Welcome to Daybreak on a Tuesday, June 30th, 2020, 26. I'm your host, Jason Jay Jones, along with producer Rob. As we get started this morning, I hope you're having a wonderful day. We were just sitting here discussing the weather and what is to be coming up here in the 4th of July weekend is going to be a wet one to say the least. We'll get more into it as we'll talk to Zach Malach in the next couple of days in reference to the weather for 4th of July. The... craziest thing that I'm sitting at home last night. We are eating dinner. My wife made probably the best chicken Alfredo I've ever eaten in my entire life better than any restaurant, better than anywhere. I don't care what I mean, I was floored. I'm not even a fan, and I mowed two plates. And it was delicious, right? So shout out to my wife. But we're sitting there and I'm looking at the news and I go, what is that? And I'm like, are they? And I'm watching Amir Fox to a press guy. I said, turn it up a little louder, turned up a little louder. And I find out that you remember the D&D convenience store murderer of the woman who was brutally murdered, Robert. Joacham, by the way, with an M, not an N, a 40-year-old Haitian national here on TPS and had a remove order killed her. Well, yesterday he was charged with second-degree murder with the murder of Julia Curvo, a 28-year-old woman from our community. You remember her, right? Her body was found in a wooded area in like late January, 2006. Now, Joacham is already facing the death penalty. Here is Wing News for the story. Our top story tonight, a man accused of beating a woman to death with a mallet back in April, is now accused of another murder. Today, the state attorney's office announced that Robert Joaquin is connected to the death of Julia Curvo. In January, 28-year-old to Julia Curvo was found dead after she was reported missing for a week. The cause of death was determined to be strangulation, but there were no leads on who killed her. And you may remember seeing this security footage back in April of Joaquin allegedly.

destroying an employee's car with a mallet shortly after he's accused of beating the mother to death. Prosecutors are now seeking the death penalty in that case. At today's press conference, State Attorney Amira Fox announced new charges against Joaquin, officially connecting him to Curvo's murder. This is wild. Here's a mirror with the charges. Our office has filed a new charge of second-degree murder against defendant Robert Joaquin. for the murder of 28-year-old Julia Curvo. So this illegal, and by the way, this just ties right into the Supreme Court ruling where TPS has been named exactly what it is, temporary. You're only supposed to hear for a certain amount of time, and it is time to send anyone home that's on TPS longer than, I'm going to say, 12 months. It is not a pathway to permanent residency. And it has somehow become this talk between the community where they say, Rob, they say, well, We are a part of this community. We have doctors and lawyers and all these other people that are a part of our community that have decided, you know, they fled the earthquakes and crime and murdering in Haiti and came here and they believe that TPS is forever. Well, TPS has temporary in the name, first of all. So let's go by the law here. It's always intended to be temporary. There is no pathway to citizenship or amnesty guaranteed or even offered in any kind of way with TPS status. It's a real original intent was only to have a duration of about 18 months. So when we have Haitians around here that are saying that they've been here 10, 12, 50, years on TPS status. That sounds to me like illegal. They have the potential of being here close to 40 years. TPS was created in 1990 as a short-term humanitarian program. And it was for people fleeing sudden crisis like, you know, an earthquake like it was in Haiti or, you know, where a regime comes and takes over your area. That's what it was designed for. Now, I'm not a fan of it at all. I think it's a bad idea altogether. We are not the lifeboat of every country in the world. We have our own problems to deal with. And when you have, and let's take Haitian out of it. When you have people on temporary protective status, TPS, what that stands for, you legitimately have people that believe they can become a member of this community and take the jobs, the seats at the schools for your kids. I mean, there could legitimately be a private school you're on a waiting list for that some kid who's...

