You know, welcome back to Daybreak here on 925 Fox News. Is the gubernatorial race really starts to heat up as we get closer. And closer and closer to August, there's been a lot of meet and greets with the different candidates across all different parts. And when it comes to Southwest Florida, you would think all the other candidates want to get into this area as much as possible. Cousin, according to polls, fundraising, and what the general world thinks, Byron has been doing a great job. Byron Donalds's has been doing a great job and is leading the others when it comes to the polls. But it all matters what you do when you actually. go to your ballot box and get your vote on. But he was supposed to come in. Jay Collins, Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins was supposed to be here last week at the Patriot Gear Store on Surfside in Cape Coral, which is owned by a conservative van. He's a local Southwest Floridian who's also a great conservative, as said his name, as well as a business owner and somebody who is a great social media influencer out there for the past. party. And good morning. Welcome to the show, buddy. How you doing? Good morning, Florida. Good. How are you? I'm doing good, man. I'm glad to finally get you on the show, buddy. I just got to tell you, this Jay Collins thing is really kind of, I mean, even he went on the next day. It was like, I am not withdrawing. All based on this, did you ever say that he was going to withdraw from the election? No, never once. I don't even have that information to be fair. All right. So let's get, here's what I'll do. I'm going to set it up. Now, his camp is saying that it was a quote unquote from Cardillo, another agenda at work. That's his campaign manager. Also, there is, they said it was you weren't going to be there. They suspected that you were going to be there. And since you weren't going to be there, they wanted to back out. And there were a couple of other things. But.

Tell me your thoughts from your side what really went on. Well, here's the thing. I mean, I don't know what would be at work considering we've had everybody here so far. We had Bobby Williams. We had Paul Renner. We have James Fishback here this week. And Byron Donalds was here, and he brought his entire team. Look, my business is set up to put people's voices on a platform, support local organizations, our first responders and veterans. So everybody is welcome to come into the store. It is never guaranteed that I can be at every single one. I mean, sometimes we have three a week at my store. So that was never the stipulation from the beginning. So he didn't expect to. So, oh, that's great. That was my follow-up question. He wasn't expecting you to be there at all. Like he knew you weren't going to be there or was it you might be there? I was never asked if I would be there, and that was never the stipulation to come to the store. Now, I have a business partner. I have another owner that's always at every single event. So if it was a concern, if an owner was going to be here, guess what? We have an owner in the store. If it's not me, it's James, the other owner. So I don't know where that confusion happened. I mean, I won't even be able to be at... at James Fishback's event because I have another engagement. And when we found out this app with Jay, we're like, let's just double check and make sure that the fishback team is okay, that conservative event won't be at the store that day. And their response was, yeah, we don't care. We're not there for him. We're there for the people, which is what it's about. It's not about me. I mean, people can come into my store any time and come and hang out and talk. I mean, I make espresso and coffee for people every day if I'm here. They could come and see me anytime they want to. But we set this up so that influencers have a platform to put people like public figures. We had Scott Pressler here without a flaw. We had many others coming into the store. And shout out to conservative Willie and Fitnik who put together all of the different interviews. There are social media influencers. Yeah, they interview each person that comes in equally. Look, they have somebody that they support. It's not going to be the ones that come in, but they do it fairly. So my question for you, were you there for the Byron Donalds's event, conservative Ant? I was, yes. And were you a part of the interview with Byron Donalds's? No. So the interviews are separate with Fitnik, this guy doing the podcast. So you're there, but you're not in the interview. Correct. All right. All right. I was just curious on that. Now, were you there for Paul Renner? I was, yes. Were you there for Bobby Williams? I was, yes. You understand why Jay Collins is kind of caught off guard because you were there for everybody else, but not for him, and maybe he thinks that's what it is?

