaging for everyone. It's about me. So those grandparents, you're out there and you're saying, I would surely love it if my child, my grandchild could be homeschooled. But my daughter-in-law tells me, or my son-in-law tells me they can't afford it. They can't afford it. They've got two cars, a couple of motorcycles, maybe a personal watercraft. You know, they live in a house that's 3,500 square feet. Start offering ways to make that possible as people who are motivated and interested in the future of those children. Because, you know, you may not realize it, but you kind of let down your own kids if you already gave them the sense that the two cars and the big house and those other creature comforts were more important. than their kids, you know, at the end, at their reckoning, what their kids are going to experience at their reckoning.

59:20

Well, I know everybody's different, but there's so much wealth in the older generation, and kudos to them. But why are we waiting to give it to our children and grandchildren until after we're dead and can't watch them enjoy it? That doesn't make any sense to me. Why aren't we trying to figure out now how we can improve their lives with the money that we've made or the money that we've stored up, you know, and do that through? education and do that through religious upbringing. And so this is a great opportunity to not wait until you've passed on to pass on your wealth, but to start investigating or investing in your grandchildren or your great-grandchildren today in making sure that they, that you break this cycle. that we see ourselves in in America. By the way, there are all kinds of tax breaks if you want per year to help out your grandkids. You can get all kinds of tax breaks if you do that. If you want to help fund their private schooling, if you want to help your family homeschool those kids. If you want you can do that and actually, believe it or not, the tax code makes that somewhat attractive. But I want people to read this book because it's a guide as much as it's interesting to read, but it's also a guide which is woke and weaponized. how Karl Marx won the Battle for American Education and how we can win it back by Robert Bortons and also Alex Newman. Amazon has given it. You have five-star reviews, not a bunch of four-star reviews, a one-star review, and a couple of five-star. They're all five-star reviews in this book, Robert. So thank you very much for joining me in the program. I want people to buy the book. Yeah, thank you so much. My pleasure to have you, and we will take a quick break on the Vicki McKenna Show. I love Johnny Cash's voice. No one sings like him. I wish they'd remaster some of the great songs, though. Anyway, they probably have, and I just haven't found, you know, the MP3 to download. All right. Welcome back to the program. Don't forget your word to win this hour. I want to welcome to the show, Human Khalili. And I hope I'm pronouncing your name correctly, sir. Human Khalili? It's perfect. It's like my mom is saying it. Awesome. Well, I mean, I try. I don't endeavor to completely screw up people's names. But so to describe you, you're in Texas. You're Iranian-born. You're Texas guy. You're a human rights advocate. You're an artist. And you're warning people in the state of Texas that Sharia law is creeping. and establishing itself in the state we in Wisconsin look to is like, you know, the free territories of Texas. So what is going on in Texas? And if it's happening in Texas, it's probably happening elsewhere. And by the way, we know it's happening in Oklahoma as well. So thanks for jumping into this program. It's a little dicey. But what's going on in Texas? Yeah, so you know what? You're 95% right about me. I have been called to Texas. I actually live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm in the belly of the beef. I'm sorry. I know. Okay. And.

1:02:34

It looks like Islam is making a mad dash for the state of Texas. From what I've read and seen, 200 new mosques have been opened up in Texas over the past two years. And I have this mission where I make murals in support of the women of Iran who are fighting for their freedom. And the vast majority of my murals are in Israel. I did 17 trips and 21 months to Israel and unveiled 18 woman life freedom murals, which show the women of Iran who were murdered, and it also shows something else that's even more brutal. In Iran, if a woman shows her hair, if they don't kill her, they'll gouge out one of her eyes. And so, after unveiling these 18 murals, a prophetic woman, her name was Cindy Jacobs, she prayed over me. She said, God wants these murals in America. Cindy's actually in the Dallas area. So God brought me immediately to Dallas, and next thing I know... I'm unveiling murals. I got my first one up in Rice University. That was the only university in the country that allowed me to put one up so far. And then I got one up in Austin, a couple in Austin as well. And these murals remind us Persians that our country was lost to radical Islam. And we are like the watchman. We are sounding the alarm. And we are saying, if you don't fight, if you don't open your eyes, if we don't start coming together, the same thing that happened to Iran is coming here in America. You know, the reason this mural was unveiled in Austin. is the Muslim Brotherhood and some other crazy organizations wanted to introduce Sharia law teaching into the textbooks of first graders, second graders, third graders. And... There was a mad dash of conservatives coming together saying, no, we're going to fight this. So they asked me to print the banner and they carried around the Barbara J. Gordon building in Austin, Texas, and they actually defeated that legislation, which would have introduced Sharia law into the textbook of children. So I'm confused why Texas would be the place that we would have to worry about. I'm very confused by this. Why are there 200 mosques going up in Texas? Why would the Texas legislature? It is not the California legislature. Why would they even take this under consideration?

