There was a video released by six congressional Democrats, two senators, four members of Congress. All six of them have a military background. Either they're a veteran, served in the military, or like Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, a former CIA operative. Now, I just want to give you the six names, because they are now at the center of a massive public firestorm. It is Senator Elissa Slotkin, as I just mentioned, Michigan, Mark Kelly of Arizona, and then four members of the House. Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire. You've got Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Chrissy Hulahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado. So these six went out on Tuesday and put out, I don't know how to properly describe this. Shocking is not the word. Stomach turning, vile. disgusting honestly seditious and treasonous there's no other word there's no other word the six of them are in a video and they are literally now calling for the military and for the intelligence community and especially those higher up the chain of command to completely defy trump's orders claiming that they're quote unquote illegal now they're not going to you i'll play you the clip they're not saying what orders are illegal or unlawful they don't specify they never specify but it doesn't matter what they're now urging is an insurrection an insurrection within the military an insurrection within the intelligence community the deep state to now defy Trump no longer follow his orders and essentially to turn on the president roll cut 24 mike

You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution. We know this is hard and that it's a difficult time to be a public servant. But whether you're serving in the CIA, the Army, or Navy, the Air Force, your vigilance is critical. And know that we have your back. Because now, more than ever. The American people need you. We need you to stand up for our laws. Our Constitution and who we are as Americans. Don't. Give up. That's what this is. This is treason. This is an insurrection. And notice, how is Trump pitting the military against American citizens? How? Give me an example. How? What illegal order has he actually put out? What illegal order or unlawful order has he issued? Notice, they don't say any of that. Now, the implication is clear. What they're saying is he's sending the National Guard into the cities. Wink, wink, wink, disobey. He's shooting up the, you know, he's blowing up these boats with these drug smugglers. Wink, wink, wink, don't follow orders. He bombed the Iranian nuclear sites. Don't follow orders. so what they're calling for now is literally for the army the military and the intelligence community to completely turn on the president it's an effective soft coup they're calling for a coup And what they're really saying is they just got defeated again in the shutdown. They can't stop Trump. They lost the election. They're not accepting the fact that Trump won the election in 2024. And so now they're calling for the military and the intelligence community to rise up and defy Trump and basically cripple him as commander in chief. That's essentially what they're saying.

President Trump saw the story. And to say he was angry is the understatement of the century. He, according to AIDS, he exploded. I mean, you want to talk about fire and fury. Because as he told everybody, this is naked sedition. And so, the president took to truth social. And now this is where this firestorm has gone to a completely different dimension. So on truth social yesterday, he wrote about the seditious six, this video from the seditious six. He called the video seditious, and then he said that these quote unquote traitors should be arrested. So six members of Congress, he's telling Pam Bondi, look, get off your rear end. You've got to arrest these six for treason. Quote, it's called seditious behavior at the highest level. Each one of these traitors to our country should be arrested and put on trial. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. We won't have a country anymore. An example, and this is all in caps, must be set. Now, he then did a follow-up, another true social, where he stressed again and again, saying, this is really bad and dangerous to our country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. And then he writes, seditious behavior from traders, three exclamation points. Then he writes, lock them up, three question marks. Meaning, is it time now to lock them up? Now, he then sent out one more, where he wrote, seditious conspiracy, comma, death penalty, question mark. Meaning, After they're arrested, after they're given a military trial at a military tribunal, and they are found guilty of treason or sedition, the laws on the books, and this goes all the way back to George Washington, this is something we've had in this country since our very founding, that the ultimate price for sedition and treason, especially at the highest level, is the death penalty. whatever death by hanging death by the electric chair death by firing squad pick your poison but it's it's death it's the death penalty now trump raised it as is that how far we have to go before i get these people to stop fomenting an insurrection and the overthrow of the military chain of command well The moment he put those words down on true social and hit send, all hell has now broken loose. I mean, this is not just the biggest story in the country. It's the biggest story in the world. So, right away, the seditious six took to the airwaves. Listen now. And right away. Now remember, so they're the ones who call for an insurrection and engage in treason. By the time they're done, they're the victims. And how are they the victims? Because by Trump calling them out for what they are, traitors, they're now claiming their lives are in jeopardy. They're getting death threats. So that's one. And then two, when Trump said maybe they should get the death penalty, guess what? He's calling for us to be killed. He's normalizing political violence. This is treason. This is beyond the pale. So he says they need to be arrested that these six members of Congress, two senators, forked members of the House, four members of Congress, that the seditious six, as I call them, should now be arrested. He's urging Pam Bondi do it. What are you waiting for? And he says, you know what the ultimate crime is? It could actually even be the death penalty. We'll see. Okay. Here they go. Listen now to Senator Elissa Slotkin. She runs to the media. And already now, her life is under jeopardy. Her life is under threat. Trump now has unleashed violence against her and her staff. I mean, hundreds, if not at this point, thousands of calls, emails, texts, obviously, online postings. Capital Police came to us and said, you know, we're going to put you on 24-7 security. We've got law enforcement out in front of my house. I mean, it is, it changes things immediately. And leadership climate is set from the top. And if president is saying you should be hanged, then we shouldn't be surprised when folks on the ground are going to follow suit and say even worse. Well, actually, no. He didn't say you should be hanged. He said you should be arrested. You should be put on trial. And, you know, should they be hanged? In other words, you know, does treason deserve a death penalty? So relax. No, they're deliberately taking what he said out of context and trying to make themselves be the victim. Now, it gets even worse. She then goes on a video. So now she's on a video again. My friends, they are now calling for an uprising against President Trump saying they have to protect the seditious six that Trump now is calling for the murder and execution of members of Congress who disagree with him. They are pouring gasoline on the fire. And so my question to you, what do you make of the video? Is Trump correct? Okay, I mean, all hell is now broken loose. I don't know what else to tell you. And so they're calling now for the top leadership of the military and the entire deep state to literally defy Trump and to paralyze and cripple his presidency to essentially overturn him, overthrow him from office. It's a soft coup. Now, I really want to invite veterans to call in. I want to invite the vets in particular. We have so many that listen and love this show and you know how much I love all of you. When these, the seditious six came out in their video and urged everyone in the military and in the intelligence community to defy a so-called Trump illegal or unlawful order, did they commit sedition in your view? Were they fomenting an insurrection?

