Do you believe these characters are weird of us. So let's rock it. My name is Nigel, Jason Hammer, right over there, a wild night, a wild 24 hours in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance. Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Savannah Guthrie, longtime journalist and anchor over at NBC News. I guess we could start with yesterday around this time, this segment. The video had just been released of a guy at Nancy Guthrie's. front door fumbling with the security camera yet. He was head to toe in masks and backpacks and jogging suits and and thick gloves and actually a person of interest. was detained recently here in this case, Hammer, subsequently released. I was going to say it was a person of interest and they released him within a couple of hours because it was clearly not the guy on the video. Like, I'm no Magnum P.I. But that guy on the video is kind of a bigger, stockier guy with a thick kind of partial mustache. You can see that on the pictures, the stills that have came from the security video. The guy they picked up was like a small truck driving guy. And they released him within a couple of hours. I'm going to play you some audio of this guy. I kind of believe him. Like a lot of times when somebody is a person of interest or detained, you wonder, maybe they are, maybe they're not. I don't think this guy had anything to do with it. He was a delivery driver for some service. Take a listen to what he told the press.

3:09

You were apprehended for questioning. How would you describe what happened to you? Terrifying. Something I didn't do for something. I was being like I felt like I was going to be kidnapped, bro. They didn't tell me anything at the beginning. An investigators showed up to this house, or were you the one who was pulled over in the traffic stop? I was the only one that pulled over at the traffic stop. Where was that? Right here on a, uh, by a truascul. Okay, and you were taken into custody at that point? Yeah. And you were... I was being detained. Detained, okay. I was detained, okay. I was detained, okay. Where were they told me? Where were they holding you? Back of the car. Back of the car. And then they moved me into a Pima County sheriff. Were you being questioned in the car? At the morana car, I was being questioned, but they only asked me for my first name, my last name, my date of birth, and my soul shoe. Okay. What were they asking you about? I'm my whereabouts. Okay. Where'd I work? Where was I and all that, but... Are you ever up in Tucson? Yeah, I work in Tucson. What do you do? GLS, deliver packages. Okay, do you think you might deliver a package to Nancy Guthr's house? I don't know. Might have been a possibility, I don't know. Yeah, do you ever deliver, like, Amazon packages or anything? Well, it's kind of the same thing. Yeah. So this poor guy, he's just a delivery driver. And if you look at his body language and the fact that he's cooperating and speaking and the authorities have no further questions for this guy, that ain't the dude. Somebody turned him in or somebody suggested him because they thought he recognized his eyes. from the guy in the ski mask. You can't see, I can't see anything. There was nothing that would, unless it's the guy's physical movements in the ski mask and the gloves, right? I mean, this dude that got detained. I mean, you could see the physical large eyebrows and the fact that the dude has a mustache. You could see that. But I didn't see those characteristics on this guy. And clearly the guy in the video is larger and more stocky. This is like a smaller guy. Let me ask you this. You know you didn't do anything wrong? Are you sitting there? Like this happened to you. The police got a hold of Jason Hammer and said, step down back here, you're being detained. I'm like, are you being, knowing you didn't do anything wrong, wanting to help the police, being a good neighbor to somebody that's been kidnapped? I don't even think this guy knew who Nancy Guthrie was. Never heard the name, by the way. Are you cooperating with the police? Or are you kind of like annoyed and belligerent and being like, hey, dude? What are you talking about? You're not detaining crap. First thing I do is I call Guy Relford. I call my attorney, whoever your attorney may be. You let them know, and guys talked about this when he's joined us. As a criminal defense attorney, you simply make it clear. I'm willing to cooperate with you, but I want my counsel to be here with me. And that's it. I think if you start acting like a horse's ass, how dare you take me back here? Yeah, it's true. Then that's kind of a red flag, I think.

6:01

Like, I would think this guy's a little, you know, off the deep end. What's he trying to hide? But if you're cooperating or you say, I'm willing to cooperate, but I just want my lawyer here with me, I think that looks better on your behalf. And what are the rules regarding, quote, unquote, detaining a citizen that you have a charge for the crime? Like, I'd like to know that. Did he have to sit there and be detained? Did he have to sit there and answer questions? I believe you do have to answer. their questions, or at least be willing to sit there until your attorney comes or you answer. But this was a guy that clearly had nothing to hide because the situation was over in a couple of hours. Now, today, the investigators are at Annie Guthrie's house looking around. That is the sister of Savannah Guthrie. TMZ says they received another letter to their office. I think this is the third one now stating that... They know who the kidnapper is. And if you give them one Bitcoin, which I believe is the equivalent to what the reward is for Nancy, they will tell you who the kidnappers are. Is that the way it works? This is all sounding too fishy. The whole thing is fishy at this point. One Bitcoin and I will reveal the identity of the kidnapper. What? Okay, here you go. Tell me who it is. The FBI, they have more. doorbell cam video they have not released to the public. So it feels like, again, I'm speculating here, but they've probably had that video maybe for a couple of days before they rolled it out. And they probably asked the family, does this look familiar to you? Is this the brother-in-law? Is this somebody that Annie knows? I wonder how much of what we're seeing play out in public is some sort of misdirection by law enforcement. It could be. By the way, one Bitcoin equals right now $67,000. Okay. So I think $50,000 is the reward for Nancy, I believe. So it's around the same. But the one thing that we have not heard with all of these updates and letters and searches. No sign of Nancy at this point. And ultimately, that's what this whole thing is about. Is Nancy okay? Is she still alive? We've not heard anything yet. And the police do not have any press conferences scheduled, at least as of right now. for the rest of the day today. Earlier today, I saw a breaking news thing pop up when I was at home nudge. The El Paso Airport shut down. The FAA said for 10 days, no air traffic around El Paso. We can't tell you why.

8:50

Not just air traffic. You're talking like commercial planes, private planes, but any cargo, any supplies coming in, any sort of air traffic, you're not supposed to fly below 18,000 feet, whatever radius they had. It was very, very bizarre, and we haven't seen anything like that. Since 9-11, a complete shutdown of airspace and an airport like that. And then just a couple hours later, if that, it was opened back up. And we found out that Mexican drug cartel drones were getting squirly flying into the airspace of the El Paso airport to which the United States had to scramble and either blow them the hell up or get them out of there. They took care of them. But that's the official story. Whether or not you believe it or not. You know what I mean? Right. This is ripe for a tinfoil hat. As somebody who's getting ready to fly this weekend, I'm jumping on a bird, the last thing I want to hear is, oh, by the way, there's a pretty big airport that you can't have any sort of action in, and we can't tell you why. But other than that, have a safe trip. God bless you. They did, but they have fun. Don't ask any questions, but have a good time. What is it? 6 a.m. wheels up this week on Saturday. Early flight, 6 a.m. to Daytona on Saturday. Yeah, I have a feeling those, from what I've read, a lot of cartel drones fly all over the place, border and back, but this is something, yeah. saw this and I was like, whoa, game on. Is this some sort of declaration of what? Like all these hyperbolic crazy things entered my anxious head. And, you know, as soon as this was posted on social media, it turns out that they canceled the... the ban on air traffic, and it was lifted almost immediately. Mexican cartel drones don't want the smoke of Pete Hegseth at the trigger. No. They don't want that. No. And for what I understand, that route, that corridor there where all this was taking place is heavily trafficked and used by cartels. I don't think they'd want to disrupt anything that they have going on there with a couple of knuckleheads flying. cartel drones aggressively over the border. So something else. Again, this whole segment, it's like we're scratching our heads like, okay, we know the official word on what's happening, but what's really happening? Do you buy it? That's the question. Real quick, I've got two reasons for you to drink tonight. Okay. Number one. Number one, raise one up. Maybe even pour a little out for actor James Vanderbeak. Dawson from Dawson's Creek. Jonathan Moxon star quarterback for the West Canaan Coyotes and Varsity Blues, among other things, losing his battle with cancer today. Horrible story. This colon cancer, basically. And, I mean, this coming on the heels of another 47, 48 years old.

