If you are in Indiana business and you're not using technology recyclers, you need to get on board. Hammer here from the Hammer and Nigel show. These guys guarantee 100% certified data destruction. So when you get rid of your electronics, you can sleep at night knowing that the best of the best have gone the extra mile and they have destroyed... Not only your old electronic, but the data. Technology Recyclers, the best in the business, tech-recyclers.com. Hammer and Nigel. Do you believe these characters are weirdos? So let's rock you. We've got an update here, something we were talking about yesterday, Hammer, about the Marion County Sheriff's Office announcing they're not going to hold ICE detainees for long periods of time due to, quote, overcrowding their response to ICE not abiding by the 48-hour promise to come get their people on their list that they've arrested. Now, these are... criminals. These aren't people that they arrested just because they're here illegally, which by in and of itself is a crime. These are illegal immigrants that have committed additional crimes within the city limits that have been sitting in Marion County jail that the ICE needs to come get. And finally, Sheriff Horstall was like, yeah, we're going to let him go if you don't come get them. And I was like, maybe I see that, maybe I don't, but you're just going to let people that have been charged with crimes go?

2:54

out in the street? Is that what you're really, is that what we're doing here? I believe it was the band Sister Sledge who said, and I quote, we are family because you know who his brother-in-law is, right? You know who Kerry Forrestall's brother-in-law is, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ryan Mears. Mr. A Plea Deal Machine, Ryan Mears. So it makes sense that he wants to put violent people back on the street in a hurry. It runs in the family. We are family. Here comes a bunch of criminals in Indy. It's a little impromptu. Hammering Nigel Records right there. Bravo. So. The thing is, ICE promised when they started this program that the detainees would only be there for a max of 48 hours. We'll come get him and take him to state prison. Right. Well, because of the extreme numbers. Some have taken longer than 48 hours. And we are talking about some violent people here. Like, not what your friends from high school would write on Facebook, not what CNN is going to say on their air, that it's just your local gardener. It's the high school janitor. Some of these dudes are pretty violent. And if you want to see a list for an example of what they're arresting in Minnesota, Bill Malugian. who's a great reporter for Fox News, covers the border and immigration better than anybody. He's got a list on his Twitter feed of some of these violent dudes and what they're charged with, and it's heinous. Some of them are here in India. Again, some of them that you're talking about on that list are here in India. I mean, did you see the news this morning, Trenda Aragua arrests on like the northeast side by police? Did the Portland mayor cry? Did the Portland police chief cry? Where are they going to start demonstrating? in the streets of northeast Indianapolis so for the trend of Aragua I said promised 48 hours but sometimes due to supply and demand if you will it's taken a little longer so Never want to shy away from a political situation. Kerry Forrestall, very liberal Democrat. Again, his brother-in-law is Ryan Mears, the very woke prosecutor here in Marion County. And Forrestall is the sheriff. Yes. Came out and said, look, we're going to start after 48 hours, releasing these bad hombres back out into the streets. You're welcome, Indianapolis. I don't think he said bad hombres, but we can paraphrasing. Well, that didn't go over real well with the Fraternal Order of Police. I wouldn't expect it to. Rick Snyder, friend of the show, who leads the Fraternal Order of Police here in Indy, is calling for two things. Number one, ICE to abide by their 48-hour promise, which I think is fair. I do. But also, he went after Sheriff Forrestall. Quote.

5:57

This isn't a statement that they released to the public. Quote, no offender rightly held for further legal proceedings should be released back into our capital city simply because of dereliction of transfer responsibilities. The brand new jail has 500 new beds that are being used. Solutions exist. Fix it. Now, Forrestall and the sheriff's department are saying, well, We're running out of room here. But the FOP dug in a little bit and said, wait a minute, you still got like 200 to 300 more beds available here. More than that. Now, we could have another discussion about why we built another justice center that has less beds in jails than the first one than the previous one. But that's for another time. But I love the fact that the FOP is like, all right. Yes, I agree with you. ICE needs to work a little quicker. But don't you dare be releasing violent criminals back into our capital city? What the hell is wrong with you? Who is for that? Who's asking for that? Who besides the sheriff's office? Who, how does that make Indianapolis a better place to live? by, again, offenders rightly held for further legal proceedings being released back into our capital city, as Rick Snyder, FOP president said. But the thing is, Kerry Forrestall, who's termed out as sheriff, who's looking to advance his career and move on to the Indiana State House, he's announced his candidacy. He feels like he could really pick up some votes by jumping on the bandwagon of ISIS bad. Iser Nazis, Iser Gestapo, anything you would hear from Tim Walz and CNN and MS Now, MSNBC, whatever they're held they're called. Omar. Right. Hill Ilhan Omar. Yeah. Anything you would hear parroted out of their mouth and anything out of his brother-in-law's mouth. That's going to come out of Kerry Forrestall. So that's where he's at right now. He's trying to just politic. And people like me who live in Marion County suffer because violent dudes who have already been arrested are being put back out on the streets. Ridiculous. And it doesn't help anybody. It does not make Indianapolis safer. It does the complete opposite. I don't know. Bite the bullet. Figure it out. Get these guys to stay prison. You know, just. Bear down. Focus, man. As the FOP statement says, solutions exist. Yeah. Fix it. Where's the Indy Star big headline? Fix this now. Remember when RFRA was taking place and that was the big headline from the star? Oh, yeah. Where's the Fix This Now? Because I don't know about you guys. I don't care if you're a Republican or a Democrat or a libertarian or whatever. I don't think you want violent.

8:55

offenders out on your streets just being let out of jail because, well, it's been more than 48 hours. That doesn't make me feel real good as a resident of Marion County. And you don't have to be a resident. I work down here. I have family that live right in the heart of downtown. No thanks. A big cold front getting ready to move through Indy Nige. Come on. No. Outside right now is not too bad. I pulled up in the parking lot today. I got there about the same time as Allison did and we're walking up. You know, I got a hoodie on. It feels pretty good. By January standards in Indiana feels pretty good. But man, tomorrow night, like around midnight into Thursday morning. The temperature is going to fall off a cliff and it's going to stay there for about a week. Like early next week, we're looking at low temperatures at two and three degrees. Wind chills sub-zero. So we're going to get a big kick in the crotch. We're going to get January Indiana weather. coming up here in the next couple of days. It just makes me not want to leave the house at all to be productive to do anything. So we've given you some bad news. How about some good news? Okay. Your reason to drink tonight. Happy 64th birthday to country music superstar Trace Atkins. That's ironic because Trace is sober now. Yes. Had a little problem with alcohol back as early as 2014. I think he went to rehab. He's got some stories, man. He got shot in the heart and lived. By his old lady, I think. The old lady gave him the Bon Jovi treatment. Shot through the heart. You're to blame. You give love a bad name. And he survived. He survived. The Bon Jovi treatment. Every light in the house is on, right? Well. Maybe. Let's see if producer Allison knows that song. So we're going to play a little game of don't forget the lyrics with producer Allison. Allison, you're the resident's country music fan on this show. Sure. And I feel like. mid to late 90s, early 2000s country is kind of your wheelhouse. Yep, sweet spot. Me too. So. And you too for that matter. Yeah, the bear. You worked at the new hit country station like I did. Yeah. I didn't have to have a stupid bear nickname like the Ranger over here. I still love that name. That name was given to me. I didn't pick it out. Nigel saved my phone as Nigel the Ranger. That better not be true. We're going to play a Trace Adkins song. We're going to stop it at some point. And Allison, your job, get the next line in the song. Just get close. We'll give you credit. Okay. Here we go. Number one.

11:52

In the House is all. Yeah, there it is. That was the first big hit off his first album, I believe. Yeah, absolutely. Something dreaming or dreaming big or dreaming out loud or something like that. Trey's Ack, just an awesome voice, by the way. Real deep like this. He was on the Celebrity Apprentice one year with Trump. That's right. Made a big run at it. All right, number two. Good bar song. I think she knows it already. Ladies love country boys. They do. I would not have got that. Really? All right. That's a big one. That was a big one. Yeah. No, I wouldn't have got that one. Like, I feel like Allison probably line dance to that at some point. Line dance is a loose term. Or like stumble around. You go to the eight second saloon. Do you ever done some line dancing, Allison? So every time my girlfriends want to do line dancing and I just end up doing the macarena in the back. But I try. I try. All right. Last one here. Bring it home. There ought to be a law. Get to sheriff on the phone. Lord and mercy. How she even gets that bridge his on. Honky tongue, but onky don't. There it is. There it is. YouTube chat, your dreams have come true. Allison's talking about that honky tonk, badonka donk. By the way, just random, you said badonka donk. You know how you drive by houses in your neighborhood and sometimes you have your phone on, you can see the different internet names that your neighbors have given their internet connection? Go on. One of my neighbors, and I can't figure out who for years, their internet is called badonka donk. Oh. I love that. It's right on my street and I still haven't figured it out yet. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. Your local Toyota dealer has great deals available today on RAV-4, Grand Highlander, Camry, and Corolla with the features and style you deserve. Okay, this Friday, it's Red, White, and Bowl, presented by Jack Daniels Woodland Bowl, Keystone to the Cross Scene with Hammer. Now, our third annual Red, White, and Bowl to raise money for veterans, Hoosier Veterans, here in Central Indy. It's sold out. Finally, like, for real, not joking. Like, we can't open any more lanes. Woodland Bowl can't, you know, they came to us a week or so ago, right? And they said, look, we know it's sold out now, but we're going to, we need, we've had tons of people calling the bowling.

