Good morning, Cooner Country. Okay, you want to talk about the ultimate blank you. To you, to me, to anybody who believes in election integrity and honest elections in a stunning ruling. Absolutely stunning, shocking. I'm not going to sugarcoat this. Enraging ruling. The Supreme Court. 5-4 decision, 5-4, and I'm going to get to the five justices who voted in favor, upheld a Mississippi law, the Republican National Committee, along with the local libertarian and Republican Party in Mississippi, sued Mississippi's mail-in ballot law. And the Supreme Court upheld Mississippi's mail-in-balloting law. And in essence, what the Supreme Court ruled yesterday was that it is legal, it is permissible, according to federal election law, to have mail-in ballots that are postmarked either several days before election day or on election day itself. And even if they arrive days later, In Mississippi's case, there is a five-day grace period. So even if they arrive, three, four, five days after the election, they still must be counted. They're still considered valid. They must be counted. and be processed and have those votes put into the tally to determine the eventual winner or the eventual loser. Now, what the Supreme Court did is they have now entrenched, as I said, on X last night, and essentially legalized cheat by mail. That's exactly what they did. What they now say, this is, it's a huge victory for the Democrats. They were cheering yesterday. Many of the people who defended the Mississippi law, people like Mark Elias, were the people who helped entrench and put in the mail-in voting balloting system, the universal mail-in balloting system, enabling Joe Biden to steal the election in 2020.

And so according to the Supreme Court, we now no longer have election day. We have election week. We have election month. And it can go on and on until the Democrats get the vote count that they need in order to win slash steal an election. Now, the person that wrote the majority opinion, Wasn't Sonia Sotomayor or Elena Kagan or Ketanji Brown Jackson, although all three left-wing justices supported the decision, obviously. But it was none other than conservative and Trump appointee Amy Coney Barrett. She wrote the majority opinion along with Chief Justice John Roberts. And I'll get into the nitty-gritty of the decision because this is going to have massive implications heading into the midterms. But let me just say this. As I said on X, I was not shocked that John Roberts, the Judas that he is, defected and voted with the three liberal justices. Of course he would uphold mail-in balloting. Of course he would uphold counting mail-in ballots days and days and days after election day. That's what he does. He enables the Democrats. He enables the swamp. He enables the corruption. That's what John Roberts is there for. But A2 Amy Coney Barrett, and even you? You support this, you sided with this, that to me was a betrayal. I was disappointed. Honestly, I was shocked. And Amy Coney Barrett, we have to face facts, is not turning into the Supreme Court justice we all thought she would be. And what she did to me was a betrayal of the American voter. was a betrayal of our elections, was a betrayal of President Trump, and really was a betrayal of the Constitution in our country. And according to Amy Coney Barrett, and this is the thin read that they were basing their entire decision on, the five majority justices. According to them, the federal law that there has to be a federal election, after the first Monday in November. In other words, the Tuesday after the first Monday in November, when we have federal elections or elections for federal office, according to Amy Coney Barrett in her majority decision, the law according to her says, yes, there has to be an election and ballots have to be cast by that date. But it says nothing, according to her in the statute, about, and I'm quoting now from the decision, ballots the receipt of the ballots. In other words, yeah, you have to go vote either before or on election day, which is the Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

But the federal law, the statute, says absolutely nothing about the receipt of those ballots. So just because, you know, you have to cast ballots, doesn't mean that you have to receive them or collect them or count them. On election day, you can do it a day, two days, three days, four days, in Mississippi's case, five days. Other states have seven days. California, it goes on for weeks and weeks and weeks. That essentially was her argument. So what she's basically saying is, yeah, mail-in balloting is kosher. casting a ballot on election day, postmarking a mail-in ballot, as long as it's done on election day, and then, of course, counting it then days later, that's fine. That's fine. Even though we know that the Democrats have been using this to cheat. Now, Samuel Alito, God bless him, wrote an absolutely blistering, blistering dissent, and a brilliant dissent. And his point, in essence, is we have Labor Day, we have Memorial Day, we have Christmas Day, we have a birthday. When you have a day, it means that day is the election. It's not Election Week or Election Month, so clearly the intent of the statute is everybody votes on Election Day. and then you collect the ballots on election day, and then you decide a winner, either election night or into the early morning the next day. So this decision, as he puts it, undercuts the very spirit, the very heart of the federal statute. He's completely right. And furthermore, As he said, we've done this in the past. For example, during the Civil War, whenever, you know, there were a lot of people on the battlefield. There were hundreds of miles away from home. They were fighting. Well, they had to cast an absentee ballot. All the ballots, according at the time, had to be received by Election Day. If they came in after Election Day, they were null in void. So, according to Samuel Alito, he says, look, we have the law, the plain meaning of the law. Number one, number two, the legal context, historical practice, historical precedent. It's obvious. No one intended for us to have elections that go on and on and on for days and weeks after election day. And then Samuel Alito said, listen, let me tell you what you've now done with this decision. His words, not mine. You are now guaranteeing that you are going to undermine the public's trust in elections and the integrity of our election system.

