Winter, winter, chicken dinner. So Marjorie Taylor Greene, Marjorie Taylor Greene. who left Congress because she couldn't handle the heat and had to leave because she didn't understand politics. I don't want to, I'm not going to rip on her. She's gone. She's out. So the left was screaming that we were going to lose that seat in the special election. CNN was screaming that there was no way to keep it red, even though that part of Georgia has been read a long time. But could it have been what they were expecting from the left? But no, Clay Fuller defeated the Democrat Sean Harris in that seat. And Clay now is your new 14th congressional district out of Georgia representative. And that was something. that we needed. Yeah, it's just one race, right? It's just one race. But we needed to win. I would not want to be here today saying that we have lost our 13th, our 13th seat since we've started. Now, it really starts amping it up real soon. Like in less than a month, they are going to see every Tuesday you're going to start seeing election results from different parts of the country. As a Southwest Floridian, As somebody listening to this show, and since you're not voting for a president during this election, you're going to vote for governor, you're going to vote for some congressional seats, some school board and county commissioner seats, city council. You're going to be voting for that. I'm sure there'll be a couple of judges on there. We'll know nothing about and maybe a bill or amendment. But let's talk. about which election do you feel is the most important? Out of all the ones that you see coming up right now, and now that we've won this win, and we've got to, I want to spend a little time talking about the local elections, the low turnout, no matter what party it is for Southwest Florida during the midterms. And I'm saying low. I mean low.

It probably won't hit 60% for voter turnout overall for the midterms. And that is just completely the issue that we need to really battle is getting people to actually go and vote into midterms. Your vote probably matters more now than it ever has before. So my question for you is, what is it that you think? Which seat, Robin? I'm going to pose it to you first. If you are living somewhere that has a city council, And there's somebody else. That means you have a county. You've got state level elections and you've got, you know, a Congress and a governor. Out of all of those races. Which one do you think is most important to you personally? City Council or County Commissioner. Why? Because those are the politicians that can immediately impact my life with local issues and decisions. And taxes and the things that they can affect. All of those things that go with them. You will pay more money to the... localities, then you really think about that you're paying. They will just dictate your milligrate, all the things that they'll dictate that comes out of you. They will figure it out how to get your money one way or another. And you need to know who you're voting for in the city council races. And a lot of these city races are nonpartisan. So you can be willing to bet that if I don't interview them, the nonpartisan person. Then we know. Because they'll be like, I don't want to go on the show. I don't want to go on there and allow you to just, you know, ask me tough questions that I'll find it tough to answer and be forced to do the sidestep shuffle, as someone graciously put it today. I agree with you. Rob, I tend to believe that you're most important. Now, I don't live in a city, so I live in an unincorporated Lee County. So for me, it's county commissioner. Yeah, me too, because I live in unincorporated Collier County, even though I have a Naples address and I'm kind of in that area. I am outside of the city limits. So you don't make a vote for the actual city of Naples? I do not vote for anything in the city of Naples. It's all Collier County. And now you're going to have some airport. control on the ballot as well, as that is going to be your chance to vote for who gets to become in charge of your Naples Airport. Moving the airport altogether is just a horrible, horrible idea. And you talk about, I think you said in the interview in the last hour, is what about the money that it costs to relocate that facility? There's no way we're going to be able to relocate Naples Airport. It's a ridiculous... proposition and it should have died years ago. But Rob, it's so hard for me to sit on my patio and drink my champagne and enjoy my cheese and cracker. I don't care. That airport's been there since the 40s and you knew that it was there and you bought your home within earshot of the airport. That's your decision. That's, you know, your fault.