endorsement and rationalization of political violence in this country. This is a very slippery slope that we are on. Listen, I want to say two quick things. So you see, they're using them as pawns in order to go after Trump, knowing that these poor people who listen to them, who are brainwashed, indoctrinated, whatever, that their lives are going to be utterly destroyed and ruined because of this. Hey, thanks a lot, Jeff. I did four years in the Air Force, Southeast Asia, during Vietnam. The whole mission of the Air Force at that point was to conduct the air war, support the troops. I've seen this before. Well, I've seen people that in the air, where I was at, you would, people would become conscientious objectives. However, And what you said was correct. Under the UCMJ Uniform Code of Military Justice, you do have the right to challenge an order. However, the way it was explained to me was you carry out the order. And then, at a later date, you can go to the judge affidavit's office or to your wing commander, commander's call, and lodge a complaint or your feelings. And there's a process, and you are, you're going, they vet you, they check you, your motives out, whatever. And if they do give you a CO status, Then you're taken off the line. We found it in people, troops that were munitions, troops that's troops that loaded up to bombers and the jets. They didn't like the idea of, you know, supporting the war. And so they asked for that status. Once they were taken off the line, I didn't know any of them that were arrested or put in jail. They were, like, confined to their barracks, and they were reassigned duties as far as they weren't involved in the actual physical loading of the bombs or the missiles. But there were other hearings, and generally they were shipped out. So I don't, you know, I wasn't privy to what happened after it all happened. So like I say, what these people said was technically true. What you're saying is true. The military. personnel do have the right to refuse an unlawful order. The caveat is, what's the unlawful order? And it's not for you or I or these six idiots to determine what an unlawful order is. That's got to be a... Rick, you nailed it. Rick, first of all, in case I forget, because, you know, I get caught up and I get very emotional about these things. I want to thank you for your service. I really do. I love you guys, especially those that all, I love all the vets, but especially those of you that served in Nam because you were never given the proper recognition and the proper acknowledgement that you deserved. I just want to state that right away. No, you nailed it. Look, who defines an unlawful order? And what the, this is the purpose of the video. What they're saying is any order from Trump is an unlawful order.

See, that's why, I'm going to play it again later, but you could tell it was lawyered. You can tell they made sure that some things are said, some things are not said, just to make sure they stay out of court. It's very clear. But what's an unlawful order? Well, they say he's pitting the military against Americans. How's he pitting the military against Americans? We all know what that is. He's sending in the National Guard into places like D.C. Yeah, but he's allowed to do that. And the mayor ended up welcoming it, the D.C. mayor, the Democrat mayor. And then the citizens of D.C. said it's cleaned up our city. Thank you, Mr. President. So, A, it was lawful. And B, they love it. They're happy. So what's the problem? But they're trying to say is whatever Trump does is unlawful. We will define what's unlawful. So reject any order. Now, let me tell you what's dangerous. And look, Rick, I'm almost ashamed to say this because I know you know this better than I do a hundred times, a thousand times. Trump says, I need you to bomb Fordo or Natanz, say in Iran. Okay, but we did there for 10 days. We believe there are nuclear capable weapons there. We believe that there's the possibility that they're developing a nuclear bomb. This could lead to a third world war. We've got to go in there. We've got to destroy these sites. Time is of the essence now. And he orders the bombing. According to these six, if we believe it's an unlawful order, we're not going to do it. But it's even worse than that. They're telling the generals. And remember, many of the generals were stacked there by Biden and by Obama. So many of them are political hacks. No, Mr. President, we're not going to relay the order to the people on the ground to carry it out. No, it's an unlawful order. So what they're doing is they're making it impossible for the president of the United States to literally defend the national security of the United States. and honestly of the world. I'm just using Iran as an example. This is so dangerous. Trump is right. He goes, do you understand this will end our country? If you got partisan hacks in the military saying, no, I'm just, no, no, no, but no, we've got to secure the border. No, we're not going to secure the border. No, I think it's unlawful. No, no, no, I'm just not going to carry it out. No, we're done. We're toast. Rick, am I wrong? Right. And I can tell you, if somebody, I was a security officer, if someone was to say, I'm not going to do whatever, I'm not going to load this bomber, I'm not going to dig this ditch or whatever your superior officer order he gives you. Remember, the superior officers to the officer corps, they give the orders to the sergeants. The sergeants pass the orders down through the troops. It's not like, you know, the generals are telling the ground troops, this is what we're going to do today, or this is our policy. You're not involved in that at all. You're just there to follow orders. That's the military. And if you don't follow an order, it's prime of face of evidence, buddy, that you'll be arrested on the spot.

and you will be incarcerated pending a hearing. Like I say, there is a procedure, and they're very, they was explained to me several times during my four years of career. the procedure to follow.
