All right, let's see if we can reconnect with Bill. Mark in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Mark and welcome. Hey, buddy. How are you doing? Great. How are you, my friend? Living the dream, but it's sunny and nice out today and almost all the snow is gone. Great. Great. Hey, listen, you know, I really got to say, Jeff, this whole thing just sucks. I don't like it. I have liked it from the start. Yeah, our military is far superior to them. Clearly, we've shown that. You know, their Navy stands no chance. Their Air Force is a joke, you know, their drone system. I mean, all that stuff. Yeah, we can wipe that out. That's not a problem. You know, if we have a target, we can hit, blow it up, wipe it right off. fighting a theocratic war against people who are willing to murder children and women. You know, these are people who believe they're ordained by Allah to fight the great Satan. I mean, their own Quran, right? It's like verse 16106 is you can deceive the infidel. You can actually lie to them. Some say it's only if your life is in danger, but others... to the infidel if it's to advance Islam. You think that's not what they're looking at, Jeff, and they're not saying, see, Allah says we can go and negotiate, but it won't mean anything, because it's all going to be a lie, Jeff. And I got to say, if anybody in this administration thought we could pound their military into the dirt, and then they would just give up the straight, either lax of

these people that they shouldn't be in office. Well, you know, Mark, look, I can just tell you this. I got to be careful how I couch this. But privately, before the war began, there was a big debate within Trump's inner circle. Marco Rubio told Trump, don't do it. JD Vance told him, don't do it. John Ratcliffe told him, don't do it. Tulsi Gabbard said, don't do it. The only one that told him to do it, in fact urged him to do it, predicted a lightning victory, was Pete Hegseth. He's the one that gave Trump all of these optimistic rosy scenarios. He brought in Lindsey Graham. Graham played a key role in this. General Jack Keene, that clown on Fox News, Arch Nealcon, he came in. This was going to be done within two weeks because exactly what you said. Marco Rubio told him, look, exactly what you said, we got the best military in the world. By the way, General Dan Kane, the chairman of the Joint Chief, said, don't do it. You want my advice? Don't do it. Now, he said, look, Mr. President, you give me an order. I will implement a plan for you. We will systematically dismantle, degrade, and destroy Iran's military. Like, that's not the problem. We can deliver that for you. The wild card is that they're going to block the Strait of Hormuz. And once they block the Strait of Hormuz, then they've got essentially the world oil supply by the tonsils. And then we got a mess. And then, Mr. President, we're going to have to probably put ground forces, special operations, send in the Navy, put boots on the ground, at least to grab some of the strategic islands. And are you willing to incur then, you know, a mass, you know, loss of casualty? And I don't know if the polls are going to hold up. So what they said to him was, don't do it. But the Warhawks, led by that, you know, by Pete Hegseth, said, no, no, we're going to hit him so hard and so fast. It's going to be such a devastating first week, 10 days. In other words, we're going to begin the war with such a roar that they won't have time to block the Strait of Hormuz. And that's why, if you remember, on day one, they took out the Ayatollah. I mean, to be fair, the first couple days, it was spectacular hit after spectacular hit. They basically decapitated the regime. That's no joke. And they thought, okay, that's it. They're done. They're going to cry, uncle. And the people are going to rise up. And you're going to see a popular overthrow of the government. And this thing, I mean, it won't be Venezuela, but it'll be like what we did with Maduro. In other words, you know, a bigger Venezuela, 10 days, 14 days, this thing is over. Good night, Irene. And everyone else around him said, no, you're not going to get the popular uprising, you think. This regime is more deeply entrenched.

