And I think you guys are in a unique situation, a situation where if you guys would just accept that in most instances, not only am I correct, but I am usually massively ahead of the curve. You say, Dale, Dale, it's been a long weekend off. Here you go. You're back again being Dale Jackson. You're being crazy. You're being, you're just being obnoxious and egotistical. Once again, oh, Dale, you're the absolute worst. And I would say generally I agree with you. But there's some rumors going around that like. Dale Jackson may have talked to someone at the White House about a job. And, you know, they wanted him there. And it wasn't the job Dale wanted because it wasn't high profile enough. And it was just kind of a low-level job for basically 20-year-olds that people thought I might like. And whatever, whatever. I think they wanted to be there because of how ahead of the curve I am on everything. If you don't think I'm ahead of the curve on everything, I'll just ask you this. Why is JD Vance listening to my radio show last week? You know, I got a lot of crap from you guys over the last couple of days. And I will accept your apologies. How many times do you roast an 18 pound turkey just randomly? Just, you know, a nice summer afternoon. We're going to go get an 18 pound turkey. Okay, seriously. Sorry about the echo a second ago. But did I not say last week? Did I not make it clear that if you love turkey so much, you'd have one on July 4th? I absolutely did. And here's JD fans. Agree with me. Nobody does it because turkey doesn't actually taste that good. But on Thanksgiving, on the most American holiday, I got a fan over here, on the most American holiday, we're going to cook a turkey by God because that's what Americans do. We cook this gigantic American bird, and we do all kinds of crazy things to make it taste good. I talked to a soldier today who she said she's going to deep fry a turkey, and I'm actually going to deep fry a turkey myself tomorrow. And look, Here's the thing. Wouldn't it be funny if JD Vance burnt down the vice presidential quarters frying a turkey? Wouldn't that be hilarious? If you've got a deep fry something to make it taste good, it probably isn't that good. Did I not tell Yaffy that last week when he was like, oh, I'd put so much hot sauce on it. I'm like, no, that means it sucks. Like, you got it? You understand? God, I'm so ahead of the curve. That's a pretty good rule of thumb when it comes to food. Chicken is good all the time. Yes. Chicken is good when you deep fry it, but it's also good outside of it. But here's the thing about Thanksgiving. It is so American because at the heart of it is the spirit of gratitude. And I know that every single one of you has something tomorrow to be very thankful for and to be grateful for. And that's what I think, you know, really separates. People ask me all the time for advice. See? See? See? I am right. You are wrong. And I am, and I'm just very upset. Very upset with you guys for not buying in. And you should have bid in. You should have been in. Bought it, bought it, sorry. Bid in? You shouldn't bite into the turkey. And by the way, I put out a picture of my Thanksgiving dinner. And it was essentially a gigantic pile of mac and cheese with some turkey mixed in to make it edible. I got you guys. Don't worry. Don't worry, guys. I got you. I got you. So don't worry about it. I'll take care of you. And I'm not going to give you a bunch of turkey stuff. I have, I've won the battle. Okay? Let's just be completely honest. I've won the battle over Turkey. I was right. Everyone else was wrong. I was right. And, yeah, maybe JD Vance and I are ahead of the curve. Really, I'm ahead of the curve, and JD Vance is just backing me up, and I appreciate that. I do. What you are seeing right now in the American media is a perfect, absolute, 100% perfect distillation of the argument against unfettered immigration into our country. Our friends don't know it. Our friends on the left do not know it. They don't know what they're saying. They don't know what they're doing. They don't have a clue what they're saying. But I'm going to lay it out to you here in just a second. Here is the gist of it. We'll get into more detail on the other side, but this is the gist of it. We are told over and over and over again. Immigration is our strength. Immigration is our strength. Immigration is our strength. It clearly is not. It is clearly a detriment. It has gone too far. It has gone crazy. We have invented systems that punish America instead of helping it. That's our immigration system and that's a problem. And if you don't understand that, look no further than the shooting of the National Guardsman in Washington, D.C. over this holiday weekend. Look no further than that. All you need to know is this. That shooting took place, and the American media rushed to say what? Donald Trump did this. He's the one who vetted him. It wasn't us. It was Donald Trump. He vetted him. It was him. It was him. It was him. And Donald Trump responded by going, Okay. Then we should stop what we're doing and put these people out of the country because the vetting system doesn't work. And then the American media said, whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, we have to let more in. You see, immigration is our strength. And it's like, well, hold on, you said, you said, hold on. You said Donald Trump and his government failed to vet this guy, which is a lie, by the way, but we'll get into that in a second. Failed to vet this guy. And therefore, he was able to be in this country and kill people. And Donald Trump said, I agree. I agree. Our vetting system isn't good enough, and we should immediately start putting these people out of our country and back into their countries. And remember, they tell us all the time, no culture is morally superior, no culture is better. All cultures are the same. In fact, we're told that Somalia is lovely this time of year. And Afghanistan is a beautiful place. And the Middle East is delightful. Their culture is not worse than ours. To which I say, I agree. I agree. I agree. And these people that are here, they should be given a trip back.

