You want to know what Gabby Betito and Arthur Gilbert, the 96-year-old that was on I-75 when he got killed by the 24-year-old Janice Gardini, who was driving drunk, wrong way on 75? You know what Gabby Petito and Arthur have in common? Is they possibly both could have been alive if the officer would have detained the suspect on the first investigation. So there is now news that 24-year-old Janice Gardinia was pulled over prior to her DUI crash on 75 and was released. She went to Wavo House, had some breakfast with somebody, and then left there and killed 96-year-old Arthur Gilbert in a wrong way crash last week on I-75, one that have people talking about all across Southwest Florida, including as I went to an estate sale over the weekend, somebody was talking about it. So she's been charged with DUI manslaughter one count. She blew 2.213, three times the legal limit. So let me tell you, if she blew after breakfast at Waffle House, a 0.213 after killing the 96-year-old man, what was her blood alcohol level when she got pulled over earlier? Now, this is an ongoing investigation with the Cawyer County Sheriff's Office, and I'll leave it open to that. But I want to say that same thing happening with Gabby Petito. We're old, old laundry, oh, Brian Lowndry, Brian Lowndry. He was pulled over and Gabby was in tears. We've all seen the video showing signs that she was physically assaulted and the cops let him go.

3:10

Now, I don't know the reason, and I don't know the thought behind the individual law enforcement, but I back law enforcement, and for the most part, I believe they make a solid decision on what they have to do to protect us as citizens of this great Southwest Florida. But I do want to say that I don't think that we should be letting anybody off anymore. And that means anybody. You see, what could happen. sometimes does happen. And if it could be avoided, then we have to do it. Regardless if it means you have to do paperwork late into your shift, which would tend me to believe that's one of the reasons. Or you don't feel like that person or that person knows somebody or that person blinked an eye at you, whatever it may been. to make you think that that person doesn't deserve it. I would tend to believe that this Gardinia lady, 24-year-old Gardinia, showed signs of impairment the first time she was pulled over. For some reason, she was released. There's no quick release. We can't have it. We just can't have it more now than ever before. You have the Gab Bittito in the Brian Lounder case. You now have this case. You could go into the New York City subway shooting by Winston Glenn. He was multiple prior releases and opened fire on a train. There was Zion Teasley, a Charlotte, who was released on bond after felony charges and then murdered a 16-year-old. And these, you could do the Google search and find. 50, 60 different stories where somebody was released. And we see it with illegals all the time. We're a liberal judge that's illegal back out into this world and then they go and commit a heinous crime. And everyone wants to say, well, how'd that even person get out? I will say that where there needs to be a zero nationwide policy that if you're an illegal and you get... arrested that you cannot be released under no pretense. They should detain or you and deport you. If you're an illegal, you commit a crime, you get arrested, detain you and deport you. Let that be some other country's problem. We don't need it. But the quick release program is something that we have got to stop doing. Now, As I nail that fact home, let me nail one more fact home to you. Your kids are watching. And if you don't know, they watch in everything you do. Because now these DUIs have become even bigger as we have more DUIs happening and one that's even a... A... Blessing by God that someone's not dead in this one. As an 18-year-old girl was caught going 76 on 82, 76 mile an hour on 82, one of the most deadliest stretches of road in all of Southwest Florida with a 0.19 blood alcohol content. Now you go, oh, he's a dumb 18-year-old. Well, it's even more dumb because there were four kids in the back seat, one kid in the front seat, and two kids in the trunk.

