We are living in a crazy world right now on 925 Fox News, and I mean it is a crazy, crazy, crazy world we live in. As a conservative, now you have to worry about 100% going to the doctor, going to the hospital, and whether or not you will receive. Fair treatment. A labor and delivery nurse at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is no longer employed after a TikTok video service that appears that she shows her making a graphic and violent comments about White House prexitary press secretary Karoline Leavitt. Well, last night I was delivered a message from our very own attorney general who sent us this message. to let us know. Effective today, Lexi Mike Lawler is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida. Making statements to wish pain and suffering on anyone when those statements are directly related to one's practice is an ethical red line. We should not cross. I'm proud of the Florida Surgeon General for taking this decisive action. Not just her, by the way, there's an anesthesiologist, and there's a lot of layers here. And we'll get more into that. But now joining us on the show. And we missed him last week, but we got him this week. So let's please welcome Congressman Byron Donalds to the show. Good morning, Byron. How you doing, buddy? How has your week been? Are you staying warm? Somewhat. I was in Tallahassee. He was freezing up there. But, you know, weeks going very well. You know. I'm just right through. Working your way through it. Let's start right away with Minnesota. You called for criminal referrals against Governor Walls. Do you believe that a criminal referral will actually happen? And do we see any kind of justice because he continually defies the federal government there?

3:10

Well, hold on. What I said was, is that Governor Walls does not have legal authority to oppose ICE and federal law enforcement from executing federal law. And no governor does. If it goes to the level of a criminal referral, that's going to be a determination at the Department of Justice. But it needs to be very clear and understood by everybody in America. Governors can run their mouths all they want. But when it comes to naturalization and deportations under the Constitution, the federal government has full authority. They have plenary power. And that's because naturalization and immigration is an enumerated power of the federal government. When the Constitution was ratified, the state gave those powers to the federal government. So any governor in our country, it doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a Democrat, liberal conservative. You don't have the authority to tell federal law enforcement when it comes to immigration what they are and are not going to do in your state. Now, I believe what Governor Walls, and this has to be proven, I think Governor Walls and his team, especially if the allegations are true about this signal chat where his team is leading these signal chats, well, now that goes down the line of nullification. you could argue insurrection, where they are through these funded protests, they are trying to nullify federal, federal, not just federal law, but the United States Constitution. You can go down that line. So I think a determination on a criminal referral is something for the Department of Justice to decide, not even Congress really to decide, I think, at this point. But it's very clear that Tim Walz is not following his constitutional oath to the United States Constitution that he took when he became governor of Minnesota. As we dig deeper into the Democrats of Minnesota, allegedly taking donations from fraudsters and the fraud going on there, is the fraud being shadowed by the ICE and DHS being on location there? I don't think it's being shadowed. I think public opinion is kind of moved out. Not public opinion. Like the view of media and whatever people are looking at has shifted somewhat from the fraud of Minnesota. But that doesn't mean that we're not continuing to look. Department of Justice and the FBI are still in active criminal investigations on the fraud angle. The Oversight Committee, we are going through the process of full investigations into the complicity of the Walls administration. and the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison. So we're continuing down our lines and our investigation. And whatever information we find, where if we can prove, you know, if we can prove that Tim Walz was essentially promoting this fraud, that's something I think lands in the lanes of criminal furl. I personally believe that he's definitely complicit because he was allowing it to occur under his watch.