And all you're going to end up doing now, and he said this is an ominous threat to our country, is you are going to cast doubt on the legitimacy and the fairness of our elections. And he is completely right. He is completely right. The four justices who dissented, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh. Had Amy Coney Barrett just sided with the conservatives, mail-in balloting would be finished. Counting ballots for days and days after election day would be finished. And the Democrats would find it very difficult to steal elections the way they just did recently, for example, in California in the L.A. mayor's race against Spencer Pratt. And so now, when everything is said and done, as President Trump himself said, this is a massive victory for the Democrats, a huge defeat for him and the Republicans. Okay, a lot of despair out there in Cooner Country. Holy mackerel are the texts I'm getting extremely negative. Now, I just want to just point a few things out. Contrary to what the fake news media is saying, The Supreme Court ruling, and it was bad, there's no question. A, it was on the merits a horrible ruling. And in its consequences, the effects also very bad ruling. There's no question. You want my honest opinion, like I'm in the confessional, let me be brutally honest with you, I think they're trying to set up the steel in November. I think there's no question now. that this Supreme Court ruling clearly now legalizes cheat by mail. There's no doubt about it. And I think is going to now try to help or enable or empower Democrats to try to repeat what they just did in L.A. in California, except do it in the midterms across the entire country. I think there's no doubt in my mind. However, it's not as broad-based or as open-ended. as the media is trying to claim. The media is trying to claim it's, you know, unlimited, universal mail-in balloting. No, it's not that bad. What the Supreme Court said yesterday is mail-in ballots, absentee ballots, wherever you want to call them, if they are postmarked, okay, at the post office, or, you know, you drop it in the mail and it's postmarked. either before or on election day, and they arrive within a certain time frame. Now, Mississippi, it's five days. Other states say it's three days. Other states, so, you know, seven days, whatever. But if it comes in within that certain time frame, then they will be counted. They're considered valid, legitimate ballots, even though the election is over, election day is over. It's now a day, two days, three days, four days after election day. If they arrive, they will then be opened and they will be counted and of course they will count. But say they come in after five days, it depends. Every state has a different law. But, you know, then no, they won't be counted.

So it's not as if the Supreme Court said, hey, as long as the ballots keep arriving, you know, this could go on for months and months and months. So they did put some limits on mail-in balloting and the counting of these mail-in ballots. Okay, that's point number one. Point number two, if we pass the SAVE Act, and this is after this decision, And this is President Trump's point. As he put on, I'm almost quoting him verbatim now, on truth social, he goes after this horrible decision, he goes, now it's more important than ever. It's the most important thing is to get the SAVE Act passed. Because what the ruling states is, if Congress wants to pass a law that says limit mail-in balloting. And nothing can be counted. No ballot can be counted after election day. Congress has the right to do that. So, yeah, they're upholding cheat by mail in these blue states, yes. But they are opening the door saying, no, but Congress has the right to pass a law. And if Congress wants to pass a law that says, no, you could only count ballots on election day, and that's it. So if it, you know, I don't care if it's postmarked and if it arrives a day late or two days late, then we're just not going to count it. And that's, by the way, what the Save Act would do. The Save Act would limit mail-in balloting. You can't count ballots after Election Day, period, full stop. The mail ballots or the absentee ballots have to arrive either before or on Election Day. Otherwise, they're considered null and void, illegitimate ballots. So it does open the door if Congress will get off its rear end and pass the SAVE Act. We can still nullify and overturn all of this. Now, listen to President Trump. He was asked by a reporter about the mail-in ballot ruling yesterday, historic ruling. There's no question. And his answer, Now we need to save act more than ever. Roll cut to a mic. Mr. President, what do you make of the Supreme Court ruling today in regards to the mail-in ballots, and what comes next for the SAVE Act after today's ruling? Well, because of the mail-in ballot ruling, which was a little bit surprising, gives people... More time to vote illegally, let's say. But the SAVE Act is even more important, and that's the right. You have to be a citizen of our country. Okay, you have to show you're a citizen of our country called citizenship. Voter ID by photo, photo voter ID, and no mail-in ballots unless you're in the military disabled. You're ill or you're away, even on a vacation. We're being very open about it. It's pretty easy. and we'll have honest election. He's completely right. He's completely right. Now, let me just ask all of you. A couple of questions. I know many of you are sad. I know many of you are demoralized. I don't blame you. But look, we can't give up. We can't give up.