12:03

Dude, Brad Arnold, the lead singer for rock band Three Doors Down, dying of, I believe, lung cancer. Or he had some sort of cancer to spread to his lungs. Either way, both guys cut down in their prime of life. It just really makes you think. I mean, I'm about turned 50. Go get everything checked, man. Everything tested. Exactly. Even if you think you're fine, go get a heart screen. Go get a cancer screening. The colon cancer thing is like, you know, it used to be or like even prostate, checking your prostate. Colon, you've got to go get the thing done before, right? Clean. You could eat dinner out of that thing. I've had it twice now. Go get that taken care of. Get your prostate taken care of. It's no longer the finger up the butt. No more Moon River. It's just a whole fist duck. It's just a blood test. Another reason to drink tonight. Happy 73rd birthday to Jeb Bush. Yeah. Jeb Bush. Your reaction to Jeb Bush was worse than that of talking about cancer just a moment ago. 73 Jeb Bush, great moments in Jeb Bush history when he tried to act like a tough guy to Donald Trump in a debate. This is a tough business to run for president. Oh, I know. You're a tough guy, Jab. And it's, and we need to have a leader that is pretty much. You're never going to be President of the United States by insulting your way to the presidency. Let's see, I'm at 42 and you're at three. So so far I'm doing better. Doesn't matter. So far I'm doing better. Real tough guy, Jab. Oh, boy. And how wrong. Could Jeb Bush have been? He couldn't be more wrong. Oh, yeah, you've got to get the presidency by insulting your way to the top. Well, maybe. That didn't really age too well, Jeb. And if you thought that was an embarrassing moment for Jeb on the campaign trail, when he was speaking to some small room, it wasn't even like a rally. It was like a small... room, like a classroom almost. And he's trying to fire up these people for his campaign, and he has to beg them to clap. I think the next president needs to be a lot quieter, but send a signal that we're prepared to act in the national security interests of this country to get back in the business of creating a more peaceful world. Please clap. Just a defeated. You can hear the sigh and the emotion. Please clap. Please clap. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. Your local Toyota dealer has great deals available today on Tacoma, Tundra, and Forerunner with the space and features for any adventure. It means driving for less with available hybrid options delivering great MPGs without sacrificing power. And it means trading for more.

Toyota is known for building long-lasting vehicles, meaning your truck will hold its value for years to come. Shop Toyota.com to find out more. Toyota, let's go places. You're listening to The Hammer and Nigel show. Oh, boy, where do we start? You know, this AI post you made of me and Joy Reed. I actually look really good. I kind of like the clothing you gave me. Maybe you can more accurately describe what I'm talking about, your hammer. Well, the last couple of AI productions I've made, we've... ripped on Allison. And I thought, you know what? It's time to get back to our roots. So I made a very special Valentine's Day collage of Nigel making out with Joy Reed, fired MSNBC host, radical race baiting leftist. And it looks like you'd. Kids are really in love, Nige. It does. You know, and I love my leather jacket that you've got me wearing in one of these. You like that? It makes me want to go to Wilson's leather in Lafayette Square Mall and pick out a new jacket. So if you want to see the photo collage that we put together of Nige. And Joy Reed getting very cozy for Valentine's Day. It's amazing. Go to The Hammer and Nigel show, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. It's at all three. Take a look, like it, share it. And that's what love looks like. Hey, real quick. Really? Congratulations to our pal, Tony Katz. He was named Best Morning Show by Amy Coney Barrett Media. Saw that, number one. Yes. For the mid-market category, which is what Indianapolis falls into. Good for him. I think we're radio market number 39 in the country, I believe. But this radio station, WIBC, one of the top news talkers in America. And Tony was named number one. Did we get? Um, isn't this the same thing? We got number one in a year or two ago? Yes. A couple years ago. Yes. Right. Correct. Okay. So, well, is our category out yet? I think later in the week, I believe. So, again, Tony, I think it's back to back years. He was number one. Way to go, buddy. Hey, congratulations. Uh, tickets on sale one for Tony Katz event coming up on the 28th. Yep. Um. And then my comedy show, March 7th, that I'm doing with our former midday guy. Not Mike Pence. Not Mike Pence. Again, we explained yesterday why we have to talk about it that way. So you folks in the chat and the people jumping on Facebook and that person's dad, please understand that there's a reason why we have to call it that. But yeah, it's going to be a great show, a very harsh.

17:58

off the rails, I believe, is coming. And my stand-up set, which is always going to be a lot of fun. And then we'll go up there together and I'll make fun of the little man. So get your tickets now, March 7th, 7 p.m. Mad Hatter Event Center. As of yesterday, there were only 49 tickets left. I don't have a total today, but this bad boy will sell out to get your tickets as quickly as possible. All right. When we come back, we got a good old-fashioned mass overdosing taking place here in downtown Indy. Pam Bondi was spitting fire today. Saw that. That was amazing. And Tony Kennett will join us a little bit later on. We are locked and loaded. Thank you for tuning in. We are The Hammer and Nigel show. You're listening to The Hammer and Nitel show. Oh, boy, another one of those mass overdose situations downtown at the Julia Carson Transit Center there, Washington and Alabama Street, Hammer. Not the first time we've seen something like this downtown, but it's always a little bit of nerving. I mean, it's not a nerving if you don't take illicit drugs. Right. Six hospitalized three. I had no problem with what was going on because I wasn't sharing illicit drugs. But for those who do, yeah, it could be a little unnerving. You're right. Six hospitalized, three critical condition. They were all adults. Thank God no kids were involved. Again, a mass overdose in downtown Indy. We saw this, I feel like, over the summer last year. Yes. At one point. It was some sort of magical dust that these lunatics were sharing. This, I don't know what the substance of choice was, but it happened around 10 a.m. at the Julia Carson Transit Center. Now, that's what, East Washington and Alabama. So I assume that... Since his family's name is on this, Representative Andre Carson is going to do everything in his power to make sure that drugs are removed, addicts are off the streets, and Indies a better place, right? Oh, that's right. He's too busy fighting about how it's racist to have ID and we have to impeach Trump. Okay. Throw ice in there as well. Oh, that's right. We want to get ice. We want to arrest ice, actually, some of our lawmakers and prosecutors. Drug addicts are fine. Yeah. They can keep on just injecting the blue hell out of themselves. But it's those no good rotten ice. Law enforcement members. And by the way, Hammer, you're going to pay for their little trip to Escanazi. It's going to be on the taxpayers. Wonderful. Wonderful. Again, this city is making some strides when it comes to public safety. Violent crime numbers. Not great. Still higher than Chicago per capita, but down compared to the record level years, which I guess is a...

20:54

Moral victory. But this kind of stuff here, man, this is just what makes the city look bad. Mass ODs. You're always going to have a random crackhead. You're always going to have a random drug addict shooting up somewhere at a red line bus station or a back alley. That's part of living in a big city. But these mass events, mass overdoses, come on, man. This is something you would... At one point, make fun of, and now we are the city that has that happened. Mass shootings under the Arts Garden on Illinois. On holidays. Yeah. You may have heard this in the news earlier, the Attorney General Pam Bondi, appearing at a hearing in Washington, D.C. today. This was supposed to be about the Epstein case, but all of the... Trump hating representatives just wanted to roast Trump for everything at this. Everything the man's ever done, they wanted to roast and blame Pam Bondi for it. Now, Pam Bondi did at one point address the victims of what took place down at Epstein's Island, and this was how she made. I think those victims feel respected in that room. I want to take a moment to acknowledge the Epstein survivors who are here today. I'm a career prosecutor, and despite what the ranking member said, I have spent my entire career fighting for victims, and I will continue to do so. I am deeply sorry for what any victim has been through, especially as a result of that monster. If you have any information to share with law enforcement about anyone who has hurt you or abused you, the FBI is waiting to hear from you. In 2025, the FBI arrested over 1,700 child predators, a 10% increase from 2024. We also located 2,700 victims of child exploitation and shut down 3.8 million dark web pedophile accounts. Boy, that worries me that she said it was an increase in the number of arrests. Now, I'm glad they got those guys off the streets and offline. Okay, the record number, what's the real number then of the people that you didn't able, that you weren't able to catch? Right. That's what worries me. And this whole thing today, like most hearings in Washington, became very political, tribal lines. Evil man, Trump, Orange Man Bad, or, hey, Donald Trump's doing more than Joe Biden ever did. It got very tribal.

