If you're not familiar with the program, I am Brett Wooderball, and I am the host of the Brett Wooderball show. It is great to be with you. We're within hours of what may come, five hours away from Trump's Iran ultimatum deadline. I've got some thoughts about this. I've got some takes in this regard, and I want to share them with you. Because, because I... I understand exactly what the president is doing right now. And what the president is doing is he is fomenting the chaos on the ground in Iran. And it's really that simple. If you ever watched a movie and you see how there is that dip in the line where suddenly everything is going to be bad, it's awful, it's terrible, and then suddenly the good guy, the bad guy, whatever it is, they show up just in time, right? You've seen this sort of thing. Well, the president of the United States is really, really smart. And when you think about what he is... fomenting it goes back a couple of weeks remember when it was just about i would say two two weeks ago two and a half weeks ago where we had that guy that we played on the on the show who said that Donald Trump is doing the thing that nobody else has ever done with the Iranians, and that is making the Iranians nuts, making them crazy. And he was a guy on CNN. He was a really smart guy on CNN. And he was saying it's a very interesting strategy for the president to take every one of these positions, right? Because what do we have? We have, okay, we have bombed 10,000 different locations. We have rescued our people. We have had win after win after win. But what we haven't had until last night and into this morning, what we didn't have was action on Carg Island and the bombing on Carg Island and all of that sort of stuff.

Now, do I have any inside information? No. But I got to tell you something, it feels to me why the Iranians are believing that all of this stuff is going to be bombed and destroyed and all this sort of stuff. And maybe it will. Maybe we will fly overhead and destroy the infrastructure of Iran. But that's a difficult thing. Why? Why is it a difficult thing? It's a difficult thing because if you blow everything up in Iran, say Tehran, okay? Tehran and some of the other cities, you're going to have to have an answer for when the inevitable civil war breaks out, because this looks to me very much like a civil war scenario. This looks to me like IRGC versus whoever's in charge of the molocracy. Okay, I'm just going to call it the molocracy. And it just feels to me like there's going to be a civil war. They're just going to, somebody's going to have to fight and try to kind of do this kind of thing. And, you know, we know that the president has said that we sent in a whole bunch of guns, but the guns ended up in the hands of the Kurds or any of that sort of stuff. Well, remember, a couple of a week ago, I said, you have a bunch of different. positions around Iran 90 million people in that country 90 million people it's like twice the size of Texas or three times the size of Texas whatever that number is and you realize that the minute that the government is toppled it's going to fracture there's going to be a fracture in some way or whatever. And so what needs to happen now, I think, is we have to not necessarily rub their nose in it, meaning the Iranian people, not the people who are running the government. But what we are going to be doing, and I'm just wondering about this, and maybe you've got a thought. I don't know if I got a thought, whatever it's going to be. But the fact of the matter is, I believe, sincerely, that we are looking with a situation right now where we are going to go to this place and this place is a place that we have not yet been. Wait a minute. What are you talking about? How is this happening? What is going on here? No, listen, I'm telling you something here that's very, very important. What's important about this is this. We are right now looking at a scenario wherein we have all the chips. We have all the power. We have everything that we need to do anything we want.

But what we don't want to make the mistake of realizing that is looking at Afghanistan, looking at Iraq, looking at destroying and then simultaneously rebuilding, that immediately invites a whole bunch of people to come in and try to be the next sort of savior or whatever this is. Now, if I were advising the president, I'm not, obviously. I don't have that sort of skill set. But if I were advising the president, I would focus on the most important thing absent the people that are doing their thing. And it's this. You have to take over the oil. You have to take over the oil. You have to make sure that that oil gets moved out. And they're going to send out all these stupid little fast boats that are going to try to go after us and all this sort of stuff. But I don't think they're going to have a whole lot of success in that regard. And at some point, they're going to be finished. They're going to be done. It's going to be over. He may mean that taking back that oil is changing the nature of this entire fight. I don't think the who these give a rats rear. And I don't think that these people that are standing on an outcropping. are going to be willing to fight for oil. I really don't believe that's the case. I think we're going to see some kind of a mix. And I think what the mix is going to be is coming up next. Welcome back. It's the Brett Wooderbill Show. It's great to be with you. Some of these silly, silly people are just trying to fathom what's going to happen next. None of us knows. None of us knows. Dave doesn't know. Frank doesn't know. Stephen doesn't know. I mean, they don't know. They don't know. Nobody knows. What if nothing happens tonight? What if absolutely nothing happens tonight? I understand. I mean, it's one of these things that's very difficult. And I hear the frustration in people's voices. I hear the frustration in a number of different ways. And the thing that you got to know, and you have to understand, very importantly, and I'm speaking very slowly for people who are losing their marbles over the course of this. None of us has a handle on what's going to be next. Like, we really don't. But I do think that the smart move would not necessarily be to, you know, bomb people back to the Stone Age.

