One of the things that you will see and hear today on the show and see all across your social media on your news stations is the fact that the Justice Department moved the FDA-approved marijuana products and state-permitted medical marijuana from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3, and this follows the President Trump's executive order that he made in December to the DOJA to reclassify the marijuana. Now, this only particular... to medical marijuana. So when it comes to medical marijuana, let's reach out to our medical marijuana expert and the owner of my Florida Green. Nick Garley, man, good morning, Nick. How you doing today? How are you, Jason? Good to be on here. And thanks for having me. You know, Nick, I was just thinking, we have got to get Theresa Péter Magyar Teresa Heitman to your office. I mean, she would have avoided everything with this probation violation if she would have just came on over to my Florida Green and got herself a card. I mean. You know what? I did make a Facebook post, Facebook post about that, so you're absolutely right. If anybody who's suffering from a debility and condition, especially insomnia, right, or nobody's sleeping nowadays, you know, go to the website, click Get Start. We're here to help you. Right. And she, and you can be on probation and you have a medical marijuana card. It's not a violation. Is that right, Nick? Or do you not know the answer? No, that's 100% correct, actually. So we passed back in 2016, we passed medical marijuana as a con. constitutional amendment. So any state or government funded agency that violates a patient's right, actually that hinders the patient's access is violating the patient's constitutional rights. So it's a big deal. So law enforcement cannot hinder your access. Probation officers cannot hinder your access as long as you have a legitimate medical marijuana certification from a certified position here in the state of Florida.

Wow. So this reclassification, what does it really mean when it comes to it so that everyone doesn't think that you're going to be able to buy a 7-Eleven now? Yeah, no, I definitely urge people to really read between the lines and kind of relax a little bit because this doesn't mean much. It definitely legitimizes platforms like mine, right? So it definitely will open up research and development opportunities for companies. But as far as... As far as lighting up a joint next to a police officer, I strongly advise people not to do that. This is not legalized marijuana in any way, shape, or form. What it does is it just opens up the doors for research, and that's really about it right now. Now, what's going to happen in the next five or ten years is unfortunately medical marijuana is going to be pharmacized, right? You're going to have the big players that are going to. link up and integrate with the pharmaceutical companies and they're going to pharmacize, you know, the cannabinoids and it's going to basically, you know, ruin a lot of the medicinal aspects and benefits of the medical marijuana plant. But, you know, we'll kind of take things in strides. just kind of roll with the punches and hope for the best. But I would definitely expect big farmer to get involved and big insurance to get involved. And it's going to, you know, hopefully not, but it's definitely going to probably take a turn for the pharmaceutical direction. And that'll be unfortunate. Now, if you're just tuning in, we're on the phone right now with Nick Garley from My Florida Green. We're having a conversation about the reclassification of marijuana. Now, the administration said they're going to have a hearing set for broader rescheduling in the end of June. What could this broader rescheduling mean, in your opinion? You know, your guess is as good as mine as far as that goes. I think they're going to lower restrictions with banking especially. So you have the dispensaries that cannot bank. They're debanked from banks because it's still federally illegal. Right. So I personally have had my bank account seize three times and I don't even touch the plan. Right. So it's a bit ridiculous. So the banking will loosen up quite a bit. I do believe that marijuana will be removed from drug testing. I do believe that this will open up the door for government agencies to be able to