1:05:10

Texas. I mean, in Minnesota, we just heard that they are going to be having a foot washing and prayer room for children in the elementary schools in Minnesota. So we're kind of, I guess we've sort of written off Minnesota. But here's this, this is a place where we didn't think we'd have to worry about this. Is that because of diversity, equity, and inclusion? Is it sensitivity? Are people just too afraid to be, to be called, I don't know, you know, Islamophobes or something? Yeah, so let's address Islamophobia, and then I'll address your other question. So I was born Muslim, and I'm a Christian now, and when you call somebody who was born Muslim, Islamophobic, it doesn't work, it doesn't land. Because what is phobia? It means being scared of something you do not know. Well, we have every, there's no such thing as Islamophobia. There's only one thing. There's Islamophobia. Those of us who were born Muslim are all traumatized. All of us. 100% of us. Now, you say, why Texas? And you want to know why Texas? I'm going to say the quiet part out loud. If Texas falls, the whole country falls. They're going after the stronghold. They're going after the strong man. They're going after the area that's the hardest to overcome. In Texas, by far, it's the hardest to overcome. You have real fighters in Texas. You have real people who love America and will fight tooth and nail to make sure that Western values are preeminent. So right now... Islam knows that if they can get Texas, they've got the whole country. And that's why I feel like the good Lord said, Human. Come to Texas, put up as many murals as you can there. And my hope and prayer is I can get in front of Governor Greg Abbott, do something with him, try to put 100 murals in Dallas and 1,000 murals all throughout Texas in the Muslim neighborhood, reminding people under Sharia law in Iran. Women are murdered for showing their hair. They have their eyes gouged out. The rapes in prison. And they get public clashing. I mean, thank God for Trump, right? He just stopped the execution of eight women who did nothing. They did nothing. They walked in the streets and they showed their hair and they were about to be executed. And Trump sent a letter and said, you know, do not execute these women. And by the grace of God, the Islamic regime said, okay, we won't execute these eight women. I'm worried about those women. I'm worried that they're going to just turn around and do it anyway. because they've been going back and forth and back and forth and any kind of commitment to demands by the United States. I'm very, everyone should keep those eight ladies in your prayers because they could very easily still find themselves executed. But so we've got, and I think you're right, in, I mean, who would have thunk that in Minnesota, okay, everyone in Minnesota, what are they, they're Norwegian, of Norwegian descent, they're Swedish or whatever.

1:08:24

And Minnesota is now building schools to comport with Sharia law. The whole schools are comporting with Sharia law in Wisconsin, which is not nearly as bad, but in Wisconsin in 2015, this happened to my friend's daughter, is how it got any attention. The schools were teaching young kids during Ramadan, pretend you're a Muslim. Pretend you're a Muslim. We're going to act like Muslims for a day. That was in Wisconsin schools, Union Grove Schools, 2015. The only reason we ever found out about it is because it happened to my friend's kid. And we found out about it. So I don't know who called it this. Sharia creep is everywhere. And it's presented as something benign. Oh, this is just a different culture. We're just learning about different cultures. But this law means to supplant. The rule of Western law. Our Western canon must submit itself to Sharia, correct? Yes, absolutely. And I don't understand why all of the people who are so pro separation of church and faith aren't speaking up now. I mean, we're surrounded by a bunch of people who only know how to virtue signal. I think my biggest problem right now is the Pope. because he misquoted the Bible the other day. Yes, he did. God doesn't answer, yeah, he says God doesn't answer the prayers of those who wage war. But that's not what the chapter from Isaiah said. The chapter from Isaiah says, you know, go and defend those who can't defend themselves. If you have the ability, that is the command. And so what is the United States doing? In Iran, there's 92 million people. Two million people have guns. 90 million people don't have guns. The two million people with guns are holding down 90 million people. In America, Israel, they're balancing the playing field. They're giving the Iranian people a chance. And so now in America, like, that should be celebrated. And instead, what are they doing? They're turning Minnesota into a Muslim state. No doubt. Michigan, Minnesota. And they're not abiding by the rule of law. And in Texas, again, to your first thing you say was there's 200 new mosques that went up in Texas. I'm not, look, if it weren't, if this were compatible, but something else the Pope said, Muslims and Christians are in communion. At least he was when he was talking about Algerian Muslims and Christians are in communion. Are you kidding me? So that telegraphs to the Christians, maybe they don't take the Pope seriously, not the Catholics do, but telegraphs. that it's okay. We're in communion. Apparently the Catholics aren't in communion with like the Lutherans, but we're in communion with the Muslims. So build the mosque. You know, sell the church. There are church, Christian churches have been sold to Islam and turned into mosque. So it's totally fine because we're in communion. It tells, it makes your brain think there's no risk here. And the risk is the theocracy. I have to believe at this point the Pope is compromise. There's just no way to make sense of what he's saying, what he's doing. But one thing that is consistent, for hundreds of years, the Pope has been on the wrong side of history. I mean, just look at World War II. Look at how the Pope was during that time.