So I'm starting to get a little pessimistic now about, you know, what's going to happen with the birthright citizenship case. Am I wrong? 617-266-68 is the number. Derek in Brighton. Thanks for holding Derek and welcome. How you doing, Jeff? Amy Coney Barrett, she did stab Trump in the back. She stabbed everybody in the back. And Trump stood up for this woman by nominating her, too. But the other thing is, you know, if they're going to have, you know, allow mail and ballots, why doesn't Trump, you know, his supporters, he tells his supporters, okay, you want mail and ballots, then we're going to, you know, have mail, you know, well, I'm going to tell my supporters to, you know, to go do mail and balloting too. And, you know, and, you know, just. You know, go do it that way, you know, if you want to have mail and ballots so you keep counting and counting until after the polls close. But the other thing also is why can't Trump go with his name, Zoom, the Senate Majority Leader, and say, well, hey, let's make a deal to pass and save America act thing. What do you want? You know, why can't he go to him and these other rhinos and say, we've got to get this thing passed before the midterms, you know, because the Democrats are going to try and steal it like they stole that mayor's race. that primary, what was it in California? You nailed it. Derek, you nailed it. On every point, you nailed it. Derek, please don't go, because I do want to ask you a question. But just answer your two questions very quickly. Look, that's what Samuel Alito was hinting at. Okay, he didn't quite say it. Because, you know, he's a Supreme Court justice, and, you know, how do I say this? He's a polished, very smart, highly intelligent man. I urge everybody read his dissent. It's a brilliant dissent. Oh, my God, it's a brilliant dissent. I mean, he destroyed the majority. And by the way, he destroys mail-in-balloting. The whole concept of mail-in-balloting, the history of male-in-balloting. He goes on about how it's failed everywhere it's been tried. He names country after country after country that has tried mail-in balloting. And he lists how corrupt it is, how rife with voter fraud. I mean, he annihilated him. To me, I hope he takes that dissent and turns it into a book, you know, a small, thin book, because the whole country should buy it and read it. But that's Samuel Alito's point, Derek, exactly what you said, so eloquently and powerfully. He's basically saying, you're going to turn elections into a free-for-all.