23:57

But I do feel like Pam Bondi went out of her way to try to show respect for the victims in that courtroom. Even if those victims are anti-Trump, she wanted to let them know, listen, what happened to you is unacceptable. This Department of Justice, this administration, we're doing. as much as we can to try to bring these people to justice, and then she rattles off those statistics. She could have easily just been like, this is a witch, hon. All the Democrats care about is this. They don't care about that. But I do like she addressed the victims in the courtroom. I thought that was cool. Sure. And then old Nads, Jerry Nadler. Oh, man. For those who don't know who he is, he's the representative from New York. He's old. He may wear a diaper and it looks like the penguin. So he gets a little lippy with Pam Bondi. And these two start playing the feud. I love it. The president saying they indicted me twice. They sure did. They tried to impeach him twice. And you, Mr. Nadler, were one of the leads on the impeachment. I was on the other side. I lived that with you. During impeachment, you said the president conspired sought foreign interference in the 2016 election. Robert Mueller found no evidence, none of foreign interference in 2016. Have you apologized to President Trump? Have you apologized? to President Trump, all of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump. You all should be apologizing. You sit here and you attack the president and I am not going to have it. I'm not going to put up with it. You know, all they want to do, all the American people need to know this. They are talking about Epstein today. This has been around since the Obama administration. This administration released over 3 million. pages of documents over three million and Donald Trump signed that law to release all of those documents. He is the most transparent president in the nation's history. Yeah, but Pam, the Democrats really don't want anything to do with these documents now that they don't implicate Donald Trump in anything. In fact, they do quite the opposite. But yet all of the wine moms in Carmel. are still going to go on to Facebook and say, Trump did this in the Epstein files. Donald Trump was doing this to girls. All the stuff that's been debunked by law enforcement, even law enforcement that hates Donald Trump, James Comey's daughter. Doesn't stop them. They've already got the talking points. It's already been beaten to their head. Donald Trump was down there. He was naked all the time. He was walking around with underage girls. They're never going to change the narrative, even if it's been debunked. Let's pick this conversation up a little bit more. Okay. Here's more Pam Bondi with old nads. And then, like the Royal Rumble, you hear Jamie Raskin, the representative, come in. It's his time to fight.

27:02

I find it. How many have you indicted? Excuse me. I'm going to answer the question. I'm going to answer the question the way I want to answer the question. You're going to answer the question. Chairman Jim Jordan, I'm not going to get in the gutter with these people, but I'm going to answer the question. How many have you indicted? Again, the time belongs. Reclaiming my time. The time belong. I think it's very interesting. I think it's very interesting. And you can reclaim your time. The president said they indicted him twice. Mr. Chairman, please, stop the clock. Oh, okay. Here we go with these theatres. What is going on? We'll give you a few more seconds. We will do that. But when you ask a question, the witness gets the answer. You may not like the answer, but she gets to answer. You can let her filibuster all day long, but not on our watch. Not on our time. No way. And I told you about that, Attorney General, before you started. You don't tell me anything. I did tell you because we saw what you did in the Senate. You're not even a lawyer. You're a loser, you're not even a good lawyer. Oh, wow. Pam Bondi off the top rope today. Say what you want about the job she's done as Attorney General under Trump. But that was, she wasn't going to sit there and take crap from anybody, much less the likes of Nadler and Jamie Raskin. Right. You're not going to tell me anything, pal. Nadler and Jamie Raskin are like the bad tag team that's already in the ring at a WWE event when the champions are getting ready to come in and just beat the hell out of them. Already in the ring, the team of. Old Nads and Jamie Raskin. And then here come the Uso's to come down and beat the crap out of them. It's The Hammer and Nigel show. What is Toyota affordability? We made some AI photos of Nige and Joy Reed earlier. I saw that, yes. A little Valentine's Day treat, if you'd like to see those, they're at our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. There's a new... Smart underpants that's available, Nige. I'm sorry. New smart underwear is now available to keep you healthy by tracking gut health. through your farts. That's a real thing? This is a real thing. Smart underwear. Gut health. And when you pass gas, it's able to track, I guess, the texture maybe, I don't know, and it's able to give you a report on your gut health. The texture. The content of your beafer will determine your gut health. So, we're going to try a pair on right now from Hammer and Nigel products.

30:06

Hello, this is your smart fart underwear. Activated for analysis. Heart detected. Rating. 6.2. Food identified. This includes yesterday's burrito, two beers, and a bold decision involving dairy. Most likely ice cream. Warning. Sulfur identified. Possible combination of garlic, red meat, and cabbage. Silent but deadly. Zero points, but you're killing me here. Here's my recommendation. Stay hydrated and manage stress levels for optimal digestive wellness. And lay off the beans. Good Lord. I will never lay off the beans, lady. Mike Pence used to do a midday show here at one point. Ah, the good old days. And now we're talking about smart fart underwear. Smart fart underwear. Nige was on this date 20 years ago. Dick Cheney shot a guy in the face. Is that right today? 2006. And then the guy apologized to Cheney. He did. Is that the most? power move of all time. Dick Cheney goes out hunting with his buddy, shoots him in the face. And the guy that got shot in the face apologized to Dick Cheney. I'm sorry. You guys had to go through this. I'm so, I feel so bad. Meanwhile, the guy's like bleeding badly from the face. Right. From the skeet or whatever it's used, whatever they were hunting with. I'm sorry, you shoot me in the face. I'm not apologizing to you. Family guy made fun of this once. I'll tell you what's not safe. Going hunting with Dick Cheney. So, you all set to go hunting? Sorry, I thought you were a deer. I think that's how it played out. Shot him multiple times. In the face. I mean, like you said, the ultimate power move. Shoot somebody in the face. They apologize to you. 36 years ago on this date, I think started the downfall of Mike Tyson's career. He lost the Buster Douglas. Oh, yeah. So Buster Douglas was a 42 to 1 underdog and beat Mike Tyson, knocked him out. It was after his longtime trainer, Custamato had died, and Tyson was in a free fall with a bunch of people wanting his money around him. And it wasn't a smart guy to begin with, didn't train well. Excuse me. And then Buster Douglas knocks him out, and Tyson's career was never the same. Was that before or after Greg Garrison sent him to the river? Another one of our former midday guys. Great Garrison sent him to prison. He was the prosecutor in that. He was all over national news, remember? Like CBS News and all that kind of stuff. We haven't talked to Greg in a while. I hope he's doing well. Yeah, man.

33:00

One of our mentors, for sure. Yeah, and he was always cool to us. Like, you wouldn't think a dude like that would like us, but he was super supportive to us from the day we started here. He came on with us a few times. Hope he's doing okay. Hope he's doing all right, man. Hammer and Nigel. Do you believe these characters are weirdos. So let's rock. You know, Hammer, there's a certain segment of people in politics. The talking heads, the anti-Trumpers, never Trumpers. Like when the stock market does well, they say, well, you know, stock market doesn't really matter to average Joe's six-pack. It's just a bunch of guys on Wall Street getting rich. And I'm like, well, that's not exactly true because while we have some money with Bill Demery or retirement guy, I also have accounts that depend on the stock market. Okay, so when I see the stock market hits all-time highs above 50,000 when the Dowel closed a few days ago, I like that. I understand I'm not the wolf of Wall Street, okay? But at the same time, don't try to make it sound like the average everyday middle class American doesn't care about Wall Street. No, that's a big deal. And this is Trump's economy now, full-fledged Trump's economy. And so not only did we have, you know, the Dow closing at about 50,000. highest all time, but the jobs report just came back and it's looking good as well. Now look, a lot of people can... cherry pick information on the jobs reports. We used to see this a lot with the Biden administration. They would tell you about all these jobs they were creating, but they didn't want to tell you where, because it was government. Government jobs were huge under Biden. Well, as you said earlier, Joe Sixpack was getting screwed. And the real wages, which is your salary compared to inflation, was going the wrong direction. That's what you want to look at. And revisions. are always key. Nobody had more revisions than the Biden presidency. But this jobs report that came out today from President Trump, it's a good one. It's real good. CNBC fired up to announce that President Trump doubled the expected job numbers. On farm payrolls for January coming in twice expectations had 130,130K. Twice. That would be the juiciest going back to April of last year when it was 158.