If you were going to do that, then you may as well, and I'm sorry to have to be the guy that says this, but if you were going to try to blow them up, you know, wipe them out, do all that sort of stuff that the president is alluding to, I do think you'd have to use an EMP. And I would be all for the EMP because it doesn't kill anybody. The EMP does not kill anybody. And you can have it in a directional way. You can do all that sort of stuff. So what you end up doing is taking down the stuff that's available and all of that. But at the same time, when we think about what's going on in the Straits of Hormuz, my oil. The only reason we are involved with the oil market is because we're trying to have our allies and people that are working and things like that to be able to transfer through that area. We don't need a coup d'etat. We don't need stuff happening with our allies in the Arab world. And, you know, guys like Dave, you know, I don't know where they kind of come from other than all the cursing and the ranting and the losing the things that are important. What these people don't understand. And I know there's a lot of people. There's people on the station all over the station who hate Donald Trump. I mean, it's obvious in certain cases. And everybody's got an opinion, which is really good. But if we're going to be the leaders. in the world doesn't mean we have to bomb everything you can use you know certain techniques and tactics and things like that that will be effective and one of the things that would be effective is if you're looking at the Saudis if you're looking at the Emirates if you're looking at you know Oman and all of those other countries you know it's a very interesting sort of hodgepodge. And what I think that is so telling is that we're not going over to the Europeans. The Europeans will receive their measure in due time. They're able to go out and buy energy. They're able to get out. This is not like one of these crises that that requires us to, you know, level everybody and all that sort of stuff. If we make the Saudis, if we make the Kuwaitis, if you make those people and you put them in charge, then you know what we end up with? We end up with accountability, right? Because why should we spend all of our money, all of our taxes, all of our technologies and that sort of stuff? Why should we?

be the immediate responsibility for a neighborhood that is far, far away. I mean, when you start to think about how this comes to pass, you know, it's something that has to be thought about. It has to be planned. It has to be all that sort of stuff. And despite, you know, the number of people who seem to have really, I mean, awful positions. there is room for this to be something that's important. I don't know how many people are out there. I'm sorry, I don't know how many people are walking around with vests today, you know, with the bomb vests and stuff like that. I would hope that that does not happen. I hope we are surveilling enough people. I hope there's enough stuff that that's going to not blow back into the United States of America. But there are people. You have a group of people that are out there. who are rooting, not against, not against what's going on in Iran. They are laying in their bed every night, rubbing their bellies in the bed, and they're saying, listen, we love the Iranians. We love the Persians. We love, well, we should love them. But the group that is in charge right now, I don't know how it plays out. I really don't. But I do know that we live in the greatest country in the world. And I know there are some very, very silly, silly people who want to try to tell you that that's not the case. But we have got a great opportunity here to see what comes next. This is a package that comes out of the BBC, right? So the BBC is a cut above, typically, if you ask them. And this is a very interesting little package that they did. They're basically blaming the current president whose name I will not say. No. They're basically blaming President Trump for the slowdown in Hormuz. And they even invoke, they even invoke in a beautiful shot, by the way, the dolphins. The dolphins are not able to swim along the boats anymore because of the war. The war, that's exactly right. Here we go. Cut number seven, please go. The military is normally used for 20% of the world's oil and liquefied natural gas. Well, not anymore. Since the war began, Iran has put a stranglehold on the Strait of Hormuz. Only five or six ships are being allowed through every day in contrast to about 130 before the war. This waterway is now a weapon in the hands of Tehran, perhaps the most powerful weapon they have. By leaving ships stranded here, Iran is reducing the global supply of oil. It's creating shortages. It's driving up prices. It's creating fear among consumers and pressure in the international community. This is about as close as we can get. There are restrictions imposed by the authorities here in Amman. And there are also risks with trying to pass through this strait. Ships that are on that waterway can come under attack from Iranian drones and missiles. There are concerns too about mines in the water. I'm looking out at this exposed area of open sea. The idea of any kind of force American or international coming to try to take control of the strait, when you can see how difficult, if not impossible, that would be. We've been sailing along the coast here for a few hours now and normally at this time of year you would see boats full of tourists coming to see the dolphins in the water here. They're a popular tourist attraction. Well today we've seen plenty of dolphins but almost no tourists. There's a dramatic impact not just on the economy here in Oman but across the Gulf and across

