It's great to be here. You've been here before. Welcome back. Yes, I have when I was running for the Congress. That's right. I remember that. So glad to have you back. In your day job, you're in the insurance industry. The insurance agency business, correct. It's a car and home insurance. There you go. So what made you want to run for governor, State of Alabama? I'm tired of losing our freedoms. I really am. And I ran for Congress just to talk about what I wanted to talk about in the truth and what really... is behind the power in Washington, D.C. But then I thought, well, I can't change D.C. I think it's almost a lost cause, and a lot of it's controlled by the globalists and the financial policy that Congress has chosen. So I figured, well, the best way to get rights is local. So run for governor and bring our rights back. What rights have we lost? My gosh. I mean... The state of Alabama's Constitution clearly states, and Article 1, Section 35, and I'll read it, that the sole and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property. When the government assumes other functions, it is considered usurpation and oppression. Most of our... Most of what we're living through right now. I mean, what part of the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property is trying to go to the airport and all the security at the airport. And, I mean... You don't think that's necessary to have security? Yes, but I don't think it's the federal government's job to do it. Privatize it, then, is what you're saying. I think it should be privatized. If you go down there now, I remember... back in the 70s and 80s dropping people off at the airport, and you can drop them off, sit at the front door. Now you'll have someone coming out and almost shooting if you don't move your car and do circles around. Well, I wouldn't say they'd shoot you, but they certainly want you moving along because of what's happened with the terror threat. And 9-11 certainly changed the way we do a lot of things at big venues, and those threats are still out there. It's an evil world. And I think the two biggest responsibilities for government is to protect our borders and handle the internet. I think everything else is open for discussion, but as far as security goes, I think it's, you know, the government's got to be a part of that. I agree, yeah. We need, especially the borders, because, I mean, if you looked at Elon Musk and what he came out with, with the USAID, our government is not only funding, but orchestrating the people moving. or illegally coming to the United States has been orchestrated by or funded and orchestrated by NGOs being paid for with USAID. It's insanity. Yeah, what happened during those years, you know, is despicable. What...
has put our country in a position of right now. It's insane. They're not doing their job. I do want to get your thoughts on three major points that I know you are concerned about, and that's medicine, food, and education. We could talk for three hours on all of those topics. Yes, we could, yes. Quickly on medicine, where are you, and what's your biggest concern? After the seven years, and that's another reason I'm running, we've kind of lived through medical tyranny, and we were told a lot of things that aren't true. And we were told to take a lot of things that weren't really beneficial. I'm with you there. Especially in hindsight. Of course, it's 2020. But we have to rethink medicine. And my number three, I've got three big ones. It's food independence. You can't be free without being able to feed yourself. That is the definition of freedom. We need to bring food production back. Our food production has been taken over by Black Rock State Street and Vanguard, which owned controlling interest in 95% of our publicly traded companies, which includes food production. We have to bring it back locally. We have to feed ourselves locally. If the globalists do do something and get upset and make a major shake-up, we won't be able to feed ourselves. So it's the definition of freedom. Alabama has to be able to feed Alabama. I like that, too. I'd like to pay our teachers more money, double their salary, and I'd like to help our farmers do a lot more food production here and be self-sufficient than that. I couldn't agree with you more on that. Education, what's your biggest concern? Is the government control of education, and it resulted from Rockefeller taking over education 100 years ago, and it's... almost like they're intentionally not teaching our children. They teach memorization in school and they teach compliance. And that's not critical thinking. We need to bring critical thinking back to our students and also virtues. And Ben Franklin's got a 13 Virtue program. And the way to be free is to be virtuous, and only the virtuous can be free. That was Benjamin Netanyahu Franklin. Okay. Now, we've got about four minutes left. I'd like to get your thoughts on why you decided to sue Tommy Tuberville on a residency issue. Because he doesn't live in Alabama and hasn't for close to 20 years. There's two different... rules to run for senator compared to governor. The governor, you have to live here for seven years. Exactly, the seven years continuously up to when you're elected. He moved out of Alabama after he quit Auburn, or was paid $6 million to leave Auburn, and he went to Texas Tech in 2010. And then he went to University of Cincinnati. And when he decided to retire, and he publicly said this on TV, well, I hung up my whistle and moved to Florida to live at the beach. And that was in 2017. And he voted in Florida in 2018. So he hadn't lived in Alabama for eight years when he decided to run for governor, or rather decided to run for the U.S. Senate, which a residency in to run for U.S. Senate, you only have to live in Alabama one day. And that's how Hillary Clinton...
One became senator of New York. She didn't live there, and Tommy Tuberville didn't live here. And in 2019, he said he was going to run for the U.S. Senate. So he said his son and his wife bought a little house in Auburn right around student housing. This is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house that he's doubled down now. He did claim it as his homestead, and you can claim it as your homestead. But that does not mean residency. And now he's doubled down. And if he would have just said, hey, I'm running because I've got this is my homestead. And, you know, I've been a U.S. Center and this is my homestead. That's what I'm running on. Well, now he's doubled down because all the heat. And now he's saying he's lived in that house for seven years. Now, ladies, y'all know. In student housing, this is it's three-bedroom, one bath. He's saying he's lived in a one-bathroom house with his wife who's accustomed to the very best. An ex-S-E-C head coach made a ton of money. All right. Well, here's a thing. They're not going to share a bathroom at all, ever. I've talked to three different attorneys at three different levels, three different types of law, and they all say this is going nowhere. Your suit. All right. Let's say that's the case. Tommy Tuberville has an 80% chance of winning the governorship as far as the polling numbers are concerned. Well, he'll win the primary as far as the... Okay. But then Doug Jay Jones is going to sue. Doug Jay Jones will win. Okay. So, and you're adding fuel to the fire, the potential to pull Tuberville out. Are you good with Doug Jay Jones being our next governor? No, I don't understand why Tommy Tuberville wants them to be. If Tommy Tuberville stays on the ticket... Doug Jay Jones will be our next governor. Well, I doubt that. But he also said that he was cleared and qualified to run for governor else he wouldn't be there. You have to go through qualifications. No, but he's done nothing. He's given his driver's license and his assurance that he's claimed his house in Auburn, the one bathroom that he's led there for seven years as his homestead. That's it. Who is your attorney representing you in this lawsuit? We don't have an attorney. In the United States, you do not have to have an attorney to file a lawsuit to get a jury of the people. It's the people that are going to decide where he lives because he won't release the information. Where are you in the process right now? It's been filed and we're waiting for the judge in Covington County. Okay. Any expectation on when you'll hear back? That's up to the judge. I would think that they'd need to make a decision sooner than later on this. We're getting close to the primary. It has to happen fast. And there's a Rule 64 that will make her expedite this because there is a time constraint. Well, I appreciate you coming in. I mean, we're up against the clock here. Of course. But I do appreciate you coming in and explaining this and why you're doing it. And we'll see where it goes. If anything happens between now and when the judge makes a decision on this, you know, the door is open. Let me know, holler at me. I appreciate it. It's always good to see it.
