Hi, Billy Cunningham, the Great America. Welcome this Tuesday afternoon in the Tri-State Reds Baseball tonight and tomorrow. Our action begins about 605 with Lance McAllister. And believe it or not, after this long homestand, they come home, they've got four against the Cubs and three against the Pirates, according to Brian Hamrick. They have 12 games left. They're 75 and 75. And of the 12 games that are left, they have seven at home and five on the road, and they play the Pirates who stink. And they play the Cardinals who stink, five of those games. But then they also play the brew crew, the last three games. They can't beat Milwaukee. Then they play the Cubs here for four. We'll see what happens. Brian Hamrick, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham show. And Brian Hamrick, first of all, where in the hell are you this afternoon? Where are you, if anywhere? Well, thanks again, Mr. Cunningham. We are in Georgetown, where they're looking for two escaped inmates from Brown County Jail who got out, and one is an attempted murder, and another one's... Apparently has a long list of crimes, so they're out and about looking for these prisoners. And last check here in the last few minutes, they have not yet found them. So people are a little on edge around Georgetown and Brown County wondering where these two escapees are. Unbelievable. I'm watching this on your website. I guess the one escape Brown County inmate captured in Kentucky, another one still at large, and they've got pictures of them right here. So hopefully, if you're running around, maybe going to McDonald's or a skyline there, maybe go to that pizza parlor. You might find somebody and make a citizen's arrest. How about that one? Yeah, maybe you could do that. Yeah, we're just now getting into the area. So I'm yet to talk to the sheriff on this thing. So they haven't released any details really on what's happening with it or how, you know, they talked about how they got out, but there have been no real specifics on exactly what happened or how this could have happened. So we're hoping to get a little more information here in the next few minutes. Kind of like being in jail for murder in New Orleans, Louisiana. They simply at some point, they knocked through a wall and they aren't run away. But hopefully that's not the case, but three issues are percolating. One. Last night, you played, Channel 5 played this video of what the murderer is Samuel Erickson, who killed those three Ethiopians in Mount Washington. And it is troubling a few weeks before the murder, Hamilton County's finest, went there to talk to Samuel Erickson and his mother's home. And having seen the video a couple of times, There's nothing in the video that would cause the police, the Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff's, to arrest Erickson. But on the other hand, it is chilling. When he talks about it, yeah, I got a gun, yeah, I said a picture. I think to my girlfriend, one of those two younger women had a little funny, had a romantic interest. But I don't know what you do because this is a mass murder in Mount Washington, which has probably never happened before.

4:57

And the police, Hamilton County Sheriff's office, kind of knew about it. Having watched the video two or three times, I can't conceive of anything there's deputy sheriffs could have done to predict the future. He was living at home, had no previous record, and he sent a photo of a recently purchased gun to his girlfriend without much of a threat contained, but it was an implied threat. And so, as a great crime reporter, do you see anything that deputy sheriffs did anything wrong? Well, I mean, it is disturbing when you look at that video and the kind of things that this guy said are disturbing. I don't know how they would have charged him or taking him in on that. You know, that's one of the problems you see this a lot of times in these domestic cases where they're like, we just don't, you know, have anything to pull a guy in. It's a... It's difficult for law enforcement, but, you know, when you look back on that and you see what happened, and it's kind of the last thing in a piece that you see is him saying, you know, and it's not clear, you know, exactly what he's reacting to is that when he says, you know, we're. It's hard to – I know you've got limited resources. You can't keep a triple murder suspect. You can't – and I'm like, man, that's – have a guy talking like that. I don't know. The only thing I could think of is if you would have taken him down, I don't – and I mean, here's the question. What do you take him in on? You know, but if you could have questioned him a little longer – I mean, he admitted to sending a picture. He did seem a little uncooperative at the time. You know, he didn't seem like he was real forthcoming. He seemed a little chippy with the officers. But, you know, I know they weren't looking to try and... escalate the situation there but uh man i mean i i can imagine if you're the family uh of these three folks that ended up getting killed you'd be like uh there shortly there would have been something that could have been done well you know i'm reading through the story the hamilton county deputy sheriff spent roughly an hour with them it didn't just hit and run they stayed with them they waited for the mobile crisis team to come and assess them mentally And so the two deputies, they appear to be a big, strong, hairy-ass men, and they gave him that stern look like you're in trouble. And then the mother says, well, he's been having some difficulty, some mental health issues. So the cops said, okay, let's get the mobile crisis team here. The mobile crisis team comes and assesses him and doesn't recommend any mental health at all care. They say, okay, he's good to go. He admitted having a gun in his bedroom that he bought. But his parents were seen in your footage, taking the gun away from him, saying, okay. And after reviewing the footage of the mobile crisis team counselor, one Eric threw a bunch of questions. He told the cops he's not suicidal and he's not homicidal. So the cops said, okay, they left a couple weeks later. Three people are dead.

8:09

Yeah, it's really amazing. Like you said, you don't, you know, often see that level of violence, you know, three people dead. If a guy has a beef with the, with the woman, you know, that sort of thing we see on a regular basis. But to go in and take a gun and shoot, you know, three people, all of them, innocent victims, but the, you just don't see that very often. Now, thirdly. I sent you some videos. I hear all the time. In fact, last night, Channel 5 had this story out of District 3 in which crime is down 40%. Breakins are down 25%. Drug use is down 64%. Murders are down 80%. And I'm thinking, okay, you had these statistics. And then I watch just a few examples. Channel 9 had a story in Roselon where they went out there. There were dozens and dozens of car break-ins. And the poor woman and others saying, look, we've called the police numerous times. And they don't come. They say, just tell your insurance company. We had an incident downtown, I think, in the Bengals game with a bunch of white guys, having a fracas in the stands or in a private box. All hell's breaking loose. People are being pushed and shoved. Assaults are taking place. Nothing recorded. There's nobody arrested. We have a situation. And the parking garage underneath Fountain Square in which many break-ins are taking place. Calls are made. No one comes. A friend of mine unwittingly bought a home on Vine Street. And at 1 a.m. on Saturday night, Sunday morning, 911 is called. There were a bunch of kids running around with those extended mags in the 9-millimeter, Ryan Hinton-style, fighting with each other, breaking into cars, called the police. They arrived 17 minutes later on Vine Street. None of these things... ever hit a statistic to demonstrate that's a lot of crime going on. You're on the streets of Cincinnati. You're there every day from the banks of the Ohio River all the way up through the mean streets of Carthage. And you've been at it for 25 or 30 years on Channel 5. Do you sense there are many crimes being committed that are not, shall we say, recorded? What's going on, everyone? It's Bluff here, and you know what's more American than America's 250th birthday? It's just a generic little car that he drives around. That car has been broken into like a half a dozen times. He's never reported it, you know, because they break in. He leaves nothing in the car, and he leaves it so they can get anything. They'll break the windows if you don't, like, leave it unlocked. They got to leave it unlocked. So they go in. They rifle through everything every time. Last time they took a flashlight. But he doesn't keep anything in the car. But this is like multiple times. And if you leave the car locked, they bust out the windows and get nothing. If you leave it unlocked, they're like, don't leave your car unlocked. Well, if you leave it unlocked, at least they open the doors, rifle through if you got nothing in if they leave. But yeah, you can't. Having a car down in that area is... Very difficult anywhere around town. You leave it overnight, and people are going to go through it, you know. And like I said, and this is just parked at an apartment, you know. He's had two different places where he's lived over there near UC. Like, it's been about a half dozen times that car's been broken into. And I always tell them, the same thing. You see somebody breaking into that car. No. You pretend it doesn't, you don't even own it. I'm like, I don't know who car that is. No, I don't know. Because these characters are generally armed. They're looking for more guns and they won't, they don't care if they shoot you, you know. And that's the real danger of it. I mean, you say, well, it's a car break in, you know, you've got a broken window, what's the big crime? The problem is the people breaking into the cars are the ones that are feeding these crimes. You know, they're feeding the other more violent crimes. They're going into breaking into cars. I mean, you know, they're aware of that. I mean, everybody's aware. That's where these guns are coming from. Well, you know, Sheree Palillo had a story last night. Of course, we had this hoax, this fraud about the mayor standing up with the governor, the FBI Department of Justice, the CIA was there, the ATF, you had city manager, none of other council members are there except Mika Owens. And they all said, okay, we got this big agreement. The deal is done. I'm holding a paper in my hand. We're going to have state.

