This is an IHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Ray Breyer's is the pipe man. He owns Pipeyard, Inc. and they buy and sell pipe all day long. And I am shocked how much business we've been able to send him across the country. Entire pipelines going across three different states where they need to get the pipe pulled out. He's like, I'll pull the pipe out, I'll sell the pipe. People buying pipe, people selling pipe. The people that buy pipe are environmental managers, pipeline project managers. Somebody that's got an abandoned pipeline that's been removed. They want the pipe yard ink, compliance and regulatory folks. They want to get those pipes out of there. Selling pipe, folks that need carbon steel pipe, the pipe yard ink stocks everything you need, any kind of pipe. There is stuff that people call him for, industrial stuff, that he doesn't even have, and he tracks it down. He's working his phone, and his team is working their phones all day long. He's got a yard, they've got pipe. They are working the phones to get stuff for people all day long. 409-788 pipe. 409-78 pipe. Turns out, at least according to my urologist, that all that talk about taking testosterone is bad for your prostate. That was based on one study that's been debunked. But you know what? Don't trust me. Do your own reading. Cross-reference. Learn more. Go to fixmylowtie.com. That's synergenics. That's who I use for my testosterone replacement. It makes me energetic. It makes me happy. I lost some belly fat out of it, which was really nice. And yes, it does that too. Fixmylote.com. Whether you write a check every month or it's on direct deposit or auto pay, you write a check to your insurance company for a reason. You could have spent that money on anything else. You made a good decision to hedge against bad things happen. And then it did. Hurricane, windstorm damage, hail damage, fire, smoke, water damage. And that insurance company, 10 states away, denied your claim, and they should not have, and you know it. Go to claimdenied.com. It's the Chad T. Wilson Law firm, and they will fight for you. Claimdenied.com. 713-2-2-6,000. 713-2-2-6,000. It's that time, time, time. Lock and load.

is on the air. They had a fake Russia investigation. That interfered. That was a terrible thing. That was actually a treasonous thing to do. Those people should have been arrested. They made it up. They made up a problem with Russia that didn't exist. Now they've all admitted it didn't exist. It was just on to the next one. There should be no fuss on this whatsoever. The Russians interfered in our election during the 2016 cycle. They did it with purpose. They did it with sophistication. They did it with overwhelming technical efforts. And it was an active measures campaign driven from the top of that government. There is no fuss on that. It is a high confidence judgment of the entire intelligence community. And the members of this committee have seen the intelligence. It's not a close call. That happened. That's about as unfake as you can possibly get. And it's very, very serious, which is why it's so refreshing to see a bipartisan focus on that. Because this is about America, not about any particular party. It's a party in the CIA.

3:27

I'll be honest with you, when you're talking about cybersecurity, a lot of it is classified and we're not going to provide it because the way we catch folks is by knowing certain things about them that they may not want us to know. And if we're going to monitor this stuff effectively going forward, we don't want them to know that we know. This is one of those situations where unless the American people genuinely think that The professionals in the CIA, the FBI, our entire intelligence infrastructure, many of whom, by the way, served in previous administrations and who are Republicans, are less trustworthy than the Russians, then people should pay attention to what our intelligence agency says. The PIA. So the effect of what President Obama and his senior national security team did. Speaking of war, in Mexico, with Mexico, concerning Mexico, Topo Chico, now unavailable in the United States. And those shortages could stretch into the summer. Those of you who have been listening to the Michael Barry show. For a while, know the Barry Doctrine, as uttered in around 2006 or seven, goes as follows. You don't invade anywhere you wouldn't want to visit. You don't invade Afghanistan. You don't invade Iraq. But you do invade Mexico. Yeah. You invade Mexico. You slaughter the cartels. Forget the Venezuelan oil. You invade Mexico. You secure your border. I mean. It's a good deal. I mean, no less than comedian Ron White had one theory. And we take the money we make from selling the rest of Florida to Israel. We buy Mexico, fix it up, and flip it. Now, we'll have to send down some painters and landscapers because they're all up here. And when they're gone, you're going to wonder where the fuck they went, because you ain't going to want to do this shit yourself, not if you're anything like me. We sell Mexico to a country that can put a ton of cash down, but you know they can't make the payments like Peru. Peru has trillions of U.S. dollars in cash and banks all over Peru. It's your cocaine money they tricked you out up. We get all that money back. We finance the balance of Mexico to Peru. We let them get behind on the payments. We repossessed Mexico. Now we have Mexico free and clear. New paint, new shrubs. Now, with all that cocaine money, we start buying countries south of Mexico. We buy them all. We buy Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Salvador, Costa Rica. And every time you buy one of those countries, that long-ass wall this country needs to build gets a little shorter, doesn't it? Until eventually, we buy back the Panama Canal, which we built anyway, stand there and go swim this. And you know what we'll call it? North America.

