97 segmentsThe man has been captured. They're going to his apartment. I guess he lives in California. And he's a sick person, a very sick person. Someone has to do it. See, when I say that, everyone knows exactly what I need. I want to watch himself. And I can't watch a dead person suffer. Why can none of you aim? It's a dangerous profession. But I don't view it that way. Look, I'm here to do a job as part of the job. Live from the Burnah Less Lethal Pistol Pistol Studio, it's Howie Car. Welcome to the Howie Car Show, 844-542, very, very busy newsday. This just tweeted out by Paul Sperry. He's a very good investigative reporter. I think he works for real clear investigations. Breaking an arrest warrant has been issued for former FBI director, James Comey, for multiple federal grand jury charges in North Carolina. Oh, that's good. That's good. North Carolina is kind of semi-purple and there are a lot of... A lot of comrades have moved into the state, but still, rather try a case in North Carolina than in the District of Columbia or Maryland. Multiple federal grand jury charges in North Carolina related to an Instagram image he posted last summer, allegedly threatening the president. U.S. Marshals will execute the arrest. I trust them a lot further than I trust FBI agents. They're the ones who found Whitey Balger after all, not the FBI after looking for him for 20 years, 15 years. James Comey publicly claimed at the time that he did not create the threatening 8647 image, but merely stumbled upon it while walking on the beach and photographed it. It's not clear what he told federal agents who interviewed him about it. Well, you know, it is a crime to lie to federal agents, which he should know as the former director of the FBI and a former U.S. attorney. But, you know, he is arrogant as all get out. I'm trying to use some of these old expressions you don't hear much anymore after Kash Patel said, come again. To Dave Balls. We do have Todd Blanche from his press conference just about maybe 25 minutes ago. Good afternoon. Today, a grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts. The first count is at honor about May 15th of last year. He knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States. Count two, same day, May 15th, 2025, that the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting an interstate commerce of communication that contained a threat to kill the president of the United States. Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment.
of 10 years. It was a joke. That's what Jimmy Kimmel said. That's what James Comey will say. It was a joke. Have you no sense of humor? God. 844-542-44-7-74. This is the best news of the day. I'm pretty happy about Anthony Fauci's guy going down, too. But in the Eastern District, I don't know if the Eastern District goes to Raleigh. You'd have a problem with Raleigh. Raleigh is like Austin or Ann Arbor. But it has become like them. But, you know, Wilson, to be nice to Wilson, Rocky Mount. I like to get a jury of James Comey's peers in Rocky Mount. Siler City. It doesn't mean much to you if you haven't spent a lot of time in the Tar Hill State maybe, but take my word for it. 844-542. Time now for the Chumpline.
Senator Richard Blumenthal said he fought in World War 11. It's going to be hard to top that one today on the jump line. If you're going to listen to Jimmy Kimmel, take Sleepy Joe's one-time sage advice. Don't, don't, don't. Yeah. I mean, nobody would think of listening to the whole show, what is it, an hour long? But then you see the snippets that they get posted on social media, and you wonder, why did I just waste 35 seconds on that? Today's chump line is brought to you by Eagle Rivet Roofing. Eagle Rivet Roofing delivers the strength, precision, and craftsmanship you can rely upon. Serving all of New England and New York. It's the biggest set of ears in the White House since Obama was president.
Well, we've got a great cut. I don't know if we'll have time to play it today of Johnny Carson after President Reagan was shot in 1981. They postponed the, whatever the music awards or Academy Awards were for a night. And it was such a classy presentation. And just with good humor and the crowd. of beautiful people, all in white tuxes and white tails. And they all were totally, totally respectful and good-natured. It was America. I can't believe it. You know, the America of 1981 is gone. Some people fought in World War 11. Again, and you believe it that the feds are rated today where she studied history, the quality leering center. We're not careful. Trump's going to lead us right into World War 12. Hey, Jared, they've just got a good suggestion on the text line. Play John Kerry, it was a botched joke. Do we have a, do we have a, we'll have that in a moment. We'll have the response. Everybody knows. I botched a joke. That was John Kerry. Do we have a response from Jimmy Kemmelto? Probably the same, same response. Go ahead.
The correspondence dinner was supposed to be fun, but shots were heard before it had even begun. When the bullets flew, everybody knew. Another moonbat with TDS at a gun. Comrades in the news, yet again. Howie, did you hear about Ilhan Omar? She goes to 11. 11 Ilhan Omar. That's her new name. You know, I.L. That's 11, too, right? Loving. Did you hear Jenga's car drawing on about the press correspondence dinner? I'm gonna guess he's never been invited since he's never been a real journalist. But if he were there, I bet it would have gone a little something like this. Sir, everyone has to leave immediately. Back off, pal. I'm not leaving until I fill my leftovers back. No, sir, you must leave now. You know who I am? Yes, I know who you are, Mr. Barnacle. Oh, I didn't come here to be made sportive.
