This is an IHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Ray Breyer's is the pipe man. He owns Pipeyard, Inc. and they buy and sell pipe all day long. And I am shocked how much business we've been able to send him across the country. Entire pipelines going across three different states where they need to get the pipe pulled out. He's like, I'll pull the pipe out, I'll sell the pipe. People buying pipe, people selling pipe. The people that buy pipe are environmental managers, pipeline project managers. Somebody that's got an abandoned pipeline that's been removed. They want the pipe yard ink, compliance and regulatory folks. They want to get those pipes out of there. Selling pipe, folks that need carbon steel pipe, the pipe yard ink stocks everything you need, any kind of pipe. There is stuff that people call him for, industrial stuff, that he doesn't even have, and he tracks it down. He's working his phone, and his team is working their phones all day long. He's got a yard, they've got pipe. They are working the phones to get stuff for people all day long. 409-788 pipe. 409-78 pipe. Did you know that most insurance companies will pay for a man to have testosterone replacement if he's below 350? Isn't that interesting? You've probably heard that testosterone will, well, invigorate you. Your wife may enjoy that, or she may want to be left alone, but your wife may enjoy that. You may enjoy that. But there's so much more. Let me tell you, more energy, more strength, you feel better. Synergenics. Go get your blood tested. Whether you write a check every month or it's on direct deposit or auto pay, you write a check to your insurance company for a reason. You could have spent that money on anything else. You made a good decision to hedge against bad things happen. And then it did. Hurricane, windstorm damage, hail damage, fire, smoke, water damage. And that insurance company, 10 states away, denied your claim, and they should not have, and you know it. Go to claimdenied.com. It's the Chad T. Wilson Law firm, and they will fight for you. Claimdenied.com. 713-2-2-6,000. 713-2-2-6,000. It's that time, time, time, lock and load.

Barry Show is on the air. It's Charlie from Blackberry Smoke. I can feel a good when coming on. It's the Michael Barry show. Any attempt to restrict drinking and driving here is. If you listen to our show on the I-Heart stream, chances are you've heard the endless promotion and endorsements from and of the Las Cultura podcast. It's these two gay actors, I'm told, named Matt Rogers and Bowen-Yang, who were far-left activists. In the past, they spent their energy trying to get people canceled. Last week, they told the truth, saying, quote, don't waste your money sending it to Jasmine Crockett. Don't do it. Because they like the white liberal, James Talarico. Well, the other liberals are coming for them, calling them racist and sexist. So they quickly apologize. When you play with fire and it burns you. I always enjoy videos of the Middle Eastern terrorists or Pakistani terrorists where they're trying to blow something up and it gets them instead because they're too stupid to get out of the way. That's what this feels like. And I pulled my hair back, check my nails. It was a very that. And so I don't, I don't, I don't look back in regrets because we were part of the culture we were part of. Should we have listened to the populist message all along? Is that ultimately what would work for them? Yes. It's not going to be Gavin Newsom. And when any time a politician is making it too obviously about themselves, I'm already done. And don't waste your money sending to Jasmine Crockett. Do not do it. I must agree. Don't do it. You're going to waste your money. Take it from someone who sent Sarah Gideon like a ton of money in Maine. Like just don't do it. Don't waste your money. Don't do it. It's hard enough to come by. Even the left is calling the hood rat congressman, Jasmine Crockett, a waste of money. Part of the reason is that while she's running for a Senate seat in Texas. She goes to church and says this. Some people get a little funny when you start talking about race, but this is real. There was a Trump appointed justice. Yeah. I testified because I had already sued the state of Texas because Texas is racist. Yeah. That's the Senate seat Democrat primary in Texas. Meanwhile, the Rhino Republican incumbent of four terms already, John Wayne McCornan. He and Jasmine Crockett. One, supposedly a Republican, the other very much a Democrat. Both are part of the political machine that doesn't give a damn about you, the normal people. It's all about making money and accumulating power. It's almost like they're joining forces. You've got re-rended at a stoplight. Let me guess. Trump slipped on a wet floor? Trump deregulated something. Dog done bitchy. Folks, who was president? Crooked. Injury attorney. No case too small. No blame too creatively assigned. I don't need evidence. I need vibes, baby. While my colleague is shouting, I'm fighting for stability. McCornan, champion of the Washington establishment. I defend institutions, norms, procedures. If your problem can be delayed, studied, and sent to a bipartisan panel, I'm your guy.