6:15

And as far as I'm concerned, that's conspiracy. But that's really for a grand jury to decide not Congress. But in terms of your question, is it kind of being overshadowed? I think from a media perspective, it's being overshadowed. But from the Oversight Committee and from the Department of Justice, we've not lost focus. Talking about Congress and the pending the possible shutdown that is looming ahead of us, Democrats are saying they're going to block any kind of funding if the DHS funding are Minnesota ICE issues. So they want to defund the ICE, defund DHS, get them out of Minnesota. This is the new Obamacare subsidies leverage that they leveraged in the last shutdown. Is this going to take us to another shutdown? Is the shutdown end? Um, not clear yet. because they're not going to be able to split ice funding out of the Department of Homeland Security. That's just not going to happen. It would have to go back to the House. And there's no way House Republicans will go along with that. People need to understand if Democrats in the Senate want to not want to shut down the Department of Homeland Security, well, you know what else they shut down? They shut down FEMA. I don't know. Are they freezing Arctic temperatures throughout the United States? You damn sure right there are because it's freaking cold in Florida right now. So they would shut that down. I mean, nobody's a fan of TSA, but if TSA is shut down, well, how the airport's going to function? How are you going to deal with air travel? So that would be shut down. You see, the Democrats are real stupid right now. They want to shut down defending the homeland. That's really the purpose of the agency, simply because they want criminal illegal aliens to roam free in the United States. And let's be very clear. They want criminal illegal aliens to roam free in the United States. They do not want border security protections. That also would be shut down. They do not want ICE doing their job. And the wildest thing of all in all this, when Barack Obama was president, he was doing the exact same thing. I'm so glad you said. I'm thinking it, as you said it, Byron. You're doing the same thing. By the way, under Barack Obama, there were 57 deaths. 57 deaths of illegal aliens in ICE custody. Where were the protests then? Where was MSNBC and all the liberal media then? Where were these same Democrats talking about shutting down the Department of Homeland Security? They weren't. These guys are fake and they're phony. They're only doing it to try to win an election. So the Democrats want to go and shut down Homeland? I told the Speaker, then tell John Thune to pull all the spending bills. You want to play that game? Let's go. And Barack Obama needs to step forward and defend his record. Because last time I checked.

8:59

He penned the Congressional Medal of Freedom on Tom Homan. Right. Same Tom Homan, who's leading deportations for Donald Trump. Let's play the game. Let's go. Let's go. I like it. I like it. Get fired up. Byron Donalds's fired up today. The entire MAGA bass is definitely fired up so much that you've got Nikki Minaj stepping out and, quote, number one fan of Donald Trump. Do you think the fact that this hip-hop artist is out there signaling a generational turn towards conservatism? I think so. I do. Look, I think you have a lot of people who traditionally do not vote Republican over the last 20 years are looking at what's going on with the Democrats the last four. And they're like, these people are stupid. You know, they're stupid. I think a lot of Americans are starting to realize they just want to live in the real world. They don't want to live in the world of 120 characters on X. They don't want to live in the world of sound bites on cable news. They want to live in the real world. They want a real world that is safe that works on common sense. They want markets that make sense. They want price stability. They want a strong economy. And they want global. They want foreign policy that puts America first. They want a piece through strong foreign policy. And I think that's what you're seeing through a lot of Americans. And what you're also seeing out of the Democrats, this is not even, we talked about just how Barack Obama was doing the exact same thing with ICE when he was president of the United States. Barack Obama. That was like 15 years ago. What you're seeing now is not the Democrats of 15 years ago. You are seeing the Bernie Sanders Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jacob Frey, a Democrat Socialist of America. That's what America is seeing in the Democrat Party. This ain't even Bill Clinton. This is Bernie Sanders. I think most people are sick of it. I agree 100%. And when you say the things that people stand for, I'm sitting here thinking as you're going through these lists of all the things, strong borders, and you're going through all the list of things that America wants, I'm trying to figure out how a Democrat could ever go against any of those things. How can you be like, I want a loose border? I'm going to tell you why. Like, give me the point on that. I just can't see it. Let's talk about... You now potentially becoming the next governor here. You are the frontrunner. Everyone's talking about it. And you've also earned the endorsement of more Florida sheriffs, including Grady Judd. How does that make you feel when you got the Grady Judd endorsement?