He goes, I'll tell you what's going to happen. The other side is going to do what you guys do. Because they're going to have no other choice. So they're going to start ginning up as many mail-in ballots as possible. And there's going to be ballot harvesting and ballot trafficking. And by the way, it's easy. And I'm going to get to this a little bit later. This stuff that it's postmarked means nothing. It's nothing. You can fake a postmark. I mean, that's the easiest thing to do. So he says, you're going to see now a slurry. That's the word that he used, S-L-U-R-R-Y. He said, you're going to now see a slurry of all of these mail-in balloting procedures explode. And he's basically saying Republicans are going to do it too, and Trump is going to do it too. And then what happens when you have so many freaking ballots that there are more ballots than people? Then what do you do with an election? Then the whole country is plunged into a constitutional crisis. So you're absolutely correct, Derek. They're forcing Trump now to play the Democrats game and to basically beat the Democrats at their own game. So voter fraud is now going to be part of the American way. There's no other way. If you don't, you get wiped out. You're Spencer Pratt. You just get, I mean, you win on election night, and before you know it, they keep counting and counting, and suddenly you're gone. You've been defeated. Now, to your second point, which is just as good as your first point, Derek, look, this is what Trump is now starting to realize. There are these rhinos in the Senate, Lisa Murkowski, you've got Thom Tillis now, you've got Bill Cassidy, you've got Susan Collins. They will not vote for the SAVE Act because they are determined to defeat Trump in November. They're not thinking as Republicans. They're thinking as anti-Trumpers. And so you can offer John Thune the moon. That's what John Thune is telling Trump. He goes, look, buddy, you can offer me a trillion dollars. I can't move them. I can't move them because they hate you so much. And they want to undermine and destroy you so much. They know that the Save Act means the Democrats can't cheat. And if they can't cheat, they can't win. But they want Trump to go down. And so they're willing to lose the House and the Senate. In other words, their power just to sink President Trump. And the question is, how much has Lisa Murkowski been bought off? Because she has been bought off. I don't know if it's by Soros. I don't know if it's by this guy, Neville Roy Singham, the Chinese communist billionaire. I don't know if it's Alex Soros. I don't know if it's Bill Gates. Someone is paying her a lot of money. She is out to bring Trump down. Mitch McConnell is out to bring Trump down. You know, I can run to you. There's about four or five of them. They will not vote for the SAVE Act. Their constituents in Alaska, the SAVE Act is 95 to 5. Derek, 95% of the constituents in Alaska, 95% support the SAVE Act. Lisa Murkowski's still against it. That's how determined she is to bring Trump down. So...

That's the box that he's in. And so my question to you, Derek, in the wake now of this decision, in the wake of this entrenched, corrupt opposition, and they are corrupt, they're bought off, what does Trump need to do? Does he need to declare a national emergency? And by declaring a national emergency? He can then say, you know what? No more voting fraud. No more cheat by mail. That's it. You vote. You vote in person. Or if you're going to do a mail-in ballot, it has to arrive on election day. Anything after election day, it's not counted. What say you? Actually, well, I'm not to, when you say he. should declare a national emergency. I don't quite understand that part, Jeff, but... I don't know. What about primary in these rhinos? Like Fulm, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Mitch McConnell. He's on his way out the door, isn't he? I mean, what about, I don't know if you can primary these people. No, you can. Derek, you're right. You can. Except, you know, you have to wait until, I mean, Mitch McConnell's on his way out. Thom Tillis is on his way out. Bill Cassidy from Louisiana, he got primaried. He's on his way out. But their replacement's only going to be installed. They're going to sit them in in January of next year. Okay, let's put our cards on the table, my friends. I think it's quite obvious that Chief Justice John Roberts has compromised and has been for a very long time. I saw that with the infamous Obamacare ruling. which made absolutely no sense whatsoever. And it's an open secret. In Washington, it's been an open secret now for 15 years that the deep state has, again, what the Russians call compromise, compromising information over him and his family. And what they're blackmailing him with, and this is blackmail. is obviously the adoption of his children, which was an international adoption in Ireland. And for whatever reason, I don't know quite the specifics, but there were some illegalities or technical illegalities that were done in that international adoption that could be used against John Roberts. And so they have them by the, you know, they have them by the short hairs, as they say. Now, with Amy Coney Barrett, this is a little bit more interesting because money is not her thing. No one, I haven't heard anybody say anything about her bank accounts or that she's taking money because that's just not her thing. She's apparently a very devout Catholic. They have a large family. She herself has adopted, I believe, several kids from Haiti.