6:12

They are going to be able to absorb these blows, and then they're going to block the straight of four moves. And then, Mr. President, you're going to have a problem. And that's why now, behind the scenes, I'm telling everybody, just so that you know, Trump is angry with Pete Hegseth. And I predict once this war is over, he may give it a few more months, Pete Hegseth is out. He's out. Final word to you, Mark. But to answer your question, It was Lindsey Graham, Jack Keene, and Pete Hegseth, and obviously Benjamin Netanyahu from Israel, the four of them, saying, don't worry about the Strait of Hormuz. We got it covered. What say you, Mark? Well, Jeff, you know, when you're dying with the devil, you don't get to pick the menu. You know, this, we can't, quote, unquote, win this, because it's no longer a military. exercise. I mean, we prove that we can win, that we can beat them when it comes to, you know, we'll not, you know, hours against theirs. Yeah, we'll, you know, like I said, we'll blow them right off the map. But you're going to have this until there isn't one left. That's the problem, Jeff. As long as there's one of these Islamist, extremist people that believe they're ordained by their God, they'll sit on. Oh, you're dead on. No, they'll sit there and sit there. No, you're right. Look, they're willing to sacrifice the whole nation, if need be. Summer weather can be relentless. The heat, the humidity. Long, hot days that leave you ready for cooling, relaxing relief. 9:20

The quality of the calls, people high up in the radio, talk radio business, have been listening, I don't know, they're listening to the show. And they're saying, Jeff, I got to tell you, you really do have the best callers in the business. I'm like, tell me something I don't know. And he said, no, what's most impressive about the callers and the show? is you will hear the best pro-war arguments and the best anti-war arguments. You really will get the best arguments of both sides. And what's even more impressive... is it doesn't descend into name calling and food fights and, you know, character assassinations and vilification and yelling, swearing, screaming. He goes, it's rational. It's for adults. It's intelligent. It's engaging. It's captivating. It's mature. And I said, hey. Now you know why. I call it best audience in the business. Best audience in the business. So I just want you to know, again, it's been 40 days now of obviously the war, and now we're into the so-called ceasefire part of it. And I want to thank all of you because you're a major reason why this show is so successful. Okay, just very, very quickly, speaking of best audience in the business, this is an absolutely fantastic, fantastic text. And it's so true. It's a different angle. But I think it also shows one of the key pressures that Trump is under. And it explains a lot of what he's doing right now. It's from 603 up in New Hampshire. By the way, you can text the Cooner Man, 70470, 70470. Jeff, the 1973 War Powers Resolution. authorizes the president to initiate limited military engagements without congressional approval, relying on his authority as the commander-in-chief to protect national security interests. That is true. 1,000% true. 603 continues, and here it is. However, this presidential power is restricted by the war powers resolution. which limits troop deployment to 60 days without legislative authority. So basically, the clock is ticking on Trump. It's ticking, and it has been ticking since February 28. The president was sold on the idea that this engagement would be over within days, maybe but two weeks.

12:24

But we're now almost 40, actually we're over. But we're now over 40 days in. And this may be why the administration is feeling a sense of urgency to get some sort of resolution for this conflict. Bingo. Bingo. Bingo. In other words, because he doesn't want to go back to Congress and ask for an authorization. Why? Because the Democrats are solidly now against him. In fact, Chuck Schumer is going to push again a war powers vote. It's coming. They want to cripple Trump militarily, his ability to wage this war. They want to force him to end the war prematurely and have him come back to Congress and beg for an authorization, which they believe he will not get. that the Democrats are solidly against Trump on the war and that you have the likes of Rand Paul. You've got Lisa Murkowski who's against it. Rand Paul is against it. Susan Collins is on the fence. He could go down in the House with Thomas Massie, a Republican from Kentucky. He's very anti-war. So he may go down in both the House and the Senate. And if that happens, it's over. I mean, it's just that the troops have to come back. It's over. So, you know, people are saying, well, Jeff, why is Trump, you know, pushing through a ceasefire and these peace negotiations? The clock is ticking. He's in a tight, compressed time frame. It's not just the midterms he's worried about. Constitutionally, legally. He wants to get something done and he wants to get it over with before 60 days. Paul in Woburn. Thanks for holding Paul and welcome. Thanks for taking my call. My pleasure, Paul. Paul from Wobin, president. Okay, ceasefire over. It's at the war room. Lock and load. Take him out. He's got to take the blinders off. He's got to stop doing this. We have to obliviate him. And on top of that, I don't understand why he would give up the straight to these psychopaths, which has been reiterated by you many a times and other callers. Why would you give them control? That's like giving a junkie dope and saying, don't take it. I mean, they're nuts. They're bananas. They're off the rock. I don't understand why he would give that up. But if I was president, I'd say, oh, okay, no ceasefire. I wouldn't say a word. Take the boys into the war room, lock and load, take them out. And on top of it, I don't understand why he doesn't just obliviate the coast of Iran to take out from water. inland 50 miles and just bomb the hell out of them to keep them away from the straight take the islands do what you have to do just like you just said he's got 60 days to take them out you're giving them the time that they know he has he's limited they know this they have reports they have people i mean the democrats for all i know are telling them what to do uh it's just