11:28

So honestly, it was a great honor. Grady and I have had an opportunity. We sat down, talked with me a lot of issues. You know, we have a lot of common ground on so many things. We agree so much. He's been a great sheriff, not just in Polk County, not just from Florida, but a real voice for sheriffs around America. So to have, you know, the majority of our sheriffs are thinking up the number's 35 right now backing me. It really, it really means a lot. But. At the end of it all, we're just going to continue to go to see the people of Florida. We had a great town hall meeting in Port St. Lucy Saturday morning, the place was packed. We were in a church in Port St. Lucie, packed church. The questions were awesome. And so we're just going to keep going. We're going to keep going. We're really excited. But there's a long way to go in the campaign. We have a lot of work to do. I think for people to understand, as I've been crisscrossing the state, I'm 47 years old. I moved to Florida at 17. When I'm 77, way past my time as governor, I want Florida to still be the best state in the country. So everything we're going to do is about making sure that Florida remains number one, remaining a conservative state, remaining the free state of Florida, remaining a law and order state where we don't tolerate stupid political BS. We're just not going to do it. We're going to govern with common sense. conservative policy and being a real leader while we're expanding our economies, protecting our environment, and making sure we're building the homes that people need that they can afford to attain and build up their dream of Florida. That's what this is about. I'm really excited. The sheriff's getting behind me, Grady Judd in particular, and so many others, Bob Gultiari. Wayne Kay Ivey, TK Waters up in Jacksonville. These guys have really been the tip of the spear of keeping Florida State safe, excuse me, and I'm really excited to have. their support and full endorsement for governor. I do love that you back the blue. My final question for you will be is that you're endorsed by President Trump. President Trump is the number one marketed president in the history of all presidents. This man has 17 different hats. He has watches. He has shoes. He has everything. When am I going to be able to get online and buy a Byron Donalds's hat flag, maybe some tennis shoes, a Byron Donalds's watch? You know, I really want the flag. That's why I'm asking. Do you have merch coming out real soon? Yeah, we do have merch coming real soon. It's something that we're kind of in the backgrounds. We've looked at, but honestly, we've been so focused on just internal campaign operations, making sure we are building a durable, strong campaign to win the primary and then also to win the general. And in Florida, you know, we're a late primary state. The primary is August 18th. Make sure you get out of vote and vote for Byron Donalds's to be your next governor, by the way.

14:14

But then we also have to be prepared to keep the Republican Party united through the November election so we can continue to dominate the Democrats in Florida and keep Florida a red state. That's been the primary focus, but trust me. The swag is coming. Don't worry. All right. I was just worried about it. Well, I really appreciate you joining us. Man, what a fire interview this morning, man. You're fired up. It's got me fired up. So thank you very much for calling in. And Byron Donalds's for governor. I love it. Let's keep telling the world. And we'll talk to you again next week. Okay, Byron? All right, take it easy, guys. You stay warm. All right, we've got to get it. It's time now for that 30 seconds of stupid. How would you like to win tickets to go check out the Melania movie? I want to do it for you right now. 239-479-5592. That's 239-479-5592. We will find somebody who can tell me why. Are you ready for this? Why Floridians should allow Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to control their thermostat. If you feel like you can talk like a Democrat for 30 seconds on that topic, I can score you these movie tickets. 39-479-5-9-2 is the number. We'll get a contestant for the 30 seconds of stupid next on 92-5, Fox News. Pumping the brakes on lefty lunacy. The Drive with Trey Radle, afternoons at 5 on 92-5, Fox News. Ah.