to their countries, and they can enjoy their countries, which are obviously just as good as ours. They're just as good as ours. Our culture's not better. Everyone needs to understand that. And for anyone saying, no, no, no, they can't go back. It's too dangerous there. I remind you, no culture is morally superior. No culture is better. You have convinced me. I agree with you. You're right. Me and Donald Trump agree with you. And it's time to send these people back to their beautiful, lovely, morally equal countries so we can make the entire world a better place. They're sending their best here. But why should we benefit from having their best? Their best should stay in their country. We'll talk more about this. situation very upset about that okay he should have gone to florida he should have gone to florida i was down there this weekend spending my money enjoying my week had a good time with my mom this weekend down in uh down in Florida. It was a really good time, really good time. And yeah, Florida beat Florida State, so I was very happy about that. And then I got to watch the end of the Auburn game in the Iron Bowl. I guess it would be a better way to say this. And yeah, I got to tell you, I got to tell you, there's a lot that I learned this weekend down in Florida. A lot of very unhappy alumni down there about the current situation. But Huntsville native John Summerall. whose name people will now have to learn to pronounce in Florida because I heard it pronounce a thousand times John Summerall, which is not correct. So I heard a lot of that down there. So yeah, Lane Kiffin kind of messed up everyone's weekend when it comes to the college coaching situation. Not a big fan. of how all this went down. Not a big fan. But Lane Kiven is not the villain here. I'll remind people that he is not the villain. He took advantage of this situation. Do not get me wrong. But the man is not the villain that people are kind of making him out to be in this case. But again, that's an unpopular position here. He disrupted a lot of things, a lot of things that I think people really wanted to see this weekend. And I'll tell you. Yeah, he's going to have a lot of details for you today on this because he witnessed the war on I-4 for years between USF and UCF. And if anything has prepared someone for the Iron Bowl and the battles that come along with it, it's got to be that big, huge rivalry game down there in Central Florida. I'm lying, of course, because that's not the case. All right, back to this situation. involving President Donald Trump and the Afghan immigrants. You know, it's kind of funny in a way because the desire to blame Donald Trump is so, so, so, so baked in to the media that they do not know how to handle stuff when these issues arise because they don't get that. Jumping out immediately saying, this is Donald Trump's fault, just sounds absolutely ridiculous. This individual who did the shooting in Washington, D.C., came in under Joe Biden's, hey, come on, the doors open. Anyone that wants to come can jump in here and do whatever you want. Everything's fine. Doesn't this sound awesome? Come on and jump in here. to which Donald Trump opposed as it was happening. After, after he became president, he tried to end the programs. And what did they do? What did they do? A court came in and said, you can't do that.

And they said you're not allowed to do that. You have to let these people stay. And yet, as that happens, we're told that Donald Trump is the one who let this guy in. So then Donald Trump says, okay, then we should let no more of these people in, and they get mad about that. Isn't it interesting? It's almost like they don't believe, once again, they don't believe anything that they're saying. It's almost as if they are in a situation where it is just whatever Donald Trump is doing, we're against it. And even if Donald Trump isn't doing it, it's bad, it's his fault. Yes, there are vetting failures. No question about it. There are huge vetting failures. And it is for that reason and that reason, well, there's many of reasons, but it's for that reason and many other reasons we should stop allowing America to be the dumping ground of the world. Okay? We should not let it be the dumping ground of the world. And unfortunately, we've decided that's what we're going to do. And I find it to be outrageous. My mom said to me, well, Donald Trump vetted this guy. And I'm just like, I cannot believe I'm hearing this. I cannot believe that this is an argument that the American left is going to make. When I saw this shooting, I could not believe it. First, it's the fault of the National Guard for being there. That's Donald Trump's fault. Because did you see what they were wearing? Their skirts were a little short. They therefore deserved it. Right? They deserved it. They had it coming. If they wouldn't have been wearing those skirts, it wouldn't have happened, right? That's how works. Did you see what they were wearing? They were in uniforms. See, they were standing around. in our nation's capital, wearing our nation's military's uniform, and they really, really, it's their fault. Had they not been there, it really wouldn't have been the issue. So next time someone gets robbed in the wrong part of town, and someone says, well, you probably shouldn't have been there at 2 o'clock in the morning, which is accurate, by the way. I'm a big believer in a little bit of personal responsibility. I don't go as far as saying, you know, the person that ends up getting raped or something, it's their fault. But I do say, should you have gotten this drunk around a bunch of people you don't know, it's not your fault for doing so, but that still wasn't very smart. I know that's a very inappropriate thing to think and say. I get it. But I operate in the real world. I also operate in the world that says crime is down significantly and this guy was a terrorist that we invited into the country. The problem isn't that the National Guard was standing in Washington. You see, the guy sought out.

people to kill. He's a terrorist. If it would not have been them, it would have been somebody else at another place or another member of the military in the city as well, which there is plenty. But they want to make it about their pet issue of the day, and that is that the National Guard shouldn't be there. So again, why were their skirts so short? That's the left's argument right now. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. You can keep telling me that the head coach of the Florida Gators football team is a Huntsville native. I already know that. I'm thrilled by that. I'm thrilled by. I think I'm not excited because I wanted Lane Kiffin, but. Okay, good. If you go look at the recent moves made in college football, it appears that actually being a non-head coach stolen away from another team in a big conference. Are you ready? There's a lot of caveats there, meaning a coach taken from a smaller conference or an assistant actually is better when it comes to winning the big one. Now, the obvious outlier there is actually LSU, which, again, took Lake Kiffin, so draw your own conclusion there. But sure, okay, fine. Summerall was targeted by Auburn and Florida took him. So at least he was in high demand. So I'll be happy there. The head coach at Auburn. is apparently a quarterback developer, which I think Auburn will be big fans of. So there you go. Look, it's good for everybody. Let's hope that we see some progress down at Gainesville, Auburn, and Tuscaloosa continues to thrive. Those are the three things. I generally care about when it comes to college football. Also, Florida needs to win a bunch of national championships. Everyone else needs to lose. That's it. Okay, let's move on. Let's get to Brian Presnell. He joins us here on the Alabama A&M $350 million bulldog hotline. We always appreciate him taking the time to join us here on the program. He is an opposition research guy. He's done campaign fundraising. He's ran campaigns. He's worked on the national level with the Mike Huckabee campaign and others. He has also worked on the state and local level, and we appreciate him bringing his insight to the table. And we appreciate him being here. I do have to ask this question. It was brought up to me yesterday by a good friend of the program, Jeff Poor. And he said, look at Auburn's football program and look at who's pulling the strings. And then look at the state government and look who's pulling the strings. Does the incompetence of Auburn's football program bode well for the state of Alabama or is that a reach by Jeff Port?