16:01

insane. He's got to topple this within the 60 days that he has, and he has to obliviate him. He's, I know he's heartfelt on pedestrians and, you know, innocent people, but he's got to take the blinders off and just say, this is it. Like your other call has said, you're dealing with nuts. You're dealing with ideology. You're dealing with. People who have no sense of morals or values. Paul, let me ask you this, Paul. You're on fire, by the way. Absolute fire. In all seriousness, could you ever order, I'm asking you now, like you and I are in a confessional, okay? I don't know if you're Catholic or not, but just please indulge me on this. Could you ever order five, six, seven-year-old kids? Take them from a school, second grade, third grade, women, old ladies, in some of them, I'm not kidding, in wheelchairs, and stick them on bridges and power plants, knowing that say, whatever, we're fighting China, Russia, just take your pick. They threaten to, like, bomb our bridges and plants. As President Paul from Woburn, could you ever say, I'm going to put human shields because, A, that may deter them from doing it, and B, ho, ho, if they do bomb them, we'll claim these are war crimes. They're slaughtering our women and children. Could you do that to women and children? In all sincerity. Could you do that to your own children and women in your own country? Could you do that? Absolutely not. I mean, that's the type of people you're dealing with. And the biggest mistake he made was given a timeline. He always said in the past he would never give a timeline because it shows the enemy what you're going to do. When he gave them until 8 o'clock at this day, at this time, he made the biggest mistake. Then they were able to do that. So you have to catch them off God. You have to make sure. So as far as I can see, they're not on the bridges. They're not, the innocent people have gone back. They've gone back. No, you're right. He's got to surprise them. Paul. He can't let it out. Great call. Great call. By saying Tuesday, 8 p.m., he telegraphed it. And by telegraphing, and remember, he gave him a couple of extra days. Well, that's when they said, yeah, yeah, get the children, get the women, put them on the bridges, put them on the power plants, have them form human chains, you know, become human shields. Now, you know, the president is a civilized humane man. Now we know, well, if I go ahead with Obliteration Day, okay, just to reinforce the point that frankly we've all been making, this is breaking now. President Trump now says he may not send Vice President JD Vance to lead the U.S. delegation in Pakistan, as Obama would put it, on Saturday. Why? Because he fears for J.D.'s safety and security.