the wider region and the world. This war is bringing a great deal of economic pain. And Iran is hoping it can use that pain to push Donald Trump towards a settlement. Wait a minute. Hold on. Why don't we relocate the dolphins? Why don't we go scoop up all the dolphins and put them in safer waters? You could go and put them in SeaWorld. Or whatever else. I mean, this is the thing that we should be able to do. But listen to what she was saying. It's Donald Trump's fault because the Iranians are not allowing boats to come through the Straits of Hormuz. Okay. Okay, fine. I will buy that. I will absolutely buy that. So what do we need to do to fix this problem? What we need to do to fix this problem for all you know, Kings people. We need the President of the United States to go ahead and open up the Straits of Hormuz. The Straits of Hormuz. And we need to change the name of the Straits of Hormuz. We're going to call it something else. And I am absolutely enchanted at the possibility that you might have a great answer for what we're going to rename the Hormuz. Because the Hormuz, you can't use that word basically on television. the first beginning of the word. We're not, but I, but we need to rename it. Why don't we rename the Straits of Hormuz? I mean, I think it's, I think it's time. And I think it's time that we have our partners, and we do have a lot of partners. We have all the, all the stuff that's going on, and the dolphins will be able to get back to swimming and doing all their sort of stuff. This, I think, is a really good possibility. I'm not being silly. I'm not a silly, silly, silly person. I'm a person that says serious about this. I think we need to have, I mean, think about all the people that are dying as we speak because they can't get access to fertilizer. Chemical fertilizer is a very important thing. You know, you think about the energy and the costs and all of this stuff. My goodness, Poppy Bush went to war for less than that. And of course, George W. Bush went to war for less than that. I mean, come on now. What are we doing? Why are we not doing this? I actually think. that's what the plan is for tonight. I hope nobody heard that. No, I think this is the plan. I think the carg is the plan. That's all I can say. I'm just sensing it. I'm feeling it. I may be totally wrong. You could still blow up a whole bunch of bridges and then still put people on the carg island. And oh, that's a great idea. Dave just sent in a great idea. Dave just came in with a wonderful idea. I know I've talked about this a lot, but we have got to never forget what Iran's government, what the Iranian regime did to the United States. So they took our hostages, right? I went through the list yesterday with all of the attacks that occurred, all of the people who lost their lives. And this is not all the people who lost their lives just in. the United States and around the world, but this is an absolutely horrific situation that we're looking at, all right? So we went through that. So what did we get? We got this deal that was Iran-Contra. Remember Iran-Contra? Iran-Contra was the deal that was attempted with the blessing of the CIA. back in the administration of Ronald Reagan. Okay? Then what did we get? Then what do we get after that? So Reagan's out. Here comes Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton wants to try to kind of, you know, cut a deal, try to talk to the Iranians. Let's see, maybe we can work with them, all that sort of stuff. And then what do we get? We get George Bush.

Now, the only reason why I think George Bush didn't really do what he did was because we were in an ex, just an absolute existential threat to the United States of America from al-Qaeda. And immediately after the Trump, immediately after the Bush administration, what do you get? You get Barack Hussein Obama. And Barack Obama decides he is going to give money. to the Iranians. My gosh, my lord, we dodged such, such a bullet. Because remember, they were pouring Iranians into the country amidst all of the illegals that were coming in through Mexico. And you have a bunch of people who are still not accounted for as of yet. So now the president of the United States. has decided that now we're going to do what we're going to do. And I don't know what it is. I have no idea what that is. There's a commentary over at Breitbart. And Alexander likes Breitbart. He reads it all the time. Iran threatens to expand Gulf strikes to deprive the U.S. and allies of oil for years. Please do it. We can starve you out. We can starve you out. I don't want to have to do this. The Islamist regime... military threatened to expand its strikes against the Persian Gulf energy facilities and U.S. interests in the wake of President Trump threatening to unleash American firepower for the first time in the country's infrastructure. Here's what you don't want to do that for. because you've got way better, way better approaches that you can take. You don't need to do it. You don't need to go there. You don't need to do any of that sort of stuff. I'm just telling you right now, you do not want to grab the bull by the horns because you will end up in a very painful situation.