15:21

Alley there at 96 in Keys. People, they were inundated with calls, so they opened up three more lanes, sold those out. And, and that's it, man. We're going to have a good time. We're going to raise a ton of money for a great cause. And it's our third annual. And if you didn't get tickets for the bowling event, which starts like around 630 after our show ends. You can come by and hang out for our live show because we're broadcasting the show from there. So come by and tailgate, you know, have some beers. You know, if you want to do the celebrity beer bong, we'll give it to you, knock yourselves out. If you want to donate to the charity organization, Bowling to Veterans Link, you can do that. But come on up and hang out with us. Yeah, and I think they're going to start. If you don't have a ticket, they probably start. They'll. kicking you out of like 630 or something like that, right? Well, you have to just sit in the back, right. Oh, yeah. Okay, so you can still sit at the bar and have a few drinks. Sit at the bar, belly up a little bit, you know, have a good time. Got it, got it. So we hope to see all of you guys. And, again, anybody that bought tickets or bought a lane, you're helping a great cause and all of the money. Yes. stays in Indiana. Anytime Nige and I put our names on something for a charity organization, it's really important that the money stays in this community where we all live, Central Indiana. Whether it's, you know, the Shepard Community Center or Salvation Army or the veterans that we're raising money for this Friday, all stays in-house. Absolutely. Hoosiers helping Hoosiers, baby. It's what we're all about. You know, we're not just all fart jokes around here. Hey. We give a little back to the community from time to time. The creator of the comic strip Dilbert, Scott Adams, battling cancer, passed away at the age of 68, 9. Prostate cancer. 68's young. I mean, if you're a guy like me that's about to turn 50. I'm on the downside of things. You know what I'm saying? I got my years behind me that I do it ahead of me. But you go and get yourself checked, though. You have all these screenings. Yeah, I do the prostate thing every year. It's a blood test now. It's really easy. I saw Matt Baer giving you one earlier today. As a matter of fact, it was weird. No Dr. Jellyfinger anymore. None of that, none of that anymore. But Dilbert, of course, was that newspaper comic cartoon that, you know, kind of highlighted the absurdity of office life. Yes. And Dilbert was his character with the tie that was kind of crinkled upwards. And Scott Adams kind of ruffled feathers during COVID. Yeah, what was that? I forget. He was one of the folks that thought, you know, maybe we need to take a second look at all this shutting society down stuff. Yeah, there's some Ivermectin stuff in there maybe. Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So he had questions about all the things that were being shoved down our throats from flip-flop and Anthony Fauci and all those folks. And, of course, the mainstream media.

18:13

Pop culture, the political left. Cancelified this guy. They canceled him. But passing away at the age of 68. Now, I believe this was his wife that went on social media and read a statement that he had prepared before he passed. And, man, it's just, it's just gut-wrenching, listening to her having to read this. But here's what she put out. Many of my Christian friends have asked me to find Jesus before I go. I'm not a believer, but I have to admit the risk-reward calculation for doing so look so attractive to me. So here I go. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Oh, wow. And look forward to spending an eternity with him. The part about me not being a believer should be quickly resolved if I wake up in heaven. I won't need any more convincing than that. I hope I'm still qualified for entry. Ooh. Wow. I made the hair on the back of my neck standout. That's inspiring. I mean, this is guys on death door. It doesn't matter if you're on death door right now. You accept. Jesus is your Lord and Savior. I mean, the Bible tells you what happened to the criminal, the thief, the guy that was hanging on the cross next to Jesus. He's like, please remember. Remember they're on death doorstep on that cross. And the guy was just about to die. Jesus, please remember me in your kingdom. And Jesus goes, yeah, you're going to be in paradise here in a few minutes, buddy. And so it's powerful stuff. Really, really powerful. Most people don't know that Jesus used the word buddy all the time. Hey, bad. Jesus was a big buddy guy. Hey, buddy. He said it like Polly Shore too while he was up there. Hey, buddy. You're going to be with me in paradise. So, yeah, that's pretty heart-wrenching. It is. It's heartbreaking. And he's young. I mean, 68's young these days. It is. It's really young. But I think it's risk-reward, right? If you're somebody that is a non-believer, okay, that's fine. You do you. But, man, what if there is an afterlife? What if there is a heaven? What if there is a God? What if there's a Jesus? You spent your whole life telling everybody... I'm atheist. I'm agnostic. I'm this or that. Because those people do it all the time. They're like CrossFit guy. They can't wait to tell you. They can't wait to tell you they don't believe in God. Right. But then one day there's going to be a time where you're facing the end. What if you're wrong? The risk reward doesn't seem like it works out in your favor there. It's the Hammer and Nigel show. Crime. Punishment. Judges. Legal stuff. Honestly, Hammer, I'm just perplexed, stunned. Or maybe I'm not surprised at all. I don't know. We live in a country, modern day country, that the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land, is arguing about men playing women's sports. Yes. The absurdity of it all. Who, in their right mind, in any way, shape, or form, I don't care how many hormones you're taking or testosterone or whatever.

21:30

you're trying to do to become a girl. I don't know what that means. Estrogen. I don't know what the process is. I don't care if you kick your crank off. If you were born a man, you ain't playing women's sports. You just have a physical biological advantage. It's been proven. over women. But, Nage, there are some people, including members of the Supreme Court, who don't even know what a woman is. They're not biologists. I remember that. Which brings us to the DEI selection of Ketanji Brown Jackson, or as Joe Biden once called her, Elena Kagan, Elena Kagan, Ketan, Ketanjee, Drown Jackson. Here is her earlier today defending men playing against women in sports with one of the great word salads of all time. Like, listen to this. Okay. And at the very end, I feel like even Kamala Harris would go, huh? Is treating someone who is transgender, but who does not have, because of the medical interventions and the things that have been done, who does not have the same threat to physical competition and safety and all of the reasons that the state puts forward, that's actually a different class, says this individual. So you're not treating the class. the same and you're not how do you respond to that what what and that was the response of the guy from idaho today like he just looked at her like she spoke swahili what the hell are you talking about Like, Justice Gorsuch had to come in at the end and explain to the attorney from Idaho who brought this case to the Supreme Court what the hell she's trying to say. And, you know, you referred to her as a DEI hire, which normally could be considered an insult, but that's the, but unfortunately, Joe Biden came out and said before he picked her, chose her. He said, I'm going to, you know, I'm looking for someone of color, looking for like a woman of color. That's it. And so that's the definition of DEI. So you've been working hard all your life. I don't care if you're a dude. You're a white guy. Sorry, Whitey. You're not eligible for this position. Right. You're white. Maybe if you're a white woman. Well, listen, you're really qualified. And I get that you're a woman, but you're white. So unfortunately, kick rocks, sister. That's the very definition of DEI. Now, I pulled the transcript of whatever the hell. Okay. She just said. Producer Allison, would you be so kind to read as what Khantanji Ketanji Brown Jackson just said? Great. All right. Is treating someone who is transgender, but who does not have because of the medical interventions in the things that have been done who does not...