35:39

Ju-J-J-J-J-J-J-J-Y-Y. That's awesome. That is awesome. And again, it's all about the way you look at the numbers. Real wages continue to go up. Private payrolls. And this is key. Private payrolls going up. 172,000 is the number. Here's Fox Business. Private payrolls, 172,000. I had to do a double take, 172,000 private jobs. Guys, that's 100,000 above the estimate. We were looking for 70,000. The average work week, 34.3 hours. Let me get into the report here and give you a sense of what the government is saying about where the jobs are. We've seen health care. We've seen retail. But basically, where is this? Let's see here. Healthcare, social assistance, construction. Those were where they saw the buildup in jobs. And not only that, you mentioned under Biden's regime like the job growth was federally. the government, and that's the complete opposite happening now. Right. Federal government employment declined by 34,000 jobs. Construction added 33,000 jobs in January. So this kind of signals that businesses are expanding. Businesses are growing. Government's getting smaller. Right. So Trump, if you think about it, was kind of handed this economy where... Private sector jobs were going the wrong direction, and government payrolls were redamdiculous. And he's flipped the script. It's taken a little bit over a year, but he's completely flipped the script. And you know what? The thing is, I realize when you just, you hit the nail on the head, it's only been a year. We've got three more years left. What could be accomplished in the next couple of years under Donald Trump? What's going to suck is if there's another government shutdown and it takes a little while. And then the midterms as well. Right. Government shutdown is poison to a good economy. But Donald Trump is going to pull out all the stops. He doesn't have to worry. I guess his name is technically on the ballot for the midterms. But what I'm saying is he is going to pull out. For lack of a better term, all the stops, like a cliche, you know, who are you, Joe Hollywood? I'm going to pull out all the stops, but he doesn't care. He's going to do it the way he wants to do it, and so far it's worked. And joining us now on the hotline to talk about this very successful jobs report that came out. Ladies and gentlemen, AI President Trump. Oh. Uh-oh. Look what Daddy did. Hammer and Nigel. Did you see that jobs report? Holy crap. That last time I saw something that big. It was when I saw J.B. Pritzker in line at Old Country Buffet. Hat tip to my economic team led by the captain of Nigel's gay stud team, Scott Bessent. Yes. What a way to start Valentine's Day weekend. Hey, speaking of Valentine's, how is Allison doing? Tell her that if she is free this.

38:56

weekend, maybe we can have some McDonald's and some sex. Allison, think about it. Once you go orange, you don't go back. Yep, I got to run. I think Pete Hegseth just hopped in a jet and is fighting Mexican cartel drones in El Paso like he's Tom Cruise and Top Gun. Have a great weekend, boys. A, I, Trump, out. There he is. How about that proposition, Allison? He really knows a way to a woman's heart. McDonald's. Some McDonald's. Some sex? Some sex. Once you go orange, you don't go back. A.I. President Trump. Oh, man, that was fantastic. Exclusively on The Hammer and Nigel show. Third. Quote unquote, letter, email sent to TMZ about the Nancy Guthrie situation. This has been a wild 24 hours. More than 4,000 tips have come in in the last 24 hours based off that video of some goon in a ski mask and gloves fumbling to cover up the ring doorbell camera. They had a person of interest. They detained somebody. Turns out it was not the right dude. He was like, yeah, they thought they recognized my eyebrows. Some delivery driver had no idea what they were looking for, had no idea about the story. But earlier today, the head of TMZ, Harvey Levin jumped on Fox News and talked about the latest email they received. We got kind of a bizarre letter. an email from somebody who says they know who the kidnapper is and that they have tried reaching Savannah's sister Annie and Savannah's brother to no avail and they said they want One Bitcoin sent to a Bitcoin address that we have confirmed is active. It's a real Bitcoin address. And as they put it, time is more than relevant. So we have no idea. whether this is real or not, but they are making a demand. It's interesting that, you know, Bitcoin's fluctuate in value, but it's around $56,000 now, one Bitcoin, which is about the amount that the authorities are offering for information leading to the return of Nancy. So I don't know if that aligns, but whoever sent this, and they actually give a name, and an email address, but whoever sent this is asking for around that amount the key thing that i took from that was that annie which is the sister of savannah guthrie another daughter of nancy has been unresponsive

41:59

Now, I don't know if that's normal in these situations. If the authorities tell you if somebody reaches out to you, don't respond. But it seems like Savannah's kind of going rogue with some of these social media posts. I'm surprised that Annie, who her house, I guess, is being investigated today by the authorities, has not responded in any way. None of this is normal. None of it makes sense. Any expert you've seen all says the same thing. Yeah, these guys aren't very good. Like if you're a hostage taker, you want to keep it private. You want it to be as quick as possible. That's not what's happening here. And we have no proof of life. Right. That's the key. All these updates we've had in the last 24 hours from somebody's detained, somebody's let go. We've got all these video clips, all these tips. We have no idea where Nancy is or if she's still with us. It's been 10 days. No, nothing. Emma and Nigel presents. It depends upon what the meaning of the word is. Is this anything? All right, let's rock and roll. We're brought to me by Indiana Unclaimed, presented by the Attorney General's office. Reuniting Hoosures with over $1 million in unclaimed property every single week. Fast, easy, and free hammer to search it up, Indianaunclaimed.gov. Dateline, Florida. My guy in Florida pulled a pregnant woman from a sinking car. And Logan Hayes was out running errands and saw the car sinking. He dove into the pond to get the lady out. Then paramedics got her to a hospital. She's okay. She had to have an emergency C-section. And she and her daughter are both doing well now. Here is Logan, the hero, talking about his rescue. Right on. I was going to do everything that I could to try to help or assist in any way. And if that meant swimming, that meant swimming. I'm not the person that would have been able to sit and watch whatever would have played out, play out. It's something I'm never going to forget seeing. It was like something out of a movie. I was just in the right place at the right time and I got lucky and it just happened to be me that did something. How do you wind up in a sinking pond, like your car in the middle of a pond, unless you're going through labor and you just lost control and the pain was too much and then like, oh my God, all of a sudden I'm in the middle of a pond and there's a guy rescuing her. And by the way, just because the guy, a lot of times these kinds of cases wind up with everybody dying, including the guy that's trying to rescue you. So you damn well better put Ivory's middle name as Logan. Ivory Logan, the guy that rescued your. daughter okay the rescued you right rescued your daughter it's just i don't know it's my two cents how many famous logan's can you name there's a logan steakhouse uh the is it logan wolverine is that his name like in

45:12

I have no idea. Who are you talking about? The Wolverine, the... Never saw any of those movies, man. I was never a Marvel guy. The guy with the claws that comes out of his knuckles? I know the character, but I don't know what his name is. Hugh Jackman? Yes. Yeah. Is it Logan Wolverine? Is that his name? Is that on his driver's license? Last name Wolverine, first name Logan. Logan Paul. I know Logan Paul. There's one. And then, of course, the C-section, which is the only way to go in childbirth as far as I'm concerned. As far as you're concerned? Yeah. Okay. Well, I mean, we tried to do it the traditional way when our firstborn happened. Like we walked around that hospital room for 24 hours. And then so when the second one was, and then they finally decided after 24 hours of pain and like multiple pain relieving, you know, epidurals or whatever. Right. The second child that came into our lives. They were like, all right, we're going to schedule that C-section for 720 on Sunday morning. Come on in. We'll get you in and out of here. Okay. Okay. Just all aspects of this story. Crystal faked having a good effect with the epidural. So they gave her a second one. Dude. She was like Hunter Biden in there dropping a shorty. She was just whacked out of her mind. Like she was watching like some sort of. TV show, like, and I'm holding on to a leg, and here comes Chris. Yeah. She lied to the doctors. No, it's not having any effect. I feel everything. And boy, she was somewhere between Hunter Biden and Andy Dick. Is this anything? That's awesome. A Stranger Things fan out of Arizona. Officially has a record-breaking collection of memorabilia. Save some chicks for the rest of us, bro. Oh, wow, record-breaking. Okay, go ahead. I'm sorry. Joey Avalos was awarded the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of Stranger Things memorabilia. With 2,301 items, here is Chick Magnet, Joey Avalos. So I started collecting right after the show came out, but honestly, there was not a lot of merch out there. I was already a Funko Pop collector, so that was kind of the easiest way to get into collecting Strain Things items. So I started collecting all the Funko Pops. In the beginning, I thought I was only going to collect the Funko Pops of Stranger Things, but that didn't last very long. It's actually surreal. I feel honored. Super exciting. I mean, such an iconic brand like Guinness World Records. To even think about being a book would be a collectible I definitely want to have in my collection. Okay. Thank you. I don't think this is anything. Do you have enough time in your day? I probably understand that this guy is a lot younger than us.