14:24

State officials coming in here from highway patrol, they're going to be here, go after individuals with guns through the feds. We're going to have all this patrolling of all the liquor establishments where there's a problem, including these terrible hookah lounges that my friend Tony Bender loves to go to a hookah lounge and smoke some pipes. I'm not sure what that is. You and I got to spend time in a hookah lounge, maybe in Rosal. And then, okay, then the truth came out, and it's no more than two days a month. Two days a month. And then last night, Lemon Curney gave an interview, and she said two days a month is too much. We don't have a crime problem. We don't need help. So there's a disconnect between the news conference and which here comes to Calvary on one hand. And then the city leadership says, we have no problem, which is why Mayor FTAB Pureval buckled under to Iris Roley. uh in order to keep her employed and act as if there's no problem when everyone knows there is but then district three said last night crime is down 45 percent murders are down 80 percent car breakers are down 35 percent we've had no burglaries we've had no child we've had nothing going on and all of a sudden nobody reports crime and that doesn't count can you smell what i'm cooking well you know i mean if these statistics Um, they're a little bit, I mean, you know, the statistics may be, I don't doubt that they have statistics, but when you hear statistics tossed out collectively, it's a little bit of a magic trick sometimes. You know, you've got to, I mean, statistics can be what they are, but, you know, if you're pinpointing and you want to show something with statistics, you know, You can manipulate when you start those statistics from and when you go to. I mean, certain things can be included. You can throw this statistic up and pull that one back. I mean, there's a lot of things you can do with statistics. So I'm always real skeptical when I just hear. numbers, like crime down 45%. That may be on the surface, that may be true. And I don't doubt that it's true. But there are always other factors that go into these things that then, you know, reveal a bigger picture story. And I think with some of these statistics that we've seen released, I think we've seen statistically like a statistical card game going on. And again, it's like a magic trick. You're like, Well, here you go. You saw all the cards, and is that your card? And you go, how'd you do that? I mean, I just saw you lay all the cards down there. How'd that work? These statistics, they can be played the same way, and I've seen it done before, and I've seen the city do it before. And I didn't look real close at these latest ones, but I'm always... skeptical when I just hear something based on statistics. Yeah, they may be down, but I mean, you know, down from what? And what's that tell you about what the crime was last year? Not good. Worried about what that was then, you know? Not good. Just because it's down doesn't mean it was a heap of crime last year that shouldn't have been, you know. So, and down from what and to where it, it, it, uh,

17:44

Like I said, there's just a lot of things that can be manipulated with statistics. So I'm with statistics. So I'm always leery of those. Well, we got a run, Brian Hammergrath. Looking for one of these two Butler County, or Brown County escapees in Georgetown. There was a report there were in Northern Kentucky. You may have to swim across the river like that bear did several years ago. We had a bear in the Hamlet County, the swim across the river, got back to Kentucky where he belongs. And maybe this brown character is over there now. You know, liars figure and figures lie. And I just know crime is up, but reporting a crime is down because it is worthless to report crime if nothing happens. And we need 200 more cops. But when the city leadership, Lemmon Kearney and Scotty Johnson and Victoria Parks all say, I wish the adults are not here. Even the two days are supposed to be here from the highway patrol. I wish Governor Mike DeWine would have raised his hand and said, I'm not going to participate in this fraud unless we're here on a regular basis. to make sure the city gets more safe because right now, tomorrow, the National Guard's going into Memphis. One more event takes place, and JD Vance is going to call Bernie Moreno. We're going to have the National Guard in Cincinnati, and I'm not sure that's a bad, not necessarily a bad idea. But Brian Hammer, we've got to run, and once again, thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham show, Brian, and you're a great American. Thank you very much. Thanks again, Mr. Cunningham. All right, Brian Hammer, thank you. It's amazing how citizens have so little trust and faith in government that they don't want to call the police to come and help them because they know it is worthless to call the police. And the police will not come. You're on your own. And that one homeowner in Rosalind saying, we've reported numerous break-ins and burglaries, and we call 911, no cars available. And they don't check back. And therefore, we're left on our own. And none of those crimes count. And circulating on social media, Signal 99, for example, are all these brawls and beatdowns happening before, during, and after the Bengals game, and no one was arrested. It looked like hundreds of crimes were committed before, after and during the Bengals game, in and around Paycor, and nothing happened. It's as if a tree fell in the woods, and it didn't fall because nobody heard it. Let's continue with more. Coming up later is a representative of the Heritage Foundation and more. Bill Cunningham with you every day. Your home of the Reds now have won one in a row on News Radio 700 WLW. All right, Dave Keating hit the buttons. Here we go again. Another afternoon of broadcast superbity. After 1 o'clock today will be Tim Graham of newsbusters.org. What Tim Graham does is organized all the media accounts of any public event. And then every now and then issues every four or five times a week of report on what the mainstream media covers and why it covers it and just holds the mirror up to ABC, NBC, CBS, Washington Post, New York Times, NPR, and let the American people know this is what the mainstream media considers important. It's like a mayor, you know, garbage in, garbage out. If all you hear. about an issue is from the mainstream media, you likely have an incomplete impartial, likely a wrong idea about what occurred. Certainly Charlie Kirk was victimized by this constantly. He was called racist, homophobic. He was called a misogynist, all kinds of things.