No, totally fair, totally fair to think that. And look, I'm sure Jay is a great guy. This has nothing to do with him whatsoever. But he doesn't know that I won't be here for James Fishback, you know, and there's some events that go on in the store that I can't be here for. Now, here's where it gets. a little bit more in depth, okay? So this month is when all of the gubernatorial candidates, they wanted to get in this month, obviously, the sooner the better, right? So Nick and his team were going back and forth trying to figure out what the best date would be where we don't have other events. For instance, today we have an autism awareness event. So, you know, there's certain things and certain times that are already, you know, slot it out. I had my event for an entrepreneur event out in Arizona for young men and veterans that are trying to invest in property. So I already had that going for me. I had to go out there. When they chose this date, it is what it is. I already had a prior engagement. So, you know, we wanted to get them in. They wanted to get in for people to come and ask him questions. Right. And you talk about it on your social media platforms, even if you're not there. I'm sure that you'll cover it and put it out there. But when is your James Fack? When is the James Fishback event? This Thursday. This Thursday. And what time will he be there? Yeah, so James will be here from one, I believe it's one to four, April 23rd. And, you know, everybody is more than welcome to come out and meet him and ask questions. Again, it's all very fair. I don't ask any of the questions because I leave that to the people and the influencers. And I want to say this too. I will not, and I do not endorse any candidate. I am a business owner for the town of Cape Coral. I welcome everybody into my store. We are a veteran-based company that supports our veterans and first responders, along with First Responder Tuesday. I've had some amazing conversations with local Democrats that come into the store, and, you know, they might not agree, but they're always welcome into the store as well. You've had a Democrat in your store before? A couple of them have walked in. Did they spontaneously? Did they spontaneously combust when they walked in? I just want to know. You know, I'm surprised. I cold them down a little bit. I give them a glass of water. I said, relax, you'll be fine. You'll be fine. But I allow everybody to come into my store. The door is never closed or locked. So. Well, man, I really appreciate you for coming on here and kind of clearing the air. I felt like there's a, they make it, the internet always makes it seem like you guys are having a big beef and that is going back and forth. And we reached out to Jay Collins, but we haven't heard back from him yet. So we just wanted to get your side of it and just say, hey, we love what you do, man. Keep on doing it. When you talk to Bobby Williams, when you saw Bobby Williams, how did he do in the interview?

You know, I have to say, I think Bobby Williams, just in general, is one of my favorite guys. He's so genuine, what he does for his people out in Polk County. absolutely amazing. He feeds the homeless. He has amazing, amazing. And the guy doesn't talk smack about anybody. I mean, he's just a really, he's just a really cool guy. You know, I can't say if he's going to be close in the polls or not because aside from that, I just think he's a really genuine person. I just think Bobby Williams is a good guy. But, you know, who knows? I mean, with everything. Are you have a Matt to Welder there? You have a Matt to Welder there, too. Are you not? Did I hear this? Yes, yes. Right, I forgot about that. He's running for commissioner of agriculture, and you're going to have him in there too, right? Yes, he's coming in here. And Matt is another great guy. We've been friends for a little while, but what he's doing for the state of Florida, I mean, talk about a true Floridian. That guy is not only funny, but knows what he's talking about. I'm finally glad that he decided where he was going to run. I felt like he was kind of lost in political confusion. I'm going to be a county commissioner. No, I'm going to run for governor. No, I'm going to run for this. I know. All right. I was glad that he finally settled in somewhere, and I think it's working out for him. He's had some ups and down, so I'll be looking forward to that as well, man. It's so great to have you on the show. I'm telling you that. There's a clip out there, 2004 of him saying that. But how about the fact that he went overseas and allowed this to actually pop out of, where am I out here? Oh, wait a second. Wow. Did I not send that clip to you? Did I not send that clip to you? I thought for sure I sent that over to you as I actually have the clip of Chris Murphy and I want to play it. So I got to get it over to him and make sure that I actually get it over. Because here's the deal is Chris Murphy has gone out there