15:40

Byron Donalds's had that energy this morning. Welcome back to daybreak on 92.5 Fox News right all along. I'm your host, Jason Jay Jones, and we're about to do 30 seconds of stupid. Let's get our contested on the phone. Our first one is going to be Kelly from Marco Island. Good morning, Kelly. How are you doing today? Morning, Jason. I go in. All right, let me break this down. You're about to become a Democrat for 30 seconds, okay? You understand that, Kelly? And during that 30 seconds, I will ask you the question why Floridians should allow Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to control their thermostats. I know, it seems crazy, but that's what the 30 seconds are stupid is because everything that a Democrat does. Sounds crazy and stupid. So we've lined up this game, and then you're going to get tickets to go see Melania, the movie, the documentary coming out tomorrow in theaters. We'll shoot you an email with the tickets in there. You'll be able to go see the movie and have a great time. Are you looking forward to seeing the movie? Yes, it's the only reason I will do this cringe-worthy stuff right now. Why is it cringeworthy? Because I'll tell you why I'll just start. I'll just start the stupid thing. All right. Hold on. Wait, on your mark. Get set. Go. Okay. I love protecting child rapists and illegal criminals that have already been released. I love supporting a communist in New York. I love being stupid. I love blue-haired liberal lintards. Standing out in the street holding signs, they don't even know what it means. I hope they don't get blasted with cold ice water today in Minneapolis. All right, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Not bad, but it was all of, you never got into the thermostat. You never got into it. Let's see real quick. I've got Nick from Fort Myers. Nick, good morning. Nick? We're not doing worse code, Nick. Are you there, Nick? Yeah, can hear me? I can hear you now, Nick. All right, I was worried. I was worried, Nick. You were sitting there too. That was you pressing on your phone trying to get it unmuted. You're like, come on, come on. All right, let's go. All right, so it's time for 30 seconds of stupid. Your topic is why Floridian should allow Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to control their thermostats. Do you feel like you can do this? Oh, yeah. Ready. All right. All right. You're ready. You're ready to go. All right. Let's go ahead and do it. This is Nick from Fort Myers. Rob, the clock, please on your mark. Get set. Go. So Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, being the genius that she is, would help create a government agency that would go and finally solve the question that we all do, which is what the right temperature is at all times during the day. We would pull every American across the board. She would create a board of equity of great people who would actually finally find out how cold it should be at night, cold as a day. And you don't have to worry about how it's getting paid for. The government pay will for most, but then tax will pay for some. So it's going to be afforded. It'll create a million jobs. And then we can don't worry about melting the ice caps.

18:44

Nick great job and big winner congratulations Nick you definitely sold the point of the thermostat exactly what the question was I do think Kelly was a great a great Democrat as she sounded like a crazy liberal but you nailed the actual answer so we're going to get you all hooked up right now we're going to get you a pair of tickets to go see Melania tomorrow night in theaters are you excited in who you're going to take with you Oh, my wife, who's sitting here laughing at me. Right. She was all for it. She was like, you got this, you got this. Did she encourage you to call to win the tickets? Oh, yeah, absolutely. Like all wives, she sat there and said, Nick, please be crazy and dumb. Right. And she knew you could do it. I love it, right? My wife would push me to the same thing. What's your wife's name? She were confident. What's your wife's first name? Lindsay. Lindsay, thank you very much for listening to the show this morning, Lindsay. I really appreciate you as well. I love that you guys have made it a couple things and listened to the daybreak show together. Hold on. I got to get some information. Our morning, yeah. Morning ritual, man. We love you. Man, I appreciate it. There we go. The morning ritual of Nick and his wife listening to daybreak each and every morning. That makes me feel good. By the way, if you miss any of the daybreak, you don't have to worry. At the end of every show, Rob works very hard to upload each and every episode, and it's all brought to you by our good friends at Advantage Retirement Group, Halvey Townsend, always teamed up with Daybreak. Thank you so much. The 5 at 835 is up next on 92. Fox News right all along.