24:23

have the same threat to physical competition and safety and all the reasons the state puts forward. That's actually a different class, says this individual. So you're not treating the class the same, and you're not, how do you respond to that? Oh, okay. Now it makes perfect sense. The amount of people face palming in that room while she was babbling about her. transgender ideology and trying to make sense of it all, which there's no sense to be made, is probably astounding. Just like you said, who came to a rescue? Gorsuch. Gorsuch. Just, just, oh, palm on his forehead. And keep in mind, the woman who didn't know what a woman was trying to defend men playing against women in sports isn't making sense. Right. Nothing says a Joe Biden hire like that. Anything that's associated with Joe Biden was a dumpster fire, and her selection is the cherry on top of the Sunday. A friend of the show. Riley Gaines, trying to get her on this week, by the way. Hopefully she can join us this week. Okay. Here she is talking a little bit about what the Supreme Court is hearing today. Truthfully, I'm pissed off. I'm pissed off that we've reached a point where we seemingly have an entire political party who has diminished and erased our rights as women. That's exactly what this is. Don't let them frame it any other way. They love to hide behind words like compassion and empathy and inclusion. Let me be very, very clear what me and what my teammates faced, it was not inclusive. It was exclusive because we as women were excluded from calling ourselves champions. And there's lots of fingers to point. I mentioned the Democratic Party. You could point a finger at many different institutions, the NCAA being one of them. We were told, loud and clearer, that our rights to safety, our rights to privacy in areas of undressing, our rights to equal opportunity, they didn't matter. They certainly didn't matter as much as the boy's feelings. the man's feelings, his happiness. We were told that mattered more than our rights. And what I love about Riley Gaines, and she told us this when she's joined us. I think she's told us this multiple times. She wasn't looking to be an activist when she came out. Truth be told, this kind of stuff made her feel really uncomfortable. But she feels like she has to speak up because she doesn't want somebody else to go through the crap that she had to go through. Yeah, which was getting beat by a man.

27:06

in college. And seeing a man undress in the locker room. That's right. Big Jim and the twins just flopping out of that swimsuit while all of the ladies are standing around. That's not right. And I have compassion and sympathy and empathy for families that have kids that are going through an episode of gender dysphoria. I definitely. My heart goes out to you. It must be incredibly difficult. What I wouldn't do is lean into it and affirm. I would get help immediately and at the highest levels to try to figure out what exactly is going on. And your child at the very young age. doesn't get to make the decisions. I'm sorry. Kids don't know anything, right? Now, when you get to be 18, you get to call the shots. You're a legal adult for most states in this country. You call the shots at 18. But until then, parents, I'm sorry, you need to do some damn parenting and make things, you know, a little tough at home. Kids change their minds all the time. I think it was Bill Maher that made the joke. I wanted to be a pirate when I was a kid. Thank God I didn't want to have a surgery to get a peg leg in because now parents would have allowed me to do that. Or even worse, parents wouldn't find out about it. Correct. The schools would have covered it up. Schools and doctors wouldn't have told their parents about it. So one more thing of legal stuff here. Yeah. Poindexter's on the lamb. Nige. Oh, man, this is so bizarre and awful. Actor Timothy Busfield. Now, most people would say, oh, he was on 30-something or he was on the West Wing. If you grew up in our era, that's Poindexter from Revenge of the Nerds. Of course it is. Of course that's Poindexter. He's on the lamb. He's on the run. U.S. Marshals are chasing after him because there are some. alleged child sexual abuse on a TV set back in the day with some young kids yeah which he was directing the show he was directing that television show and his wife has deleted her Instagram account who happens to be half pint from Little House in the Prairie Laura Ingalls that's right Melissa Gilbert is her name it's funny And Poindex, Gilbert was Poindexter's best friend in Revenge of the Nerds. That's right. Different Gilbert. Different Gilbert, but all part of the Lambda, Lambda, Lambda. Right. So, yeah, if anybody sees Poindexter out on the Lamb, New Mexico authorities are looking for him. Nobody knows where he's at. There's an APB out on Poindexter from Lambda, Lambda, Lambda. It's the Hammer and Nigel show. So, Nige, there's this. reports about the most popular breakup foods in every state. Breakup foods. So when you break up with your girlfriend, your boyfriend, maybe you're going through a divorce, these are the go-to comfort foods that people are going to. Okay. Coming in at number one on the list was burgers. Big fat burger. You were eating a quarter pounder earlier today, and I was like so jealous.

30:24

Well, look, I mean, I've lost at least 60 to 20 pounds since November. I figured I'm due every once in a while for a good quick burger from McDonald's. That's amazing. I'm not having broken up with anybody. I can understand why that'd be a comfort food. A cake came in at number two. Candy number three. All the way down at number 13 was grilled cheese. And this was Indiana's choice. Grill cheese. I don't think, like, I went through some messy breakups back before I got married. I never, you know, came crawling hands and knees of the stove and reluctantly and despondently put a piece of bread with butter on the skillet and put a piece of cheese inside. That would have never made me feel like. Getting hammered. Yes. Of course. Yes. Jack Daniels. Jagdana. Has helped me through some breakups. I honestly can't remember the last breakup. that I had. What was the last breakup you had? Do you remember? I mean, probably my wife before we got married. We broke up a couple different times. Really? Before we got married, yeah, I mean, it was typical. But she came running back because that dong was too good. I think it was quite the opposite, actually, from my recollection. And she would tell you to hear that, Allison? The dong was too good. Yeah, I clip that for HR. Not for the best, not for the montage we usually run on Friday, right? For her lawsuit against us one day. I understand. Allison, what was the last breakup you've had? Oh, it's been a minute. I was trying to think I'm. I usually don't eat when I'm upset. I'm the opposite. Like, I don't want food. Yeah, I don't eat. Or I guess if I had to pick, it would be a stereotypical ice cream. But I just didn't, yeah. I drink, but I don't eat. So I'm a little combination of both of you guys here. Like, but I think the last breakup I had was probably in college when this chick I was seeing at Franklin College said that I. swore and cuss too much. Well, she was definitely with the wrong guy. I think you... Kind of understand what I told her when she said that, and that was all she wrote. You dodged a bullet, honey. Good move. Right. And she made herself a grilled cheese sandwich. Went home on that little George Foreman. I'm sure she probably had in the dorm room, made a grilled cheese sandwich and said, golly gee. Gosh darn it. Then the woman of your dreams, a coupon lady came along, and the rest is history, man. That's right. Boy, you talk about the polar opposite. A girl that doesn't swear to a girl. swears at me all the damn time. What is Toyota affordability? So when you get rid of your electronics, you can sleep at night knowing that the best of the best have gone the extra mile and they have destroyed... Not only your old electronic, but the data. Technology Recyclers, the best in the business, tech-recyclers.com. Hammer and Nigel. Do you believe these characters are weirdos? What's up? My name is Nigel. Jason Hammer's right over there. Hammer, you were teasing a game that we're about to play in the last segment. A new one. This one's called You Can't Make This Up. Oh, boy. I'm going to read a headline for you. And the game is, how long can you refrain from yelling, you can't make this up? Here's the headline. Minnesota rep Ilhan Omar is mad that ICE agents are in Minneapolis and investigators are looking into fraud in Minnesota. She feels this is, quote, Wasting so much of our taxpayer resources. What? What? A waste of taxpayer resources? What about the billions of dollars of taxpayer money going into the Somali daycare system? That's a waste of taxpayer resources, not the investigation into the fraud that was committed. The headlight from mediaites. You can't make this up. There it is. Media ICE headline, Ilhan Omar, mad that ICE agents are in Minneapolis and investigators are looking into fraud in Minnesota. She says it's wasting so much of our taxpayer resources. Taxpayer resources being used into looking how the taxpayers have been screwed is a big waste of time to Representative Ilhan Omar. So exhausted in trying to ask what any of this, you know, information has led to you finding any criminals that you have indicted that explains why you are wasting so much of our taxpayer resources and also terrorizing our communities in the amount of federal law enforcement agents that you have in the streets of our city and our state.

36:42

There needs to be some sort of justification. Don't give me a lecture. Give the Somali community in Minneapolis a lecture, Representative Omar, but you're not going to do that. I mean, we let this woman in in her family. Like when I say we, I'm in the government, like they let him in from Somalia. And like, she should be on her hands and knees every day, thanking the good Lord above that she was even born into a decent family and had a lot of success. I think she's worth millions now. She's got a great marriage to her brother. Yeah, she's married to her brother. You can't keep it in your pants. Keep it in your family. All she does is crap all over this country. I'm so sick and tired of it. You can't make it up, man. So let's focus on the fraud. Okay. So the ice thing, we'll talk a little bit more later on. Let's focus on the fraud because I feel like this is also a very big story. This was like the biggest story until the ice shooting took place. All of the billions of dollars worth of fraud taking place in Minneapolis. Old Ball's Tim Walz was asked to testify, the governor of Minneapolis. Testify where? We have a committee hearing? Yes. All right. GOP hearing there. Byron Donalds's, the representative of Florida, had the opportunity to grill. And ultimately, depends, Tim Walz. The ICE agents under the orders of President Trump are a modern-day Gestapo. Do you realize how discussing a phrase that is considering the history of Nazi Germany? Would you like to recant that statement? What I said, Congressman, and I have a long history of supporting law enforcement, I said President Trump was using them as his modern-day Gestapo, not identifying who you are, coming up and unmarked fans, taking people away. Yeah. Is it the responsibility of ICE to actually deport illegal aliens in the United States who are here? Isn't that their responsibility? Yes, it is, Congressman, except that the Constitution is not an inconvenience. It's not an either-or. Nobody said it in your job. He has a responsibility to deport illegal aliens. And the president is going through that process right now. And let's be very clear, the previous administration, they abused every process there is under border laws to allow more than 10 million people into the country illegally. And this is a burden on all Americans. And so the president is doing his job. So it is sick to refer. to Americans who are ICE agents as Gestapo. Governor, you're wrong. You need to apologize to these agents. They're doing their jobs. They are Americans. They serve this country with honor and decency and respect. Do not diminish their work simply because you tried to make a cheap point. Now that, kids, is called an undressing.