and made a statement that... is damning, and I want to be able to play it for you. Rob, I didn't send you the Chris. So Chris Murphy goes over there and belittles America. And he just talks down to America and he did it on a stage like no other. And when I think about the fact that he was out on this stage and. spouting off this stuff about America. It just makes me think, man, have we missed the ball here with this particular guy? And should we have held him accountable? I'm just wondering, what are your thoughts if an elected official goes overseas and bad talks America? Should we have him held accountable? Yeah, yeah, they need to be held accountable. They should, you know, back in the day, I'm not talking so long ago, when my parents were kids in the 30s, that was called treason. And you'd be sent to prison for bad-mouthing the United States, and especially because it was wartime against the Nazis and all that. So if you did anything like that, you'd end up probably either. And the gallows are at least in prison for a long time. You're right. And I'd like to see us get back to that. But we have really kind of stood on the world that freedom of speech can carry you anywhere. You can say what you want, anywhere you want, anytime you want, and no one can say anything about it. What do you say to that there, John? Absolutely. I agree with you. 100%. They can't. They should. Freedom of speech is only as free as it is allowed by both people. Like if a Republican has something to say, the Democrat can't shut you up, and vice versa. So, yes, there is a point where it's free, but at the same time, the only reason it's free is because we have a strong military. a strong president, and our country will back up. our troops and our people out in the field. So if someone is badmouthing it and putting it down, they're the enemy. They're as good as being out there in Iran right now, you know? Right. They're not doing the country a favor. Tokyo Rose in 1945. She had to pay for the consequences she created. So why would we allow that? Right. You're right. And we shouldn't. We should bring him back, fire him and hold him accountable. A beautiful thing, because when you get out there and you have this left media that wants to just feed in to their Trump-Dorraine syndrome, it just takes us right down a path we don't need to be on. An East Coast rapper from that rapper's hometown. So he is so disconnected that even the young voters are going to be like, what is this guy even saying? What is he quoting Tupac for? And to say something, we always have money for the war, but not defeat the poor. I thought you were going to find all that money. I thought you were going to tax the rich and give all the money that poor needed. Where's all that money at, man, Donnie? Come on now, I thought you had all that money figured out. Or has he lost everything and he owes people money so big that he has to figure out a way to try to back out of it. It could totally be that. But I just want to say that this is the premise of this message. When you're at the top of the mountain, it's real easy to get knocked off and get rolled back down to the bottom. But the hardest thing in the world to do is to climb back up. But with persistence, you can do it. You don't want to be around me. So just let me be me. And in about 48 hours, I get through it because it makes me a cranky a hole coming off of pain pills. And imagine if those who can't come off of it, they have to stay on it because they fear that or they stay on it because they like the high. And they get on these pills and they start finding them on the street and they become a straight addict. This type of treatment can change lives instantly. Two treatments and they're off addiction. I want to know, can this cure addiction like for cigarettes? Could you just single-handling get everybody to stop vaping and stop smoking cigarettes with two doses of ibupilgain? That would be amazing if it covered everything that's addicting. I'll have to do more research, but I do know that it works for opioid addiction. The five at 835. You know, I spoke about it a moment ago, so I want to go ahead and give it back to you so that we can cover it one more time. And that is the Chris Murphy clip of Chris Murphy overseas saying this about America. Want to bring you greetings as well from a nation that is in crisis. I'm not going to sugarcoat the gravity of what we face right now in the United States. This is the most significant threat to American democracy since the Civil War. Donald Trump in our country is trying to end our democracy. We are not on the verge of a totalitarian takeover. We are in the middle of it. He is trying to seize control of our courts, of our law enforcement, of our media, of our elections. His goal is oligarchic capture. Wow. That just makes the whole segment earlier hit a little bit different when you got the clip on. Rob, the producer, man. I see you fired up. What's your thoughts, buddy?