on top of her natural biological children. She is, however, extremely devoid, which is a great thing. Don't get me wrong. But she is extremely devoted. She's what they call, you know, a mama bear. She is very devoted to her children. And she strikes me as scared. Scared that someone has threatened her kids. scared that someone has threatened her family. But she looks to me a little bit like a little rabbit. I'm not saying this to be insulting. I'm just being honest. She, you know, she's jumpy. She's nervous. She looks frightened in her eyes. I look at her rulings. And I say, this is not the Amy Coney Barrett who taught law, constitutional law at Notre Dame University, was an absolutely brilliant conservative. an originalist, a constitutionalist, who everybody was saying, this is the female version of Antonin Scalia, that she was going to be a female Scalia with her brains, her intellectual firepower, her conservative principles. That's why Trump nominated her. That's why he appointed her, and that's why she was confirmed. And she has turned out to be a very, very different Supreme Court justice. Number one, she's silent as a mouse. She hardly says anything in oral hearings or oral arguments. She's apparently quiet behind the scenes as well. So she seems to be intimidated. And she's making rulings that just make from her conservative philosophical worldview. make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Like no sense whatsoever. And so to me, I don't know if they've threatened her. I don't know if they've intimidated her. I don't know if they've threatened her children. Now, if that is the case, I feel very bad for her and her kids. Please, I don't want to come across as insensitive because that's the last thing I am. But if you're afraid to do the job or you've been threatened or intimidated, to the point where it's compromising your decisions. I'm sorry, you have an ethical, moral, and I believe constitutional obligation to step down from the bench because you're compromised. Not in a corrupt way where you've committed a crime and you're being blackmailed or you're taking money or, you know, you're doing something illegal or nefarious or greedy or no. But if, you know, you're not able to fully properly function and, you know, do your duties as a Supreme Court justice, well, then I'm sorry. You know, I really do. I mean, look, I'm sure she could go back to teaching. Almost any university would want her. She could make extremely good money. And, you know, I don't think, you know, feeding her family would be a problem. But if someone has intimidated you or threatened you, in particular your children or your family, and it's affecting your judgment, and I think it is, then I'm sorry, you've got to go. You have to step down.

because she's turning now, for me anyway, into the biggest disappointment on the Supreme Court after John Roberts. I mean, we fought like hell for John Roberts when he was first nominated a while back. So to me, no one is going to outdo John Roberts. But I got to tell you, some of her decisions, ay, aye, aye, aye. Now, I want to ask all of you, because this is really the central issue. that they decided on, and it's the central issue now around our elections. And, you know, I said it at the time of COVID. I said, mark my words once they implement mail-in balloting. And you see how easy it is to cheat and to steal elections. and to almost manufacture unlimited fraudulent ballots, okay, the rampant voter fraud that inevitably always comes when you have mail-in balloting. It's everywhere it's been tried, the same thing has happened again and again. I said, you watch, we're never going to get rid of it. Remember, this was, what was it, six years ago, I said, you watch, now that they have this system in place, good luck trying to get rid of mail-in ballots. Because now it's too easy to steal. It's just too easy. And so there were too many vested interests at stake. There's too much power and money on the line to give up that kind of control over our election system. And so that's exactly now what's taking place. You can't get rid of this mail-in balloting. And look at them. They're putting up every obstacle, every hurdle, anything they can do to keep this system afloat, even though the American people clearly say, we want this thing profoundly reformed. We want it ripped out root and branch. Confidence in our elections has dropped like a stone. Who honestly believes that our elections are free and fair anymore? And that all stems from mail-in balloting. And especially this insane process whereby they just keep counting for days, even weeks, and then all of a sudden you're ahead on election night and then Shazam. Three, four, five, six, seven, ten, twelve, fourteen,

And they declare the other person the winner. And it's usually 99.9% of the time a Democrat. And frankly, the more radical the Democrat, the more likely they're the ones who stole it. So this is where we are. And they're not going to change it. And you have these Judas Republicans who are against the SAVE Act. Because I'm telling you, they're bought and paid for, their controlled opposition, on top of the fact that they so want to hurt Donald Trump. They want him impeached so bad. They could taste it. They want his administration to be undercut and paralyzed so bad. They'll give up the House, they'll give up the Senate, they'll even give up their own chairmanship on committees, just to see Donald Trump go down. And that's why they will never, ever pass the SAVE Act. Unless we tell them it's going to be their political death knell. Unless they know very clearly, this is political suicide. Political hiri-kiri, as the Japanese say. Okay, you're finished. Politically, you're done. Now, I got to ask you. At the heart of this whole sheet by mail system and at the heart of yesterday's 5-4 ruling, should states be allowed, like Mississippi is an example, should states be allowed state officials, state election officials, to count mail-in ballots? that were sent on or before election day, and then they're received after election day. In other words, they're postmarked, say a day or two before the election or on election day itself, but then they arrive days later after the election, and yet they just count them and count them as legitimate ballots. And usually they're the decisive difference in every election. Should we have mail-in ballots counted after election day? I say hell no. The Supreme Court now, five to four, led by Amy Coney Barrett, has said yes. Liberals and Democrats and the media are cheering. President Trump has said himself, his words, this is a, quote, tremendous loss, unquote. And now President Trump is telling Republicans in the Senate, you've got to pass the Save Act. And she was really livid at Amy Coney Barrett. Because she said, look, John Roberts, I expect him to stab us. He always stabs us. And the three liberal justes, they're a joke. Okay, they're just a rubber stamp for the Democrats. But Amy Coney Barrett, we expected better and we should get better. And I'll tell you exactly what I told Grace. I go, she effed us. I go, they effed us. The Supreme Court, those five justices, led by Amy Coney Barrett, pardon my French, but that's what I said. I said they effed us. That's what that voting, that's, and the American people are getting screwed. We're getting screwed again. We have a right to honest, free, and fair elections. We have the right to election integrity. No other country does this. Literally, no other country do elections go on for days and days and days. I'm talking even third world countries. Not to insult third world countries. I'm telling you, this doesn't happen in Ethiopia or Somalia or Senegal or take your pick. maybe a day after the election, you know, because they don't have quite the technology that we have. Maybe, you know, if the election's held on a Tuesday, you find out the winner, say, on Wednesday. Okay, that's it. Max. Max, usually, by the way, it's election night. It may be 11, midnight, 1 o'clock in the morning, but by election night, and it doesn't matter how big or small the country is. Some of these countries are hundreds of millions of people. India, 1.4 billion people, billion with a B, by the end of the night, you know who won. By the end of the night.