39:36

It depends old balls. We saw those old balls dangling there. That was Byron Donalds's a superstar in Congress out of Florida. Hey, you can't make it up. I have one real quick that I just saw on X. You can't make this up. I'm going to see how long you need. So we were talking about it earlier about how the Supreme Court is hearing landmark cases on women's sports, men playing in women's sports, right? So Samuel Alito. questioning this ACLU lawyer today. So Samuel Alito goes, hey, so what does it mean to be a man or woman? This ACLU lawyer, we don't have a definition of for the court for you. We don't have the definition. And Samuel Alito goes. So how can a court determine whether there's discrimination on the basis of sex if you don't know what sex means? You can't make this up. They walked right into that one, didn't they? Oh, that should have been case closed right there. That's it. She just nailed, she just pissed away the court case at ACL. We don't know what a man or a woman is. So we're not going to be able to determine there's discrimination if you don't know what the sex even means. At that point. Just as Cavendall needs to come out with a broom, like at the end of Showtime at the Apollo and sweep her sorry ass out of there. If you don't know what it is, then you're wasting everybody's time. We're wrapping it up here. Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, friend of the show, delivered a speech yesterday and brought up what we believe is a very good problem to have with the United States military. We will target your drug boats and we will sink them. There haven't been many boats sunk recently because we can't find boats to sink because no one wants to get in a narco boat, which is the whole point. Stop sending your drugs to our country and poisoning the American people. We really want to blow up drug boats, but I'll be damned if they've stopped sending out drug boats. We can't find any. Imagine that. That's a good problem. From what I've read, from what I understand, overdose deaths are down, which is a good thing. And the cartels are probably crapping themselves. They saw what happened in Venezuela. Well, if you can just go straight into a foreign country and... snatch the president of that country, no matter how illegitimate he is. Off of a military base. Off a military base, what do you think he's going to do in the jungle there in Mexico? You know what I mean? Like where all the cartels and everybody's making the cocoa leaves and all the stuff. You know, I just, I can't imagine being. You know, somebody wants to climb the ladder in a narco-terrorist organization and the cartels. You're trying to climb the ladder. All right, first things first. You want to get somewhere in his business. You've got to get on those drug boats and head to Miami.

42:31

I have a question. Do I have to? Do you want to move up in this country or you want to move up in this organization? Hop on that drug boat. Another question. Why are there so many openings for drug boat driver? Can you please just enlighten me to why there are so many job openings in that? I'm just curious. I'm looking to advance in this company and I'm curious. Dateline Florida. Guy running for the governor's seat that has no chance at winning, James Fishback proposes that only fans, content creators, get hit with a 50% syntax in the state of Florida. He says that the money will be used to fund the education system. If you're an only fans model and you reside in Florida, get ready to pay 50% of your income to the state. It is called a syntax because it is a sin number one. But the purpose of a syntax in economics, is to disincentivize and deter a behavior. And yes, as Florida governor, I don't want young women who could otherwise be mothers, raising families, rearing children. I don't want them to be selling their bodies to sick men online. First of all, I wouldn't want my daughter or any. you know, a friend of mine who has a daughter to be an only fan's mom. I wouldn't want that. Well, your daughter's underage, so I understand that. I don't know. I wanted to grow up to be that. I understand that. But who is this guy that his platform is, you know, taking things away from people. Well, some of these people make a big time living off of only fans. Like, if you want to run an only fan site where perverts look at your feet and you can pay your rent that way, the way that I see it, that's supply and demand. So here's what we're going to do. We rolled this new idea out a couple weeks ago. I think we had success with it. We're going to have another round of talking politics with AI Allison. Yes. Are you kidding me? Talking politics with AI Allison. Here is AI Allison responding to Florida's gubernatorial candidate James Fishback. Listen here, you little needle dick. Leave us only fans creators alone. If I want to put my awesome rocking cans out there and get paid for it, that's my decision. It's also my money. Look, being a radio producer for these two alcoholic pieces of shit doesn't pay the bills. Do you know what does pay the bills? Showing my butthole to the perverts on the YouTube channel. That is what pays the bills. Last month on OnlyFans, I made $20,000. And all I had to do was take a carrot and rub it all over. It turns you on, doesn't it, you little dork? Or maybe you should shut the hell up and let Mama show off her goods and pay the rent. AI Allison out. There it is. Talking politics. Bravo. I don't think there was any politics involved in that at all. I really like angry, aggressive Allison. I wish I had her bank account, though. Sounds kind of nice. Emma and Nigel presents.

It depends upon what the meaning of the word is. Is this anything? All right, let's rock and roll. Broughty by Indiana Unclaimed, presented by the Attorney General's Office, reuniting Hoosiers with over $1 million in inclaimed property every single week. It's fast. It's easy. It's free to search. Just put your name at Indianaunclaimed.gov. See if you got any money floating around there out there. Indianaunclaimed.gov. Is this anything to passengers from coach? were removed from an American Airlines flight, leaving Miami in handcuffs because they refused to get out of first class. They're sitting in coach. They tried to squat, basically up at first class, and they had to be removed. Here's the moment they were walked out. I'm getting kicked out because I didn't see in their right seat. Right. Did you hear that at the end? I saw this. She goes, sorry, I just had to do a little yoga. One of the ladies got arrested did the splits while walking out. Of course she did. And yes, this is something because you're inconveniencing other passengers. You're refusing to get out of your seat because you don't have a first class ticket. You were booked in coach? Three words. No fly list. Two years minimum. Boom. And just because they were still on the ground and they hadn't taken off yet. I would say longer if they were in the air or something like that and they had the land or people got violent or people, you know, tried to open the door 30,000 feet while they were above ground. That's no flight list for life for sure. Even, I would say, I have very little tolerance for like brawls. on a plane when I see that everybody involved no fly list and if you can't get every if you don't know your seat or you refuse to get up with the people it's like it's not a democracy it's not even a republic on an airplane it's a dictatorship yeah it's authoritarian you do what you're told do you think these people act like idiots when they're not in a plane like do they do this in a grocery store imagine you can only imagine if they're doing it on an airplane in front of a hundred strangers in a very enclosed space. Imagine what they're like just in real life, just being casual. Which brings us to great moments in airline freakouts history. Oh, here we go. This was the world famous crazy plane lady. Everyone can either believe it or they cannot believe it. I don't give two foots, but I am telling you right out.

48:30

There is not real. She was hot, too, wasn't she? Yeah. She's like an Instagram, like, influencer now. She's hot. She's bat crap crazy, but she's hot. Her laid that, didn't she? Good for her. Great moments in airline freakout history. This lady was not willing to put up with any crap, but also may have overpromised the use of the United States military. Get me a freak out! off the sky. You want to be bitchy to me. You'll see me fucking pissed. You will. You will. I have a freaking care. Let me an upside fest. You know who my brothers are there. Marine snipers. You want to put the fucking Marine? Let me the fuck out, you bastards. Go to fucking hell. Wow. I have a hard time believing that the Marine snipers are going to drop everything they're doing. Run to this airline to rescue this lunatic. I just don't think that's how that's going to play out. It doesn't make sense to you, does it? It doesn't to me either. Unless you're flying on Hammer and Nigel Airlines. Hammer and Nigel Airlines are committed to providing you with a safe, professional, and comfortable environment at 33,000 feet in the air. Give me a fuck this guy. Come fly with me. Not only to Hammer and Nigel Airlines have extra legroom and free peanuts, but if you lose your shit in mid-flight, we'll provide the psych vest. I don't get it. That Hammer and Nigel Airlines, we give preferential treatment to all our veterans. You know who my brothers are either? Three snipers. You want to fucking Marine. Hammer and Nigel Airlines, where our motto is, you can go straight to hell. Let me and fuck up. My house just go to fucking hell. Can me your stop the guy? It's the Hammer and Nigel show. My name is Nigel. Jason Hammer right over there. Two words for you, Hammer. Chopper Presser! Oh, baby! If you would, real quick indulges, what does a Donald Trump chopper presser entail? This is where the press corps is lined up outside of the White House gate. Marine One is blaring in the background. The president's trying to take questions, but nobody can hear anything. Like, Mr. President, what do you think about the Iran situation? Say it? The Iran! There's a chaper! I got a helicopter! You're going to sneak up! And God forbid, if you have like an accent in your journalist. You're trying to ask me, your accent! I don't know what you said. Next question. So that's what a chaper presser is, and if you think we're exaggerating, here's a little refresher to remind you what these are like. Say it louder. You have to speak up. Speak up. Talk. You have to talk up. We have a helicopter. What do you say? I don't hear you. Did I watch? Can I what? Can I what? Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. Say it again. My hearing is great. Did I want to hear you have a helicopter that's raging back there. I love the fact that he has to actually point out to the press corps.