The Supreme Court ruled that President Trump does not have the power to levy tariffs. Under the statute, the administration cited as justification for the president's strategy to fight the trade deficit. The White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller was on Fox News with Laura Ingram when he said the Trump administration will keep and grow the tariffs to bring back American manufacturing. Clarence Thomas said so brilliantly and eloquently, the language of the statute is clear. Under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the president has the authority to regulate foreign trade. And going back to the founding of our country, the term regulate has always meant and included the power to levy duties. But here's the good news, Laura, as cowardly, as horrendous as the Supreme Court ruling was, as poorly as it reflects on John Roberts' court. and the continued torturing of our statutes and our Constitution. Here's the good news. The court also affirmed the president has the authority. under section 301, section 232, section 122, section 338, and many other provisions of federal law that the president can levy tariffs on foreign nations. So his program will not only be fully reconstituted, but it will be expanded. And one more point, Laura, the Supreme Court also affirmed that under IEPA, the president has authority to restrict, impede, deny, license. or even fully embargo any foreign trade. So the net result of all this is we're going to keep and grow the tariffs to bring back American manufacturing, which keeps prices low by incentivizing products we made here in America. But it also means that President Trump has even more tools when it comes to dealing with foreign countries that undermine our security. John F. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. did an amazing thing as president. He assembled every... living Nobel Prize winner recipient in the White House. Now, the Nobel Prize used to be a really big deal. When they started giving it to Al Gore and Barack Obama, they destroyed it like the left destroys everything. But it used to be a really, really big deal. And Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had his team track down every living Nobel laureate. And many of them were able to make it and were honored to make it to the White House, to a dinner in their honor. And JFK gave a toast that probably would have been written by Ted Sorensen, who guess who ghost wrote most of his stuff. But it could have been Teddy White. It could have been, he had a good, he had an amazing actual, he had an amazing speech writing team. But let's say, let's just say for the purposes of this, that John F. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote it.

9:51

And he said, this is the greatest collection of human wisdom, save and accept when Thomas Jefferson died alone. And Stephen Miller quoting Clarence Thomas there makes me think, if you take Samuel Alito out of the mix, Clarence Thomas. is the greatest collection of wisdom on the Supreme Court. And everyone but Samuel Alito just takes away from that. Perhaps Thomas is the only person who's rulings we should be listening to in your show. It's been six years since Bernie Sanders came out in support of the Green New Deal at the 2020 Democrat presidential candidate debate. He said at the time, six years ago, we only had six or seven years to act, or there would be irreparable damage done to the planet. Oh, no. That means it's happening right now. We're all going to die. The scientists are telling us that if we don't act incredibly boldly within the next six, seven years, there will be irreparable damage done, not just to Nevada, not just to Vermont or Massachusetts, but to the entire world. Joe said it right. This is an existential threat. You know what that means, Chuck? That means we're fighting for the future of this planet. And the Green New Deal that I support, by the way, will create up to 20 million good paying jobs as we move our energy system away from fossil fuel to energy efficiency and sustainable energy. This is a moral issue, my friends. It would destroy our economy, our workforce. our manufacturing and our quality of life. But good evening. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to tonight's production. Playing the part of Al Gore tonight will be his understudy Bernie Sanders. Because if you think about it, Bernie Sanders is just Al Gore 2.0. I'm here to educate you about the single biggest threat to our planet. You see, there is something out there which threatens our very existence and maybe the end to the human race as we know it. I'm talking, of course, about man bear pig. It is a creature which roams the earth alone. It is half man, half bear, and half pig. Some people say that man bear pig isn't real. Well, I'm here to tell you now, man bear pig is very real, and he most certainly exists. I'm serial. Man bear pig doesn't care who you are or what you've done. Man bear pig simply wants to get you. I'm super serial.