6:37

In the trunk of this car. Yeah. In the trunk of this car were these kids. Now, who do we have? Now, listen to this. 18-year-old, 0.19, twice the legal limit. The children, two 16-year-olds, one 15-year-old, two 14-year-olds, and one 13-year-old all in this car with this drunk, 18-year-old, barely experienced driver, and that is because it's a learned behavior. I'd be willing to bet that this 18-year-old has an alcoholic mom or dad. and is doing something irresponsible enough to get behind the wheel with other people's kids in this car drunk, thinking that there's nothing bad that could happen with two of them in the trunk. I see this as... 100% of learned behavior, but these DUIs are happening. I mean, when I can go onto a news, I go on right now to Wink News, right? And I could read one story, and in the sidebar is the other story. There's more than one. They're everywhere. First, stop drinking and drive in Southwest Florida. Get an Uber. It's truly that easy. Second, if you're under 21, don't drink. And damn sure don't drink. And by the way, the two kids in the back in the trunk, they had alcohol with them, an open container of alcohol. They were hiding from the deputy with an open container of alcohol in the back. These two minors were not, only one was 18. The rest were 16, 15, 14, and 13. 16, maybe a junior. Most likely a sophomore. 15-year-olds. Most likely a freshman. 14 and 13-year-olds? Eighth graders. Where's mom and dad during all this? Put your kids on the 360. Put your kids on the app. Make sure you know where they're at. But the bigger picture is here is that we're... having a massive issue of people thinking they can drink and drive on the streets of Florida. And the sheriffs of Florida have a zero tolerance policy, and I'll wait to pass judgment on the deputy that pulled the person over in Collier, the Gardini lady before she killed the other person. But the two issues compound each other. DUIs... And the fact that we would release other people back into the open after they are physically impaired or physically beat somebody as in these two cases. And remember your kids are watching. You know, I sometimes forget that. But I'm sure this 18-year-old girl who was driving drunk with these kids in the car thought that she could get away with it because she's seeing her mom or dad drink a couple of beers at dinner and jump behind a wheel.

9:54

Your kids are always watching. Don't ever forget it. And they're going to think anything that you can do and get away with, they can do and get away with. I'm just so thankful that none of these. This story could have ended so much more tragically. So much more tragically. Going at that rate of speed on 82 with kids in the trunk, everybody's got over containers and you're drunk at 18. You've been on the roads for less than two years. You barely know how to drive. It's just irresponsible, and you should be held accountable. We've got more daybreak coming up next right here on 925 Fox News. Radio. 92.5 Fox News. Right. All along. Oh, Steven Spielberg has come out and said that aliens have to exist. He says that he's convinced aliens exist and may have visited Earth, citing the recent UAP reports in their sheer size of the universe. If you're just catching up in today's day at age, the Pentagon of NASA has released reports confirming dozens of unexplained aerial sightings. And... There's been historical sightings like Roswell in 47, which people say was a government cover up. Phoenix Lights and 97 and the Naval Gimble and Go Fast videos that everybody saw in 2017. Now, we know Anna Paulina Luna, has gone out there and said that she wants us to know everything because she's on the secret committee of secrets or whatever they call it. But Spielberg taking a ship from Hollywood fantasy to real belief has a little weight to it. Are they here? And where are they going to go? And who are they? So I started really kind of developing a theory here for aliens as, you know, how can we be on this planet alone? I mean, really? Are there aliens here? Now, Rob, do you think there's aliens here? Do you think they are? I don't know. I know a couple potentials. You want me give you some potential aliens? Sure. Nancy Pelosi. I mean, look at her. Right? She just looks like an alien. I don't even have to like point out the fact that she says weird things. Chuck Schumer's eyes never blink. That's an alien running on a different power source. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She went from bartender to Congress in like five minutes. That says to me already that you are a great. that you got beamed down the cheat codes, if you will. Elizabeth Warren claiming that she's Native American, gets a DNA test proves that she's won 1,000-24th. Still calls herself it. That's just an extraterrestrial trying to get by. Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden. I've got lists of all of them that they could be aliens. I mean, who would you suspect to be an alien? I'm going to tell you, I've already said it, the one alien we know that's living on this earth, Elon Musk. That guy's an alien. And all he's trying to do is go to Mars.