on temporary protective status is holding that seat. Now, I'm not going against kids, but I'm understanding that, understand that that's what it does. When you have 400,000, and a lot of them in Florida, come and join your community for an extended period of time, 20 years on some of them, it's a massive... impact on our own economy, on our own livelihood, on our own future, on our own children's future. And like I've always said, America first, let's fix our own issues first. And that's exactly what we need to do and where we need to go. You mentioned that highly educated, you know, doctors, nurses, lawyers, people that may have good value to society. And I'm sure there are actually probably plenty of them. I mean, we've had people say, well, aren't they going to need that kind of talent to rebuild their own country. We set it here on this show. Exactly. And Haiti has an exceptionally corrupt government, but I mean, the people are just sitting there taking it. There's no way to recover. There's no way to come back unless they rise up. We can't keep fighting wars and harboring your refugees all the time. Like there's so many more things that we have to fix, like you said. We have to talk about affordability in this too. It's what we need to be talking about. When it comes to the Julia Curvo murder, and when it comes to the relation to this man, In January 2006, Julia Curvo is last seen in Fort Myers area. She was 28 years old. January 21st. January 29th, eight days later, her body was found strangled in a wooded area near Howe Street and 3rd Street in downtown. Nine days after she was reported missing, it was ruled a homicide. 64 days, nothing. Then Robert Joacham stays free in our community. And then on April 3rd, 2006, Joachim commits a second murder in a broad daylight at a gas station on camera, on MLK Boulevard. And then on April 2nd, just a day later, he was arrested. And now a couple of months later, he is charged with this murder. There's already been a remove order put on him, though, right? Right. So we're going to deport him anyways. Is this going to happen after he goes through his legal process? There's no deporting now. It's just... And I'm going to tell you why. This is why right here. Listen to dad and grandma. I'll talk about Julia. You want to know, but you don't want to know. And now we know, and that's one of the worst things is to know the truth about what happened. And it was for nothing. I'm not happy about why I'm here, but I am happy about how Fort Myers police treated the investigation. My beloved daughter, Julia, would still be here.

That's grandma helping dad be able to say his own daughter's name. I can tell just by that conversation that this is ongoing. This man lost to love the gleaming of his eye. For a dad, a daughter is. is something special like i mean i'm not saying sons or daughters but daddy's little girl is a real thing like i am a i'm a girl dad got three girls i believe you know they uh i got boys too but girls dad they they love me more than the boys will ever love me and I hate to say that out loud, but it's true, Rob. I guess I just had a reality check here on my own show. That's wild. But this man lost his child because we didn't remove this guy. Yeah. Because we didn't send him on his way. And now he has to be held accountable. I'm sorry, but it needs to be done. And I know it's going to cost us money, but sending this guy back as a, he'll become a martyr. That was as sharp as they come. I hope he comes again. Oh, I do too. I would love to see him again. Do you remember his name? I wish we remember. We met a lot of people that day. So I reached out the state senator Jonathan Martin yesterday, Rob. And I said, hey, man, you know about the time? I was like, yeah, I know about it. I go, well, I wanted to reach out to you, see if you could come on and discuss what you're doing. And as most of the elected officials that I'm reaching out to this week, I think he is at the, I think he's on vacation. And I think he's at the. the Gorge, the Big Grand Canyon. There you go, thank you very much. So he's enjoying a little bit of the American West. He said it would be 3 a.m. if he had to come on air with me. And I was like, oh, that's Robbie. Nobody wants that, including me. I was like, yeah, I wouldn't expect you to do that. But he goes, I got an idea. And immediately responded. I said what? He goes, can I put my property tax bill in the time capsule to remind future generations that we used to rent our homes from the government? And I said, heck, yeah, you can. That's a great idea. Right. How did we not think of that? I love this. That's something that's about to go away. And pretty soon you're going to see it. And what's crazy is they'll read this in 250 years. And where will... it be in 250 years? Where will the property ownership? Where will your property rights be? I mean, if the Constitution withstood 250 years, it's definitely going to withstand another 250 years, as long as the world can withstand another 250 years. There's a lot of turmoil in the world, and there's no denying that. I also reached out to Holly Smith, Sanibel, to get something from Sanibel. We're working on that as well. But... Celebrating real America, celebrating what it's all about. That's what you're supposed to do this weekend. That's what we're asking you to do this weekend. So we wrote a letter to the Secretary of Treasury to freeze his assets. So we can only hope that his assets got froze, but he's in China. Now, why is he in China when you're a U.S. citizen? Why are you living in China when you could be living in Connecticut? You could live anywhere with the money that you have. Oh, man, this is great. So there is a guy named Forz Zhao. He is the Secretary General for the National Federal State of China. And here's why he says it right here. This is why he is. Living in China. Because you know what? That's where Bruno Wu is. That's where CCP is because that's the CCP controlled state power who can provide him everything he wants, the cover, and the financial channels to funnel the money into this country. And he's working with the CCP, try to destroy this country from within. Wow. And so this money is coming, you know, and obviously, you know, we can dig as deep losing and deep into the money and the company and, you know, that bought his company where, you know, and probably go 19 layers right back to China if we went deep and deep and deep and on and on and on. But what this really boils down to is the fact that we are unaware if this is something that he became. Something that he evolved into? Did he get jaded somewhere that made him this way? Or was he born into this country to commit this type of chaos? Or was he presented an opportunity? that he couldn't refuse? I don't think so. I don't think it's an opportunity. I mean, I think this guy had ill intentions. I think the birthright citizenship ruling that you're going to get today on the Supreme Court is probably one of the most massive decisions you'll have. I don't believe, see, I don't believe that they're going to end birthright citizenship because there's going to be the debate about the people that are already here on birthright citizenship and in those that are here. just because it actually, you know, they're good citizens, and it's going to be a toss-up. But ending it from here on out, because that's what it is. The Constitution, the enemy, has figured out.