Well, the dolphins are not being held. They are mammals that are welcome there, I think, is one of the things that we've seen it. We got a message, I don't know who it's from, 5757. They said that they want to rename the straight, the straight of freedom. I think that's a beautiful thought right there. By the way, you guys know the act blue scandal that's taking place, the act blue scandal. Well, Mike Davis is going to tell you about this. This is a pretty freaky. thing looks a little bit shady i'm not saying it is i'm just saying looks a little bit and uh this is cut number one mike davis talking about act blue and the investigation that may be happening i don't know go cut one this new york time story is pretty damning for act blue because it shows there's evidence including memos between Acts Blue and its attorneys at Covington and Burling, a very prestigious Democrat, you know, white shoe law firm in Washington. DEC, one of the best firms in the world. There's memos in this reporting where Covington, Covington's attorneys are advising Act Blue that there is potential criminal misconduct with how they are handling these donations into Act Blue. And there's also evidence that the leader of Act Blue provide it. false testimony to the House investigation of this in 2020, 2023, the House committee that handles election loss. So this is very, very bad for Acts Blue, and this is going to turn into, I imagine it will turn into criminal indictments by the Justice Department, by a lot of people, including potentially. this former head of Axe Blue. So there you go. That investigation is ongoing. I heard Pete talking about it a couple of days ago about how the money travels and all that sort of stuff. Now, the thing that I think is interesting about this particularly is typically it's the left that goes out there and says, hey, we want to do an investigation into something two or three or four years ago. The Republicans look like that they're starting to do that same game. And isn't it interesting that with all the stuff that's going on in the United States and all the stuff that's happening, you see the way this situation is unfolding? And that means that if the Republicans do retain, and we don't know if they're going to necessarily retain, because the numbers that are talked about with the money through Act Blue and all that sort of stuff, that's one factor. But the other factor is this. And I heard this.

From James Carville earlier today, I was looking at some of the sound. And James Carville is freaking out. He is freaking out about the reality of how radical the left has gone. And he is fit to be tied. I mean, absolutely fit to be tied. And when you look at how Carville is comporting himself, he sounds like he's afraid, seriously afraid, that there is going to be a difficult row to hoe to get up there and take over the Senate. Now, the Senate is very important. Right. If you lose the House, House is a problem. They've already got these guys that are, you know, putting impeachment stuff in there to try to impeach President Trump. But if the Republicans hold the Senate, not only do those impeachment things, you know, not rise to the sort of deal that you would expect, number one, number two. A lot of the progressives and a lot of the inside the beltway people are absolutely freaking out that Trump's going to get another Supreme Court justice. And that is, you're going to see, I'm just telling you now, it's only April. But I'm just telling you now, if you want to see Bloody Kansas, Bloody Kansas will show up with a fight over another justice. Because this is why everybody is worried about the decisions when it comes to birthright citizenship and stuff like that. This is going to be a big, big deal. And James Carvel is he is fit to be tied because he feels like, you know, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, all of these liabilities are coming to the forefront. And now you've got... Something completely different that I'm going to play for you when we come back, and it involves Zohran Mamdani. Zohran Mamdani is creating a problem. You know who else is creating a problem? They're going to be riding high and dry. And that's a tough sort of situation that you've got right there. I mean, when you think about this, this is one of those deals. You know, Abigail Spanberger. Abigail Spanberger is looking to raise the spending higher than you can go above than you can go. Welcome back, Brett Waterville Show. Good to be with you. So James Carville delivers a blunt reality check about why the Democratic Party remains so unpopular. Are they unpopular? I'll take two or three calls on that. Are they unpopular? I do think they're. unpopular. Democratic strategist says public is justifiably harsh toward Democrats and its only fix is to get elections won again. Wait, hold on. Isn't that the standard every election? That you have to win elections. Well, Democratic strategist, James Carbell got blunt. about why the Democratic Party remains unpopular on Monday telling MS now Ari Merleber that they haven't won any elections. Melburgh noted polling published this month by CNN SSRS that found just 28%. of Americans have a favorable view of the Democratic Party compared to 32% who have a favorable view of the Republican Party. Melburgh asked Carville whether this was troubling as the party looks to take back Congress in November. Well, what did Carville say? No. No. The reason why people don't like the Democratic Party is the same reason I don't like it right now. We lost. When you win, that changes everything. People are part of a political party because they want to win elections. We lost the last election. You're not supposed to like us, okay? I don't like us. Well, wait a minute. Hold on. Carville said the most important thing a political party can do is win elections and said he would like the Democratic Party once again once they win some elections. Oh, wow. There you go. Way to punch holes in the boat. I love this. And the public.