51:56

Do you see the helicopter? Oh, that's why you can't hear me. That's what that noise is. That big massive helicopter in the background. That's why you're asking me to speak up. Say it. Okay. President was asked in light of the situation in Minneapolis, are you still committed to mass deportations? Are you prevented from last deportation today? We're getting rid of a lot of people that are criminals that shouldn't be in our country. They came in through Biden's open borders, and we're getting them out of our country. That's why our crime numbers are so good. We have record low crime numbers. Okay, so yeah, we're going to continue this. I'm not going to get rid of ice because somebody tried to kill an ice agent with a vehicle. We're not going to do that. Somebody in the chopper presser asked him about this Jerome Powell investigation. The investigation into the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell. Well, he's billions of dollars over budget. So he either is incompetent or he's crooked. I don't know what he is, but he doesn't, certainly he doesn't do a very good job. The Fed's building like this new facility and billions of dollars over budget. Just everybody's asking like, what's going on? You're spending billion, you know. Right. You're not dropping the rate, but you're building this big Taj Mahal over here. What the hell, Jerome? Can you please get a handle on this? And I believe it was Rob Kendall that pointed out. Jerome Powell has at least one smoke show daughter. I'm not sure. I'm not sure which one it is, but like you wouldn't expect that dude to have a daughter that hot. But I'll be damned. Good for him. We've got an update involving Bill Clinton, which I think requires the official Bill Clinton music. Oh, this is one fine day to be nude. Yeah, this is one fine day to be nude. The birds are saying, and Clinton have a wonderful spring. And people walking by can stop and look at my thing. So this is from the House Oversight Committee, former President Bill Clinton, and his wife and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

54:22

They have refused to testify in the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. You don't say. They have defied the subpoenas for closed door depositions. So the chairman, James Comer, vows to hold Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress. Yeah, that could get you a year behind bars. And if anybody actually believes that Bill Clinton's going to spend one day. in jail because of either what happened with Jeffrey Epstein behind closed doors or not going behind closed doors with the oversight committee and being held in contempt. You're crazy. Yeah. And this is my problem with all of these hearings. And we talk about it all the time. Like when I hear, oh, they're going to go after the Clintons. Okay. That's fun. That's exciting. Nothing's going to happen. And we all know this. The only things that are going to happen, whether it's a closed door deposition or out in the public, because if it's closed door, somebody will leak it. We're going to get some good sound bites, some good quotes. Comer is going to go on Fox News, and he's going to go on Newsmax, and he's going to say all the things. And at the end of the day, Nobody's going to be held accountable, just like big tech and censorship, just like the COVID Anthony Fauci and all the lies that he spread. And just like what's happening here, Hunter's bank accounts with the Ukrainians. Nobody ever goes to jail. Nobody ever gets prosecuted. Hey, man, Comer's talking a tough game, not only in front of cameras, but on X as well. Comer again, the chairman on the House Oversight Committee, GOP, representing Kentucky in Congress, quote, well, because the Clinton's released this. long typed out statement on X and they titled it, this is about right. This is not about right or left. It's about right and wrong. And then they, I didn't read it. I'm getting a moral lecture from the Clintons. Yeah. Yeah. And then they went on to explain why in this letter. But Comer writes on X, quote, you're right, President Clinton. This is about. This is about right and wrong. Epstein survivors deserve justice and answers, refusing to comply with a bipartisan, duly authorized congressional subpoena, and our Epstein investigation is unacceptable. No one is above the law. You know what? Okay, talking tough. Everybody says that, and then it seems like... Pretty much everybody in Congress is above the law. Everybody is above the law when you have to say nobody's above the law. That's what happens every single time. Like I'm tired of the hearings. I'm tired of the lip service. I'm tired of Comer. I'm a little tired of Pam Bondi. Show me some arrest. And I don't mean Jerome Powell. There are bigger fish to fry than Jerome Powell for the love of God. Um, if I say the word grandma showers, do you know what that is, Nige?

57:11

I'm going to reach for the trash can. What are you talking about grandma showers? Is that some sort of fetish site? No, that's something totally different. I'm sure it might be. But the trending topic is something similar to a baby shower, but it's for people who are about to be grandparents for the first time. Oh, a grandma's shower. I get it. Okay. Right. So this is. You're not watching grandma's shower. That's something that's totally different. But as Rob would say, there is a genre for that. Sure. Are you okay with grandma showers? No, I think it's dumb. Like, you're going to be a grandma. That's the gift, right? You don't get anything. And if you want to give something to your soon-to-be grandchild, go to their baby shower. We don't need to call it a grandma shower. Honestly, the only thing you need to worry about is if grandma's taking a shower. Make sure that old bra's clean and not stinky and make sure she's got something that she doesn't slip and fall in the shower on. Come on. Because when you get old and you slip and fall, that's a whole new ball game, man. I'm falling and I can't get up. Bingo. Great moments in grandparents' history. I think I told you this story. There was a promotion we were doing at the casino when I was the marketing guy there. And we had this big stage presence. And it was like a back in time kind of theme. And I had to find a big grandfather clock to put on the stage, right? Okay. So I go into Google on my work computer and I type in grandfather clock. I forgot the L. And the amount of pop-ups and viruses that immediately went on my computer. Oh, how do you explain that one? I had to go to the, uh, the IT guys. I'm like, this is the truth. Sure. Yeah, yeah, right. You know that back in time promotion we're doing? I'm looking for our grandfather clock. I typed it into Google. Kind of forgot the L. He didn't believe you, do I? No. You pulled a Ron Burgundy. I don't believe you. No, no, no. And they had to like scrub my computer and put all this McAfee crap on there, man. It was just the worst. So Knives, explain why we're doing Miami jokes, if you will. Well, it's IU versus Miami. College football, national championship. next Monday down in Miami. It's basically a home game for the hurricane. Well, it should be, but it sounds like Hoosier fans are going to be showing up in droves. So we did this the first week of playoffs for Indiana, where we had Alabama jokes, where we made fun of those mobile home dwelling trailer trash hicks from Alabama for a week. Wow. And it worked. Indiana blew them out. It worked. They took on Oregon. We said, all right, we're going to run it back. We're going to make fun of those man bun wearing, patchouly smelling, antifa-loving hippies from Oregon for an entire week. And it worked. And they blew Oregon out. So there's one game left. And you're a superstitious guy. Right. Right. So I think it's only appropriate. We continue Miami jokes here on the show.

1:00:21

Big Nige, why does everyone in Miami claim to be an entrepreneur? I don't know. Why does everyone in Miami claim to be an entrepreneur, hammer? Because saying you're a Coke dealer violates your plea deal. All right, Nige, what are the three chief exports from Miami? oranges, peanuts, and cracker jacks. I don't know. Cocaine convicts and old haggard chicks that have been knocked up by Don Johnson. You were close. You were very close. Very, very close. Oh, wow. We should have the Miami Vice music playing underneath us tomorrow. Allison, if you can make that happen, if you could find the music to Miami Vice, let's have that song playing underneath us tomorrow. The theme created by Jan Hammer. J-A-N spelled Jan, but pronounced Yon, last name Hammer, no relation. Is that right? It's weird how many people have the last name of Hammer and none of us are related. Like even in my hometown of Beach Grove, which is like certainly not as big as Indianapolis or somewhere, there was another Hammer family a couple years later. No relation to me. No relation to any of us. All my life. Any IU fan who sees my last name asks me if I'm related to John Laskowski. All my life. Right. Former basketball player and announcer. John Laskout. No, no relation. There's a lot of them. There's a lot of people with my last name across the country. So what do we do with this story? A man showed up at a hospital. With a seven-inch sweet potato stuck up his anus. You know what you do with this story? That's what you do with that story. So my question to you, and Allison, you can weigh in on this too. Butter and sour cream made it easier to get in. We could do anish jokes if you like. Keep up the head, Linda McMahon. Who sees more ridiculous things? Law enforcement officers are those in an emergency room? Ooh. Law enforcement officers or those in an emergency room. Look, I've been in a emergency room. I've been in Methodist emergency room probably a year and a half almost two years ago. And they're in your anus? Nothing in my anus, as Borat would say. But man, do they see some stuff? Sure.