5:45

Sorry, people that are employed by government agencies to be able to use this product for medicinal purposes. I don't think police officers will be on that list anytime soon, but firefighters, right, paramedics, you know, people that work, you know, for government agencies, I do believe will eventually have access. And that's exciting for us because. I mean, firefighters especially, you know, that they are, not that they, you know, supersede anybody else, but they, you know, do see a lot of, you know, tremendous things in their line of work. And they do tend to self-medicate. So access to medical marijuana would just be a godsend for them and anybody else who really needs it, to be honest with you. If they now, but what's the difference? I guess I'm kind of confused here, Nick. What's the difference by them saying they're reclassifying only medical marijuana and not all marijuana? Well, that's a debate for many. But, you know, medical marijuana is a state's rights issue as well. So when they federally, I'm sorry, when they make it schedule one to schedule three, it opens the doors. But we're still going to have to abide by the state programs that are in place and they remain intact. So it's not like it becomes a medical prescription from doctors, right? Eventually it may. Eventually, you may have to pick up your medical marijuana products at a compound pharmacy, which is really going to be difficult for people, but especially on the compound pharmacy side. But, you know, again, it's going to be baby steps, small bites to the apple, you know, so. And I think we're obviously moving in the right direction. But I do think we're going to see a lot of restrictions released from the strainhold that's been on since the 1930s, really. Nick, as someone who's in the medical marijuana industry, do you find a surprising that it's a conservative that seems to be broadening it out, making it more accessible, if you will?

7:49

Yes and no. I mean, I think, you know, it's, I think medical marijuana is now bipartisan. I don't think that it's a left or right thing anymore, you know. So, you know, you did have, you do have a pioneer that's in the space, Kim Rivers, who's the CEO of Truly, which is one of the biggest dispensaries or the biggest dispensary outlet here in, in the state of Florida. She's charged forward. She, you know, she was, she got Trump to endorse. Amendment 3, which was the recreational bill, which I think he got a lot of backlash from afterwards. But. You know, money talks in this nation in this society. You know, so when you can write a big check, when you can write a big check and you're a pretty blonde, you get a lot of things done. Right. You can write a big check. It doesn't matter what color your hair or what sex you are, buddy. You write a big check. You can get a lot of things done, Nick. That's been the theme all week, Nick. Trust me when I tell you that. Last week, psychedelics executive order, what were your thoughts on that? And will it one day be available? at the same place you get medical marijuana. That is actually very exciting. I don't think that they will be related, okay, because it's definitely two different realms. It's two different encounters. One is going to be a longer intimate encounter being with a psychedelics where the medical marijuana is like, hey, let's educate the patient, empower them, and then give them, you know, whatever they need, and then encourage them to experiment and titrate. The worst thing that happens is... you know, you get a little stoned and sleep better, right? So psychedelics is a lot different of an experience, and it's a lot longer, slower onset, longer lasting. And believe me, I'm already building the modules. I've already got a website and a system built for ibogaine and second delic psilocybin mushrooms. I'm a huge fan of them. They're incredible. I mean, the statistical data with ibogaine, especially 80%. of the first, I'm sorry, the first dose, 80% of patients reduce their addictions. 80% of patients can actually deal with a trauma that they've been dealing with their entire life. You know, and then the second dose, it's 90%. Trump even joked about it with Joe Rogan behind him. He said, can I try this stuff? Right. I said the same thing. I was like, I got some things. I don't know. I wonder if it would work with like a video game addiction. Sometimes I feel like I game too much. I wonder if that would work with that too. I'm just wondering. You don't know. No, if you watch some of the YouTube stuff that's out there, it actually helps with like all addictions. There's, you know, pornographic addiction, video game addiction, sugar addictions. It helps with all. But Ivo gain experience can last between, that's a psychedelic experience that can last between 24 and 36 hours. So there's extreme monitoring. And you also cannot have any heart conditions when you're messing with Ibrahimine as well. So it's definitely, there needs to be a lot more medical practitioners involved and as well as research to make sure that people are doing the right thing. And I think that's what the executive order was all about to make sure that that's what we're doing.