I hadn't really thought of it that way. Of course, I have a lot of friends who went to Auburn, who involved deeply in Alabama politics, and I think they all do great jobs, and same with Alabama graduates. So I don't really thought about that, Dale. That's an interesting thing for Jeff to come up with. Yeah, his premise is that the money people in Auburn football are the same as the money people in Alabama politics. And I think he's frustrated by the coaching hire. He'll tell me that I'm misinterpreted his words like he normally does. But. I will tell you, that's what I took for my conversation with him. And it's interesting, and we'll talk with him about that later this week. Let's move on and talk some politics here for a second. Someone asks me, where are you hearing the skirts are too short? An utterance on Facebook, all kinds of video and stuff there, but not mainstream, so what, making something out of nothing? Let me help you out here. The comment about the skirts being too short, short is a reference to people who blame individuals. for being victims. And they blame the victims. They were wearing National Guard uniforms. Obviously, they were wearing fatigues. They were not wearing skirts at all. It's a reference to people who, when something bad happens to someone, they say, well, why was X in this situation? As opposed to us looking at the actual issue. The X in this situation, if you want to use that, which sounds kind of confusing, is that they should never have been. in Washington, D.C., in the first place. Therefore, this is Donald Trump's fault. Brad, this shooting in D.C. is an abomination. We invited this person into this country, and they have been either radicalized here, which I find hard to believe, because, you know, they came from a theocratic hellhole. on the other side of the planet, so I assume part of their radicalization at least started there, but call me a crazy person. Maybe I'm a little naive. But this, the ungratitude of the individual who was given an opportunity to have a life in the greatest country in the world, he decided that he was more interested in shooting members of our military. Shouldn't that tell us that our attempt to import the third world and therefore improve the third world has failed? And we should probably have a different philosophy now. I 100% agree with everything you just said, Dale. In the distant past, when immigrants came to America, whether they were legal or illegal, they tried to assimilate to our customs and laws. But something happened where the majority come here and bring wherever they came from with them in an attempt to change us to the country they just left, which is not logical at all, but that is what has happened and what is taking place every day.

And our country has been too tolerant with this, too accepting, and look what it has gotten us. Our kindness has been our downfall and ultimately it will destroy America to where none of us recognize it. We're in a mess and it's gone past the point of no return. And when these people from all these countries you mentioned earlier, especially Middle Eastern countries come here, they want to bring Sharia law, they want to bring this and that, the head people and just any number of things. We're in a mess, Dale. And it's not Donald Trump's fault. He's trying to protect these cities like Washington from out of control crime because evidently what the mayors and the governors of these blue states have done has not worked. So let's think out of the box some. And no matter what they're doing, they don't deserve to get a bullet in their head when they're out doing their job. Yeah. And the idea that this guy. was not a terrorist looking for someone to harm. And yeah, he clearly targeted these individuals because they stood out and because they were a sign of America. And yeah, that's clear. That's what happened here. But that doesn't mean that this guy was like somehow radicalized by the mere sign of the National Guard. He drove there for a reason to target these people from across the country. And on top of that, this is also important for us to talk about here, the guy. while a complete and utter terrorist scumbag is also a guy who is brought into this country and apparently passed some form of a vetting process. Let's talk about that vetting process here for a second. Clearly it is not strong enough. Clearly our vetting process is broken. Why are we still pretending? that we can fix this thing if we are not going to be honest about what the issue actually is. If the vetting process is broken, then we need to send everybody back. Will we actually do that? No, we'll not send everybody back and we won't close the borders because that's a simple answer, but it would be a heavy pull to do that. I mean, there would be a lot of work involved to doing that. We can just see what trying to send people home that came in through the Mexican border, how hard that has been for our government. And Dale, you made a good point a second ago, and I think you meant to make it when you said that guy drove all the way across country. This is not like a crime of passion. where somebody gets mad at somebody and says, oh, you know, I'm in Baltimore and I'm going to go in my bedroom and get a gun and I'm going to drive downtown and shoot somebody. The guy was so fired up and so sick and so radicalized that he drove all the way across country. You figured that if he'd had any...

I guess if he had any kind of a heart or any kind of a brain, he might have stopped in Iowa and said, you know what? I don't need to do this. I'm out of my mind. I need to turn around and get a grip. But he continued to drive 3,000 miles. That says a lot. Or if he was so fired up by the mere appearance of the National Guard, you would think that he would take that act out locally and do it in a moment of rage. Instead, he drives across the country and targets them. And I believe these guys were targeted. I mean, obviously they were targeted because they were in the National Guard. So that's what that's about. And that's true. And I mean, the technically and being technically correct is the best kind of correct, I guess. Just to speak from a position of honesty here, yeah. These individuals were not in Washington, D.C. They probably, he probably would have attacked somebody else in fatigues somewhere else. Maybe in Washington, D.C. he would have targeted somebody else in a uniform or whatever or an ice agent. But this is not a reason not to have the National Guard in these cities. This is not a reason not. to have ICE doing what they're doing. And there are members of the media around the country when this all started, still saying that had ICE not been there, none of this would have happened. And, of course, the implication being, or excuse me, had ICE not been out about doing their things around the country, that this wouldn't have happened. Again, the implication is that we should give in to Islamic terrorists and leftists who have common cause more often than not. And not. enforce immigration laws and not try to drive down crime because doing so pisses off terrorist. This is their argument. Does that hold weight with the average American? My mom told me. Look, I was traveling with my mom. She said, well, you know, Donald Trump vetted this guy and the National Guard shouldn't have been there in the first place. I'm just like, this is a crazy thing to hear people say, but that's what they're saying. Does the average American believe that? Of course, I'm in a bubble and the people that I talk with and I'm around daily, they don't believe that, Dale. And I hope America at large does not believe that. And I do want to say something about the immigration back to it. You know, we hear about this a lot in America about what they've done to France, what they're doing to Sweden. Just insert about any foreign... country, Europe especially, what the illegal immigrants are doing over there, the Somalias, the people from Afghanistan, Muslims at large, what they're doing. And you just don't think it's really like, oh, well, maybe they got a few over there. I would recommend people go to this guy named Nick Shirley. He's an independent journalist on YouTube, and he actually goes over there and reports from the ground and shows people what's going on. What the mainstream media won't show, and you will be shocked. what Paris France has turned into. You would be shot. I mean, absolutely shocked. And that's coming to America. Yeah, I agree with this. I mean, we're seeing it. And there is no discernible benefit to this to the United States for doing this. None. None. You have individuals who are showing up in this country who are basically saying, we're going to change your country, and there's nothing you can do about it. There is a well-known commentator.

