During the winter doldrums, restaurant workers aren't exactly rolling in the dough. Many getting their tax returns done early, hoping for a quick refund. But this year, they're finding out their refund checks will be bigger, much bigger. Several folks have already filed their taxes and have already seen substantial increases of anywhere between $15 to $2,500 increase in their tax return this year. Tax experts say this is because President Trump's one big, beautiful bill act made more than 100 changes.

In Boston, they're going to find a way to take all the money that you're, that the door dash grannies and everybody else as a tipped employee is going to, is going to be making. The city of Boston under Mayor Wu, the Wu Klux Klan, the no white people need apply mayor of Boston. She's come up with a new tax, a new tax on delivery drivers. Cut 32. Well, it's not so much the delivery drivers. It's really the companies that they work for. They may be forced to pay hundreds of dollars in fines per day or per order depending on this offense, or rather their offense, because of this new ordinance. And it really goes after those third-party companies. So think like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. It's defined as delivery companies that make at least one million deliveries nationally each year. Those companies now have... to register with the city of Boston and require their drivers to hold a city issued permit, provide proof of insurance, and share data about the deliveries with the Boston Transportation Department. Boston City Councilor Sharon Durkin said Boston is the first city to do this. And the reason being, there are a ton of these delivery scooters and mopeds that you have seen around town. Mayor Michelle Wu, who initially filed this ordinance, says there's been growing concerns about reckless driving. illegal parking and increased traffic congestion. And so the hope is that by enacting this ordinance, it will hopefully ease some of the fears that some people have about potentially being injured by a driver that is not insured or that is unlicensed. You know, illegal? They're really going to be monitoring this ordinance for the first year and getting that information and seeing. We're going to make sure it's only enforced against Americans. Giving you that information. But for right now, we're live here in Boston. Yeah. Does anybody think any illegal aliens are going to be lugged for not having permits or insurance? And by the way, how did they get this identification that they're going to be required to get? I thought Democrats and illegal aliens couldn't find it and women couldn't get identification, let alone insurance. How? By the way, Sharon Durkin, the city council. She's the spokeswoman. It's a portal you created in that letter that to us, your office cited. that it would hinder your abilities to govern the commonwealth how is that possibly a reason oh well So in terms of transparency, I mean, at least as governor, I try to be as transparent as possible. I have to go back and look to see what was done. The AG's office says your office set it up and they were just reviewing this. No, no, we set it up together. So is it transparent for a portal that you co-created to? block information that's sent to it. It seems like you're just not releasing the, you know, releasing unfavorable information. Yeah, the portal was set up because we were receiving so many complaints about unlawful and really cruel and egregious activity by ICE agents in Massachusetts. And I know the AG's office and my office, I thought it was important that people have a way to report that information. And I'm telling you how we, I hope to God, this interrupts all these government workers from getting their Dunkin' Donuts and their coffees in there. Let them walk their butts over to the store themselves and stop complaining and making themselves a damn menace. Yeah, you know, I learned about when I worked in Brighton, and I'd go through the crosswalk to the big parking garage. You know, about the first time, the second time I almost got run down and I looked up and I saw it was an illegal alien driving. I knew crosswalks don't matter anymore, right? Thanks for the call. This is a terrible. I don't know if this guy's illegal or not. A driver. He's a driver. His name is Mario Hernandez of Brockton. He was charged in connection with an alleged drunken crash that claimed the lives of two Americans in Brockton last year. Mario Hernandez, 32, was charged with motor vehicle homicide operation under the influence of liquor and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He was released, he killed two people, two Americans. He was released on $5,000 bail. $5,000. family members reacted with disgust after the conditions of hernandez bail were announced in court tuesday apparently this is a new marahili judge shocking it's shocking it's like he went into a candy store and stole a candy bar and he's let out on bail said aaron pratt the mother of one of the victims i don't get it he literally stepped on my son's body to get out of the car Hernandez was drunk when he was driving a Infinity Q50 that collided with a box truck. Shane Spillane, 26, one of the passengers of the Infinity, was taken to Brockton Medical Center South, where he was pronounced dead. Another passenger, Justin Pratt, died from injuries sustained during the crash. Oh, boy. 844-542. Crosswalks. We don't need no stinking crosswalks, gringo. I figured it out by myself. This is a terrible story from South Carolina. And this is, again, this is about illegal aliens driving. There were two little kids. This was on Sunday afternoon in South Carolina.

Two little kids were on the sidewalk with their bikes, a 12-year-old and a 9-year-old. And an illegal alien, drunk, drunk illegal alien, goes up onto the sidewalk and kills these kids. And one of them was killed right in front of his mother. This is, thank you. Much gracious. Jose Biden and all the rest of the Democrats. Cut one. was denied for the man charged after two children were killed while riding their bicycles in Spartanburg County. Investigators say Ari Perez was going down Asheville Highway when he drove off the road and hit them on the sidewalk. Perez will remain behind bars at the Spartanburg County Detention Center and that's where we find Naomi Popa who was in the courtroom and shares the heartbreaking story Naomi.

Well, guys, I'll tell you this. These mothers were pleading with the judge this afternoon, visibly shaking and in tears as they described this horrible incident that happened to their two children, asking the judge to deny bond. And that's exactly what happened. They talked about the lasting effects that this will have on their families, and one of the mothers of those children, even witnessing the entire incident. I watched him almost hit me. And then I ran to my son and I held my son while he bled to death. Megan and her family member stood tall in court Monday afternoon while the man charged in connection with the tragic deaths of two children awaited a judge's decision on bond. Bond is here by denied. But before that decision, the judge heard from the Seventh Circuit solicitor Barry Barnett, County Coroner, and other family members. According to Barnett, following the crash on Sunday, Perez was unable to provide a field sobriety test. His words were slurred, and he could not hold himself up while responders were asking him questions. Barnett says Perez lost control at a very high rate of speed, and according to witnesses, went off the road and hit the two children. Now I have to bury my brother. that looked up to be on his own birthday. The two kids are 12-year-old Daryon James Robbins and 9-year-old Mikhail Lee Smith. The two were best friends, according to their mothers, and frequently spent time together. The family is now pleading with the public to take drinking and driving seriously. They don't have the chance to live their life to the fullest. If you decide to drink, stay at home. It is not a... Home, Mexico. A driving activity. It's not fun. It's not cool. For everyone young and old, it's not cool. Perez was charged with two counts of felony DUI resulting in death, open container, and driving without a license. He will appear for his court date in general sessions on June 18th. Now, according to the judge immigration has sent over a detainer on Perez, we have reached out to ICE to see what his legal status is here in the U.S. and whether he has any visas. As soon as we learn that information, we'll share that with you. I mean, you're not going to leave that story, but why did they wait till, you know, two and a half minute story, and they wait till the very end to tell you the guy's an illegal alien, as if you didn't already know it? And do you think you're going to see that story tonight on any of the network newscast? That was last night, a local story. Two American kids mowed down by a drunken illegal alien on a Sunday, beautiful spring Sunday afternoon in South Carolina. And do you think anybody at the New York Times, the Washington Post, MS-13, DNC, CNN, you think they care, the Boston Globe, you think they care about this story? Muches gracias, Jose Biden. I can say briefly about Mr. Eric Swalwell resigning from Congress yesterday. I do not, in my opinion, see that as an active accountability at all.
