This is an I-Heart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Our little podcast is the podcast that could, the little engine that could. You know, when we started, it was just a simple rebroadcast of our show, and they would take it over and put it on this new podcast platform. I didn't think anything of it. Before long, we started hearing from people all over the country where we don't air on the radio in the town where they are. And I would say, well, how are you hearing us? Did you find us online? And they say, no, I was on a podcast. Or, as happens for more than anything else, somebody sent me an email, say, hey, check out this podcast. He's from Houston, talks a lot about Texas, but talks about national stuff, and I think you'll like him. And that's how our little podcast grew to be one of the top in the country. It's pretty cool. And so we have show sponsors on the radio. We have show sponsors on the podcast. One of them's a good buddy of mine. His name is Ray Breyer's. And he owns the Pipeyard Inc. And what he does on his cell phone is people call and go, hey, I got a 118 mile pipeline going through Louisiana into Mississippi. And he says, all right, let me go check it out. He goes out. He rips that pipe out of the ground all the way. And he goes off and sells that to somebody else who needs the pipe. It's a beautiful process. And people call him all from our show, from our podcast, all over the country. Thepipeyard, inc.com. 409-788 pipe. 409-78 pipe. Talk to Ray, the pipe ma'amma, good buddy. Turns out, at least according to my urologist, that all that talk about taking testosterone is bad for your prostate. That was based on one study that's been debunked. But you know what? Don't trust me. Do your own reading. Cross-reference. Learn more. Go to fixmylowtie.com. That's synergenics. That's who I use for my testosterone replacement. It makes me energetic. It makes me happy. I lost some belly fat out of it, which was really nice. And yes, it does that too. Fix my lowt.com. There comes a point where you don't want to go to the gym. You don't want to drive there, park, go in, be around a bunch of folks that are dropping weights and talking and waiting. You want your... fitness to come to you, to your living room, to your garage. You don't even need a weight set. They'll bring bands. Whether you're trying to recover from a stroke, a heart attack, you just want to get up out of the wheelchair. Petru in-home fitness. It's a breath of fresh air coming to your home every day. The older you are, hey, that's not a problem. Folks do it well into their 90s. Petru in-home fitness. It's that time, time, time. Lock and load. The Michael Bari Weiss Show is on the air.

Talking about a woman who was out there working with ICE monitors, involved in peaceful protests. And I keep thinking right now of, you know, her name is good. You know, how mystic is that, that her last name is good. And I keep thinking of John Lewis talking about getting in good trouble. Americans who are watching this, if you're in Portland or you're in L.A. or you're in Chicago or you're wherever they're coming next, stand with us. stand with us against this. And we also recognize what the Trump administration is trying to do here because it appears that they wanted a moment like this. And no, it did not happen because our community member is a domestic terrorist. It didn't happen because they went through what appeared to be like a three or a four point turn. That's the furthest thing from any intentional use of force that I could possibly imagine. This happened because the way that ICE is conducting themselves is not constitutional. It is not. helpful for us to have ice agents unlawfully just carrying out these ridiculous raids that are not resulting in any sort of arrests that have no explanation of why they are there they are disturbing peaceful communities that are just trying to live out their lives and I join our mayor and our senator in asking them to get the heck out of our cities we know that when ice agents attack immigrants they attack every single one of us across the this country. When you have these ICE agents all over the streets of our cities without any cooperation with local law enforcement, local communities, tragedies, horrible tragedies, killings occur. Well, I've never been for ICE going into our cities, period. The fact that they are arguing that somehow this is domestic terrorism, much less an attack on ice, is preposterous. This officer not only needs to be fired and suspended, but based on the video. He needs to be charged with murder. Enough is enough. And so to Minnesotans, don't take the bait. Do not take the bait. Do not allow them to deploy federal troops into here. The context here is that the riots around George Floyd and reaction to George Floyd are not far in the rearview mirror. We are four blocks from where that happened. That is very much present in the minds of people here. I heard some people saying that if you thought George Floyd was bad, this city is about to explode. I love to have issues that unite the base. That's what George Floyd represented in 2020. They needed to turn the tide. Trump was doing too well. They needed to mobilize people. Get them to the streets. Get Antifa out there. Get Black Lives Matter out there. They needed to take over the news cycle. They needed to distract from the good economy. The COVID stories gave them an opportunity because it pushed you into your houses. It silenced you. It shut your businesses down. It got you fired from your jobs. You think about this. You think about how few Delta Force operators went in and extracted Maduro from Venezuela. Those guys have a level of training that is off the charts. The other 99.9% of us cannot imagine. Putting your body through what the Rangers, the SEALs, Delta Force, what those guys go through. Do you know we lost special ops forces who refused to take the jab in 2020? Do you know the value of an asset of a special ops operator to our government, to you? Millions of dollars.