I thought that was a funny guy, that agent from Hollywood, was there. And everybody else was, you know, running or diving under the table. And he was just eating his salad placidly. Pretty cool guy, I would say. Or crazy, maybe. You know Bill Will, Paul Nancy Pelosi and the ghost of Ted Robert F. Kennedy Jr. were cheering the woman, taking the wine from the tables at the White House correspondent's dinner. Yeah, I thought about that. I mean, I might have stayed and eaten my salad, but I don't think I would have grabbed the bottle. It's not going to do you much good if you're dead, is it? Dr. Anthony Fauci's law team said they will try to mask any indictments, and they need 15 days to flatten the guilt. 617 Jonathan Turley from Fox says this case is going nowhere. He was very surprised Todd Blanche moved forward because it makes Trump and his people look foolish. They have nothing. I know we want to get them, but after a while we look like fools. All they do is dismiss the cases. It moves forward. You know what? They did it to us. We can do it to them. That's my feeling. Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

I'll bet he did. I'll bet he did. And you know what? His father fought in World War 10 and his grandfather fought in World War 9. I'm Howie Carr. Follow Howie on X. I've got to post a link with witty comment at Howie Car Show. Howie Car is back. Today's poll question is brought to you by Manzi Appraisers and Restoration in Woburn. Come to Manzi Appraisers in Woburn Thursday, May 14th from 2 to 5 for a live broadcast remote of the Howie Car Show. That's me. Bring your special heirloom to get a value from Dave Mansey and watch Justin Manning from J.J. Manning auctioneers auction off, Karen Reed's SUV. And of course, I'll have copies of my book, Mass Corruption, Volume 1, The Cops for Sale. Thursday, May 14th from 2 to 5 in Mansey Appraisers, 22 Prospect Street in Woburn. Jared, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at howie car show.com, is which deep state bureaucrat would you most like to see behind bars? John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Anthony Fauci, David Morins, or Christopher Ray. Anthony Fauci? Anthony Fauci is in a lead at 53%, 23% for James Comey, 18% for Brennan, 4% for Clapper, and 1% each for David Morrins and Christopher Ray. All right. This is an interesting text from 603. I worked under Anthony Fauci in 1978 at the NIH. I knew him before he became Anthony. Ha ha. He was one of the best, most knowledgeable and caring clinicians I ever met. His patients had a horrible deadly kidney disease called Wegener's Granulamatosis. He and a colleague developed a combination drug therapy that caused a basically complete remission with long survival. In the 80s, he became head of NIAID, just as the AIDS epidemic occurred. He seemed to transform into an overbearing administrator, which is what you saw when he later led the response to COVID. Another example of absolute power corrupting absolutely. That's an exaggeration, but you get the idea. I don't know that it's that much of an exaggeration, 603. I mean, he was pretty much absolutely corrupt. And so were all of his minions. And so were all of the politicians who backed him up of both parties. The people who, you know, shut down the barbershops and then got haircuts, hairstylings, because they were the face of Chicago. God help Chicago when it was Lori Lightfoot. Or had parties where only the servants, like Nancy Pelosi, where only the servants were.
The help were wearing masks, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Or shutting down everything in Chicago and then flying off in your private jet to Wellington, Florida, to your horse farm like J.B. Pritzker. God, those people were bad. So bad. 617, I already stole the Richard Blumenthal line, says Rubarb. Anything is, it's open source, the jump line. You can take it. By the way, I want to check in, you know, why is Janet Mills running behind a Nazi preppy who's never had a real job other than being in the service? This is one reason. She has been such a bad governor. This is from Channel 8 in Portland. This is about a lawsuit that's been filed for a female inmate in a main prison. Cut 16. A woman who's serving time at the main correctional center in Wyndham suing prison officials for allegedly violating her constitutional rights. Inmate, Katie Mountain says she was sexually harassed by her bunkmate, Andrea Bulsar, a transgender woman who is serving time for murder. Chief investigative reporter Nora Hogan has been digging through that complaint today. So Nora, can you tell us more about this? Yeah, Kathleen, John, Mountain and her attorney are fighting a main law that requires it made to be housed based on gender identity regardless of... their past or current anatomy. According to an updated complaint filed yesterday, Balcer forcibly kissed Mountain and threatened to rape and suffocate her. When Mountain asked correction officers to move her cell, she claims they retaliated against her, sending her to solitary confinement and removing many of her privileges. This is her a lawyer. When you have a Democratic majority that is passing laws on a partisan basis, then we end up with this gender affirmation law. We're really disregarding the rights, safety, and privacy of the women inmates. Her attorney, who you just heard from, says sexual harassment and abuse has increased since officials adopted that gender affirmation law in 2021. According to state data, while overall reported assaults have increased, it's worth noting that that's due to a higher number of unsubstantiated and unfounded reports. The number of substantiated claims has remained steady during that time period. This filing comes amid an ongoing debate over gender policies in Maine as the U.S. Department of Justice investigates Balser's placement in a female prison. Gender policies. I love that. And by the way, the reporter said he threatened to rape and suffocate her. On the Chiron, it said rape, suffocate and impregnate her.