Taking on the system. We are the system. Two lawyers, two world views, one office coffee machine, no unclean. I'll fight for your pain. I'll schedule a meeting about your concern. Results may vary just as not guaranteed. Blame subject to change with pulling down. If you're hurt. If you're frustrated. Or politically exhausted. We're already arguing about it. Call out. Operators are standing by. Rhino Senator John Cornyn of Texas is working feverishly in an attempt to make himself appear like a Maga Republican. Trump is very popular in Texas, especially in the Republican primary. But in fact, John Cornyn is a lot like Mitch McConnell, who once he wasn't in power anymore, immediately started working and voting against Trump at every turn. So somebody named Marla Honor went on Twitter and posted this montage to remind people who exactly John Cornyn is. Now, most of you won't be listening from the state of Texas. But ask yourself, is your Republican senator or congressman? Are they just another rhino? Are they somebody who has worked against Trump and Trump's agenda? Because Trump's agenda is our agenda. That's how he won. He didn't win because he's pretty. He won because he promised to do things that he's doing that we wanted him to do. Strong words from U.S. Senator John Cort in out of Texas. The Republican says former President Donald Trump can't win the 2024 general election for president. John Cornyn saying, I think President Trump's time is passed by. Are you saying don't vote for Donald Trump? You know, it's too important to gamble. I do think it's very important that we have a candidate who can win in 2024, and I'm not sure President Trump is that candidate. You've said that you think it's time for the Republican Party to move on from President Trump. You know, in politics... Unless you can win an election, you're pretty much irrelevant. The senator didn't say who he intends to support, but he didn't double down on who he believes the Republican Party should not nominate. And that is former President Donald Trump. Four men told Fox 26, he won't be supporting former President Trump, and neither should other Republicans. I'm going to ask you about the indictment and the charges against former President Trump. Unfortunately, he's created the circumstance for himself. Texas Senator John Cornyn says a wall is not... answer to securing our border. We're quoted the other day saying you're not for a wall and the people of Texas are not for a wall. What can't see that impression? A wall, I have to tell you, Chucker, is not going to stop your legal immigration. A wall is an immorality. What we need is a virtual border. This giant wall from sea to shining sea makes no sense whatsoever. The walls do not make us safer. I have a problem with the wall, period. The idea of the wall is somewhat off-putting to a lot of people. You are in favor of something called a virtual border. I mean, do you see when people hear that, they go, huh? Yeah, it needs some explanation. John Cornyn has decided to take guns from lawful gun owner. The rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited. President Biden said, do something. I've found that if you want to get something done in Congress working with the

8:48

Democrat is a pretty good idea. Matter of fact, it is the only way. I am proud that for the first time in 30 years, we passed some gun violence prevention. Senator Corrin, help lead in the Senate. I also want to thank the bipartisan group of senators who work so hard to get this done, especially Senators Murphy, Sinema. Quarinen, I hope you don't get you in trouble matching your name. So the backbone is something called a red flag wall. Red flag wall would allow the government to confiscate your firearms without even charging time, much less convicting you. The lead is John. The amazing thing about John Cornyn is he admits he doesn't care about gun crimes being by actual criminals. Senator John Robert F. Kennedy Jr. asked John Cornyn during one lunch, quote, are we focused on gang violence and inner city murders? And there's no, we're not focusing on that. John Cornyn has decided to take guns from lawful gun owners. If there's one reason you vote Republican, it's prevent that. Now, there are some Republicans, including former President Trump, who are ripping this and ripping you as well. The deal on gun control currently being structured and pushed in the Senate by the radical left Democrats with the help of Mitch McConnell, Rino Senator John Katie Porter, Texas, and others will go down in history as the first step of the movement to take your guns away. The Michael Bari Weiss Show. He's just perfect. The Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.., Robert F. Kennedy Jr.., unveiled on behalf of the federal government, the new food pyramid. promoting whole foods, proteins, healthy fats, because the outdated and ridiculous food pyramid that we had before that food companies had basically bribed people to put in over-emphasized carbohydrates and did not distinguish between healthy fats. Anybody who has studied the issue knows that the sugar industry in the 60s pushed their version of the pyramid that downplayed the risk of sugar and vilified fats. Fats were the enemy. Fats were never the enemy. It's a real tragedy that you can't trust your government. But better to figure that out sooner rather than later. Better to now do your own research to triangulate what you hear from one person against another, what you see in studies. What makes sense to you? When you eat this type of food, how does it make you feel? Your body processes food differently than my body processes food? Study your body. Take notes. Be conscious. You're not able to sleep when you eat this sort of food. Don't eat it. And then see if you sleep better. You're constipated. You have diarrhea. Your stomach feels like it's shredded when you eat this kind of food. Pull back on it. You don't have to live like that. We're too smart for that. But I'm delighted to see that President Trump put a guy from Democrat royalty, literally royalty of the Democrat Party, as close to royalties as we have in this country, the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. family. And he puts him in charge of something he's passionate about. Bravo Donald Trump. Bravo Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. One of the big villains in that chapter is the American Art Association, which it was and continues to accept millions of dollars on the biggest processed food makers in this country. And it given us that supported and fortified a dogma that vilified and demonized good food. And I imply implicitly then.