whose name escapes me off the top of my head, so he's obviously not that well-known. But there's a well-known commentator who took to social media and said, hey, look, white people. And he's on to MSNBC all the time. Wajit Ali is his name, excuse me, who took to social media and said, hey, look, white people. Your mistake was letting us in. It's over now. It doesn't matter how brutal or cruel you are to us. We are a breeding people and your culture is done. This is an American. Using his ability to speak freely to say that out loud. And then you have people in America and go, well, that's not happening. And everyone knows it absolutely is happening. We all know this is happening. And it's unfortunate because Americans... are finding themselves in a country that is being taken over, and they do not have the right to say boo about it, because if they do, what happens is they're told that they're racist, terrible monsters, and they're the ones causing the problem. I mean, on my social media, oh, how many white people shoot people? Too many, guy? Everyone knows this. Everyone knows that there are too many shootings in this country and nobody's in favor of shootings, but you don't hear me saying, oh, leave the white people alone because their shootings are fine. And, oh, there's, it's just an insane thing. I don't want anyone getting shot. And just because we have people here who might shoot people, maybe that should tell us we shouldn't import others who might do so as well. The entire thing is nuts. Donald Trump's big issue is immigration. He's made that very clear. Donald Trump's poll numbers aren't great right now. Is this the stuff that does in his movement? Is this the stuff that does the Republicans in at 2026? It's certainly not going to help what he's trying to do because we still see. And you can talk about anybody on the street. They'll still say, well, I'll go to Walmart and I'll still see Haitians in Decatur. They're covered up there on Saturdays and Sundays. So they really haven't seen all these people being taken out of America. Of course, there's 30 million people here illegally. And if you take out 500,000, this is dropping the bucket. So people are getting frustrated with it. And I know it's a big job. It's an absolutely big job for us to go in there. and they can't be everywhere at every second of the day. But I guess the frustration I've heard for many people is, let's say they're looking for one guy in particular, and they pull over a van, and there's 15 illegals in the back of the van. They get the one guy and they leave, leave the other 14 behind. That's what I'm hearing multiple times, that they should get everybody with a net, everybody, and then sort it out later, like, you know, like let God sort it out.

That's how the media is portraying it. That's what I'd love to see. But I think you're right. I don't think that is what's happening. There we go. Brad Presidentel, thank you very much. is a suggestion that there could be a bust ahead of us coming for Cyber Monday. That's probably not going to happen either. My guess will be, call me a crazy person. My guess will be that you will get out there and you will spend money on Cyber Monday because that's what you want to do. And there are people suggesting, no, you have to not spend in order to crush the Trump economy. I don't see that happening. I did not go out and spend yesterday. That's not what I did. I was driving across the south and getting home. And I got to tell you this right now. It looks like people went out and actually did spend. Also, there's a lot of talk about gas prices. And I'm being told, there are not $2 gas prices, which, by the way, isn't it a weird? Is it a weird thing that Donald Trump is talking about gasoline being below $2 a gallon? And everyone else is upset that gasoline is not below $2 a gallon. It's a weird thing. Amy Klobuchar on the same front sent a tweet out yesterday. And the tweet was of the number, excuse me.

Pardon me. I have a button here that I can push with coffee. I don't know I didn't do it. Either way, there is a push out to frame things as economically dire. I'm not suggesting things are great economically. They haven't been for a while. Prices have gone up significantly over the last five years, big time. They're not coming down. The media's already planted the story. It's out there. They are trying to get not only a Redstone Arsenal, but elsewhere. I want to make a pitch here. I don't think this is doable. But before I get too far to this story, what about all these data centers that people want to bring in? What if we only allow them to come if they set up their own micro reactors? and power the surrounding communities as well for cheaper. I don't know, call me a crazy person. Maybe that's the way we can look at this. Anyway, U.S. Representative Dale Strong pushed a move to the Secretary of the Army, touting the qualifications of Redstone Arsenal to host a microreactor, a power plant, in order to help with other parts of the military mission at Redstone. I like this idea. I want to see more of this. I want people to push for these things. And this could really help with the power drain we've seen here in North Alabama. Number six. Black Friday. Oh, I'm sorry. African American Friday. Oh, wait, this one we can say. Okay, we can say Black Friday. Okay, good. Black Friday. 2025 spending surge 9.1% online to 11.8 billion. Despite tariffs and expert projections, which were wrong again, in-store gains of 1.7% were driven by apparel ahead of Cyber Monday, a made-up day to get you to spend even more money. So get on your internet for Cyber Monday, even though... online spending surge 9.1% for Black Friday, but today is the very special day where you shop online and spend your money. So get in there on Cyber Monday, guys, the totally not made up thing. Totally not. You just, you need to spend all your money today. Go. Don't do it right now. Number five. But you can't buy this? Wait, can you buy this online? Retailers are continuing to fret about Alabama's new hip law, effective January 1st, 2026 as it caps THC at 10 milligrams per serving for edibles and beverages, banned smokables. It limits sales to adults 21 plus in licensed specialty shops and large grocery stores.