He did not ever. I'm going to correct you. I'm going to correct you because he's my people. Pope John Paul II was on the right side of history. He's the Polish one. We're going to stand up for my fellow polls here. The Polish Pope got it right. Anyway, the question is why you would see conservatives. who have been taught, I don't know, they've been talking about this since 9-11. Why would you see conservatives in a state like Texas say, oh, you know what, this is, this is okay, we can accommodate. I mean, this is my concern, is that you, I think you sell it by saying these are moderates. Is there any such thing as moderate Sharia law? I've never seen it. I mean, you know, I come from a country where Sharia law is so extreme and so brutal and so merciless and so unforgiving and so unkind. So it could come in the disguise of being moderate, but then it becomes incredibly harsh, incredibly unforgiving. And so you cannot give an inch. You can't give a centimeter. You can't give a millimeter. You have to, you have, you know what we say, we Persian-American say, we say with the Islamic regime, you have to rip them out root and stem. You have to get rid of all of the cancer. And the thing is that Americans are so distracted by things that do not matter, and this matters the most. Everyone has to do everything they can to preserve the American way of life, the Western values, and dare I say even the Christian values. Oh, I think we need to preserve the Christian values. Pluralism in the United States is, I think, what the... the whole that Sharia moves through, that the theocrats move through, and they say, well, you've got to tolerate us because you have freedom of religion in the United States, and you do. But no religious law supplants the rule of Western law, the constitution of the United States. But once it starts to happen, you know, then it becomes, you know, you need. you know, in order of magnitude, more power enforced to stop it. So I'll give you one last example before I run out of time. In Michigan, there's a small town in Michigan, it's pretty much now an entire Islamic enclave. And they began by saying, we're moderates. And they ended by telling a man at a city council meeting because he was Christian, he was not welcome there. He was told he was simply not welcome. His opinions were not welcome. His faith was not welcome. This is in the United States, in the Midwest, in Michigan. So if that's what they want for Texas, and I think you're right, human, if they get Texas, then I'm not sure what we do, because that's what we look. We look to Texas in Florida.

1:14:40

I bet you people in California do too as they think about booking their U-Hauls. But I highly recommend you do that. All right. So if people want to see your artwork, though, because we're running out of time in this segment, where can people find the women life freedom exhibits? Because obviously we can't all travel to Austin or Rice University or something like that. Where can people see examples of this? Of course, yeah. So it's my website, which is my name, H-O-O-M-A-N.T-I-N.T-I-N-T-E as and Tom Vee and VictorHuman. I'm planning on unveiling two more murals in Israel in the next week or so, and there are murals that I hope I can bring back to the United States, which have a soccer theme. Because one of the things that's happening under Sharia law in Islam is they're killing a lot of children. indiscriminately. And this is another thing that doesn't get talked about. I think you should come to Marquette University. I think you should come to the University of Wisconsin. I think you should come to Beloit College and Lawrence University. Maybe see what they say. Offer. If you can get me a wall, I will be there in two seconds. I will contact them myself. But if you've got it in road, please share it with me. I'm going to reach out to you as soon as we're done on this broadcast. Great to have you on the show, though. Thank you very much. Hulman with 2O's, M-A-N.TV. Thank you for joining me. Thank you. Good to have you. And we will take a quick break. Welcome to the program. Good afternoon. It's the Vicki McKenna show. And we've got lots of stuff coming up. Ken Cuccinelli, the former Attorney General of Virginia, is going to join us to talk about what's going on in that state. The court challenges, the injunction moving forward. And then we'll also check in on the SPLC story, the Southern Poverty Law Center story as well. This thing is so deep. The rabbit hole on this story is so deep. I want you to know that it goes as deep as it could possibly go. It is embedded in the K-12 public school system. Yes, the Southern Poverty Law Center is embedded in the K-12 public school system, and that includes in Wisconsin. But we will get to all of that on the program. Before we do, you've got a chance to win $1,000 in our spring green cash contest. Your word for the 2 p.m. hour is B-I-L-L-S. And you're going to go to one of two websites, either newstalk 1130.com or W-I-B-A.com. And you're going to enter the keyword and your personal information. Now, you can also play on the I-Hart Radio app. If you're listening to my voice right now on the I-Hart Radio app, you're listening on one of our radio stations. So just scroll down a little bit and you'll find the contest link. If you're listening on the radio and you want to listen on the app, Find one of our radio stations and then you can play the contest. So, but again, you can play it on the app, play it on the website. We just want you to win $1,000. You have until 55 minutes past the hour and we will call you on the phone. If you win, you must answer your phone. Turn off your call screening settings so that you can play this contest or you probably would miss our call. Okay. Now, before we get to Virginia and SPLC, I just want to share.