12:31

bolstered the economic and mercantile ambitions of the processed food makers that were providing its funding and these are the conflicts of interest and all of us marty and j and oz and everybody in this agency came in to end those conflicts and to expose them and it's important that the american people know and sometimes they're getting medical advice with people who have an economic stake in that advice And we have a responsibility to question that. I got an email from a fellow named Chris Cheney this week. And he writes, I just had double bypass surgery on December 10th. I'm doing well and I'm feeling great. My message to your massive listeners is this. My life's goal, as I tell people every few days, heart attacks and strokes for the most part are preventable. All you need to do is go and get a heart scan and a carotid artery scan. It takes about an hour. It's painless. It costs a couple hundred dollars. If the scans don't see anything, great. If they do, go through the rest of the tests to ensure how bad it is and what your next message is and what your next move is. It saved me from a heart attack. It wouldn't have killed me, but I could have been driving 75 on the highway and ran into somebody and hurt them or myself. Bottom line, everyone gets scanned. You know, I go for my testosterone shot once a week, and I go to Centrogenics. It's a show sponsor in Houston. And when I go, I get my blood pressure checked every week. And once a month, I get my blood panels done so I can see any changes. And people will say to me, yeah, you know, it's this many dollars. I don't want to spend this on this. I don't want to spend this on a test. And I go. That's less than you spend in a month on your automobile. Yeah, but so they don't think of it as something they need to spend money on. And here's my problem with that. I don't take care of my health because I'm vain, quite the opposite. I take care of my health because I got a whole, I got several families that rely on me to show up every day and talk into the microphone for them to make a living. I've got 85 companies in Houston alone. that rely on me to bring you all together every day and for y'all to then go and support their businesses and buy their goods and services because they're going to deliver to you because they're going to take care of you. And then we've got companies all over the country beyond Houston and in every market. And I've got a wife and two kids myself. So, yeah, it's an investment in them to take good care of myself, to get my blood checked, to keep my testosterone level up. to monitor my heart. Yeah, it's exactly what it is. Well, Michael, you drank beer, and smoked a cigar. I do. I'm not perfect. But I'm going to make good calculated decisions between enjoying what I enjoy and preventing illnesses that if I can catch them early enough, there's a better treatment. It doesn't have to be one or the other. You know, when people find out I've lost a lot of weight, and then I've kept it off, and I feel great. And... They see a picture of me eating a big meal because I eat one meal a day. It's called Omad, one meal a day. And so I eat what I want. I don't worry about what I eat. I eat a big meal in the evening. And I weigh 185 and I feel great. And that's a very healthy spot for me to be. I feel good. I can wear the clothes I want to wear. I got all the energy I need. I sleep well. But people who are fat will see a picture of me eating a dessert. And they'll go, oh, that's not on the diet. You don't understand the diet. You don't understand food.