47:59

maybe not a lot of experience with relationships with women. But at what point in your life? Like my son likes baseball cards, football cards. He gets them in the mail, trades with his kids. I think it's awesome. I used to do that when I was a kid, but this Stranger Things fan sounded like an adult. He's got 2,300 different pieces of memorabilia from Stranger Things. I'd like to offer a counterpoint. Okay. You told us earlier this week. Yes. You turned down sex to play video games. And now you're giving us a lecture on how this kid may or may not get any checks. In my defense, it was Grand Tuft Auto and the new version just came out. It's the Hammer and Nigel show. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart. You're listening to The Hammer and Nigel Show. Oh, hello there. My name is Nigel Jason Hammer right over there with a very special guest on the hotline. He is an investigative reporter for the Daily Signal and the host of the Tony Kennett cast weeknights right after our program here at 93 WIBC. Do I understand this correctly? 500 episodes now, Tonus? Whoa. Tonight's the 500th. That's right. They haven't thrown us off the air. We're excited. Congratulations, man. Dude, that's a heck of a run. 500 episodes. I really appreciate it. And again, it is all due to you too. I'm sorry, I will lay it at your feet. You're the ones who made the decision to upend whatever it was I thought I was doing and make this my living hell. So I really appreciate you guys. Hey, Tony, was that your drone that shut down the El Paso airport earlier? Ah, so again, we are, we're starting to get further away from things I can no longer reveal on air. The United States Army has got some really cool ways at shooting down drones. Some of them are electronic warfare countermeasures that I have, let's say, um, somewhat close experience with. And that was really awesome. The United States said, hey, these cartel drones that have been in our airspace all this time that Biden thought were weather balloons and, I don't know, flying ice cream cones. The United States under President Trump decided, we're not going to let them fly anymore. Shoot them down. And so the guys over down at Fort Bliss pointed the fancy lasers and the radio towers and also one really cool surface to air missile at some of the drones.

50:54

Icarumba, now there are falling cartel drone parts over Mexico. Good, because it feels like that line in blues brothers, Illinois Nazis. I hate Illinois Nazis. Well, I hate Mexican cartel drones, Tony. Shoot him down. I agree. I shoot every one of them down. I would love to say that it's just the United States Army that is blasting them out of the sky. But nope, the United States Navy has a lot of that same equipment over in the Middle East. It has been being moved into position, a second aircraft carrier now being dispatched over to CENTCOM. It's a fun time. I mean, all of this Ukrainian and drone and Russian drone blustering, the USA still kicks butt, baby. I swear to God, I thought. you were going to say just some redneck in Texas was blasting it out of the sky, because I would believe you if you did. So there's a funny thing about that. So in one of the contracting agencies, there is a redneck in a rather high up position who proposes really wild ways to combat things like drones. And it's basically everything short of launching a Coors Light at Mach F at any drone from his pumpkin can launcher. Let me ask you this. I don't just as. Off the top of my head here, why would the Mexican cartels want to mess with the U.S. military? This, from what I understand, is a popular corridor for how they get their product in. I'm not saying they're doing it as successful anymore, but why in the world would Mexican cartels want to F in any way, shape, or form with the United States military when you're talking about these drones? And you said something that actually I hadn't heard before that these drones are kind of normal. This isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened. Maybe can you... Just like from a 30,000-foot view, explain what's going on. Nice. Sorry, I thought that was a little 30,000-foot view. 30,000-foot drones. Nice little, yeah, nice little pun there. Lockheed Martin sent a little check to your account. Sorry, as far as drones are concerned, most drones are not at all focused on the dropping of payloads and the pointing of explosive things at Somali houses. Instead, they are more focused on observation and reconnaissance. So the cartels do not use drones. to deliver Amazon packages or to fire things, at least that we know. I mean, I guess they could tape a Roman candle to one of them. But as far as what we know, they're just trying to observe Border Patrol and their routes that they are taking in patrolling those particular corridors, like through New Mexico, Arizona, and of course, Texas. And as soon as Border Patrol moves away, then it's, all right, you know, call down to Team Echo Taco and have them smuggle some people across the border. And that's what they... use them for. So no, you don't get to observe inside of United States air space, the movement of those on our side of the border, especially not Fort Bliss, especially not near the First Armour Division. How about no? And like, I agree with the United, I think that the redneck should have taken care of this with their own drones. Right. Did you know that? That some of the most drones in the United States are purchased by the hillbilly enthusiast community, and they do some wildly cool stuff with them. I feel like he's talking about me. I feel like I belong in the hillbilly enthusiast community. Yes. All right. We'll paint you as a pin-up model on one of the drones that we send up, just for you, Jason. Because I've got the fireworks. I just don't have the drones yet. I got the fireworks that can blow those things out of the sky. Let's make that happen. You just have a cheap RC plane. Tape a couple of Roman candles to it. You got one hell of a Fourth of July. Watch this. Tony Kennett is with us, host of the Tony Kennett cast. Tony, I saw in Illinois. They're having some big.

54:30

Circle the Wagon's Illinois Democrat fundraising event and the very small print at the bottom must have an identification to attend which is weird to me because I was told that that was racist that was Jim Crow the Democratic Party will not stand for women not having rights because having a driver's license is somehow not having rights What's up with this whole voter identification fight? And is this going to test well for the Democrats politically? So, no, it's not testing law for the Democrats politically at all, because as of now, they haven't actually produced any good argument against the Save Act or the Save America Act or the nationalization of voter ID policy, that standardization. And it's killing them so harshly because the answers they have come up against it are so stupid. When you get out there, like Rebecca Belint or whatever, the Democrat representative from Vermont, and you say, it's going to get rid of one and four women's ability to vote. When you say one and four women are too stupid. stupid to get an ID in this country. When you say that, you know, black people or poor people, again, wild to say those things in the same sentence, as though those are the same thing, that is extremely racist. But when you make that your policy that black people or poor people are too stupid to get voter ID or too poor to get ID, yeah, that turns out not to poll too well. Now, look, I understand some women who struggle to drive may have a difficult time getting to the place to go pick up their voter ID. But I mean, that's, you know, I don't think that's what they're claiming here. Who are these women that are struggling to drive? Married once. So you change your name. You take your husband's name, or in Gavin Newsom's case, you probably take your husband's name, whatever. You change your name. Right. It's the drunk moms that are struggling to drive, the dwind moms. Those are the ones that are actually struggling. Literally. Apparently, there are these women, according to Democrats, that are wadding up their marriage certificates and throwing them away, like with their birth certificate. They're setting them on fire because that's something apparently we're all doing. And they're saying they can't go get another one or just keep a hold of the documents they have to say, oh, hey, here's where I changed my name. By the way, there's not one documented case in the United States regarding a federal election of anyone being turned away because of a marital name change. They used to burn their bras in the 60s, and now you're telling me they're burning their birth certificates. What the hell happened to this country, Johnny? In the 60s? What the hell happened to this country? Tony Kennett from the Tony Kennett cast joins us. His program tonight, 7 o'clock right after us. Tony, I don't know if there's ever a good time for a government shutdown, but it seems like there's some mojo behind this economy. You've got a new Fed chair coming in. Sounds like he's going to lower rates. Great jobs report came out today. Construction jobs are back. Government's going down.