10:54

Nick, I want to think you want to be going at a back alley and do it. Give me some eyeball game, man. I'm going to go on a 36-hour trip, run through the town naked. Yeah, you don't want to be that guy. Don't be that guy. I was once in high school with a guy who took acid in the middle of class. And by middle of class, he was running out and stripping off his clothes. Everybody was like, what's wrong with that guy? They were like, he did acid. I said in school? He's a weird one. That's a weird bird right there. That's a weird bird. Sounds like a good time to me. Right. It was definitely a story that everyone talked about for like a week and a half. Do you guys see Steve run out half naked after he lost his mind? Oh, Nick. Oh, man. I appreciate you being on the show. Nick Garley. My Florida Green, always coming on, giving us the update and giving us the information that we need, our medical marijuana expert that I always reach out to. It's always great, Nick. We'll talk again real soon, buddy. My pleasure and honest, sir. Keep up the great work. All right, there we go. The Supreme Court, is there a move getting ready to happen inside the court? Is there getting ready to be somebody that resigns and then Trump gets to appoint another one? Another one, man. We'll get into it. We're discussing it on daybreak here on 92-5 Fox News. Come by. Taking on the left, sometimes that's a two-man job. Clay Travis and Buck Sexton. The minute that Democrats have, the House, the Senate, and the presidency again, they will put in place all sorts of far left-wing policies. They're just going to do it. Democrats have been seething with rage. They say, like, we had no choice but to stand up to your tyranny. Clay and Buck, noon to three. They are the... victimizers playing victim on 92-5 Fox News. Always the case with Democrats I might have. Welcome back to daybreak on 92-5 Fox News, right all along. So the Supreme Court made up of nine individuals. who are the ultimate voice of the Constitution, basically. Samuel Alito Samuel Alito, 76, appointed by President George W. Bush in 2005 is the subject of a growing retirement rumor, saying that sometime after August, he is preparing to retire and will retire shortly after the primary but before midterms. and obviously he's a conservative judge who is going to retire is going to do it when a conservative could appoint his replacement. I think it's what I would do. I guess I can't speak on behalf of him, but it makes perfect sense that that's exactly what I would do. Now, When you think replacement for Samuel Alito, and by the way, Clarence Thomas might also retire before the end of Trump's term. And we can only hope that he gets a chance to appoint two, although not everybody he appointed before is always on Team Trump. So it's the one thing you have to understand.

14:06

No matter what team someone's on, when you become a Supreme Court, you just became on Team America and your opinion is bigger than anyone else's, bigger than the president, bigger than Congress. Your opinion is massive. And that power, that power, boy, it'll change a person. But you know who I don't think it'll change? Who do you think would be an Samuel Alito replacement? Let's see if we can get on the same page. Because there are people that they are floating names already out there that could be the replacement. And one is pretty obvious. Who do you think? Senator Mike Lee from Utah, I think would be a great Supreme Court justice. Right there on the list. Ted Cruz is also on the list. Who also would be a great Supreme Court justice. Right. So they're both on the list and people are looking into both of them. It's funny you said Mike Lee because when I did my research, that's where I went to. And Mike Lee was right there on the list and looking like the most likely of people to be appointed to that job. I honestly thought Mike Lee would have made a great like DOJ secretary instead of Pam Bondi. But maybe it's a good thing that he wasn't appointed to that so he could be available for this potential vacancy. And we are, we're still in an acting AG, right? Right. He's just the acting AG still, right? Right. We haven't appointed that AG yet. Do you know who I think would make an excellent Supreme Court? Governor Ron DeSantis. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Harvard, I mean, he is a Harvard law grad. He was a Navy JAG officer. He understands he's been fighting to keep Florida free. How many times during COVID did he make changes based on the fact that some of these restrictions that were putting on us were unconstitutional? He did that. Now, when I said Attorney General, my biggest fear was this. You know what happens if we would have made him Attorney General? He'd resigned. He'd step down. Jay Collins. would become this sitting governor, and we would be in the middle of a keep Jay Collins governor, and it would change the spectrum of the race completely. And I think we all know who we're all supporting. I don't think we need to get into that. I wouldn't say supporting. We talk to him every week. I believe Byron Donalds's is the leader. I feel like other candidates want to come here and try to prove me wrong. They can. I welcome them. We've reached out to Jay Collins 418 times and I've yet to hear back from him. And I, for one, want to say that if we'd have made the...