19:20

In other words, he may just send Steve Witkoff, I mean, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are going no matter what, but JD was supposed to lead the team. He may just send Steve Witkoff and Jared and leave JD back here. Why? Because he says the threats now that JD is getting, that he doesn't believe now that the Pakistanis can guarantee the security and the safety of the vice president of the United States. Now, you're telling me that these people are so savage and so barbaric and so primitive that they're actually threatening to murder and kill or behead or whatever, the leader of the delegation of the country you're negotiating with? I mean, I don't know what else to tell you. I mean, aye, aye, aye. Now, look, we have to be able to guarantee JD Vance's security. And look, I think it's obvious. J.D.'s a closer. J.D.'s a brilliant negotiator. J.D. knows more than anybody what President Trump wants and what he doesn't want. and what he's willing to give up and what he's not willing to give up. And the other thing is, unlike Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, no, nothing against them. But JD, basically as Trump's right-hand man, has the authority, the delegated authority that Trump has given him to make maybe even on-the-spot decisions. You know, in a negotiation, there's a certain moment where you go, I think this may be the moment. where whatever, they made a big concession. I think we can close it right now. You know, you don't have time to get on the phone and go back and, you know, and in other words, sometimes it's the heat of the moment. And so when you have a vice president who's as respected and influential as JD is with Trump, you know, he's the guy that you want there. Why? Because he says, you know what? I forced them for this concession. They wanted this in return. And then we had a deal. And so I had to almost act on your behalf, knowing your mind, knowing what you want, knowing the end game. And so I made that decision on your behalf. You know, please tell me you're okay with it. You know, after, you know, whatever. So that's why you want a guy like JD Vance. In other words, removing him because they're threatening to kill him is a way to undermine the negotiations. make it less likely they will be successful. So again, I'm just, this is the way, I mean, you may disagree with me. I'm just reading it, you know, this is the way I see it. I think the plan by the Mullahs is to delay, delay, delay. I don't think they're negotiating in good faith. 617-2-66-68-68 Michael in Beverly. Thanks for holding, Michael, and welcome. How are you? I'm good. How are you, Michael? What's the next rally we're doing? I'm ready. Listen to Donald's your pocketbook at right now. My father paid $60,000 for the House of 1976. I'm going to tell you what's going on with the Trump team inside situation, the spiritual advisor for 10 years. I'm going to come up to about and I'm going to expose myself on our true social following on Sunday. Here's what's going on.

22:55

The reason they say that 60 days is not a big deal. There's no pressure, okay? After 50 years of this, there's no pressure. What I told Trump to do is this. We're going to finish, we have to finish now, but you've got to negotiate because Trump is like Winston Churchill and George Patton combined. What you have to do is state the fact. We will help you with this. We'll give you some money out of the straight, and then you give them half the money to Israel. We're going to take half the oil and we're going to get half of our oil proceeds to Israel because you would bomb him to be killing him for 50 years. Now, the war thing is 60 days. We're going to tell that we're going to go and liberate them with no bullets. The people are dying in there because of Mohammed's father was his sickness in 600. So this is really what you're fighting in the war, as Iran. We're trying to liberate the people, not bullets. And how are you? Michael, thank you very, very much for that call. I think you need help, my friend. I'm going to be honest with you. Half of what you said, I had no clue what you were saying. 617-26688 is the number. About the only thing I agree with is, no, there's something very satanic about this regime in Tehran. That there's no question. This is a demonic regime. They've been satanic and diabolical since they overthrew the Shah and stormed the embassy and took our people hostage. And they've been irrational fanatics, Shia fundamentalist fanatics, Islamists since day one. And they haven't changed. I'm sorry. I know Trump thinks this team is more pragmatic or this new leadership. You know, he says it's more pragmatic. It's a different kind of leadership. I'm not seeing that. By the way, just so that you know, I'm just reporting the facts. You make your own assessment or determination. When the ceasefire was announced, not only did the leadership and Iranian state media. declare this a huge victory, because for them, the primary goal of the war was to survive. So the fact that they've survived for them is a massive victory, that they now control the Strait of Hormuz. They're now in a stronger position than they were than when the war began. I know militarily they've been demolished, but from their point of view, the Strait of Hormuz is the prize. They figure, look, the bombs we can rebuild, the drones, the ships, the planes, all of it, even the production facilities that we've destroyed, you know, the missile and drone production facilities, important that we are, that, you know, as they are that got destroyed, that can be rebuilt and it can be rebuilt within a couple years. What they need is the money for all this. And controlling the strait now gives them hundreds of billions of dollars a year with now their tolling system, if they're allowed to get away with it. That's why for them, the strait is everything. The strait makes the war worth it. On the streets of Tehran and major cities, pro-regime supporters, what do you think they were chanting?