57:30

But when there's a government shutdown, it feels like that kind of sucks a lot of the life out of the room. What do you think? Well, I mean, this is like the 415th shutdown that we've had for a while. I mean, this is like that one overly aggressive person on Facebook whose relationship status keeps changing to it's complicated. Is there ever a time when the government is not about to be shut down? I mean, really. You make a great point, but I just look at the numbers of what the economy did during the longer shutdown of the most recent ones. And everything seems like it was going fine, but we still lost a little momentum. And I don't want to lose anything heading into the midterm season. Well, I've got good news for you. This would be a sort of kind of partial government shutdown, and I'm really not joking in my description of that. The entirety of this whole shutdown doesn't include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, doesn't include SNAP, doesn't include Medicare or Medicaid, doesn't include a bunch of things that are considered economic impactors. So they're sort of shutting down some future funding, and then also the second assistant postal worker might only get paid every other third Tuesday instead of... every second Tuesday. That's how convoluted this proposed shutdown is. And again, it's all performative over ICE and DHS have already been fully funded. Yeah. They've got oodles, canoodles, and toaster struddles of money here. So I'm not sure. I think this is just Chuck Schumer out there wanting to chant and put on the hard hat and pretend to be worth something again. It's like a bad village people video. Is Donald Trump's name on the ballot? We know his name's not on the ballot for the midterms, but it's really a referendum on Donald Trump. this coming, you know, towards the end of this year when we're talking about when we're talking about the midterm elections? I think that his name is on the ballot in the way that every midterm is a referendum on the party in power. Yeah. But it's not in the same way that Trump endorsements. People have tried to make this case every election that the Trump endorsement makes or breaks you. No, it doesn't. I think that more so the real, I'm not even believing any of the polling data right now for the midterms. After tax season, we'll talk. Show me good strong Q1 this year. I still think right now, whichever side is cocky is going to lose. Tony Kennett with us. Just got about 90 seconds left here, Tony. This story about Savannah Guthrie's missing mother Nancy, the dumbass guy looking inside the ring camera, the wrong person that was detained last night. Your thoughts on this whole bizarre thing. How can I offend the most people here in 90 seconds? So, first of all, you're an idiot if you do anything like this. I hope they catch the guy. I hope they hang them in the town square. Number two, I think that keeping an eye on situations and not over televising them is better for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Number three, this has received wall-to-wall coverage on every major network nonstop, 24 hours a day, and I'm going to level with you.

1:00:26

I think that this is being played up a little too much on media. And it's, I don't see this amount of attention for a lot of other missing people. Again, I'm not saying that she shouldn't be covered. I obviously want her to be found. But John Rich tweeted the same thing you did, Tony, and he was catching hell for it. John Rich, country singer, conservative, said, I hope they find Ms. Guthrie soon, alive and well. But I wish we could have the same effort put forth for all the missing kids in America. I think that there's a fair thing to say. And I think that a lot of this is because of who her daughter is. And again, I want her to be found. Absolutely. I want them to hang the bastard responsible. But I think it's also true that this is being used as a spectacle so that a lot of lull in the news cycle people can have something to air coverage on. Like it's a true crime podcast dream. And therefore, I find the television, the celebratization of this a little bit disgusting. What's coming up on the big show tonight? Oh, man, we've got some big investigations that I've been waiting a long time to break finally this evening and a little bit of, uh, look back on the last 500 episodes and the wonderful times we've all shared and enjoyed. Right on. Congratulations, buddy. I really appreciate it, guys. Thank you so much. That's it, man. You have 500 episodes. That's like 490 more than Coprock ever had. So congratulations. That's true. airing on CNN Plus real soon. Check him out tonight right after our show, 7 p.m. The Tony Kennett cast. This is The Hammer and Nigel show. We're coming right back. Well, Hammer the senator from the great state of Indiana. Jim Banks. Should be on this show tomorrow, I believe, talking about this very subject, launching truck-safed tip lines to combat illegal drivers, unlawful trucking networks, so on and so forth. It's on the heels of the Kersakstan illegal immigrant that killed four people in a semi-truck that he was driving. This is a much bigger deal that I think people understand. And it's not just an Indiana deal. Oh, no. California, major trucking hubs. Anybody can just basically show up and they're getting the ability to drive these big rigs out on the highway. Now, are they supposed to? No, but people bypass and skirt rules and regulations all the time. And it seems like it's been... really put into the forefront of the media since that awful accident where the Amish folks were killed on the highway. And you've got Jim Banks now. He puts out this statement, quote, Indiana is the crossroads of America, and Hoosiers are getting killed because drivers who should not be here in the first place are behind the wheel. If you're driving a truck on our roads, you need to be illegal, you need to be able to read traffic signs, and you need to follow the law. The truck safe tip line gives people on the ground a way to speak up when they see carriers.

1:03:32

cutting corners and putting lives at risk. And cutting corners, I think, is the perfect way to sum this up, right? It's already against the law, but so many businesses are cutting corners. Should you at least have the ability if you're a truck driver in this country to speak English? Because when I was in logistics, when I was working for a small 3PL company, I dealt with truckers all day long. I would say 70% of them. couldn't we couldn't understand each other i just knew that i had to take the seal off the back of the doors of the semi and write it down and you know unload the cargo but i you know about the only thing i understood was bathroom You know, where's the path through with these guys? Now, I don't know. Just because they didn't speak English doesn't mean they weren't here legally, okay? I had no clue if they were or were not. But I am saying that it was very hard to communicate with a lot of these guys that are making daily truck routes. And maybe. Out of Chicago 10 years ago. Yeah. It wasn't as bad. of a situation as is now because during the Biden administration when it was a wide open door at the southern border and so many people came in like it was just a free for all anybody that wanted to get into this country now we're noticing this a lot more and this is why the democrats are so freaking out about the save act Making it so you have to have an identification to vote because the whole premise of opening up the southern border was to find some way. whether it's through blue states, blue governors, or whatnot, to get everybody that crossed illegally some sort of ID to vote. That's all that this thing was about. And we're hoping later on tonight, the House of Representatives passes the Save Act. House Speaker Johnson said he's ready to make a move on it in the House. Now, with the Senate, we'll see. But the House looks like they're ready to make and move on it. Let's see how many squish weak Republicans decide to play ball with the Democrats and not pass this. We'll see it tonight. Another school shooting featuring a transgender individual nige. This one happened in Canada. Awful. Awful. Ten people dead, 25 people wounded. And this was a... transitioning individual, somebody that had started taking transitioning drugs when they were 15 years old. That's the suspected gunmen here. And I say gun men because in Canada, the woke police department and the media too, they're being very careful not to say gun men, but gun person. That includes the deceased gun person.

1:06:26

That was part of the press conference yesterday. No. No, no, no. Gun person. Play that one more time. One more time, please. That includes the deceased gun person. So gunman didn't suffice. Forget about the fact that gunman could be man or woman. I don't think you're misgendering when you say, but that's, okay, look at what we're talking about here. Somebody killed 10 people. Somebody mentally ill that was injected with hormone, hormones and puberty blockers. Maybe we shouldn't be doing that to people that are mentally ill that think there's something than they're not. I... Just going out of my way. I mean, there has been landmark lawsuits recently in this country to where somebody that has transitioned has sued their doctor saying, look, you didn't tell me all the risks and the people that were filing the lawsuits. were awarded a bunch of money, which makes me think this whole thing of people that want to transition, young kids, parents that are encouraging it, it's collapsing because it was a huge lawsuit. But this is, I'm extrapolating here, but the bigger picture is that whatever happened in Canada definitely had something to do with the mental state of this transitioning teenager. If you want to change who you are at 18, If you want to chop off your crank, if you want to do whatever, you're 18. Nobody can stop you at that point. But what parents are letting their kids do this at 14 and 15? At that age, you've got so many hormones as it is running through your body. You can't make a decision based off of emotion on how you want to be for the rest of your life. There was the old Bill Maher joke that he said on his late night HBO program. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a pirate. Thank God I didn't have a surgery to have a peg leg put in because I changed my mind later on. That's kind of where we're at with these kids. And the parents that are pushing some of this stuff on them, I feel like that's a big part of it too. Now, I don't know how much of a percentage it is Nige, but I do think. There are a lot of parents that wanted to say, look how progressive we are. Look at our household. Little Johnny wanted to be a little Nancy. And we said at the age of nine, we can go ahead and start that process. No. No, do not do that. Now, if little Johnny wants to become little Nancy at 18, go ahead. God bless you. Do what you want. Nothing you can do. Nothing you can do. Legal adult. That's your right as an adult. But these puberty blockers and these parents that are letting this happen, just make them wait it out. Okay? If you can wait three years, okay, three years from 15 to 18.