It adds a 10% tax and requires licensing amid 15 million in annual sales as a federal ban looms as well. God, could we could we possibly be getting reasonable on this? Could we really be doing this? Could we be doing this? There's a lot of attempts to undo this on the federal level and on the state level. I'm hoping, much like the lottery, this just gets caught in a long jam and we roll with the status quo. Number four. Oh, those poor librarians in Fairhope. Oh, no. Somebody helped them. Oh, wait, you guys are helping them. They're going to cut services even though. It received a bunch of donations. You see, around the state, a bunch of people were like, what do you mean you're not going to continue funding this library? Don't you know we have drag queens that need to come in here and read pornography to children? Well, their funding was cut off because people said, hey, you've got inappropriate materials in the children and teen sections. And the library is like, yeah, that's cool. We're going to keep it there. And everyone said, okay, cool. Well, you're not going to follow the wall. So this year, we're going to cut your funding. Now they. raised a bunch of money from a Chicago-based progressive crowdfunding source. Friends of pedophiles or whatever, or whatever they're called. It's not actually that. But apparently they're still going to have to make some cuts. Maybe they should stop. Number three. Lane Kiffin's sudden move to LSU upended the SEC coaching searches that were ongoing. And they caused some problems. Yeah, you had Florida. They were targeting in Lake Giffin. They failed. So they went after the person that was being targeted by Auburn. Huntsville native, John Somerall. He is now the head coach at the University of Florida leaving Auburn to surprisingly hire South Florida's Alex Golish. Now, I'll just say this. The move for the former South Florida coach actually came before Somerall was officially announced at Florida, but it was expected. that that was what was happening. So it all had a little bit of a trickle-down effect. Everyone's mad at Lake Kiffin? I don't know. I'd leave my job for a much better situation, guaranteed money and all this other stuff. And I think you would too.

Number two. Alabama U.S. rep Mike Rogers, the House Armed Service Committee chairman pledged to rigorous bipartisan oversight by the Department of Defense's Caribbean operations. Oh, my God. That sounds scary. Oh, my God. It's terrifying. I thought it was the Department of War. What's going on here? I believe it's the Department of War, so let's make sure we call it the right thing, guys. But the Department of Wars Caribbean operations are under scrutiny following allegations that they have been double-tapping terrorists, meaning they'd shoot their boat with a bomb. And if some people were hanging on on the side or a missile or whatever, and they would be hanging on on the side, they would just go ahead and hit them again. I don't really care. Sounds cool to me. But there's a lot of consternation about this. Been called fake news. Did it actually happen? Can't wait to find out. Now, time for the number one thing you'll be talking about today. An Afghan immigrant admitted under Biden's Operation Allies welcome and granted asylum in April of this year by a Biden appointee, by the way. Let's make sure we understand that since a lot of lies are being told on this. Kill the National Guard member Sarah Bextram and injured Andrew Wolfe in a D.C. shooting over the weekend, prompting President Trump's halt on all asylum and Afghan visas for vetting reviews. The White House is rebuking. media and their Democrats who are out there suggesting that Donald Trump is to blame. I'm just going to point something out here, and I've said this already, but I'm going to just do this. I think it's important to note that if Donald Trump is to blame, then the Trump administration should really do something about this. Okay, let's accept their premise. I'm going to... I'm going to... except the premise of the media here. I think they lie a lot. I think there's a pretty good chance they're lying about the double tapping. And it doesn't matter. We're already reacting as if it is true. War crimes. What about due process? They didn't drop a lawyer on these boats and say, hey, guys, you guys doing drugs here, dealing drugs? What are you doing? No, you're not. Okay, well, they continue on. They didn't do that. They said drone strike them or missile strike them. And it doesn't matter. But. They then double-tap them, at least we're told them. We're being told that's fake news. But I'm going to accept the premise that this is true that Donald Trump himself personally vetted this Afghan immigrant since Donald Trump has been so big on letting in Afghan immigrants, like when he said don't do it when it was happening. And he tried to end the program since he's been president and the court stopped him. You know, super big fan of these things, okay? I mean, it's really obvious that this is all his fault. I accept your premise. And I believe that it is up to Donald Trump to stop this. So I also support President Donald Trump's halt on asylum and Afghan visas. I mean, it's the only thing to do. Donald Trump made this murder happen. So he is responsible for cleaning it up and stopping Afghans from coming in the country and kicking the ones that are in here out. Seems like a reasonable way for Donald Trump to clean up totally his own mess. Now, they want to.

Complain about this? Well, sorry, you're the ones that said Donald Trump did it. So he should have to clean it up. So they want to blame Trump for this and now they want to complain that he's trying to do something. Isn't it weird that they can both at the same time say that this is Donald Trump's fault and it never should have happened. We should have better vetting. And hey, hey, we don't need better vetting. What do you do it? You can't stop this. Everything's fine. It's weird. It's almost like damn Democrats got it good. The media and their Democrats are working together to sell a story that is illogical and ridiculous. And they don't care about the actual facts. Huh. Anyway, Trump did this. It's 100% his fault and he should stop all the people from coming into this country and vet the ones that are here. But before they should do that, they should put a lot of them out too. I agree with the media. That seems to be the message they're pushing at least halfway. And then they say, hey. These guys are all bad guys and Donald Trump let them in, but we should let them stay because it's good for America. That's the back end of their message, which of course makes very little sense. You can get your thoughts in, especially on the idea of whether or not we should call it Black Friday still big problem in our society. I like African American Friday because it just sounds incredibly stupid. Okay, so let's just start calling it that. I'm just trying to be politically correct. Let's take a time out. I'm Dale Jackson. But your experience as a general genius may come into play here. So let's talk about it.

Let's talk about your military background as a Marine for a second, and you know, you can navigate this as carefully as you want to. But I hear they double-tapped some drug dealers, and I thought to myself, huh, that's cool. Like that was my reaction to it. Apparently the rest of the world does not share my, huh, that's cool perspective. Don't give me your legal perspective. We'll get to that in a second. Let me do what you got to do here because I know you've got to navigate these things a little carefully sometimes. So is that cool? I'm cool with it. 100%. So here's the thing. And what you're talking about. After you tell me how you feel about it, tell me legally what we need to worry about. Sure. And just so folks know, I was a judge advocate in the Marines for 12 years. And I, me and two other guys actually have navigated the rules of engagement during two wars for the Marine Corps. And then I taught some graduate courses at UAH on the Geneva Conventions and the laws of armed conflict. So I have some idea what I'm talking about, despite what you might see on my Twitter feed from people that paint their toenails and have Ukrainian flags in their bios. So here's how we develop. So targeting packages like the Caribbean. or what's going on in the Pacific. Any targeting package, when you are in the military and you're in your Southern Command and you're going to kill a bunch of guys in a boat, that's either under Title 10, which is overt military strikes, or Title 50, which is covert, sometimes done by the CIA, sometimes done by DOD. So we have to find the package through intelligence collection. So we have people on the ground saying these boats are leaving with dope. Then we identified the target. We focus on it. We locate it. We prioritize our intelligence and our surveillance and our recon. And then we actually de-conflict the target with any civilians best we can. And then we engage. Swack them. And then we assess, you know, were we correct? Did we get everybody? Are we using big enough missiles, et cetera, et cetera. And the answer should always be like, we could probably use bigger ones. Yeah, I mean, you could just boil the ocean, right? I mean, yeah, whatever. So, but the point is a couple of things about the Washington Post article. And this is all a big sciop. That's all it is. This is all well coordinated with resignations in the Seditious Six video. And now the Washington Post with anonymous sourcing that there's two guys clinging to a boat that we just blew up.