13:37

He's trying to get home. He's like E.T. He might be the real E.T. I mean, it's weird that we're hearing for Spielberg. And now I'm talking about Elon Musk. Maybe Spielberg is that, you know, they say there's time travelers that go and come back and there's ETs and all this stuff. And I'm watching Rob and John the phone producer. They're both looking at me like I'm crazy. They think I'm nuts. They're looking to me like, is he really going to talk about aliens on a Monday morning? Yeah, I'm going to talk about it. You don't believe him. I can tell you don't believe it. He's looking to me right now. Aliens don't exist. How can you believe that aliens don't exist, Rob? I did not say that I don't believe aliens exist. You asked me if I believe there were aliens on Earth. Right. You did not say if I believe that they exist. Do you think they're on Earth? I do not believe that they are on Earth. Why? Why? Why? But they exist, but why would they not stop Earth? Because it's like the hood of all planets. Like they don't want to stop here and get robbed? I would think that they would make themselves pretty... known if they were actually here because they could overpower and destroy our planet in how do you know that based on books and theories and how did they get here maybe i don't know maybe they just really have the capability for interstellar travel to come here and invade earth what's stopping made maybe visit That's a harsh word, invade. Maybe they just want to visit. Maybe they're just coming by. Maybe they're peace-loving creatures. Maybe they love flowers, and they're lost in the 70s, and they have a peace emblem around their neck as they roll around into the country. Like, you never know. I mean, they look at Earth and they see war. So if they're peace-faring, they're probably like, man, these humans are crazy. That would be the one reason why they wouldn't be here, all right? Because they drive by and they're like, no, let's not. Look at that place. They're in shambles. Let's wait for them to destroy themselves, and then we'll go in and reap the benefits of that planet. We'll clean it up for them and make it right for them. It's an ongoing conversation, and the fact that this is not the first time, by the way, Stephen Spielberg has gone out multiple times and said, of course he does. It's in his best interest. He's in the sci-fi movie business. Of course, it's his job to say aliens exist. But if they did, where would they live? Let's say that real quick. Hey, Rob, if aliens came to Earth, where would they live? Where would be their choice of spots to camp out? Greenland. Have you heard the Greenland mothership theory? No. Greenland. There's a mothership in Greenland? I am not going down to rabbit. I'm not going down the rat. I'm on a whole different rabbit hole spectrum than you. There's a mothership in Greenland. Where do you think they would go then, Jason? Right. Well, you know what's happening is that's why Trump's trying to take. Now it makes sense. Trump's trying to take Greenland so he can get his boy Elon Musk back home, all right?

16:25

I mean, that's what he's trying to do. Let's get Elon Musk back home. E.T. phone home. E.T. and E.T. and E.L.T., both two syllables. See what I'm saying? It could be the same exact thing. Maybe you believe in it. I don't know. Now, I will tell you, I firmly believe in aliens. I also believe that there's aliens walking this earth. And Ilhan Omar is probably one of them. I mean, I'm being honest. Like, her story is so fake and just like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. It's like it would be really easy for them to slide into any job. Any job. Maybe a radio host on 925 Fox News. You know, they say aliens can't grow hair. Uh-oh. Craig from Pied Island, you believe in aliens, Craig? Yeah, Jason, and the only reason why is because of Ezekiel's wheel. That's mentioned in the Bible, Jacob's Ladder, and here we are modern-day intellectual evolution, if you will, to be able to handle it and understand how something like that could possibly exist. They were describing the best they could in the Bible. what has been here long before we were here. And they're not on Earth. They're actually in Earth. That's why you can't go to Antarctica to the South Pole. Admiral Bird flew over. So they're here, man. They never left. They were here before us. And the movie that's coming out with Spielberg's going to be interesting. Oh, Spielberg's got a movie coming out. There you go. Now we know why he's talking about aliens. All right. I appreciate you. Craig. Thanks for calling it and being on the show. Thank you, brother. He made us sound smarter with the Bible theory. I like it. Dave from Lehigh, go ahead. What do you think? Do you think we got aliens? Yeah. no, but there is a children's movie. I think it's called Planet 51, and it's about us, you know, the human race going to another planet and the aliens look at us like we're the aliens and it's a really cool show or movie. It's a kid's movie, but it's got a lot of impact, you know? I suggest watching it. All right. What's it called again? Planet 51? I believe it's called Planet 51. All right. I'll check it out, Dave. I appreciate you, buddy. I love it. Dave's like, I just, Dave is like, yeah, aliens exist. I learned it from a kid's movie. Whatever you got to learn it from, man. I'm cool with it. I once was a little boy in Houston, Texas. And I saw this thing off the distance, and I was sitting on the balcony of our apartment complex. And I said, Mom, there's a UFO coming. And she ran out. She grabbed my stepdad. We're all sitting there waiting for it to fly over because it looks like a UFO. And it's got the blinking light circling. And then it flies over our apartment. It's the good year blimp with a message on the bottom. It looked like an alien from far away. I'm just saying.