1:09:18

Fine. Go ahead. And imagine where you're at in society in Canada where you are worried about saying gun person instead of gun man, gun man, because you don't want to offend the attacker, the murderer. The person that ultimately off themselves along with nine other people. Oh, no, gun person. Yeah, non-binary. Okay, let's get it right. We can laugh at Canada, but we would do this too here in America. It's sick, man. It's just horrific. And if it were somebody that was a Trump supporter, though, by the evening news that night, it would be a racist, white, conservative, MAGA supporting every you could think of individual. But when it continues to be members of the trans community, the media works overtime. to cover it up, whether it be Nashville, whether it be some of these other shootings, or now up in Canada. Yeah, the gunman killed a multiple, do you mean gun person? Oh, sorry, yes, yes, yes. How dare you misidentify this mass murdering monster? Ridiculous. Redamdiculous. What is Toyota affordability? Well, Hammer, Kid Rock, is pushing back on lip-sinking claims tied to his Turning Point USA halftime show performance. You remember he got out there and was doing ball with a ball? It looked like he was kind of lip-singing a little bit. He went on Fox News, said the issue was production sync, not fake vocals. Here is the explanation. Yeah, so it was out of sync. Number one, if it would have been a lip syncing like people are trying to, you know, it would have been super easy to sink it up if it was pre-recorded. It was very difficult for the turning point production crew, who by the way, I can't say enough good things about, but this was very difficult for him. I'm jumping around the stage like a rabid monkey rapping my song and I'm taking breaths and my DJs filling in the other parts of it. And it was very, I even told him when I saw the rough cut, I was like, you guys got to work on that sink. It's off. So it was just a sinking issue that they had. and I know they tried to get it right. It was very difficult. I don't know. Are you okay with this? I'm not even sure what he's talking about with a sinking issue. It just looked like... Again, I've seen 100 kick rock shows, by the way. He takes breasts during these songs, and his DJ back, you know, used to be Uncle Cracker. I don't know who it is now. We'll fill in the words while he's, you know, they'll take turns rapping ball with a ball. Are you okay with any of this? So it's total production nerd stuff here. Yeah. If you've ever recorded audio and video before, when you present it... on a major broadcaster stream, it's got to sync up right. Because if not, it's going to be off and it's going to look like dubbed in like Kung Fu movies from back in the day. And I think that's what happened here. Let's be on a turning point USA. This was their first, you know, foray, swore into the halftime world. And I don't know if they had all the training necessary for it. Yeah, well, I think if they would have done it live, it was all pre-recorded. It probably would have been much more of a disaster than it. I don't know that it was a disaster in any way, shape, or form. It got millions and millions of views. Right. Tens of millions. It siphoned tons of views off the NFL halftime show with Bad Bunny. That being said, again, I go back. I just wasn't that. I was like, eh, meh. You know, I get it. I understand it. I understand what Kid Rock was trying to do with the ball with a ball. And then that interlude there before he sang, until you can't, you know, the evolution from Kid Rock from 1999 into Bob Richie. Yeah, but that sucks, though. Like, I'm sorry, if I'm the production director here. Yeah. This is the thing that we've been talking about and hyping up for half of a year now. This is going to be a celebration of America. It's got to be all energy. No slow. songs, no ballads. It's like that episode of the Simpsons where Homer goes to see Bachman Turner overdrive. Taking care of business now. Nothing else. No crap. Take a care of business now. It's got to be upbeat. Nobody wants to turn away from Bad Bunny to see a sad group of violins playing, man. Come on. Whose idea was that?

You got to bring the juice, baby. Bring the juice. All right. Okay. All right. Do we have, let's do some mood music here with Brittany, please. Brittany Spears. Sold her ownership stake in her music catalog hammer. This is a trend with a bunch of big music stars, old and new. No word on how much she got. TMZ speculating it could be around $200 million. Kind of the same deal Justin Bieber got. Are you okay with Brittany selling her music catalog? Yeah, because if you've seen Britt lately, she's not ready to put out anything new. I think we all. owe her father a big apology because there was that whole free Brittany movement a number of years ago. Brittany was in a conservatorship. She's ready to be out on her own. And since she's been out on her own, she's doing weird videos with knives. She's dancing around. She's speaking gibberish. I think maybe, just maybe, we all owe her dad an apology here. You mad at her? I mean, some of those videos on Instagram that she's putting out. Yeah. Very revealing. I'm not mad at her, I don't think. Brittany, half naked now is like eating pizza. It's never not going to be. You know, okay, but I've had probably better in the past. Like if you wake up after a night of boozing and there's a little bit of pizza you left out on your counter and you have a piece, it's still pretty good, but it's not as good as it once was. And I feel like that's where we're at with Brittany. She's a little crazy. She's got the crazy eye things going on. It's a little weird when she's got a cigarette dangling and a knife in her hand. I'm not going to lie. Scares me just a little bit. But it turns you on just a little bit. Still would. Still would. All right. Finally, Pepsi is launching a wild cherry Pepsi SPF 30 tinted lip gel. What? The hell did you just say? You could have a soda-flavored lip gel. The lip gel debut. What's about time? Next week, you can buy it at Target. I know you're shocked by that. Here is a beauty influencer giving it a try. I want to talk about this brand new. This is from vacation. They get a collab with Pepsi, and they released a wild cherry flavor tinted lip gel sunscreen with SPF 30. This is going to be one of those things that are really good or really bad. Oh, my God, it tastes just like Cherry Pepsi. If you like Cherry Pepsi at all, grab this. I thought it was just going to be Cherry, but it has that Cola afternoon to it. This is going to my purse. If you're not fat enough to just buy this Cherry Pepsi SPF lip gel.

1:17:46

It'll put you over the edge. Are you okay with the wild cherry Pepsi flavored lip gel? No, just hearing you say that makes me want to punch you in the face. Like the way you say it in that creepy deep movie trailer voice guy, I don't even know what the hell you're talking about. But the way you say it makes me want to punch you in the face. If I want a cherry Pepsi, I'll drink a cherry Pepsi. I heard that beauty influencer. Oh, it's just like having a cherry Pepsi. You know what else could do the job for you? Getting a cherry Pepsi. Not having to buy the stupid, what's it called again, Nige? Wild cherry Pepsi flavored lip gel. You know what? I agree with Allison. I hate everything about this show. Well, the New York City experience is not working out for the new Zohran Mamdani. It's kind of off to a rocky start. And it's like I can see some of the same things around here in terms of not so much anymore now that it's warming up and the streets are melting the snow. But like in New York City, the outdoor death toll. was up to 18 as deep freeze kind of lingering around and streets aren't plowed. Trash is stacking up. Eight foot piles of rat infested trash all over the streets, which is a biohazard hammer. And not so much as bad here in Indianapolis, but I did know over the past, I did notice over the past couple of weeks that snow on the side streets, even downtown Indy piled up. to where you couldn't park on the side of the street. Or if you did, you were stepping in giant snow to try to pay for it and try to put your credit card in the reader. At least the trash was picked up. Now, Indianapolis does not have as much trash as New York City. obviously, but the system is in place to where the trash was still picked up despite the brutally cold temperatures, the massive amounts of snow. Zohran Mamdani in New York, the Zohran Mamdani experience, the trash was like piled up eight feet high. So imagine like from the ground, I'm six feet. You're like six two, six three. Shaquille O'Neal is like seven, two or three. It's another like seven or eight inches taller than shack. That's how much trash was stacked up on the streets. Like, if you're a mayor, I know you want to do all of your policies, right? Joe Hogsett wants to have government-funded hotel and Zohran Mamdani wants to do socialist stuff. I get it. But your main job is to make sure the trash is picked up and your roads are clear. That's Mayor 101 right there. So New York. You're getting what you voted for. A biohazard. The homeless are freezing to death in the streets. There's nobody going around to try to get them into shelters. And the rat infected trash is just piling up eight feet high in some spots. Socialism, baby, isn't it great? Communism, I think it's probably more accurate when we're talking about Zohran Mamdani. And especially the people that he associates himself with, which we can do a deep dive someday.