21:11

with comments taken out of context. In reality, he believed in three principles, and they were in order, God, family, and America. God, family, and America. And he often quoted from the Bible and lived his life in a certain way. The guy had a vision when he was 17, 18 years old, of Turning Point USA. And guess what? 13 years later, it metastasized into the biggest grassroots movement in the history of this country, at least in the last 40 or 50 years, and it worked. That's why the messenger had to be killed by the radical left because the message was getting so much traction and elected Donald Trump in 2024 and likely he's going to elect JD Vance in 2028. So yes, garbage in, garbage in, garbage out. I wouldn't have a couple of media accounts. I don't watch Jimmy Kimmel, do you? ABC late night? I don't think you do. Raise your in if you watch Jimmy Kimmel at night. No hands went up. Headline. Jimmy Kimball says Trump's mourning Charlie Kirk's death like, quote, how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish. Left-wing late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimball has attacked President Trump once again for mourning the assassination of Charlie Kirk as if a four-year-old mourns a goldfish. He went on to say he further made clear his belief that Donald Trump and his supporters, that's you and me, and somehow, desperately trying to characterize the kid who murdered Charlie Kirk is anything other than one of them, unquote. That means that the murderer, whose name I've not yet used nor will I, was one of us, that we wanted to kill Charlie Kirk. And so this is one little example of the mainstream media. And if you watch late night with any of the Jimmy's or Stephen Colbert, you get an idea that were foolish knuckle dragon homophobes who live in caves and occasionally play golf at a public golf course, drink a lot of beer and tattoos and ink all over our bodies. I don't think that's accurate. But Jimmy Kimball says that somehow the murder of Charlie Kirk and the suffering you and I are going through is how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish and that we are responsible for it. If that's the only information you get, guess what? You may have a valid viewpoint. Secondly, you might recall early on, and I saw the video of this older white guy, kind of a bald guy who was arrested saying, I did it, I killed him, I did it. Now it comes out that the man's name is George Zinn, Zay-I-N, being led away after the assassination, led many to believe he was the shooter because he was shouting, I did it, I did it, kill me, kill me. It turns out that Zinn was taken to the police station and once there explained that he did what he did in order to draw attention away from the real shooter to give him time to get away. So police resources in the critical first few minutes were focused on this fool, this clown named George Zinn, and he admitted that he did it to distract police resources from the true shooter. After several hours, he was released. He's now charged with obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony, and this guy should spend years in jail for that deal. Thirdly,

24:40

I want to get into this later. CBS News. Last night, headline. This is from CBS News John Dickerson, CBS Evening News. You know, garbage in, garbage out. You hear this stuff, and you might start believing it. Quote, this is the lead story. CBS News last night, quote, five days after Charlie Kirk's murder, the shooter's motive remains elusive. No writings left behind. vague, secondhand testimony that uncertainty and the risk of drawing sweeping conclusions suggest the murder may share similarities with recent violence not driven by an obvious political ideology. VGW Group, voidware prohibited by law, CTs and Cs, 21 Plus, sponsored by Chumba Casino. What? This is the lead story, CBS Evening News, that we just don't know what happened. The evidence is vague. and suggestive murder may have similarities with the recent violence, not driven by any obvious political ideology. This was said by CBS Evening News last night, which is what, five days after the murder. Monday night, murder took place on Wednesday. How about this? Catch this, fascist. How about all the reporting over the weekend of his left-wing audiology? How about all the comments he made, including one to his group chat group that said, I did this. I killed him.

27:44

All this other ideology about wanting to kill Charlie Kirk, he had the opportunity to kill Charlie Kirk, getting the weapon to kill Charlie Kirk, then putting the messages, catch this fascist on the shell casings of the bullet that killed Charlie Kirk. But according to CBS Evening News, we can't figure this out. This is vague. What happened? I don't know. How about another left winger that killed a conservative? How about that one? As Eric Trump said with you and I on Thursday or Friday of last week, guess what? The bullet seemed to be coming one way. And one other point, I'm glad you pointed out. Charlie Kirk was a hero to many. And I was down in the dumps for several days thinking, okay, is this going to change things significantly? The answer might be yes. It's going to change things significantly for the better. But when it happened on Wednesday, I'm sitting here about 245, 250. The Rock is there and Seg is there. And we're talking and babbling. Flash came across Fox News. Charlie Kirk has been shot. I will remember for the rest of my life where I was when I learned that Charlie Kirk was shot. Just as I knew where I was when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was assassinated or Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was assassinated or Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated, I know where I was at that moment. It's locked in time. And of course, I prayed at that point, the Hail Mary, that possibly he would have survived. And then later, I felt it was my repertoireal duty to watch once or twice the actual full video. And, of course, he could not survive that. When that occurred, did the Cincinnati police or Boone County Sheriff's Department sent out a message? to law enforcement, get ready for riots. Get in the riot shield. Did they say, okay, let's start protecting the Apple Store. Go to the Kenwood Town Center with armed guards to make sure that the Charlie Kirk supporters did not use this as an occasion to riot. as always happens on the left, whether it's Trayvon Martin or George Floyd, Michael Brown, always happens on the left. That when something bad happens to someone may be occasioned by law enforcement, mainly justified, but argument, who knows. Of course, the killing, so to speak, of George Floyd was brought about by George Floyd's behavior. And also, George Floyd was, according to the coroner, died of a heart attack and also a drug overdose, but I regress. But nonetheless, whatever occurred, as soon as that happened, you knew what happened. All the police departments around the country said, okay, get ready. That's some on the left will use this to engage in violence. Did anyone think when Donald Trump and Butler County was shot? Pennsylvania. that there might be a concern of riots in any American city. When the presidential candidate was shot, the answer is no. It didn't arise whatsoever when Charlie Kirk was murdered.

30:41

on a Wednesday afternoon in Utah. Nobody sent out an alert saying, okay, the Kirk supporters will use this as an occasion to free televisions and Apple phones and TVs and shoes from their location in retail establishments. Nobody, in fact, the worst thing that happened was candlelight visual. Bible readings, silent prayer. People went to churches. And, of course, the radical left ran through a lot of the makeshift memorials in order to destroy those moments. And then that guy was arrested. But isn't it odd that when something happens on the left, the first thing that occurs is opportunistic street crime? Okay, it's our time now. Let's go steal some stuff. When something happened to Donald Trump or Charlie Kirk. It wasn't even a thought in anyone's head I knew. It's time to head to the Kenwood Town Center and start stealing stuff. Did that happen to you? When you found out Charlie Kirk had been wrongfully killed, obviously by a leftist demanding his death because of what he was saying and how he was saying it. Did you have any thought in your head about going into a store somewhere and engage in massive theft? I don't think so. And as far as the left being violent? When was the last time a whole bunch of conservative right wingers took over large American cities and looted it? When's the last time that happened? Has it happened? Even the worst example was January the 6th. And with that happened, the only shot fired was into the neck of one of the supporters of Donald Trump, who was killed by Capitol Police. There were no shots fired. And I've said repeatedly with and without you that those who hurt police officers, January 6th, should be held fully accountable for what they did. The great majority of people in the Capitol did not do a damn thing other than walk around at the invitation to Capitol Hill Police who said, come on in. But if you heard a cop, different category, treat them harshly, I got no problem, and they were treated harshly. So at no point was there a concern by sheriffs and police officers, get ready for riots, someone in the rights been killed. Let's go ahead. We got a problem. Not even a thought. So think about that one for a while. Secondly. We have a circumstance in our beloved city where I had on yesterday, Tanya O'Rourke and Tricia Mackie is covering the same story. And that is that since July the 26th, since the beatdown of Holly and others, which was racially instigated, this time by large numbers of African Americans, according to the city police and others. It was a racial event, and the victims were all white, and the perpetrators were all black. And since that time, there's been a concern. Okay. By the way, when that occurred, was there any thought that a whole bunch of Trump supporters would start trashing Cincinnati because of the way the police did not invent? No, it wouldn't even have thought, but I regress. So here it is almost six, seven weeks later. And finally the mayor last week said, you know what, let's bring in the highway patrol, bring in ATF, let's bring in liquor control, let's get control of the vicious crimes in Cincinnati, which are happening regularly. And as you just heard from Brian Hamrick and myself, crime happens all the time and it's not reported. So the crime stats never reflect the crime committed. The crime stats do not reflect the crime committed.