19:18

It did. The 5 at 835 is coming up next right here on daybreak of 92.5 Fox News. 92.5 Fox News. Right. All along. Your phone's been listening anyway. Might as well download the new 925 Fox News app. Your favorite shows live and on demand. Text listen to 479 5592 to download it now. Well, welcome back to the show here at 37 minutes after 8 o'clock. And it's time now for that 5 at 35. 5. 3, 2, 1. Number 5. I think the regime is weaker than it ever has been. And we have an opportunity if we can collapse this regime, America will be much, much safer. There are very few things. on planet earth that would do more to make, improve American national security as much as seeing this regime collapse. Yeah, no more public execution of athletes, no more funding terror, no more nuclear threat. Failure means that one push of the button ends all of our lives. Yeah, yeah. I say it's absolutely important that we handle it. Quickly, very quickly. I can't stress that enough as, you know, what Ted Cruz says there is point on. If we could get the regime to fall, we would be a much better country and a much better world. And like Alfie said earlier today on the show, imagine the Middle East in peace. It would be a next level to say the least. Number four. Cuba would not accept to become a vassal state or a dependent state from any other country or any other superpower. Our military is always prepared, and in fact it is preparing these days for the possibility of military aggression. We would be naive if looking at what's happening around the world, we would not do that. Oh, the Cuban foreign minister says they're preparing their military. You just don't do that. If you're doing it, you don't say it out loud because all you're going to get is like, you are. Gear him up. Let's go. Like you can't take on President Trump and in military battle or America. Cuba's going to get level. They don't have enough power. They don't have enough power to drive to the missile station. There's no power. They're in the middle of a power blackout again this past weekend. The old country's in disarray. But you're preparing your military? Oh, yeah? Come on. Let's go. We're ready. I'm ready. Let's go. Let's go. Matter of fact, we should punch first. I'm good with it. Are you still ready? No, no, not so much anymore. You're good? I figured. Get out of here with that. No way. No way could they take America. Number three. The people from different countries that are not friendly to us.

22:40

and countries that have had to control themselves. Countries like Somalia that have virtually no government, no military, no police, all they do is go around killing each other. Then they come into our country and tell us how to run our country. We don't want them. They're countries that don't do a good job. They're countries that don't register from the standpoint of success. And we frankly don't need their people coming into our country telling us what to do. I'm talking about like Somalia where you have a congressman goes around telling everybody. about our constitution and yet she supposedly came into a country by marrying her brother well if that's true she shouldn't be a congressman and we should throw the hell out of our country again going in on Somalia again going in on Ilhan Omar again doing it one more time great The thing about El Ad Omar that's never being looked at enough, and I think it's what President Trump is trying to point out here, is the Trojan horse. The Trojan horse. This is something that's been done for years in history. You infiltrate somebody by looking like you're a part of the organization, like you're a part of it, just to turn it into disarray, just to disrupt it to its 100th power. And that's what she's doing. She's not here for pro-United States politics. And why we ever, ever once in our lives are allowing the lawmakers of this country to be from another country is crazy to think. Yeah, come on in. Yeah, you can be our lawmakers. Yeah, yeah, sure. Come on. How long you've been here? Yeah, cool. Right on. It's absurd to think that we would relinquish that power to someone who has loyalty to another country. And even if they're an American and they sworn their legancy to America, it's questionable when it comes. It's definitely questionable for Ilhan Omar and her corrupt-ass date that all the Somalians are taking the money. You look like the most corrupt politician on the planet. Whether or not you are is irrelevant because Ilhan Omar looks like it. Number two. The day I left office, border crossing the United States were lower than the day that I entered at office inherited from Trump. He is, I won't say it. Smart. Better. That's just a fact. Intelligent. On the day he left office, I handed Trump the strongest economy in the world. In the world. That's not hyperbole. That's a fact. You ain't nothing but a lie. You know, old people do old things. And I think that's what needs to be said here. Old people say and do old things. Like yell at TV, like the people on the screen can hear you. That's something Biden would do. Answer the phone with hello, even when no one has called you. Then, you know.