1:21:06

Speaking of a biohazards, did you see this report on Hotel jacuzzis Nige? Oh, boy. And I hate seeing this because I'm a hotel jacuzzi guy. I do like a good hot tub at the hotel. A microbiologist just wrote this big article about... Hotel jacuzis and how gross they are, basically stating that bacteria and viruses, they love the temperature that these things are at. And since most people don't practice good hygiene, they're either peeing in this thing or doing grown-up stuff at these things, very rarely does it get clean. Hold on. These, so. Are you talking about jacuzis that are actual, like are actually in the room, the hotel room as opposed to maybe in the general area where the pool is? Both. Both. Both. Oh, man. Because those things aren't getting drained every single night. You know they're not. And think about some of the stuff that goes on in those things. I'm telling you. I can't even imagine. There's poop in those. How do you know there's poop in the jacuzzi? Dude, there's fecal matter everywhere. I guarantee if you looked at the back of your phone right now and did some sort of Eric Swalwell, you'll find that the back of your phone is probably dirtier than your toilet seat even. It's wherever people are doing gross stuff, man. And I'm telling you, as somebody who's done some, you can do some gross stuff in a hot tub. I thought that's what the chlorine is for. I thought the chlorine solved all the problems. Nigel takes a dump in the hot tub. It's all right. There's chlorine in there. Put a couple of extra tablets in here, all right? I can't see anymore. I'm blind now, but the chlorine should get rid of the poo.

Jobs report came out earlier today. It was a monster. Government jobs down, construction jobs, blue collar jobs, up. The workforce seems like it's doing really well. Businesses are expanding, thus the boom in construction. Some numbers were twice as much as what was forecasted. Now, a month from now, when we get the revisions, we'll have to go back and check to make sure everything's on the up and up. Yeah, but in terms of revisions, you're saying it was twice the amount. Right. Twice the amount that was expected. So even if there is a revision, I would think it would still be on the plus side. Right. Biden's team would say, look at all these gains we've got, albeit they were government jobs and everybody else was getting the shaft. And then a month later... Oh, by the way, it's actually way worse than we thought. But the media never covers the revisions. No. They never cover the revisions. Why would they? It's like an update in a news story. Like, I'm old enough to remember the Duke lacrosse kids. And what happened to baseball player Trevor Bauer? They were accused of being these sex demons. And all of those stories turned out to be bull crap, turned out to be bunk. But there was just a fraction of the news coverage. covering that as opposed to the original allegations. Take Russian collusion. There's another example. The thumb was on CNN. Every single night, drip, drip, drip of Russian collusion. And then when the Mueller report came out, they had one day of coverage and they moved on to the new shiny object. That was it. You sex demon? What's it from? Oh, what is that from? Something I just watched recently. Jenna Fisher's in it. She's actually very hot. The chick, Pam from the office. Blades of glory. Billades of glory. John Heater. You sex demon? When Chas was in the hotel room, I believe. Great Gutfelds. He's on the five right now on Fox. Had a great take on. This jobs report, the economy, the big wins that Trump's getting, and the fact that he likes it, that the Democrats still hate him. All huge wins, but it's two against one. He's got to fight the Democrats and the media. It's always going to be that way. We're used to it. We'll take it. But wherever Trump succeeds, you're always going to get this blowback, and it's a tradeoff. The more Republicans love him, and they do, the more insane the vitriol will be because that means he's doing his job. See, I would be worried. If he was getting strange new respect from The View or Morning Joe or Dear Jessica saying, you know what? I think he's really grown. He's really evolved. But the fact that you hate him now more than you've ever hated him, I don't know. That he is fulfilling his promise. And I like that. I like that too. The minute I start hearing Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg like something Trump is doing, that I probably don't like what Trump is doing then.

1:26:11

Doing something wrong. 100% man. Miss Allison, can we get a little mood music, please? Mood. Oh, wow. Name this movie. Yeah, Jason Vorey's Friday the 13th. That a boy. There you go. Several of the Friday the 13th movies returning to Regal Cinema's Nige on... The three Friday the 13th in 2026. Yeah, well, one coming up this Friday. Right. I believe, yeah. This Friday is the 13th. They're going to show the original. And also Friday the 13th, part two. A little double feature. I remember I took a date, Amy, to Freddie versus Jason back in the day. Not a bad move. She gets scared. She cuddles up on you a little bit. A little bit, yeah. To do the popcorn trick? No, the popcorn trick was not in effect during Freddie versus Jason. Allison, do you know what the popcorn trick is? If I say the popcorn trick, do you know what it is? I have an idea, you pervert. Pervert? Pervert. Judge Janine back there, I like it. But did the date go well? Uh... That's a no. It's the Hammer and Nigel show. Nige, Tim McGraw, biggest hit ever. If we're doing a family feud style survey, top five answers are on the board. We ask 100 people. Name a Tim McGraw song. I would say I like it. I love it. Do you think that's number one? Number one? Yes. Ooh. Family feud style survey. Probably live like you were dying, number one. That's what I was thinking, too. Allison, you in agreement with that one? Yeah, that was mine. Or something like that, maybe? Oh, we used to play the heck out of that thing when I was at the bear doing the new hit country. The barbecue stain on my white t-shirt. It was on all the time. Tim McGrawl broke down and, uh, What people need to do to make it in the music industry. Dude's been around for a while. He's a hit machine. He broke down exactly what it takes to make it in the music industry. Take charge of your career, take charge of what you do, be confident in your decisions. Listen, of course, you want to listen to people and listen to people that know what they're doing, but ultimately you have to make the decisions. If you just coast, you might have a career for a little while, but if you want a long career, you're going to have to take charge and ownership of it, and you're going to have to guide it, and you're going to have to be, have your finger on the button all the time, and you're going to have to say yes or and you're going to have to say no. But if you don't have a vision about what you want to do, If you don't act on it every day, it's just not gonna happen.

1:28:54

I mean, that's true to life, no matter if you're in the music industry or if you're in whatever you're doing for a living. I think that's pretty good advice. And just I typed in number one song of all time from Tim McGraw in Google. Don't take the girl. That's what they're saying. Interesting. 94. 94. That's how long that guy's been around. Did I ever tell you my Tim McGraw story? No. So Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. went to that Colts and Titans playoff game back at the Hoosier Dome. This was, you know, Peyton Manning and the Colts and Eddie George, Steve McNair, and the Titans. They came up and played here. They lived in Nashville. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, right? Representing the Titans, okay. So I'm covering the game with a media outlet, and I'm up in the press box. Well, Faith and Tim came by the press box, and there's a big line of food. There's a food buffet for the media, or at least there used to be. Faith Hill is just getting so mouthy about the lack of options on the media line, the media buffet. Like Tim McGraw was getting embarrassed. He kept telling her, babe, it's all right. Be quiet. It's okay. tell me to be quiet. Like she was freaking out about the media spread and poor Tim McGrawls trying to drag this woman away because he's getting embarrassed at this point. I can't say it surprises me. You're telling me a rich, privileged woman who's very famous and is really good at singing country music had a little bit of an attitude when it came to the... spread at the buffet at the Coltsgate. But it's not like Tim is just some nobody that has to do whatever she says. Right. He's a star in his own right. Maybe even bigger than she is. Maybe. Yeah. I mean, it's close. They're a power couple, but I'll never forget like an embarrassed like Tim McGraw. He didn't know who any of us were, but he felt like his wife was humiliating him in front of the media people yelling about the options. These biscuits aren't even hot. Like, it's, hon, come on, just walk away. Your faith Hill, go to St. Elmo after the game. Like, you know, there's plenty to choose from here around. You don't need to, don't let the spread, the, the deli tray, ruin your night at the Colts game, lady. Picking up the bread, it's not even toasted, to which Tim McGraw missed a giant opportunity to go, don't take the bread. Thank you. Nige, we got time for one more story. Do you want to talk about a brave, smart young man or meth poop? Meth poop. Dateline England, a dog almost died at the vet after eating some poop that had been left on the ground from a random meth head that took an outdoor ducky. Oh, yeah, dogs do that sometimes, don't they? They do. The dog Walker named Chris was in South London, posted about it on Facebook. The vet, they took the dog to, told him they were pretty sure the fecal matter came from somebody who does a lot of meth. And a smaller dog probably would have lost his life eating that stuff that had been left on the ground. So you get a little small dog. If Junior had eaten this kind of stuff here, he'd be done for. Done so. Meth poop. I didn't know this was a thing. I don't know you could transmit meth through.

1:32:20

Fecal matter. I don't think there's a lot of meth poop in Zionsville, if there was. I bet there's more than you think. My dog would probably sample it. Is he still pooping in the crate? Once in a blue moon, we've got him pretty much trained. The only time we keep him in the crate is at night. Is Jeff Bogg still giving you crap for having him in the crate at night? Not Kenny Rogers, yes, of course. Just making sure. This is the Hammer and Nigel show. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart.