6:29

It's a long process that requires a lot of effort and money to get somebody to the point that they are so efficient, so impressive. You don't just grab a guy off the streets, a mall cop or TSA agent, and send them in to grab the Venezuelan president. And we lost them because of that. All of these things are interrelated. All of them matter. So how about the Democrats outside of Minnesota? You could probably imagine what they had to say, right? So let's go to Zohran Mamdani in New York. First, just want to make clear that the news coming out of Minneapolis is horrific. This is one part of what has been a year full of cruelty. And we know that when ICE agents attack immigrants, they attack every single one of us across this country. And this is a city and will always be a city that stands up for immigrants across the five boroughs. And I have made it clear to... Everyone within my city government, and that extends to NYPD, that we are going to uphold our sanctuary city policies. We are going to adhere to them. That is why one of the 11 executive orders that we signed was to repeal the previous administrations order to allow for collaboration with ICE on Rikers Island. What we are going to be doing is following the laws that we have set, laws which have kept New Yorkers safe. and we are going to make it clear to each and every person in the city what their rights are. That's why we took the time to make a know your rights video because it goes back to the earlier question. If you don't know of your rights, then how can you be expected to actually use those rights? So we are going to take every opportunity we have to inform New Yorkers of what they already can do and also to make it clear to our own city government agencies and departments across the board, including NYPD, that we are not here. to assist ICE agents in their work. We are here to follow the laws of New York City. My goodness. In New York, less than 25 years after 9-11, Kami Zohran Mamdani is our mayor. We won't have a country if we don't watch out. Congressman Dan Goldman called for the ICE agent to be charged with murder. He never called for Michael Byrd to be charged with murder when he gunned down the innocent Ashley Babbitt. She wasn't trying to harm the officer. She wasn't pointing a car at him and hitting the gas. Nope. But Dan Goldman didn't care about that, did he? invading our cities using excessive force lawlessly with new agents without proper training and sadly this was not unexpected but it is egregious it was an outright murder and the fact that the administration is trying to defend the ice officer when everyone can see with their own eyes that that car was trying to get away

9:38

because it's still turned away from the officer after she was shot in the head. So the fact that they are arguing that somehow this is domestic terrorism, much less an attack on ice, is preposterous. This officer not only needs to be fired and suspended, but based on the video, he needs to be charged with murder. This reminds me. President Trump today. needs to pardon Derek Chauvin in Minneapolis. Let's do this. Let's do this. Truth, honor, honesty, decency, to hell with whether they get mad about it. The Michael Bari Weiss Show. Please clap. Please, please clap. As you can imagine, the casting call congressman. She was bartending when the Justice Democrats society, they needed a camel's nose under the tent. to be able to get national attention for their socialist positions. So they literally did a casting call. They had people come and sit across from them. They asked questions and they looked at how they looked and how they spoke and whether they could push this person. What's your name? What's your backstory? So Sandy from the block, the bartender at the neighborhood bar was determined to be cute enough, clever enough. With the right backstory, we could put an apostrophe in her name, claim she's an immigrant. And they did. To their credit, they did. Madonna created an image. Lady Gaga created an image. They sold it. They succeeded. She sold it. They sold it for her. She grew into it. You don't have to like her. You can hate her. But you have to see how good your opponent is. It is a mistake to simply say the other side is stupid because it misses the point. The other side is also very good at what they do. So, of course, her publicist, her people had to make the call and get her quoted on the issue because she always has to be at the table as if she is sort of the king of this part of America. What we saw today was a criminal, a criminal, murder a woman and shoot her in the head while she was trying to escape and flee for her life. And I think what we saw today was a manifestation of every American force. Do you believe you should be arrested, the officer involved? I think what we saw was murder today, and I think that we need, of course. She wasn't sure how to answer because they hadn't told her that. But then she realized it clicked to her about halfway through that that's what they needed for the headline. The writer has, the reporter, quote unquote, reporter has already written the story. They just need the headline. They just need her to play the part and say what they needed. That was a leading question to get her there. The leader of the Democrats in the Senate, who himself is under threat by her, said ICE doesn't belong in our cities. Wait. If you're going to enforce our federal laws on the books regarding illegal aliens in our country, I got news for you. They're not out in the country. They're in the urban areas. Ice not only does belong in our cities. That's exactly where they should be.