20:49

92.5 Fox News. Right. All along. The Glenn Beck program. Satellites are going to fall from the sky on grandmother's house. All part of the evil Donald Trump's plan because he's a Nazi. Nine to noon on 92. Fox News. What? A show we've already had this morning. It has been action-packed here on 92-5 Fox News. We're not done because it's time now for that 5 at 835. The 5 at 835 is presented by Resney Wealth Management, creating financial independence for over 30 years online at resneywealth.com. Number five. This morning I'm also pleased to announce that Visa is creating a brand new platform, which will allow credit card holders to deposit their cashback rewards directly into Trump accounts. That's a big deal. Visa. Thank you. Where's Visa? The head of Visa. Thank you very much, Visa. Ryan McInery is the CEO of Visa who was there at the D.C. Summit and has pledged to make this happen. He joins companies like J.P. Morgan and Chase Bank of America matching employee contributions and celebrities like Nikki Minaj, funding fans for accounts for fans. And. The one big beautiful bill brought this on. The $1,000 for babies born in 2025 through 2008 invested in the U.S. economy's financial freedom. And all I can think about my last quick note on this is if the Democrats would ever take control and they had to pull this, what would that look like? How would you look saying we don't want to give free money to the future kids? We don't want to make sure that our future is financially set. We like making them dependent on things like welfare and Obamacare. Get out of here. Number four. Well, it's quite a change for California to say if they wear a mask, then they're going to be, have consequences because they were imposing consequences on people in COVID for not wearing a mask. They were going after people doing all sorts of normal things during that time. So it's a very screwy thing. But he does not have the authority to do that. Federal law. I mean, look, could a conservative state do that to IRS agents like you suggested? Of course, that's just not the way this operates. Well, you know, we're okay with it, though. If you want to take out the IRS agents in Florida, Ron DeSantis, we're good. Well, they go take them all out. Every one of them, we're okay with it. Go right ahead. But more importantly, he is responding to the fact that Eric Swalwell is the...

23:43

He's going to run for governor. He's a governor candidate in California and a representative of California, his name Eric Swalwell. And he has gone out there and said, if you're a former ICE agent wearing a mask, you would lose your license and be unhireable in California. Really? Hey, if you're going to secure our border, do something solid that's pro-America, you're not going to be able to work in California. Boy, just when you thought no one could get more radical than Minnesota, Eric says, hold my beer. What's going on? Come on. That is just the stupidest thing you could ever say. When you're going to run for governor of any state, you have to make sure that the things you say come out your mouth are clear, concise, and correct, and accurate. He can't even do that. Be like Byron. Be more like Byron. Number three. Call me what you want. I don't care. You know, sir, I want to take questions. I'll take questions a little bit, but why don't you grow a backbone, put a Kevlar vest and a gun on your hip and go secure this boy.

25:04

By the way, I didn't play that clip to show Tom Homan getting roasted or him roasting somebody back or anything like that. I played that clip so you could hear the cheers behind him. Those cheers are in Minnesota. Minnesota. That just comes to show you that Minnesota as a whole is okay with getting the illegals and the criminals out of their state. What they're not okay with are, or what the ones that are not okay with it are the ones receiving a check. They're getting paid. And they're criminals at that. The five of the six that got arrested the other day were all already hardened criminals. Getting a free check. You know, Byron talked about that signal investigation. I've never wanted something to happen so quickly in my life. Let's go. Let's investigate this all the way to the 10th power. I would love to find out that they were both involved in the signal chat. Boy, that'd be a sweet day of reckoning, wouldn't it? Number two. I'm called you a loser, I believe. I am thrilled about that. That makes me qualified to be Homeland Security Secretary and Senior Advisor to the President. Ooh. Old Thom Tillis is mad because Trump called him a loser for saying that Kristi Noem should be fired over her ice tactics in Minnesota and the fraud cockdown. He's not seeking re-election, so he doesn't really have a filter anymore. And he did back Trump on borders, but split on spending. And to be real honest, he is a loser. Number one. If I ever have problems, because it's hard to get people to prove. He's a brilliant legal mind. He's a brilliant man. If I nominate him for the United States Supreme Court, I will get 100% of the vote. The Democrats will vote for him because they want to get him the hell out. And the Republicans will vote for him because they want to get him the hell out, too. Where's Ted? Where are you, Ted?