1:02:54

I was just there because I thought I was having some sort of like aphib, some sort of anxiety attack or something like that. It was just, and they were like, no, you're fine. They did all these chest dectaries and everything, and that was fine. But I saw, it was like a Saturday night. And I saw some crap. And that's just, I was only there for a couple of hours. And those people of Methodist, those nurses, those doctors, those emergency room technicians, whatever you call them. They aren't getting paid nearly enough. No. I guarantee. If you have to write on a form, anal trauma at some point, you're not getting paid enough. So I would say emergency room would be my answer. Yeah, I think it's what we call in the gambling community a push. It's a tie. Okay. It's a push. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. Right now, your local Toyota dealer has great deals available on some of the most reliable trucks on the market, like the off-road ready Tacoma, rugged, full-sized tundra, and legendary forerunner, each with the space, tech, and features to handle it all. from the work site to the trails. Toyota, let's go places. If you are in Indiana business and you're not using technology recyclers, you need to get on board. Hammer here from the Hammer and Nigel show, these guys guarantee 100% certified data destruction. So when you get rid of your electronics, you can sleep at night knowing that the best of the best have gone the extra mile, and they have destroyed not only your old electronic, but the data. Technology Recyclers, the best in the business, tech-recyclers.com. Hammer and Nigel. Do you believe these characters are weirdos? I don't know, Hammer, this could be a... ominous sign of things to come. Who knows with the Trump administration, but Donald Trump has canceled all meetings with Iran and the mullahs and calling the protests in Iran and the protesters to, quote, take over the country and help is on its way. Now, what does that mean? That's what I'm saying. Who knows what that means? I mean, help is already on the way in the form of sanctions against any nation doing business with Iran. Sanctions on Iran, and then Trump imposed a 25% tariff on any nation and doing business with Iran. And I think maybe the strategy, hopefully, is to just bleed them dry. You know, there was a protest similar to what's going on now during the Obama administration, and he just gave him a boatload of cash.

1:06:04

He just gave Ayatollah a big pallet of cash, if you remember that. And that kind of squashed everything. So it's brutal there right now. Iran is cracking down. There's no internet in Iran right now. Millions of people protesting. Lots of execution. Lots of killing of prisoners. You heard at the top of the hour. Look, if you catch you protesting, we're going to, you know, you're against God or something like that. So we're going to arrest you and execute you. That's the policy now for protesters in Iran and Tehran, which that whole infrastructure in Iran is falling apart. Tehran is out of water, the capital. That's how inept the leadership there, the authoritarian dictatorship there is in Iran. In terms of Internet, I know Elon Musk is trying to provide some Starlink access to the protesters, but the official death poll as of this morning. was 646. Man, I bet it's a lot more than that. Exactly. I promise you it's a lot higher than that. So here's what Trump put on truth social last night. Quote, Iranian patriots, keep protesting, take over your institutions. Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have canceled all meetings with the Iranian officials until the senseless killing of protesters stops. Help is on the way. Help is on the way is the interesting part because... There's the devil and there's the angel on my shoulder. The angel says, help these people. This is their real chance to take over Iran. But the devil says, this isn't your war. This isn't your fight. Don't fund something that we can't get out of. There's the devil and the angel yelling at me. I understand your characterization, but I think it's a devil saying that. I think it's rational. I think it's only rational. I want to see them succeed over there. Unfortunately, we've seen this before, only to be put down by the military, the Revolutionary Guard, and it's brutal. Again, executions, you said 648. I think one Iranian official said upwards of 1,000 to 2,000. Who knows what the actual number is? Like you speculated. But all I know is, yeah, what does help is on the way? What does that look like? And... Man, oh man, I don't see anybody in the mainstream media. I don't see any leftist progressives here in the states calling out the human rights abuses in Iran. You want to talk about oppression and killing protesters. Right. It just doesn't happen here in America. Yes, there was an incident in Minnesota where one protester used her car as a weapon. The ICE officer thought his life was in danger and opened fire. Yes, of course. That's one thing. But these are people in the streets that are being gunned down. That's a totally different animal. And because Iran funds organizations like Hamas who hate Israel, because Iran wants to obliterate Israel. Because Israel's the bad guy and left his progressives, you know, free Palestine from the river to the sea, all that stuff. They can't say word. They can't say bubkus about it. So.

The phrase, help is on the way. That's the million dollar phrase. What does that mean? Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. They've got a wide range of options. Some of them are already underway. Some of them are informational, right? Providing support, telling the Iranian people that we are with you, that we will support you. I am confident that has already made a difference on the ground and put the regime at more risk. Along the spectrum, there would certainly be cyber efforts, that is efforts to go after the ability of the regime to communicate and to try and help the Iranian people communicate amongst themselves. So two alternatives, you know, I've heard we've talked about Starlink, but making sure that the protesters all across. this large nation, 80 million people can communicate and continue to rally against this regime that has destroyed their just common way of life. It expands to kinetic things. The president has talked about that, saying if they kill people in numbers that he's going to go do something that is more serious, much like Operation Midnight Hammer. Ballistic missile program would be a good target. The IRGC, which is likely to try and take control of the country should the Ayatollah flee, has been a nemesis. of the United States of America tried to kill the president and others for years. A wide range of alternatives available to the administration and a president who seems determined to make sure that the Iranian people have a chance for a better way of life. So long story short, all options are on the table. And he mentioned the Ayatollah. That dude's like in his mid to late 80s. He is on his way out. The only problem is either way by death or by, you know, is fleeing the country. The only problem is there's plenty of other Ayatollah. A lot of Tollas. In the waiting room. Yes. The Ayatollahs of rock and rollers are waiting in the wings. A lot of tollas. A lot of tolas. A lot of tolas. How about a Tom Homan? Can we talk about a Tom Homan? Tom Homan, Borders are? Tom Homan, Borders are. He appeared on television this morning and was asked the million dollar question, if you will. Why is... Having ice in Minnesota so important. Why don't you just pull out of Minnesota, say you guys are a sanctuary city, you guys are on your own. Why is it important to stay? The invasion occurred in the last four years, millions of illegal aliens were illegally released in the United States without proper vetting. We're there, Bill. We're in Minnesota because, number one, there's sanctuary state, a sanctuary city. They're annoyingly releasing public safety threats, illegal aliens to the streets every day. We're there because of Biden administration, let menace of illegal alien, criminal aliens in the nation. We're there because we want to arrest these public safety threats that they're releasing to the street. If these governors and mayors will simply let us in their jail, you know, comply with our retainers, we could arrest that criminal public safety threat and the safety and security of a jail, but they'd rather release them in the public, which is unsafe for the public, unsafe for the alien, and certainly unsafe for our agents. So we're not going anywhere. This was Biden's mess. We're trying to fix it. That's what I took away from Tom Homan there. You mentioned something interesting when you were setting that up, though. If the people of Minneapolis, people of Minnesota decide that they don't want ISIS help, I don't know that I'd have a problem with Trump saying, all right, screw it. You're on your own then. Screw you guys.

1:12:28

This is what you voted for. Yeah, exactly. And then, you know, talk to me in a year and see where they are with things in its current state. With Tim Walz knowing about the billion dollars of taxpayer used in fraud. The Somali daycare is just one example of the fraud. You mean the layering center wasn't on the up and up? Learing center. I'm shocked. Miss Allison, can I get a little mood music, please? Moot music. When I DJed weddings, there was a lot of first dances to this. I got the tone there. Let's sing along with knives today. I just said strawberry pie. Chris Stapleton song, Tennessee Whiskey. Now officially the first ever country song to hit Double Diamond, which means more than 20 million units sold. Hello. Now, you think about some of the great country songs of all time. This one's number one in terms of units sold. Like more so than anything Garth Brooks has done. Really? More than anything Luke Bryan's done. More than, I guess. Taylor Swift in her early country days. But yeah, this song right here, Tennessee whiskey, sold more units than any other song. I mean, it's a great song. He's got a great voice. That national anthem he did at the Super Bowl a number of years ago was awesome with the guitar and all that. Oh, it was amazing. Incredible. So to wrap up this break, I've got a cover version of Tennessee whiskey. Is that right? Tell me if this moves the needle for you. This is rapper T-Pain, but he's doing an R&B version of Tennessee whiskey.