13:22

Well, I saw the video. It just turns your stomach. We need a quick and full investigation to get to the bottom of this. But when you have these ICE agents all over the streets of our cities without any cooperation with local law enforcement, local communities, tragedies, horrible tragedies, killings occur. Well, I've never been for ICE going into our cities, period. It doesn't belong there. And the mayors and... County executives and others throughout the country believe they can handle it much better themselves than having people from the outside come in. No, they can't. By handle it, they mean not enforce the laws. These are sanctuary cities. They're not handling it. That's just it. This is all intentional. And then you go back to the shooting, this is the distraction from the Somali fraud. That's what this all served. And the media doing their part. Covering this story exactly the way you would expect them to. NBC Nightly News breaking down video of the shooting from multiple angles. Interesting. Let's give this a listen. The police chief saying this vehicle was blocking the federal agents right there. That's right, Tom. And a big caveat, we don't know what happened before this, but they're definitely going to look at the fact this is an unmarked vehicle, but the lights are on. These are clearly members of law enforcement. So that's at least known to this driver. Let's play the video because something else happens right here. Those officers approach the vehicle. They try to open the door. I'll stop it here. How will this help the investigators? Whatever is said here, what these officers say, if the driver said anything or not, could really help them understand whether or not they thought there was some sort of an imminent threat. Was this person trying to listen to them? Were they scared? Or was this going to be a problem? And then, of course, what the driver does next? Let's play that video, trying to leave there. One of the officers felt like they were forced to fire, and they do. We want to show another angle, reverse angle of the same incident here. We're going to freeze it. This is that same angle here. And what does this show us, Tom? Here's to show an officer right in front of the vehicle. That in between the way that the vehicle was moving and the timeline of that, how is the officer responding in that split second going to be critical for investigator? Finally, one more piece of evidence we want to talk about here, and it is the bullet hole in the front of the windshield. What will this tell investigators? You look at this. You look at ballistics. You look at witness statements. You look at other video, all going to be part of this investigation. They almost stumbled on some journalism there. They almost sounded objective. CNN's John Miller said the ICE agent hit by the minivan should have just gotten out of the way. Let's like the advice that the mayors and the leaders of Canada will give a woman who's being raped. Just lay back and let them finish. Don't fight it. We did this in New York in 1994-95. We changed it in LAPD when I was there in 2004. But it's basically simple, which is if you're confronted by a moving vehicle that could be a threat to you, get out of the way of the vehicle and don't shoot at a car. Now, this is DHS policy. I'm reading to you from DHS policy.