25:47

All caps in sentences because it's easier to read. Spend 15 minutes trying to open a PDF on their phone, refusing to throw away expired food, all things that old people do. He's old. And obviously should be put away, sent home. Hey, man, stay inside. It's a good idea. Because whoever told you them lies, you should be mad at them. Because they told you that. He doesn't remember that. He has no clue what was going on the day he took office now. He's lost all of that cognitive function. All he's got left now are what people tell him to be the truth. And that's what he's saying. So I don't hope Biden. accountable for his words after office. I hold whoever his current handler is who's trying to push him back in to be in some kind of influence in the Democratic Party. But, hey, keep on doing that. That's a good idea. Put them all out there. We support that move, Dems. Come on, man. Number one. My friends and I love happy hour, just like many of you do, I am sure. Just because we are older and live in an assisted living doesn't mean that we should have fewer freedoms than anyone else. Allowing our facility to coordinate this happy hour affords us and our families the peace of mind that we can enjoy life but not be out slipping on the ice to stop and get our... blocks of wine. This amendment is simply putting into law what many people assume is already allowed. Happy hour at the place where we call home. This is a woman from Minnesota fighting for a happy hour at her assisted living place. And you know what? I want to fight for her. Right? I want to hire an attorney for her to help her win this battle. Get it done. Let them hold. Like I love that she was like, I don't want to slip on the ice to get my box of a box of wine. If I slip on the ice getting my box to hurt himself, then I have to drink with a broken wrist. That's not good. I, right. If I was in assisted living, I would want a cocktail. Every day. Happy hour should be a fang for assisted living. Come on now. It doesn't make, is there a drawback to it? What's the drawback? I love that she went to the meeting and spoke up and said, I'm here for my box of wine, and we should have happy hour with real bartender serving up old fashions because that's what I want to drink. Absolutely. And that. The five at 835. She gives me new hope for the elderly. It just shows you why one person is worried about the lie. The other person is just worried about the booze.

28:47

I'm okay with it. I'm all right with it. Live your booze. Do your thing, girl. What do you do when you're really mad or the service is just really bad or you feel like? You know what? I didn't get what I paid for. Do you pee on everything? That's what one woman did. That's right. One woman has peed all over not one but two Airbnbs right here in Florida. She urinated on multiple pieces of furniture inside the home. The host discovered the damage after checkout, documented it, and contact the law enforcement. The guest was charged with criminal mischief, vandalism, and damage to property. The case is ongoing. Airbnb is not commented publicly on it, but she has been known to. Not one, but two different Airbnbs that she peed all over. Maybe she just can't hold her pee, right? Maybe she just has a urine problem. She's maybe a little old like Biden's, you know, what? Are we sure this isn't a porn star? No, it's not a porn star. Where would you think that? What does that even mean? I don't even know what you mean. Don't do it. That just seems like a very, very strange thing to do. Well, sometimes you've got to go to the bathroom. I mean, Airbnb hosts regularly, you know, they got to do what they got to do. One property, one accident, I would understand. You're saying this has happened at two places over multiple pieces of furniture. In Florida. That's obviously intentional. It was accidental. She's got a loose bladder, man. Let her go. She likes, you know what it is? She's into, like, TV shows, and she gets locked into the TV show, and then she can't get up from the couch, and she tries to hold it, and then it slips out, and you're at Airbnb. I'm going to clean it up. It ain't my problem. I paid the cleaning fee. It's somebody else's job to clean. I'll just move over to the other cushion. You think she did it on purpose? You think it's a porn star related. All right, I get where you're going with. It could be. Who knows? You never know. But the bottom line is that make sure you check the Airbnb that you might be renting here in the next few weeks. It could have a stained couch or two. Oh, gross. Very gross. All right, there you go. More day break coming up next as I'm going to give you my final thought. takes us into the future. Thinking ahead, it's Chestnut Checkers, and my final thought coming up next right here on 92-5 Fox News. Live, laugh, yell. You're yelling through me, not at me, right? The Glenn Beck program, mornings at 9, after daybreak with Jason Jay Jones, on 925 Fox News.