How to use the Constitution against us. And exploit it. And that is what's happening. And this is why this ruling today, and I'm all ears, like I'm watching it now here in the studio. If we break it, you'll know here on the show, because I want to hear about this ruling. This ruling is massive for us. Well, I think we also need to. consider the dark money at play here in American politics from these foreign influencers too. This guy to me just feels like another type of George Soros, another very, very wealthy dilettante that is being courted by all of our enemies to wreak havoc because of their unique inside access to our nation. That's what we have to get in front of. If we want to stop guys like Neville Roy sing them and we want to stop guys like like George Soros, we have to stop allowing money to influence our elections from overseas. And it's something that we've not really addressed properly. And the influence, you know, look, let me take a step back for a second. Campaigns take cash, no matter when you're running, it takes a lot of money to run. But you're right. Foreign influence shouldn't be acceptable into any kind of campaign. You shouldn't be able to take money from a foreign entity. Yeah, because these campaigns wouldn't be able to do crap. without the foreign influence money being poured in. You think American Democrats and progressives have the money to fund these massive campaigns? No, they're funded by organizations that are supported by George Soros and Neville Singham. Neville Singham is, in my opinion, a traitor to our country, and it shouldn't be allowed to be back in our country. I know he's a U.S. citizen. And taking away a citizenship is a bigger process than could ever be, you know, that can just be that. But I'm ready to put a warrant out and find a way to make this a crime. Well, if you indict him, he'll never come back and you'll never get it. Well, we'll wait for him. China will never extradite him. Right, you just got to wait for him. You don't indict him. You wait for the indictment. You wait for him to come visit. And then you quickly indict him, and then you arrest him before he leaves. Don't put the indictment out why he's still in China. You'll never get him. Steve Bannon, he was on, he had this to say, listen to what he had to say. He listened to this. Where is he? Listen to this. This is an organized color revolution in the streets of America. And let's be brutally frank. Here it is. Right now, they may be winning. This is happening right before your very eyes. I think he's right. People are believing what these socialist candidates are saying. And you know what? It's all for the free, free, free, for me, younger generation, these younger voters are out there. And they love the free, free, free for me, that's their deal. I get it. That's why they're resonating there. But this comes at, we always talk about affordability being the top. and front and center issue. And the socialists are offering a solution that sounds appealing to people who are struggling. It does. We as conservatives are doing a terrible job of communicating why capitalism is the answer and why we should be the ones to help lead this country into the future. Why our system is the one that generates prosperity. Oh, you want to know why?