1:17:58

some top line recent polling information. We keep hearing about how it's very worrisome, these upcoming midterms. And it is worrisome, which is why Virginia tried to redistrict. It's why Illinois is trying to move forward with redistricting. It's why the Democrats have sued over two congressional districts in Wisconsin. They are trying to game these midterms. And that is because the polling is very, very close. Very, very close. So right now, Republicans have a plus four advantage in the latest echelon interactive poll. So they're plus four on a generic ballot over Democrats. Then they're plus five with Hispanic voters on a generic ballot over Democrats. This is great news, right? It's great news, except here's the problem. And we'll dive into some of this with Ken Cuccinelli. The problem is we don't do process well. We poll great. Our issues poll awesome. Our candidates poll well. But when the rubber meets the road of getting the vote out, they're better at it than we are. They're just plain better at it. If you just look at this, this was a do or die vote in Virginia. The fact that there's an injunction on the vote is a gift from God Almighty. Counting on an injunction is crazy pants stuff. They got lucky in Virginia. Okay, they got lucky. The Democrats overperformed on the process. They always overperform on the process. We used to overperform on the process and we let it go by the wayside. Process. What do I mean? We maintained our voter lists. We shared our voter lists. We didn't keep it proprietary. We didn't just simply wait around until six weeks before election time and then start thinking about messaging. We were constantly, constantly, constantly on message. And it's been a while. You have to go back to the Tea Party or you have to go back to 2004, 2005, or somewhere around there. George Bush running for his second term or the Tea Party. Our messaging was magnificent and it was ubiquitous. And our command of process was, I won't say legendary, but respectable to the point where we would win. If it came down to blocking and tackling, get out the vote efforts, whatever, we were winning. We don't do that anymore. And that's our problem. So when you see these fantastic top line poll numbers, which kind of, they make me breathe slightly easier, it doesn't say anything about what happens on election day, or I should say during election month. because for the most part, this is election month. Anyway, we're going to get into that with Cuchinelli, who's the former Attorney General of Virginia. He's heading up an election integrity initiative as well. We're also going to, again, dive back into SPLC, Southern Poverty Law Center and tell you about how it's not just that highly ironic story of the SPLC paying Nazis. You know, it's deeper than that. So we'll take a quick break on the Vicki McKenna Show. Don't forget your word to win. We'll be right back.

