Checking with our correspondent Ray O'Neill in just a minute here, but first an update on what's happening with, you know, things from Israel with the latest on the situation. Fox News chief foreign correspondent, Trey Yinks. The Middle East is bracing for the possibility that the region returns to war in the days ahead. Iran's parliament speaker, Mohamed Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, posted to X overnight, saying our armed forces are ready to deliver a well-deserved response to any aggression. Mistaken strategy and mistaken decisions will always lead to mistaken results. The whole world. has already figured this out. We are prepared for all options. They will be surprised. We're also tracking reporting from Fox's Brett Baer that indicates the UAE took part in the war, striking Iran's Levan Island around the time the ceasefire went into effect last month. Here in Israel, more cargo planes and refuelers are landing each day as the country prepares for the possibility that combat operations resumed. Joining us now, Roy, O'Neill, a little bit more on what's happening now. Roy, good morning. It looks like the president says... The ceasefires on life support right now. Right. And it'll be interesting to see how things unfold. Obviously, the president is leaving for China in a couple of hours. So do they resume military strikes across Iran while the president is either on Air Force One or on foreign soil? Do they wait for his return? Does this essentially give Iran another week? Who knows? I think conventional wisdom would say. that strikes would resume after the president returns. But we know that with Donald Trump, conventional wisdom goes out the window. Yeah, I got to tell you with the trip now to China with the president. He's obviously not going to completely withdraw, you know, his, I guess, discussions, his thoughts on what's going on with Iran. But this kind of takes front and center the visit to China. So we'll have to kind of wait and see Pete Hegseth, though. An FBI director, Kash Patel, going to be testifying on Capitol Hill. What do we expect from them today or yesterday? Well, it's what we expect to come today from the Democrats on these committees, right? I mean, they're going to try to generate viral clips and sound bites to go on Rachel Maddow. So, you know, it's supposed to be about this $1.5 billion budget request. I'm sorry, 1.5.

trillion dollar defense request. It's about a 40 plus percent increase in the defense spending budget, but it'll likely just turn more into mudslinging back and forth from the Democrats on the committee. And then Secretary, rather Director Kash Patel, his testimony is also supposed to be about the budget, would likely be more about whatever happened at the correspondence dinner. Also of note, the Secret Service Director is also expected on Capitol Hill today. That will likely be about the billion dollar budget request for the ballroom project. Well, we're just printing money, aren't we? Right and left. Here we go. All right. Well, listen. Hey, last week's jobs report came back unexpectedly much better, almost double than what was expected. But there still seems to be a lot of pessimism on young folks, especially, about the job situation. What's the latest number showing? Yeah, a Gallup survey found that there's a big disparity in what people 55 and up think about the job market and what people 18 to 34 think about the job market. And maybe it's because the 55-year-old has been in their job like me for a while. I'll say, job market's fine, right? I've had one. I'm good, right? But the people just graduating from college now and through the few weeks ahead, they might be facing something very different. You know, AI has done a lot to... turn to eliminate those entry-level jobs, and that's been a real struggle. The growing industry has been health care. That's where we saw that big upside surprise in the latest jobs numbers from last week. So health care continues to be booming, but a lot of graduates are finding it's going to be a pretty tough summer. All right, very good, Roy. Thank you so much. I appreciate you, buddy. We'll check back with you at Mars.