26:17

Death to America, death to Israel. They were burning American flags and Israeli flags. And they were chanting death to the great Satan, death to the little Satan. In other words, the same chance, the same slogans, it's still death to America. So, no, I'm sorry. You know, the expression, meet the new boss, same as the old boss. It's the same boss running Tehran. Sharon in Wilmington. Thanks for holding Sharon and welcome. Good morning. I just wanted to kind of piggyback on what some of the other ones that had just been calling up were saying. This is not a war that's all about financial abilities and running the, you know, the straight of Hamas there and everything, Hamous. And what it is is for them, it's... just a train stop on the way to the afterlife. I mean, everything earthly for them is just, you know, preparing for what they are looking at is their ultimate goal is to, you know, to have the afterlife. For us, we're trying to live on this planet. for the rest of our lives until, you know, we die, and then we're hoping that we'll go to heaven or whatever. But for them, it doesn't matter what happens here as long as they can possibly get to, you know, the afterlife and everything. So they're willing to give up everything. They pray five times a day. They stop whatever they're doing. They have to go pray five times a day. I mean, we don't do that. I mean, we follow. I follow Jesus. And I mean, the thing is, it's like I'd have to ask myself, would I be willing to give up for Jesus? You know, my house, all of my retirement earnings, my food, my children. everything and for them it's no question absolutely for me I would I would do the same thing too because I follow Jesus that much but I mean but not in the point where I would go and I would try to hurt other countries and everything well and hurt your children you know that's what I'm saying Sharon like look we whether you're religious or not This is what people don't understand. Let's say you don't go to church. You're an atheist. You're an agnostic, whatever. You're still immersed in a Christian worldview, whether you like it or not. That is the cultural, moral patrimony of the West. And so, for example, in the West, not just the United States, Canada, Europe, you know, obviously Australia, New Zealand, but we know it's the Western world. Individual life is sacred.

29:23

Individual life is precious. It has almost divine meaning. Like our declaration says, we are endowed by our creator, who's the creator, God. So our right with certain inalienable rights, the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So our right to life, our right to liberty, our freedoms, we believe as a nation come from God Almighty. That means every person is special. Every person has unique value and worth. That's why as a culture, to our credit, I know people are frustrated. I'm frustrated too. You know, why doesn't Trump, you know, just end this? We believe life is precious and sacred and special because we're all created in the image and likeness of God. Everybody. regardless of their race, their color, their gender, their sexual orientation, their age, their religious faith, their background. And so we would never say, let me sacrifice my children, put them on a freaking bridge, you know, or let me send my wife or my mother or my daughter or my sister, like women. Cover them head to toe so nobody can see them and then, you know, basically oppress them and then throw them on a power plant and say, hey, hey, the bombs are coming. You're going to die for Allah. To us, this is beyond primitive. This is evil. It's barbaric. It's savage. They're proud of it down there. Now, why are they proud of it? This is the key point. This is the mentality. This is what we're fighting now. Because in their view... It's not evil. It's good. And why is it good? Because you die as a martyr. There's nothing greater in their eyes, in their mind, in that corroded soul than to say, I died for Allah. I died in a holy war against the evil United States and the evil West. I am guaranteed, as they say, paradise. Paradise. If you're a man, 72 virgins. I hear them. If you're a woman, I don't know what you get. But whatever, it's nice. Your child, same thing. So believe it or not, in their sick, twisted mind, they're like, no, what are you talking about? It's the best thing I could do is to send my child on that bridge. By sending my child to that bridge, I'm almost praying for a missile to hit. Why? Because then my child, I deliver for my child what my mandate as a Muslim says I should do, which is to send my child to heaven with Allah. So this is why, and this is why Trump is like, that's why he said, open the effing straight, you crazy bastards. It was him almost exasperated. Like, what is wrong with you? All you get now is more death and destruction. You can't win. Everybody can see that. The war is over. It's done. And you're willing to sacrifice how many more of your own people? What is wrong with you? In their view, bomb the place.