34:11

We just went over large numbers, and social media is a buzz with hundreds of younger Americans before, during, and after the Bengal game, rioting in the streets of the banks with massive brawls and lawlessness inside the stadium and outside the stadium. And nobody was arrested for any of it, and it appeared that hundreds of crimes were committed of assault and mourn robbery. And nobody was arrested. So guess what crime is down? Well, crime is down because arrest are not taking place. Crime is way up, but arrest are not taking place. And when you don't have 200, don't have the 200 cops you need, cops do the arrest. So if cops are down 20% on the force, crimes got to be down 20% because there aren't police around arrest anybody to get to the stat sheet. You know what I'm saying? So crime is way up to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Heights families being brutalized at night by car break-ins. They call it 911. A cop shows up five weeks later. Happens all the time. Does that mean crime is down? Absolutely not. Crime is way up, reporting of crime, and arrest are way down. But I point this out because it doesn't have to be this way. If we had 200 more cops, which might be almost impossible to get, if we had prosecutors prosecuting, and if we had judges sentencing like Judge Lisa Bloom in juvenile court, if we had that kind of stuff going, Carrie Bloom, that kind of stuff going on. We could deal with the problem quickly. Within six months to a year, we would look so much better. You might recall in the 70s and 80s, New York City was like, well, it went from Death Wish to Disneyland in which Rudolph Giuliani and Bloomberg saved New York City from crime. It took about four or five years, but it happened. And it's happened right now in Washington, D.C. The media won't cover it because I'll have to. That Mario Bowser. The Democratic mayor of D.C. says, she thinks now it's a good idea that Trump did this. How much reporting of that have you seen? The answer is none. It doesn't fit the narrative. But the mayor of D.C., a black female, Mario Bowser, said, you know what? This is working. Families can walk around. You can go to parks. You can enjoy yourself. Have at it. In large parts of New York City and Cincinnati, guess what? The city parks and the city spaces cannot be used whatsoever because of homelessness and the bums and the derelicts are everywhere, and the dirt bags occupy the parks and other facilities, and normal Americans cannot use them even though we pay for them. Is that right? I don't think so. Public spaces should not be dominated by those that are drug abusers, marijuana users, and derelicts playing crappy music and shouting on their phone should be a quieter space. It can't happen. I saw it happen in New York City. Can it happen here? Absolutely. But now we find out that the involvement in the state is for no more than two days a month. And the vice mayor, Lemurney, says, we don't need that. Well, we got this. What do you got?

37:11

You have a city one of the most violent in America. That's what you got in the city school system. And with 46% of the kids are chronically absent. They're on the streets. But the police don't arrest them, either the curfew or truancy. Because they say they're 18 years old. Hell, they might be 15 or 16. And how old are you? I'm 18. Got your idea with you. No. Who are you? I'm not telling you. Next. We're going to spend $400,000 more on these so-called centers to accept. Kids that are truant are violating the curfew. Not one's been taken so far because the cops don't want to arrest kids. And secondly, the kids simply lie and say, I'm 18, don't have an ID. What do you do next? Next up, go. Cops don't want to do it. We are in a crisis mentality, and the city refuses to accept it. It would acknowledge the failure of their policies. What's going on, everyone? 40:21

Bill Cunningham, the Great American, of course, the media coverage of the horrible events involving Charlie Kirk go day by day. It's been now several days since he was murdered in cold blood. And one of the interesting things is the mainstream media is trying their damnedest to pin this one on Donald Trump. The other day, Governor Hokel, never heard of her until recently, the governor of New York State. is endorsing um i'm donnie the commie to be the mayor of new york city and she says the main reason i'm doing this is donald trump i'm endorsing a communist to run new york city because of donald trump and now also the mainstream media wants to pin this desperately on donald trump or mega crowd or whatever because he had a shirt that looked as if he supported Charlie Kirk. Joining you and I now is the executive editor of NewsBusters, a great objective organization that organizes the news. And every day or two, I check with newsbusters.org to see what's going on. That's Tim Graham. And Tim Graham, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham show. And first of all, what is your research shown about the mainstream media and its coverage of the killing of Charlie Kirk? Well, we can say that they treated it as a horrible thing, which of course shouldn't be hard for them to do. But, yes, they're having several threads here that are extremely annoying. They're very upset that President Trump blamed this on the radical left. They somehow want to suggest that we couldn't possibly figure out when a guy has bullet cases that said, catch this fascist. We can't figure out which side he's on. I mean, shooting Charlie Kirkett ought to tell you whose side he's on. And then all these geniuses run around going, I have no idea what the motive could be. And the other thread that's really annoying us is them all running around saying, oh, it's so terrible that this authoritarian Trump is getting teachers fired for tweeting out, yay, he's dead. Karma is a biotch, you know, these sorts of things. Good riddens to bad garbage. Oh, you got fired? Well, maybe you should have thought twice before you tweeted that. Well, you know, they kind of confuse the First Amendment. The First Amendment deals with government action barring free speech. It doesn't keep you from consequences. And almost all these individuals are not working for government. Most of them are teachers and physicians, airline pilots. Maybe the Secret Service agent is working for government. But if you don't work for government, you don't have the right to freedom of speech. You can't come out and work for Ford Motor Company or at Microsoft and be on social media. identifying yourself and saying hateful things about anyone and your employer can then say well you're fired because we don't want someone with those viewpoints representing our company anyway but then the radical left and i want to get to a poll that came out recently about support among liberal democrats for the murder of charlie doesn't does the media round the corner on the fact that

43:26

The cancel culture, which is something we've been putting up with for the last 10 to 15 years, applies to everyone, not just conservatives. Well, certainly. And, you know, we know that they obviously supported firing people who opposed taking the COVID vaccine. Absolutely. You know, they obviously favored firing people. who not only might have been walking around the Capitol on January 6, but for people who were like standing around outside or who said things in support of the riots on January 6th. They wanted those people taken, you know, off the employment rolls. So, I mean, there's such a double standard about this. So, yes, there's freedom of speech, but, you know, yes, there is this kind of speech where it's like, obviously, if you're an employer and your employee goes out and tweets the N-word or something, you're going to be gone. And so if you're going to go out there after a man was viciously shot in the neck and say good riddens to bad garbage, and especially if you're a schoolteacher, a nurse. A guidance counselor? I mean, you know, and obviously we do have this. They're all upset that Secretary Pete Hegseth is investigating posts by members of the military. Once again, as a member of the military, you can't go out and tweet just anything. You have a story up about Sunday news shows. Hosts all seem to want every Republican constantly to condemn their own side's rhetoric. On the other hand, liberal host will never ask a single Democrat, like Senator Murphy from Connecticut, who say, we are at war. Or Representative Dan Goldman, New York, who said, we have to eliminate Donald Trump. They never ask a single Democrat if they need to stop using the term fascist, Hitler, Nazis, and threats to democracy. By the way, the murderer Ruth, who attempted murder on trial now and on one of his media post, they wanted to kill Trump because he was a threat to democracy. Using the same language Democrats use against Donald Trump and Charlie Kirk. So do you find it odd? That every Republican always must condemn every Republican, but that liberals never ask a single Democrat. Do you think calling someone Hitler, a fascist or a Nazi? Think that might incentivize those on the brink of killing somebody? It doesn't even rise in their mind, does it? I mean, this is why we would call them the leftist media because they don't hold everyone accountable. They constantly try to hold the conservatives accountable, which they're generally not. They're generally just smearing the conservatives and scolding them for their rhetoric. And yes, they won't scold any of the Democrats for their rhetoric. You know, when Dan Goldman said we have to eliminate Trump, that should have been criticized in question in real time, not months after the fact.