Only an idiot would want to take away an airport, the only airport that you have, no matter what size it is. Let's digress. Let's not progress. Let's not build it bigger or combine it or do something like that, but you just want to eliminate. Let's move it. You're dumb. The thing that people forget about with the airport is that there's a lot of... There's a lot of jobs that are provided there. This is not just the planes coming in and out. There are mechanics there. There are fuel technicians there. Firefighters. Concierge there. There are firefighters there. The sheriff operates there. Mosquito control operates there. That airport is an economic hub of job. growth and creation and we need to protect it. Right. And as soon as you move it, all those people lose their job for the time it takes to move it. Indeed they do. So it's a bad idea altogether. And just so you know, this is what you're voting on now. They're going to have city leaders and county leaders. They'll be, I think there's what, three of each or something like that that will be on this board now. And you're going to get to vote on that when you go to your ballot. If you're in Carrier County, you're going to get to vote. It'll be on your ballot on where you want that control to be and who you want to elect. into deciding who runs your airport. And now it's going to be half county, half city, and that's going to keep it aligned with not moving it. And I believe that was the mission at hand anyway. Indeed. Is to shut them down. But at only 132 days away from you walking into the ballot box. You, I'm talking to you walking into the ballot box. This year, we're going to have to drag our neighbor. You're going to have to go over to your neighbor's house, put them in your car and say, come on, we're running over to the precinct right now to get our vote on. But be informed on what seats are up and who's running. Because. Some seats in some races will be decided August 18th. If there is no Democrat running for the race, or in a race there's no Republican, that's not happening here, then that race will be decided in August of that time. If it's a school board race and the school board member gets 50 to 1% or more in August, there is no other race. If they get the majority, they're done. They don't have to go to a runoff. They win. So there are elections that will be decided on August 18th. And that's why that midterm is so important. You will see that election and people not go to it. And it'd be like something like I'm going to say 53% if we're lucky on turnout, at least here in Lee County. I'd have to research more on Cawyer County and the other counties around the area. But we'll be lucky if we get that. It's imperative that we, as stewards of the conservative party, spread the word about the upcoming election. We're going to be counting down to it. We've got a ton of interviews coming up. We're going to be talking to candidates for county commission, for city commission, for city council, for mayors, and more congressional candidates, as we will welcome somebody else. We've already had John Strand and today Mike Patterson in studio to talk about their congressional run. So it's coming.

Governor Ron DeSantis has signed legislation directing Florida agencies to take action against organizations accused of connections to terrorist groups. And I can say this out loud. Yes, because we don't want to turn Florida into the UK. This is what we want. We want strict enforcement of the, and what I like to call, and Ron DeSantis does as well, the stealth movement of the jihadists through our country that will slide in and lay below the radar and then do something that would. hurt public safety and possibly kill Americans. It's the hidden little jihadists that are running around this country that we need to find. And if we don't, and if we continually, and by the way, this law is just a way for us to protect and keep Florida safe, but to also make sure that we're not the next UK. UK, as for decades, has had a migration of Muslim majority countries flooding their country. Now, there are cities of the UK that are run under Sharia law. There are calls to prayer in the UK on a regular basis. And, I mean, all day long, like they say you here in New York. Newsflash, I'm going to find out the real of this because I will this summer see London and New York. And I will experience it firsthand and let you know on what I saw. But UK officials have admitted integration failures. They've had an enormous amount of scandals and gang violence that has happened because of this. With Ron DeSantis and the Florida legislature getting this bill to his desk, him signing it into law, it's Florida acting proactively to avoid turning into the place that I just told you about. To avoid us turning into Dearborn, Michigan. To avoid us turning into Minnesota. I am, um...