33:07

You want to take out all the bridges. Take them out. Do you want to take out all the electric power? Take it out. You want to have our people die of starving. Take it out. No drinking water. We don't care. Millions die with, you know, hospitals. There's no power. Children and incubators die. We don't care. Why? Because they're dying for Allah. I'm giving my people the greatest gift they could have. And so that's what we're facing. Now, I'm telling you, in a way, it's even worse than the Nazis and the Imperial Japanese. Because at the end and end, even the Nazis, Himmler himself, this is Hitler now dead. Hitler's in the bunker. It's finished. Himmler offered to the West, I'll surrender, we want to work with you against the Russians. The emperor of Japan came out and said no more after the second atomic bomb. No. No. I'm not going to preside over the destruction of my people. No. There will be a Japan after this war that can rise from the ashes. These whack jobs, if they had things their way, in fact, that's what the Ayatollah said. That's why everybody's been worried about the Iranian bomb. He said, we get the bomb. We will use it on Israel. This will lead to the coming of the end of days, the 12th Imam coming down. The Iranian people answered back and said, at the time they were 70 million. Now it's 93 million. But at the time, which was like maybe 15 years ago. And they said, but that means 70 million people are going to die in a nuclear holocaust. Like, in other words, us? Like you're willing to sacrifice the whole country? And his answer is, you should be grateful to me. Because I'm going to make you all martyrs. You're all going to die for Allah. And that's when the opposition said, we've got to take this guy out. Like this guy's going to say, we're the sacrificial lamb in their holy war. By the way, they're accelerating executions now in Iran. They're hanging them from cranes. They're shooting them in their homes. It's a bloodbath now since the ceasefire because now they say all these people that opposed the regime and some cheered on the bombing or supported the bombing. They are, quote, spies and traitors. And as spies and traitors, the penalty is death. So as I speak to you now, there's stories everywhere. Over the last 48 to 72 hours. Thousands of Iranians are now being hunted down by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and the besiege militia. Basically the country's brown shirts. They are shooting men, women, children, you name it. They're shooting them in homes. They're shooting them on the streets. They're shooting them in universities. Wherever they can find them, they're killing them. With the full blessing of the Iranian judiciary. The Supreme Court of Iran has now blessed mass executions. That's why to go full circle, I said, don't start the war. Don't start the war. Either all or nothing. If you're going to do it, you've got to go all the way.

36:47

You got to go with ground troops. You got to topple the regime. You got to go all the way and take the political cost, whatever it is. Or don't do it. Just don't do it. Either way, you have a moral leg to stand on. But what we're now doing is the worst of all worlds. It's a half measure. It's a half measure. Bomb, stop. Bomb, stop. Bomb, but no ground forces. Cease fire, but maybe we can resume the bombing. And it's a mess. It's now becoming a mess. Sharon, thank you very, very much for that call. John in Westford. I may agree, disagree. I'm just giving you my honest opinion. John in Westford. Thanks for holding John and welcome. I think this whole thing is just kind of a joke. We control the straits. There's no way. I mean, what do they? They have no Navy. We have energy-directed weapons like we use in Venezuela. They could take out those islands. We have moabs that could just totally obliterate them. Trump-Gee Summit is coming up, and Trump's holding all the cards. He's holding China's energy and Europe's energy in their hands. The Gulf states are all on board now. They're behind us. And, I mean, are they going to take tugboats out there and give them a toll or send them an orange thing in the mail like the mass pike saying you owe $2 million? It's all, and Trump just keeps promoting. Oh, they have the straight. They have the straight. I mean, we can take that straight. We have the straight. We do. It's all a negotiating gamut that Trump is using, and it will be taking the tolls off the table. We'll just show, look, Trump, another win, you know, that they're off the table. Well, the problem, John, is, yeah, they are using boats to drop mines. So there's a lot of mines already. And if they don't direct you through the strait, the mines will blow up the ships. And so tankers now aren't moving because they're afraid. But what they also have is they have these low-cost drones. They're like, what is it, $5,000 bucks a pop. And drones are attacking ships. And they can blow up ships. And they also have anti-ship missiles, almost like shoulder-fired missiles. And that's how they're harassing all the ships. And that's why basically it's all through radio. It's maritime radio. where they're actually picking up ships and says, no, you're not going through, you're not going through. You want to go through. Fine, we'll let you through. They're not letting Western countries through. They let China through. They let others through. But even with China, they charge $2 million. So, I mean, they are charging tolls. It's happening. So until they stop charging tolls and until the mines have been swept out.