1:14:24

Wow. Strawberry pie. Strawberry pie. I didn't think it was strawberry pie. Yes, I said pie. Where are we at with the T-Pain version? That's amazing. I mean, the guy that sang by you and drank and I'm Sprung is a very underrated singer, apparently. Yeah, that was awesome. Kind of like had an old soul Motown almost feel, too, and I liked it. Are you really okay? Are you okay? Everything's going to be okay. Are you okay? Yeah, I'm fine. I'm pretty fucking far from okay. Are you okay with this? On the Hammer and Nigel. Oh, yeah! Steelers lost their playoff game last night at home against the Texans. That's a shame. Some of the fans were like they were just going after Aaron Rogers quarterback for the Steelers after the game. Probably was his last game. Here's some audio here of fans yelling at Aaron Rogers. See if he can tell what they were saying. Hey, man, I'll ask you if you're okay with this after this. Did he hear that?

1:15:56

Aaron, retire. Are you okay with the fans heckling? I mean, that was a home game. Yes. Aaron, retire. Are you okay with this? Yeah, fans paid their money. They weren't saying anything obscene. It wasn't out of the, you know, list of things you're not allowed to yell, you know, to violate the fan code of conduct. No, that's fine. And look, I know the Texans defense is really good. As Colt fans, we've seen this twice this year. Texans defense really good. But Aaron looks so old last night. He looked decrepit. Now, the Texans quarterback, C.J. Stroud was awful last night, too. He had a case of the butterfingers. Yeah. I mean, I turned the game off just getting the kids down and watching some different shows. Towards the end of the third quarter, it was like six to three, wasn't it? And then I got to text to me later saying you won your bet. And I'm like, no way. Yes. Because you had like 19 points, the Texans to score at least 19 points. And it was 6-3 going into the fourth quarter or something like that. It's crazy. Two defensive touchdowns helps. Yeah. But they also got another one in the end zone based off of a Steeler turnover. It was a bad kind of dud of a game last night. And now, as of today, the Steelers longtime coach, Mike Tomlin, resigned. Wow. So I don't know if that's a... you know, resign with air quotes on it or not. Voluntold to resign? Right. But, you know, we always heard whoever lost that game between the Steelers and Ravens was going to fire their coach. Ravens lost. They fired John Harball. And now the Steelers just lay a complete egg in that first game. And now Mike Tomlin's out. Yeah, I'm sure I'm sorry about the Steelers losing and the whole organization is now in disarray. No head coach, no quarterback. And I know there's a heavy contention of Steelers fans in this city, in this state, led by my doofous cousins, Corey Ann and Jason. But you said you feel bad for them, but... I don't really feel bad for them. Ha ha! Ha ha ha ha! And this is just for my cousins who wear their Steelers jerseys to church on NFL Sundays. Those, the annoying. I mean, could you imagine going to worship God and having to... Sit behind Steelers fans from doing it. I couldn't concentrate. One of the guys on our degenerates next door podcasts, Kenny, Kenny Brett of KB Sports, one of those people. He's every stereotype of a Steelers fan. Really? Every stereotype that you hate about a Steelers fan. He's all of them rolled up into one. But, um,

1:18:44

Again, I'm a cult fan, so I can't say anything. They beat the Colts this year. They made the playoffs. They've had three head coaches in their franchise history. We've had like, what, three in the last 10 years. Right, right. I know. And that's what I am sure Word is going to get back to my cousins that I call them Dufuses. And they're just going to respond to the exact way you did. Colts, that's all I need to say. And then I can't, you know, I just sink into a corner and cry myself asleep over the cult season. Yeah. And again, a conversation we had earlier, did Carly Ursay rush to say, we're bringing everybody back? Because if you just would have laid low for a little bit, you could have at least made a run at John Harbaugh or Mike Tomlin. Would you have rather had any one of those guys as opposed to Shane Steichen? I know I would. Now, there's probably no way in hell either one of these guys would come to Indianapolis. That's the thing. But at least make it run at it, throw some money at him. Sammy Hagar, the Red Rocker going out on tour with his best of all worlds band, Michael Anthony, bass player, formerly Van Halen, Joe Satriani, phenomenal guitar player, Kenny Arnoff, drums. The opener is going to be Rick Springfield Hammer. Are you okay with Sammy Hagar and Rick Springfield going out on tour for the summer? Heck yeah, man. The old dude's going to show you what time it is. That's a good show. And... I know Sammy's the headliner here with this all-star band, but people sleep on how many hits Rick Springfield has as the opener. Like everybody just assumes it's Jesse's girl and that's it. But Rick's got a bunch of songs, man. I've done everything for you. Don't talk to strangers. I mean, he's got one right after the other. He did a carb day a couple years ago and he did a great job out there. Man, I think, I think, uh, I've done anything for you. That was off his first album. I think Sammy Hagar wrote that. Get out of here. I think I'm pretty sure I'll have to look it up, but I think Hagar wrote that for Rick Springfield. Okay. I'm just saying. Both of those guys, I believe, have done a carb day in the past. Carb Day veterans. And I love Hagar. I love his story. I read his book, Red Rocker on the beach, like two days. His story, dirt poor, literally, I think living on dirt floors when he was a kid, playing every gig he could, got with Montrose, got with some other bands, and just traveled up and down the West Coast playing every gig, and now he's a monster. Probably a, you know, billionaire, not a billionaire, millionaire, hundreds of worth hundreds of millions of dollars after he sold Cabo Wabo is tequila. And he looks great, man. He's got to be in a 70s, and he looks great. He's not that much younger than Biden. And look at those guys side by side. Hagar still got it. Yes, I'm sorry, just real quick. Top 10 Springfield hit song, yeah, I've done everything for you. Well, like you mentioned, it was on Rick Springfield's first album, Working Class Dog, and Hagar wrote it. Now, I will say this about Rick Springfield. Horrible XM radio show. Like, he just mails it in for the paycheck when he's on, like, the 80s channel on Sirius XM. Like, he's just reading the liner cards. It's like Biden reading the prompter. Like, he just completely mails it in, man. It's awful. Just awful. Just, please, just play the songs. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart.

Your local Toyota dealer has great deals available today on Tacoma, Tundra, and Forerunner with the space and features for any adventure. It's Hammer here for my friends at Technology Recyclers. You can't just throw away your electronics. Some weirdo is going to hack your information, and then it's all out there on the dark web. This is where technology recyclers come in. They will make sure your data is destroyed. Tech-recyclers.com or call 1-800-237 to find out more about their free. business pickups, or local residential drop-offs. Technology recyclers, tell him Hammer and Nigel sent you. So this is where our careers are probably going to die, Nige. This segment right here. Everything we've worked for. Yes. Eight years of having number one ratings being named Best in America. We're about to flush it down the toilet because somebody wants to come on our air and we have no idea what he's going to say. But what he can do? All right. So you play collar roulette. That's it. That's it. So the way this works, if you're on hold, just be brief and keep it clean. That's all we're asking. But other than that, you can talk about whatever you want. This is the segment during the week where we open up the phones to you guys. So with that being said, let's light this candle. Marcus is up first. Marcus, what you got? Hey guys, I just wanted to comment on that ice shooting. And I wanted to bring it upon your show because no one else in any kind of media has brought it up. But when that officer got hit, he's actually not putting full pressure on his right leg. If you look at it in the video, you can see that he's standing on his tippy toes. Okay, and that means what to you? To me, it looks like he actually got hit, but he, you know, as a guy, most guys, you guys and me and anybody else, you just walk it off. So I believe he really did get hit. Okay. I see what you're saying. Okay. Yeah. Listen, it's funny how people can look at the video, right? Like, I look at the video and I've seen all of the angles, right? We've watched all the news coverage. We've seen all the angles. I see an ICE officer that's in front of the vehicle who fears for his life because some lunatics is about to use her car as a weapon. Oh, but a hammer. Ilhan Omar said the officer shouldn't have been standing in front of the vehicle. And Jake Tapper said it never happened. So it's wild how that same piece of video can change depending on who's watching it. All right. Let's go now to Mem, I believe, is the name. I apologize if we butcher this. Mem, go ahead. Jim. Jim. Okay. Sorry. Sorry. Go ahead, Jim.