13:11

But have no fear, because I am here to save you. And someday, when the world is rid of man bear pig, everyone will say, thank you, Al Gore. You're super awesome. Speaking of crazy Democrats, Gavin Newsom and Blue Cities, the governor of California is out promoting his new book called Young Man in a Hurry. A memoir of discovery. Keep that in mind when you hear him tell the crowd that like them, he can barely read. This is a white man speaking in front of a black group. Everyone in the room is black, except for him. He does not know these people individually. And his... connection to them is to say, hey, I'm just like you. I know you're thinking, oh, he's a white guy. He's rich off politics. But just so you know, I had a low SAT score. I'm dumb just like you black people.

14:33

Does a black person not stand up and say, stop talking to us like we're stupid? I'm not trying to impress you. I'm just trying to impress upon you. I'm like you. I'm no better than you. You know, I'm a 960 SAT guy. And, you know, and I'm not trying to offend anyone. Hold on. I'm no better than you. We didn't think you were. Why would you say that? You remember the scene in Austin Powers where the dude has the mole on his chin? And he says, molly, molly, mole, because he's trying to not say mole. Um, Dr. Paging Dr. Freud, I think you just revealed. that you think you're better than them. I have said for years that if black people would understand, white liberals don't care about them. But it's far worse than that. And Malcolm X said this again and again and again. He was very clear on this. Malcolm X said, it's not the white conservative that's our problem. It's the white liberal. Because the white liberal wants to restrict us and control us and own us. This is very crass language. I understand that. But I feel very strongly about this. Until black people stop allowing themselves to be talked about and treated like pets, that's what white liberals view them as. And I'll give you another example, so it's not as uncomfortable. You've heard of the concept of Moonschausen by proxy? Moonchausen by proxy is a concept that was discovered with women who would injure their children, rushed them to the emergency room, and the doctors couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. But then they came to understand the mother liked the attention. So the mother didn't care about the child's good health. This was for her. The child was just a prop for her to get attention because nobody paid attention to her because she wasn't pretty, she wasn't interesting, she wasn't powerful, she wasn't rich, she wasn't noteworthy. But when she was the mother whose child was sick, they would all comfort her because she's the mother of the sick child. And it gave her a personality. It gave her a character to play. What Gavin Newsom is doing here is what Hillary Clinton did when she went to the black church and quoted the Reverend James Cleveland. I ain't no waste hire. I've come too far from where I started from. Nobody told me that the road would be easy. But I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me. Oh, wow, Hillary. That's how you normally talk. That's great. It's funny, you sound just like the Reverend James Cleveland, and yet you're a Midwesterner from Illinois. Who knew? Our little podcast is the podcast that could, the little engine that could. You know, when we started, it was just a simple rebroadcast of our show.

