Now time for the seven things you'll be talking about today. Number seven. All right, that's right. A bipartisan, United States Senate bill has been making some major headlines, and a lot of people are not happy about it. Some people are. Some people are. It would limit athletes' ability to transfer schools to just one time. It would establish a hard five-year eligibility rule. But there's also something that called the Lane Kiffin rule that would prevent a coach from leaving during the middle of the season. I don't know how this would be enforceable. I have absolutely no idea how you would do this. But rules are rules, right? So maybe they would try to. The portal window and signing day could be changed, and it would certainly be popular. To not have coaches making agonizing decisions like Kiffin, but it just seems like. Can you forbid someone from taking a job in another state if their contract allows them to do so? Why don't it just write it to their contract that they can't leave and make them sign that? I don't know. I don't know. Number six. Blue Origin suffered an explosion on the platform yesterday in Cape Canaveral, Florida, a place I've been numerous times. They're calling it an anomaly. Well, I would agree with that. I would think it's rather an anomaly for a rocket to explode during a ground test. Yeah, and huge fireball. Huge fireball. Everyone's safe. Everything's fine. Everything, all that. That's true. Nothing to worry about. Nothing to worry about at all. And Blue Origin continues on. Now, keep in mind, a lot of this stuff, this work, the rockets, all that stuff, a lot of it was done here in North Alabama. They will continue moving forward. And NASA says they're still moving forward as well. Jared Isaacson has made his statement as well. The other day, NASA selected Blue Origin for the first of three uncrewed lunar missions here. So nobody hurt. The mission moves off. Number five. There is a Attorney General runoff between Jay Mitchell, the former Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell, and Catherine Robertson, who was Steve Marshall's right-hand person. And I got to tell you. Lisa's not getting ugly yet. All right. At least there's that. You have prosecutors starting to line up and talk about who they're going to get behind and different prosecutors are supporting different people. This is the kind of endorsement that should matter in these races.

Okay, you see people doing this. You saw different people from different areas getting together. The Madison County attorney has endorsed Catherine Robertson in this race, but there have been runoff endorsements by other candidates, or excuse me, other district attorneys as well. So, yeah, go learn about these guys before you cast your nest battle. Number four. The redistricting dispute does return to the Supreme Court and the 6-1 map, the 5-2 map. It is all on the docket here, and we will see if the Supreme Court is willing to intervene here. Sam Gavan, very, very skeptical yesterday about whether or not this was going to be resolved before we get too close. But Alabama is asking for them to hurry the hell up and get in here and make some... sort of decision on this. So it looks like this is going to be something that needs to come up. But who knows? Who knows what's going to actually happen here? I hope they do have an answer. I hope we do get somewhere with this. I hope we are able to get some sort of resolution. But every day that passes, it makes it less likely that that is the case. Either way, primaries will happen. Number three. All right. And the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the state of Alabama and said, guys, I think we've made this pretty clear. You can't use race to draw congressional districts. So here we go. Alabama won't have to use the Democratic-friendly state Senate map drawn by a UA undergrad. That's right. That's right. A UA undergrad drew the map that a special master said that they had to use for the 2026 election. It's crazy. An 18-year-old drew this map. You have to use this map. Anyway, the state said, no, we're not going to do that. We're not going to do that. And here we are. They have now blown that map up. So that's good. Another blow for race-based redistricting into the, hey, the states get to make their own decisions. Yes, good. Number two. All right, if you like betting markets, maybe you'll like this, maybe you'll hate this. I looked this up yesterday and I thought it was interesting. Kalshi has some thoughts on the United States Senate race in Alabama. Barry Moore, 91.7% chance of beating Jared Hudson. Now, I'm not too surprised by that. A new poll has Jared Hudson down 17 points, or you can say.