Just horrible. It's not based on past or current anatomy. In other words, guys are welcome in women's prisons. I'm surprised there were any guys left in guys' prisons under these circumstances. You know, in Maine, anyway. It's not that way in every state, but in the blue states, this is the way it's going. 7-8-1. Wow, Anthony Fauci creates a virus that kills 1.1 million Americans and said he never funded gain of function research. How many young healthy athletes drop dead from vaccines? Yes, what do they call it, sudden, sad, sudden adult death syndrome. They take the shot, they're great athletes, mostly male, a couple of females, mostly male, and they drop dead. Sad. Sad that they had sads. We'll be back with Toby Larry. I'm Howie Carr. Live from the Burnah Less Lethal Pistol Pistol Studio, it's Howie Carr. Every month we are joined for a couple of segments by Toby Leary from Cape Gunworks in Hyannis on Cape Cod, and he's here to answer your questions about firearms. Sometimes we deal with, you know, breaking news. I think today we'll be asking him about shots fired and how many shots you should expect a cop to be able to hit in an enclosed area, and how many cops take a target. practice on a regular basis and it's required. How's it going, Toby? It's going great, Howie. Thanks so much for having me on. Never a dull moment these days, but, you know, here we are. We've got plenty to talk about as usual when it comes to Second Amendment, and, you know, not to mention the state of the union here in our country or in our, you know, in Massachusetts. So a crazy day, but we're... What do you make of... What do you think happened? Who do you think shot the Secret Service agent? Do you think he was hit by friendly fire? And don't you think that if we had some hero cops, hero secret service agents, we would have already seen the video off of the closed circuit TV? Yeah, you know, it probably was. I mean, there was so many cops and so many people armed in that building that when that guy, you know, just sprinted through it would be, that would be a tough shot for anyone to make. And, you know, enough people start shooting. I'm sure that's, you know, unfortunately the result is someone getting shot, you know. And it's a tough. situation all the way around. But it also shows the absurdity of gun control because this guy comes from California with a shotgun, you know, a Maverick 88 pump action shotgun that is like one of the most common guns on earth. And I know he had a handgun as well, but, you know, no one has ever advocated for the banning of that gun. and, you know, he still managed to... It's an assault weapon, Toby. Come on, it's an assault weapon. That's what they call... That's what they're going to call it, right? A lot of deer have been assaulted by that weapon over the past 50 years. But the thing is, you know, when somebody is that committed to an act of evil, I mean, he plotted the whole route, the train, the avoid, you know, this, that, make sure he didn't, you know, raise any red flags. And he was almost successful. You know, I don't know how close he got to the president, but. Still, the point I'm trying to make is that's too close. You know, that's really what it comes down to. And, you know, people are, it just shows the absurdity of trying to say, you know, we got to continue the constant search of a solution in search of a problem by making sure good people can't get guns so that bad people don't act out in ways like we witnessed. That's absurd. You know, it's never going to solve the problem.