justifiably harsh toward Democrats as they should be. And the way to cure that is not with seven point plans that you're going to get through between now and 2028. Here's the problem. You got a tough, you got a tough row to hoe here. And it's really, I mean, seriously, it's a really hard, hard road to flow to flow. I mean, when you think about this, because what did we hear from Mikie Sherrill, moderate? No, raising taxes. What did you hear from Abigail Spanberger? Oh, I'm a moderate. I'm a total moderate. I'm not going to do any of that. And then she hammered the people of Virginia. Like the people of Virginia should be flocking out of the state of the Commonwealth. But that's the reality. This is what you get. And I'm telling you right now, I think the thing that is going to do them in is all the no king protests. I think they're burning up their energy with the no king's stuff. And if you look at who's out there, what do you see when you see no kings? Like you guys all saw the news coverage. You saw what was going on with no kings. What do you see? No. No. Not that. Not that. Not that. No. What you're seeing is a party that is split. The party is split because you have a whole bunch of radical wackos and you have a whole bunch of moldy oldies who are running around. Now, that's okay. There's nothing wrong with that. But let me give you a little example of what we're talking about. What exactly do you think? The progressives are most excited about. Well, let me give you two clips. I believe I beeped everything out of it, okay? I believe. Cut number five, it's cut number five, Fafo leads to jail. What? What's going on? Let's hear. Cut five, please go. Some f***. IEC thug lives here with his wife and two kids. Time for justice for migrants. He's got cameras everywhere out front. Mask up if you're coming to handle business. Whoa. That is a home that is that is a home where an ice agent lives. His house is like a bunker. Like they've had to put so much security on it. And now these people are saying they're going to want to come in there and do something to the guy. Huh. All right, that's one particular case, right? That's one particular case. Let me give you another particular case. This is a guy called Zohran Mamdani. I don't know if you're familiar with Zohran Mamdani, but Zohran Mamdani, he's got a whole new plan. And I'm just going to tell you, this is quite something. I'm not even going to tell you what it's about. This is Zohran Mamdani. Cut number six, please go.

And while today's true cost of living measure confirms that the affordability crisis touches every corner of our city, we know that these effects are not applied evenly. So often it is black and brown New Yorkers who are hit the hardest. This preliminary racial equity plan is the first step in developing a whole of government approach to tackling that reality. It is a plan that lays out these first steps to solve decades of neglect and discrimination, and it places the work of 45 city agencies within a singular framework. And how does that help affordability? I mean, what are you doing? Like, come on. I could call, you know what? I think his new name is going to be man. Come on, man. Because he's Zohran Mamdani, right? I think we're just, everybody needs to please pick this up and use this, okay? Whenever you're talking about Zohran Mamdani, just harken back to the bad old days of Joe Biden with man. Come on, man. Come on, man. Hey, man, we got a plan. What's your plan? Well, we're going to just go ahead and say, we're going to favor this group of people and this other group of people, but the other other people are not going to be favored for the affordability. Wow. What a brilliant take. What a phenomenal, incredible thing happening. Well, all we got to do is just help these people and don't help those people. I mean, that's what this guy's got. That's what this guy's got. By the way, did we ever find out about what happened with the fire bombers that tried to blow stuff up? I mean, all I'm just, all I'm saying is, what are we doing? They were blowing stuff up. They were trying to blow up the neighborhood. They've never been heard from again. They should put them on a plane and send them over to some other place. But when you think about Fafo and you think about Zohran Mamdani, this is why. Do you understand? This is why Carville is freaking out. This is the base. This is the base. And it's not the base. It's not the good base that you like. It's not the base that comes in with a heavier sound. It's the base of the party. They're going further and further left. Wow. What an opportunity. Wait till you see what happens in California.