I'm one for this. Now, some people will say this is going to take, this is going to hurt schools. This is going to go after organizations that are inside universities. This is going to go after the wrong person. Nope. This will force any radical elements to think twice before operating here in Florida. That's what this bill will do. It also could force them to go underground or out of state, which will make them easier to track. It's a strong message that Ron DeSantis is sending to the entire country, not just to Floridians and not just to jihadists that may be hiding in limbo here in the state. Strong action is what he's doing. He's making it happen. And the legislator gave Ron DeSantis that opportunity by getting this bill to his desk. Strong action. It's got a ripple effect. There are going to be people that love it. There's going to be people that hate it. There's going to be some challenging situations through it. But if we can all agree that safety comes first, then we can all agree that this is in the right direction. It's so much deeper. The Islamic influence rushing our country is so much deeper. And it could easily rush into Florida without you even thinking. We need to make sure that our lawmakers have prepared to protect our country, to protect our state, and to make sure that this doesn't happen. Now, I had a strong conversation with somebody about the push of Islamic schools throughout the entire state if that would happen. If one would happen, there would be more. This is what I would tend to believe. It would be hard to put an Islamic school in... Florida just based on the fact that you would need to facilitate that number of Islamic teens that are sitting there ready to join it or ready to sign up to go to it. I'm not sure how many you could actually find to actually fill a school. And if you've filled one school, next thing you know, you've got 19 kids going to public schools that are immediately starting a new school. And then you've got 70 brand new Christian schools flying up. Florida won't stand for that. We've discussed that. Florida stands for what we stand for, and we're not going to waver on that. And it's going to be the Constitution that gives them that opportunity to... slide into that. It's truly a something that I find troubling to think about. And I find it even more troubling that these jihadists could be lying in limbo. Hell, they could be American citizens here that's got some kind of birthright citizenship. And we don't even know. And next thing you know, and you know, a lot of people will always say, do you remember 9-11? That was a major deal to you. Those were people living right here. And they're right. They didn't fly in. They were here. They trained to fly the planes in Florida. And then went and got on a plane and took it into the World Trade Center. Somebody living right here. It's bills like what Ron DeSantis is doing that's going to make sure that those.

Little groups in pockets of radical Islam that might pop up now have consequences for it. There'll be no freedom of religion, freedom of expression, freedom of speech, yada, yada, yada. We'll go ahead and make you a terrorist and send you to Gitmo and forget that you exist. Which I'm okay with. Yeah, I'm good with it. I was thinking earlier, and I'm going to side note this before we run to break and get ready for the 5 at 835. The alligator, not the regular Alcatraz that Trump wants to reopen. We should put like 12, 15 guards all around the outside, no guards on the inside, give them a bunch of seeds and a couple of cows, and give them the things they need to survive. Say, good luck with your society. You're never allowed to leave here. And illegals that are in our prisons, we just send them there. Let them fend for themselves. They can't leave to come here and affect us. They won't, they'll be there forever. And then when they try to leave the gardener on the outside, and then they'll fight amongst themselves and eliminate themselves one by one. We won't have to do any of the work. Maybe that's what Alcatraz is all for. By the way, I'm not serious about that. Listen, if we need another prison in this country because crime rates are so high that we've got to open Alcatraz, we should start looking at maybe back in the blue in states like California so you don't need another prison.

