Bobby, how are you this morning, my friend? Good, Mike. How are you? Staying cool, staying cool. So I've got a couple of Supreme Court decisions yesterday. We'll start with the court upholding birthright citizenship. So this is the law that says if you are born in this country, congratulations, you have a U.S. passport. You're a citizen. And a lot of people have a lot of problems with this one. Yeah, I mean, I think this wasn't a surprise the way they ruled. I think the surprising part of this was how close the vote ended up being. I think that what that indicates is that this is going to be an issue that we're going to be revisiting sometime within the next 10, 15 years. So this isn't done. And, I mean, it's something that's got to be looked at because, you know, we got these people, not only the illegals that are coming here and having children who are automatically citizens, but we also have this birth tourism that's going on with China, going to the northern Mariana Islands, which is a U.S. territory, having babies, and then going back to China with them. I mean, what's going on there? Yeah. These are things that are, you know, when the Constitution was created, you would never have thought of. So, I mean, there are issues that we have to deal with in present-day America. that the court's going to have to deal with in the future. And the reason that the Trump administration wanted this repealed is because it's being abused, as you say, and it's typically people of Chinese descent. Either they come here while pregnant, and oops, I had my baby in this country, didn't know that nine months later this would happen, or they'll pay surrogates to come here, have their babies in the United States, take those babies back to China, educate them. which is to say, you know, indoctrinate them into communism. And then they turn 18, guess what? They're U.S. citizens. They've got a passport. They can come back to this country. They can vote. I guess theoretically they could run for president. We are amongst a small handful of countries that actually do this. Oh, yeah. I mean, in most countries, the vast majority of countries do not do this.

which tells you something right there. Right. And the whole scheme that you just laid out has got to get the courts to start questioning, why are people doing this? Okay? You've got to look at what the reality of the situation is. And they're going to have to address this again. There's no... know two ways about it yeah you know i think it's funny it's you know we we enforce immigration laws we close our borders and you know the left calls us xenophobic but other countries do it bob and you know then the left says you know what they're protecting their culture good for them well which is it i mean can't do we not have a culture i know we're a fairly young country is compared to the rest of the world but are we not allowed to have our unique culture here Well, and the other thing about this ruling that I find hysterical is the liberal justices. in this ruling, said, well, you've got to look at the Constitution, and you've got to abide by what it says. However, on the Second Amendment, they don't like to do that. So with the Second Amendment, they want to have nuance. They want to have different interpretations. But on this one issue, they want to be strict constitutionalists. When it suits them, absolutely. That's a great point. And I think you're right, Bob, speaking with Bob Clegg, GOP strategist, by the way, that we're not done with this one yet. We'll see where this goes. And it's going to have to come down to maybe a change in the Constitution, which is incredibly difficult, but not impossible. We've done it, you know, what, 26, 27 times in the past. So it is not impossible, but I think it's a tough road to hope. Well, Mike, to go that route, usually you have to have a really bad situation developed. before, you know, something will be done, and I would hate to see something like that happen to our country. I would agree with you. The other one is the trans girls in sports. States can ban boys from playing on girls' sports teams. Essentially, the court said, when it comes to sports or athletic competition, gender is not subjective. Yeah. Well, common sense, you know, dictated that decision. And you saw that with the ruling. You know, this is something that had to be done. And, you know, once again, another instance where it's gone to such a degree that, you know, we're going to have to step in and try to, you know, stop it. And thankfully, the court did do that. And I think that's a pretty clear ruling that should, you know, not. we shouldn't be seeing men competing in women's sports anymore. No, I mean, it shouldn't be controversial either, but unfortunately, here we are. I mean, look, I'm not going to argue with someone on how they feel about themselves. You know, if you are someone who says, you know what, I was born in the wrong body, I can't argue you on that. I can't tell you how you feel, but what we can say is you're not allowed to compete against girls. If you...
