I also met recently with the heartbroken mother and sister of Rachel Moran. Rachel was a 37-year-old mom of five beautiful children who was brutally raped and murdered while out on her run. She wanted to keep herself in good shape. It was very important to her she was murdered. The monster responsible first killed another woman in El Salvador before. He was led into America by the White House. This White House let them in. Get back to wait. the truth to one another in love and walk humbly with each other and our God. So Fox News is just going completely around the clock, wall-to-wall, guthrie coverage. It is weird. It is really, really weird. If you were someone in any other world capital right now, and you said, wonder what's going on in the most powerful country in the world? Oh. They're following a case of an old woman whose daughter is like a not very well-known TV show host on a morning TV that most people have never heard of before, but her mother is missing and they don't really know what's happened. But for whatever reason, like they'd had enough, they'd been covering the, you know, they had these protests and they were trying to deport to people and all this stuff. And I guess they'd kind of gotten bored of that or maybe there was an op to get rid of it. And they don't have any, they don't have any school shootings or, you know, OJ or anything like that. So they're all just kind of really, really, really obsessed and they're all becoming experts on this case. And so then every day they'll be like one thing. And maybe that one thing is, we don't have anything new today. And our next, our guest from the FBI to tell us, if we don't have anything new today, what does that mean? Well, my experience, when you don't have anything new today, what that means? And then they do that. And then we get a ring camera. And whatever thing they have, they put up on the screen. And maybe it's the inside of a cupped, gloved hand. And they show that. And it looks like what could be an olive branch or a cotton seed or a bird's nest. I don't know. But they just show that repeatedly. Oh, okay. All right. Well, there's that too. Okay. All right. So we got this video. And then. And then everybody, and then I've noticed if you're on a text group or if you show up in public, the person who commands the most attention is the one who is glued to it the most. Hey, what do you all think about the Guthrie case? It's always a woman. They go, oh, well, I think when you got the ring camera, you got da-da-da-da-da-da. And then someone else says, well, that's not true. Because as of 13 seconds ago, they've just reported this. Oh, my God. And then the people, it's like what used to be. A socially impressive thing was professional accomplishment or having served in a war or these sorts of things. Now it is who knows the most about the case that's in the news. Yes. Well, are you watching the Olympics? I don't know anybody that's watching the Olympics, including myself. I have no interest in it. None. Normally a lecturer, they tell us, you've got to pay attention. Otherwise, you're not a good, sophisticated person. And they keep telling us. It's like, it's like when you don't want to do St. Patrick's Day and they're like, no, no, come on, guys, we got to all wear green. I don't want to wear green. You got to. You got to. It's a tradition. No, you do it. You got to. We all got to do it. No, nobody wants to do it.

Nobody really cares about the Olympics. And that's okay. It's okay. It's not the end of the world. It doesn't mean that society has collapsed. You got the network that paid all this money for it. I'm not part of it. So I saw a mixed doubles curling at a restaurant where I was sitting on the screen. Kind of like shuffleboard on ice. A man and a woman team up. This sounds like some sort of marital counseling, right? And they give direction where they want the other one to move the stone down to ice. The U.S. actually won silver, so we're kind of good at, you know, sweep into the ice. And I'm watching this woman is yelling directions to the dude. And I thought, huh, this is good. I'm sorry. 71% of Democrats. support voter ID because everybody knows if you don't have to prove who you are before you vote, we're going to have voter fraud. And once you have voter fraud, you don't have elections. And once you don't have elections, you're a third world country. So here's Hakeem Jeffries, because he needs fraud in order to win. Asked by CNN's Dana Bash, why the 71% of Democrats who support voter ID are wrong. Your own party voters. Why are they wrong? Now, I understand you don't support things like a passport, for example. But requiring basic ID in order to vote is really popular. A few poll from a few months ago showed 83% of Americans, including 71% of your fellow Democrats, support requiring an ID to vote. Why are they wrong? I haven't said that they're wrong.