16:10

And that's the problem. You've got a bunch of people running around claiming they're going to be on a diet next week and they're going to start eating celery and jogging because they don't know anything about food and how it works. You don't have to be hungry all the time. You don't have to be miserable. You don't have to eat bad foods to be the weight you want to be and feel good about yourself. But they don't and won't take the time to learn about foods. And what foods interact with your body generally and your specific body, because we all have different needs, and how that works. And when you should eat and how you should eat. So instead, they just say stupid stuff. Oh, shouldn't be eating that. I'm not good for you. I'm not fat and you are. So how about you take your own advice? But that person. never actually enjoys their food. I see this with a lot of fat people. They never actually enjoy their food. Well, I can't eat that. I shouldn't eat that. I mean, I'll eat a little. And then they eat it and they feel guilty because they don't understand anything about it. Our little podcast is the podcast that could, the little engine that could. You know, when we started, it was just a simple rebroadcast of our show. And they would take it over and put it on this new podcast platform. I didn't think anything of it. Before long, we started hearing from people all over the country where we don't air on the radio in the town where they are. And I would say, well, how are you hearing us? Did you find us online? And they say, no, I was on a podcast. Or, as happens for more than anything else, somebody sent me an email, say, hey, check out this podcast. He's from Houston, talks a lot about Texas, but talks about national stuff, and I think you'll like him. And that's how our little podcast grew to be one of the top in the country. It's pretty cool. And so we have show sponsors on the radio. We have show sponsors on the podcast. One of them's a good buddy of mine. His name is Ray Breyers. And he owns the Pipyard Inc. And what he does on his cell phone is people call and go, hey, I got a 118 mile pipeline going through Louisiana into Mississippi. And he says, all right, let me go check it out. He goes out. He rips that pipe out of the ground all the way. And he goes off and sells that to somebody else who needs the pipe. It's a beautiful process. And people call him all from our show, from our podcast, all over the country, the pipeyard, inc.com. 409-788 pipe. 409-88 pipe. Talk to Ray, the pipe man, my good buddy. 713-226,000. 7132-2-6,000. You see the urban police chiefs attacking federal law enforcement. Now we see the sheriff of Philadelphia. Rochelle Bill All. Oh, yeah, exactly what you would imagine. Goes on an unhinged rant calling ICE agents, quote, fake, want to be law enforcement. Vowing to arrest them. In Philly, if she doesn't like what they're doing. I'm Rochelle Ballard, the sheriff for the city and county of Philadelphia. And I say her name. Renee Good. Renee Good. Renee Good. Renee Good. This should not have happened, but we're here today. Let know that law enforcement professionals, real ones. Not the fake made-up ice probably trumps a new army to attack citizens of the United States. Did you hear what I said? No law enforcement professional wears a mask. None. None. Those that come into our communities wearing a mask to commit crime. I thank God for our district attorney Larry Krasner, who say he's going to lock him up. And I'm saying now, we are not going to whisk you away for them to hide your identity because when you do it there, you're getting arrested there. No whisk away for them to hide you. None of that here. None of that here. Law enforcement professionals do not shoot at moving vehicles. Not saying fleeing because she wasn't fleeing. She was getting out of the way. Law enforcement professionals do not stand in front of moving vehicles invoking an action that is illegal. No, we don't. And so we stand here today with all those who stand against the made-up fake, what you can call ICE professional law enforcement. I don't call them none of that. I call them made-up fake wannabe law enforcement. Because what they do is against not only legal law, but the moral law. So I'm with the DA, and we will work with them. If any of them want to come in this city and commit a crime, you will not be able to hide. Nobody will wish you off. You don't want this smoke. Because we will bring it to you. And the fake, whatever, they call them. Because I can't.