31:38

When politics should not be involved. That is the final statement that I'm going to take us into today here on 925 Fox News. You know, last night there was an Air Canada plane that crashed into a fire truck on the runway upon landing and killed both pilots and during others and sending many to the hospital. And as I sit here and we hear the air traffic controller audio, which is right here. Truck one and company, Vardy Tower requesting to cross four at Delta. Truck one and company crossing four at Delta. Truck one and company crossing four at Delta. Frontier 4195 to stop there, please. Stop, stop, stop, truck on, stop, stop, stop, truck one, stop. Stop, truck one, stop. So there's 646. Jet 646, if you have a vehicle agent's pole position, I know he can't move. The vehicle is respond to you now. So there it is. It's the sound of the plane, air traffic controller talking about the plane actually hitting the... the truck. But if you listen to the audio, it seems like that one air traffic controller is also dealing with the truck and the flights at the same time. And Rob and I talked about it earlier on the show that that's two people's job, right? Rob, turn your mic on. Rob? Yes. And I was just listening back to that the second time. He called for a go-around. So he was controlling the traffic in the air as well as that on the ground. Should never be done by a single person at an airport like LaGuardia. Now, where does this happen? That's because we're in the middle of what I call the recovery of the previous shutdown. Now, just so you know, air traffic controllers aren't affected by the current DHS shutdown because they work with Department of Transportation. But... Let me really give you what you need to hear. The FAA was already short about 3,500 air traffic controllers at their target 14,000 to 15,000 when the shutdown happened. So for 47 days, controllers came to work. They didn't get paid, leading to a surge in sick calls, happen, and some taking second jobs, and some even calling for an early retirement and leaving the business altogether. Now, what this is done is created a long-term effect. This is a long-term effect. This man working at probably the busiest airport, if not one of the top five busiest airports in America, is doing the job of two air traffic controllers by himself. Two jobs. One person for ground, one person for air, and that's what's happened. Now, why do you think that happened? Now, we'll wait for the official record, but we can speculate, as that's what we do here on this show. They were short-staffed. He had to do both jobs. They were short-staffed because it takes two to five years to train a new one. So when you have 400-500 leave and you're already short thousands as it is, and you have to...

34:57

train them and you can't on the job training you can't speed it along because it's one of those jobs that require the ultimate attention to detail has somebody who has a great friend who's an air traffic controller and i talk to him regularly he works his ass off on a regular basis but this shutdown has let me let me what happens let me tell you what happens now let's pause that completely let's talk away from that now let's go into today's current shutdown with tsa and if they hit friday they don't get paid we're going to see small airports start to close because they don't have the staffing it needs to get done you're going to see tsa calling in sick more and some of them even leaving the job and then we'll have to train them but here's the deal who wants a job that your job paycheck could be put on hold by some politician who knows nothing about you. The recruitment of said jobs must be the most impossible recruitment in the history of the world. I'm very curious. You know, there's an air traffic controller training at one local high school. ECS, they can teach you to be a pilot or teach you how to do air traffic controller. They've got the simulators and everything right there on campus. It's pretty awesome, right? I wonder how many kids are electing not to do the air traffic controller job. To have your job. basically held hostage by a politician who doesn't know who you are and then wants to scream, well, what's the problem with our system? Well, you don't think of the long-term problem. You only think of the short-term fix politician. And it doesn't matter what party they're a part of. It doesn't matter. Fix it. Get it done and put them back to work or privatize them both. Privatize them both and make the airlines pay for it. They make a lot of money. They can pay for it. privatize it and make the airlines pay for their own security and their own air traffic controllers that way the safety of their pilots are on their own neck and not on the government's neck the government can't handle it They're letting this fall apart. And now they're going to let the same thing happen to TSA and make our airports, our planes, everything unsafe all over a political game that has nothing to do with the Department of Homeland Security or airports in general. And now you have ICE agents going in to fill in for TSA. the Democrats are going to lose their mind on ice being inside the airport. If you want to lose your mind on ice being in the airport, then open the government back up and get them paid and we won't have a TSA shortage. That's just my thoughts. Think of chess, not checkers. This is a bigger problem in two or three years compared to what it is right now. And it's only going to compound and get greater.