We know that states are the ones who are empowered to conduct elections. And every state should be allowed to decide the best way to proceed to ensure that there's a free and fair election. Here in New York, there are, in fact, voter identification requirements. The question is that what Republicans are trying to do is to engage in clear and blatant voter suppression. Then there's always Adam Schiff. He's reliable. Old pencil neck. I used to love to hear Rush trash him. He told ABCs this week that voter ID disenfranchises people and will suppress the vote. That's not true. That's not true. We've seen case after case after case where voter ID laws once implemented increase voter turnout because when people think the vote matters, they show up to vote. My wife was the Secretary of State for the great state of Texas, the 1009th Secretary of State. And when the laws were implemented, the new voter ID law in 2014, she traveled to all 254 counties to show people you have seven forms of ID to vote. Six that are government institution issued. And the seventh also government is free. If you don't have any of the other six, you can go to your DPS and they'll print you one. They'll make one for anybody. Everybody can have an ID. But poor people won't have ID. If you don't have ID, you can't get welfare. Did you know that? If you can't have, if you don't have ID, you can't get food stamps, you can't get welfare, you can't get anything from the government. So if you don't have ID, you have a bigger issue than the fact that you can't vote. If you're so poor that you don't have an ID, then you're the very people that would presumably qualify for food stamps and welfare, right, and housing. But you have to have an ID to get those things, which means poor people do have an ID. Poor people use their ID more than you and I do. Fact. Oddly enough, Adam Schiff said Democrats need to insist that ICE agents are nowhere near polling places. Or what would it matter? I don't mind walking past an ICE agent. Do you? Ramon. Can you explain why is it concerning that the director of national intelligence would not only be present for an FBI raid of this, you know, to get the ballots in Georgia, but also there at a meeting with FBI agents and putting the president of the United States on the phone during that meeting. Explain to us why. why this is of concern. Well, this is alarming at every level. First of all, why is the FBI conducting a raid five years after the fact when there were three recounts in Georgia? Why are they even there? And remember, this is the site of the election in which the president called Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State, the Republican Secretary of State, and demanded to find 11,780 votes that don't exist. So what are they doing there now? Are they going to manufacture some claim having seized ballot box? is that there were, in fact, 11,780 votes. And why is the Director of Intelligence who has no role in domestic law enforcement there? What is the President personally doing on the phone with FBI agents during a raid? All of this is unprecedented. I think all of this is intended to send a message, and the message is...

And what does he do? He compares himself to past civil rights leaders because he was arrested protesting inside a church. Oh, girl, please. Can you imagine the state having control of your freedom simply because they don't like that you are doing your job? So that was very frightening to me, but in my time when I was there, I thought about all the people who'd come before me. I thought about all of the people who fought for civil rights, who fought for gay rights, all of the people who were at Stonewall, Marsha P. Clark, I'm like, yes, those are the people, those are the real heroes. And so what's happening to me, I have at least in this time that I'm living now, more agency. More resources, more rights, and I would hope than the people who are fighting for our freedom and our civil rights. Ray Breyer's is the pipe man. I didn't talk much about the ads at the Super Bowl. I didn't find them to be memorable, to be honest. There weren't a lot that really jumped out at me the way there used to be. Used to be a spectator sport. There were people who didn't care about football who would watch just to see the creative content of the ads that would be aired because when you paid that much money to air a spot, you wanted creative that stood out.

Let's listen to a few of those spots, shall we? We picked a few for you. First up is an ad for the new Trump accounts. I like this. Dear America. Am I started investing when I'm 16? 9.7. It can change my future. All are future. I want to be a nurse. Go to college. Be a businesswoman. I can save for a house with a trampoline. Two trampolines. This year, every American child gets an investment account and millions will be pre-funded. That's free money. We can all experience American dream. So President Trump's move to provide a starter account for every American child that is born. It violates my libertarian tendencies. I will say that. But I will say this also. I think that we should focus in the education process. On teaching people life skills, teaching them how the world works, that means sex ed by the time that they're beginning to have sex. Not how a boy can become a girl. It's how the reproductive process works, the miracle of life. Because they do need to understand. Here's how someone gets pregnant. Because most of the teenage pregnancies are unintentional. And they do need to understand. about birth control. And they should be taught abstinence and the importance of abstinence. Avoidance of STD, avoidance of pregnancy, which you're not ready for, but also the emotional attachment, the moral perspective. Moral perspective should be taught just as much as anything else. And the reason is, The same reason that you can teach the Bible, even if you're not a Christian. It's an important part of our culture. If you're not comfortable with the faith-based perspective, the Word of God, you at least can't deny some most quoted piece of literature in world history. I mean, there's no doubting that. It's not Shakespeare. It's not Omar Kayam. It's not even close. The entire canon is not quoted as often. In fact, people are quoting the Bible when they don't even know they're quoting the Bible. And many times they're quoting things they think are in the Bible that aren't like, well, I won't. I think that young people should learn. And I think you should teach your children this. And if you don't know it, get a little how-to. We live in the era of YouTube. You can learn how to do anything. Jasmine Crockett, my son, who's a senior, has become the stakemaker in our household. He's got this elaborate state concoction he now makes. And it looks like something that an Instagram influencer would make. And he got it from watching YouTube videos. You can learn how basic investments work. You can open a Robin Hood account or a little brokerage account and put a dollar a month. I don't give a damn. But what President Trump's trying to do is going to encourage people to understand.