That is one of the most ignorant and ridiculous things I've heard of Democrats say, and I'm very close to breaking the rules, so I'm going to kill my mic right now because that just... That just peeved me off. As it probably will most. But this guy will be allowed to come back home. These are all the things that the Democrats are doing. They're taking control of the press. They want to pack the courts. They want to do all this crap that he's talking about and were the threat to democracy? Excuse me. I don't think so. Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox now. I thought you were going to do it again. I said he's going to turn it back on again, guys. I'm sorry. He's fired up. He's fired up. You better not fire up, my producer. He gets fired up. He gets on his soapbox. And when he does that, he gets everybody fired up. But I think what. You're speaking man is the truth, Rob. I mean, when it really comes down to what we have here, we have somebody who's an elected official, represented America, who's given the national stage. He's given that national stage. He's allowed to be up there and to say what he needs to say only because, are you ready for this? Because of his rights as American, he got elected and is a... able to go around because he's elected and get this stage. I think Connecticut should pull him. I think that's what I say. I think some states have to hold their elected officials accountable. But unfortunately, the ones that he represents are TDS-loving people. They got a lot of Trump-D-Rane syndrome, and they're not going to change their mind. And they probably love him. And I bet you there's a lot of Democrats applauding him for doing what he's doing. You can applaud them all you want until you get attacked by one of our enemies in your own backyard because this guy put out the message that we're weak and we're in turmoil. We're confused. We don't know where we're going. Trump just wants to take over everything and just beat everybody down and make everybody poor. This is where we're our country in crisis is what he said. That to me. When you go on the national platform and you say are countries in crisis, you might as well be hanging a flag upside down, you might as well be held accountable for your actions, and you might as well be charged with treason. And I say, send them. And you know what? If he gets off, he gets off. But at least we've made a national example of what not to do when you're overseas. And let me say how floored I am. And I've said this before. Do we know that Ilhan Omar went overseas one time, the one person who hates America more than Iran?

Well, we're going to start seeing them drop like flies. Sheriffless McCormick is probably going to be censored. She's the representative that frauded out Florida. They're going to throw her out soon. I believe that's coming. I really do. She's being tried for massive amounts of fraud, and it looks cut and dry. So I would find it hard to believe that she's still in office in another three months. Cory Mills, we've talked about him before. I remember him and his D.C. apartment girlfriend where the cop showed up but did not arrest Mills. Well, now the body cam footage just come out. Although it is out, we have not actually seen it for our own two eyes yet. But inside this video, she is his girlfriend, the Miss Universe ex-girlfriend, Lindsay Langston, is visible, bruises. Body cam officers show them ready to arrest mills. But she recanted after talked indirectly to him. And there is also something. to be said about what else is going on behind the scenes of this that hasn't completely unfolded, but they're saying that Mills also called Pam Bondi in the middle of all of this. So they did not arrest him. And then she was able to actually get a... protective order against Cory Mills when he threatened to expose nude videos and photos of her, which is revenge porn and is illegal in the state of Florida. He is legally married to Raina A Saeed. Yeah, Rana A Saeed. You heard it. Your U.S. Congressman has two sons with her. And she runs, by the way, his arms dealing company. That's right. That secured 94 federal contracts. That's what she does for him now, even though they're quote unquote, according to the record, separated. And that company is in millions of dollars of debt. He has an ongoing ethics probe, a campaign finance violation that he's being looked into before in this sexual misconduct and dating violence does him no. helps at all. And we don't even want to get into the fact that some think that is Bronze Star that he claimed to get is stolen valor and not actually him. This is what I want to say. This guy's questionable in every angle whatsoever. His prior to becoming a congressman, his personal life, his action with this woman and others out there. And the fact that she had visible bruises shows that he is.

an abuser and did what he did allegedly, according to the camera. What we're hearing about this is true. And we should hold our elected officials in this state accountable. And I just got done saying it that we should hold the other guy accountable. So it's without a doubt, Cory Mills should be held accountable as well. And his actions should show that he is, there has to be a moral. test. I've always said that. There has to be something in the contract. It says if you do something that's morally incorrect, that you should just resign and send yourself. But he should do that anyway. I said enough is enough with Cory Mills. The body can bruises, revenge porn threats to Lindsay Langston and his wife, Rana A Saeed, and a company cash in a million dollars in federal contracts. There's just enough for me to go. No thanks, dog. I'm not interested. And I think the rest of America should feel the same way. That's just my two cents. If you want to cash into the bank, go ahead.