It's the largest democracy in the world. 1.4 billion, and they have an, you know, by 11, 11.30, midnight, they have a winner. Yes, it goes on and on and on. And of course, the Republican or conservative or mega candidate that's in the lead on election night, and then it's like, okay, so how many ballots are we behind? How many votes? Okay, so we got to make up 400,000? No, that's no problem. That's no problem. Just give us a couple days, and we'll give you 600,000, okay? So not to make it too obvious. And they do it again and again and again. A, how is this not the most important issue in our country? It trumps everything else. If you don't have honest elections, you don't have a country. And so, Mags, my question to you, honestly, very simply, you said she's been compromised from the beginning. What do you think in particular? they have over Amy Coney Barrett. I will be going to Plum Island on Saturday morning, riding around with the Jeep with all the flags on it, just to piss those people off because I'm sick of these people that don't love America. We are a great country with great people. And what is the matter? If you don't like it here, go somewhere else, please. Get out. We don't need you. We need people here that love our country and want to see it be great again. I want an American flag on every household in this country. It used to be that way, Jeff. Can you think, go back 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, 50 years, 60 years. Like, you're going to get a headache because you're like, well, it's true. They never crossed the Democrats, ever. They have a lifetime appointment, lifetime tenure. It doesn't matter. When the Dems put a hack on that court, that hack stays loyal to the Democrats on every issue 100% without fail. It's only our side. Have you noticed that? It's always our side. I can name you justice after justice after justice. They came in staunch conservative. They get on the bench. They stab us in the back. Starting, by the way, with Sandra Day O'Connor under Reagan. That was Reagan's first picked at the Supreme Court. She was supposed to be a conservative. And first female ever to be on the Supreme Court stabbed Reagan repeatedly. You know, Anthony Robert F. Kennedy Jr., another one. I mean, I could just give you example after example after example. So, you know, you get John Roberts, Chief Justice John Roberts. Aye, aye, y, this guy. I remember in the buildup when he was first nominated. Oh, he's a Conservatives, conservative. Oh, you've got to see his record. Oh, his paper trail, his previous decisions. Oh, my God. He was the second coming of Robert Bork. Now it started with Obamacare and it's gone downhill ever since. By the way, Samuel Alito is brilliant. I love Clarence Thomas. I love Gorsuch. I think that's the triumvirate of the Supreme Court. Those three are the rock of the Supreme Court in terms of conservatives. But Samuel Alito, his mind, his constitutional grasp, his decisions or dissents, it doesn't matter. He is the heir to Scalia. He's a brilliant, outstanding justice. I'm telling you, read the dissent, holy mackerel. He destroys mail-in balloting. I'm like, just read. If I was Trump, I'd call in my advisor and say, guys, I want you to read the dissent, and then I want you to read it again. This guy has given us everything we need to destroy the argument in favor of mail-in balloting. And anyway, well, you know, he led the dissent. It was 5'4. He was leading the four against it. And now we are where we are. And so I want to ask you, should absentee ballots, mail-in ballots, be counted days and days after election day?