how our stock exchange, how equity, how investment, how capitalism works. In the purest sense, capitalism is the use of capital in this form, and in many other forms, whether it be stocks and bonds, equity and businesses, real estate, treasuries, currencies, I love that Trump is encouraging people to learn about this. I do. Everyone should do that. Every child should learn that. We had a pro-ice commercial run during the same Super Bowl that saw Bad Bunny perform a halftime show entirely in Spanish saying things that once translated are very disturbing. There was a pro-ice commercial. Did you see it? They're friends and neighbors, sons, fathers, their little league coaches and veterans, they're people who love this country. These are immigration and customs enforcement officers. They are removing violent criminals from our streets and neighborhoods. It's dangerous and difficult work. But ICE has one mission to make America a safer place to live, and that's what they're doing. This is law enforcement. This is ICE. You have to keep telling your story. You cannot assume that people know everything you know. It's just a fact. You need teams of people out there being interviewed, writing things. You know, let's take Israel, for instance. Israel is very effective at messaging. They pay people to message. I think the pro-Gaza folks are catching up. I think the Qataris, the Saudis, I think these folks have understood that the American military and the American marketplace and the American media and the American voter are very important to their lives. And we may not get a vote per se, but we can influence the votes. The Chinese have been doing that for a long period of time. The Russians have done that. The Ukrainians were very good at doing it. You cannot just assume your story will be told properly or at all. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. Let's rewind here. This is a guy who was running for president as a Democrat. The Democrats wouldn't let him on the ballot because he'd beat Joe Biden and because he's a Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. And here's a guy with an unlistenable voice due to a vocal cord condition. And despite it, continues to speak all day, every day. Can you imagine how frustrating that is? Like having an extreme stutter, but worse. But he just keeps plugging along. I admire that. He's in the best shape of anybody I know at his age, other than maybe Lee Labrata. He called this next ad, the quote, single most important ad in Super Bowl history. It's Mike Tyson talking about his family's struggle with obesity. and the importance of eating real food. That means food that is not manufactured. Let's just stop for a moment and think about the life and times of Mike Tyson. This guy should, by all accounts, be dead by now. He's had so many. Scott Fitzgerald said there is no second act in American life. Yeah, there is. And Mike Tyson proves it. He just keeps getting back up. Gets knocked down, gets back up. Here's the ad.

My sister name was Denise. She died of obesity at 25. She had a heart attack. I was so fat, nasty. I would eat anything. I was like 345 pounds, a quarter of ice cream every hour. I had so much self-hate when I was like that. He wanted to kill myself. We're the most powerful country in the world, and we have the most obese, fudgy people. Something has to be done by processed food in this country. We're going to add a little bit about these whorehouses I know all about. Ramon wants to know what around the world is. Whistling bongholes, spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honky lighters, husker do's, hoosker do's, nips and daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser? The Michael Bari Weiss Show. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. on Fox News talking about that Mike Tyson. Let me say this before. I know there's always a chuckle when Mike Tyson speaks because he has such a thick lisp. I'm always amused how many people love to do their Mike Tyson jokes, but nobody will do it in front of him. Nobody will say, my sister, my sister, do that in front of him. I dare you. And I think part of that is everybody likes to make fun of the dude that they're secretly scared to death of. What did he say? Yeah, everybody's got a plan until they get hit in the face. I remember, ma'am, when he was in his heyday, he would be so much shorter than whoever he was fighting against. And they would talk, they'd run their mouth. Because you really could not understand how hard he was hitting and how fast he was hitting you. And it would be pre-fight and it was, you know, it was all hype. We know how that works. And they'd be telling what they were going to do to him and it was going to be great. Because if you beat him, you beat Iron Mike. He was at the top, man. And then he'd knock him out in short order. And afterwards, I don't know, Bert Sugarman, whoever it was, it would ask him, you know, hey, what do you think about this? You know, he said he had a really good plan to knock you out. And he said that with that accent and with that Lisp, yep, everybody has a plan until they get hit in the face. It's true, isn't it? How many times have you prepared for that moment, I'm going to do this, and then you get in it? How many times did you prepare for the marathon and then you actually start? You get 10 miles in and you think you're going to die. Here was Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. talking about the power of that ad that Mike Tyson was in. I think that really, I think that will resonate with a lot of people. And I think it's true. You know, I see a lot of people that in our country that are morbidly obese. And it's real easy. I mean, we all do it. You fat ass, you lazy, you this, you that. But, you know, if we have an ounce of compassion for mental health problems, there's got to be an ounce of compassion. I get it. Fat people that are the last people you can make fun of. I don't want to take that away from you. I'm not judging you. I do it too. And I think everybody's secretly afraid of being fat, right? So that's why, you know, skinny people won't make fun of fat people, especially skinny women because they're scared they'll become fat. They're all scared that this is temporary. They're going to wake up one day and be fat, wearing a fat suit. But I do sometimes think to myself, wish there was a pill we could give people and they wouldn't be fat. We're close.