1:21:29

Welcome back to the program. It's the Vicki McKenna Show. And could I have gotten a better person to talk about what happened in Virginia? Answer, no, because I have the former attorney general of Virginia, and he's also the chairman of the election transparency initiative, Ken Cuccinelli. Thank you for coming back on my program. Really appreciate it so that we can figure out what the heck. in your state. So let's set the stage, though, right? I've been told, and it looks to me on paper that Virginia is basically a purple state, right? Yeah, that's right. Okay. That's right. So how did it get to the point where a whole... One Glenn Youngkin won. We had a Republican sweep in 2021 when Joe Biden was president. If you... You know, but we had a six-five Democrat congressional delegation. That's actually what we have today. That's pretty, you know, that's pretty cool. closely reflects an average vote. Republicans can come out ahead sometimes. Democrats come out ahead now most of the time, but Virginia is not out of reach. It's a purple state, as you say. Okay. So that's Wisconsin. And by the way, they want to do to our state what they just did to your state. So the Democrats are barely in the majority. And they decide that they're going to rig the map so that 90% of representation in Virginia and Congress is by Democrats, right? 91. But yes. Okay. Yes, 91%. So where are we on this? Because now a judge has... It's actually worse. It's actually worse than that, Viggy, because the way we got to 6'5 in Virginia is only five and a half years ago, we passed a bipartisan redistricting amendment by a two-to-one vote, something I worked on for 15 years. And, you know, it was all kumbaya and everybody was happy with it. We got very, very fair lines. I mean... People outside Virginia who rate gerrymandering have put us as arguably the top or certainly among the top states in the country in terms of just fairness in weighing out where districts land relative to voting in the state. And that's all wiped out. These Democrats don't care about that. They have Trump derangement syndrome and they're foaming at the mouth with it. And they outspent. They outspent us three or four to one. Critically, even the money that came in to help fight this referendum came in late. And that's reflected in how the votes broke out in the three types of voting. In early voting, the yes folks, the Democrats, won by about a point, maybe a point and a half. Very close. Election Day.

1:24:32

And that was about 29% of the vote. Election Day, we won something like 5743, something very big, maybe 54 or 45. It was almost double digits. And that was 57% of vote. The last 11 or 12% of the vote was mail-in vote. And they won them by 45 points. Wow. And what that tells me is where they spent those tens of millions of dollars. It also tells me they had so-called non-profit, nonpartisan groups whose spending will never show up in the election spending that were spending money turning people out. Well, they also, that tells me. That tells me. That tells me they harvest it. Yeah, well, they harvested ballots. Yes, which is legal in Virginia. Thank you, Democrat Party. The last time they had control, three-way control, governor in both houses, they really tanked our election laws. That's why we have a 45-day election. We have ballot harvesting. We still have a form of voter ID, so that's a protection. And we also got rid of Zuckerbucks like you all did. But we have a pretty messy system here. Okay, so we're getting killed. So at first we should say a judge hasn't joined this. It's going to your Virginia Supreme Court. The Virginia Supreme Court is not completely lost and insane like the Wisconsin Supreme Court. There are like five very clear reasons why the initiative itself was illegal. But let's put that aside for a second. They killed you on absentee balloting. They killed you on that. They kill us on that in Wisconsin. We're terrible. I don't know how to close the gap. The moment Democrats get controlled, they will change the system so we lose, not because our policies suck, but because we just don't focus on process. Yeah, they've been focused on process since the 2004 election. And right of center, we've been focused on process since the 2020 election. And they have never backed away since 2004. They have billionaire support. They've literally spent something like $20 billion in those 20-plus years, electing secretaries of state, prosecutors who only come after us, the Soros prosecutors, and setting up tons and tons of... nonprofit so they could get tax deductions to give money to these things that basically just do voter turnout and registration for Democrats.

1:27:29

And one of the great things about Trump expanding the nature of his coalition, getting more black votes, getting more Hispanic votes, getting more Asian votes and so forth, is that it kind of threw a wrench in some of what the Democrats were doing. They couldn't just look at your skin color and assume your 90-10 one way, which is racist, but they seem to overlook that. But, you know, that's how those groups operate. They were very active here in Virginia in this referendum. But if I were a betting man, I would bet the Virginia Supreme Court is going to say this wasn't done constitutionally under our state constitution and that they're going to throw it out. So they do it again, right? Illinois, and it doesn't even matter if they do it again. Well, but they can't do it again in Virginia until 2028. Right. They could do it again. For the 2030 election. It doesn't matter if they don't do it again because it just signaled to Illinois to do the exact same thing. Illinois has, what, three Republicans left? What left the gerrymander in Illinois? Take a look at Illinois's map. They've one of the worst gerrymandered states in the country. Everyone should, I put the map up on Facebook today and on X today. Go look at Illinois's map. How can you possibly gerrymander more of Illinois? But they want to do it. So that takes three. They take three away from Republicans. There's only three left. There's like 14 Democrats, three Republicans. That's how they're playing now. In Wisconsin, they want to draw a rural Wisconsin district that would be Congressman Derrick Van Orden's district into what they call excess capacity in Madison. So dump, this is what they did in Virginia. dump the urban vote into rural areas so that you swamp, you swamp the rural areas vote and you, and you basically put Madison policy. So in this case, it would be in Bad Ordin's district or Milwaukee policy and the other district they're targeting, which is Brian Stile on the eastern side of the state. So this is how, this is how they're playing now. They've told us this and they're by any means necessary. They don't care. Look, you mentioned it's really racist what they do to, you know, target black people or whatever. They're funding the clan, okay? They're laundering money to the clan. They don't care we're busting them on it. They don't care. I mean, Hakeem Jeffries, with a straight face, said about Virginia that it was about getting fair maps. And with a straight face said about the SPLC. that, you know, it's just these, you know, white supremacists targeting this this vaunted civil rights group. So they don't care. How come we don't seem to behave like we understand that? Well, that's an old question, Vicki, I think. You know, go back and look at Obamacare. You never saw John McCain and Mitch McConnell fight so hard against Democrats as they did against Ted Cruz and Mike Lee to make sure Obamacare went into effect. And that's after October of 2014 when Mitch McConnell ran 36,000 campaign ads against Obamacare. But that's not what he did in Washington.