46:35

But yes, you know, we can see these clips on social media now. Governor Kathy Hochul, we are at war. All these people are running around saying, we are at war. Well, what does that say? That certainly implies violence. And they're not, you know, they didn't go to Governor Jared Polis, for example, who is on this weekend and say, well, what about your side? No, they asked Governor Jared Polis, the same question he asked Governor Cox. Like, what about this right-wing rhetoric? And that's where you just have to look at that and say. It's one thing to honor Governor Cox for saying let's turn down the temperature. Social media is a little poisonous out there. And I think there's the message there, especially when somebody's just been shot dead. But to try to suggest that somehow the right wing is more vicious on social media than the left wing. And, of course, what really was underlined here was this whole pile of leftists went over to this blue sky site because it wasn't going to be as hateful as Elon Musk's Twitter. Blue sky has just been an absolute... you know, violence endorsing mess. Yeah. And so the idea that, you know, even now some of these experts in social media are trashing Twitter and not trashing blue sky and TikTok. Well, one of the worst examples was as president, the mind vacant Joe Biden said, Donald Trump has a bullseye on him now. He must be taken out. And so when the president says his opponent has a bullseye and must be taken out, is that a call for violence? I don't know. And some other examples, you know, it's about the what aboutism. What aboutism? And I see many on the left talk about, well, what about Paul Nancy Pelosi? Well, was the mentally ill drug addict who hit Paul Nancy Pelosi in the head? Was he like a Trump supporter? Maybe not. And I'm not saying, at the time, it's terrible. It's unspoken violence when that female lawmaker from Minnesota named Hortman was butchered in her own home and killed by a fellow Democrat who was angry about, he was angry about COVID policies. And I'm thinking, terrible. They have a woman and a man husband killed in their own home. That's awful. But those events take place. And they're horrible events. That's used in the same Baileywick as shooting Charlie Kirk. All killings are bad. What happened to Paul Nancy Pelosi is terrible. And the guy got 20 years in jail, should have got 40 years in jail. And the guy who acted as if he was a police officer and some sort of odd appearance to get into the home of that state representative, hopefully he'll spend the rest of his life in prison plus plus. But there's no comparison between targeted political killing like what happened at Donald Trump.

49:25

in Butler County almost, what happened in Palm Beach, what happened to Charlie Kirk. All of it's bad. But the targeted violence, the bullets seemed to be coming in one direction, and the only person killed on January 6th, what was a Trump supporter shot in the head by Capitol Police. And so anyone else to hurt a cop on January 6th? Absolutely. should be sentenced for the crime he or she committed. The great majority walked around and did nothing, but they were treated like threats to the republic. So can you smell what I'm cooking there? That what about is it? And let's face it, Tim Graham of newsbusters, all bad things happen everywhere. No matter what it is, it's the frequency and the support of what's going on. And after Charlie was murdered, No city police department, no county police ever thought about, okay, we're going to have the 40 million supporters of Charlie Kirk and are going to start to riot. Be careful now. Get the police out. Get the shields. We're going to have to guard our cities against riots because of Charlie Kirk. Can you smell what I'm cooking? Yeah, I think we can absolutely say that there is toxic speech on both sides. There is extremism on both sides. To me, the best definition of is extremism. Hey guys, Lady Luck here. VGW Group, voidware prohibited by law, 21 plus, terms and conditions apply. is not like, oh, you want to add the Federal Reserve. It's I want to kill somebody who I oppose. It's the violence that defines what extremism is. So is there some of that on both sides, sure. I think you've made a really important point here that a lot of conservatives are making, and that is when bad things happen on the left, like George Floyd. We had riots and streets and the networks, and they basically endorsed them. They called them rebellions and, you know, they kind of lionized them. And they made heroes out of Black Lives Matter. And when they said they were Marxists, NPR came on and said, no, they're not Marxists, even though it's quite obvious they are, you know. And if they can blame the right for something, they will, even if the shooter's mentally ill. You can go back to Gabby Giffords. Right. And they tried to suggest this guy was a right winger when he was just mentally ill. And now, of course, when it's quite obvious that the shooter here is a leftist who wrote on the bullet case and catch this fascist, they're trying to say, well, you can't possibly identify what the motive is. And they're running around saying, don't ask about the motive. For journalists, for journalists to say don't investigate? What is that all about? They don't want the result of the investigation, which demonstrates he's a left-wing radical extremist who confessed to the murder on his small group on a website before he turned himself in, so to speak. Getting back to George Floyd, who died in police custody, the governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, the first lady, opened the windows of the governor's mansion. And the first lady of Minnesota talked about the smoke smell smelled like freedom. That is burning businesses smelled like freedom. And that cost billions of dollars. It cost many lives. Cities were burned down because of George Floyd, who was an unknown character and a drug addict. And by the way, when a terrible event would take place like to a Charlie Kirk, nobody, what happened was candlelight vigils. prayers and peaceful organizations disrupted by the radical left. Did you see that one character at the makeshift Memorial in Phoenix running through the flowers and the American flag trashing the memorial in front of the TP Attorney Point USA headquarters? What about that? It's unbelievable. Yeah, and, you know, obviously a left winger who's trying to disturb a peaceful rally. is clearly trying to ruin it and cause violence so they can say, see, these people couldn't possibly stay peaceful. These are the same people, of course, who would stand in front of a raging fire and say it's not generally unruly here. Back to you. Generally peaceful. That was a stand-up reporter from CNN. The city's burning behind him. I think it was Minneapolis. And it's generally peaceful. Let's go back to the desk. What? Now, lastly, there's been polling out.