Well, Margaret Brennan, the next morning on Face the Nation. I mean, she was just back to that Democrat mantra, common-sense gun reform. And you're right. I mean, how many guns are there in the U.S.? Toby? We don't know, but there's more guns than there are people, right? Yeah, I just saw a statistic today that I think it's like 46% of Americans own guns, and it's enough for every man, woman, and child to own 1.29 guns or something like... Right. So there's 450 million guns in the country. Almost a half a billion. You're not going to snap your fingers. Yeah. You're not going to do the I Dream a Jeannie nose twitch and make them all disappear, right? Especially from the hands of the people that you want them to disappear from. Because criminals will always have them after you take away the guns. You know, I hate to say it, Howie, but in this state, they've implemented Chapter 135, and one of the big things is registration. We know what happens after people register their guns. Confiscation quickly follows suit. And there are so many good people in this state that are just so nervous. They're like, how do I register my gun? And it's like, wow, you know, I never saw that coming. But I guess, you know, we are so willing to comply with unconstitutional gun laws that we, because we don't want to go to jail. That's the point. We're good people. We want to go home to our family at night. We want to, you know, be there for our employer and our church and our... kids soccer team on Sunday and we're volunteering at the whatever. The point I'm trying to make is because we are good people, we do what's asked of us and even if it's unconstitutional. And so, you know, we're basically sauntering our way into total gun confiscation and becoming like Canada or Australia or Great Britain. How about more appropriate to this moment, Toby, Iran? I mean, Iran, 90% of the people despise the Islamic Republic. But they can't. And they're being oppressed. 40,000 of them slain earlier this year in street demonstrations. And they can't do anything because they're disarmed. Right. Yeah, no, that's a great point. You're 100% correct. Everyone likes to point to, you know, I've even been guilty of it. I point to Paul Pot and Adolf Hitler as the standard of why you don't give up your guns, but yet you don't have to look that far back in history to see why we don't give up the guns because there's people like the... Iran Republic that would gladly mow you down in the street if your wife took off her burqa and showed her face. You know what I mean? It's insanity. Unfortunately, history has a horrible way of repeating itself. And 251 years after the shot hurt around the world, which was fought over gun control, which we just celebrated a week or so ago, here we are. The Royal Governor Morahili.
He's doing the same thing. I know. Justin from Boyle's Body Works has a good point. If it wasn't friendly fire, wouldn't he have been charged with shooting a federal agent? That's a good point, Justin, I think. Yeah. Yeah, you're 100% correct there. Yeah. I think you're right. You're on to someone. I think we're all... That's the tragedy of the situation. Yeah, 844-500, 4242.42, if you have a gun question for Toby Leary, give us a call right now. So you were at the Republican Convention in Worcester, which was kind of a mess. But you spoke, and how does the campaign look to repeal this terrible gun law that was passed by the legislature a couple of years ago? Yeah, you know, I just want to show the stark contrast. Unfortunately, it has become a totally political... partisan issue, like the Democrat Party of their official party platform. You go to the masdems.gov website right now, or masdems.com, I think it is. Look at their official party platform from September of last year. And they have, on page five, it says that they want to amend or revise the Second Amendment to impose meaningful. Revise the Second Amendment? Isn't that for a constitutional amendment? That's how you revise a constitutional amendment like repealing prohibition. Right. It's the only way, by the way. And they put it right there in the official party platform. And I'd like to, you know, juxtapose that to the mass. GOP, which endorsed the Civil Rights Coalition ballot committee to repeal Chapter 135, which has so many constitutional problems, not to mention process problems, the way the whole thing was just rammed through kind of under the cover of darkness. And we just conducted a national poll by a really good, well-respected poll firm. And one thing that we are very proud of how he is, 73% of likely voters in Massachusetts support the right to keep in their arms in the Second Amendment. 73%. That's higher than the percentage that want to cut the income tax from 5% to 4%. That's in a mere 59%. Yeah, and that, and I want to tell you, they weren't calling the gun clubs. The way the poll broke down, there was 10% Republicans, 30% Democrats, and 60% independence, and out of those people...
60% of them identified as moderate to liberal and 40% identified as conservative. And still, 73% of those polled support the right to keep in their arms in the Second Amendment. So our cause is a really good cause. And I believe because we're not encumbered by any one person or party platform or, you know, it's literally just a pure up and down Second Amendment vote. on the ballot. We're not, you know, encumbered by a political party in any way, shape, or form. We're seeing a lot of support from unlikely sources, from people who you wouldn't think of as supportive of the Second Amendment, but they are because they... Any Democrats in the legislature? Yeah, we've had some, we've definitely had, you know, Turco is our supporter. Oh, yeah. You know, the one thing. Yeah, he's legit for Went through. Yeah. Yeah. And the one thing that people don't realize is. Every single Republican voted against it, and we had one Democrat senator, and we had seven or eight Democrat reps vote against it as well. So it was bipartisan support against, and it was purely partisan for the enactment of Chapter 135. And I think that's important because people can realize, hey, We can buck the system as far as our official party is concerned and be in favor of constitutional civil rights. Because you think about it this way, Howie, with all the no-kings protests going on out there, These same people that attend the no kings protest, some of them want to give government the concentration of violence, right? Yeah. Take away and disarmize people. It's the Iranians. It's the Iranian. Look at the current events. This isn't. This isn't in a history book. This is going on right now in the Middle East. Let's see here. Let me take a call before we go to a break. We'll have time for a few calls when we come back. And again, while supplies last, right now, you can purchase a $100 gift voucher to Cape Gunworks in Hyannis, Mass, where... Toby runs and owns for just 50 bucks. Gift vouchers applicable towards classes or any in-stock products at Cape Gunworks and online at Cape Gunworks. Go to Howie Car Show.com and click on store to purchase these orders, limit two per order. Keith, you're next with Howie Car and Toby Leary. Go ahead, Keith.