Ah, yes, you know what time it is. It is one of my favorite times of all of the 24 hours when I get to catch up with my good friend, Bo Thompson. How are you, Bo? How's things? What's going on? How are you? You got a lot of stuff going on. I mean, there's, like, so much stuff going on. I mean, we got, Trump is trying to figure out, like, what he's going to do about Iran, and are we going to get the straits of horror moves, and are we going to get cheaper gas? I mean, there's just, like, so much stuff happening there. Yeah, it's going to be interesting tonight. Eight o'clock, obviously, it's what we've been talking about all day, and President Trump doubled down with that. True Social Post this morning, which we were talking about a lot on our show, and I know you have been. And, you know, we talked to Mick Mulvaney yesterday, as we always do. And, you know, Mick said he does not believe that this is... going to be what some people fear it might be. He thinks President Trump is employing negotiating tactics, and he has spoken kind of hyperbolic ways before, and this is kind of how he rolls with this kind of thing. But it is language, and like I said, doubled down on language that is pretty over the top even for him. So I think it's obviously gotten a lot of people's attention. The question is whether or not this will... come to fruition tonight. I mean, I don't mean to say this flippantly at all. Sure. Look, I, of course, hope that, and I hope that... Some sort of deal is struck, and we don't go to the, to the, you know, death-conversion of this tonight. But I'm reading it this morning, and it almost sounds like a, it sounds like a promo for a TV show. And that's how, that's how Trump speaks sometimes. You know, like, who knows, we'll find out tonight. Yeah. One of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world. And so I say that because when we talk about what are his tactics here is this. a way to get people's attention and strike a deal in the end, or is it as close to the brink as he says? But, you know, this is how he operates. So it'll be interesting to see, you know, how this all plays out. I'm thinking that he's doing a misdirect and we're talking about maybe we turn, we put some troops on the ground and Carg Island and stuff like that. So we could, I think Trump is, you know, in a position where. He's got to get the Straits of Hormuz straightened out because this is going to be devil everybody for a very long time. We're going to also, you know, not spend the money that we would like to spend at home as opposed to putting it into the, you know, into your gas tank. Yeah, I mean, and.

While we've seen him employ this kind of language, you know, similar to it before, which the first line of the note this morning is a whole civilization will die tonight, never be brought back again. You know, back to what I said, even for President Trump, that's pretty over the top. So it's got the world's attention. And, you know, now all we can do is wait. I mean, I just saw that, obviously, Pakistan is trying to. to broker some sort of last-minute extension of the negotiation period and, you know, see what happens there. But it's definitely tense, and we're all kind of waiting to see what happens. So on a happier note in our last couple of moments here, how about the Michael Malone hiring and your thoughts on this? I mean, this is something that seems to be very, very exciting. Well, you know, I mean, a lot of Tar Heel fans listen to WBT. We carry the games. Who in a million years could have predicted that Bill Belichick would have been hired a year ago. And look, when they hired him, nobody knew about how the, kind of off-the-field, salacious stuff was going to go. But when they hired him, it was a splash because it was a coach with an incredible pedigree of success at the pro level. Not quite on the level of Bill Belichick is Mike Malone. But, you know, when this happened yesterday, nobody had been talking about him. So it was kind of like, huh? And he had, I mean, he won a title with the Denver Nuggets a few years ago, and he has won at the highest level of the pros. But he does not have any sort of connection to North Carolina, like not the way that Hubert Davis did. His daughter goes to North Carolina, but he's never. You know, he's not in a Carolina family, as they say. So this is new territory, and just like with Bill Belichick, I mean, on paper you can kind of go along with it, but I think because of Bill Belichick, Tar Hill fans are even more skeptical and sort of gritting their teeth and hoping this works. Yeah, no doubt about it. I mean, you know what? It's an experiment, and we'll end up trying to see what's going on at the back end of this. What do you got coming up in the morning tomorrow? What's happening? Well, of course, we'll be covering whatever does or doesn't happen tonight in reaction to that and where it goes from there. So Victor Glover is one of the astronauts who's up in space. And he is such a thoughtful person. He's such a good person. I'm going to let you just hear this the way it ran last night. I hadn't heard this until this morning. And it is something that is remarkable. This is cut number four, Victor Glover, the astronaut. And here's what his message was last night, go. you of one of the most important mysteries there on earth and that's love Christ said in response to what was the greatest command that it was to love God with all that you are and he also being a great teacher said the second is equal to it and that is to love your neighbor

And to all of you down there on earth and around earth, we love you from the moon. Houston copies. We'll see you on the other side. We will see you on the other side. That's remarkable. Like, if you think about, you know, we're on this planet. There are so many hateful people. There are so many more good people who are on this planet, on this big blue marble. And you think about God's creation of what it is that you get to do. Each and every day is not a single... solitary day. Each day people get the opportunity to make mistakes, to try to make amends, to try to do all of that stuff. And the thing that I was profoundly touched by was the notion of what he's talking about. He's up in space. These are the people who have gone beyond beyond where they have been. And what is so incredible about this is with all the people who hate, there is still way more love in the number when you think about this. You think about the first time you laid your eyes on your child. your child that is that is born you think about the loss that so many people carry as it relates to um a loved one who passes away and we all know that that's going to happen for for everybody there's so much more commonality than there is in terms of the differences. And a lot of people would deny that. A lot of people would say that's not true. A lot of people would say that that's not really what it is. But when you think about all of the people who have walked on this planet and you think about all of the people who have gone to space over the course of time, Victor Glover understands that he and his cohorts in that journey going behind the moon to the place that nobody has seen has laid eyes on as far as we know. You think about that. A human being going up. into space, a human being not knowing when the time will come for them to lose their life or to pass away in their bed or whatever that is. And when you think about all of that, it's incredible because these are the people who have traveled the furthest, the furthest.