Right? So the boat's still there, right? I mean, somehow these 25-foot boats can survive a hellfire missile strike, and so can two people. They're just tossed overboard, like we shot at them with a 9-millimeter. But the article itself is garbage. Pete Hegseth has denied it. If we shot a second time, it's because either we missed or we didn't get a complete hit. and we wanted to make sure there was nothing to recover. And this is perfectly illegal. There's perfectly legal. There's nothing different from narco traffickers coming up to our shores or somewhere in the supply line. We don't have to wait for them to arrive. And if they are going to point X to get to point Y to get to point Florida, then we don't have to wait for them to get to point Florida. It's no different than ISIS traveling in a boat with a bunch of vests they want to clack off in New York City. Okay, let's pause right there for a second. So the, the, I'm using a term here that's probably not correct. And you can correct me if I, if you want to. Double tapping. the boats is completely fair game. You can do that. Is that what you're telling me? Well, I mean, it all is just factually, it just depends. Double tapping is, it's not just boats, right? Double tapping could be on the battlefield. But typically, yes, double tapping is just fine because somebody is not out of the fight necessarily because they're down. We've learned that, but a hard way. especially in Afghanistan and Iraq and with the bombs that they would detonate. So like you said, and I think this is it. And I think you laid it all out. So I'm going to have to go through all this again. But. You call this a sciop, the premise here being, hey, you should not follow unlawful orders. Oh, look. Look at this. Look at this unlawful order. People should have not followed it. That's sort of what's happening here. And they're trying to kind of spin this around that this is an unlawful order. And if someone carried it out there in trouble, is that right? Well, yeah. The last part is the biggie, right? Don't follow unlawful orders is fine. That's a perfectly. rational thing to say. It's don't speed to work. Don't run a stop sign. But if you do, we believe that order is unlawful. And if you continue to follow Pete Hegseth Trump orders, you will be prosecuted once we're in charge. They're saying that last part out loud now. And that is why this, and you said my U.S. attorney experience wouldn't come into hand. You were wrong.

Yeah, you know what we do before we kill the enemy? Before we kill ISIS and al-Qaeda and al-Shabaab and all these other terrorist groups, you know what we have to do, we have to indict them. Yeah, we have to give them a lawyer, right, and then try them. And then once we try them, we put them back in their boats and then we throw a hellfire on top of them from a drone. Right? The reapers are just waiting for these trials to take two, three years. Sometimes even in state courts so they could take six or seven, you know, or we put them in the immigration system so that they take 20. That's how Joe Biden and Donald or Barack Obama, they were droning people in Afghanistan. They were doing that, right? Oh, sure. Barack Obama killed Al-A-Lawki. Al-A-Laki was an American citizen. Who deserved it? And I have no problem with the... And that's about as close as you can get, though, right? But when you take up arms against your country, swack them. I mean, people have to understand, we're playing with live ammo in the military, right? This is not a video game. And so we, you know, when we identify targets and we've designated, the important part was Trump designating the narco cartels as terrorists. Once that happens, our Title 10 and our Title 50 authorities can kick in. We're not just simply waiting for them to come to Point Florida. And we arrest them and we give them a trial. No, we're just going to kill them. We're going to start killing them in Venezuela. We're going to start killing them in Mexico. We're going to start killing more of them as they come up the western shoreline. And that's what you do. You don't let ISIS arrive and then hope for the best. You kill them out in the ocean. Is Shwack a legal term? Uh, yeah. Yeah. It's in the, it's in the, it's in the army handbook. Okay. If it was in the Marine handbook, it'd say there'd be a, uh, well, I won't even say it cost you a thousand bucks. Oh my God. Please. Please. Starts with an F. No. All right. So we already had one of those last. There's lots of words that starts with that. Stop. We had a lot of, we had one of those last week. We don't need that. All right. Jay. So, uh, we, we have all this stuff going on. And, and there's. There's the rules of engagement that people are pretending that they understand, which they clearly do not because they're talking about the Constitution. They have Google. Yeah. I don't think Google will even tell you that. I think that's, I think what they're doing is just making it up. And I don't think Google's helping them in this regard. So the hitting of them is fine. The double tapping of them is fine. The idea. And like Adam Kensinger, I'll use him as an example, went on social media this weekend and said, oh, Pete Hegseth's going to be amazing. And they're like, Pete Hegseth apparently is going to jail over this. And it's just, it's kind of a wild thing. Is there any legal liability for Pete Hegseth or the individuals involved?