Hi, Toby. Thanks for taking my call, guys. I have a question on the gun registration. I'm wondering if you had a gun or two or a 10 that you didn't want to register, but you had a house in another state. If taking them to that other state would allow you to get away from having to register in Massachusetts. Yes, it absolutely would, and I would highly recommend doing so because, you know, unfortunately, that's, you know, that's the way the law is right now, and you have until October to make sure every gun you own is registered, including frames and receivers that never were even... considered firearms in the eyes of the state. This is big time unconstitutional. It totally flies in the face of the 1968 Gun Control Act. And again, it precedes every major country that's ever registered guns like this has. resulted in confiscation or turn them in or, you know, whatever, and then here any results. Right. People are saying they're never going to register. The texters are saying they're never going to register a firearm in Massachusetts under any circumstances because registration today leads to confiscation later. That's from 774. They can't come after me for saying that. 774 said that. We're going to have to take a break, Toby, but we'll be right back with Toby, and we'll take a couple of more calls. We come back. Hang on the line. 844-5-400-42. I'm Howie Car. Howie Car will return.
Howie Carr is back. With us for one more segment is Toby Leary from Cape Gunworks. He's here to answer your questions about firearms. He's also the leader of the referendum campaign to repeal the onerous unconstitutional law that was placed on the books, thanks to Maura Healey and the supermajority in the legislature of Democrats a couple of years ago. And that's going to, go through just then it'll then it'll have to be enforced good good luck with that but anyway while supplies last right now there's a we have a cheap bastard deal going on you could purchase a one hundred dollar gift voucher to cape gun works in hyanus to toby's toby's great gun range for just fifty bucks It's applicable toward classes or any in-stock products at Cape Gunworks and online at Cape Gunworks. Following purchase, a coded certificate and instructions will be sent via email within two business days. Please enter the correct email address to ensure proper delivery. Limit two per order, two per order. All right, Toby, Texter wants to know is Maverick 88 a good shotgun for home defense? What do you recommend? It's kind of a budget shotgun. It works fine. It's a good shotgun. No issues with it whatsoever. I mean, we've sold a ton of them, and they're kind of a tried-and-true, good entry-level budget shotgun. I like a semi-automatic shotgun, Beretta 1301 or A-300, and they just came out with these for in a tactical model in 20-gauge. I really like the 20-gauge for home defense. a little less recoil than 12 gauge, still very effective. Shotguns have been used for home defense for hundreds of years. Just ask Joe Biden. Yeah, right. Right, 774 says, I know Toby's YouTube channel was taken down. Could you please ask him what's the best way to obtain current information from him? I really miss his channel. Yeah, we're still upset about that, Powie, but we're on Rumble and we're on X and we broadcast live three times a week now, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I'm sorry, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday on X, Rumble, Twitch, Facebook, sometimes Instagram, but mostly on Rumble and X. And I've got a lot of good content there, hundreds and hundreds of videos on both platforms. And the Civil Rights Coalition is where you can follow the ballot committee page. And so we're at Cape Gunworks. Just about everywhere other social media is found. We may even be doing a stint on We the Free. It's a paid platform for a lot of different content. And we're in talks with them. So that could be coming soon. Excellent. Let me get this last caller in here, Toby. Charlie, you're next with Howie Carr and Toby Leary. Go ahead, Charlie.
Hi, Toby. How are you doing today? Good. Go ahead. Quickly. I saw the added Smith and was an M&P 10 millimeters to the mass approved list. I just wanted Toby if you had any opinion on them. They ever knew on the carry cop that I'm not interested in. Yeah, excellent gun. The M&P line up, the whole line through and through is an excellent gun. A lot of people love the 10-mill. It's coming back, so you can get that. Plus, most shops are doing frames and slides now. You can pretty much get any gun you want that's on or off the roster. Excellent. Go to Howeycar Show.com.