27:07

And with all of that being said, he's a great guy, too. He's a great guy. We've become friends, and he's a very effective person, too. Ted Cruz in the Supreme Court, could you imagine if he was Chief Justice Cruz one day? Right? Right, right on. You talk about nothing ever liberal getting through the court system again. Like, it will never happen, never happen again. Ted Cruz was like, nope, not going to happen. Not today. Not on my watch. But... I heard this and said, whew, I like it. By the way, not the first time by far. Trump did float Cruz's name in 2016, 2020. No vacancy now, but... Could? Could he replace some of the aging justices like Thomas? Maybe. You never know. He is a lawyer. It'd be interesting to hear it to say the least. Well, there you go. That is your 5 at 835. The 5 at 835. You know, I told this story, and this is a sad story, and it just is because there was nothing they did to stop it, and I thought it was a problem. A heartbreaking incident in the South Florida Museum, Parker Manatee Rehabilitation Habitat in Bradenton, a female manatee named Juno died from severe injuries after an aggressive sexual encounter with her brother. That's right, with her brother. And this story has been told before that this brother has been basically... trying to mate with his sister aggressively over and over again, and they didn't do anything to stop it. They didn't try to, like, separate him. They didn't find a way to do it. This story has been out there for, I don't know. They talked to, the story was a humorous one that popped up when I was in pop radio. And everybody was like, oh, look, the manatee is committing in session. And you're like, okay, well, it's now became a story. They're going to do something to fix it, right? They did not. They allowed it to happen, and it did happen, and it is a sad, tragic story, but it does remind us that we can't control the process of the way. You come and go into this earth, right? You really can't control it unless you're a nurse in Minnesota and you're going to take a gun to a riot. That's probably not the smartest thing to do in the world, right? But inside this, the... So just remember that, that's all. Like, the guy that took the gun to the riot, not a good idea. But when I heard about the manatee Juno died from the severe injuries after the rest of sexual encounter with her brother, this is a...

30:02

Sad, sad story for manatees, especially the fact that it's an endangered species. And now, by the way, with it being cold outside, Manatee Park right up there, right up off of Palm Beach on the other end over there, right? By the shores and Fort Myers shores right over on the other side. Manatee Park, all the manatees will be there because FPL. heats that water and sends it into their. And by the way, they don't have to use it to cool their cores anymore. They only do it for the manatees. They do it so that the manatees can have warm water so that they'll all go to that park. The park will be packed for the next few days. But today, there's going to be a lot of manatees in that water. So if you want to go see a manatee, Manatee Park today, Palm Beach, you can go see all the manatees you want to see. I've got some updates and more coming up on the show. We will jump into an update on Albert and then I'll give you some food to thought as we do each and every day. You're listening to Daybreak right here on 925 Fox News. 925 Fox News is exercising our right to free speech. Honestly, it's really the only thing we exercise these days.

31:28

Welcome back to daybreak here on 92-5 Fox News right all along. And I'm going to give you an update and the food for thought as we'll get into a conversation that will jump back into tomorrow and something that we'll throw out there for you to chew on for the rest of the day. We reported on this earlier in the week that Senate Republican leader Ben Al Britton was hospitalized with some chest pain on Sunday in Tallahassee. He was then transferred to another hospital because they discovered a blood clot in his lung. So they transferred him over to Gainesville Shann's Hospital for further cardiac testing. But he was discharged Tuesday afternoon after imaging showed no heart issues. And as Al Britton said, God chose to heal it. He said, quote, my heart is in good shape, which was quite a relief to hear. And by the way, this marks his third blood clot in six years. He'll remain under the care of his physician. And he plans to. recuperate a few days before returning to the session very, very soon. And he spoke to media on the session, and he said that he will be there and be there. So our thoughts and our prayer warriors worked. God healed him. See, that's what I mean about positive energy. All of that positive energy went out there and healed Ben out Britain. And now he's able to go and be a great leader and help Florida stay great. So that's great news. And I wanted to share that with you this morning as we get started. So there's going to be a story out there that might get you fired up, but I'm going to give you a reason to just chill out for a second. So a major Republican-led bill. is dismantling DEI programs across Florida universities and public colleges. It's now cleared its second House committee hurdle after lawmakers stripped a provision from it. A provision that might make some go, what? Are you kidding me? No way. That provision that they stripped out was the... fact that the bill required every public campus to have a dedicated law enforcement presence, and that was dropped after concerns from university presidents about cost and logistics. So the university presidents were like, well, what about the cost? How is that going to work? How are we going to pull it off? Who's going to run it? Who's going to be the oversight? They were worried about all the logistics of it, right? So in order to get the bill pushed along, they eliminated that. And when I first heard that, especially after the Charlie Kirk incident, I was like, right? Just like you. What do you mean? Officer on these campuses? A dedicated, just, I mean, colleges are 10 times the size of any county school. And if you go to Clark County or Lee County or Henry County or Charlotte County, any county of Southwest Florida, there's a deputy or a police officer inside that school, a school resource officer. Southwest Florida has the safest schools in Florida.