1:30:37

And he's one of the small member of Republicans not supporting the SAVE Act and things of that nature. So, you know, the other side has purged themselves. The problem is they've ended up with nothing but Marxists. You know, the idea of a conservative Democrat is long gone and dead, where the right really hasn't moved much at all in the last 10 or 20 years in terms of on the spectrum. And we've still got our establishment problems where they just support Democrats instead of Republican. They're Marxists, but they figured out process. This was Barack Obama's smart gift to the Democrats. They. figured out process. And I remember back to 2004 as well. We were winning on the narrative that we're winning the narrative on judicial nominees and judicial confirmations. We were winning the narrative on the constitution. We were winning the narrative on free, you know, free speech. We're winning the narrative on absentee balloting. We were winning the narrative on voter ID, et cetera. And I could go down the list. This is when Bush was president. He wasn't exactly some bomb throwing right winger. But we were winning those narratives and winning the fight. I mean, if I could pinpoint it, it was Zuckerbox. It was COVID. It was everyone's got a mail in their ballot. And the, and the GOP just said, well, I guess everyone just wants mail in ballot. So we're just not going to fight absentee balloting anymore. There was a 65,000 vote dump in Virginia, which, you know, I mean, maybe it was legit. Maybe it wasn't. But 65,000 votes, almost 100% of them were to blow up these maps. Maybe we should start thinking about fighting on absentee balloting. Well, just specifically mail-in. I mean, we ran just about exactly even in the in-person early voting. You know, that isn't skewed. It's also secure because you have to go present yourself and show an ID. and prove you are who you say you are, it doesn't have any of the security problems that, look, Jimmy Carter, in the Carter Baker Commission, in 2005, identified mail-in voting as the weakest part of our system. It's broad and mistake-prone, and it should only be used to an absolutely necessary for people who have no other way to vote, which is just exactly what President Trump says, and I agree with him. And, but, you know, this cat's out of the bag. Now we've got to get it back in the bag. And to do that, we've got to win elections. By the way, if we beat them at mail-in voting, they'll get rid of mail-in voting. Right. It'll suddenly be racist to support mail-in voting. You know, I used to win when I ran for the state senate in northern Virginia. I would win the absentee vote. The only race I didn't win the absentee vote, I had an exact tie in the absentee vote, and it was the race where I ultimately won in a recount. But we can win this stuff. There's nothing that says...