55:46

And some of these numbers are shocking about not all Democrats, but maybe most or many Democrats believe that political violence is acceptable. I'll give you an example, 62% of liberal, self-identified liberal college students. Liberal college students, 62% say violence is acceptable to get to a political end. This is after the murder of Charlie Kirk. These are a defined group. Liberal Democrats in college say political violence is in some circumstances acceptable. And on the other side, conservative college students, the answer is 3%. So 62 to 3. What does that say? Well, and I think it's important. I know they did these polls after January 6 as well. And you have to, this is where I always want to go back and read precisely what the question is, you know, because we could say, well, we certainly felt that violence was justified in 1776. You know? Yeah. So there certainly are occasions. And that people might answer, yes, thinking of those sorts of occasions and not thinking about shooting a 31-year-old father and neck. But yes, I think this is where we can all unite around the idea that we don't, in a democracy, we don't solve our arguments with violence. That should be. The news media should find it very easy to be in the so-called middle or to, you know, be at the center of civil discourse. This is where they should be able to advocate for something sensible, just like they should be against riots in the streets or riots at the Capitol. How hard is that? No, they were in favor. No one could not watch MSNBC, CNN, most of the mainstream media on the George Floyd John Roberts riots and say, you know what? They got a point. They got a point here. This is like a rebellion against oppressive white supremacy that this is not about destroying black businesses all over every major city or killing police officers or trashing downtown areas and business centers. This is understandable. In fact, Governor Tim Walz said you've got to stand back and let them vent. Just stand back and let them go. It's like, what are you talking about? And that was the mainstream media approach. And Tim Graham, that was said. We got to run. But I love having you're on, executive editor of newsbusters.org that has the media mirror up to itself. And many times the image is not a good one. And Tim Graham, you're a great American. And thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham show. Thank you, Tim. Thanks, Bill. God bless America. Let's continue with more. How do a chunk of self-identified liberal college students say, That political violence in some circumstances is acceptable. Wow. Same number of conservative Republicans in college is 3%. 62% to 3%. All are wrong, including the 3%. Bill Cunningham, with you every day, your home of the Reds. News Radio 700, WLW. Jump first. No, I said. What's the matter with you? I can't swim!

I, Billy Cunningham, the Great American, of course, we continue to read the reports of the background of this cold-blooded murderer. I'm very reluctant to use his name to give him no pub whatsoever. is that you have to look at. First of all, you have to look at the symbolic value of a case like this, and then you have to look at the expressive part of a case. The symbolic value is based on, as you know, as an attorney on mens rea, on a guilty mind you have to prove. The expressive part is the actual actus ray or actually the taking of a life. So as we go back retrospectively to look at this defendant, We have to try and piece together. Whatever information is available. There's a lot of wild stuff out on the Internet. What I try to do in the post analysis of my cases like Sirhan, Sirhan, like murdered Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. with the unibobber, with other cases. I try and fit together in kind of an etch-a-sketch pad to fit together the pieces that we have in order to form a composite picture of this murderer. What, as far as the dynamic, he appears to come from a good family. It appears his father was in law enforcement. The neighbors who have given interviews saying this murderer lived a good life, he was a good kid. And so what was the process of radicalization? Also a gamer. He had Antifa elements. What was the radicalization process that we have to look for? Okay, so let's look at the symbolic part of the crime, the evidence that he left behind. Supposed of me don't have that much evidence, but as you tease it out, and when you look at it, there's a lot of psychological evidence concerning what he left behind. For example, the markings on the shell casings, those are very suggestive of his intent at the time, his motive. at the time his identification with a group that's perhaps much larger than he is, such as Antifa or another politically oriented group. The, my experience has been when you look at people like, like Sirhan, Sirhan, they leave a clear track of information and evidence that you're able to retrospectively piece back together and say, this is the motive that this particular person had in order to commit this crime. With this perpetrator, the possibility is very similar to Luigi Mangione, 24-year-old that killed the CEO of United Healthcare in New York City on December 4th of last year. Very similar profile. You mentioned good family. You mentioned intelligent. All those features fit into this present defendant. He was intelligent, just like Mangione.

1:10:38

He had very high scores. He had a scholarship, but that doesn't preclude intelligence bill doesn't preclude an offender from becoming radicalized or becoming self, kind of self radicalized into this alternative world where they become the ultimate arbiter. They become the martyr. They become the person set up. as the one who's going to tell society how to run society who should live and who should die. And one of the markings and one of the casings was, hey, fascist, catch. And so when I hear the media the last several days tell, well, what's the motive? Isn't that the motive? That he listened to YouTube and TikTok and believe Charlie Kirk was a fascist? He said, hey, fascist, catch the bullet. Isn't that an indication of his motive? Yeah, I think it's, you know, you're an attorney. You've had clients where you have to speak to motive. I think it's more complicated than that. It's not just that simple. It's a complete ideology that these young people have, Bill. I call it ideology tourism. That these people, they're existentially lonely. They're cut off. They get involved into video games as he was reported to have been. With these violent, awful games, some of the symbolic markings on the shell casings came from one video game that's a very violent expression of killing. So I think there's a, as you go into it further, it's more than just, I don't like this right-wing firebrand.

1:12:29

who is, who's an influencer. I think it's much deeper than that. And I think it goes into his identification with a lot of, of possible movements such as, as effective altruism. I'm sure you've heard that term, but effective altruism is running around the country like the, like COVID was. It's an expression of the, that these people adhere to where they, they set themselves up as being, altruistic and only their values are the ones that should be represented in society. It's kind of a Machiavellian situation. where Mangione certainly had this effective altruism, where they can express themselves, and they know the best way to treat people in society, irrespective of what the moral codes and the laws are that govern the country. Dr. John Brady has now come out that his roommate was transgender, and the FBI said a day or two ago that this transgender roommate has been very cooperative. And I've given all the messages by and between the two of them, back and forth between the transgender roommate and also the murderer. And he waited, Charlie Kirk had about, he was killed about 10, 11 months into it. And it was answering question about transgenderism when he was shot. Was that? Was that the serendipitous moment for the murderer? Because there was a big loud speaker system, and it's relatable that on that roof that the murderer could hear what was being said. So did he wait for the transgender question to kill Charlie Kirk? Forget whatever plans you have this weekend because you're staying at home and playing on SpinQuest. I think there's other triggers that set this guy off into this murderous path. I think the thought of the transgender, the notion that he even wrote about being gay, he wrote about, you know, catch this, he wrote about fascism, he wrote about things that were symbolically. self-destructive and destructive of others. So I think the gay thing may figure into this defendant's background, but I think it's a larger ideology based on movements like Antifa, the markings with the Italian Bella Bella Chow, Bella is very significant. based on the fact that this goes back to the Second World War in Italy, where there was the anti-fascist movement. And this is a symbolic statement made by the anti-fascist that spread throughout Europe, Germany, Austria, et cetera, adopted by United States groups such as Antifa that are the anti-fascists. But actually, it's really... gaslighting because they're doing the exact things that they accuse other people of doing. Often happens with the liberals. As far, they accuse the other side of engaging in their behavior. Dr. John Brady, you have a statement about this. You're a forensic psychologist and you've studied this. Yes. Is there anything about the murderer's symbolic choices? that could prevent future assassinations fueled by political hatred that I've seen online so much. I can't watch them anymore. The liberals have to, I can't watch it. But is anything we can learn about preventing future assassinations fueled by political hatred and political lies and falsehoods that are in concrete? No matter what the facts are, the murderer didn't want to hear the facts about the family, the Christian, the beliefs of Charlie Kirk. He wanted him dead. Anything we can learn from this to stop future assassinations? Yeah.