16:42

DHS law enforcement officers are prohibited from discharging firearms at the operator of a moving vehicle or other conveyance unless the use of deadly force of the, basically it says unless it's... This appears to be black and white. Well, it does. And it also says a law enforcement officer must take into consideration the hazards that may be posed to law enforcement and innocent bystanders by an out-of-control vehicle, which we just saw the result of that. The point is, unless the person is literally either using the vehicle to ram other people in a terrorist attack or has a car bomb or is chasing you with the vehicle in particular, getting out of the way and reducing the tactical exigency where you're not creating a situation where you're forced to fire these shots is what most law enforcement agencies have adopted. And very clear that that's what was there. It's missing. I ask the officers what they think about that. These officers are taunted, spat upon, slapped, threatened all day, every day. You look at what police pay has done. How much more you have to pay somebody to go through this crap? It needs to stop and it needs to stop now. Ray Breyer's is the pipe man. He owns Pipeyard Inc. and they buy and sell pipe all day long. And I am shocked how much business we've been able to send him across the country. Entire pipelines going across three different states where they need to get the pipe pulled out. He's like, I'll pull the pipe out, I'll sell the pipe. People buying pipe, people selling pipe. The people that buy pipe are environmental managers, pipeline project managers, somebody that's got an abandoned pipeline that's been removed. They want the Pipyard Inc. Compliance and regulatory folks, they want to get those pipes out of there. Selling pipe, folks that need carbon steel pipe, the Pipyard Inc. stocks everything you need, any kind of pipe. There is stuff that people call him for, industrial stuff, that he doesn't even have, and he tracks it down. He's working his phone and his team is working their phones all day long. He's got a yard. They've got pipe. But they are working the phones to get stuff for people all day long. 409-788 pipe. 409-78 pipe. I'm on testosterone and I encourage everybody else to be on testosterone. If you're below 350 on your testosterone level, a very good chance your insurance will pay for you to have it. You know why? There's a lot of studies that say it's very good for you, not just your sex life, but your energy, your strength, all sorts of good things. Do your own research. Don't trust me, but you should do your research, and you should get your blood panels checked. And they'll do all that for you at synergenics. Go to fixmylowt.com. Fix my lowt.com. You paid your insurance premiums, hoping that you would never get fire, smoke, damage, water damage, hail damage, hell, we have so many storms and hurricanes come through here. And the national carrier now doesn't want you, doesn't want to pay you. Chad T. Wilson law firm fights so that you do. He is the lawyer that will fight to get you covered. Go to claimdenied.com or email me and I'll connect you. Claimdenied.com. First calendar day of coverage. You knew it would happen. CNN's Whitney Wilde call this another George Floyd moment.

20:09

This works perfectly. We've got the midterm elections this November. We've got to get a House majority. We've got to get a Senate majority. We've got to impeach Trump. This is how we do it. We fire up the blacks. We turn everyone against the cops. Law enforcement is evil. This is what they wanted all along. This woman is a martyr to Marxism. She is a martyr to the left. I'm not saying she intentionally gave her life, but this is what they wanted was to sacrifice somebody just like this so they could make these claims. Earlier today, we saw protesters at the courthouse. In some of the video, you can see them shouting, chanting, at one point, seeming to either lock arms or kind of stand in a line. There's also a video that shows a cracked window. So the question becomes, does the anger get directed toward the federal law enforcement buildings here? The federal court, does it get directed, as we've seen in other cities? at the ice field offices. We certainly saw that in Chicago. We've seen it in Los Angeles. So that's the list question. Right now, again, we are just yards from where this woman lost her life. It was right where I'm standing that this all unfolded. And right now what you're seeing is people moving away. They're trying to reopen the street so that people can park. This is a residential area. There were a lot of people who saw this, a lot of people who took video of it. And people are, you know, they're here to pay respects to the woman who lost her life. They're here to listen to people speak. And Jake, I'll leave you with this over and over. We're hearing people chant her name. They're saying say her name and you're hearing the crowd chant her name. This is another George Floyd moment here. And the people here, you know, hope, assume that this moment will not be lost in a week, in a month, in a year. This is another turning point here. and they are telling you plainly they want ICE out of Minneapolis. That's the point. Because at the end of the day, they want illegal immigration. They don't know why, but they've been told they do. And that's really what this is about. They're saying her name as if she's some great person. Princeton professor Eddie Glaude said something that the left never said when Donald Trump was shot. Or when Charlie Kirk was shot and killed, he blamed the labeling of Renee Good as a domestic terrorist as the reason she's now dead. Well, how about the labeling of Donald Trump as a Nazi or Hitler? Or when Tim Walz, we played for you earlier in the show, called ICE agents the Gestapo. I think it's important for us to kind of understand the permission structure that has allowed this to happen. Jacob has talked about it. There is this sense that prior to this horrific act, these men and women, ICE, been running around communities, acting in ways that set up this, that put this in place. And then there's the description of people who want to hold them accountable. So, Kristi Noem calling them domestic terrorists.