1:33:47

that they own them. We used to beat them at it. Now they beat us. Now they've spent a lot of years and money investing in an infrastructure that makes them very good at it. And we don't monitor it. We don't want it. You've got ballot harvesting. Not enough. But we also have a Treasury Department that could pass a regulation tomorrow that said that you can't be a nonprofit and do anything with election, period. Because there's no such thing as nonpartisan. And if we want nonprofits to not participate politically, then get rid of all of them. Get rid of all of them. And what ends up happening on that, Vicky, is the few people on our side have said, oh, but you'll hurt me. Yeah, well, we'll hurt 10 of the other side. And the reality is that this is a mask. These people are hiding election spending. They're hiding election activity, and they're doing it in ways they get them a tax cut. And they're hiding fraud. It's outrageous. And they're hiding fraud because they're able to manipulate the process, the rules. You know, the other thing we're going to have to focus on, like it or not, and we used to be really good at this, and that is redistricting. If you have an opportunity, Indiana, Tennessee, then you have to go for it, Florida. And that's another thing is that we don't like the bad editorials. Oh, these are not fair maps. We've lost on the fair maps narrative in Wisconsin for the last 10 years. For 10 years, Ken, there have been fair maps signs in Democrats' yards. We didn't even have a redistricting coming up. But they were preceding the narrative so that when the time came to drop the hammer, the Republicans had nothing to say about it because we hadn't been talking about it. It's so frustrating. I'm glad, though, in Virginia, this is the good thing, right? That judge enjoined this, this vote, your Supreme Court is likely to throw it out, right? That's the good thing. We don't really have to worry too much about Virginia per se. That is my hope and expectation. That's right. That is your hope. It starts with hope. Expectation. Hope for an expectation. Ken Cucinelli, who is the chairman of the Election Integrity Commission and also the former Attorney General of the Great State of Virginia. Thank you for joining me. Good to be with you. And we'll take a quick break on the Vicki McKenna Show. Welcome back to the program. It's the Vicki McKenna Show. The story that the media wants to die is the Southern Poverty Law Center, SPLC, the indictment that showed they're paying the Klan, they're paying the Aryan nations and the neo-Nazis to stage events that they then use, by the way, they're laundering the money to do it. They're then using that to craft narratives. The media picks up the narrative.

1:36:39

And all of a sudden we wake up one day and where everybody's talking about toxic masculinity or white supremacy or whatever. They are the narrative creation arm of the DNC. The DNC has got their financing arm. They've got their billionaires. They've got their narrative creation arm, which is the SPLC and other groups like it, but mostly the SPLC. Then they've got the narrative promoters. That's, of course, the media. But they're not just in these sort of, you know, easily identifiable realms. They've insinuated themselves into just about every boardroom, into every government agency, into the schools. And now let's talk about K-12. Elvin Lui from Courage is a Habit, which is an organization designated by the SPLC as a quote, hate organization joins me on the program to say to talk about how this happens it's great to have you alvin always great to be back and talking to you uh vicky thank you so much so how did courage as a habit how did you become a hate group and by the way you join a storied list of of organizations like the heritage foundation or turning point USA or the great moms for liberty but how did courage as a habit make the list Well, I can't say for sure. I mean, I assume it's because we kept telling people, telling parents that racism really isn't a real thing and to stop letting the schools brainwash your kids. But we... Now, I'm not 100% sure about this, but to my knowledge, at the time, we were the youngest group that they've ever labeled a hate group and put on their hate map. We were a year and eight months old at the time. Wow. And so they actually gave us a great gift because at the time we really focused, that first year and a half of our existence, we really focused on teaching parents all the technical aspects in school, like social emotional learning and how the transgender cult comes through the social emotional learning and all those different things. And so we really focused on that. But once we kind of got put on this heat map, we started to really think about how language is used. And so because then we started really teaching, and I think one of the things that got us on the radar was that we were breaking down the transgender cult language. That was one of the things that they flagged us for because we were teaching parents about all the language contamination that was happening through the transgender cult, things like inclusion and, you know, gender affirming care and the suicide, you know, lies and all that kind of stuff. And so what, so we really started really focusing more on the brainwashing of parents. And, you know, when I've talked about this on your show, things like language contamination where they use your vocabulary, not your dictionary.