18:23

and they would take it over and put it on this new podcast platform. I didn't think anything of it. Before long, we started hearing from people all over the country where we don't air on the radio in the town where they are. And I would say, well, how are you hearing us? Did you find us online? And they say, no, I was on a podcast, or as happens for more than anything else. Somebody sent me an email and say, hey, check out this podcast. He's from Houston, talks a lot about Texas, but talks about national stuff, and I think you'll like him. And that's how our little podcast grew to be one of the top in the country. It's pretty cool. And so we have show sponsors on the radio. We have show sponsors on the podcast. One of them's a good buddy of mine. His name is Ray Breyers. And he owns The Pipyard Inc. And what he does on his cell phone is people call and go, hey, I got a 118 mile pipeline going through Louisiana into Mississippi. And he says, all right, let me go check it out. He goes out. He rips that pipe out of the ground all the way. And he goes off and sells that to somebody else who needs the pipe. It's a beautiful process. And people call him all from our show, from our podcast, all over the country, the pipeyard, inc.com. 409.788 pipe. Talk to Ray, the pipe man, my good buddy. Did you know that most insurance companies will pay for a man to have testosterone replacement? If he's below 350? Isn't that interesting? You've probably heard that testosterone will, well, invigorate you. Your wife may enjoy that, or she may want to be left alone, but your wife may enjoy that. You may enjoy that. But there's so much more. Let me tell you. More energy, more strength. You feel better. Synergenics. Go get your blood tested. You might notice that some car dealerships on the freeway have massive flags. You know why? Because the sign code does not limit the size of your massive patriotic flag. Lots of folks get their flags from Kronberg's flags and flag poles. They got your UT flag, your A&M flag, your UH flag, your Baylor or wherever else flag. Crombergs, flags, and flagpoles. 713, 661, 92, 22. 713, 661, 92, 22. It's gotten to the point where you wonder if proving the left are liars is even worth the time. Because no matter what you do, there are people who hate you, hate this country, hate Trump so much that they're going to vote Democrat anyway. I mean, you can't give up hope, but it does make you wonder, doesn't it? Give an example. Gavin Newsom. The state of California is crumbling. People are leaving California for Texas, Tennessee, Florida. They're leaving New York. The policies didn't work. Zohran Mamdani was going to tax the rich. His own Democrat governor won't let him do it. So now they're going to tax everybody. And you know what? I'm here for it. Burn it down and start over. This is a generational thing. People have to experience socialism to understand that it doesn't work. It's misery.

21:49

And I'm one standing over on the side going, how's that working out for you? Yeah. You know how your parents did when you were little? And you had to do something. I got to have this. I got to do this. You don't want that. I got to have it. You don't want that. I got to have it. All right. You're going to do it. All right. I tried to show you. All right. Do it. And then you come back. Oh, yeah, that was a mistake. So Gavin Newsom was in Georgia. He's running for president. He's a young man in a hurry. And he spoke out against voter ID. He and Mitch McConnell have this in common. He says he lost his birth certificate when he was seven years old. So we can't have voter ID because, what? Again, this guy's just insulted a black audience saying, I'm stupid, just like y'all. And now we got him saying, We can't have voter ID because I lost my birth certificate. Wait a second. Zohran Mamdani said you couldn't shovel snow without your birth certificate in New York. And this guys, honestly, you can't keep up. The stupid hurts my head. So this is madness. Voter ID. It's not about voter ID. The save acts not about that. It's about registration. It's about proving your citizenship with a passport. Not everyone has a passport. If you, where I don't, I don't know where your birth certificate is. I lost that at seven. I don't even know where to begin to get it back. So these guys are not screwing around. I mentioned the DOJ. I mentioned that we had to go to the Supreme Court. Talk about holding your breath. I've learned all of my breath now six. It used to be a minute. Now it's six minutes. That just getting stronger and stronger. All of my breath. We were waiting. We didn't know how that decision would go. And so you're actually right. We have to be vigilant. If that poll word was out there, of legal strategies out there. We have to flood this up. It just show up in record numbers. We have to continue to be vigil and mindful in. And we have to have each other's back. We have to see something and say something in that spirit of, you know, security but also voting security, our national security. We have to watch what's happening online with algorithms. We have to watch what's happening to our media. And now it's being consolidated by a very small number of people. With all of these things, we need to call it out with clarity and conviction. And we need states are the front lines of these battles. You can't let state representatives off the hook, up the hook. It's really important. I mean, and that's why I'm here in this day. We were with the state Democrat of your party earlier. I appreciate so many members of the political party. They matter. You matter. It's important. We invest in this infrastructure. We not turn our back just because it's a quote-unquote red state. Your state of mind is no dissimilar to mind. We all want to be loved. We all want to be connected, inspecting, protected. I mean, there's sort of universal values that we need to promote, but one of those clearly is going to have to be voting in tech great. It's no point. Absolutely. It just, it blows my mind that there are people stupid enough to buy this.