23:29

Stephen Miller describing them is that, and then, you know, to hear, I mean, this is a way of demonizing them, a language that makes them other, but you can then enact violence on them. Even when you protest peacefully, this is what I was hearing when I was hearing the mayor and I was hearing the governor talk about, let's not give them what they want, right? But even if you come out peacefully, like Nicole was doing in some ways, right? Like Renee Nicole was doing. No kings. What were they called? They hated their country. All of these folk who oppose their position, they are called terrorists. They are demonized. And so the situation has been set up for this to happen. And so it's not just so much the officer that made that deadly gave, you know, that let loose that deadly shot. It's the permission structure that has allowed it all to happen in the first place. And that's what our universities have become. Now, this coming up is the most absurd opinion on the situation yet. MS now contributor Michelle Norris said that this woman who was trying to kill the cop was doing good because her last name is good. Talking about a woman who was out there working with ICE monitors involved in peaceful protests. And I keep thinking right now of, you know, her name is good. You know, how mystic and is that, that her last name is good. And I keep thinking of John Lewis talking about getting in good trouble. You know, that's the way he described. Getting in the way of something that does not make sense. Getting in the way of... Making a way for democracy. Then you get the fact that they all speak from the same playbook. She was a legal observer. She wasn't obstructing. She was in no way a terrorist. She was in no way causing problems. She was a legal observer. Congressman Jerry Nadler, ICE murdered an American citizen and legal observer in broad daylight. Congressman Sarah Jacobs, ICE just murdered a legal observer in Minnesota. They literally give them the language to use. Care National, the Muslim Organization. ICE agents are not above the law. That's the message. Our CARE Minnesota executive director, Jaylani Hussein, just delivered on the street. We're an ICE agent shot a legal observer in the face, killing her. California endowment, a liberal organization. Breaking. Ice shoots and kills legal observer. Congressman Ilhan Omar, the brother lover, I'm following news of a reported shooting of a legal observer by ICE agents in South Minneapolis. Maxine Dexter, Democrat Congressman from Oregon. ICE just shot and killed a U.S. citizen in Minneapolis. She was a legal observer.

26:48

Ed Krasenstein, this is absolutely horrifying in Minneapolis. She was reportedly serving as a legal observer, the new republic. Witnesses say ICE just shot a legal observer. It is statistically impossible that a term that is very rarely used would be used by the same people in disparate posts. At the same time, on the first, same day that all of this happened. They're all reading from a script. Do you remember the line when it was said that if Biden is reading a teleprompter, then whoever is loading the teleprompter? Whoever is writing what is on the teleprompter is the president. The person ostensibly the president who is mouthing the words that is the face of the organization or the institution is not the person calling the shots. It is. The person who is writing what is to be read. The people who are writing what will then be recited by their little puppet politicians, that's who's running the government. And I bet you have a very good idea. That is The Reyes de la Radio. It's the Michael Barry Show. Let's assume the woman in Minneapolis who was obstructing police and trying to kill an ICE officer. Let's assume for a moment that she wasn't engaged in the service of Marxism, their cause. Let's assume she was just driving home and she was shot and killed. Would they cry for her then? Or how about if she rode the bus home? She couldn't afford an automobile. She couldn't afford parking or fuel. Let's say she's the same exact person, but she's on the bus. And let's say that two gangbangers get on the bus. Go to the back of the bus and sit somewhere near her. And then, let's just say, another gangbanger gets on the bus after that. Goes to the back. Fires a couple of rounds. does not hit the right person, hits that guy in the leg, but hits this same innocent woman in the head, literally blows her brains all over the bus. Do you think they would be in mourning? Say her name. Remember who she is? Well, I can tell you that they won't because that happened in Houston. It just happened. On a metro bus. An innocent woman on the west side of Houston was on a metro bus, and investigators believed that the suspect was targeting someone else when she was shot in the head, probably shocked by all of this, and it killed her. How much did it matter? It didn't.