This is the Fox News Radio 5-minute news service. I don't know what's happening there. Let's go ahead. I don't know. But Fox News decided that they wanted to kick in here. Jay, I'm a newsmatch legal analyst. They're upset that you're exclusive to newsmax. That's right. And Dale Jackson Show. And the Dale Jackson Show. Could you repeat the question? Emily interrupted us with a beat. Yeah, yes, yes. I'm so sorry. Here it is. The question again, if I can remember this. Is Pete Hegseth under any concern here? No, I mean, look, we don't need to know the facts, but the facts will come out. But again, I went through the targeting package, sort of rules of engagement. Pete Hegseth isn't standing over a monitor saying, kill that guy, kill that guy. He gave orders to Southern Command, and they executed the targets. They prosecuted the targets, rather. And so. You know, I don't think that he has any trouble whatsoever. But I would love some transparency here just so that it is shoved back into the mouth of people like Bacari sellers. That would be fan. Share the intelligence. Declassify. That's the problem is they just move on and pretend it never happened. That's the bigger issue. If Pete Hegseth was being awesome and standing over a monitor going, get that guy. Get that one swimming away. Would he be in danger there? So that's where it gets iffy. It's called oars to combat. And what that means, if somebody is surrendered or they're incapable of fighting, we can't kill them, at least by our own rules. Now, those rules can be suspended. International law, we don't follow. So it's our own rules. It depends on who the person is. If it's al-a-laki. or bin Laden, who was unarmed when we killed him, killed his whole family, right? You know, but that's okay. Yeah, that is okay, because this guy's in charge of the killing of 3,000 Americans and starting a war in Afghanistan, and how many others did he kill or direct the killing of? Sometimes targets are righteous targets, whether they have a firearm or not, and they're more dangerous without one than they are with. So it really just depends. But I don't think anybody was swimming away. They've denied the story. I believe that. And so, you know, you don't want guys going and getting back in the fight. And you certainly don't want, you know, people be able to get their narcotics back from a boat that the first strike, the primary strike, maybe didn't completely capsize. So make sure it's at the bottom of the ocean. I'm fine with it. I think it's most likely that what happens here is we find that this story is generally BS. And then we get one report on every television station that spent a week covering this. And then we all move on. That's what I think happens. Everyone knows gas prices are down since Donald Trump has been president. Okay, if you want to go after, they've been very smart in how they've been handling this inflation thing. Gas prices is not the angle. Now, Donald Trump, I think is baiting them with this whole, it's $2 a gallon stuff. I think he's baiting them. And let me tell you why. I think what he's trying to do is get them to talk about it. So what he does is he talks about it in a way that is wrong. Well, let's put it that way. He talks about the way that's wrong. It's sort of like, and Emily, you know this. I think you know this. You'll tell me I'm wrong here if you want to. But isn't there like a premise in the internet world where like you misspell a word on a post so people will be like, you misspelled that word? And then you'll get like a bunch of interaction. You get the engagements on it. Because Facebook doesn't care why they're interacting. They just care that they're interacting. So you misspell the word intentionally. So a bunch of people will tell you you're such a stupid idiot with the with the misspelled words, you big stupid moron. Yeah. Right. Okay. So that's what I'm talking about. So you have, I think, you know, I don't, I don't often do the whole Donald Trump's doing 4D chest stuff. But in this case, I think he actually is because he says, Well, gas prices below $2 a gallon. And that's the point Donald Trump is trying to make here. Now, he has always wants more credit than he probably deserves, meaning it's not down below $2 a gallon largely. And yes, I've seen the post of this gas station here or this gas station there that has it $2 a gallon. That's fine.

The internet is a lawless hellscape that does whatever it wants. They're also posts saying that gas is so much in California, so Donald Trump's line, it's like, well, you know, you're kind of telling on yourself, but whatever, you're kind of just pointing out that gas is expensive. Emily, is gas price significantly down to the point where you can notice it? No. Okay, so you're buying any of this. No, I mean, but I. I'm not butt hurt about it. No, that's not, this isn't about your level of butt hurt, all right? No, I mean, it hasn't significantly changed to where it's, it hasn't significantly changed from when I fill up my car, you know, week to week. I don't see a huge difference. The lowest price for gas in the state of Alabama right now is in Lanette, Alabama, 229. Oh, that's nice. Okay, 229 there, okay? 234 in Theodore, okay? Oh, yes, watch out, Theodore. And 234 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as well. So there are some places where gas is down, and it's down significantly, and people should be happy about this. Especially where it was under Biden. This is this one for a violation of a previous domestic violence conviction. Yep, the 44-year-old's fiancé was also arrested and faces five charges, including one count of driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of attempted first-degree assault. He'd been arrested twice on DUI charges in 2024. He was charged with fourth-degree felony assault in a third-degree robbery and misdemeanor harassment.

And he was sentenced to seven days in jail as a result of a felony assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence. So we're doing great here, guys. We're doing great. I'm telling you, I blame, I blame, I blame Tim Allen for this. Why? He could help him. Get him on his show, give him a working job, have him do something on one of his shows, put the man to work and give him a chance again. Everyone loves a redemption story. I blame. So there's the story, Effie. A is the double-tapping true. B, do you have a problem with it? C, will the story fade away. Go ahead. Well, I will say this. The story will fade away even if it's true. Okay. That's my prediction. Because it'll come back once it's confirmed, but this is why the Trump administration keeps doing these strikes despite, you know, all the outcry. Because they know the average Americans like, oh, you're killing terrorist drug dealers? Cool. That's good. It's hard to get too much sympathy for, unless you're really politically involved, the average person, they're not going to have too much sympathy for these drug dealers. I wish that were true. But unfortunately, it appears that there seems to be some sympathy there. So, okay, so you answered the last question. Is the double tapping happening? I'm going to say no. I'm going to say something happened, but it's not quite how they reported it. Okay. What was the last? Oh, is it legal to double tap? From what I read, I heard it was not, but I'm very curious what Jay Town said. That Jay Town said, the rules of engagement basically say that you don't have to turn around and just let these guys scramble their butts back to the battlefield. You know, we don't have to do that. It's not required to say, okay, go ahead and go. You guys got it. We'll get you next time. It's not required to allow the. I mean, that makes sense to me. But, yeah, I don't know. Like, I was reading a piece from Andrew McCarthy, the National Review. He said it's illegal. It's a double tap. So I've heard different opinions. Yeah. And the question I guess boils down to, what does the double tap actually look like? Like, are they, I mean, they're suggesting like Donald Trump and they were sitting back in the White House. Look at those guys swim. Hey, watch this. You know, that's how they're sort of framing this. And I'm just like, I don't think that's probably what's going on there. I personally don't care. Do you care, Evie? Not really other than it creates this controversy. So it gives the left ammunition. Maybe that's, maybe that's the biggest thing. So.

