Even the traffic on 24 around the south end of town, it's bad. Yeah, I was just looking at the traffic camera. So Art is going to be updating traffic throughout the evening, just so everyone knows you always have that during sport talk. But yeah, I was looking at the camera. It does not look good. It's not look good. Pretty crowded. Most likely because of the storms, I guess. Yeah, and it's kind of crawling. You know, it's not running as fast as it usually does. Yeah. It's Friday afternoon. What do you expect? Should we cheer people up? You know, we have a couple of minutes. We have what's going on in Iran. Maybe the straight of Hormuz is going to be the straight of Trump. Should we, uh, anything's possible? You know, is that something we can, we should do to cheer people up today before we get to the rewind?

stitches. I don't know. It just puts me in a good mood, even though I don't know if it's going to happen. We can't always name it the straight of America. Yeah, maybe it should be the straight of America. Yeah. I don't like that. I don't like that. Yeah, one person says that Iran is winning this four-week war, though. Oh, yeah. I don't think they're winning. I think we've done a lot of damage. I think we could finish the job. I just think Trump really wanted to get a deal. Maybe I was a little naive of him because we're dealing with the Iranian regime. Yeah, they're not going to deal with anybody. But I do think in many ways they are worse off than they were before the war started. I do hear people say that, that, oh, maybe Iran is stronger now. Then before the war started, I don't know if I'd buy that. I just, I mean, we have done a lot of damage. We're getting ready to see. That's true. That's a good point, actually. You ain't going to be long now? We'll have to see. That's a good point. All right, let's end the show like we usually do. We have Yeffy's Monster Rewind.

Yes, Iran was one of the big topics today. What's going to happen there next? Well, we have some ideas, but this is what Trump said about it. Every time they hit us, we're going to hit them 20. And we did it last night. He did a little something today, but it was really retribution for last night. They had actually three boats, not two. We've already won militarily. They have very little left, and they want to make a deal so badly. They called a little while ago. They want to make a deal so badly. I just don't know if they're worthy of making a deal. I don't know that they're going to honor the deal. That's the problem. Yeah, that is definitely the problem. So Trump is right about that. And I keep going back to what Mike Pompeo said last week, former Secretary of State. Look, my guess is that there are many different voices, not about the ultimate goal, the destruction of Israel and the United States, but about the tactics, how to get there. To your point, to delay, to play this out, to pretend, yeah, we're going to get this done, and we'll wait for President Trump to leave. we should have our eyes wide open. The Iranians are no more going to allow free and open access to the Strait of Hormuz than a man in the moon. They think they have an economic leverage on the United States of America. They believe they have the military capability to do that. And so we're going to have to go pry this out of their hands through use of force. I see no other way to achieve what is the proper objective for our mission. And when the President Trump had laid out since the beginning. We have the Tennessee bullet points as well, the top stories from around the state, including this story, which, I mean, it's funny because it's crazy. But Marsha Blackburn had slammed a Memphis school district for deeply disturbing audit. showing $54 million spent in possible fraud, including $48 million that went to a janitorial company. And I was like, look, I will do it for $10. $10 million, I will make sure those schools are clean. You trust me, I can get that done. You don't have to pay me $48 million. So we talked about that. We also talked about that with Matt Murphy, who was a talk show host out of Nashville. He was basically making the point that this is what happens with out of reach or out of control government bureaucracy. That were, you know, we've gotten $10 trillion, what $20 trillion? Our national debt has doubled in the last 10 years. This is one of the reasons why. There is a lot of waste, fraud, and abuse. And I made the point as well, we keep hearing we need to tax the billionaires to pay back our debt. We need to tax the billionaires more. You could tax 100% of Elon Musk's wealth right now and it wouldn't even make up one year of our deficit. I'm not even talking about the whole budget. I'm just talking about the deficit. It wouldn't even pay for one year deficit. So this idea of blaming the rich like Elon Musk, I just don't buy it. That's one of the reasons.