The safest. And that's because of this. So when I first read this, I was like, oh, what are we doing? What are we doing? I can't even believe this. Because some of this, look, I get it. They're banning diversity, equity, and inclusion offices and programs at State University and colleges and prohibits spending on DEI-related activities, training or positions. Now, It also prohibits critical race theory, which has already been prohibited by Ron DeSantis. And it requires annual audits of compliance and divisive and prohibits divisive concepts in coursework. Now, a lot of universities have already jumped on this, right? They've already eliminated DEI offices. They've shuttered the offices. They've checked their curriculum. But they still remain holdouts on this because of the portion of it that requires them to have a dedicated law enforcement presence. So when they decided they wanted to drop this, I immediately said, well, that's weird. So let me look into it. Well, let's look into the Florida public universities. And I'll just go with three that I can think off the top of my head. We'll start with the University of Florida. The University of Florida has a University of Florida police department. FGCU has a FGCU police department. USF. University of South Florida, USF, has a campus police department. I've actually been stopped by that police department before. UCF in Orlando has its own dedicated police force. FSU has its own dedicated police force. So before you're like me, you get fired up about this, understand they have a dedicated police force. So they are... not going to lose any safety factors by eliminating the required. There's already a required law. There's already a law enforcement officer on campus. There's one on duty 24-7-365 on all these public universities. They all have their own police department. Now, we might miss one of the smaller ones. Did I miss one? Did I miss one of the public universities? I mean, Miami, I'm sure they do. What about what's the other one I'm missing? I feel like I'm missing a couple here. But I'm almost 100% positive that they all, and I did research the ones that I spoke of before we started the show today, just to show that they don't have to worry about the law enforcement on property. What we need to worry about inside this bill is the elimination of DEI, the elimination of critical race theory, the elimination of turning our colleges into places of indoctrination. We need to stop that. And the only way we got to stop that is in baby steps. And this is baby step number one by making sure that we banned DEI measures across the board. Any of them. All core DEI messages are banned from universities. Keep them out because it's.

D.I. in itself is a racial, and not a popular opinion by everybody, but it's a racist program in itself. It is, it is, it rewards you based on your race, not based on your merit. Is that not racist? Just plain and simple it is. So. Don't get upset like I got upset. Understand that the people that are mad about the entire process are faculty unions. And unions are always going to be mad about the elimination of DI, which one more time. The same thing with the border in Minnesota. I shake my head sometimes going, who can be like, no, no, no, no. I want to choose my next employee based on race, not based on whether or not they are a solid employee. What? Okay. You go do that. And I'm going to hire somebody based on their merit and how great they are. And then my company is going to smoke your company because you hired somebody that's unqualified. That's a fact. That's wanted to leave you a little bit. That was my food for thought today. I will also remind everybody to jump online to 925 Fox News.com. Get online there and donate to raise the flag.