22:35

I can't say the name, but the criminal in the White House would not be able to keep you from going to jail. The name good should be here today. The director of ICE, Todd Lyons, responds, my message to the sheriff is try it. Trying to arrest my folks. Anytime you pit law enforcement officers against law enforcement officers, it makes nobody safe. This is the exact type of political rhetoric that I've been saying ever since I had the opportunity to be the ICE director, that this increased rhetoric is what's causing the issues right now. You can't pit a local law enforcement officer against a federal law enforcement officer. We are out there trying to do. a lawful law enforcement mission. And this rhetoric right here is pure example of what we're facing every day. And you know, I'm not one for like big, you know, banter or bluster, but my message to the sheriff is try it. Try arrest my folks. Meanwhile, her rant was so unhinged, it prompted the Philadelphia Police Commissioner, Kevin Bethel, to put out his own statement saying, number one, They have nothing to do with her because it's a complete separate entity. Number two, the sheriff is basically a powerless politician who leads an organization that, quote, does not police the city of Philadelphia, conduct criminal investigation, nor does it in any way direct municipal policing. Good grief. Lyons also told Fox News that there's a multi-agency investigation into who's financing, oh, sorry, Ramon's right. Lyons is the director of ICE. He told Fox News there's a multi-agency investigation to figure out who is financing the criminals obstructing ICE across the country. It's not happening naturally. There's a lot of money being spent. And telling these idiots, hey, go in and do this to try to make it stop. ICE, you know, Homeland Security investigations in the FBI, we're actively investigating many groups all across the U.S. now that are actively targeting ICE officers and agents and other federal partners in their day-to-day mission. So we do believe there's a criminal conspiracy going on. We are working with all of our federal partners to try to track down the funding, the leadership of these groups, because, you know, we would see time and time again ICE officers and agents would be doing an operation, and within seconds to minutes, all of a sudden there's 50, 60 protests on that. site. So there's an active, active group out there that is criminally based that's, you know, impeding and causing these operations. Meanwhile, while the sheriff of Philadelphia is chasing leftist clout, we have this story. A Philly man arrested and charged was stealing over a hundred skeletal remains from the cemetery. Investigators found human remains in his home.

25:35

including corpses hanging from the ceiling. They believe he was selling human remains online. Hey, Sheriff. Won't you focus on this student's death? Police think that Jonathan Gerlach was selling at least some of those human remains online. Investigators say he had collected a trove of human skulls, skeletons and bones, including full corpses hanging from his basement ceiling. I never thought I would see this in my life. It was an experience that you really don't want to relive. The Yang police chief says he's seen a lot in his career, but nothing like what he saw when he walked into the home of accused grave robber Jonathan Gerlock. He was one of the first inside of Gerlock's effort of home when they discovered more than a hundred human remains of people who have died decades, even centuries ago. Investigators and medical. Examiners were back at the property today. They say eight more bodies were found at a nearby storage locker. They were basically on display. There were some stuff in boxes, but most of the stuff was on display. According to newly released affidavits, police say Gerlach used crowbars and screwdrivers to break into dozens of mausoleums and underground burial vaults on both the Yaden and Philadelphia sides of the historic Mount Moriah Cemetery. You can actually see where some of the stones were moved and vaults burglarized. Two corpses stolen from this grave, seven sets of remains stolen from this family plot. All of the remains were from those who died many years ago, but some as young as infants. Descendants of family members buried here are sickened. It's yucky. I mean, anybody finding out, we think that, you know, we're going to rest in peace and be okay there. And, I mean, it's their landing space of their body, not their soul. So there's peace in that. Neighbors at Gerlock's effort, a home, started to get suspicious when they started noticing flies around the window. It was more than five. It was at least 20, 30 on each window. I figured it was a garage that they were getting in through somewhere, and they couldn't get out. And now... finding out that there was all those remains in there. It makes sense. Investigators are trying to figure out if other cemeteries were hit. In December, a tip came into police about a grave robber in Luzerne County. A tipster told police, they recently discovered a partially decomposed corpse hanging from Gerlach's basement. They also say he disappeared for a few days and mentioned that he had been in Chicago selling a human skull. Police are looking into a Facebook page. devoted to selling human remains. This concludes the proceedings, the court of impeachment, is hereby dissolved. Mr. Michael Bari Weiss. Well, that about does her. Raps are all up. We closed the show earlier this week with some of the stories of fraud coming out of Mogadishu. Minnesota is in a state of collapse. You've got these Somalis who've taken over.