J-Town, he didn't say this, but this is my inference by everything he said. It basically made the point that, look, this is all, actually he did say it. He said it directly, so let's let me backtrack on that. He said directly, he's like, this is all part of the same scandal. Like this whole thing. All of this is you have to ignore. illegal orders. You have to. You can't. You can't. You have to ignore these legal orders. You have to do it. And then here we are. Look, this is what we're talking about. The illegal order. That's the argument against it. that apparently what they're saying is it's forbidden to declare that no quarter will be given, which, I mean, geez. It's not a term you hear very often, but there you go. Y'all shall get no quarter. Apparently this means that it is prohibited to order the legitimate offers of surrender will be refused for that detainees such as unprivileged. Are they surrendering when they're hanging onto the side of the boat? Yeah, I know. It says such as unprivileged belligerents will be summarily executed. Moreover, it is also prohibited to conduct hostilities on the basis that there shall be no survivors or to threaten the adversary with the denial of quarter. This rule is based on both humanitarian and military considerations. This rule also applies during non-international armed conflict. So apparently because they were basically taken out of being able. to fight back, taken out of hostilities, that means you have to give them quarter at that point. You can't just kill them because they're already out of the battlefield. This is the argument. It's weird because it's not like we're talking about normal infantry men on a battlefield like that. We're talking about... an airstrike against a terrorist boat. So what do you, it's kind of like what you said. What do you do? They're surviving. So then you say, okay, we have to go get them and ask them to surrender and put them in a POW. You have to air drop them at RPG. And then as soon as they hit, they touch it, you can kill them. Is that what we have to do? Yeah, that's what makes it. I think there's a lot of great. By the way, that's my strategy for when people come into my house. Like, hey, pick that up for me over there. This handgun over here? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Just, why is there a file next to it with no serious? Don't worry about it. Just go ahead. Just go ahead and pick. Go ahead and pick that up. Right there. Yeah, hand me that. So that's what we're supposed to do, apparently. And it's just, this is so dumb. I'm sorry. I think we will find this as fake news. We're not giving these drug boats due process. It's just like, why are we doing this? Like, why is this conversation a thing? And you just, I don't know. Here we are, once again. going down this path where we have to basically say, hey, what if everything bad for America was actually good? What if all these things that suck that we're doing? What if they were actually very smart? What if they were? And they're saying we have to let these guys in. That will solve the issue if we let them in. What do you think, Effie? What if Trump embraced immigrants like Nixon did China? What would happen? More of the problem. We'd have more crime and more attacks. Are you ready for this? At 79, President Donald Trump is thinking about his legacy. In addition to musing about whether his work for peace in the Middle East might gain him interest into heaven, he is replacing the east wing of the White House with a ballroom. Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh, and supporting the building of a huge victory arch in Washington. You say, oh, no, somebody stopped this guy. He's a monster. What is he doing? What is he doing? And they go on a $1 coin, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, there's a sure way to establish his legacy, one that resembles actions by President Nixon and Reagan. Much like Nixon opened the door to China, Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act in 1986 granting amnesty to law-abiding immigrants who had lived in the U.S. before 1988, who paid fines, backed taxes, and a fee of 185. And who were learning to speak English? Donald Trump could do the same. He could open up the door to illegal immigrants. Haven't we already opened the door wide enough? What could possibly kick the door off the hinges and break down the wall? What is this, Yavie? How in the world can somebody look at National Guard individuals being shot and go, okay, okay, look, I realize we got a bunch of unvetted people here who are dangerous, but what have we let more in? Who would look at that and say such a thing? Well, then they'll like us. And they won't shoot us. That's the thing. That's it. That's it? That's it? Yeah. Oh, America's kind to us now. Okay. No more crime. No more drugs. We're going to come in and resolve this. Okay. Sorry. Never mind. We were going to kill all you guys, but not anymore. Okay? We're not going to do it. We're now friends. Everyone is BFFs and everyone is nice. This argument. It's like we were like calling it radical Islam terrorists. And they're like, don't do that. That really upsets the terrorists. Don't do that. They have some serious issues with being called terrorists.

Well, they're trying to slit your children's throat. What are you doing? How can you possibly feel this way? And it's just so unfair. It's so unfair for people to have to find themselves in this situation where really we just have to ask ourselves, how can we let more in? How can we let more? All right. So, yeah, the framing of this is as follows. Here's a real situation. We have a problem. And it's that Donald Trump did not vet. this immigrant. Like that's where they're going, right? Donald Trump responds to that by going, okay, well, we should stop letting them in until we can vet them. And they're like, no, no, no, no, hold on. You got to let more in. So what is their real position on this? Donald Trump bad for not vetting this guy or all Afghans are good, which is the right answer? I think what they're trying to do is say it's impossible to vet. So we should just let them in. And sometimes some of them will be bad. But it's worth it because, because, you know, the Statue of Liberty. You know, it's funny? It's funny. Like, that's like a funny response because that is exactly what they have. Have you not seen what's inscribed on the Statue of Liberty? Yeah, I have. I have seen it, but it doesn't say anything about slitting your own throat. It doesn't, it doesn't, you're not required to kill yourself in regard to this. Yet they're trying their best to make the argument that you are required to kill yourself. You are required to go out and make it to where your life is worthless because we have to allow people from, I don't know, Somalia and Afghanistan, which keep in mind, we're also being told in the same breath are great places that everyone loves and it's okay that they feel totally in love with their homeland that they left. And it's so great because no cultures are better. Remember that. All cultures are equal. You can't say America is a better culture. That's wrong. No such thing as American exceptionalism. Donald Trump should have vetted that individual better, even though the fact of the matter is the reality is the guy was let in under the Biden administration and the person who was running the agency that vetted him was still a Biden appointee and Donald Trump had tried to end the very program that was allowing these people to stay.