Of all the people that have gone up, all the people that have gone to the reaches of that area, they have gone the furthest. And those four people are the folks who understand that they have made that journey. Nobody else has seen with their eyes what... they saw for the first time. Think about the billions and billions of people who have walked the earth. And you have four or five people who are in this small space. And they're the only people who have seen it with their eyes. We have photographs, obviously. We have all of that. And when you consider everybody before these people, right, before these people, the billions of people who have passed have never seen that and will never see that with their eyes. These who are behind that moment. Absolutely incredible. Absolutely incredible. And what a feeling that has to be. Because in so many places, in so many ways, with the despoils of our planet, the extension from Earth to the, to the journey out there, it's It's breathtaking when you think about it. And I think it's an important thing to recognize. And I think it was phenomenal that Victor Glover decided that he wanted to read from scripture about the notion of love in a very, very special way.

Welcome back. It is the Brett Water Bowl show. Good to be with you. Lots of stuff to still talk about as we, you know, we sold your on. We're looking at a number of different things. George Conway. George Conway, very interesting take from George Conway. He says that the Democrats will use the Senate majority. To rig any impeachment process, remove Trump and JD Vance. Wow. Okay, so this is, you guys remember, he was married once upon a time to Kelly Ann Conway. And George Conway is eager to impeach and remove both President Trump and Vice President JD Vance, even if it means rigging the U.S. Senate's 250-year-old impeachment process. So how does this come to pass? Here we go. You ready? So he says that... This is a session that they can put together. I do think that we are going to have a Democratic Senate. I don't know whether it'll be 52 or 53 or 54 or maybe more. When you have control of the Senate in that way, you can set the rules, Conway explained, and the rules this time should provide for a real trial. Not these show arguments, these statements on the floor by managers where politicians are giving speeches, but where you put on live witnesses, you can show that they're lying and you can cross-examine them. They have to have answers to the questions. A good trial presentation, this is George Conway talking about this, a good trial presentation is going to basically, I think, flip enough Republicans who will be exhausted by this, who will want to rescue their party, Conway added to his fever dream. JD Vance is subject to impeachable offenses. He may be impeached to and removed, and that's also possible. This is George Conway. Well, what's to stop there? Could they execute them? I mean, I don't. George Conway seems to be very, very excited about this. After admitting that it would violate the 250-year-old constitutional norms of the impeachment process, Conway laughably adds. And we need to reassert those norms that we used to accept and take for granted. And if we don't do that, there's no one else to do it. If Congress can't do it, nobody can. Well, see, that's not the accurate way of going, because if you think about it, you have elections.

every two, four or six years. So you have the ability to change your government. You just have to abide by the four-year rule with the presidency. I mean, this is an interesting theory that this guy's positing because when you think about this. This will start a brand new sort of approach. And what you're going to have is you're going to have somebody who comes into office. They're going to be in the office for six months. And then suddenly they're going to throw them to the wolves or whatever that's going to be. What about the notion of picking better candidates? We can blow up the 250-year setup that's been going on here. But what about picking better politicians? And there are ways to do that, right? There are easy ways. Number one, nobody gets to be president after the age of 65. Boom, done. Okay? So that means that you have to conclude after the age of 65. Right? So you get to 65. You got to do the math to try to get back. And that's it. You could do that. It's very easy. All you have to do is get it ratified. All you have to do is change the rules. Currently, Conway is running for the U.S. Congress to replace retiring Jerry Nadler in New York's 12th congressional district. Wait a minute. What are you doing? What are you doing, Mr. Conway? Why aren't you running for the Senate? Why aren't you challenging the senators in the state of New York? Why are you not challenging Gillibrand or everybody's favorite person, the sexiest man in all of America, voted that twice in his own house? And that would be Chuck Schumer. I mean, come on. Why don't you run? Why are you not running for the Senate? Why are you keeping it on the down low like that? Man, like you should be running for the Senate because that's exactly what you should be doing. Conway does have a chance in a March 6 poll of the upcoming June 13th Democratic primary. Conway's in second place. He earned 16%. of support. Did you hear what I just said? Are you paying attention? He got 16% of the vote. He's in first place with an equally kind of an odd person who earned 25% support. In Jack Schlossberg, a Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. He's a Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. But I would tell you this right now.