16:50

the governor, if we'd have made the governor or the attorney general, that would have, they would have upset the race. But this does not. And I'm going to tell you why. Because after August, we will already have chosen the Republican that is moving forward to the general election. And right now, according to polls, according to what the world says, it seems like Byron Donalds is going to be that person, barring any kind of scandal or crazy madness or somebody having some amazing thing to say, I feel like he's going to be the guy. He is going to be, he's leading right now. It's where it is. So he wins August 18th, gets ready for the big November. And we immediately, and then the Samuel Alito resigns, the Supreme Court Samuel Alito resigns. He retires. I'm going to retire. I'm going to go play some golf in Florida. And. We immediately nominate Governor Ron DeSantis. Now, Ron does step down and Jay Collins just get the chance to be the governor for a few months while we wait to find out who wins. But then Jay could also endorse Byron as the sitting governor that he can't win because he's already gone through the process. Like we've already chosen it. He would just be the sitting governor for the rest of the term. a win-win for Florida. It's a win-win for America. I think Ron DeSantis has raised the bar so high to be a governor in Florida. He's raised that bar so high that everyone has been put on notice. Just like the next person that jumps into Congress behind Byron, you're jumping into the biggest shoes in Congress. Same thing. Byron. Whoever wins the governor's race will automatically step into some of the biggest shoes that have ever stood in that office. I mean, he's done great things. I think Rick Scott was a great governor too, and I don't want to get into who was better, but I think that Ron has really raised the bar for what Floridians as a whole expect out of our governor. That's just my thoughts. Ron has been an amazing governor. Right. Let's get him into the Supreme Court. JD Vance should build a relationship with him right now, like a really strong one, so he's ready to go. Because if we did that, he's definitely not proven anything pro-Trump. He's like, no, no, no. Let's talk trespassing next. 92-5 Fox News. Right, all along. 92-5 held a diversity and inclusion seminar once. It just turned into a hog-roast and discussion about ammo grain. Hey, we tried. Eh, not really. 92-5, Fox News. Right, all along.

20:03

Welcome back to daybreak on 92-5 Fox News. In 30 minutes, I'm going to have the biggest aha moment for all of the elected officials across Southwest Florida. It's coming up. Now, though, let's get into the fight, the feud, the argument. In this corner, ladies and gentlemen, the greatest governor that's ever walked the earth, Ron DeSantis. And in this corner, a weird Democrat that is slightly strange and looks away a lot when he talks. Hakeem Jeffries. That's my point. They are in the middle of a battle. And this is where it all started. We'll start first with Jeffreys talking trash about Ron DeSantis. This was yesterday. Ron DeSantis is putting his own congressional delegation in jeopardy, which probably shouldn't be surprising because all of them, as I understand it, can't stand the chariomatically challenged lame duck governor of Florida. Thank you all. Ron DeSantis. So Ron DeSantis has to respond. You know, I heard this guy Jeffrey's popping off in Washington about Florida. He wants to be Speaker of the House, and he's kind of like, you know, more liberal than Nancy Pelosi and all this other stuff from New York City. I just want to know. I just say, oh, Florida, can't do it. We're going to go after Florida. Please be my guest. I will pay for you to come down to Florida and campaign. I'll put you up in the Florida governor's mansion. We'll take you fishing. We'll do all this stuff. There's nothing that could be better for Republicans in Florida than to see Hakeem Jeffries, Hakeem Jeffries, everywhere around this state. For those who don't know, if you come here to visit and you are staying with somebody who doesn't like you and they ask you to go fishing, you should say no. just so you know you should say no if they don't like you in florida and they're like you want to go fishing say no all right just matter life and death just say no uh but real talk what does jeffreys have to do he has to respond to that you know because someone's going to ask him are you going to go stay in the mansion and do a little fishing yeah hmp just the downs A $20 million investment in Florida making it clear that we're on offense. That's our Democratic gift to Ron DeSantis and the Florida Republicans who he is putting in jeopardy. So not putting us in jeopardy. Not putting anybody in jeopardy. There's no one that even thinks what you're saying is actually true. But that's $20 million that they're going to throw in a pack. To throw down here into Florida to try to flip Florida blue, which by the way is never going to happen again. Mark my words, ever is it going to happen again. But.