1:18:09

difficulties and the blessing of this country is it's a free society so you really can't monitor everybody what you can do early on and this is what charlie kirk was best at he tried to instill family christian values into a a whole agnostic segment of society that was somewhat resistant to it so i think the church is probably the church the mosque the temple other places are probably good starting grounds to produce people that don't identify with alternative radical groups and end up as assassins. This is exactly what happened to Luigi Mangione. Same background, almost the same age, from a very good family. He becomes self-radicalized and disappears into this alternative reality. He even physically left. Pennsylvania and he went to Hawaii. He gets involved in this commune where he kind of surrenders his identity to no other than Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. So he identifies with Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. What I would like to see in Charlie's killer, I would like to see his emails. I want to see who he identified with. I want to see if he had anti-heroes. like Sirhan Sirhan had, like Mangione had. Who did this guy identify with? Where did he get these alternative values of hate and directed at Charlie Kirk? You have a segment here about fascism and also what role does the media and cultural rhetoric play and creating environments ripe for copycat violence. Trump Darrangement Syndrome began about 10 years ago. Yeah. And I look at the lives of TikTok. You cannot watch what's happening more than six or seven. Namely, they look like educated white females with metal in their nose and ears. And they're, the TikTokers, the influencers, one woman has six million followers. And she's doing a dance about Charlie is dead, his knucks like a bloody water fountain. And she has six million followers. And this is where they get the information. And then you got ABC, NBC and CBS putting guests on. Every guest calls. Trump of fascists, a Hitler, and Nazi, and anyone that disagrees with liberal ideology is somehow a fascist, a communist, whatever. So what role is the media play in promoting individuals like these murderers? What role is the mainstream media and also lives at TikTok? Yeah, I think what's important is that the media pays more attention to commentators like you and myself that put this into a balanced perspective, trying to look for the first causes of what happens when somebody becomes radicalized. Obviously, the media that you reference only knows a very small piece, can only see a very small piece of that iceberg.

1:21:19

of this guy's mental state. What I'm trying to do with you, I'm trying to recreate his mental instability that led him to this particular juncture in his life. His life is pretty effectively now over. I understand that. But I also want to understand why he did it, and maybe that can lead us forward to preventing other people. Like I said, the institutions of the United States are being challenged like never before. All institutions are being challenged, whether the school, the church, particularly the family. The left is diabolically set up to destroy the unity of this country, which is a, and subverted into a, into a socialist. country as witnessed by Zohran Mamdani in New York City. What we can do is we can counter that information that comes out from the babbling media, the babbling left-wing media that don't have any facts. They're not psychologists. They're not an attorney like you are. They can't put this stuff into perspective. They're filled with hate, and we need to present a balanced story of how we can prevent people like this defendant. from being a hero or an anti-hero to other people, just like Mangione's hero, was Ted Kaczynski. Can you imagine having Ted Kaczynski as your hero? Okay, and both these guys are high IQ, super intelligent people. The defendant had very high ACT scores. You and I took those 45 years ago to get into college and law school. Very high ACT scores, got a scholarship, was in a perfect neighborhood raised by Mormon parents who were Republican. So it just shows you the power of these movements like effective altruism. In my book coming out, which is called Breakdown, I have a whole section which is called The Power of the Power of the ideology tourism can be stronger than a drug. Oh. I tell you what, Dr. John Brady, when that's out, let me know. We'll get you back on, but I fear we're in a terrible time. I want to get you a couple signed copies because I really appreciate, you know, you getting out the word, spreading the word that we've got to stop this kind of stuff. One way to stop it is to be able to analyze these people to figure out what made them commit these particular heinous crimes against such a great American hero.

1:24:12

And that, the radical left, they're godless. They're not in, shall we say, family structure of any type, and they don't believe in this country. In fact, they want to leave the country and destroy it. When you want to destroy a place, you don't believe in it. Dr. John Brady, up against the clock, we've got to go. But once again, thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham show, headquartered in California. Yes. Thank you so much for the time, Bill. I look forward to talking to you after my book comes out. God bless America. Dr. John Brady, thank you very much. Thank you. Let's continue with more. Your comments, of course. And after the top of the next hour, we're going to replay for you the words of Erika Kirk as she expressed Friday night, which is a rallying cry for God, family, and America. The dreamer may have been murdered, but the dream must live. Bill Cunningham, 700 WLW. All right. I'll jump first. No. Then you jump first. Oh, I said. What's the matter with you? I can't swim! Oh, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Why, you crazy? The fall will probably kill you. Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hi, hello, hello. Quiet, numb skulls, I'm broadcasting. Oh, for you, bonnet. Oh. One of the icons is met his maker, Robert Redford. You know, a lot of people said when I was younger, I looked a lot of the resemblance. Did I still do? Yeah. I think you still do. Andy Dalton? Favorite Robert Redford movie, go. Mine? I would have to say it's Butch Bill Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I'm going Jeremiah Johnson. Well, that's good. All the president's manner to sting. I didn't like that. I didn't like that. I didn't like that. That was too political. Hell of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s and John did exactly the same thing. He was a Republican, wasn't he? He donated to... No, not in the beginning. At the end, he became a left-room radical extremist. That's all I'm telling you. Now, speaking of that, you've got to stay next quarterback. How about that? Sean Clifford. John Clifford is a St. Xavier legend. Well, how good is he? Believe he won a state title there. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packer. He went to Penn State. He was quarterback over three years. Got drafted late rounds by the Packers. And now is a Bengal. We don't want Jake to Snake Browning to go down anytime soon, do we? No, but if he does, I think we're in good hands. Really? Brett Rivian. He's a great quarterback. John Clifford. Mike White? Fierce competitor. How old is he? He's kind of old, didn't he? Can't say. I'd be 25 or 30. He's getting old. By the way, your guy, Jason Williams, I didn't listen, but I heard about him yesterday on your show. The burrow window is closed. Your comments. Go. I was closed. He's 30. Did you know that? 30 next year. He'll be 30. I mean. And it can't play. I mean, and you brought up the point in 2029 he's done. It would have been 33 years old at that point with 275 million bucks. And he's probably in the bank because he's living off the, what, the endorsements. Endorsements. He's cheap. Isn't that a problem? I don't think it's closed. Is it cracked? If something can make a, if a major change could happen, either the Bengals get hit with massive blind luck.