25:18

Large numbers of people fleeing California. Businesses fleeing California. I just saw that Valero fleeing California because of their far-left policies. Mark Zuckerberg fleeing California. For all these people's talk of pie in the sky, and you know, we need to give back more. But what do they actually do? What do they actually do? State Senator, Republican Suzette Martinez Valadares, or Viadores, blames Democrat policies for chasing away the oil companies. And that is hurting Californians. I want to. take a minute to really address what I'm hoping to hear. But also point out that for years, this legislature has really sent a clear message to the oil and gas producers and refineries. And that message was and has been, you don't have a future here. And the markets responded. Capital left, reinvestment slowed, and now we're seeing refineries have closed down. In 1982, there were 43 refineries in California. Today, we have seven. Meanwhile, demand is up, and Californians are paying about 50% more at the pump than the national average. We produce roughly 20% of the crude oil that we consume. And more than 65% of that comes from foreign sources. We are one more refinery closure, one more pipeline failure, and we'll be staring at catastrophic instability. When you've lost CNN's Fareed Zakaria, you're in trouble, lefties. CNN's for Reid Zakaria calls Blue Cities out of control. with their promises to spend all or spend more while delivering less. New York is really a prime example of a problem Democrats seem unwilling to confront. Blue cities are out of control. Promising more, spending more, delivering less, and pushing off the fiscal problems to some future day. Take Los Angeles, another one-party metropolis, wrestling with affordability and disorder. The city's homelessness budget for fiscal year 2025-26 totals about $950 million. The LA Homelessness Services Authority reported that in 2023, homelessness was up 9% countywide and 10% in the city. And a 2024 AP account noted that homelessness has searched 70% countywide since 2015 and 80% in the city. All this amid public frustration despite billions spent. An audit reviewed 2.4 billion in city homelessness funding and found that officials could not reliably track where it went or what it achieved.

28:30

Or take Chicago with a mayor whose approval rating is deep underwater where the pension promises are so large that they will surely bankrupt the city at some point. What is the theory of good government here? If the answer is keep adding programs, the city will keep producing unaffordability. Because unaffordability is what happens when government becomes a machine that grows faster than the society it governs. Zohran Mamdani's basic instinct is correct. Focus on affordability, especially housing, but not by providing government subsidies. These only seem to have driven up the cost of rent as subsidies naturally do. The city's rental assistance spending rose from $263 million in fiscal year 2020 to $1.34 billion in the most recently reported fiscal year. That is a five times increase in a handful of years, and housing costs only got worse. Michael Barry, the Michael Barry Show. Steve's pollster, Harry Inton, has a dire warning for Democrats. He said, people are fleeing from places like California in New York for red states, which will make it difficult for the party to reach the number of electoral votes needed to win the White House after 2030. I'll play what he has, but I don't think his conclusion is correct. I think it's the opposite. I think the people who vote Republican are leaving those states. And if they didn't vote Republican before, they are now. So business owners, small business owners, investors, people that work, people that are not crackheads, are on welfare. Those people are leaving. So those are the reasonable people. So what you're left with in blue states is crackheads, illegal aliens, welfare recipients. And so what happens is the wealth creators are leaving the state. And we're seeing that in big numbers in Florida. Big numbers in Florida. So you know what will happen, right? When they no longer have the ability to gouge people who live in the state to pay for all their nonsense, they will go to the federal government for bailout. We've seen it happen again and again. It's very important that we not bail them out. They must be left to suffer. Otherwise, there are no consequences. This cycle continues. But anyway, here's what Harry Inton has to say. Taking into account the population mid-2020, look at this. The biggest population growth this decade? All five of the states states that Donald Trump won. Donald John Trump won in 2024. Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and of course the great state of Arizona where I spent my New Year's Eve. I love those folks out in Prescott, Arizona. These were the biggest gainers.