Because when people get frustrated, when they get angry, when they get that sort of stuff, you know, you do have the power to change things in the governance of your country. I know it's really hard. I know it takes a lot of work. I understand all of that. But if you think that... the Republicans or the Democrats or whoever are not serving you, you should get involved and make sure that they are going to do the things that you want them to do. Now, we're not talking about, you know, nonsense. We're talking about the seriousness of this moment. You see, all it takes is for somebody, anybody, to step up and try to do something in a different sort of way. This is one of the things that we're looking at. People say, I can't run for office. Well, have you tried? Have you thought? Have you begun at the bottom levels of running? Have you done any of that sort of stuff? See, there are people who are going to complain no matter what happens. And you're going to get people who are going to try to make you feel like you're out of your mind. Well, what is the purpose of running for office? What is it? Is it to be famous? Is it to make money? Is it to get influence? What is it? You're supposed to be a servant when you are a public servant. That's how it works. You go out. You spend the couple of years in Washington, D.C. or whatever it is, and you go out there and you say, okay, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to go out there. I'm going to represent my people, and then I'm going to come back. And that's how it's going to be. This is how we're going to do this. Remember, you have the ability to change a lot of things in a lot of different ways. Maybe you learn to say, well, maybe I'm going to run for a Senate seat. Maybe I'm going to run for a presidency. Maybe I'm going to do any of that. Now, people are laughing. You're driving around in your car and you're saying, I don't have enough money. I can't do any of this sort of stuff. Okay, so what can you affect? What can you affect? What is the avenue that can get you into?

have people understanding that you've got ideas. Why not do it? If you have ever thought about running for office, now would be a good time to think about it. Now, you notice I'm not mentioning a party or other party or whatever party that exists. The importance of the system working is bringing in people that were not necessarily... inclined to go and do the job. I say it all the time. And it's a very important thing to understand. And it is that you should think about going to the Congress, going to the Senate, and you should think about that. as you would think about jury duty. Now, nobody wants to serve jury duty. I get it. I understand it. It's not a very good thing. You have to give up your, you know, the things that you've got to do. But is the country worth it? If you knew that the country was going to collapse in the next 10 years, Would you stand up for the United States of America? Would you go and run for office? Would you do that? Again, I'm not talking about a party. I'm talking about serving to protect the United States so that it continues on after this period of time. A lot of people don't want to do it. They say, ah, it's a pain, it's hard, it's awful, it's terrible. Well, you got Chuck Schumer. You got Gavin Newsom. You got a whole lot of people who I hear about all the time, people complaining. I don't like that guy. I mean, I hear from people, you know, complaining and threatening manners and stuff like that when it comes to the presidencies and things like. I mean, that all happens. But are we worthy of the constitutional republic that we have? And the only way you're going to be able to prove it is do it. Do it. Make the effort. See what it's like. Maybe you lose. Maybe you win. Maybe you replace somebody who should never have been elected in the first place. What a win.

Eric Swalwell is denying an inappropriate conduct amid... The rampant online rumors. Okay, so these are rumors, but this is, I can source this back. This is to the great state of New York, and we're talking about the, he's running for mayor, he's running for governor of California. Okay, so this is Eric Swalwell. California governor. Governor to be, whatever you want to call it, hoping to be. Eric Swalwell has broken his silence about online rumors that have swirled for days alleging inappropriate contact with female staffers. See, if this guy is guilty of this or anything like that, why wouldn't you go and run for office and you would be able to behave yourself? I don't know. I'm not trying to. throw mud on the East Bay Congressman. A Democratic frontrunner in the governor's race slammed the allegations as a fake rumor designed to derail his candidacy weeks before voting begins in the June 2nd primary election. Okay? He said, this false outrageous rumor is being spread 27 days before the election begins by flailing opponents. who have sadly teamed up with the MAGA conspiracy theorists because they know Eric Swalwell is the frontrunner of the race. Well, technically, that's not really the case because it's a jungle primary, which means you could have two Republicans at the top of the ticket. You could have one and one. You could have a Democrat and a Democrat. The unverified rumor of inappropriate conduct was circulated. by Cheyenne Hunt, a Democratic Gen Z activist and former congressional candidate. In a series of videos posted to the TikTok, Hunt, claimed that she was working with a group of women who had experienced misconduct by Eric Swalwell alluding to a press report that she's going to publish soon. I am personally working with a group of women who want to come forward and share their stories. Hunt alleged that the women.

working for Eric Swalwell had been forced to sign NDAs to prevent them from speaking about their experiences. Oh, this is only going to grow.