We're close. These semi-glutides, I've seen that change from people's lives. I love that. You know, we got people 500 pounds. It's hard on your knees and your back and your system. And then so these people start taking shots and they start losing massive amounts of weight. And then you have people going, well, these shots are not entirely healthy in what way? Well, you can lose some muscle math. You can lose muscle mass. That guy was going to die of a heart attack. like Brutta is before his 30th birthday. And you're worried about him losing muscle mass? What if Ralphie Mae could have lost 300 pounds? Probably still be around today. Still telling funny jokes. But he couldn't. Good thing he didn't take a simple glutide. He might have lost some muscle weight. That's so stupid. People do this all the time. Oh, yeah. Well, there's this fix for your problem over there. This fix has a little side effect. Yeah. Well, the problem is going to kill you real soon. How about you suffer the side effect? I don't get that. People, that one just, anyway, here's what Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said. He says the biggest struggle, the biggest fight that he had in his lifetime. What is his fight with obesity? He was 340 pounds. He lost his sister when she was 25 to obesity, to a heart attack. And he did, the whole ad was shot, and the whole thing was conceived over about a three-day period. And they gave him a script. The script was not working, and he just started talking. And it's an extraordinary powerful ad. I think it's the most important ad. Super Bowl history because this is a crisis, Peter, that's existential for us. Now, 77% of our kids cannot qualify for military service. The obesity is off the charge. 38% of American teens are diabetic or pre-diabatic. And the cost to our country is ruinous. When my uncle was president, we spent zero on chronic disease in this country. Now, we spend $4.3 trillion a year, and it's growing faster than anything in the budget, and it's going to bankrupt us. But if you were in the business of treating obesity, you wouldn't want it healed. Now, would you? You wouldn't want it fixed.

I think there's a cynicism and skepticism toward our medical establishment that somewhere along the way they lost the plot, that we're not on the same team anymore. That it's always treatment over healing. It's like when you find out they can make a tower that will last forever and they chose not to because then they'd be out of business. A sort of planned obsolescence. It's better for your business. People get sick. You don't want to heal them. Just want to keep treating them. Give them a pill for the rest of their lives. The side effects, be damned. Destroy their liver. Who cares? I used to hear people talk like that, and I'd say, what a crazy kook? I had old crazy Ron Paul, old crazy nut. And then there's a moment where you wake up and you go, ooh, Ron Paul was right about. Everything. Maybe he wasn't a crazy old nut. Maybe that very healthy doctor who had a cult following, despite the fact that he was insulting every industry, every establishment, Terry, and every, maybe there was something there. You know, it can make you downright depressed. I've got a friend named Mary Talley Bowden. During COVID, she was treating people who were dying in the hospitals. She was treating people with ivermectin and a combination of things. We didn't know as much about COVID as we do now. She was just treating people based on what worked and what didn't. And the government was stabbing you with this clot shot. And the government was paying for it. And you had to take it. I don't want to take it. I never did. My brother died from it, by the way. You had to take the clot shot. No, no, I don't want to take it. You have to or you'll lose your job. You can't go out in public. Okay, I won't go out in public. You can't go the doctor. Okay, I won't go the doctor. You're killing my grandmother. Not killing your grandmother. I'm staying home and not bothering anybody, which is exactly what you wanted. You've controlled the situation. You've owned, you're going to steal the election. But what you're doing is demonic and you're going to hell for it. Right? Got to take the clot shot. It's free. It's not free. The government's paying for it. Big farmer got wealthy. Why'd their stock price spike so much if it was free? They didn't give away free anything. It wasn't a donation. Why is it free, by the way? Why don't people have to pay for the clot shot? Why did the government pay for it? Why do they make it free to the end consumer? Why? Well, because it saves lives. Doesn't AIDS treatment save lives? Doesn't cancer treatment save lives? Doesn't diabetes treatment save lives? Why don't you give that away free? Why doesn't the government pay for that? Why did the government choose to pay for this? That seemed odd to you? Our little podcast is the podcast that could, the little engine that could.