1:39:33

So, you know, being one of the youngest groups or maybe the youngest group on that map is actually kind of funny to us because obviously the Southern Povery Law Center has long been a fraud of an organization that ran out of real racism and real oppression. So that's, by the way, so they pay for it. So they pay for it. They ran out of it, so they pay for it. But let's talk about, they have immense power. They control the media. Apple, Amazon, have given millions of dollars. George Clooney famously gave a million dollars, SPLC. The media quotes them, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Wisconsin State Journal, you name it. Every outlet here acts like there's some kind of nonpartisan arbiter of hate and racism. But that didn't happen overnight. How are they in the schools? Now they're in the schools. So how has SPLC contaminated the K-12 school system as well? Okay. So the Southern Poverty Law Center has been in schools since the early 90s. The Southern Poverty Law Center had an education arm that was called Teaching Tolerate. Okay. And they started in the early 90s, I think like 91 or 92, something like that. And so what happened was that the time they were doing curriculum, you know, you can bring them in, you can use their curriculum. They were doing teacher trainings and things of that nature. And it was largely the same thing. It was just about teaching white kids, you know, white guilt and things of that nature. But it wasn't systemic like it is today because they didn't have that social emotional learning to deliver it into all 50 states. Okay. So teaching tolerance went on for quite some time in the early 90s through the 2000. Then in February of 2021, so you think about what transpired in 2020. In February 2021, teaching tolerance became learning for justice, which is what it is today. And the way the Southern Poverty Law Center talked about it is it said, we can no longer just teach tolerance. We must take action. there must be justice, right? The whole no justice, no peace kind of violence. And so they spent all this time being in school since the early 90s. And then they, but once they obviously had amounts of power and money from all the left-wing Democrats, all the celebrities, now they're turning it to not just teaching your children, oh, you shouldn't be racist. And here's how you can spot racism. So now you can actually take it to the street. And so they've all long been very radical, even when they were doing teaching for tolerance. It's extremely radical. And now it's called Learning for Justice. So here's what's different today. Today, you don't need to invite the Southern Poverty Law Center. It's not a curriculum you can go download. You don't need to go order their magazine. You don't need to go invite them for training. It is baked into your K212 in all 50 states, unlike the 90s, all 50 states, and it comes through mental health. Last year, A Courage of a Habit put out both a press release and a gigantic report, and we discovered that the American School Counselor Association, ASCA, or as we call it ASCA, ASCA, ASCA, controls and trains and pushes the ethics.

1:43:00

and the model for mental health in all 50 states, of course, including Wisconsin. So all 50 states uses the ASCA model. Well, guess what? These students standards, they call it the student standards, mindsets, and behaviors. That's the whole program that ASCA uses to drive the mental health culture in your schools. They literally, Vicki, and I say, I use the word literally the correct way. They literally copied it from the student standards into SPLC. And when I say copied it, I don't mean they used it as an inspiration and they made it their own. They are so lazy, they just copied it word for work. So SPLC can go belly up. We can seize all their assets. We can shut down the Cayman Islands bank accounts. We can put people in prison from the SPLC. But the SPLC is still in K-12 public schools, whether they exist officially or not. because that's what the mental health professionals, I'm using finger quotes, in the schools are using. So this toxic ideology is still there unless you rip it out from its roots. It's like, you know, weeds. So it's a weed. It's there, unless you get rid of this ask a model, it's there for, it's there until you change it or it's there until the whole thing collapses. You're 100% correct. Obviously, we're really grateful for the Justice Department and what the FBI are doing, and we hope that these people spend time in prison. They should spend a long time in prison because they fundamentally changed this country by making all these, you know, so many naive Americans believe that they're, you know, touching as white supremacy. White supremacy is the greatest threat in our nation. And so we want to see them in prison. We want to see them bankrupt. We want to see the SPLC completely out of business, and that will largely help with the political narrative on the outside. But you are 100% correct. If the SPLC disappears tomorrow, it changes nothing in K-12 because the American School Counselor Association has already adopted their standards into the mental health. So every time your state funds mental health to the tune of millions. It goes to hire these school counselors who are all trained in the SPLC model, in their colleges and in their professions and in their seminars and in their professional development. So you're not, you don't need to go and hire somebody from learning for justice to train you. It's already in all the vendors. It's already in all the colleges. Like I said, in the 90s, when they came up with teaching for tolerance, you had to go to them to get something. And if you were, you know, whatever, right? If you were in a state that just didn't care to use them, then nothing happened. You have to actively go seek them out. So how are we doing on mental health? Since mental health is, you know, so all the Republicans are so dumb, let's set aside, you know, money for mental health. Yeah. Even though that's just let's set aside money for woke indoctrination and, you know, and critical theory being.

1:46:06

poured down your child's throat. But you've seen it, right? Republicans and led to, well, I'm for mental health. What are you against mental health? How's mental health? How's mental health doing since the, since the American School Counselor Association adopting SPLC word for word standards? How's it been going? And, you know, this is a trick question because I looked it up poorly. Mental health gets worse every single year, Alvin. Every single year we pour more money into it. We hire more of these people who come through this woke indoctrination model to pour SPLC crap and toxic ideology down kids' throats. And curiously, it seems to be making children worse. It has been. And not only is that an opinion or observation, we actually proved it by gathering multiple studies from all across. different sectors. And so if you go to Courage is ahabit.org, Courage is a habit.org and go to tools. Just type this, click on tools, and scroll down just a little bit. You will see a, you will see a tool called K through 12 trendemic. We call it a trendemic, meaning trend, but there's a, it's like a pandemic, but it's a trendemic.