23:04

The hypocrisy of the man who doesn't want to pay DHS wanting to spend $20 million out of a pack to fight a losing battle. Maybe send the $20 million to the people that haven't collected a paycheck out of the Coast Guard for, I don't know, a month, six months, three months, however long it's been. Rob the producer? 20 million. Send $200 million to Florida. I dare you. Right. Just bring all your money down here. Just bring it all down here. Empty all of your war chest in Florida. Do you need a number to advertise here? I can get you a number if you need it. I will get it for you. We got you. But I've decided, and I kind of joked about this yesterday, and now I'm going to build the list. I'm going to build one of my list right now. I think we should trespass completely some people and let them know that they're not allowed. You've been trespassed out of Florida. The same way you would trespass somebody who keeps coming to your house. uninvited and you're like, Rob, stop coming. I'm going to have to trespass you if you keep coming over unannounced and Rob keeps coming over and announced so you have to send him a trespass warning. Same type of concept, right? Same type of concept. But who, Rob always looks for me when I do these little jokes. He's not like, I hate you somebody. It's because you always make me out to be the bad guy. I just, you're the only one here, bro. I got to pick on somebody. You're the only one here. It's okay. I am a bad guy. I'm a villain. You're the only one I can't pick on. We've got to get an intern so I can pick on somebody else. But. When you think about who would you trust? I think we should trespass him, all right? Not let him in. The same way you don't let somebody else. So Hakeem Jeffries is number one on the list, all right? Because he's already talking enough smack. So we trespass him. We have, you know, our FDLE show up at his house. They give him a little piece of paper. And it says you've been trespassed out of Florida. What do you mean I've been trespassed out of Florida? Yeah, man, you can't come here. You've been trespassed. That's against my constitutional rights. Yeah, whatever. You're trespassed. Who else should be on the trespass list and never allowed to experience the love of South Beach or fishing and captiva or going offshore and fishing or experience any of the amusement parts? All the great things that Florida has to offer. I mean, Florida is the spot. Who are we going to never allow to go to the beach again? Help me build this list today. Because I think we could come up with a lot. Let me give you the phone number if you want to add somebody to the list. 239-479-5592. That's 239-479-5592. I think we can put... Chuck Schumer on this list because I know you hate him more than anybody, Rob. So I know we can put Chuck Schumer on the list. And I know DHS Secretary Mullen also hates him. Makes my ears red. It takes a lot to get me upset. But Chuck Schumer, no one respects you. The definition of a lying scumbag politician, that is you. You would be the definition if you Googled you right now.

26:10

A lying scumbag politician. All right. Who should, maybe you want to trespass somebody who's already in Florida. Maybe there's somebody maybe elected here that you're like, nope, we're going to trespass them. Who would you like? I know there's a couple of people that might want to trespass me. Let's get Shilow from Cape Coral. Who do you want to trespass out of Florida? I say all of them, but John Fetterman. John Fetterman's welcome. He's the only one with sense, in my opinion. We send that, right, we should send John Fetterman an annual past, Universal or Disney, so he could really come and enjoy it, right? He'd probably be a cool guy to even hang out with. I just don't know why the way he. why he's even in that party. He don't know that either. And right now, the party doesn't know either. So right now, Chuck Schumer's like, why are you even here? He's like, well, I'm here because I want to be. And I've said this before, and let me back it up again now that you've called In Shiloh and said that so you want to add to the list. I just want to say I was really during his run, like I can't believe this guy has really got a chance of winning. But because of his stroke, I felt like it would be hard for him to recover. His stroke has given him common sense, which none of the other left have. So I'm just saying it. Common sense isn't common anymore, unfortunately. Everywhere. On that side. You can't even talk to them. Right. Right. You can't even talk. You're like, do you? Can you argue with me about anything other than saying the word Trump inside that argument? That's the question, right? All right. You know, I can't even invite people over my house. As soon as they bring up, you know, if they're Democrat, I just, all right, well, I'm tired. I think it's time for you to go because it's pointless. Right. Right. As soon as you find out, you're like, oh, you ask them one question, you find out right away. What do you think about the border? Oh, man, we should be doing greater things than letting them all cross. Oh, man, I'm tired. Time for you to leave. Get on out. That's why we need term limits, too. Oh, from your mouth to God's ears, my friend. I agree with you 100% there. Thank you for going on. Have a good weekend. You too, buddy. Enjoy it. Scott from Lehigh, good morning. Who are we going to trespass out of Florida? I mean, the obvious is Eric Swalwell so we can protect our girls and women. Oh, absolutely. Let's keep him completely away from our beaches. That's a creepy guy. He's creepy. That video makes him look creepy. The history of himself. He's just a creepy dude. And when I watched that video, I was like, that's the type of guy that you hang out with and you're like in the same room and you're like, we should probably stop hanging out here. This guy's going to get us in trouble. You're right. Let's do all the... Let's do all the Democrats in Washington, too, because you know they all knew about it. You know, I'm going to go on the record and say, I'm okay with go ahead and trespassing Teresa Heitman.