30:36

Didn't matter at all because our local TV station here reported the sex male, height, six feet tall, age range, 17 to 20, and color of his clothes of the person who did it, a black hoodie and light gray shorts, but didn't bother to give us his race, which means they don't really care. that we helped them find this person. Because finding this person doesn't matter. Because this person wasn't in service of Marxism. George Soros didn't order get that person and bring them out. Bring out the gimp so that we may all. That's what they want with his ice agent. They want him strung up like Mussolini on his death. That's what they want here. That's the goal. Here was the story. A chaotic scene this afternoon in West Houston after a deadly shooting on a metro bus. Metro police say a woman in her mid-20s was shot in the head and died at the hospital. Additionally, Houston police tell me a possible second male victim was later taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Officers descending on the intersection of Walnut Bend in Richmond. Equipped with tactical gear and canines while searching for the suspect who was believed to be in this nearby apartment complex. This is something we're not going to tolerate. Metro police say the suspect got on the bus, fired a handgun, and then got off the bus. They add that the young woman shot and killed was not the intended target. It appears that suspect went on the bus. was targeting certain individuals. At this time, that's still part of the investigation. We don't know who they are. But that female was actually one of the innocent bystanders on the bus and got shot. That's crazy. A witness who did not want to be identified says he was on the bus when the shooting unfolded. The young lady, they shot in her head. Her brains was on the floor. Yeah, she got shot in the head. There was another young man, I think, got shot in the leg. from the other bullet. It was only two shots. He described what he saw. Two young men got on the bus, went to the back of the bus. It wasn't no argument or nothing, but another young man come up, and he gets on the bus, and immediately they shoot at each other. I asked Houston police if there was an exchange of gunfire, but they could not confirm that with me. And while Metro Police first reported that there were two suspects, they later clarified that there was only one suspect. That suspect is described as a young man, and he is around six feet tall, last scene wearing a black hoodie and gray shorts. What about skin color? Shocker. I got hold of the surveillance footage, a video. He's black. But you wouldn't need to know that. Why would you need to know if you were trying to track someone down what they look like? Is he part of the 10% of the population or the other 90? Seems like it would help, huh? Why did you tell us he was a male? So we know it's not a female. Why would you tell us how tall he is? Six feet tall. Well, if you see somebody who's, if you saw somebody who was seven feet tall in that area and they were running, you go, well, that ain't him because he's too tall. You saw somebody who's a midget. You'd say, well, it ain't him because he's a midget. You saw somebody who's 50 years old running. You go, well, it couldn't been him because this guy is 17 to 20.

34:09

Now, if you saw somebody wearing a red shirt and light gray shorts, it might still be them because he might have shed his black hoodie. But you know the one thing he can't change? His skin color. We made a parody about this about, I don't know, five, seven, eight years ago. And it's amazing how it still stands up today. In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate and equally important groups, the police who investigate crime, and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories. All right, settle down. Everyone's settle down now. I'm passing out the description of a perp that assaulted an old woman overnight. The scumbag is a black t-shirt and cargo shorts. He's approximately a large to extra large. He has Jordans and the Dodgers baseball cap. The Dodgers cap was askew. I repeat, the Dodgers cap was a skew. That's an important identifier, people. It was last seen running west on 53rd Street. So concentrate your efforts on 53rd Street, but only west of Maine. In summary, I want you to be on the lookout for a running black t-shirt and cargo shorts with Jordans and an askewed Dodgers cap on 53rd Street west of Maine. Don't waste your time with anyone walking or sitting. Our perp is a runner, and he likes to run west. Now let's get this piece of trash off the streets. Be careful out there. Of course, comedian Jim Norton also had a pretty good take on this. And the media is the worst. They won't mention race during certain suspect descriptions. That's how politically correct we are as a country. I was reading in the New York Daily News the description of a rape suspect, and they didn't mention the guy's race. Now, once you're caught, I don't care what you look like, but if we're still looking for you, how about you mention all pertinent information? So we know who to avoid on the elevator. Not that I'm the rape target, but I think you understand. This was the politically correct description they gave. They said the young man was in his 20s, approximately 5 foot 9, 185 pounds, and was wearing a red sweatshirt. Uh, you want to cut the hunt in half?

36:26

Red sweatshirt, really? Why would you mention the thing he can change? But not the race, which he can't. What do you think he's going to leave the sweatshirt on until the manhunt is over? All his friends are telling him, he might want to take that sweatshirt off. No, no, I commit all the rapes in this. This is my lucky sweatshirt. It's an honor to get to share time with you. You have other things you could be doing. If you enjoyed any part of the show or have feedback or maybe perspective, I do love to hear it. You can go to Michael Bari Weiss Show, our website, M-I-C-H-A-E-L-B-E-R-R-O-I, MichaelBerry Show.com. It says send Michael an email. That comes directly to me, and yes, I do read them, and yes, I do respond as many as possible. Thank you, and good night. Or, as happens for more than anything else, Somebody sent me an email and say, hey, check out this podcast.