You want to know why that issues? Because we're lazy. Because we are not laser-focused as conservatives, as the party in power, on what the number one issue with Americans is. And affordability, and I hate that word, because it's not about that. It's not about affordability. It is about affordability. It's about prices. It's not even. It's about prices. We can talk and we break it down. We don't make much. Everything costs 10 times more than it did before. And I know that dials down to affordability. But the prices are wild. You are paying 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 times more than you were on something 10 years ago. And there is no conservative going, I am going to go tackle. the price of beef right now, and we're fixing it today. Yeah, because we're not. In the meantime, you have some socialist who's making you promises. They can't keep. They're socialist. We're going to make beef free. And everybody, oh, free beef. How much money will that save me? $7 a pound. I eat three pounds a week. I'm going to save 21 a week. That's great. And they live for that moment. These community grocery stores, free rent, all the things that they believe they can do, which we're going to prove before we ever get to the midterms that Zohran Mamdani did not pull through with any of his campaign promises. Yeah. Well, I don't think he'll be able to pull through on any of his campaign promises. But the fact is, is the people are still believing the message and they're still turning up to the polls and they're still putting these socialists in power who have now outright. openly said that they're essentially hijacking the party. It is one story that should be on top news, but keep your ear to the ground today because that Supreme Court ruling that we're going to get today is a big one. It's going to have a lot of implications on this. It's going to have implications on a lot of things, so we're going to have to watch it. I made a lot of money. I made a lot of money with housing. But when I look at that bill, it's a bill. But when I look at the Save America Act, it's about saving America. And I'd like to have the Save America Act editor. And that's probably not going to happen because we have four Republican senators, maybe five, that just won't vote for it. It's crazy. Somebody had to Lisa Murkowski. from Alaska. Nobody's done more for Alaska than me. She's a Trump deranged. What can I tell you? But those four or five people that I mentioned should vote. How do you vote against Save America? How do you vote against it? How do you vote against voter identification or proof of citizenship? It is a big question. How do you vote against that? How do you? vote against it knowing that every poll even on CNN, MSN, all of these stations have MS now, sorry, they have polls that come out and say 80, 85%, 78%. All the polls are riding right around 80% of America wants the Save America Act. They want there to be voter verification. Who wouldn't want that? And the only person who wouldn't want that, and I've said this before, are the cheaters. The cheater wouldn't want you to change the rules because they figured out how to bend the rules and manipulate the rules. in their favor. Yeah, for example, California and New York. It's really just an East Coast West Coast thing. It's, it... That's where the movement is being hijacked. It's being hijacked on the coasts. Here's my confusion on this. Now, I can understand Democrats. They want to take power. They're going to be against anything. They love the fact that illegals can flood the polls and can be a part of the polls. They're for that. They won't openly admit it, but we know that, right? So they are going to not vote on this. But when you have Republicans like Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, and Mitch McConnell, the shell of a man. They shouldn't be allowed to be even an elected official. The four least productive Republicans in the Senate. Why are the Republicans voting against it? If Trump-Dorraine syndrome has attacked you as a conservative, you should probably go get a 12-step program to fix yourself because you haven't realized what's really going on in this country and where we would have been if Kamala Harris would have been elected. Yeah, and the country would have been in a very, very different place today. America 250 would not be celebrated in the same grandeur as it is this time. We would be being told lies and fed why we're such terrible people and why our country needs to keep the borders open and save the world. And the elevated terror threat would be up. Yep. It would definitely be high giving what was going on that Trump is fixing.

But when you see these Republicans that are blocking the Save America Act and we can't get them to understand the thing, the core of it, it puts them on notice. These are the next four. When they run again, they will no longer be there. They will be replaced by somebody who's endorsed by Trump. And Trump has that juice. He's proven that he has that juice. So it's legitimately as a Republican to vote against a Save America act, it would be political suicide. And that's what they're committing. I think Trump may have that juice in Alaska. I don't know if he has that juice in Maine. Maine's pretty liberal. All right. Maine. All right, Maine. One main. All right, we'll give Maine up. All right, Maine, not Maine. But he'll have that pool in North Carolina. And he'll have that pool in Alaska. Absolutely. And that will happen. And so it is what it is. But I will also say when he said, I see that bill and he goes, it's a bill. That's how I look at all the bills that come in my mailbox. It's just a bill. It's a bill. I totally related to that when he went down with that. But it's, you know. The Save America Act is not going to get passed. Even President Trump said it inside this particular conversation that he doesn't believe that it's actually going to get passed. It probably won't get passed without killing the filibuster. We know that's not happening either. So this is a moot point. It's not happening. Yes. This may be the end of the Save America Act. Absolutely. And it's come to that moment where, and by the way. The issue with the Save America Act is the gender thing. You can't dial it in. No women and men's sports, no men and women's sports, putting that in there. What that does is it dilutes it.