1:25:04

Hey, I moved here from Virginia like three years ago, and so far my gas tax has been raised, my property tax has been raised, and now our Governor Braun would love to make I-70 a toll road. He's already requested that from the federal government, and somebody needs to stop this guy from, I mean, we've got a Republican House and Senate that's doing nothing either, so. You're right. Are you shocked by then? Yeah. Like, it's not just Governor Braun here, if you're angry at him. Take a look at what's gone on the last 10 years here in Indiana. And when you have a super majority, this tends to happen. Those folks get real lazy. Rod Bray, the Senate pro tem. He's the head of the snake, right? He's the one that's like, well, what are you going to do? Elect the Democrat? So he and his cronies. are just doing everything they want to screw you the taxpayer because they know they've got an R next to their name. And to his credit, say what you want about them. Rob Kendall talks about this all the time. Not saying I'm rooting for them, but you need a competitive Democrat party in Indiana to hold some of these guys accountable. Like, I don't need the MAGA hats. I need to... Make Republicans Conservative again, hat. That would be a big deal here in Indiana. Shane is up next. Let's go to Shane. What's up, Shane? Shane, you got me? I'm not Shane. I'm not Shane. Oh, who are you? I'm Jason. What's up? Jason, rock and roll. What you got? So, uh, can you name me one country that's ran by Muslims that isn't true to up or trashed? Just one. Sweden. I mean, I'm just joking. Just joking. I see what you're going for. And we have them in our, and now we're, you know, good old Barack Obama placed them into our government. And everybody wonders why we're having so many problems. All right. Thank you. Jason, there we go. All right. So, Allison, who do we got next here? You got the controls here. I think we're a little bit off line. What do we got? Yeah, we got a Josh here. Josh. What's up, Josh? Go ahead, my friend. Howdy? I got a question for Nigel and then kind of just a statement for her hammer. So I'm about to show my age, but I've been one to ask this for a long time. Was it you on X103 that did the 3 at 3? No, that was Adam Rich. And then for Hammer, go flashes, Dumbo. I see what you did there. What is it? Go Flashes Dumbo. Going back to my story of playing high school basketball at Franklin Central, representing the rival Beach Grove jersey at the free throw line. I was a much younger, thinner man, so my ears stood out a little bit bigger, and I got the Dumbo chant from the student section.

1:28:14

man that didn't leave any post-traumatic syndrome for you oh no that was like reggie in the garden that's awful man i rarely do i feel bad for you in any way shape or form but i hear that story of a young jason hammer at the free throw line and kids yelling that i'm sure your i'm sure your family was there my dad thought it was funny They were really giving it to you, weren't they dumb bone? Thanks, Mom and Dad. I got it from you guys. Appreciate that. Oh, wow. Okay, I stand corrected then. Let's move on. Who do we have? We have Darcy. Darcy. Darcy. Go ahead, Darcy. Darcy. It's been a really long day, and I'm listening, and I just heard the news that Mike Tomlin is no longer with the Steelers, and I'm married to that. Jackass Steelers fan that is on your podcast. And I just need you all to pray for me because as I'm driving home, I'm like, Osh. Oh, oh, oh. All right. Well, thank you, Darcy. Appreciate that. Again, Kenny from the Degenerates Next Store podcast, every stereotype of a Steelers fan rolled up into one doughy human. Yeah. Rolled right up in there. Are we done? Allison? Okay. All right. I think, uh, I think we probably need to take a break here so she can refresh the dump button over here. Thank you, Darcy. Interesting round of calls. You guys brought it. Good job. This is the Hammer and Nigel show. So remember when Don Lemon, or as Tucker Carlson would call him, Don Lamon, was dubbed the dumbest man on television by the current president of the United States? How could I forget? Well, he's not on television anymore. He got fired from his horrible show on CNN. He was too bad for CNN. Let that sink in. Those dirt bags that have been in third place forever, Don Lamont wasn't good enough for them. So they let him go. So now, like everybody else, he's doing a podcast. Just like Keith Oberman, just like all these other folks that have been let go, he's doing a podcast in his basement. And just like every other podcast, he's mad at ICE and he's mad at Donald Trump. How original. That's what you voted for, Maga? You fucking idiots. Is this what you voted for? Why would you even want this job? Is your ego and your penis? Are they that small that you feel that you have to harass people in order to feel like a man or to feel strong? Is this what you voted for? Is this what you voted for? Maybe it is. And if you did, then you're a cruel, heartless bastard. Clearly, what this administration is trying to get you to do is unlawful. It is inhumane. It is...

1:31:04

Unpatriotic. And it is un-American. You ice goons and federal agents who are out there, you are common terrorists. He's so dainty. It's funny when he's mad. Like, is anybody like scared that he's dropping the F bomb or he's name calling? Do you feel bad about voting for Donald Trump because Don Laman said you're a cold-hearted bastard? I'm going to tweet at Don Laman. I voted for him three times. I was clamoring for any content whatsoever from Don Lemon. Nobody was watching his show on CNN. Do you think they're going to listen to his podcast? I mean, this show is only an hour. Right. And that was, I mean, the rug was pulled out from underneath his feet there for good reason. Now who's going to want to listen to him drone on? And a podcast. Who is looking for that? The same people who let CNN Plus fail miserably are not looking for his content. I forget about CNN Plus. What a disaster that was. Oh, wow. I mean, that didn't last two weeks, did it? I mean, they had like Rex Chapman doing some sort of content on there, the former Kentucky basketball player who's woke on Twitter. forgot about that guy i'm a snotty mess over here by the way that i've been sneezing and there is like stuff coming out of my nose right now it's a mess over here you know look hopefully i'm immune i got sick over the holidays but it wasn't that that's i mean i wish i would have had your sick because you lost like 10 pounds when you got sick yeah yeah man and uh It's not coming off. I'm still going. Premier weight loss plus sickness equals weight loss. I don't like the fact that you're not fat anymore. It takes away a lot of ammo for when I yell at you in the hallway. Dude, I was going back on Facebook, they do memories. And they, you know, show previous posts from previous years. And on this date back in 20... 19, 2020. You and I were out on the deck overlooking Monument Circle, drinking a beer, talking about beer sample Friday when it was pouring down snow. And it just, we were both in our t-shirts when I was freezing my ass off, but I was pleasantly plump. Ooh. I mean, you could tell. I can just tell by look at, sometimes you can't tell by, you know, when you look at your own picture. You have to let other people, but boy, boy, oh boy. Did you have the man boobs going on? I mean, just at the beer belly. Did you see the man boobs on the Miami football coach? Was that real? I saw the meme. I saw the picture of it going around on social media. But I thought somebody actually enhanced his man boobs. He needs the bro. He needs the man's ear? The man's ear, the bro from Seinfeld.

1:33:53

I mean, those babies are, that's a big rack on a man. And he's like kind of fat, but kind of strong at the same time. You don't know if he's fat or strong. Maybe it's a combination of both, but boy, he's squat heavy. is what they call it. He's country strong. That rack, though, is very Sydney-Sweeney-like from the Miami Hurricanes coach. Maybe we'll have AI Signetti on this week to address that and make that happen. We're going to get you down to Miami for that IU game or what? Man, we're trying. We're trying. Like other folks get to go, but the station airing the game, we're trying here. Our sales team. They're busting butts. They're busting butts up there. Our engineers are working with me. So maybe it's a maybe. I think we'll find out by tomorrow night whether or not this is going to happen or not. But I got my fingers crossed. So these are the pop culture moments that turn 20 years old this year. Okay? It's now 2026. So go back to 2006. These are the pop culture moments that turn 20. See if this makes you feel old. The movie's Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Dead Man's Chest were big in theaters. Whoa. Cars, 20 years old? Is that what you said? Yes. Dude, Chris Hammer, when he was a kid, watched Cars all day and all night. Went to Halloween one year as Lightning McQueen. Holds up. My kids did too. Oh, man. I never got into the Johnny Depp Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Never got into those. First one was good. Music, the biggest songs included Sexy Back, Hips Don't Lie, and Crazy by Narls Barkley. Now, Narls Barkley's Crazy was one of those crossover songs. I'm willing to bet you probably played it on X. I played it on ZPL and everybody hated it equal. I was at radio now. I was a radio now 93-1 by then. But yeah, oh, yeah, we played all those songs. And, oh, this was a bummer. We lost Pluto as a planet. I always feel bad for Pluto. It got cut. Like it got cut from the planet lineup. That stinks. The Nintendo Wii was released 20 years ago. Were you ever a Wii player? Nah. Kids ever get into it? Nah. Never had one. Twitter debuted March 21st. You're kidding. Of 206. And lastly... We lost a crocodile hunter. Steve Irwin killed by a stingray. It was awful. All things that happened 20 years ago feel like it was really just yesterday. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart.