28:54

They are running an absolute fraudulent ring. They're reinvesting part of the proceeds of the fraud money in the politicians themselves and in ballot harvesting and other fraud so that the politicians are scared to oppose them or they'll lose their office. They've got in their back pocket the top folks. Here were some of these scandalous things said. in interviews by Chris Rufo with Scott Bessent, the Treasury Secretary. Some of the things that we learned from David Hodge, who ran for Minnesota Attorney General against Keith Ellison. And then, of course, I'm sorry, David Hodge was an interview with Nick Shirley, the 23-year-old who exposed all this. Here is just a montage of some of the things we saw. You recently mentioned you think there are between $300 and $600 billion in fraud every year of federal funds? That's not my number. That's the general accounting office. So it's about 10% of the federal budget, 1 to 2% of GDP. And if we can narrow that number, President Trump asked for a $500 billion increase in the defense budget to fortify. 10, 20 years of neglect and the forever wars that we've been involved in that he's determined not to get us into, that if we need to flex up our military budget, if we can get rid of this waste, fraud, and abuse, we can finance a safer, sounder U.S. with that, without taking on more debt. Sounds pretty good outcome to me. That's part of following the money. There are evidently some disturbing tapes of A.Keith Ellison in meetings with people who donated to him, them calling for political favors to stop the investigations. So we'll see. But again, I don't want to get out ahead of the investigation. It's going to be very methodical. And Chris, I can guarantee you when the bear trap snaps, we're going to get these folks. Again, we're going to follow the money, whether it's all, whether it's over the two counties here, in Minneapolis, St. Paul's, or whether it's to East Africa. And there's tons of luxury properties, cars that have been bought over there. And how the hell did this happen? How did it happen? President Trump is outraged. I'm outraged. The American people should be outraged. One thing I'd like to talk about with you that is related to this whole architecture of intimidation is that there are 501C3 nonprofit groups that are funded by left-wing dark money that are organizing or at least at arm's length encouraging criminal activities, criminal protests, criminal obstruction of federal officers, including ICE agents. Is the Treasury looking into this? Is this something that you have authority to crack down on and what can we expect? Yes, yes, and yes. So these groups are engaging in this. We have the authority and we are examining them because when you see these protesters, someone is financing them. There are safe houses that when you see the 300 people with the same laser that they're using to blind DHS agents in courthouses in Portland, someone

32:12

bought those lasers. And again, what we do is follow the money, just like we followed it with the mafia, just like we followed it with the drug cartels. And we will find out who's done this. I announced today that we are going to put in effect a whistleblower program. And my sense is that the rats will turn on each other. That, you know, as I believe you reported or someone talked about in the round table today, one of the Somali fraudsters tried to... bribe a juror with $120,000. What turned out, she'd been given $200,000 to bribe the juror, and she skimmed $80,000. It's like the scorpion. It's in their nature. It's way beyond anybody's imagination, the total amount. The state doesn't even know. The feds don't even know. And so, for instance, why would that judge bow down to the head of the Somali mafia here? What I can tell you is that it's a voting block. And what they say is if you do something to go against our community, we're going to vote for, and they all vote together, and there's ballot harvesting, I've seen them do it, that we're going to vote for your opponent, unless you do what we tell you to do. And so it's all purely for votes. Yes. And so this building right here, Cedar Riverside, major massive apartment complex. How many Somalians do you think live in there, for instance? Well, this is just one complex. You've got... 20 more just like this around the Twin Cities, and they're all Somali. You're talking probably 100,000 or more people, and they're all living rent-free. They're driving a vehicle that you paid for. They're eating food that you paid for. Everything they do is something that you paid for. And for instance, that entire block will then go and vote for one specific candidate. They'll have one person go there and collect all the ballots, and nobody tracks. They could say they have nine people living in an apartment. They're going to send them nine ballots. And then they have someone who comes along, collects all the ballots. So what's the need, for example, for 1,200 transportation companies inside of Minnesota? What's the need for that many transportation? Well, there isn't. There isn't. You're talking about getting a right. You already have services that are provided. You have metro mobility that offers free rides to seniors and low-income people. And so to have that many non-emergency medical transportation companies, it's not possible that they can transport that many people. I have been to many of these transportation companies, and I've been time stamping my photographs for a whole year at one facility in Minneapolis. And those vans in that parking lot had not moved one inch. And then in an entire year, they're all still sitting there. And so when you think about it, you have, with the transportation companies, you have the adult care centers. So are they working hand in hand together to then say, we're getting the services from them, the adult daycare centers, to then transport them to their appointments? And we close the show with Tim Walz, the governor of Minnesota. who will not be running for re-election because he's been outed. He is in it up to his ears with corruption and fraud.
