Uh, Ms. Allison, can you please have the Attorney General Todd Rokita kick off this next segment. Legal stuff. Crime. Punishment. Judges. Legal stuff. Legal stuff. It's a big week for the Supreme Court. They're hearing a lot of arguments this week. And the Supreme Court today just ruled that the Colorado Democrats ban, because that's really what it is, on talk therapy for kids identifying as transgender is unconstitutional. So what had happened was you had these very woke super leftists that run the state of Colorado basically say that therapists are no longer allowed to talk to kids who are saying, even though I'm seven years old, I'm a girl now. Therapists in their right mind should probably have the right to sit down and talk with that child about what's going on. But in Colorado, no, no, no, no, no. The rule and lawmakers there said, we want those kids that are seven and eight years old to make up their mind and have nobody tell them no. Yeah, some of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard my life started with what had happened was. And that was one of them. What had happened was we want to indoctrinate your kids and we don't want you to have a say at all. Right. Well, the Supreme Court stepped up and said, uh-uh. My kid wanted to be Lightning McQueen. We didn't go through surgery and stuff like that. Right. Like, come on, let's be serious. Some of these kids want to be Ninja Turtles, seven years old? Come on. You're 100% right. And I think Bill Maher once made the reference on his program, I wanted to be a pirate when I was a kid. I'm glad I didn't have surgery to get a peg leg. Like it's the same argument here. And this was an eight to one ruling. So pretty much all of the Supreme Court said, yeah, you're...
We're going to need to have therapists talk to these kids. And the way that the Supreme Court spun this, and I don't know if spun is the right word, because I think it's the right thing to do, was they made it a First Amendment issue. Like, you are a therapist. You have the freedom of speech to talk to people and tell them, you know, what you get paid to do. And that's the way that it was positioned here. The only dissent, Jerry, I'll give you a sip of the whiskey bottle. We've got hidden in the back where none of our bosses know where it is. I'll give you a sip of the whiskey bottle if you can tell me which Supreme Court justice was the dissent. I mean, it's got to be the only one that comes to mind. She appeared on Broadway and... This is Jackson, right? Yes, Jackson. She should barely even be there. As Joe Biden once dubbed her, Cajon, Cajon, Cotan, Cotanjee drown Jackson, the only dissent. What was her descent? Did she write a piece? She wrote a piece saying that everybody else was wrong but her. It's not a First Amendment issue, and this is going to hurt kids. That's ridiculous. I think the more people you have talking to people through, I don't care what your age is. If you're going through anything, the more people you talk to, the more help you're going to get. Right. Talking. is a good thing. Communication is a good thing. Hampering conversation sucks. Let me tell you something. She would not support something that says the school's going to tell your kids all these things and you can't even talk to them about it. She wouldn't even support that. And keep in mind, even like Sotomayor said, yeah, we're siding with the other justices here. Like even the other liberals. Surprise Robert didn't go the other way. Right. John Roberts even played ball. And let's not act like Amy Coney Barrett's been a rock solid on our side either. But it was 8 to 1 and the only dissent has been just the embarrassing Kintanji drown. Jackson. It's a win for common sense, though. It's a win for common sense. It is. What is Toyota affordability? It's buying smart.