But then again, they don't need another prison. They just let them out in California, don't they? So they don't even need another prison. That's probably why Alcatraz is empty. Oh, more daybreak. He got indicted in Florida, and then he got indicted in D.C., and then they superseded in Florida, and then they superseded in D.C. So that's not, am I breaking news there, that he got indicted four times by the feds? This department indicted him four times. Where did you get that? I read your story, you dummy. That's acting AG and possibly full-time AG if he keeps this up. Todd Blanche out there just letting it. Hey, the only thing he didn't do to that reporter is go, stay with me, one, two, three, and four. You can count to four now. I really was kind of blown away that they're like, they don't know how to count to that. And if I was a left-leaning reporter, I wouldn't bring up something that's going to make Trump go, you know what, that's right. Let's put some people in jail. Let's put some people in jail right now, which, by the way, actually keep doing that because as a Republican, it's time to put some people in jail. Let's put these Democrats that cheated the system in jail. We should get them back for this indictment to him. It's not even getting them back. We should hold them accountable the same way they thought they were holding Trump accountable. And that's the real deal. Number four. We're all so proud of the job that they are doing. Mario Diaz-Balart was in Naples yesterday and delivering a $9 million check for a veterans community center. Before he got started, though, he had to let the world know that he 100% supports what we're doing in Iran, and he supports those veterans there. And everyone at that announcement, they cheered. They cheered loudly. They let him know that, yes, they stand with the veterans that are over there fighting the Iran as well. And for that... I give Mario Diaz blart a thumbs up. This man delivered this check for the veterans. He spoke to the veterans. This check is $9 million that's going to change the treatment for veterans in Cawyer County to the next level. And I give it a thumbs up. But more importantly, I do love that he was like, before we get started and talk about veterans, let me just say that I support kicking his ass. Yes, so do we. Number three. Oh, my God. I'm shaking. Five, four, three, two, five, two, five. I think we gave him a run for his money, but he's a heck of an athlete, man. He's the greatest ball time for a reason. They were calling Joey the jaw's chestnut for no reason. You're right. And we saw that firsthand today. That was impressive. Oh, look at him being a cake eater. That is Joey Chestnut doing a cake eating competition against some Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And the crazy thing is he took on four buccaneers against him. All four of them, however much cake they could eat, NFL football players against Joey Chestnut. He beat them. He ate 10 and a half slices of chocolate cake in just five minutes and set a world record. And they couldn't do 10 and a half slices of cake between the four NFL football players. He did it. It's a weird individual, right? I wonder if when he walks in to all you can eat buffets, if they're like, oh, no, we're closed. Get out. I mean, you don't want to pay that guy's building. I mean, like when he walks, oh, no, no, no, we're closed. Get out. I'm just saying. I wouldn't. I'd be like, I'm sorry. We've reserved the right to refuse service and we can't afford you, Joey. We can't. But maybe you could advertise it. Number two. Honestly, Trump could drop a nuke and I'd still vote. Republican over those people. You're on Fifth Avenue voter. In some ways, I really am. But honestly, what they want to do is nuke our own country. You know, it's like the open border, what they're doing to children, all that stuff is still, they would do it all if put back in power. And I think most Republicans know that, which is. Well, we don't play a lot of Megan on the show. Megyn Kelly. And I want to say that we agree with her. I know I do. It wouldn't matter. I'm still going to vote Republican. I believe Republicans lead the country better than a Democrat any day of the week. And it would be really hard for you to find a Democrat that led the country in a good way that weren't using today's Republican principles. Right, because it flips back and forth. But we did have some very nice little news that was a nice little glame of hope. Now, in 1976, we were celebrating 200 years of this country. There were people doing things you could buy for 1976. There were things that were 1776. Those red, white, and blue things you see at parades. They were at every store. Everybody represented flags everywhere. Sold flags all year, not just in. Everybody wanted to buy a flag. Now, here we sit on the 250th anniversary. And that patriotism just isn't the same. Now, I came up with my theory behind that. But there's a 250th anniversary tribute cap that has come out. And it's nothing more than a baseball hat that shows a tribute to the 250 years. And it has smashed sales records in just three days. They have sold out of these hats. in just three days, and they had nine of them, so it didn't take them long to sell out. But it was massive. No, they had hundreds of them. They sold out across America so quickly. And I get, it's...