31:48

The biggest gainers in terms of population compared to the 2020 census. Now, it's not just a red state boom. This is what we're looking at. We're looking at a red state boom here, but it is not just a red state boom. We're also looking at what I would dare call a blue state depression. Because who are the people, who and where are the people moving from into the red states? Well. They're blue states. They're blue states. Take a look here. The lowest domestic net migration this decade. All five of the states, states that were won by Kamala Harris in 2024. Look at this. California. Harris's home state. New York, where I'm coming from right now, of course, Illinois. New Jersey, and of course, the Great Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is a bastion of blue liberalism. These are the states that folks in the United States are moving away from and into the red states, which is propelling a red state boom. This is interesting, right, but it could also have major political ramifications if it holds, holds for 2030 the next census. Because take a look here. If in fact the 2025 population shifts hold for the 2030 census, look at this. Look at the house seat shifts by state. Remember, of course, we apportion the number of house seats depending on the population in each state. If in fact the 2025 population shifts holds for 2030, states that Kamala Harris won, they would lose. They would lose seven seats in the United States House of Representatives. The states that Donald Trump won in 2024, they would gain. They would gain seven seats. Now, this isn't just about the House of Representatives, right? It's also about the electoral college, because the number of electoral votes that each state gets is equal to the number of senators. Each state, of course, has two, plus the number of house seats that they have. So what would this mean for the House of Representatives? If you remember back in 2024, right, it was all about, we were talking about the blue wall, if Kamala Harris could win the baseline Democratic states and then add in the blue wall states of Michigan, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, she would get to 270 electoral votes. But if all of a sudden we, in fact, have applying the 2025 estimates, the population estimates, to the electoral college. The blue states plus the blue wall of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin would no longer be enough. Under the current estimates, you get to exactly 270 electoral votes, the minimum needed to win the electoral college. If, in fact, you apply the 2025 estimates, look at that. You would only get to 263 electoral votes if you were a Democrat, which would mean a Republican victory. Sounds exciting. Here's the problem. We already know that the Biden administration. and an official in the Census Bureau cheated on the numbers. So if nothing is legitimate, if the ref has determined that the other team is going to win before the game, then no matter how much preparation you do, how much training, how much execution of your game plan, it's not going to matter. So what happens? This was why they brought in the illegal aliens.

35:03

This is why they don't want them deported. The illegal aliens are there to give them the numbers to get the White House. Government is their religion. It is their power, is their control, is their money. They can't win the government with the majority of American people. That's just a fact. They have to cheat. They have to import illegal aliens. Just that simple. There's no way around it for them. No way around it for them. I'll leave you with some good news. The Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, rejected a request to have Jesse Jackson lie in state at the capital. I guess they call it lie in honor if he's not ahead of state. You remember Paul Wellstone? Remember we had that was some great loss to the country? Now, I know what you're thinking because you're the nice neighbor. You're the one that's going to get crushed by the conquerors. Michael, we ought not say nothing not nice about people what's died. Does that apply to Hitler? Or can we say that Hitler was a monster? How about the fact that they insulted Rush Limbaugh upon his death? But Michael, we ought not be like them. Why not? Let me make this clear. For those of you who are fans of this show and me, when I die, I hope they say nasty things about me. I hope they rejoice. I hope there's a parade. I hope they take to the streets in cheers. Because that will be the sign that I made a difference. If they only say polite things about me and they do not rejoice, then my life's work was for naught. So if they cheer, if they say, he was a racist, he was a monster, he was divisive, he was horrible. Remember these words that I told you. That's exactly what I hoped they'd say. I won. I made a difference. They needed me out of the way. They didn't shoot Donald Trump in the head and barely miss the kill shot because they like him. They warned him out of the way because he makes a difference. They didn't bother with Bush. They didn't bother with his daddy. They didn't bother with Mitt Romney or McCain. Those people don't matter. Trump matters. I hope you enjoy our podcast as much as we enjoy making it. You can always email me through the website, Michaelberry Show.com. I do love to hear from you, and I do respond to you. Tell me where you're emailing from. It's fun. Our podcast listeners are from all over. And wherever you are all over, there's a decent chance that you have or know someone who has a steel pipe that can be sold to my friend Ray Breyer's.

38:30

at the pipeyard inc.com. They dispatched trucks across the country to haul one load or 300 loads of pipe. I had one listener. In Georgia, his company had an abandoned pipe, an abandoned line running all the way from Louisiana. through the Southeast Conference of Football, Basketball, and Ray Breyer's, the Pipyard Inc. was able to pull all that pipe out, pay them for that pipe, and then sell it to another user. Thepipyard Inc.com. 409788 pipe. Did you know that most insurance companies will pay for a man to have testosterone replacement if he's below 350? Isn't that interesting? you've probably heard that testosterone will well invigorate you Your wife may enjoy that, or she may want to be left alone, but your wife may enjoy that. You may enjoy that.