28:56

Let's go ahead and take the mayor in Naples. Let's go ahead and take her right now. Mayor Hightman, we'll trespass her and send her over there, too. You can go on. You can't go on about your well. Oh, my God, I can't believe you're saying that about somebody local. I'm just saying how I feel. That's all I'm doing over here, Scott. Exactly. Exactly. All right, buddy. Have a good day. You too, buddy. That's all I try to do here on the show, right, is just give you a... the thoughts from a guy who gets up every morning and drives and comes in and then that day every afternoon picks his kids off from school and I and evolved in extracurricular activities running a business I'm just that guy who just like you gets up every day and connects with the world and I feel like we all have the pretty much the same thoughts when I get on these little tangents I am I, for one, say we could, who else could we, I mean, we could do the obvious, like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, I mean, we could do that. Omar, I'm good with that one. Who else? God, I was thinking about who else could we not, could we put on this list and sit them on their way? Captain, Captain Marco Island, Captain, is that your name, Captain? Good morning, sir, yes. Well, nice to meet you, Captain. Nice to me. You've been true. All right. How are we doing today, Captain? Political Knowledge, but I'll do this. Oh, you're calling for the College of Political Knowledge? You got a bad connection, buddy. All right. Let me go to Bruce. Bruce, good morning. You're on. Bruce 925. Good morning. You're on daybreak. What's up, Bruce? Who are we adding to the list? Yeah, nobody on the list. I want them all to come down and see exactly what freedom is really like. And so when they go back home and they try to spread their, you know, their lies about what they really are trying to sell. They know that they're spreading poison. And they have to look at themselves in the mirror and say, wow, that's what it should be like. All right. They should be allowed to buy property here. There's a difference. They don't get our tax breaks and anything else. But let them come and see exactly what freedom is like. Because I've met a lot of people from New York and New Jersey. And after COVID, they came down here to live because they realized when they shut them down for no good reason, this is where you want to be. This is America. Oh, I have two friends from California, two great friends. One of them works in this building that moved from California because they couldn't take the politics there. And they weren't even in politics. They were just like, this is insane. I got to get out of this town quickly. And they moved right here to Southwest Florida because they knew I was here. But also because Southwest Florida is probably, in my own honest opinion, the greatest place on earth. And I have lived in... every corner of the United States, and this is heaven on earth right here. I've lived... I've lived in Hawaii. I've lived in Alaska. I've lived in California. I've lived in Philadelphia, Ohio, Memphis, Arizona. I have lived in all those states. We are in America's greatest place. This is it. I chose to come back here. Let's spread the word.

32:10

Right. You're right. Let's bring them on down, not let them buy property. They can come down one time. But let me ask you a question before I get ready for the College of Political Knowledge. If you want to play the College of Political Knowledge, go ahead and call me now. Bruce, do you think the Democrats don't come here to visit? I think some of them come down here. I mean, obviously we have a lot of scores that come down here. And this year, I mean, they brought down their attitudes with them. That's entitledness. Right. You know, but we kindly showed them the way back out again, you know. And, you know, I mean, like I always say that once they leave, the real, like, true Floridaans come out and everyone's polite and friendly. you know, there's not that road rage that we see during season, you know.