In a world that we live in right now where so many people are pushing the envelope of being anti-American, there's so many Democrats that are pushing to do things that aren't patriotic at all. You've got NFL football players kneeling at the national anthem, the NFL pushing two anthems. You've got during the most recent... that just happened. NCAA finals, there were a bunch of booing during the national anthem. They weren't booing the anthem. They were booing Michigan, which I would have booed them too. But nonetheless, it was still caught on audio. It sounds like they're booing the national anthem. But it's no one likes Michigan except for Michigan people. And I don't want to get on to that. But this is the issue. We have got to bring the patriotism back. And when I hear something about these hats and these hats making it back and selling out in just three days, it definitely gives me hope. What is the one thing you remember about 1976? Do you remember those times? Do you sit back and go, I do. I remember how crazy the bicentennial was. I feel like I saw George Washington's picture on everything. on everything. I feel like there were cardboard cutouts of him almost everywhere. I know you remember it as well as I do. The moment of making sure that you stood for the flag and did the Pledge of Allegiance every day into school and you watched troops come home and it moved you and the moments that shaped us across the world. These are all things that I remember as a childhood. I remember the 4th of July parades in the, and everybody would go out. And by the way, there was more than one parade. There were parades every month almost leading up in 19th. They were doing parades all year round leading up to it. Now, you got the left going crazy because we're having a UFC fight on the White House lawn, and they're truly upset about the anniversary of the United States. They're finding a reason to be upset about being a patriot. We've got a big problem in our country, and if we don't solve the fact that we can take everything else aside, if you made everyone a patriot that loved America again, we would prosper so well. But Trump-Dorraine system has created so many people that want to fight everything in America does without thinking what's best for America. Sometimes you've got to step back for a second to go, what is best for America? We've got to find out a way to bring patriotism back into our hearts and souls. I know you and I have it. But you and I also know at least one person in our life that doesn't have it at all. You and I know at least one person in our life that doesn't have an American flag in their life at all. And on 4th of July, they stay home. Right? Everybody knows at least one. Keep that in mind as we get closer to the 250th anniversary of this country. I've got one final thought for you before we wrap up today, and it will tie us right into.

And when we broke this story about the woman being murdered by a man named Robert Joachin at the D&D convenience store on... MLK, I said I did a background check and couldn't find one single person in the entire United States with Robert Jochin, Robert Jochin as a name. Well, that's because there is nobody that's a U.S. citizen by that name, right, Wink News? The Department of Homeland Security says the suspect charged with a brutal killing of a Fort Myers' mother is now facing deportation. Documents say Robert Joaquin repeatedly hit Nalufa Yasmin in the head with a hammer several times at a Fort Myers gas station killing her. This person, according to DHS, they say the suspect is undocumented and from Haiti. The report says the Fort Myers Police Department requested ICE to assist in Joaquin's arrest on Mango Street in Fort Myers. In a statement released today, DHS says after entering the country in August of 2022, a federal judge issued a final order of removal against Joaquin. Did he issue it like without Joaquin in the room? Was he like, all right, this guy's got to go. I didn't even know who he is? Because I feel like as soon as he was ordered to remove, we should have hemmed him up and set him on his way, and there'd be one less life lost. If liberal judges wouldn't have been light during the immigration enforcement and left people like this guy in our country, There'd be one more person alive. And this is just one story of an illegal immigrant killing, injuring, raping our citizens in this country. This man murdered a woman in cold blood on camera without any kind of worry of consequence. The consequence should be, and by the way, he's going to be deported after his sentence, and he'll go to court. We'll pay the...

And if you missed it, let me tell you what it is. We're going to pay $100,000 a year or $65,000 a year to house him if he gets life in prison. If he gets the death penalty, we'll pay over $100,000 a year to house him. And there is a $5.5 billion a year, billion spent per year on illegals incarcerated in our state penitentiaries from coast to coast. $5 billion of taxpayer dollars to keep illegals that committed crimes in our country in our state prisons with four hots, four cots, medical care, you know, three hots in a cot. You get medical care. You get phone service. You get a grocery store. I mean, you get everything that you can imagine when you're in jail. You got commissary. That's what I mean by grocery store. You can buy your goodies or whatever they call them. That's my point being. If this guy was here in 2022 and it took till 2026 to get him up and it took him committing murder to find him, we're missing a lot. We can't miss another one. This should be a reason for us to get every one of those people that that judge ordered out of this country, out of this country. Because obviously he didn't send him out after he ordered him out.