1:29:52

Like they did in getting Joe Burr... The only reason I got Joe Burrough is because they were terrible, right? The worst. The worst. And Jamar Chase. And they happened to be two of the best of their position. Somewhat luck. But then you got to fill it in. The Bengals need in the next two years need to just absolutely nail draft picks. I'm talking early picks, middle picks, late picks. And build that way. Because he had a depleted defense and you've got a depleted offensive line. Segment told me off the air, we had the great Kenny Anderson, the great boomer Assison, now the great Joe Burrow. They all share one thing. got to a Super Bowl, got within a score of winning. You sound like you're giving up hope. I listen to Jason Williams. Collinsworth's fumble on the 10-yard line, and also the offensive line not allowing from first down on the one to score. In Detroit. In Detroit, resulted in the Bengals losing. Then in Miami. Of course, I was there watching it. Couldn't have believed that. And then I'm watching Joe Burrow in L.A. I'm thinking, I've seen this before. Have you said, do you recall any of this? Yes, I was in Miami too. When I saw him walk off the field, it was like, I thought they won. 34 seconds away. 34 seconds. And what was it, Jess Phillips, interception? Louis Phillips. Louis Phillips had an interception in his hands and dropped it. I dropped it. It was like it was on, he dropped the ball. Whatever had to happen. For the thing it was the last two, bro, it was Logan Wilson with that stupid phantom passing interference call they threw. And in Detroit, it was Pete Johnson, what, four straight times up the middle? One yard line. Pete Johnson. And Alexander. Can't make it up. Would you bet Pete Johnson over Anthony Munoz? Four downs? Yes. Would you make that best? With Max Montoya? Yes. And in Detroit, Chris Collinsworth cost us the Super Bowl by fumbling. Remember that? I do. I was there. And then I get the call from Sandy Shicket at 8 o'clock in the morning on Super Bowl Sunday. She doesn't nudge me. She calls me and said, you can't believe what you know, Sam Washington's secretary. You can't believe what happened. I said, oh, hello, what happened? Stanley. Stanley's in rehab and Liberty City. I said, what? He's zoned out. Crack cocaine. I said, you're kidding. This is the Bengal Star Rutgers. This is the Super Bowl. He's what? He's where? He's in a crack house. He's relapsed in a crack house. Last night before the game. What? I can't. And they still, because of Jim Breach. And then Crumwright breaks his leg. He wants to keep playing, right? I'm sitting next to his wife. She left and went down. Broke his leg like a pretzel because of the wet field. They left on the sprinklers all night to break Tim Crumrye's leg. How do you do this? How does this happen to the Bengals? Bengals. Give us a break. Come on. This is one race. One championship. It's over-askers. Just one. What was it? Baseball or football? Detroit. Miami. Yeah. In L.A. I mean, come on. One time. Just one. You don't call that in that situation. Let the players determine the outcome of the game, right? Oh, no. L.A., in L.A. They didn't want Cincinnati to win squat.

1:33:16

They talk about the Reds. What about my Reds? Got 12 games. Where they got to go? Eight and four. What do you say, Segg? Same sounds good to me, Willie. What's your confidence level on them? Let me ask you a question. They have, they have 12, 75 and 75. 12 games left. If you were to bet a lifetime of Hot Fud Sundays that they would win 8 of 12, would you make the bet? Negative any sports. Willie and Rocky Stewart's Report is a proud service of your local Temstar, heating and air conditioning dealers. Temstar, quality you could feel in beautiful northern Kentucky. I'd make the bet. Call Tom Recton, heating and air conditioning at 859-261-861.8269. Sports! We've had nothing for 35 years. Andrew Rabbit goes for the Red Lakes tonight in game two of their series 605, Lance and Sports Talk. R&L Carriers Inside Pits, 645, Kelsey Chevrolet, Extra Ritting Show after the game. You don't say got to keep doing this until we win one. Kenyon Martin and St. Louis, the only team in the country. Unbeatable, untied, unscored on. And all of a sudden, he snaps his leg just, just step. How does that happen? Or snake pit, Willie. What do you want me to say? And Xavier has won a national invitation. They won the NIT. And we hung the banner. Would you have hung the banner for the NIT? Yes or no? We got to hang them all we can, right? It's not like they're getting hung all over the place. Maybe they'll get one. Maybe they'll get one into West End Willie with the MLS Cup. You want to bet on that? They had to beat Columbus. Wasn't it last year, a year before, to win it or something? Hell is real. For the FC it is. Especially around here. Hell is real. Bengals update brought to you by Party Town on Turfway Road in Florence. The ball festival this Friday from 4 to 7. The what? Bengals have placed a Joe Burrow on injured reserve. The club is also adding two quarterbacks as we talked about. Sean Clifford, the St. X product with his Green Bay. Mike White is over on the, both are on the practice squad from the New York Jets. White faced the Bengals in 2021 thinking who is this dude through for 405 yards and three scores. I just got a text from a cop. The girl that was with Stanley Wilson, the night before the Super Bowl, went on to become a police officer in Cincinnati. Get her on a show. Yeah. I can't. This is my... I can't. What? What? Brett Rippian has been... What? He's on the practice squad and now he's on the 53-man roster. So we've got like five quarterbacks now? Four. Hopefully one works. I can't believe Joe Burrow. I just... It's a freak injury. Freak injury. And everyone's relatable to the O line, right? Except maybe the wrist. Was that relatable? I don't know. He was running for his life trying to get... And he just falls down. Not his left wrist got to be the right wrist. Got to be the bone that's never been broken before. I mean, Brown gets pushed right back into his lap. Reisner gets like head slapped and he's terrible. I don't know. Let's say I'm upset again.

1:36:29

Just take it easy. Well, everything will be all right. Just calm down. What's on the big show today? Right of the gate, we have Grace Tucker Carlson on. She's a columnist. We're going to talk about CPS's new grades. Can you ask her a question for me? I will. The chronic absentee rate is 46%. I want to know because this is a big issue with City Council. What is the chronic absentee rate of black boys? Is it 70%? I mean, it's, I mean, 46 overall. I, because I was told by a teacher. The percentage of black students in CPS is like close to 70, isn't it? I think so. Okay. I'm not sure. A teacher told me that the absentee rate for black boys in CPS is about 70%. And I'm thinking if that's the case, Seven out of ten. Yeah. I want to get the black list, the black menals, the black united front. I'm going to get all these black or, the rhyming reverence into schools and say, boys, we got problems. You got to show up. You got to come. The first thing is show up. And if it's 46% overall, I bet it is two thirds to 70%. Is that a problem? The two thirds of that 46% you're saying are males. I mean, 46% of anybody is incredible. It's a meltdown. Imagine the sandax about half the kids don't show up. Imagine in the middle town. They probably don't show up, right? It's like, Deer Park, they all show up. Can you imagine being a teacher in half your class every single day is not there? Chaos. A teacher told me it is rare to have half a class. She's in a tough elementary school. She said to have a half of classes. Can they get arrested for truancy? Of course not. What do you do that? What does that have to do with white privilege? White supremacy? Can you, Trump? Is Trump responsible for this? Charlie Kirk, yeah. Charlie Kirk, did he do this? So ask the so-called civil rights crowd who care about these issues. Why do you allow that to happen? What's the reason? Can I get an answer on that one? We'll talk to our guests at 3 o'clock. She may not come back again. Say, give me out of the Stoge Report. You're all pissed off. I'm just angry about the Reds, the Bengals, FC, about Joe F.C. Charlie Kirk. And I'm getting more. I'm getting more from the cops of it. I'm not putting out her name. No, I'm not doing that. Well, in honor of a beautiful Tuesday, we leave you on with the immortal words of the Stooge Report. Windows my whole career in... and everybody that we have in that locker room, all the coaches we have, you know, things are going to change year to year, but our window's always open. You better send those refunds. How good it was. Year one, down, year two. Super Bowl, three, four, and five, we're going back. It's hard to go back. Chew off the toe, Joe, and keep playing. Seg, thank you. Yes, sir. Thank you. Just ask those questions. Look, look, look. Are you going to... But this is a columnist we're talking to, not like, you know, any of the board members. 700 WLW.
