The woman told police that the man identified as Alberto Vasquez Hernandez arrived at her home around 2 p.m., repeatedly knocked on the front door and was told to leave. Man is facing charges after a child gave birth in a parking lot. Oconi County deputies say they got word of this child delivering a baby in the parking lot of Oconi Memorial Hospital. After doing an investigation, deputies say they found evidence that 43-year-old Louis Armando Argueta Montaio of Seneca engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim from 2022 to 2025. Deputies were called to ECU Health North Hospital on March 19th regarding a sexual assault victim. On Tuesday, officials say Mendoza surrendered to law enforcement and was served with an outstanding warrant. According to Warren's law enforcement was not able to determine Mendoza's current citizenship status. The court records show he was born in Mexico.
